The ⚾World Series games have been too long and I'm behind on my writing 📝😅This is the 4th bottle I drank the weekend before last! If I can drink this much, I'll be fully recovered from J&N ‼️ Well, it would be nice to have Chinese for lunch on this day, wouldn't it? We found a highly rated restaurant and went to ‼️. We were in line at lunchtime, but the turnover was fast and we entered the restaurant 🍺 and enjoyed a lunchtime drink 🍺 with fried rice with egg, dumplings and fried lebanilla. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite large. After that, we walked to Utsunomiya station to eat 👣 and went shopping 🏠 before heading home in good health 🏠. Then we started the party with the side dishes we had bought! So Honor was chosen there 🤗I got this one at Hitomi Sake Shop, which I hadn't been to in a while, but then I wondered which one to buy, the bunny girl Matsu no Kotobuki 🤔. But I thought the bunny was sweet? I thought so and passed on it 😅but when I saw the sake wa, it's dry 🧐. I'll make love to you I don't think it has much of an aroma 😑. I'm not sure if it has any aroma ἑ but when I take a sip, wow..! The flavor spreads in your mouth 😊Yes, it's mellow😇! It's mellow😇 You can also taste the acidity in the umami 😋 and it leaves a lingering aftertaste after swallowing 😚. I'm glad to be able to feel this kind of deliciousness.

Third bottle I drank last weekend😊. It's been a while since I drank at home again😅The last time I drank at home was last June, so it's been about a year and a half since I've had Masayo. ‼️ One week ago on this day, Otani exploded ⚾️ with his pitching and hitting 💥 in the legendary game 🥹 that decided the WS appearance! 🏆In his MVP interview, he said "Please drink good sake today🤗" which sounded like "Please drink, Masayo-san" to us 😄It's been a long time since you've been here‼️ In the Sake-no-Wa review, there was talk of it being light and light, and at 14.5 degrees, it was perfect for the third bottle of rehab! It was over the 2,000 yen barrier 😰, but since Honkin was cheap 🤭, the two bottles together were just right 🤭. I'll make love to you The aroma is fresh and grapey 😌. I'll make love to you and drink it! It's delicious 😋 Hmmm? I was a little surprised because I thought it was a dry wine 🫢 but it has a clean aftertaste 😙It's fresh and has a nice sweetness 😇Masayo is a master 👍. Adjustments to J&N international standards are coming along nicely 👋 And now the World Series has finally started🏟️World Series‼️The mood was bad after the first game loss, but today's great pitching by Yamamoto-kun⚾️ will bring us back to home base in a good mood😄I may not be able to get any work done after next Tuesday 😆.

The series of long time no see series continues😅! It's been about two and a half years since I've had a bottle of Motokin-san's home brew since I got it on my Nagano sake trip! Since it's the second bottle for rehabilitation, we thought it would be nice to have a lighter one 😙, so we chose this one 🤗It's a nice bottle with a light price too 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌 and when you take a sip, you'll see it's another Ambassa type with a strong sweetness 😋. It's quite sweet, but it has a nice acidity that covers the sweetness 😙 It's a low alcohol sake at 13 degrees, so it's perfect for rehabilitative drinking as I was aiming for 😄. By the way, it was Nobby's birthday 🎂 over a week ago 🥲 on Sunday, October 12! We had planned to get together at Ichikawa that day and celebrate 🎊 with everyone, but... as I mentioned in my previous post, Nobby got sick from the previous Thursday and we had to give up 😓, and from Friday night Jay had the same symptoms😱. Neither of them had corona or flu, but it was like something was sitting in the back of their nose and throat and making them cough 😩. But it was my birthday and I had to cheer myself up ‼️ so I took out the "Unaju" for lunch that day🤗. I also bought a cake while I went to pick it up, and we celebrated with coffee☕&cake🍰 after lunch without alcohol🥹.

