ジェイ&ノビィSentori First Tank Drinking Comparison (1) I already uploaded 3 bottles for weekend drinking outside 😅Here are the ones we drank at home last Thursday to Friday before that 🤗. I heard that this is the last year for the Senkyoku Hatsuban series 🥲I got all 3 brothers at the end of last year ‼️ I put them down for 2 months, but now I want to compare 3 bottles at once 😄Picture taken at the same time 📸Nice view! Now let's start with "Arabashiri" in bottling order 😊psh! I opened the bottle and was talking about how happy I was that it had been a while since I had had a bottle 😁 when it spilled out in a big gulp 😨. I'll make love to you I'll make love to you and take a sip 😋I couldn't help but say "yum~ai😍" in unison with J&N 😋When I look back at my posts, I see that I've had both a 1.5 liter bottle and a 4 liter bottle in the past, and we all say "it's really good"...I wrote the same thing 🤣The taste reminds us that Sengoku is indeed delicious ‼️ I'm sure you'll agree with me. The sweetness with a strong gaseous attack is balanced by an exquisite acidity! It is also fresh and refreshing 🤗If you mix the oli, the juiciness increases even more 😚It's really good! ジェイ&ノビィDrinking out on Saturday ③. The last thing I ordered was Amabuki's Pink Lady🤗I thought it looked rosé and sweet delicious, but the color of ancient rice made it refreshing and delicious too😋. When I was about to pay the bill after having curry nanban to finish, they poured me a glass of Kaygetsu CEL24 as a service 🥹No - it was a nice restaurant 😊I would like to come back again ‼️ After that, we decided to go together to the favorite restaurant of the person we became friends with! We were talking after having HI-RIKI lemon and motsu for the first time in a while here, and we were the last customers 😚. Ahhhh, it was a day of drinking and eating! It was a day of eating and drinking 🤤. When we looked at the timetable to take the bus 🚌 back home, it was the last bus at 10:00 and there were only 10 minutes left! The three of us were talking while waiting in the cold, but no matter how long we waited, the bus never came ☹️ or rather, not a single bus went by 🤔. We decided to take a Taxi to go back home! I asked the taxi driver if there was something wrong with the 10:00 bus, and he said, "Sir, it's 11:30, aren't you sure you're on the right time? I looked at my ⁉️ clock and sure enough... that means I was complaining about waiting in the cold for a bus that never came. I'm sure you're drunk, aren't you? I had a good laugh about it! We had a good time drinking outside 🤣. The end

ジェイ&ノビィSaturday out for drinks (2) The dishes we ordered at Soba Restaurant Kura were maitake mushroom tempura, Tochio deep-fried tofu and wasabi (‼️). They were all delicious and perfect with sake 😋! When I was thinking about what to have next 🤔The owner recommended that I should definitely try the Ura-nabeshima draft 🤗, so I chose it without hesitation 🎵. I was worried that it would be too sweet after the super spicy 😓, but it was not too sweet but had a fresh sour aftertaste that was surprisingly refreshing and I enjoyed it too 😚. By the way, before coming to Kura, we were told that the restaurant was full, but it was a restaurant we had visited before, Kabutoage MIYOSHIYA ‼️ There was no one waiting in line outside, but when we went inside, we were told that the restaurant was already full with reservations 😳 Even on the same holiday, it was a rattling place before 😩 This was also the restaurant where Anjash Watabe was waiting for us. I guess it was the effect of Anjush's Watanabe introducing hidden Utsunomiya gourmet foods other than gyoza on YouTube 😊The power of SNS is amazing! But I don't want it to be crowded~☹️ And while I was thinking about what to drink next, the person next to me who was drinking alone talked to me and we hit it off 🤗I introduced him to Sake-no-wa and he registered as a sake lover, so we had a lot of fun talking 😊. Our time at the brewery continues!

