Sorry, I'm talking about two weeks ago already😅. Finally, the last day of Obon vacation 😢The holiday will be downgraded to less than a normal vacation when it takes place on the last Saturday and Sunday of the holiday 😑. I decided to buy some side dishes to make my life easier! So we went to Yaoko in front of Utsunomiya station. I looked in the sake section first and found Mita's local distributor sake, Mita Tsuru and got it ‼️ I've had a lot of Senkori's Kirifuri, but I've never had Mita's until now 🙄. So this is my first time drinking it 🤗. It's "Mitatsuru" not "Bidentsuru" 😄. I'll make love to you! The aroma is mildly fruity 😌. The first sip is a calm taste and you can feel the sweetness of the rice first 😌☺️ then comes a wave of thick acidity with umami 🏄. This is an excellent food sake😇 This is finally the end of my post on the sakes I drank during the Bon vacation☑️ but of course I'm still drinking after that 😆 I'll keep winding it up 😅. I enjoyed drinking with my ancestors during this Obon vacation without going far except for Omiya on the first day of the holiday! Come to think of it 🤔 we haven't been away overnight since last year 😓I hope we can go somewhere together again 😌. Dear Mr. Mitazuru! I'm sorry I've been drinking only mistazuru🥹. I love Tochigi 🥰.

Third and final run at Yajima TDL! My daughter and sister said "I found something interesting! I've had this one before ⁉️" and brought it here 🤗. It's a standard story 😅"Isn't this a relative of Ononono?" We all got excited and decided to bring her along 😄. Please read Nemuchi's excellent post at the end of last year for the "Ononono-Tanonono" story 🤗. Kawatsuru-san from the series "I've never had a drink before" 🤗 When I took off the outer lid and took my eyes off the bottle to make sure it wasn't a bottle-opening warning, the lid popped off with a "pop! and the lid flew off 😳Good luck! I'll make love to you The aroma is mildly fruity 😌. I took a sip! I thought it would be more like a classic 😋, but it's a fresh and fruity wine with a nice balance of flavor and acidity 😆. By the way, after we went to Yajima Sake Shop together, my sister was wondering what other liquor stores are there 😅She said she heard from someone who knows a lot about it and asked me on LINE if I've been to "Sake no Oikawa". She asked me if I've been to "Sake no Oikawa" on line! I've bought more than 40 bottles of sake at Oikawa's 😊". The acquaintance replied, "You're a hardcore fan, little brother! That's great! and he laughed hysterically 😁. I did buy a lot from a liquor store in Chiba where I don't live😅.

We (especially Jay) love Kitajima-san! This is the first label of this kind 🧐Noby bought it for me on his way home from an English conversation🔤🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is apple fruitiness. I'm not sure if it's a bit dry, but it's dry! It's a very dry summer sake with a clean and crisp taste 😙It's best to serve it chilled 🥶👍! It's like summer dry 🌻☀️ As for J&N's opinion...I think the regular Kanji "Kitajima" is the best 😅. For those of you who haven't had it yet, I recommend Kanji Kitajima! I recommend the Kanji Kitajima 👋 Miyamanishiki direct pumping might be a good introduction 😋. By the way, this was before I met up with my son at Omiya station for a drink outside on the first day of the Bon vacation, the day of the sea 🎌. This day, 8/11, is a great day of a million times a grain, and also the last day of Summer Jumbo ‼️ This is the only way to buy 😄 for the apartment 🤩. The security guard told me that there is usually a huge line on the last day of the lottery, but because it was raining, it was very empty. This is a new one from Koei Kiku that I've been wanting to drink since I saw your post: ‼️ I was so happy to find it at Yajima TDL 😳I had to look twice😊. I'm really scared to open a bottle of Kouei Kiku 🚀 so be careful, but it feels like I'm about to blow a schwizzle! This this this! This is the feeling I was looking for! I'll make love to you in a Riedel glass The aroma is just like this 😌. The first sip is just what I was looking for 😙It's slightly sweet, but the bitter acidity that follows makes it easy to drink 😋 It was perfect for summer at 13°C 😚. By the way, on the way back from Yajima TDL It was a hot day 🥵 so when we stopped for lunch, I was carrying a cooler box and everyone was laughing at me😅. After that, when we were going home together, I got very sleepy 🥱 on the highway and we took a break at Hasuda SA! While looking at the store, we found a lemon shake and we both enjoyed it. It's been a while since I've had a delicious shake 😄When we got back to the car, I left the kids (who were drinking alcohol) behind 😰. I left my kids in the car and returned to the car to remind myself that I left my kids (alcohol) behind 🌂. Be careful not to leave your things in the car in summer. ‼️

