Seriously 💦 I'm so busy with work these days 😫 that I don't have time to write a post 😓. Here is a bottle I received last Monday! It's a bottle of Junmai Dry Taste by Abekan, a favorite of J&N since my first purchase 🤗. Yes, it's a very nice bottle! It's a nice, clean, umami, but also has a nice sharpness 😋 It's like a supporting cast dry sake, perfect for the bento that Nobby bought for me 👍Great meal 😁. By the way, about this Monday Around 6pm, Nobby sent me a video on line and I saw a video of a cicada larva climbing up a tree in our yard. It had been in the soil for several years...it finally came out to the ground...and I couldn't help but feel that it was struggling to climb up the tree while wobbling a little bit! It made me feel like "Go for it! A little later, I thought "Well, let's go home" and suddenly there was a heavy downpour ☔ I asked Nobby if he was okay with the cicadas he saw earlier ⁉️ and he said it was pouring down hard at his house too 😱. When I arrived home, the rain had stopped and I looked at the garden but it was too dark to make out😰but if you look at the puddles, I'm afraid it won't work😮‍💨I offered a light drink that evening🍶😞. The next morning we both searched the garden and found cicada shells on the opposite side of where they were yesterday‼️Good thing🥹 and went to work with peace of mind☺️ I feel like drinking a cicada shell 😁.

A lot has been going on at work 😩 Finally a Sunday drink post 🤗. Last weekend we had our usual 😅J&N split into two groups and visited each other's parents' homes! And as usual, we met again on Sunday evening 😊The sake chosen for the celebration was our second bottle of Fukkai-san ‼️ this time sparkling 🎉. Carefully opened the bottle and poured the bubbles 🫧 into a Riedel glass 😙 and expectations are high! The aroma is a bit greefy, but once you take a sip, you'll be surprised how good it is 😋 Dry and crisp, sparkling is always good 😍. I had a bottle of Fukuda-san's Yamadanishiki Active Light Nigorigo a few months ago and it was like an evolution of that 🤗. Such was the story of Sunday's reunion... Weekend Nobby went out ahead of us on Friday, and Jay was late and started on Saturday! I was supposed to check the note 📝, close the shutters, turn off the lights 💡, turn off the air conditioner and check ☝️... and then leave 🤔. On my way home on Sunday, I had a bad feeling that I had forgotten something 😰 and I had to come home earlier than Nobby to check 💦, but Nobby, who was home 5 minutes earlier than me, told me that the air conditioner was on...😳It was on from Saturday noon to Sunday evening😱I was shocked and drooped! Jay was kindly told by Nobby, "It's good that the room is cooled down and you can have dinner right away 😉" 😭.

Here's last Thursday's drink! We met Tetori-san at the first shop of our recent visit to a liquor store! I was attracted by the name "Sake Spirit" and the reasonable price. I know Mr. Freelancer Ichidai Otoko drank it before 😊. I was in the mood for something refreshing on this day 😙It was a FIFO reversal, but I was in the mood 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is just like a Ginjo aroma! The first sip is as crisp and clean as you would expect from a modern dry sake 😚 This is more like a quietly burning soul ❤️‍🔥 than a gutsy soul 🔥😄. It's a quintessential Tetorigawa! It lives up to expectations 👍 And now, the story is about glasses! I don't think young people would understand😅 Jay's glasses have been in and out of his shirt pocket, so the frames are rickety and the lenses are covered with scratches😩. The other day we went to an eyeglass shop for the first time in a while and consulted with them and they told us that he bought his current pair 7 years ago...that's a lot of rattling😅. I took my eyesight 👀 and chose frames in seconds and finished shopping in about 20 minutes! Much faster than picking out alcohol at a liquor store🤣. I'll take good care of it this time! Maybe just the first time 😆.

Still talking about last Sunday😅 On that day, we watched the Dodgers🏟️ game on TV from the morning! We felt so much better after watching Otani's HR⚾️ 🤗It was around 11:00 when the game was over, so we decided that we would become useless if we ate lunch and stayed home 😥. Now I'm all set for dinner 😊I guess you could say I'm ready to play anaguma if you play chess 😁 Really 😆. I ended up taking it easy in the afternoon 😅The chosen drink for the evening was Nabe-sama.... I went to a liquor store near my house a while ago for the first time in a while! I was really looking forward to it because I had seen on Sake-no-wa that the raw version was very good 😙. I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you! Simply delicious 😋! It has a nice mouthfeel with a slight sweetness, a hint of sourness and bitterness☺️It's easy to drink, but it's also very drinkable 😚The sweetness and sharpness that lingers in the second half keeps your cup going 🤗. What? I realized after I finished drinking ⁉️ that it is also 17 degrees 😄. Green Nabeshima is a stable taste 😋.

