Nagano Sake Shop Tour (2) We left Hara Shoten and vowed to revisit next February-March, aiming for Sogape 🥹. Then we decided to have soba noodles for lunch! And we talked about eating soba for lunch! I remembered Maecin-san had eaten Soba in Ueda a while ago 🤔I checked out Sake-no-wa and decided to go to "Kusabue" ‼️ It was my first visit and it was very crowded during lunch time on weekends😳But checking out "Sake-no-wa" and observing the people waiting 👀 made the wait time seem short. I didn't realize that this would lead to later realizations... When my turn came, I ordered a light Morisoba and Kurumi Soba with one assorted tempura! The soba arrived right away, but it was a lot of food😅. After I thought I had eaten quite a bit, I unwrapped the soba that was lurking at the bottom and the amount came back and I added one more serving ♾️ loop ⁉️😳 and as a result, I was starving 😵! After that, I was not going to go there, but I parked my car at Seven and took a walk to Okazaki-san to eat 😅I was confused because the entrance seemed to have changed 😅I got two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei here: ‼️ First I'm going to make love to you 🤗. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 😌. I thought it was a classic when I took a sip, but then the sweetness came and it was a little sour 😋 It's very cost effective! I finished it with J&N's standard of sweetness but loose 😙. to be continued

Nagano Sake Boutique Tour (1) The weekend before last, we had planned to go to Chiba, but it was suddenly postponed on Friday night, so we were free. Okay...let's go to Nagano! Let's go to Nagano ‼️ but we don't have the same vitality as the Tsubajiya family 😅 so we decided to go overnight 🤗. Then we looked for a place to stay and booked a reasonably priced hotel with all-you-can-drink buffet around 10am, and left at 7am the next morning! The last time I went on a Nagano sake trip was in March 2023, so it's been about 2 and a half years 🤗. The drive to Nagano was a beautiful sunny day with no traffic jam, so we first visited Shimizuya's Koumi Honten! Just to be sure, Nobby asked, "Do you have any Sogape sake?" Nobby asked, "Do you have any Sogape sake?" and was told that it usually comes out in February and March and is sold out right away, so they don't have any now. The sake trip is still going on, and I'm going to drink the sake I got at Hara's. I told shinsaku3 & Pekho that I wanted to drink it. I'll make love to you! The aroma is...! It's so sweet and sour and fresh! I'm going to drink it for the first time........ The third one is the kids I brought from Nagano 🤗I only have one bottle of wine in my 👋. to be continued

I can't seem to keep up the pace of posting 😅. Time flies and I feel like it's been a long time 🤔Here's one I got on the night of the Dodgers WC win 🤗. I was watching the game with my sister at my father's room in Ichikawa and we were all so happy when Roxas and Sumichan hit a HR⚾ and the last double play 🥳 My father, who is hard of hearing and usually difficult to talk to, shouted "Shut up ‼️" twice 😆. Then we came back to Utsunomiya in the evening 🚙, bought some light snacks at Seven, and started the celebration! But the main snacks of the day were YouTube videos of the game and player interviews 🎤 But Betts' house is awesome 😳. We wanted something light 🤗 so we chose this Mimurosugi 🤗. Coincidentally, this is the first bottle of Mimuro Sugi I've had since February this year, when I also had a bottle of Bodhi Hashi, Rohafu Oorigara-mi 😙. I'll make love to you now ♬Congratulations on your victory 🥂! The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. The first sip is a nice sweetness. Hmmm? It's time for him to come...here he comes! Here comes the acidity team ‼️ and with their addition, a pleasant flavor rushes through the mouth 🤗It's clean and crisp, and I finished it off!

The first sip is a nice, light sweetness with a moderate acidity 😌. Oh 😙 this is a juice!" The first sip was thinly fruity, but it gets better as you drink more! It was so good that it made me want to dance the Carmen with Anaore 💃 and a rose🌹 in my mouth 😄. Nao888 said that it is recommended to finish J&N on the first day because it gets sweeter after a few days, but you can't leave such a delicious 12 degrees in the gokyuun 😙.