ジェイ&ノビィSaturday out for a drink① Saturday in the middle of 3 consecutive holidays☀️ decided to walk to Utsunomiya station for walking 😊. Of course, since we were going to the station area, we had a lot of fun on the way 🤗It's about 7 km from my house to the station, so we left around 3:00 p.m., counting backwards from the time of dinner! It took us about an hour of fast walking while looking at the cityscape💦We decided to go for a light meal of dumplings and beer! I looked in at Karan near the prefectural office, but there was a long line 😓. I gave up and went to Karan in front of the station! There was a line for a while, but the turnover was fast and we were able to get in right away. We had the same grilled gyoza and sui-gyoza and beer 🍺. The soba noodles restaurant opened at 6:30, so we decided to stop by one more restaurant in between! The first restaurant we went to was full, so we went to another yakitori restaurant! After adjusting the time with yakitori platter and highballs, we finally arrived at Soba Restaurant Kura, which we had always wanted to visit, just before the restaurant opened👍. The first sake I chose was Fudo no Choharashi🤗The owner kindly explains about the sake and pours it for me. It was a delicious dry sake with a fruity mouthfeel that we loved 😋. I thought, "Let's have a light drink! And we chose this 12 degrees low alcohol drink! Mr. Abe 🤗 First of all, the label looks like a beautiful landscape painting! It looks more like a wine than a sake 😊. I'll make love to you The first sip has a juicy mouthfeel with a rush of umami, followed by a lemon water-like taste with a lot of umami that soaks into your body 😊The acidity of the white rice and the umami of the rice are pleasantly light and gassy, with a clear and clean aftertaste 😌. The light and delicious taste made the cup go down like a shooting star 🌠 in the blink of an eye 🥹. I found out that the target audience for this brand, which is not Hiragana "Abe", is "women in their 20s and 30s who have not been exposed to sake" 🤔...hmm ⁉️ I'll tell them that sake lovers in their 50s are also in their target audience 😆 ‼️ No - but abe is all good 😋. [Celestial Uncle 🔭Jay's Trivia Corner Regulus is a first magnitude star 🌟 in the constellation Leo, and is actually the faintest of the 21 first magnitude stars in the entire sky😅.

ジェイ&ノビィOn a Sunday when the weather was mild ☀️ "Shall we go out for a lunchtime drink once in a while?" So I checked out a soba restaurant with a wide selection of Japanese sake that Kotori, Nanoha and Higu had visited, but to my surprise, it was closed on Sunday 😓. We had no choice but to leave home and go to a soba restaurant in Tobu-Utsunomiya! I was excited to see a bottle of sake at the entrance, but when I looked at the menu, there was not much sake on the menu and it was expensive 😥. I thought about having a few more drinks during the day, but the two-color buckwheat noodle and tempura set I had earlier was quite a lot and I was hungry💦. We took a stroll around Utsunomiya to refresh our stomachs! On the way to Utsunomiya, we visited Gyoza Street and found that there was a huge queue at all the restaurants 😳The third photo is of Gyoza Street, which is the pride of Utsunomiya 🤗. We ended up walking to Utsunomiya Station and back to Orion Street for a total of about an hour. I went into a store that was open to fill up what I had consumed in There I ordered Ona and my first Tenpouichi ‼️ The first sip had a strong bitterness, but the flavor increased as I drank it with the yakitori and squid sashimi 👍This is a good food sake 👍. I didn't drink too much, but it was a nice walk & drink outside in a mild February 😊.

ジェイ&ノビィLast Saturday, after drinking about 60% of Yamasan, I switched to Masayo, which I like to drink on a regular basis. I feel like I've gone from an enka singer to an anime voice actor 😁. Narukami is said to be a Yamato word meaning "thunder". I felt a connection with Masayo because this sake is served in Utsunomiya, which is also called the "thunder capital" because it has the highest number of thunderstorms in Japan during the summer. This is a commercialized version of the 2nd test brew that was well received and is said to be dry 🤔. I'll make love to you I'll make love to you ♬ I don't think it has much of an aroma? I'm not sure if the aroma is too strong or too weak, but it's a good sake with a light and refreshing flavor 😙It's also quite fruity, so I don't feel like it's dry... On Sunday, the second day, Masayo-san seemed to have a more rounded flavor and more umami 😋. Oh, by the way, I went to see the basketball 🏀 game the other day and saw the highlights on ❗️ YouTube, and we were on it a bunch of times 🤗. I should have worn my J&N offline uniform so everyone could see us 😆.