Last Saturday. We both walked in the morning in preparation for the Dodgers game 🏟️, which aired at 11:00 that day! After a good sweat 💦 shower 🚿 and getting ready, we watched the game on TV in an air-conditioned room ⚾️ But, Otani, whose birthday it was on that day, didn't make a sound and the team lost badly 😩. I needed a change of pace! We went on a tour of the neighborhood liquor stores in search of the Mutsu Hachisen Dobrok that we wanted to drink‼️ and luckily we got what we were looking for at the second store👍, but we decided to get carried away and visit another new liquor store 🚙. We went to Kikuchi Sake Shop in Oyamachi, which Nobby found a while ago and Ars-san introduced us to 🤗. The third picture is the harvest from our three stops that day 🍶We were already in a good mood after a good shopping trip 😊. So I opened a bottle of Amataka Spark that I bought at the new liquor store 🎵. Carefully and safely open the bottle 😊 You can see the top clear liquid! The bubbles poured into a Riedel glass and I'm going to make love to you! I love the slightly fizzy carbonation and the gentle mouthfeel that makes it hard to believe that it's 15% ☺️ refreshing and dry 😚. I moved the bottle a little and the automatic ori dance started 💃! Winter scenery in summer is nice too 😌. And when the oli is mixed in, the bitterness increases and it's also very bitter 👍It was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it taste 😋. I found a good liquor store! I love Tochigi 🥰!

After all, the weekend trip to Ichikawa 🚙 was lost and we were able to drink again last Friday 😚 and the person chosen to be the star of the party was! We started with beer (‼️) to quench our thirst and then switched to sake (Japanese rice wine)! We wanted something light and easy to drink, so we decided to go with a 13° sake called Natsu no Otosore 🤗. We had a lot of people commenting on how much they wanted to try it 🥹, so we were looking forward to getting it 😙. We were looking forward to having it when we got it 🤗. sibylla_tks: sweetness with a refreshing acidity pepper: Young and fresh sweet and tasty acidity Ms. Tarari: Attack soft and refreshing N.E.: Light sweetness and tight acidity Mr. Hittama: Gentle, fresh and low alcohol Lara's Sake: Beautiful acidity and citrus sweet and sour Mr. Komama: moderate sweetness and greeful bitter acidity Yes, I am very happy with the taste! I have excerpted it from 💁🏻 😅You are all right: 💁🏻‍♀️ It's a bit expensive 🥲 and a bit difficult to find in terms of cosmetics 😚 but it's still sweet and sour and delicious for this season: ‼️ I hope you all give it a try 😉.

Last week, Monday through Wednesday were my rest days 😑. This weekend I was originally going to Chiba, Japan, and I was supposed to leave early in the morning on Saturday, so I decided not to drink on Friday and to drink on Thursday night 🤗. The sake chosen was the Noto Reconstruction Support Sake that Manta-san also drank! This sake was brewed with rice that miraculously survived, along with Kurumata Shuzo's sake rice, and blended with a small amount of Okei Junmai that was left under the brewery, to "multiply" the goodness of both Noto Okei and Tengumai 😌. A bottle of support📣, then I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you! I love the taste of this one 😚😚! We love the taste of rice packed with umami and finished off with bitterness 😊. As a result, we drank a lot this weekend since we had to postpone our trip to Chiba for the weekend due to various reasons! I'll try to get it up a little at a time👍 By the way, about the gift from my son 🎁 that you all have been expecting... My son started playing chess ♟️ and mahjong 🀄️ with apps a while ago, and recently he's been getting into stuffing shogi (Japanese chess)! That's a good hobby 😊we don't have any hobbies besides Sake 🤔Maybe I'll try Shogi... I mentioned it to him and he sent me a Shogi set as you can see in the 3rd picture😅. Actually we don't even know how the pieces move😅Noby is studying it right now 😆. The day when J&N's tense game will be televised is near. ⁉️

