I saw this bright red Otafuku in the liquor store... and my eyes accidentally locked with those of Toyo Bijin... 😓.
The description said, "It gives the impression of being quite dry, but when you actually drink it, you will find a surprisingly mellow umami flavor..." So I inadvertently bought it again 💰.
It's a gorgeous, fruity, sweet wine....
It's not just dry, it's "very dry," so I was curious to see how good it was!
Long preamble... Here we go!
The aroma is not that harsh, softly fruity and nice ✨.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sourness and bitterness are quite strong 😅.
The sweetness is slightly sweet with umami, but the spiciness dominates the palate and goes straight down your throat, leaving you with a sharp finish.
It's a little too late to say this, but I heard that it has a sake degree of +15, so it's quite a big volume.
Yes, the sign was true...
To be honest, this is how I feel as a lover of sweet sake, but I think it is not only dry but also has a good umami taste and is very drinkable 🍶.
I think it can be very tasty depending on the meal it is served with 😊.

Good evening Joker 😃.
I'm attracted to this face and the big dry 🤗.
Fruity, aromatic and dry is the type we like 😋 to see the signage 😋 I'd like to try it!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby ✨
I was struck by the smug look on your face lol.
It has a certain umami in its dryness, and unlike the usual light dryness, it is a rich dryness 😆.
I really hope Jay & Nobby will drink this one!