A lot has happened since we had the Yamasan Spark on 10/1 😅I took two whole weeks off from sake 🍶 😑. One of the reasons is that my daughter and Nobby had a weekend date! Jay, on the other hand, dropped Nobby off at Utsunomiya station and decided to hit the liquor stores near the station 🚙. We went to two liquor stores that seemed to sell "Kawaguchi Natto" and Ohna-san's "Sharakuchi Gokonna" ‼️ right after they opened and got them safely 👍A few other bottles as well! The third picture is the result of this day🤗. After that, we both got sick 😓and although I still haven't recovered completely 🥲, I'm feeling much better now, so we decided to disinfect with alcohol after a long time 😇. Then we chose "Akatombo" by Senkou from Tochigi sake ‼️ and it was the first time we drank at home in about 3 years😅. I'll make love to you The aroma smells like alcohol, probably because it's been a long time since I've had it. I take a sip and ahhh, it's been a while since I've had this taste 🥹 but I kind of feel the bitterness in the second half... J&N🫥 that I feel the exact same bitter taste from the alu smell In fact, when we drank beer 🍺 at rehearsal the day before, we both felt it was more bitter than usual 🤔If I can't drink like this 😱. But don't worry 😌we got back on track after the second glass 😊and were able to get back on track in an instant 😙. Oh, but the number of words in the flavor review... it's so good 😋 Tochigi love 🥰.

There was only 2 bottles left, but I got it in a hurry ‼️ I was going to drink it 😅at first, but then I saw on Sakewa that it was Sake Day, so I decided to open a bottle of Yamasan Spark that I had been keeping in the fridge 🤗! I've been in sakewa for 5 years now. I've been drinking sake for 5 years now and every year I forget about "Sake Day" 😓. I'll make love to you now ♬The expectations are high as it's poured into a Riedel glass 😊. The aroma is fresh and citrusy 😌. The first sip of this wine is a bit of a surprise, and the flavor spreads to a fresh acidity! The bitter taste is then released 😋. In the Sake-no-wa report, Ymdaz said that the balance was improved by letting it sit for a day, and Kotaro also said that he felt a Mori🧐-like flavor. We too were like, "Should we stop and put a lid on it now?" "Hmm? I'm drinking it now, so it's the last one. ⁉️" Yes~. J&N can't adjust their drinking speed 😆.

Here is the last bottle I drank in September! Nobby is coming back to Utsunomiya after a long absence from his father's care in Ichikawa. I wanted to make him happy with something delicious, so I went to Asanoya for the squid toro maki (toro roll). But I didn't find what I was looking for 😓I was about to go to the cashier with the bonito and octopus in my hand when I got a poke on my back 🙄I turned around and saw the guy holding the ika toro maki in his hand 😳. Without a pause, he took it from me and said, "Oh! Please give me this ‼️" and took it from him and got it 😄I guess he looked like he definitely wanted it when he entered the store 😅Thanks uncle 🥹. As long as I have this sashimi! I'm already at ease😊. The sake I paired it with was this one that looked delicious and I liked the name! I'm going to make love to you! I'll make love to you! The aroma is slightly fruity and mild 😌. The first sip has a gentle mouthfeel with a gentle acidity 😙It's a refreshing yet sweet taste at the end 😇. I took a sip of the squid toro maki... and then poured the Yuuo into it... ooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........... J&N are feeling relieved that their father is better 😮‍💨 and excited about their first sake dinner 🍶 in a long time 🥳! As the name "Nebula Akizuki" implies, we drank it and it was so clean and clear that we had plenty of highballs afterwards 🤤.

This is our second bottle of Nanayo and this time it's a pink label with a hint of sweetness: ‼️ Let's see what the international J&N standards say about it 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is peachy with the pink label! The first sip is a gentle, sweet and sour taste, not too sweet, but light and easy to drink 😙. It is a very safe wine that meets J&N's standards. By the way, after the Dodgers won the district series against the Phillies this weekend ⚾I was so excited to see the Japanese players play so well 😍I hope they can keep up their momentum to become the number one team in the world! Let's continue where we left off last time! Everyone's idol was discharged from the hospital suddenly 😆 but there is a fear that his blood pressure may drop when he stands up and he needs to be watched over by his family for a while 🤔. So Nobby went to Ichikawa to take care of her for the week at the end of September 🥺. She took on a very difficult role, almost unable to go out, and I was away and unable to do anything 😓I really can't thank my sister and Nobby enough for their dedicated support 😌. And... my father who almost doesn't remember it 😅 he is recovering like a liar with a face like 😳 that I don't remember that happening 😄.

