Akitsuho 657, a representative of Kaze no Mori When we opened the bottle, it popped! and the bottle opened with a bang. If I hadn't held it down with my hand, it might have gone all the way to the ceiling! First of all, the aroma...so fruity. I can enjoy it forever ✨. The first thing that strikes you in the mouth is the pleasant gassy sensation. And the aroma is reminiscent of muscat. It has a thicker flavor than the ALPHA1 I had before, but it is light and easy to drink! Great cosmetic value. The Kaze no Mori series is easy to compare different specs, so I will continue to drink them in the future!

Sawaya Matsumoto by Matsumoto Shuzo, a famous brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto. First of all, I'm attracted by the label design✨. And it's Yamadanishiki from Tojo district! I can't help but buy it. The acidity and bitterness are not too strong and disappear as soon as you swallow. It is an elegant yet deeply flavored sake! Too good!

This sake can be found everywhere in supermarkets and convenience stores. I bought it because the price was less than 1,000 yen without tax even though it is Daigin. The fruity and smoothness when drinking it is as expected from Hakutsuru! I didn't feel much of a lingering aftertaste after swallowing, but the cosmetics are excellent. I felt the technical skill of a major brewery!

The first Ganki✨ I was looking forward to. The first bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake by Yaoshin Shuzo, who is trying to revive the Ganki brand, was Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake. I will have that junmai unfiltered nama sake. The slight gasiness and aroma in the mouth is irresistible. Personally, I was impressed by the return aroma ✨. I felt that the aroma had a different expression than when it was in the mouth. This lingering flavor is wonderful.

This is the familiar Maru that I procured with Hakkaisan! I've been a fan of this sake for a long time and sometimes I want to drink it irresistibly🤤. The fluffy flavor and sweetness are addictive. As expected of Hakutsuru, they are very particular about the yeast and koji preparation. This sake is sold everywhere, but it is a great sake that has won a silver medal in 2023 and a bronze medal in 2024, two years in a row, at the IWC. It's a bottle you should always have on hand at home 🍶.

My goal is to conquer all the sakes in Japan, but I can't resist local sake. This is my favorite brand, Dragon Black by Ryuryoku. This sake is brewed with Hyogo-nishiki, a variety of Yamada-nishiki developed by Hyogo Prefecture as a countermeasure against global warming! It is characterized by its low aroma, but it has a deep flavor and is crisp, clear, and dry! We think this is a wonderful sake for a mealtime drink!

This is an excellent product brewed with "Sake Mirai", a rice suitable for sake brewing developed by the Takagi Shuzo of Jyushiyo. Sake Mirai is only allowed to be used by breweries that have been approved by the Takagi Shuzo! That alone is exciting, but the label describes it as "creamy with a gentle aftertaste. Even the liquor store owner said, "It's creamy." and my curiosity was swept away! The aroma is subdued and gentle. When I drank it, I found it to have a gentle aroma and a mellow taste, though I didn't feel any gasiness. This is good ☺️ It's a deeply flavored sake with a different character from fruity sake! The aftertaste is intoxicating as well. A sake with a future, thank you very much!

I got a Nabeshima that I had wanted to drink for a long time. The aroma is impressive, with a fruity top note reminiscent of muscat. On the palate, it is fire-aged, but has a gaseous and fresh feeling like a fresh sake. This is Nabeshima, and it is wonderful! The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and as expected, highly recommended.

Saku NOUVEAU" was purchased together with the Banshu Ikken I posted earlier! The fruity top-tasting aroma puts me in a good mood, and it is very juicy on the palate. The sourness and slight bitterness that comes afterward are irresistible. The Suzukagawa and the Saku are both excellent breweries, as one would expect from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten ✨.

This is Banshu Issen's Aizan! Sweetness is my first impression of Aizan, but I thought it had a wonderful balance of refreshing sweetness, pleasant fruity aroma, and rice flavor! The gasiness also enhances the deliciousness. I feel like I can drink as much as I want.

I was curious about Suzukagawa. When I drank it, I was impressed! It has a very fragrant banana-like aroma, and the aftertaste is really wonderful! It is a very clear sake with a refreshing taste! The packaging and label on the Isekatagami are stylish and cute, and it is a sake that attracts both the eye and the palate! I highly recommend it!