I'm late getting this up 💦. Still talking about this past Sunday night. The Narumi I was drinking is still a little left in the evening... It's 14 degrees and I have to go 😤 with a sense of déjà vu like we talked about just recently 😅I broke the rule of no more than 4 gou in a day 🤭 and continued to have a bottle of this one: ❗️ Actually, this is the second bottle of Yamanashi sake we've had 😅I've been wanting to try it for a while! Mashidaya started to carry it and Nobby got it for us 🤗. It's not 'tan', it's 'dan' and it's muddy 🤔This sake is not nigori 😄. The label is cool and summery with silver lettering ♬ I'll make love to you The aroma is mild and sweet 😌. I love the aroma and the taste is mildly sweet 😌. But as you drink it, it has a strong umami and a sharp aftertaste 😋. During the party, I talked to my son on the speaker phone and asked him about his latest news and we talked about his new hobby 😄As a result, my son sent me something this week. I'll let you know what it is later 😉. The conversation with my son kept the drinks flowing 😋. But we're adults here 😌 and switched to tea 🍵 with a little 🤏 left over. We were happy 🫠 and happy 🫠.

Last week I didn't drink sake for 6 days from Monday to Saturday 😑I had a highball 🥃 for one day, but it was almost like a week of rest 😙. And on the weekend, Nobby went to Chiba on Friday 🚗 while Jay was away in Utsunomiya, and we met again on Sunday night for a party 🤗. The sake of choice was Narumi, which Jay bought in Chiba a while ago! It's the first time I've seen a dry junmai usun nigori (light nigori) 🤗. I thought it would be easy to drink if it was a 14% Narumi, so let's have a party 🍶! The aroma is fresh and dry 😌. The first sip is a bit sour 😆. It's like adding lemon🍋 to grapefruit juice. Next, when I mixed in the Ori, the taste changed quite a bit 😳At once the bitterness was added and a dry and refreshing feeling was added 👍This was delicious 😋 and it went down smoothly, but when I looked at the label, it looked like it was also good warmed up 🍶! We started drinking it early and as expected, we finished it before we could get our hands on the second bottle 😚. By the way, the other day, I suddenly thought of playing "Animal Crossing" for the first time in a very long time, which I was addicted to when I was in the Corona disaster 😊There were many Gs in the house😱I exterminated them well and enjoyed the reunion with the villagers after 3 years🥹It was a well-made island, even for me 😌.

We had a lot of fun at Tochigi Sake Festa ‼️. 😙We drank a lot of Japanese sake 😅The next day, Sunday night, we decided to have beer 🍺 but we drank it right away 😙While we were thinking what to do, Nobby made a great suggestion that we have mini whiskey... but it was a mini whiskey 🥃... but it ran out too soon 🙂! But since it was a mini one 🙂 it too ran out quickly 🥲 and we had another family meeting! Should we have tea 🍵 or 🤔? So we opened a bottle of Brilliant ‼️ This is a bottle we bought at the store during our GW visit to Sotaike Sake Brewery👍This is served with a sake cup my daughter bought for us at that time 🥹. I first drank it cold, but I decided it would be better warmed up, so I quickly made love to it in Yumbei Yokocho. I love it when I sip it! It's really good warmed up, isn't it? Conversation with the store owner when we tasted this one at Sotaike on GW Uncle: You've never had heated sake before, have you? Nobby: No, no, I like heated sake! Uncle: Wow, you can't see it! Nobby: It's delicious...the sharpness from the acidity is nice! Uncle: What? You know your stuff! You're a pro! I'm not a pro, but I'm a good drinker 😆. Tochigi love 🥰 that heated sake is also good this time of year!

I know it's a little late to raise this 😅Here's a story about a bottle I drank before going to Tochigi Sake Festa🤗. Last week I had 4 days off from Monday to Thursday 🥲 and on Friday night ‼️ I had a little bit of Kankoubai left over first 😋 I felt like it was even easier to drink after a few days 😊. And then we blinked away the rest 😉 We continued to open a bottle of everyone's favorite 🌈 Kabutatsumushi ‼️ At J&N's house, we were talking about how we've been drinking it two years in a row, so maybe we don't need to drink it this year 🤔, but information about its availability was flying around on the Kenmin-kai line, and we were informed that this year it was printed on the bottle instead of a sticker 🧐, so we had to get it👍and Nobby got it. I had to buy it 👍 and Nobby got it. I'll make love to you! The fresh aroma is enchanting: ☺️ I took a sip and...wow! Yummmmmm 😍 This isn't a drink, it's a juice 😙. I feel like this year I don't get that much sourness or lemon 🍋, but the flavor comes out all over the place 😋. It's more like a kid's beer 🍺 or a kid's ponzu 🍶 rather than an adult lemon squash 😁. I sucked it up so fast it was like a beetle sucking sap 😚. Tochigi love 🥰 even in my mature age

