Today's limited edition! Bought this one recommended by the liquor store 😊This is a new sake of Daishichi Namahashime! The aroma is unique, like blue cheese! I don't think it has much fruit freshness. When you drink it, the sweetness is restrained and there is a moderate umami from the acidity. The bitterness spreads from there and the sharpness is good. This is delicious 😊When we think of Daishichi, we think of its traditional sake making method, so we tried heating it up! The flavor changes drastically. The umami spreads and the bitterness is mild. The acidity is just right! Personally, I prefer it heated 😊I'm glad I found this rare sake. I remember when there used to be a big signboard for Daishichi on a mountain near my house........................................!

Nothing special but Shinshu Kamerei😄 This sake has an episode... Kamerei is very popular these days. When it is sold, it is sold out in no time. It is very hard to get it😅 One day, I heard from a liquor store that coasters made of Hakuunishi from Shinshu Kamerei would be on sale, and being a Kamerei lover, I immediately made a decision and made a reservation immediately! He said they would be delivered on the next Shinshu Kamerei release date. And the day of the Shinshu Kamerei release! I was going to buy only the coaster, but the owner said, "I saved the coaster because I didn't want to say it was only a coaster! I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki 😄! I was grateful to the owner and took a sip. The aroma was the usual Kamerei apple flavor. The taste is mildly sweet, slightly carbonated, and umami. The sourness and bitterness come from there, and it is really delicious. It has a more gentle taste. It goes well with oyster vinegar!

Now for the 501st bottle, today is Risshun (the first day of spring)! So I'll have Ichinokura's Risshun Hatsu Shibori! The owner of the sake shop told me that they changed the bean sprouts this year, so it has a little sourness and umami, but it tastes good with a clean aftertaste. The aroma is like apple or peach compote. When I drank it, I found a moderate sweetness that gave way to a strong umami, and a dignified sourness that gave way to a moderate bitterness! The aftertaste is refreshing. The aftertaste is refreshing. It has more umami than Ichinokura's usual Risshun Hatsu Shibori. The acidity is very good, and the taste reminds one of spring! It is a perfect match for deep-fried tofu, which gives it a more peachy flavor!

It's a sake that's bound to be delicious! The aroma is peachy. The aroma is like a peach 😄It has a beautiful aroma, and when you drink it, the sweetness comes through, followed by umami and a good acidity. The bitterness at the end is also indescribable. The sharpness is also good. The balance is very good. It is not too sweet, but a nice sweetness runs around in the mouth. It is delicious. I will continue to contribute my own unique sense of taste!

My favorite Oyomori sake, Echino Matsuro's new sake Arabashiri! It has a high alcohol content of 19 degrees! Well, the taste... the aroma is of apples and alcohol! When you drink it, the sweetness gives way to a smooth taste, followed by bitterness, and then the unique chiri-chiri-ness of the arosoke! From there, it quickly becomes sharp and clean. Today, I bought Miharu-koma at my youngest brother's workplace after getting information that it was available at a reasonable price! First Shibori! The aroma is fresh like melon but mild 😄The taste is mildly sweet and refreshing. The sweetness is mild and refreshing, and the acidity and bitterness are moderate and firm. Easy to drink like water. Today we were invited to my brother's house for a motsu nabe party 😄I brought this with me! Yaemon's Nama-no-Ogara-mi 😄This is also one of the bottles from the gift box! I've been infected with the flu since last week (crying) and had a hard time getting my fever down, but finally recovered! I had this for my recovery drink! This is a special order from "On a night like this..."! One of the gift boxes from Kawashima Sake Shop😄Nagano sake for sure! The aroma is apple and grapefruit 😄The taste is dry sweet and slightly carbonated! The sweetness is dry and slightly carbonated! Then there is a hint of sourness and bitterness 😊The aftertaste is a bit firm. I feel more alcohol in it because it's been a while since I've had sake! I thought it was delicious, but the impression was a little strong. I will continue to gradually rebibiliate sake in the future (lol).

This time from a blessed box purchased from Sake Kawashima 😄 again, all the sake is custom made to order. I am looking forward to it too much! First up is a local sake from Miyagi, Yukino Matsushima! I don't usually drink sake even though I live in Miyagi. The aroma was banana. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight carbonation. The sourness and bitterness come in moderation, and the aftertaste is light. It is easy to drink. It is like a juice. It is delicious.