I was at the liquor store and I was sure I was looking for a good one! I was at the liquor store and spotted a delicious looking The Tetori ‼️, which has a pictorial style 🖼️ label 🥹. I'll make love to you! The aroma is slightly fruity 😌. The first sip is described as dry, but the sweetness comes first and the umami follows it! But it was the bitter acidity that won the close battle before the finish line 😋It was a close battle of tastes that reminded me of the World Championships 😆. By the way, a lot of things happened to my father. When he was first hospitalized, he was very limp and I was worried about him, but he got better day by day ❤️‍🩹 and the care manager, nurses, rehabilitation staff, etc. strongly suggested that we all support him and let him go back home ‼️ and he was discharged from the hospital in a hurry 🤗. During his hospitalization, he was very popular as an old man who said "thank you" in many different languages 😅 as you can see in the third picture 😆 He was discharged from the hospital surrounded by nurses in nice poses as "everyone's idol" 🥹.

Read it from the vertical 😉. I decided to go with Nanamizu! Even if I drink it a hundred times, I feel a fresh taste every time! If you invest in it, you're sure to get a return! The taste is so good that you don't need a draft (I mean a draft)! My favorite Nanamizu was in the fridge. We are very happy to have reached our goal! Now it's showtime! The day has finally arrived! Happy J&N700 check-in 🤗 ‼️ Sometimes you can't tell from the side 🤔 but you can tell from the vertical 😄. I'll make love to you I read the label first and I can only assume the aroma is greeful😊. I'm going to take a sip and yes, it's oooooo maaaaayyyy😍. It's sweet but has a nice sharpness to it so it can be enjoyed alone or with a meal. ‼️ This Nanamizu is an IWC 2025 Gold Award winning sake 🏆 and as the white label says, it's back to the basics 😌 and starting over for 800 😌. Since we started "Sake no Wa" in November 2021, the content is still the same as before 😅 a little bit of sake, a lot of chatting, anthropomorphism and the usual posts 😅. I wonder if we are becoming an old group before we know it 🤔We would like to continue to enjoy drinking with all the new and old residents of the sakewa world 🤗. It's hard to write vertically 😅 in Tochigi Ai 🥰.

Let's drink something we've never had before! I knew that Sake no Oikawa in Chiba sold this sparkling wine, but I had never seen it before 🧐 so I picked it up without even looking at the label😳‼️ I thought 🤗 and looked at the label...hmmm⁉️ yeah 😳 it says it's 18.5 degrees 😱 this is the one that could sink you if you don't take it to heart 😵. And so, our first Mistress... Well, 18.5 degrees is nothing compared to Mistress Nobby, who has reached the stage of being an expert at 🙂‍↔️ 🤭. I'll make love to you As you can see on the bottle opening warning (⚠️), the bubbles were strong and I repeatedly opened and closed the bottle to enjoy the dance of the cucumbers! The aroma is mild when poured into a Riedel glass 😌😌. I thought it would be refreshing when I took a sip, but it tasted quite dry with a bitter aftertaste and a 😵‍💫 thick, high alcohol taste 😚. I couldn't finish it 😨 and put the lid on. Maybe the first time I didn't finish a sparkling 😅. And the other day, Nobby went to his parents' house for a three-day weekend 😢Jay drank a little bit of the rest every day 🙂 It was still dry and thick even a little bit, but it was just right for a quick drink 😙. I heard they also have a 13 degree sparkling one, so I'd like to try that!

Here is the next selection after putting the lid on the Kankoubai 🦉! Dodo~~ ‼️ and our favorite label 😊! The first Kanji Takachiyo we drank was a thick, dense, sweet one that was highly recommended by Nemuchi 😌 This is the second Kanji Takachiyo that claims to be the exact opposite, dry +19 🤗. Like the first one, we found it in Chiba and brought it to you 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is subdued but somehow fruity 😌. The first sip reveals a sweetness that makes you wave your hand and say 👋, but then it quickly dies down with a bye-bye 👋😙The dry sake is delicious 😊It's so easy to drink that you wouldn't believe it's 18° and you'll be able to drink it with ease😇Kanji Takachiyo-san is sure to be a winner 🤗. By the way, last week I visited my father for the second week in a row 🚙 and my sister, who always does her best to take care of me, and we went to an izakaya (Japanese style pub) to get away from the heat! We found a nice Yakitori restaurant and visited for the first time 🤗The stylish skewers were served in a 7-course menu 😋 It was a nice place to enjoy a relaxing meal and drinks! We moved on to the second restaurant, which is always crowded 🍷, ‼️ where we enjoyed wine 🍷 and champagne 🍾 at a popular BISTRO 🤗Although we didn't drink sake 🍶, we had a good night talking 🥹.