I drank it in a gulp, but the aroma comes through quite well, so I think it would be sweeter if I drank it in a Riedel 😋. Still, it was sharp and crisp, as if to say, "It's dry! The feeling that the wine is sharp and tight is quintessential Ona-san 😙. We are the type of people who drink mostly by feel, so this is a perfect bottle for us. ‼️ I want this one to be umakuchi (delicious) or sweet and sour! I think there might be a series of "Umakuchi" or "Sweet & Sour"! Maybe we can make a series called "Umami" or "Sweet and Sour" 😄. I think someone might say "Give me some money 🤩" 😆. After being backed into a corner 😰, we were surprised to see Rojas HR 🤗 and our guess Pahez's good defense ‼️ and Smichan's HR ⚾️ after the supporting cast played well and pulled them together 🤗! You all know! It's the Yamamoro of the world‼️ I went to the liquor store to buy a bottle of this and to my surprise, it was a ras one😳This could be a Yamamoto whirlwind in the sake industry! I drank it outside a long time ago, but this is my first time drinking it at home. I'll make love to you The aroma is fruity 😌. I love the aroma, it's fruity 😌, and the taste is delicious like a seamless seam 😋, while I also feel the acidity that comes to my throat, It was as sharp as a split 😙. The ⚾World Series games have been too long and I'm behind on my writing 📝😅This is the 4th bottle I drank the weekend before last! If I can drink this much, I'll be fully recovered from J&N ‼️ Well, it would be nice to have Chinese for lunch on this day, wouldn't it? We found a highly rated restaurant and went to ‼️. We were in line at lunchtime, but the turnover was fast and we entered the restaurant 🍺 and enjoyed a lunchtime drink 🍺 with fried rice with egg, dumplings and fried lebanilla. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite large. After that, we walked to Utsunomiya station to eat 👣 and went shopping 🏠 before heading home in good health 🏠. Then we started the party with the side dishes we had bought! So Honor was chosen there 🤗I got this one at Hitomi Sake Shop, which I hadn't been to in a while, but then I wondered which one to buy, the bunny girl Matsu no Kotobuki 🤔. But I thought the bunny was sweet? I thought so and passed on it 😅but when I saw the sake wa, it's dry 🧐. I'll make love to you I don't think it has much of an aroma 😑. I'm not sure if it has any aroma ἑ but when I take a sip, wow..! The flavor spreads in your mouth 😊Yes, it's mellow😇! It's mellow😇 You can also taste the acidity in the umami 😋 and it leaves a lingering aftertaste after swallowing 😚. I'm glad to be able to feel this kind of deliciousness.

Third bottle I drank last weekend😊. It's been a while since I drank at home again😅The last time I drank at home was last June, so it's been about a year and a half since I've had Masayo. ‼️ One week ago on this day, Otani exploded ⚾️ with his pitching and hitting 💥 in the legendary game 🥹 that decided the WS appearance! 🏆In his MVP interview, he said "Please drink good sake today🤗" which sounded like "Please drink, Masayo-san" to us 😄It's been a long time since you've been here‼️ In the Sake-no-Wa review, there was talk of it being light and light, and at 14.5 degrees, it was perfect for the third bottle of rehab! It was over the 2,000 yen barrier 😰, but since Honkin was cheap 🤭, the two bottles together were just right 🤭. I'll make love to you The aroma is fresh and grapey 😌. The series of long time no see series continues😅! It's been about two and a half years since I've had a bottle of Motokin-san's home brew since I got it on my Nagano sake trip! Since it's the second bottle for rehabilitation, we thought it would be nice to have a lighter one 😙, so we chose this one 🤗It's a nice bottle with a light price too 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌 and when you take a sip, you'll see it's another Ambassa type with a strong sweetness 😋. It's quite sweet, but it has a nice acidity that covers the sweetness 😙 It's a low alcohol sake at 13 degrees, so it's perfect for rehabilitative drinking as I was aiming for 😄. By the way, it was Nobby's birthday 🎂 over a week ago 🥲 on Sunday, October 12! We had planned to get together at Ichikawa that day and celebrate 🎊 with everyone, but... as I mentioned in my previous post, Nobby got sick from the previous Thursday and we had to give up 😓, and from Friday night Jay had the same symptoms😱. Neither of them had corona or flu, but it was like something was sitting in the back of their nose and throat and making them cough 😩. But it was my birthday and I had to cheer myself up ‼️ so I took out the "Unaju" for lunch that day🤗. I also bought a cake while I went to pick it up, and we celebrated with coffee☕&cake🍰 after lunch without alcohol🥹.

