With a low al of 13 degrees.
Refreshing mouthfeel.
Slightly elegant sweetness.
The clear, watery texture makes it easy to drink.
You can feel the goodness of Honjozo to the fullest.
It also goes well with a side dish.
4/5 stars for my favorite.
Dewa cherry blossoms today.
The aroma of ginjo-shu is wonderful.
The appearance is clear and crisp due to the sake being aluzo-sweetened.
The rice polishing ratio is 50%.
It is easy to buy and goes well with anything.
A gift from my father-in-law2.
It is 100% Dewazanzan. I've had many Dewazakura junmai ginjos, but this may be my first.
It has a clear, slightly alcoholic ginjo aroma.
The taste is light and neutral.
The spiciness comes first, but the aftertaste is sweet.
Sake is only licked Temperature 5°C
Taste 75
Color Slightly yellow
Nose: Fresh, sweet rice aroma. From the mouthfeel to the lingering aroma, it has a slight old sake flavor.
Taste: Light on the palate, with a sweetness that is typical of nama-shu. The mouthfeel is light and sweet like a nama-shu, but then it switches to dry and crisp. The aroma is in harmony with the flavor.
Overall impression: I like Dewazakura on the whole, but this one did not appeal to me.
Dewanosato, a junmai sake recognized around the world, is one of the 1282 brands that won the "Champion Sake" award in the SAKE category at the International Wine Challenge. While many Daiginjo-class sake are entered in the competition, it is a great accomplishment for a Junmai sake to win this award. The concept of the taste is "taimi hittan," which means that the great taste loved beyond time is not too strong, but always has a good lightness.
