The second bottle of the 0th party😄I get a Junmai Ginjo from Izumigawa! It makes me want to drink it when it's there (^o^) The aroma is mild rice aroma from banana🍌! When you drink it, the mild sweetness slowly gives way to umami, with little sourness or bitterness, and a nice sharpness. It is a sake that really doesn't interfere with meals. A souvenir from my brother's business trip to Nihonmatsu! Daishichi Snow Shibori😄I've had many opportunities to drink Daishichi recently! And it's new sake! This time it was a honjozo (pure sake)! He wanted me to drink it at a temperature range of 8 to 11 degrees Celsius. I would like to warm up the sake, but... The aroma is banana-like, with a hint of blue cheese and rice. However, the aroma is not too heavy for a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. When you drink it, the sweetness comes a little stronger, and then sourness, bitterness, and umami rush in. The final taste is not so robust and clean, probably due to the fact that it was made with alcohol. Overall, a good collaboration of cleanliness and umami 😄. The next party! Next up was Uki Uki, which I was curious about because the previous customer had ordered it😄It has a spring-like label and looks exciting! Well, the aroma has a tropical or fresh feeling like apple, pear, and a little bit of vines. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and then the acidity. The acidity comes from the sweetness, giving it a spring-like feel. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. This is a bottle that should be drunk during this season!

0ne meeting! Next up was a Sogapère Ephis 😄 which I once wanted to try, but didn't realize you could drink it here. The label is very detailed and I was satisfied with just this (lol). This one is a mixed yeast of No. 1 and No. 2. I thought they didn't have No. 1 or No. 2 yeast anymore... In any case, I was looking forward to this rare yeast! The aroma is of white grapes like wine, with a hint of sour citrus. There is not much rice aroma. When you drink it, you will taste the sweetness and then the sourness! It is like a wine, but it also has umami and a strong finish. This is interesting because it also has a sake-like character 😊.

Yesterday I had a drinking party and before the party I happened to find a restaurant with a wide variety of Japanese sake! The space is very small, but there is a wide selection of sake, perfect for an after-party. And here is the first one! Yamae Nishiki from Shinshu Kamerei! I never expected to find Kamerei here. The aroma is apple and muscat. When you drink it, the sweetness spreads as usual for Kamerei, and then the chirichiri-ness starts. The umami and acidity come out moderately and it has a nice sharpness. It is a very beautiful sake! Delicious 😄.

Today is the 14th anniversary of the earthquake. It's a day that makes me think a lot. I think about what I was doing on that day, the fear that I was going to die, and many other things... and I think about them as I look back on this page! I had a chance to visit Iwate the other day and bought this 😊Hamamusume! The brewery was located in Otsuchi-cho at the time of the earthquake, but was moved to Morioka after the disaster. The first sake they made there was this Hamamusume! It is also called "revival sake" 😊. The first Hamamusume! Akabe is also delicious, so I take it as a given that it is delicious. The aroma is very fruity, with hints of apple, pear, peach, and flowers. When you drink it, the sweetness comes through and then the acidity is emphasized and so is the umami. The aftertaste is refreshing. The sweetness is noticeable on its own, but when drunk as a food sake, the sweetness is moderate and well balanced. Depending on the ingredients, the acidity may be emphasized, but overall it is fresh and delicious. I would like to have this kind of sake on hand all the time, but it is only available in Iwate...I'll buy it again (^o^)

This time, I ordered this sake after hearing that it will be shipped directly from the press on March 3! Hiroki😄Murasakiu is also famous, but this one is also delicious! Last weekend was my niece's birthday! My niece is still small, so we had it as adults! HelloWorld by Sentori! The aroma is apple, peach and pear! Very beautiful aroma. I wonder if it is also from Kamishinko. I don't feel any fresh yeast. It's very refreshing without mixing the ori, not too sweet, a bit of sourness and bitterness, and it finishes with a kick. It is easy to drink. When mixed with Ori, the flavor increases and the balance is perfect😄I think I prefer this one. Today's limited edition! Bought this one recommended by the liquor store 😊This is a new sake of Daishichi Namahashime! The aroma is unique, like blue cheese! I don't think it has much fruit freshness. When you drink it, the sweetness is restrained and there is a moderate umami from the acidity. The bitterness spreads from there and the sharpness is good. This is delicious 😊When we think of Daishichi, we think of its traditional sake making method, so we tried heating it up! The flavor changes drastically. The umami spreads and the bitterness is mild. The acidity is just right! Personally, I prefer it heated 😊I'm glad I found this rare sake. I remember when there used to be a big signboard for Daishichi on a mountain near my house........................................!