A lot has happened since we had the Yamasan Spark on 10/1 😅I took two whole weeks off from sake 🍶 😑. One of the reasons is that my daughter and Nobby had a weekend date! Jay, on the other hand, dropped Nobby off at Utsunomiya station and decided to hit the liquor stores near the station 🚙. We went to two liquor stores that seemed to sell "Kawaguchi Natto" and Ohna-san's "Sharakuchi Gokonna" ‼️ right after they opened and got them safely 👍A few other bottles as well! The third picture is the result of this day🤗. After that, we both got sick 😓and although I still haven't recovered completely 🥲, I'm feeling much better now, so we decided to disinfect with alcohol after a long time 😇. Then we chose "Akatombo" by Senkou from Tochigi sake ‼️ and it was the first time we drank at home in about 3 years😅. I'll make love to you The aroma smells like alcohol, probably because it's been a long time since I've had it. I take a sip and ahhh, it's been a while since I've had this taste 🥹 but I kind of feel the bitterness in the second half... J&N🫥 that I feel the exact same bitter taste from the alu smell In fact, when we drank beer 🍺 at rehearsal the day before, we both felt it was more bitter than usual 🤔If I can't drink like this 😱. But don't worry 😌we got back on track after the second glass 😊and were able to get back on track in an instant 😙. Oh, but the number of words in the flavor review... it's so good 😋 Tochigi love 🥰.

I'll make love to you now ♬The expectations are high as it's poured into a Riedel glass 😊. The aroma is fresh and citrusy 😌. The first sip of this wine is a bit of a surprise, and the flavor spreads to a fresh acidity! The bitter taste is then released 😋. In the Sake-no-wa report, Ymdaz said that the balance was improved by letting it sit for a day, and Kotaro also said that he felt a Mori🧐-like flavor. We too were like, "Should we stop and put a lid on it now?" "Hmm? I'm drinking it now, so it's the last one. ⁉️" Yes~. J&N can't adjust their drinking speed 😆.

Here is the last bottle I drank in September! Nobby is coming back to Utsunomiya after a long absence from his father's care in Ichikawa. I wanted to make him happy with something delicious, so I went to Asanoya for the squid toro maki (toro roll). But I didn't find what I was looking for 😓I was about to go to the cashier with the bonito and octopus in my hand when I got a poke on my back 🙄I turned around and saw the guy holding the ika toro maki in his hand 😳. Without a pause, he took it from me and said, "Oh! Please give me this ‼️" and took it from him and got it 😄I guess he looked like he definitely wanted it when he entered the store 😅Thanks uncle 🥹. As long as I have this sashimi! I'm already at ease😊. The sake I paired it with was this one that looked delicious and I liked the name! I'm going to make love to you! I'll make love to you! The aroma is slightly fruity and mild 😌. The first sip has a gentle mouthfeel with a gentle acidity 😙It's a refreshing yet sweet taste at the end 😇. I took a sip of the squid toro maki... and then poured the Yuuo into it... ooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........... J&N are feeling relieved that their father is better 😮‍💨 and excited about their first sake dinner 🍶 in a long time 🥳! As the name "Nebula Akizuki" implies, we drank it and it was so clean and clear that we had plenty of highballs afterwards 🤤.

This is our second bottle of Nanayo and this time it's a pink label with a hint of sweetness: ‼️ Let's see what the international J&N standards say about it 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is peachy with the pink label! The first sip is a gentle, sweet and sour taste, not too sweet, but light and easy to drink 😙. It is a very safe wine that meets J&N's standards. By the way, after the Dodgers won the district series against the Phillies this weekend ⚾I was so excited to see the Japanese players play so well 😍I hope they can keep up their momentum to become the number one team in the world! Let's continue where we left off last time! Everyone's idol was discharged from the hospital suddenly 😆 but there is a fear that his blood pressure may drop when he stands up and he needs to be watched over by his family for a while 🤔. So Nobby went to Ichikawa to take care of her for the week at the end of September 🥺. She took on a very difficult role, almost unable to go out, and I was away and unable to do anything 😓I really can't thank my sister and Nobby enough for their dedicated support 😌. Read it from the vertical 😉. I decided to go with Nanamizu! Even if I drink it a hundred times, I feel a fresh taste every time! If you invest in it, you're sure to get a return! The taste is so good that you don't need a draft (I mean a draft)! My favorite Nanamizu was in the fridge. We are very happy to have reached our goal! Now it's showtime! The day has finally arrived! Happy J&N700 check-in 🤗 ‼️ Sometimes you can't tell from the side 🤔 but you can tell from the vertical 😄. I'll make love to you I read the label first and I can only assume the aroma is greeful😊. I'm going to take a sip and yes, it's oooooo maaaaayyyy😍. It's sweet but has a nice sharpness to it so it can be enjoyed alone or with a meal. ‼️ This Nanamizu is an IWC 2025 Gold Award winning sake 🏆 and as the white label says, it's back to the basics 😌 and starting over for 800 😌. Since we started "Sake no Wa" in November 2021, the content is still the same as before 😅 a little bit of sake, a lot of chatting, anthropomorphism and the usual posts 😅. I wonder if we are becoming an old group before we know it 🤔We would like to continue to enjoy drinking with all the new and old residents of the sakewa world 🤗. It's hard to write vertically 😅 in Tochigi Ai 🥰.