And finally, Saturday, when J&N is in full swing: ‼️ After the customary walk💦 and a bath, the chosen one was this one, which has recently been popular in the sake-no-wa world and which I was curious about after seeing your post! It's Yamasan 🤗I've only seen it at the Saito Sake Shop, so I stocked up on it when I went on my liquor store expedition in January👍. This one doesn't read "Yamasan"🤗"Isn't it Yamazou?" What a talk, then I looked at the label and it was a regular Yamasan 😅. I'll make love to you in a Riedel glass. The aroma is fresh and sweet. I take a sip and yes, it's just as you said! It's just like you said 😊. It's not that sweet combined with a good acidity...hmmm? I thought it might be too sweet 🤔, but the bitterness at the end balances out the whole thing, and it is a bottle that can be enjoyed with chili carbonation 😊. As you said, this is going to be very popular 😄I knew Nagano sake was of a high level! Tochigi Hitogokochi also needs to evolve further 😄.

ジェイ&ノビィHere's what we opened next at our 30th wedding anniversary party🤗 Around noon on a Friday at the end of January, Nobby sent me a LINE with an article about sake he found on the news in Tochigi prefecture, and I replied "this is a must buy ‼️". He didn't reply for a while and the next LINE he sent me was a picture of the sake he bought😆Noby is a quick worker👍. This is a junmai ginjo sake brewed entirely in Tochigi and aged for 100 days in the Oyaishi cave in Utsunomiya City 🤔. Oyaishi contains a component called zeolite that emits far-infrared rays, which is thought to help the sake mature in a mellow way ☝️ The underground space of the former Oyaishi mining site! As you may know if you have been there, it is a sightseeing spot with a vast underground space 🤗It is cold without a jacket even in summer, and the fantastic atmosphere is also used as a location for popular movies and music videos. ☺️ Now that I've fulfilled my role as Tochigi's tourism ambassador, I'm going to make love to you 😆 I'll make love to you! The water color is a slightly ripe color. The first sip has a mild, soft, and delicious flavor that can be enjoyed either cold or warmed 😋. Tochigi Ai 🥰 filled with romance, matured in Oyaishi stone. It's not Otani from Dodgers, it's Oya from Tochigi 🤗.

ジェイ&ノビィLast weekend, a three-day weekend, we split up to visit each other's parents' homes on Saturday and Sunday and met again in Utsunomiya on Monday evening 🤗. And Monday was J&N's 30th wedding anniversary ‼️ It's called a pearl wedding 😊. Looking back, it feels like it was a long time, but it also feels like it passed in a blink of an eye 😌The kids are still worried about them, but they are now on their own as adults 😊We want to do what we want to do and what we can do for the rest of our lives, cooperating with each other while we still can 😄. We don't have any special souvenirs for our 30th anniversary 😅The Tochigi sake that was chosen as the commemorative sake was Senkou Asahi, which cannot be bought in the prefecture 🌅I got it at a liquor store in Chiba and brought it home. I have had the autumn-aged Tochigi sake before, but this is the first time I've had a draft 🤗. I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you 😊Senkou is delicious! The juicy mouthfeel and strong umami are wrapped in a sweet and sour acidity that creates a wonderful harmony! The lactic acidity that lingers on the tongue at the end is also wonderful, and it disappeared as quickly as the flow of time during our 30 years of marriage 😆. And the Kokugikan Yakitori! It was tender and perfect as a snack for sake! We look forward to our 31st year together! Love Tochigi 🥰!

ジェイ&ノビィOne of J&N's 2024 goals has already been achieved~‼️ We have been dreaming of having No.6 at home ever since we had it for the first time outside in May of the year before last. The quality expiration date is February 2024, so you never know what might happen at any time😅As promised, we held the opening ceremony on a Friday when there was nothing going on 👍. I'll make love to you in a Riedel glass The aroma is slightly fruity 😌. We both couldn't help but smile after taking a sip☺️It's so light, refreshing and easy to drink that it almost lifts you up, with just the right amount of freshness and light acidity, a step up from the less carbonated, superb champagne🍾...yep, it's really delicious anyway😋! I guess dreams are not meant to be seen, but to come true 🥹. It took me a long time to get it 🥲I was going to savor it slowly, but it was so good that I drank it in a moment 😆. It's like I couldn't get it before, but this time it was so easy 😁I'm going to try S and X next time 😊. And my next goal is to get a shot of the beauty...I can't even find my footprints 👣 let alone my back 😢I guess I'll have to go out and drink first 🤔.

