We visited Yotsuya Minemura, which has only been open for six months. We were told that they have a variety of good sake available, and the first bottle we opened. It was Kamo Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, a special order sake for Suzuden, a sake shop in Yotsuya. It's too good to be true, but you can gobble it down, it doesn't come off. It's not out of the ordinary. With corn kakiage/tachi fish tempura. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 13 Yotsuya Mine-mura

Here is today's drink 💁. It is a Hakkaizan Daiginjo from Niigata Prefecture. It has a light mouthfeel with just the right amount of ginjo aroma, yet it has a decent umami flavor. It is distinct from the so-called "light and dry" style, but I personally prefer this one.

Halcyon looks just like poor grass, or so I found when I looked it up. Peach, lactic acid, wood, fresh smell. It has a light peachiness, a refreshing, yet tight acidity, a taste of rice, astringency, and finally a spiciness that spreads rapidly. It is delicious, but the price is too high. It is a good food sake, but the price is too high. It is too good to drink with chilled tofu. I like it. When I ate it with food, the spiciness I felt when drinking it alone was converted into umami, and the subtle sweetness and umami made me want to eat more. When I ate it with fish, I enjoyed the umami and savory taste. It is delicious. The smell gets stronger as the temperature rises. The second day. Juicy. Grape-like.

What is it? Are they called craft saké? Bitter, sweet and sour liquor. I can't really verbalize it with the vocabulary I know. This "Abe" didn't stick with me. I much prefer the usual.

Lightly sweet and acidic, clean and fruity without any cloying taste. You don't feel any alcohol, so it's the kind of wine that makes you drink too much.

Clean and crisp. It is easy to drink and delicious. Perhaps because I drank it at a nice ryokan (Japanese inn), I felt the taste was elegant.

I was wondering which one to buy, "Cheri Chichiyo" or "Natsu-shu". It is sweet and sour and easy to drink. Sweet like ripe fruit, tangy, and full of tropical flavor.

Alcohol content: 17%. Omachi Rice polishing ratio: 40 Tsururei Years Bottle is a limited edition sake that is sold once a year, with the product label drawn by a cartoonist or artist. The label for the fourth bottle, 2023, is based on pencil artist Yuriko Terasaki's masterpiece "Wells Cathedral Library". The sake is stored in a snow cellar and has a ginjo aroma and an old sake-like, grain-like aroma. It is a very good sake, with a deep umami, pleasant acidity, and a sharp aftertaste. It is too rare to be found in the future, but it was delicious.

This is the first brand I have seen. Recently in Niigata, contrary to the labels, there are more and more sake with a lot of flavor! It is said to be dry, but it has sweetness and is delicious! It is said to be dry, but it is also sweet and delicious 🍶´-.

On this day, the restaurant was more crowded than usual with customers! The staff was also busy! I was slowly sorting through the selection at my usual pace in front of the cold storage! I wondered which one would be best to go with Byakuya, and decided on Murayasu! I sometimes come across Murayuke at Koko no Ie, San or Sapporo no Satori, San! I like MURAYAKE with these light blue letters! It's sweet and sour and more to my liking than Byakuya. There are a few more sakes I'm interested in, so let's continue drinking: 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶 extensive knowledge Specific name not disclosed Koji rice Not disclosed Kake rice Not disclosed Sake degree Not open to the public Acidity Not disclosed AL 16 degrees

@Sotomimi I've had G-TYPE before and it was my first time to drink Shintaka, and I was surprised at how un-Japanese it tasted. I wasn't sure what flavor it was, so I went to the website and saw that it was green apple. Is that so? My friend #1 (dry neki) says, "It's a juice.

Takachiyo found hiding in the back of the cold storage 💡. Capture. Red label. a bit of an oddity I'll put it in here somewhere. It's hard to drink casually 🥵. I thought it would be fruity and easy to drink from the image of Takachiyo The label says +19. No wonder it's spicy! I looked it up and found that I drank it in Kushiro in the past. It was listed as spicy at that time too! I'll never forget this red Takachiyo! Knowledge Ingredients: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 65 Sake degree: +19 Acidity: 1.5 Amino acidity: 1.3 Alcohol percentage: 18-19

My usual liquor store was closed as usual, so I went to the nearby Bic Camera to look at sake, and unexpectedly picked up something I had not expected. I was slightly concerned that the temperature in the refrigerator here is about 4 degrees Celsius, but my refrigerator at home is similar, so I guess I'll lose if I worry about it ^ ^; The fruity taste reminded me of grapefruit and the gaseous sensation made me feel it was very tasty. I was surprised that a sake as good as this is ranked 10th in Niigata sake by Sake-no-wa....what an idiot. This is really good and I want to buy it again!

At Niigata Station Ponshukan from a business trip to Niigata. I was curious about another Shinkansen drink, Sour forest. This one lived up to its reputation, It is sweet and sour with a gaseous taste, It was just like an adult's calpis soda. The difference from the previous soda, Sasazukuri, was quite dramatic. It is gentle and easy to drink, I recommend this brand for relaxing and for first-time drinkers. My colleague who was with me also enjoyed the Mori brewed by Sasazuku, It is so delicious that it is dangerous to drink it without any hesitation, It is very tasty and dangerous to drink it too fast.
