I heard it was delicious and tasty, I tried Uragetsuyama. I also heard that it was unfiltered raw sake, so I thought it might be heavy, It is delicious! Delicious! I don't feel any heaviness at all! It's been a long time since I bought a bottle of Kid after drinking it at some tavern and thinking it was delicious! I'm glad to know that the price is still low! Well, let's try it! I found this bottle at a local supermarket and kept it in the fridge, looking forward to when I could drink it. After my child's recital, I ordered sushi to go and drank it 😁. I met Nabesama a long time ago and thought, "Sake from Kyushu? Kyushu is shochu, right? I remember thinking that I was going to have a stroke when I drank one and it was so good that my eyeballs popped out of my head 🤩. Well, what about this time? Well, it certainly has a delicious taste, and the acidity and aftertaste are to my liking 😋😋, but not to the extent that I was shocked 😩 Again, I wonder if the memories are too beautiful to surpass them 😩.

I decided that I needed to make some progress toward conquering the whole country, so I found a prefecture that I had not yet drank from and drank it (2). Kanagawa Prefecture. I was looking forward to seeing how it was made with Kanagawa Prefecture's rice, Raku-fu-mai! Now, the first sip of cold sake, Well, the first sip of cold sake, the balance is small and cohesive. I also switched early, thinking 🤔 this is a hunch! Then, it was great! The aroma spread into the mouth and the flavor profile became clearer and clearer! Mmmm...delicious! If you drink it on the sip, I think it's a very good choice 🍶.

I decided that I needed to make some progress toward a national conquest, so I found a prefecture that I had not yet drunk from and drank it (1). Hokkaido. The first sip of cold sake was so sweet! It is so sweet that I was surprised! HEEEEEEEEEE! I can't drink it cold... so I changed to hot sake... Mmmm... On the second and third days, it became mellower with the air, and I felt like it was getting used to it. I realized that there is a way to drink it that suits each of us. I guess Hokkaido is all about heating up the sake 😁.

Tasake Special Junmai 🍶 This is the sake that got me hooked on sake about 20 years ago. I was amazed at how good sake could be! The sweetness, acidity, aroma, and throat hit, I remember being amazed. I remember being amazed at the sweetness, acidity, aroma, and throat hit! I used to think that was great! It's not that I haven't had sake in 20 years, but it's been quite a while. I was looking forward to the first drink. The sake that impressed me 20 years ago is still delicious! So happy 😊😊😊. Thank you! This is the kind of bottle that I want to drink for a long time to come.

In the blink of an eye, two weeks have passed 💦 and the days have been hectic. Well, I found my first Yamanashi. I've heard the name a lot, but I've never picked one up before. It's like this, so it will take me about 2 more years to conquer Japan😅. I wondered what the Hatsushikken was like. The first sip, oh, it has a nice aroma and a sharp taste! It's umakuchi type! It has a strong junmai taste, I like it! After the second day, it was also very good as a food sake🙆If you go to Yamanashi, this bottle is a must have!

I drank it with sushi on my mother's birthday 😁! It was fresh and tasted just like the title says! I bought it because it was supposed to be "fresh and sparkling," but I didn't really feel that. It was fresh like a green apple! It was great 😊😊.

I purchased sake to support the recovery from the Noto disaster. Tengu Mai is one of the sake that I have come this far to drink. Now it's time. The first sip of cold sake. It is quite delicious. Finally, it is the first time in Yamaguchi. Tonight is Ganki! I was very curious about this sake because of your posts on Sake-no-wa, and now I'm going to drink it for the first time. I bought it because I thought it would be easy to drink, with an alcohol content of 13%, and a flavor to match! Well, first a sip. It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet! And fresh! It has a muscat flavor and is delicious 😋😋 It's 13% alcohol, but I end up drinking too much and getting drunk. Ahhhh, it's so good, I guess it can't be helped.

I came to Chiba Prefecture. I have been looking forward to drinking local sake. Well, tonight is Koshi Hanayaka Takumi-no-Kou It is said to be selected as one of the top 16 Kura Master brands. It is gassy and fruity. I bought it at room temperature and couldn't resist drinking it until it cooled down😅 so tomorrow I will try it chilled. I'm not sure about master, but it's delicious 😋.