This is a bottle I bought at Yajima TDL in Chiba, which I visited a while ago! I was looking through the fridge and this bottle caught my eye 🤩 and the label on the back says "deliciously spicy" 😋 and it's cheap despite its appearance 😁. I picked it up without hesitation ‼️ Here's a series of sake I've never had before! It's from Mie Sake, Takihama 🤗.... What? I thought it was just recently released ⁉️ You may be thinking, "I just posted this recently! You have a good memory 👍. Actually, I was supposed to raise this one at my first drink, but I drank it outside the house in a flying accident 😆. I was looking at the picture of drinking outside of Omiya and I thought "Hey, you're drinking Taki Pride 😳"! I realized that I was drinking Taki Pride 😳😆. I can't even talk about my dad 😓, and as a result, this will be my second Takihitama this week 🤭. I'll make love to you The aroma is slightly fruity 😌. The first sip is a deliciously fruity and acidic flavor, which is followed by a crisp, dry finish 😙. This day we had delicious sashimi from Asanoya, so the spicy flavor was perfect for us 😚 It's a perfect food sake and as the name suggests, it makes me feel proud of Japan 🫡. The three bottles I got at Yajima TDL were carefully brought back to Utsunomiya in a cooler box!

Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. Next up was Azumamine, which was also a first for me 😙 and it was delicious 😍. I don't remember how to describe the taste 😅 it was just so good 😊. After that we switched to 🍋lemon sours and since the restaurant was 2.5 hours open, we ended the meal with salmon ikura takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with salmon roe) and were very satisfied! Since it was still early, we moved to a restaurant in the station building to talk over dessert! My son ordered a parfait😄We looked at the menu and thought we would have a glass of champagne, but the bottle seemed more economical than a glass, so we ordered a bottle 🍾. The waiter opened the bottle and put it on the table! We were a little bit surprised when the waiter opened the bottle in front of our table and put it on the table 😅. We drank a lot with Fish & Chips and had a good conversation with my son, even though it was a short time 😌. Omiya was a great city 😇

We looked at the menu and chose a dry sake that we had never had before, which we later found out was the Takihama sake! This would later turn out to be a ⁉️. 😆 I knew a dry sake would go well with Sashimi 😋! The waitress explained everything to us in detail and all the sashimi was delicious 🤗. The series of "never had" drinks is still going on! I was intrigued by the sake shop's pop-up and the cosmic view 🌌 of the appearance, and was curious about this one! Takebayashi-san from Okayama Sake, which I haven't had since my last visit to Kansai. ‼️ Cygnus means Cygnus Cygnus, the swan 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is like a whiff 😌. The first sip is refreshing 😙 and then the fruity aroma comes through to the nose☺️This crisp summer sake was delicious 😋. Now, if you commented on my last post, you may know that I have a report on the chickadees. We found 🪺 on 7/31 and about a week later 🐣x5 birds were born 🥹 from Saturday to Monday. From then on, the parent birds were very busy 💦 always mating and watching from afar as one of them kept watch and fed 🔍. And every morning when the parent birds were not around, I took a video of the piños🐣 and shared it with the family line! Everyone was looking forward to watching the piños grow up 😌. But..! Friday morning, Nobby screamed😱When I went to check, 4 birds were gone and one was dead in the nest😨I think it was probably done by a crow... When I come back from outings, I can see where they were and I think I can hear the cries of the piños 🥺. I started this chickadee diary 📓 on my own. I'm sorry I made everyone who read it sad too😔.

