Nanamizu after a long time
It seems to be made from 100% Yumesasara (out of quality rice).
It's called "active nigori", but it's not.
Well, I opened the bottle without hesitation.
It's light and shwashy.
Aroma is like pear 😆.
The taste is sweet but
but it's pretty dry.
This is the kind of thing you drink and lose ✨.
Delicious 😁.
Nanamizu Junmai 70 Yamada Nishiki
I've been drinking Nanamizu for a while, but Yamadanishiki seems a bit rare.
It has a slightly unusual fruity aroma that is typical of Nanamizu, with a gourd-like aroma and a kiwi-like acidity.
The main taste is clear sweetness and umami.
The acidity is also quite tasty, and the aftertaste is refreshing and clean.
The final taste is a little complex, but that may be due to the fact that it is junmai.
Overall, it is a very clean and tasty sake.
It is moderately dry, easy to drink, and has a refreshing aftertaste, as it was brewed to be "compatible with food.
I think it is a good match for food, but I wonder...is it right?
Yumesasara" rice with 45% milling degree was used.
The clear ripe peach aroma, elegant and luscious flavor, and well-balanced acidity made for a delicious wine.
It is a very auspicious "New Year's celebration sake" expressing a "white snake," also called a messenger of the gods, to make 2025 a year of further progress.
Happy New Year, Mr. Ham 🌅!
Nanamizu's New Year label ‼️ is perfect for New Year's Day 🤗 Looks delicious 😋.
Please keep up the good work this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
Jay and Nobby.
Happy New Year ㊗️
Thanks for your comment 😊.
You're right, the label is perfect for New Year's.
And the name "seven waters" is also auspicious.
There is a theory in Taiwan that "water" is good luck for money.
I sincerely wish Jay & Nobby good luck too.
Best wishes for this year as well. ☺️
Fresh and active nigori sake
Light and clear in the mouth. Sake that is refreshing and easy to drink. It was drier than expected. Thanks Sakurai-san for another year of delicious sake!