I've been curious about this one since I saw Wakata's and Rafa papa's posts on ‼️ Shiga Sake 👍. And this will be our first Shichibonjari 😋. Let's try it 🎵 Fresh flavor and acidity with a nice sharpness! This is good 😋 always short 😅 By the way, this is a big change for iPhone users: ‼️ The pictures and text look very different and it will be hard to get used to it 💦. And then there was a big problem 😨After the update, comments with just "Jay" appeared several times and then disappeared 😫. What? Why am I being called? Suddenly called out? 🤔, etc., but information from Ao-chan, Aladdin, and Yasubey revealed the fact that if you type & in half-width and post it, the text after & will disappear 😩. So when I posted "Jay & Nobby,...", only "Jay" was sent 😓. ジェイ&ノビィI drank too much on Saturday 😓 and was talking about cutting out alcohol on Sunday. But after going for a walk, taking a nap, and taking a bath, I was ready to drink a little 🤗. The chosen one was Laughing Four Seasons after about a year ‼️ Now I'll have some 🎵 It has a strong, thick flavor that goes down your throat, and it's sweet, too, but it was easy to enjoy 😋. I heard that the white version is preferred in the Tokyo metropolitan area, while the black version is popular in the Kansai area 🤔I don't know... By the way, tickets for last Saturday's basketball game were quite expensive 😳The seats near the court behind the bench were 20,000 over 😱We were seated on the first floor, which was fairly close to the court, but the seats were narrow with pipe chairs lined up tightly together 💦Those seats cost 7,500 yen per person! If you think about it, one seat can buy 4 bottles of No.4...that's 12 bottles for 3 people sitting here ⁉️ no no no no no 😆 I keep thinking like that 😆. Still, it was a valuable experience that you can't get unless you go 🥹. Not that it matters, but the 3rd and 4th pictures are snow scenes I took at home. I got some good shots 🙂.

ジェイ&ノビィLast December, I suddenly thought "Let's watch a basketball 🏀 game ❗️" and searched for Utsunomiya Brexit local game tickets on the net, but the latest tickets were already filled up😳. My daughter was going too, so I secured 3 seats for a game 2 months away 🤗That was the weekend Saturday against Nagoya. I was excited to go to my first basketball game and enjoy the atmosphere, but I was a little surprised by the loud music ♬. The game was a back-and-forth affair with only 54 seconds left in the game and we were behind by 6 points 😫. But...! From this point on, we started with a great defense and then a furious attack ⛹️‍♂️, and finally, a buzzer beater made a huge comeback and won the game ‼️! At that moment, everyone was on their feet and the stadium was filled with cheers of excitement 😄. We went to Utsunomiya station to enjoy Gyoza (dumplings) and beer 🥟, and then went to an izakaya to drink highballs before heading home in time for the soccer game ⚽! The sake chosen for drinking at home was Kaze no Mori! The label said it was more sweet, but after watching the basketball game and drinking outside, the sweetness and light acidity were pleasant for us. ☺️ The juicy, easy-to-drink taste made our drinks go down a bit faster. We drank a little too much 💦. Hooray for 🏀⚽Gasp!

They said this was the mark of the last bottle 😳I'm really glad I did 😳😮‍💨 I'll make love to you Yes....it's a very nice citrusy aroma! Nice citrusy aroma 😌. When you take a sip, the bitterness comes after the sourness and sweetness. This bitterness combined with the aroma gives it a citrusy freshness 🤗. But maybe my expectations were too high 😅I didn't feel the freshness 🍊 that I felt so much last time, but this time I don't feel it so much and it seems to leave a bit of a heavy feeling 🤔. It gets better and better as you drink it, but it didn't surpass the impression of the last time 🥲. I'm sure it was delicious 😋. And while we're on the subject, news of an increase in corona 10th wave infections 😓, the mutated strain called "JN.1" 😨 was the focus of much attention. On the way home, Nobby sent me a quick message on line and told me that he got some sashimi slices of tuna at Asanoya (‼️) on his way home. Now we can enjoy our evening drinks with peace of mind 😚. So we started with Ona-san, who left about 40% of his drink on Friday! Dry sake is good with good sashimi 😋! Naturally, this wasn't enough to drink, so here it is 🤗. Here is a dry special junmai sake from Daishinshu that we drank outside during our Nagano sake buying trip last year: ‼️ Now what did it taste like? I looked back at my post and saw that it was "refreshing and tasty" and that's all it was: ⁉️ I reflected on the way I wrote about my own taste and realized that this is not a good reference 😓. I'll make love to you again! The aroma is fruity. I can drink it as much as I want 😋.......no reflection 😆. I couldn't decide between the dry and the super dry this time, but I went with the dry 💦. Next time I'm going to try the very hot one. ‼️ and Nobby is being drawn deeper and deeper into the swamp of the hot ones! What will be the fate of the remaining non-spicy inventory 😨? I ended up drinking 3 bottles on Friday and Sunday 😅I'm taking Monday to Wednesday off again 😑.