Last month, when I was in Ichikawa for a while, I went to Sake no Oikawa to buy some Chiba sake, and I got a simple label of Kochihigashi Kaimori. ‼️ I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. The sip is a little sweet and round like the Dewazakura 😙 with a touch of acidity that makes it fresher 😚 It gets better with each sip! By the way, this is about the week before last. Inspired by Aladdin's and Momochi's post a while ago, I went to TDL🥳Yajima Sake Shop while I was in Ichikawa 🤗. We were going to take the train 🚃 and almost walked a bit, but the heat 🥵 was too much for us and we switched to the car! And then we took a short drive with my sister and her daughter who said 🤗 if we want to go by car, we can go by car too🚙. The store was smaller than I expected but they had a fun selection to look at😊and they offered us a variety of drinks if we asked 🤗We were looking at the drinks lined up together and my sister and daughter were slightly taken back while saying how great we knew almost all of them 😳😅. We ended up getting 3 bottles that we had never had before ‼️ The third picture is of the outside of Yajima-san and the Chardonnay sparkling wine that my sister bought before I did 😄😊.

When I went to buy the first bottle of Nanamizu, which was not sparkling, I decided to buy at least two more bottles! When I went to buy the first non-sparkling bottle of Nanamizu, I was looking at the fridge and was curious about the label that gave the impression of THE sake, so I took him here: ‼️ This is the first in the "Let's try something you've never had before" series! This is Dewazakura, the first in the "Let's try a sake we've never had before series! I'll make love to you! The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. I thought it would be a dry sake, but it is quite sweet 😙There is some acidity, but "gorgeous" is the next best word for this one after J&N! It's like a gorgeous but light food wine 😙. By the way, we watched the Edogawa fireworks display the weekend before last from the parking lot of my father's apartment building, and it was a bit disappointing because the wind direction was bad that day and the smoke came first and stayed there for a long time, hiding the fireworks 😓. And in the second half of the day, paper shavings and dust from the fireworks were falling down 😳When I looked at my car the next morning, there was quite a lot of trash 🙁 🙁 But the sound and atmosphere of the fireworks was great and everyone enjoyed the fireworks. But we all enjoyed the sound and atmosphere of the fireworks while drinking beer 🍻 and my father sat in his wheelchair and watched for about an hour until the end😇. Then the next morning my dad woke up with a cheerful "Gummoni~ng 👋" and my sister asked him "How were the fireworks last night?" I asked him. He said, "You had fireworks 🙄 where?" Yes! I was on a roll from the morning 🤣.

For those of you who read last night's post and thought 😏they would definitely buy it...you are correct...you know your J&N's ‼️! I was so frustrated 😢Noby quickly went to another store to get it 😏. This time it's definitely labeled "sparkling" 🧐and it's pretty smoky😳. I'll make love to you as soon as I get a mouthful of shwash The back label also says "Beware of blowing out ⚠️" and I carefully turn the lid 😰 but surprisingly, the bottle opens without a hitch! Is it safe ⁉️ It doesn't foam much when poured into a Riedel glass. The aroma is sweet and fruity. I take a sip and yes, I've been waiting for this! Schwah~...sch... ❔n⁉️ time has stopped? ⌛️ you're the only one who drank it too fast and didn't feel the schwah feeling... It's a sweet and sour white wine with a beautiful acidity that we like 😙 and of course it's delicious, but it didn't live up to the schwah mouthfeel 😢. When I opened the lid after mixing the cage, I could hear the sound of the cage being opened! It's very slightly carbonated. But it was so good that I drank it quickly! And the second comparison picture! Hmmm? I mean it's pretty different 🤔 well... 😅 I hope you guys don't make a mistake 😉. I wanted more schwarziness, Tochigi love 🥰.