The Penguin🐧 summer sake we had a while ago was so good 😋 that Nobby suggested we drink all of the animal series from Kanhongbai 🤗 and brought the next autumn sake, Owl🦉, ‼️ I would like to drink "Polar bear in winter🐻" and "Rabbit in spring🐇" as the seasons change 👋. I'll make love to you! The aroma is fresh and fruity 😌. The first sip has a gaseous feeling, but the mouthfeel is gentle and sweet, with a sourness that lingers on the palate along with the lingering umami ☺️ I'm not sure if it's the sweetness or the acidity that lingers in the mouth along with the lingering umami...but as I continue to drink it, the sweetness is also a little too much...maybe our tongues are buggy these days😰 so I switched to the next sake after drinking about half! The next day, we were worried that it might still be too sweet 😅, but when we drank it, we found out that it tasted a little less sweet 😳. It's been a while since J&N enjoyed the taste of the second day. ☺️ By the way, last weekend Nobby met up with a friend from middle school and high school after 28 years 🥹 and we thought we would have a lot of fun reminiscing, but she is an avid fan of the Dodgers ⚾️ and the two girls had a great time talking about players and games while eating gyoza 🥟😆.

Except for Yuki-onna and Natsu no Otoshi, Omine-san only has a cup of sake that I got from a drinking iron 🚃 during a trip to the Chugoku region 2 years ago. Nobby thought it would be nice to have a cup of sake once in a while, so he got it from ‼️, even though it was over 2,000 yen 😅🤗. So this is my first time drinking at home, three grains! I have the impression that three grains is sweet 🤔 I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet and fruity 😌. I'm going to make love to you 😌 and I'm going to make love to you 😌......! ...sweet delicious 😋...pretty sweet 😅.......the sweet deliciousness spreading more and more, I drank half of it and stopped Friday night 🫥.... And since I was visiting my father over the weekend, I had the rest on Sunday when I came back from Chiba! The first sip was delicious 😙. But after the second bite, I knew it was too sweet 💦 The J&N International meter swung off 🚨. We enjoyed the first few sips very much 😋, but as we drank more, it became too sweet 🤔. We would love to hear what you true sweet and savory lovers think of this 🤗 And based on our J&N experience so far, we have established the "sweet is expensive and spicy is cheap" law 🧐. I will report it at the next conference 😁What do you think?

Jay was in the mood for some fried chicken this day...and Nobby hasn't had it in a while 🤗. So, as usual, we walked for an hour and then went to KFC🍗‼️ to look at the menu and examine it carefully 🧐 and when we tried to order from the cashier, she said, "Please use the touch screen and self-serve! It's been a long time since I've had a ✨great Junmai Daiginjo that's been polished up a lot ✨and the price is also expensive, which I usually don't buy 💴 I've been putting it away for a long time because it was too good to be true 😴. We also took a bath to polish it up and make it smooth and smooth ✨. The aroma was elegant and fruity 😌. I took a sip and wow 😀 this is so smooth and fruity 🫢 it just rushes into my mouth 🌊! Yes, this is delicious 😋😋. The sweetness starts to overpower the sweetness as you drink and eat 😅But by the time I felt that way, I had almost finished the four-pack, so it passed the international J&N standards (which I haven't used in a long time 😆). By the way, the GU near my house closed down a while ago 😢I wasn't shopping there 😅I'm really curious to see what will be built after that 🧐. We don't have any information yet, but we both want to go to Izakaya or Hidakaya (‼️). In short, we'd like to have a place where we can walk around and have a quick drink 🤗. Sorry, I'm talking about two weeks ago already😅. Finally, the last day of Obon vacation 😢The holiday will be downgraded to less than a normal vacation when it takes place on the last Saturday and Sunday of the holiday 😑. I decided to buy some side dishes to make my life easier! So we went to Yaoko in front of Utsunomiya station. I looked in the sake section first and found Mita's local distributor sake, Mita Tsuru and got it ‼️ I've had a lot of Senkori's Kirifuri, but I've never had Mita's until now 🙄. So this is my first time drinking it 🤗. It's "Mitatsuru" not "Bidentsuru" 😄. I'll make love to you! The aroma is mildly fruity 😌. The first sip is a calm taste and you can feel the sweetness of the rice first 😌☺️ then comes a wave of thick acidity with umami 🏄. This is an excellent food sake😇 This is finally the end of my post on the sakes I drank during the Bon vacation☑️ but of course I'm still drinking after that 😆 I'll keep winding it up 😅. I enjoyed drinking with my ancestors during this Obon vacation without going far except for Omiya on the first day of the holiday! Come to think of it 🤔 we haven't been away overnight since last year 😓I hope we can go somewhere together again 😌. Dear Mr. Mitazuru! I'm sorry I've been drinking only mistazuru🥹. I love Tochigi 🥰.