Today, I went to a liquor store in Sendai for the first sale! I successfully got a lucky box of Sake, and then I drew a lottery to win the right to purchase Hana-yosu, which I did! I got the nigori sake and will enjoy it with my family! The aroma is still very pineapple and fruity (^o^), and the drink is sweet and slightly carbonated! It has a nice aftertaste with just the right amount of sourness! It is not too sweet. The flavor is even more delicious when mixed with Ori! The next sake is also unique to the Year of the Snake! Mimuro cedar Bodaihashi😄The Ogami Shrine, the knee of Mimuro cedar, is a place where white snakes are enshrined. Such a lucky charm! Mimuro cedar is delicious, so I had high expectations for this one! The aroma is very refreshing. It also has a citrusy, apple-like flavor. When you drink it, you will feel the sweetness and then the slight carbonation. The umami comes from the sweetness, and the acidity is clean with a nice aftertaste. It is a sake with a strong umami taste among Mimuro Sugi's sake. It was very delicious. I didn't know they made such a beautiful sake with Bodhi yeast. I was surprised! I am very impressed with all the good sake from the beginning of the New Year!

New Year's Day! Happy New Year to you all! There is a shrine in Miyagi called Kanejamizu Shrine, and this year is the year of the snake, so I bought some sake here! It is made by the Sasaki Sake Brewery, which is famous for its Nani no Oto (sound of waves) and other famous sake 😊. It must be delicious 😄and good luck too! The rice is Hitomebore, a sake brewed with rice produced within the Kinjeshisuijin company. The aroma is very beautiful and apple-like. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and then the umami. The aftertaste is clean and crisp! A truly delicious sake. It is the No. 1 sake I have ever had at Goshinzake (^o^) and I enjoyed it very much.

The aroma is muscat-like with a hint of sourness. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and then the slight carbonation! Tonight is cod nabe! It has albacore in it, so this one goes with it 😄Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori! A definite one! The aroma is melon, banana, light muscat... and rice! When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness, followed by a slight carbonation! Then the rice-derived umami and moderate acidity! Then the bitterness comes in and finishes it off! The aftertaste is also good. Although it is not dry, it is easy to drink! It goes well with the richness of the milt 😄I opened it right away, thinking that it is really delicious every year!

Yesterday was the last day of work 😊I rewarded myself for a year of work without getting sick! This is my favorite Junmai Hitogokochi from Shinshu Kamerei 😄. The aroma is fruity like apples and peaches. When you drink it, it has sweetness and a slight carbonation! From there, umami, acidity, and bitterness! Each is emphasized and it feels like a new sake! It explodes in your mouth (lol). The aftertaste is just the right amount of sharpness. The second day is also delicious! The balance has been achieved and the umami has increased! The sweetness does not interfere with the meal 😊It really is great as a food sake! Personally, I prefer to drink sake by itself, but this is great as a food sake 😊. In fact, there is a reason why I was able to finally get Kamerei this time and drink it without hesitation... I was a bit moved by it. I'll get to that later (lol).

Today is my brother's birthday! We had a birthday party 😄 so we celebrated with my brother's favorite red samurai! I managed to get my hands on some SNOW Xmas😄! The aroma is apple, citrus and rice! The overall dry impression makes it easy to drink 😄This is the one that kills you in a blink of an eye. I'm glad my brother was satisfied with it! We enjoyed it deliciously.

今日は限定酒を！ 蔵王の限定酒。純米吟醸のなかどり。 実は先日加藤登紀子さんが地元に来てコンサートを！父親が参戦してきて、そのお土産でコンサート会場のみで購入出来るものを買ってきてくれた。コンサートは「ほろよいコンサート」とのことで、加藤登紀子さんが実際にお酒を飲みながらコンサートをしたそう。その中で飲んだのがこのお酒😄 香りはリンゴのような感じで普段の蔵王よりは上品な感じのフルーティーさ。飲むと甘みと酸味と旨味のバランスが最高！とても綺麗なお酒で雑味がない。こういうお酒も蔵王造れるんだと再認識😄美味いな。ちなみにこれを飲んだ加藤登紀子さんは「美味い。これは度数が強いからチェイサーも！」と言っていたそう！

Yesterday was Christmas Eve😄 With the perfect sake! Yoshida Kurau😄I've had Yoshida Kurau's Kijoshu before, but this sake is made by fermenting it again (^o^) It's sparkling, so I had high expectations! The aroma is apple-like and muscat-like. When you drink it, the sweetness is not so strong and the carbonation hits you strongly, then comes the sourness and bitterness, and from there you get the umami taste and it goes from there. The label said it had a complex flavor, but I felt more sourness and bitterness than usual, but the carbonation kept me from feeling that. Made for a nice Christmas sake ✨.

It was so cold today😅! I had saved some sake for this kind of occasion! I had been saving this sake for a day like this 😄I bought this sake from one of the various stores that had come to Ishikawa Prefecture to support the recovery efforts! It seems to be sold at a roadside station. The rice is 100% Ishikawa Koshihikari 😄I was expecting it to be delicious heated up! First, I had it cold. The aroma is mild and banana-like. The aroma is mild and banana-like, with a very beautiful image! In the mouth, there is a slight sweetness and a bit of umami, and then it finishes clean and crisp. As the aroma suggests, it is a really beautiful sake 🍶 and it is easy to drink! Then it was served hot! The color changes, The sweetness and umami increased and it was delicious!