Tochigi Sake Festa (2) I was curious about bouken after Kotori's post, and Nobby and I were so enthusiastic that we couldn't help drinking this one: ‼️ 😆 Now I'm going to drink my bald father's secret sake 🤗The water color is slightly my father's color😆It's a dry sake with a sour taste, but it was lukewarm so I want to drink a cool one 🤔. I'd like to drink it cold 🤔. Next we had 🤗 Yoshii Shuzo, Hatsuebisu Junmai Ginjo: It's light and delicious 🤣 (who's asking 🤣) Matsui Shuzo's Junmai Ginjo Yumesasara, Mrs. Butterfly: Beautiful sake! It was hot that day 🥵I had to bring a lot of water or I'd get sick ⁉️ so I brought two 2L plastic bottles from J&N's house ✌️ Then, Higu and his friends who were waiting for us also brought a bottle of water 💧 and we all drank a lot so we wouldn't get drunk 😄 but we drank all of them and added another bottle😅. Saturday's festa started at 3:00 and ended at 9:00! We were talking about how we wouldn't be there for 6 hours 😆 but we ended up drinking, eating and talking 😂Kotori was happy to come even though she didn't drink for a few hours 🥹and before we knew it, the show was over 🥲6 hours went by so fast😌. Tochigi Sake Festa ①. On Saturday, I was looking forward to "Toast with Tochigi Local Sake Festa 2024" 🤗. As Kotori-san already mentioned, it was a two-day event starting from Friday evening the day before, and Kotori-san, Nanoha-san, Higu-san, and Ars-san from Kenmin-kai participated on the first day: ‼️ On the second day, I met Tsubu-chan at Tobu-Utsunomiya station for the 3:00 p.m. start of the show, and we went to the venue! We met up with Higu and Nanoha-san, who were there for the second day in a row, and they had saved us a seat 😊It was very hot 🥵, so we were very grateful! They were really gods! I've never had a drink before! So we started off with a toast with a bottle of Junmai Ginjyo Drunken Summer by Higashi Rikishi. The other drinks in the first half were Watanabe Shuzo's Asahi Koki Junmai Daiginjo Yumesasara: I knew Asahi Koki was good and I could enjoy the aftertaste 😋. I was so surprised that he didn't say that! And Sakegawa playback................................................😳 And I only drank 3 brands of Tamitsu 😕 Top 2 are too strong 😅Tochigi sake is also strong with Senkou & Houou Mita Top 2 though 😉. I'll make love to you now ♬The aroma is gorgeous 😌. The first sip is delicious with a refreshing light sweetness and a refreshing sourness! This is a food sake that is easy to drink and will keep you coming back for more 😙. I broke my rule of no more than 4 gou a day and went for a second bottle, but I drank quite a bit of it 💦 but I was brave enough to put the lid on it! By the way, last Saturday was Tochigi & Chiba Citizens' Day...an important anniversary for us who grew up in Chiba and live in Tochigi. ❗️ And even though we were both in Chiba, we forgot all about it 😫 Tochigi ai~n😢.

The long-awaited Sunday evening ‼️ After an emotional reunion🥹 after a week in Utsunomiya, we J&N are in a whirlpool of joy like a drum turning a pile of laundry🧺 🌀😊. Now what shall we drink? We looked at the fridge and decided that since it had been a while since we had had a low alcohol drink 😋, so we chose Chokaizan. ‼️ The first time we drank it before was ridiculously delicious, so we were looking forward to it.... I'll make love to you now ♬ I'll make love to you now ♬ I'll make love to you now I'll make love to you ♬ I'll make love to you ♬ I'll make love to you It's a gentle sipping 🥰It has a juicy acidity and then a clean and crisp feeling that is pleasant 🤔But as you continue to drink it, it was still dry 😙But it's still a good sake 🍶😍and you're on to your second bottle ‼️ By the way, last weekend, Jay went to his father's place in Ichikawa and Nobby went to his mother's place in Noda after taking care of his father in Ichikawa. Since it was Father's Day, Jay took his father for a bath 🛀 and scrubbed his skinny body 🧼. The water pressure of the shower 🚿 seemed to hurt his skinny body and he said "Ouch 🤨 I'll be gentle with you, please be patient ☹️". I'm going to be gentle with you. My father's two sisters also happened to be over that day, so it was nice to be able to show my dad in a young shirt after his bath to my aunts. ☺️

