Today, I would like to introduce a rare sake. The liquor store I frequent often asked me, "How about this rare sake? I reserved this sake because it is rare. It is a sake made by freezing unfiltered raw sake of Naraman for half a year 😄. The aroma is fruity, green apple and grapefruit. The aroma is fruity with green apple and grapefruit, and when you drink it from there, it has a sweet and slightly carbonated taste. It has a nice bitterness and a nice finish. Although it is unfiltered, it has a cohesive and mellow feeling. I wonder if this is because it has been aged for half a year. I'm still basking in the afterglow of the Tochigi Prefectural Meeting. The day after the meeting, I went to Sano City and had my first Sano Ramen and Gyoza (Chinese dumplings) 😄The light flavor of Sano Ramen and the handmade noodles went well together. The Sano ramen is light and the handmade noodles go well together. The gyoza was so delicious and garlicky that I bought some as souvenirs (lol). Then we went to a sake store. The first time I went to Ueoka Sake Shop 😄I found it to have a nice atmosphere. I was interested in this one. Kuramoto-san! Yamadanishiki but dry? I thought it was interesting, so I bought it. The aroma is apple and rice. You can also taste sourness from it. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and umami. Up to this point, it is typical of Yamadanishiki. The acidity comes from there, and the sharpness or lingering aftertaste is nice. There are many Yamadanishiki that are full-bodied, but it is rare to find a Yamadanishiki that has a sharp taste. It is delicious 😄The acidity is also good. I can feel the high level of Mr. Kuramoto. Buying sake I've never had at a liquor store I've never been to. This is one of the best parts of traveling 😄.
