This is an excellent product brewed with "Sake Mirai", a rice suitable for sake brewing developed by the Takagi Shuzo of Jyushiyo. Sake Mirai is only allowed to be used by breweries that have been approved by the Takagi Shuzo! That alone is exciting, but the label describes it as "creamy with a gentle aftertaste. Even the liquor store owner said, "It's creamy." and my curiosity was swept away! The aroma is subdued and gentle. When I drank it, I found it to have a gentle aroma and a mellow taste, though I didn't feel any gasiness. This is good ☺️ It's a deeply flavored sake with a different character from fruity sake! The aftertaste is intoxicating as well. A sake with a future, thank you very much!

I got a Nabeshima that I had wanted to drink for a long time. The aroma is impressive, with a fruity top note reminiscent of muscat. On the palate, it is fire-aged, but has a gaseous and fresh feeling like a fresh sake. This is Nabeshima, and it is wonderful! The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and as expected, highly recommended.

Saku NOUVEAU" was purchased together with the Banshu Ikken I posted earlier! The fruity top-tasting aroma puts me in a good mood, and it is very juicy on the palate. The sourness and slight bitterness that comes afterward are irresistible. The Suzukagawa and the Saku are both excellent breweries, as one would expect from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten ✨.

This is Banshu Issen's Aizan! Sweetness is my first impression of Aizan, but I thought it had a wonderful balance of refreshing sweetness, pleasant fruity aroma, and rice flavor! The gasiness also enhances the deliciousness. I feel like I can drink as much as I want.

I've been buying a lot of good sake lately, and my spending money is getting tight, so I bought a reasonably priced local sake! It's a classic, up-front sake, but with a nice sharpness! But it has a nice sharpness. It's the perfect sake for a mealtime drink!

I was curious about Suzukagawa. When I drank it, I was impressed! It has a very fragrant banana-like aroma, and the aftertaste is really wonderful! It is a very clear sake with a refreshing taste! The packaging and label on the Isekatagami are stylish and cute, and it is a sake that attracts both the eye and the palate! I highly recommend it!

This is Banshu Ikkyo from Hyogo, my hometown. As one would expect from a super-hot sake with a Sake meter of +10, it has a crisp, dry taste! But it is very easy to drink and goes down easily! Perfect as a food sake✨. I would like to try it again.

The aroma is wonderful the moment the bottle is opened! I was impressed by the fruity and slightly piquant sensation that spread to my mouth the moment I took a sip, and I had no idea such a sake existed! I had only the supernatant first, then mixed the orizumi and drank it. Each had its own character and was great!