Nothing special but Shinshu Kamerei😄 This sake has an episode... Kamerei is very popular these days. When it is sold, it is sold out in no time. It is very hard to get it😅 One day, I heard from a liquor store that coasters made of Hakuunishi from Shinshu Kamerei would be on sale, and being a Kamerei lover, I immediately made a decision and made a reservation immediately! He said they would be delivered on the next Shinshu Kamerei release date. And the day of the Shinshu Kamerei release! I was going to buy only the coaster, but the owner said, "I saved the coaster because I didn't want to say it was only a coaster! I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki 😄! I was grateful to the owner and took a sip. The aroma was the usual Kamerei apple flavor. The taste is mildly sweet, slightly carbonated, and umami. The sourness and bitterness come from there, and it is really delicious. It has a more gentle taste. It goes well with oyster vinegar!

Now for the 501st bottle, today is Risshun (the first day of spring)! So I'll have Ichinokura's Risshun Hatsu Shibori! The owner of the sake shop told me that they changed the bean sprouts this year, so it has a little sourness and umami, but it tastes good with a clean aftertaste. The aroma is like apple or peach compote. When I drank it, I found a moderate sweetness that gave way to a strong umami, and a dignified sourness that gave way to a moderate bitterness! My favorite Oyomori sake, Echino Matsuro's new sake Arabashiri! It has a high alcohol content of 19 degrees! Well, the taste... the aroma is of apples and alcohol! Today, I bought Miharu-koma at my youngest brother's workplace after getting information that it was available at a reasonable price! First Shibori! Today we were invited to my brother's house for a motsu nabe party 😄I brought this with me! Yaemon's Nama-no-Ogara-mi 😄This is also one of the bottles from the gift box! The aroma is gentle and banana-like. The aroma is gently banana-like, with hints of grapefruit and rice. The flavor is moderately sweet and slightly carbonated. The acidity and bitterness are mild, and the umami is delicious. The aftertaste is delicious with a moderate aftertaste. Since the beef was served with sake, the fat content was quickly drained away with the sake. This is a perfect combination. I drank it without feeling much alcohol! Steady rehabilitation (lol)

I've been infected with the flu since last week (crying) and had a hard time getting my fever down, but finally recovered! I had this for my recovery drink! This is a special order from "On a night like this..."! One of the gift boxes from Kawashima Sake Shop😄Nagano sake for sure! The aroma is apple and grapefruit 😄The taste is dry sweet and slightly carbonated! The sweetness is dry and slightly carbonated! Then there is a hint of sourness and bitterness 😊The aftertaste is a bit firm. I feel more alcohol in it because it's been a while since I've had sake! I thought it was delicious, but the impression was a little strong. I will continue to gradually rebibiliate sake in the future (lol).

This time from a blessed box purchased from Sake Kawashima 😄 again, all the sake is custom made to order. I am looking forward to it too much! First up is a local sake from Miyagi, Yukino Matsushima! I don't usually drink sake even though I live in Miyagi. The aroma was banana. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight carbonation. The sourness and bitterness come in moderation, and the aftertaste is light. It is easy to drink. It is like a juice. It is delicious.

Today, I went to a liquor store in Sendai for the first sale! I successfully got a lucky box of Sake, and then I drew a lottery to win the right to purchase Hana-yosu, which I did! I got the nigori sake and will enjoy it with my family! The aroma is still very pineapple and fruity (^o^), and the drink is sweet and slightly carbonated! It has a nice aftertaste with just the right amount of sourness! It is not too sweet. The flavor is even more delicious when mixed with Ori! We are very happy to have so many hit sakes after the New Year!