This is a bottle that Jay had been wanting to drink since last year but hadn't been able to buy 🥲. Nobby had bought it for us as a souvenir 🤗. And on this day, we had spent the morning watching "Sake no Wa" and I was kind of completely in the mouth of yakitori 😙We were looking for a good place to take out and found one! We drove about 20 minutes to get some delicious looking yakitori and let the party begin: ‼️ I'm going to make love to you! The aroma is fruity The first sip is light, sweet and tasty. It has a nice acidity and a light bitterness 😙11.5°C, not too sweet 😙. It's like a firework went off and was gone before it even opened 😆. But I forgot to take a picture of the grilled chicken 😩. By the way, let me tell you about the first half of last week. Bathing is the hardest part of taking care of his father 😓Jay had a traumatic experience when he fainted when he was alone 😱But on this day, Nobby was there too, so I said, "I'm going to take a bath! When I told the teacher at Kurata-san that Hanzo was not sold there, he said, "It's sold at some other places. I asked him where ❗️ and where ⁉️ he said Fukudaya! In Tochigi, it's a department store called FKD! So I went there right away and found Hanzo, the fireplace! And while I was looking at the others, I found Ike-Nishiki's sake brewery: ‼️ Back in January, I heard on the Kenmin-kai LINE that "the new Ike-Nishiki is in trouble! I was really curious about it! On the other hand, I forgot to buy Hanzo😅. And since we decided to drink Sake Sei on this day, we bought sashimi at Asanoya and snacks at the supermarket while Nobby went to English conversation 🤗. I'm going to make love to you! The aroma is like a wooden vat, and Nobby... well, I don't always know what it is 😅. One sip and eh! My preconception was that it was a classic, but it's a refreshing yet deep flavor 😌 and it gets better and better with each sip 😙. And the sashimi from Asanoya! The tuna was delicious as usual, but the octopus sashimi with a squeeze of kabosu went perfectly with the sake 😍I really hope you try this once 😋. The new Ike-Nishiki! Let's all support Tochigi Ai 🥰!

I got this bottle at a liquor store when I visited the corner for the first time a while ago! I remember singing "The Breath of the Mountain" at a chorus contest... I'll make love to you The aroma is slightly sweet 😌. The first sip is slightly sweet, but the acidity that follows it 😙 and the sharpness that comes through even more makes it a beautiful, easy-drinking 13% 😋. It was delicious 👋 Last Monday AM, my sister and I went to visit a grave in Shinjuku 🚙 and had lunch at Chinese restaurant 😊 in Ichikawa station building. Jay: "I'm going to 🍺! I left the car and walked for it." Nobby: "It's Bethcon in this heat, of course I'm going too." So my sister was swallowed up by the wave and the three of us toasted 🍻Ku~😙Now that's the best lunchtime drink ever! After that, we ran some errands and then went back to izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) for the night! My daughter and her boyfriend joined us and we enjoyed a party of five 😄. As a result, last week turned out to be an all-you-can-drink week 😅 so this week will be no sake 😑. So I've already posted a series of posts, but I'll be posting every day for a while about the sake I was drinking! Enjoy~👋

Mashidaya has just started to carry it, so Nobby was quick to get it for us. ‼️ Yes, it's Genzei! This is Mr. Genzai 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is fresh and fruity 😌. The first sip has a soft sweetness and umami along with a slight carbonation 😊plus a beautiful acidity and a great balance 🙄. Something about the sourness lingers on the upper jaw 🙄 Another sip and that sourness seems to spread throughout 😋 I see what you mean! This is the secret of the vertical flavor ‼️ that Kotaro mentioned 🧐 and I was strangely convinced Jay 😄. In summary, it's a bottle of Aizu brewed with a sparkling, chirichiriri-kirakira ✨ and vertical juiciness! It was a very nice one that made me roar 😋. By the way, we stayed with my father in Chiba for 3 nights from last Sunday to Wednesday! Our plan was to visit my sister and father ☺️ Her father, who uses English more and more, probably due to his daughter's influence on him 🇺🇸, every time he does something for her.... I took a sip and it was 😳umma~y‼️ I thought it would be a dry sake, but it's light 😙 and has a nice acidity that we like 👋 and sweetness too 👋 and it's juicy 😋 and then it finishes crisp and clean as the name says 😌 This is a well balanced and delicious bottle. ☺️ And the reason why I was looking for this one... This is actually a label with a scale design on it! The autumn version of this is the model of that person 🤗. When I met my daughter the other day, I asked her, "Can you make a picture of a kid wearing this orange label T-shirt?" I asked her, "Can you make a picture of my child wearing this orange label T-shirt? She made it right away with her smartphone. Here you go🎊. The third one is that "Hiyoroshi-kun" 😆. I'll definitely have to get some of that autumn sake to taste! And I look forward to the day when I can see the grown-up Hiyaoroshi-kun again in the forest 🌳 on that walking course 😊.

Semi shigure It's definitely delicious 🥰I could drink Semiashigure every day if I wanted to! I think a bottle of Semi Shigure would be better." That was the second bottle of this season's Semi Shigure at ‼️ I've been missing sweet and sour tastes like this after a long time of refreshing drinks 😙, but if I keep drinking them like this, I'll start wanting to drink them again 😅The order in which you drink them is important 🧐.