Let's drink something we've never had before! I knew that Sake no Oikawa in Chiba sold this sparkling wine, but I had never seen it before 🧐 so I picked it up without even looking at the label😳‼️ I thought 🤗 and looked at the label...hmmm⁉️ yeah 😳 it says it's 18.5 degrees 😱 this is the one that could sink you if you don't take it to heart 😵. And so, our first Mistress... Well, 18.5 degrees is nothing compared to Mistress Nobby, who has reached the stage of being an expert at 🙂‍↔️ 🤭. I'll make love to you As you can see on the bottle opening warning (⚠️), the bubbles were strong and I repeatedly opened and closed the bottle to enjoy the dance of the cucumbers! The aroma is mild when poured into a Riedel glass 😌😌. I thought it would be refreshing when I took a sip, but it tasted quite dry with a bitter aftertaste and a 😵‍💫 thick, high alcohol taste 😚. I couldn't finish it 😨 and put the lid on. Maybe the first time I didn't finish a sparkling 😅. And the other day, Nobby went to his parents' house for a three-day weekend 😢Jay drank a little bit of the rest every day 🙂 It was still dry and thick even a little bit, but it was just right for a quick drink 😙. I heard they also have a 13 degree sparkling one, so I'd like to try that!

The first sip reveals a sweetness that makes you wave your hand and say 👋, but then it quickly dies down with a bye-bye 👋😙The dry sake is delicious 😊It's so easy to drink that you wouldn't believe it's 18° and you'll be able to drink it with ease😇Kanji Takachiyo-san is sure to be a winner 🤗. By the way, last week I visited my father for the second week in a row 🚙 and my sister, who always does her best to take care of me, and we went to an izakaya (Japanese style pub) to get away from the heat! We found a nice Yakitori restaurant and visited for the first time 🤗The stylish skewers were served in a 7-course menu 😋 It was a nice place to enjoy a relaxing meal and drinks! The Penguin🐧 summer sake we had a while ago was so good 😋 that Nobby suggested we drink all of the animal series from Kanhongbai 🤗 and brought the next autumn sake, Owl🦉, ‼️ I would like to drink "Polar bear in winter🐻" and "Rabbit in spring🐇" as the seasons change 👋. I'll make love to you! The aroma is fresh and fruity 😌. The first sip has a gaseous feeling, but the mouthfeel is gentle and sweet, with a sourness that lingers on the palate along with the lingering umami ☺️ I'm not sure if it's the sweetness or the acidity that lingers in the mouth along with the lingering umami...but as I continue to drink it, the sweetness is also a little too much...maybe our tongues are buggy these days😰 so I switched to the next sake after drinking about half! The next day, we were worried that it might still be too sweet 😅, but when we drank it, we found out that it tasted a little less sweet 😳. It's been a while since J&N enjoyed the taste of the second day. ☺️ By the way, last weekend Nobby met up with a friend from middle school and high school after 28 years 🥹 and we thought we would have a lot of fun reminiscing, but she is an avid fan of the Dodgers ⚾️ and the two girls had a great time talking about players and games while eating gyoza 🥟😆.

Except for Yuki-onna and Natsu no Otoshi, Omine-san only has a cup of sake that I got from a drinking iron 🚃 during a trip to the Chugoku region 2 years ago. Jay was in the mood for some fried chicken this day...and Nobby hasn't had it in a while 🤗. So, as usual, we walked for an hour and then went to KFC🍗‼️ to look at the menu and examine it carefully 🧐 and when we tried to order from the cashier, she said, "Please use the touch screen and self-serve! No, then you suppress the feeling of ⁉️ what for and go to 🙂‍↔️ and place your order so as not to be left behind by the changing times. And to go with it is a bottle that Nobby brought with him on a hunch💡! It's a sparkling nigori by Yonetsuru, which is a series I've never had before 🤗. I thought it would be a good match, but the label on the back of the bottle said something about "dishes that go well with it"...! Fried chicken😄 I'll make love to you! The aroma is fruity and just like this 😄. The sip is delicious 😋It's fresh, crisp, refreshing😙Dry and drinkable 😋. KFC gobbled up! And then, the endless loop of "KFC Gobble!" went too well together 😍Both were instant kills! We ran out of sake and snacks at once 😢Noby quickly made zosui🥣 and we moved on to highballs🥃...................that's how we drink ⁉️😆 We had a lot to drink that day and had a lot of fun talking about the past 😊.