We were enjoying the delicious Amami 😋, but this evening's dinner was sushi🍣, and in response to Nobby's request, "I want to drink a dry sake to go with it~‼️", here is what I took out from the fridge! Nobby went to buy the No.6 he won, and as a token of his appreciation 🥹 he bought it with Onasan🤗It's a very dry sake with a sake degree of +10 😁. I'll make love to you The aroma is a bit of a graininess that makes you think of a dry sake 😌. I'm sure it's a dry sake. I can directly feel the strong umami of rice! In a post by chiaki a while ago, she wrote, "Ona's presence is amazing! It's great, but it doesn't get in the way. This goes great with sushi! I was drinking it as a food sake 😋 and then I realized I had lost more than half of it💦. I thought I drank too much 🥴, so I had another glass of Tenbi to cleanse my palate 😆 End of the day 🥱. In the end, I broke the one four-pack rule and drank a little over a bottle and a half 🤤. But it was too good to resist 😑😑. Sweet or spicy, Tochigi love 🥰.

And last weekend, I was out again for a filial piety visit to my parents' house, so I couldn't do any writing 📑 during that time 💦 I'll post the weekend's worth again after a delay! So first of all, the bottle I got on Friday, which I hadn't had in a while, was another bottle of Tenmi-san ‼️, which Nobby had gotten when he saw Miki Fujioka's name on the label 🤗Deca 👍. I haven't had Tenmi since I had Momoten in February 2022, so it's been a whopping 2 years 😳 since we've met. And it was my first time to drink Kuroten😄I knew I was going to drink Tenbi on that day and I thought 🤔 Riedel rather than gulp down and when I came back from work, Riedel was on the table! Quite the noobie I know👍. I was nervous 🤔 that it might be too sweet for those of us who have been drinking more dry wine lately! I'll make love to you The aroma is mildly fruity 😌. The sweetness that we were worried about has been welcomed and the good acidity creates a refreshing taste 😌. What will happen when the toji changes? Our taste buds may never know 😆.

The aroma is fruity? One sip and you're like, hmmm⁉️ this is definitely Aquarius😳It's fresh with a hint of sweetness☺️ Everyone said it was better to let it sit for a day, so I drank about 40% of it and brought it over! A few days later I changed to a Riedel glass! Hmmm...I knew the aroma was more pronounced here! It's a citrusy aroma 😌. I was worried that the sweetness would become too strong, but maybe it's because of the glass, but it tastes better after a few days and goes down much easier! I guess it's better to drink a well-balanced sake with just the right amount of flavor changes than a series of nigori sake! Now that I've reported on Ibaraki sake, let's move on to the main topic, Tochigi Prefecture 😌. Did you see the Kenmin Show a couple of weeks ago? A rental company ranked Utsunomiya a whopping 4th in the Kanto metropolitan area in their "2023 Best Places to Live" ranking: ‼️ I'm sure the LRT and immigrant-friendly city planning is a factor, but I think the abundance of delicious Tochigi sake and our sakewa appeal are also major contributing factors 😆. Utsunomiya is a pleasant place to live🤗.

Here's what I got along with the Daishinshu Dry Sukkiri: ‼️ Yuto-san is a brewery owned by a classmate of Bosuke's 🤗 I had been curious about it for a while. This year, I decided to drink some Tochigi sake that I haven't been able to drink yet, so here is a cool looking Yuto Masamune standing at home drinking for the first time 😊. Now let's have some 🎵 I'm going to drink it at home for the first time! It has a clean mouthfeel 😌 with a hint of sweetness and fluffy umami flavor in the mouth 😚 easy to drink dry sake with a nice sharpness and just delicious 😋 It was a cool sake 👍. By the way, I'm very happy to hear that. When I brought Yuto and Daishinshu to the cashier, they were having a drawing for Shinsei No.6 and I chose the basic R type from R/S/X and entered 🤗. I'm determined to open it on our anniversary 😊 since it's supposed to be Tochigi sake 😉 on an ordinary day 😉. Good thing I bought Tochigi sake! Love Tochigi 🥰.
