First time in Fukui I did not get a very high evaluation from everyone, but it was my first time in Fukui, so I decided to buy it. Yeah, it's pretty good! I thought it was spicy at first, but then the sweetness kicked in. Not much aroma, but a solid taste. I thought it would be good as a food wine 🤨! I happened to drink it with chocolate and it's pretty good 😁.

The label of Kikusen is austere and I've seen it a lot, but for some reason I've never had it... I've never had a Kikusen before, but I've never had a Kikusen before! So I decided to try Kikusaken for the first time 😁. The first sip was full of sourness and sweetness. It has a nice sharpness and it's quite good 🙆It disappears quickly and easily. It's good, it's good! Not too sweet and it disappears quickly, so it's very good for drinkers 😁😁😁 The kind of thing you would feel at ease if you had it at a pub... ☺️☺️

I found this bottle at a local supermarket and kept it in the fridge, looking forward to when I could drink it. After my child's recital, I ordered sushi to go and drank it 😁. I met Nabesama a long time ago and thought, "Sake from Kyushu? Kyushu is shochu, right? I remember thinking that I was going to have a stroke when I drank one and it was so good that my eyeballs popped out of my head 🤩. Well, what about this time? Well, it certainly has a delicious taste, and the acidity and aftertaste are to my liking 😋😋, but not to the extent that I was shocked 😩 Again, I wonder if the memories are too beautiful to surpass them 😩.

I decided that I needed to make some progress toward conquering the whole country, so I found a prefecture that I had not yet drank from and drank it (2). Kanagawa Prefecture. I was looking forward to seeing how it was made with Kanagawa Prefecture's rice, Raku-fu-mai! Now, the first sip of cold sake, Well, the first sip of cold sake, the balance is small and cohesive. I also switched early, thinking 🤔 this is a hunch! Then, it was great! The aroma spread into the mouth and the flavor profile became clearer and clearer! Mmmm...delicious! If you drink it on the sip, I think it's a very good choice 🍶.

I decided that I needed to make some progress toward a national conquest, so I found a prefecture that I had not yet drunk from and drank it (1). Hokkaido. The first sip of cold sake was so sweet! It is so sweet that I was surprised! HEEEEEEEEEE! I can't drink it cold... so I changed to hot sake... Mmmm... On the second and third days, it became mellower with the air, and I felt like it was getting used to it. I realized that there is a way to drink it that suits each of us. I guess Hokkaido is all about heating up the sake 😁.

Tasake Special Junmai 🍶 This is the sake that got me hooked on sake about 20 years ago. I was amazed at how good sake could be! The sweetness, acidity, aroma, and throat hit, I remember being amazed. I remember being amazed at the sweetness, acidity, aroma, and throat hit! I used to think that was great! It's not that I haven't had sake in 20 years, but it's been quite a while. I was looking forward to the first drink. The sake that impressed me 20 years ago is still delicious! So happy 😊😊😊. Thank you! This is the kind of bottle that I want to drink for a long time to come.