The last bottle I drank last weekend! I wanted to try it after I saw it was raised on Sake no Wawa. ‼️ I saw that Bouken-san drank this one! I opened the bottle with high expectations 🤗. I drank a bottle last weekend 🤗. At a liquor store where we found a bottle of Ginkame in the fridge, we peeked in to see what they were preparing to deliver by the cash register. Nobby asked with pure eyes 🥹, "Can I buy this 🤤⁉️? So I got one after a long time👍. This is Yamae Nishiki 😌, which I remember receiving as a gift 🎁 when I met Tsubu-chan at my first offline meeting. It's an ordinary day, but the last time I gave it away, I didn't want to waste it, so I opened the bottle immediately this time 😊. I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you! It's juicy and delicious 😋 and the aroma is quite sweet as well 😄. I've come to realize that a sake that feels quite sweet at the entrance becomes sweeter as you drink it more and it's hard for J&N to finish a bottle 😅🤔No. I've figured it out now? I'm not sure I get it now. I think that's why it's more like a dry sake 😋 but still, Shinshu Kamerei is still delicious! By the way, this week, Nobby is going to Chiba on Monday to support Jay's father 😌 and then to Nobby's mother's place, so we will be separated for about a week 🥲 and automatically have no sake 🍶 life 😑 although I have beer 🍺😅. Now I'm looking forward to seeing you again this weekend and having a drink ☺️

I will raise the sake I received last weekend 🤗. The first one is Sanzenmori, which we've been addicted to for a while now. The blue color of the bottle and the label is so beautiful that it makes me feel cool just by looking at it 🎐. Before drinking it, Nobby asked me, "What temperature is this? I looked at the label and said, "It's almost 18 degrees! Jay replies, 'It's almost 18 degrees...' That's not good 🫢We had to drink it slowly and be careful not to get too drunk 🤔...we were talking while drinking. But I knew it! 18 degrees is not drunken 🥴, to which Jay replied, "Is this really that high? Nobby looked at the label and asked, "Is this really that high? No, it's not! ‼️." "No, that's just the sake level," he said! It's about 14 degrees alcohol by volume 😆. There you have it 🙄! Jay's theater of assumption 😓😓. So back to the sake 😅 It's called "Aromatic Suzumizu Sake" and it's very aptly named and served chilled 🤗. When you take a sip, you can taste the fresh and clear flavor with a slight sweetness in the umami, probably because of the gorgeous aroma. ☺️ It is a delicious summer sake with a clean aftertaste. ‼️ When you know it is 14 degrees, you will sober up and enjoy it with a sip 😋. I'm going to be more and more addicted to it 😍! I'm getting more and more addicted to it😍.

I'm a little behind on posting 😅This is the first of three bottles I drank this week... It's been a while since I had my 7th bottle of Masayo ‼️ Now that I think about it, maybe this is the first Masayo we had 🙄 Maybe it was fresh then and this time it's fire-roasted 🤔. I'll make love to you The aroma is not so strong... And when I took a sip, I couldn't help but hear the harmony of "Wow 😳umamaii🤩" 🎶 echoing through the J&N house🤗. The mouthfeel is light and pleasant, with a slight sweetness, but at the same time it has a nice acidity and a hint of bitterness that gives it a nice kick from the umami 😋 It's well-balanced and this is delicious ‼️ This is the core of Masayo's series 👍. Gekka🌕 means moonlight in the Yamato language, but we divided it into two days, Monday and Tuesday, to make it rhyme 😆. By the way, the other day, during our tour from the dealer to the liquor store 🚗, it was just lunch time and we decided to eat out for the first time in a while! We went into CoCo Ichi, which we happened to see while driving 🤗They had take-out, but this was our first time to eat at a restaurant😄We both ordered the Summer Veggie Spice Curry 😙Jay and I ordered the Summer Veggie Spice Curry 🍛!