We (especially Jay) love Kitajima-san! This is the first label of this kind 🧐Noby bought it for me on his way home from an English conversation🔤🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is apple fruitiness. I'm not sure if it's a bit dry, but it's dry! It's a very dry summer sake with a clean and crisp taste 😙It's best to serve it chilled 🥶👍! It's like summer dry 🌻☀️ As for J&N's opinion...I think the regular Kanji "Kitajima" is the best 😅. For those of you who haven't had it yet, I recommend Kanji Kitajima! I recommend the Kanji Kitajima 👋 Miyamanishiki direct pumping might be a good introduction 😋. By the way, this was before I met up with my son at Omiya station for a drink outside on the first day of the Bon vacation, the day of the sea 🎌. This day, 8/11, is a great day of a million times a grain, and also the last day of Summer Jumbo ‼️ This is the only way to buy 😄 for the apartment 🤩. This is a new one from Koei Kiku that I've been wanting to drink since I saw your post: ‼️ I was so happy to find it at Yajima TDL 😳I had to look twice😊. I'm really scared to open a bottle of Kouei Kiku 🚀 so be careful, but it feels like I'm about to blow a schwizzle! This this this! This is the feeling I was looking for! I'll make love to you in a Riedel glass The aroma is just like this 😌. The first sip is just what I was looking for 😙It's slightly sweet, but the bitter acidity that follows makes it easy to drink 😋 It was perfect for summer at 13°C 😚. By the way, on the way back from Yajima TDL It was a hot day 🥵 so when we stopped for lunch, I was carrying a cooler box and everyone was laughing at me😅. After that, when we were going home together, I got very sleepy 🥱 on the highway and we took a break at Hasuda SA! While looking at the store, we found a lemon shake and we both enjoyed it. It's been a while since I've had a delicious shake 😄When we got back to the car, I left the kids (who were drinking alcohol) behind 😰. I was looking through the fridge and this bottle caught my eye 🤩 and the label on the back says "deliciously spicy" 😋 and it's cheap despite its appearance 😁. I picked it up without hesitation ‼️ Here's a series of sake I've never had before! It's from Mie Sake, Takihama 🤗.... What? I thought it was just recently released ⁉️ You may be thinking, "I just posted this recently! You have a good memory 👍. Actually, I was supposed to raise this one at my first drink, but I drank it outside the house in a flying accident 😆. I was looking at the picture of drinking outside of Omiya and I thought "Hey, you're drinking Taki Pride 😳"! I realized that I was drinking Taki Pride 😳😆. I can't even talk about my dad 😓, and as a result, this will be my second Takihitama this week 🤭. I'll make love to you The aroma is slightly fruity 😌. The first sip is a deliciously fruity and acidic flavor, which is followed by a crisp, dry finish 😙. This day we had delicious sashimi from Asanoya, so the spicy flavor was perfect for us 😚 It's a perfect food sake and as the name suggests, it makes me feel proud of Japan 🫡. The three bottles I got at Yajima TDL were carefully brought back to Utsunomiya in a cooler box!
