This is the first time I received Ottersai. It is extremely delicious. The aroma in your mouth is great, but every time you move the sake around in your mouth, the wonderful aroma spreads!
And it is fresh and smooth!
This is one that makes me think I need to taste more Otters!

This is Banshu Ikkyo from Hyogo, my hometown.
As one would expect from a super-hot sake with a Sake meter of +10, it has a crisp, dry taste!
But it is very easy to drink and goes down easily! Perfect as a food sake✨.
I would like to try it again.

The aroma is wonderful the moment the bottle is opened!
I was impressed by the fruity and slightly piquant sensation that spread to my mouth the moment I took a sip, and I had no idea such a sake existed!
I had only the supernatant first, then mixed the orizumi and drank it. Each had its own character and was great!
