We finally opened a bottle of this much talked-about sake, which is a combination of Sentori and Hououmida. Wow, it's cloudy 😆☺️ This is definitely a delicious one 😋😋! The first sip, I knew it was good 😋😋😋😋😋. The acidity is like muscat and it's really delicious 🤤🤤🤤. Thank you to all the makers. I am very happy.

I went to Myoko, Niigata 🚄. I've been drinking Kiminoi for a long time, but this time I finally got to visit the brewery: ☺️ I went there and it's great! You can see the inside of the brewery, you can do tasting, the people at the brewery are friendly, you can buy sake that you can't buy unless you go to the brewery, and the atmosphere is so nice that I feel glad I came. Well, there are several bottles I bought, but this is the only one I can record. LOL 😆 It has a lot of flavor, a lot of acidity, and even though it's a daiginjo, it has a solid core of rice. I love Niigata! Sake-no-wa's ranking is not very high, but it's good... ☺️ Ganbare Niigata, Ganbare Myoko!

Well, kooooo! It has a melon and a pineapple taste! This is sooooooooooooooooooo good! The sweetness is strong and the alcohol content is only 13%, so it's easy to drink and sip! Unfortunately, the glass wasn't even half full, but I'm happy! Oh, I finished it while I was typing this 💦😂.

I've been wanting to go there for a while, and finally I was able to stop by! The first drink was a Niimasa. I can only drink one glass of Shinmasa, but it's a miracle that I can. ☺️☺️ Yay! Well, well, well, the first sip, yummmmmm! Yummmmeeee! Amazing, Niimasa-san! Kuu😙I think this is the kind of sake that even people who don't like sake will say, oh, this is delicious. It's the best 😋.

In the aftermath of the beetle I drank the other day, I heard that Stag Beetle was on sale, so I went to the liquor store a few days late. Unfortunately, Stag Beetle was already sold out, so I changed my mind and went looking for a bottle 👀. I was having a hard time deciding, but the clerk recommended this bottle! She said it was delicious and melon-like 😋. Well, well, well...let's drink it... Yum! It tastes like melon! The sweetness and moderate acidity are so good! This is also a good summer sake! The owner says that those who have been drinking Takachiyo say that this one is the best of all Takachiyo. I don't know because I have had infinitely few others yet, but I may find out: ☺️☺️

I am a member of the Omine Church. I cannot pass by any of the displays without thinking about them. Today, I received a message on an app saying that a limited supply of Omine was in stock at a local supermarket! I got a message on my app saying that they had a limited supply, and when I read the message, I realized what a cute label Omine-sama had on it 😊I had to buy it anyway, so I stopped by on my way home from work! Well, it's been a while since I had a cup of sake! The first sip is sweet like a sweet ☺️ ripe pineapple, and it spreads pleasantly in the mouth! It's delicious! It's sweet in its original form, but not too heavy due to the 14.5 alcohol content. ☺️ I want to drink more!

These days, I tend to buy 4-packs of sake, and I tend to finish a bottle in one night, so I went to buy a bottle of sake to drink it in small doses 😅😅. I went to the liquor store to see which one I wanted to buy and found "Pile Driver" among the recommended items. As a kid, I used to watch wrestling on TV on weekend evenings! So I picked it up. ☺️ I wondered who was doing the piledriver😕 and looked it up on wiki, and it seems that it was done by Gotch in the old days, and now by Minoru Suzuki. I was wondering who was doing the pile driver, and then I looked it up on wiki, and it seems it was Gotch in the past, and now it's Minoru Suzuki. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Pro-wrestlers - wow! They are hurting each other so much, but they are still protecting their opponents and showing the audience what they can do! Now, back to the sake...it's fresh and delicious 😋😋 I love the combination of sake and wrestling! LOL! I wonder if we can drink sake at Korakuen Hall in Suidobashi while watching wrestling? I can't wait to drink it while thinking about it 😆😆😆.

The other day, I was so surprised by the sake made with Aizan that I decided to make Zakusama Aizan too 😋 lol Well, when I drank it... It's delicious, but not very glamorous. It seems to disappear without any stress. It's like a stylish Zakusama 😁.

Long time no see, Mr. Kuroryu. Personally, I can't take my eyes off the label of Kuroryu-sama, which I think has been running on the high road for a long time, so I couldn't take my eyes off it and bought it 😁😁. I looked at the back of the label and saw that the alcohol content is 16%! I was surprised to see on the back of the label that it has an alcohol content of 16%! Now, let's drink it! The aroma is not so strong. The mouthfeel is heavy and tasty, partly due to the high alcohol content. ☺️☺️ It has acidity, but the balance is great! You can drink it sipping and sipping all the time......as expected from Kuroryu-sama. Very, very delicious 😋😋😋. Thank you for the treat!

It's been a while since I ate and drank at a restaurant. We do sake to go with yakitori 😁. I looked at the menu and found a sake from Okayama! I guzzled down the beer and now let's do it 😎😎😎! LOL! First sip. Mmm, mmm! The acidity is strong! The feeling of alcohol lingers in the mouth. It's been quite a while since I've had something like this. Maybe it has been a little while since the bottle was opened 🤔? Hmmm 😐😐!

It is gorgeous and has a firm sweetness that quickly disappears. It is windless, and you can imagine it is basking in the gentle sunlight of spring 🌷🍀🌸. A clerk at the supermarket had recently visited a skunk cabbage storehouse for training. She recommended it, so I picked up a bottle. Cute spring label design😍🩷. It tasted lovely and delicious ☺️

I bought this for my daughter's celebration! It was a bottle with a unique label and I was looking forward to seeing what it would be like. I was looking forward to seeing what it would be like! I was so excited to see what it was all about that I bought it at my local supermarket. ☺️ I always have a weakness for such word of mouth 🙈. Well, let's drink it, Well, it's definitely delicious 😋! Well balanced, I like it! There was also a 2-grain one, but I couldn't buy it because it was quite expensive, but I wanted to try that one as well!
