This is Morishima-san 🍶 that I opened a few days ago. Let me be the first to say, it's delicious ✨✨. Modest aroma, gentle ginjo aroma, and fresh mouthfeel with a hint of gas: ☺️ Delicious‼️ Very clean and clear on the palate, really nicely balanced ✨✨. The acidity in the aftertaste is also beautifully crisp...applause 👏. My wife loves this one too 🍶. I noticed I was down a gazillion 💧.

Today, we will be having a new unfiltered, unpasteurized, raw sake series from Eikofuji, Shogen: ☺️ First of all, the aroma is gorgeous and fruity, reminiscent of pineapple and sweet honey. The mouthfeel is very nice, with a great balance of ginjo aroma and umami, typical of Eikofuji✨. The refreshing sweetness is quickly followed by a sourness that really pulls it all together... Oh, I could drink this all by itself 💦. Sure enough, I finished it in the blink of an eye 😆. This one is sold all year round, so if you see it, please visit ❗️ or ‼️

I'll make love to you! I don't know...the color of the label and its appearance gives me a sense of dignity. ☺️ It's been a few days since the bottle was opened, so the aroma is a bit muted, but it still radiates a mellow fruity flavor 🍏. The taste is still the same with a balance of sweetness followed by a refreshing sourness and a slight bitterness. Slightly dry impression, clean aftertaste, and finishes nicely 🍶. I think it goes well with Japanese food, but of course it is delicious on its own ✨. Please serve it well chilled, it's very sharp. 🗡️

Whenever I find an AKABU, my hand starts to gnaw on it 😆. I know it's going to be delicious even before I drink it, but let's start with the aroma... What an elegant aroma! I don't know if it's melon or muscat, either way, the aroma of high quality fruit gently spreads ✨. It's not that strong, but it has a soft sweetness and gorgeousness 😆 ☺️ The juicy flavor and sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth, and the moderate acidity that comes after is exquisite 🍶. The subtle umami of Aizan and the light aftertaste is just perfect ✨. It was a satisfying AKABU 😋.

Kaze no Mori's standard "Omachi 807" 🍶 has a rich, mellow taste that is unique to Omachi. The rich, mellow flavor unique to Omachi is delicious 😋. I don't usually drink sake with 80% rice polishing ratio, but this is one that shows me that rice polishing ratio is not the only thing that makes a sake taste good ✨. The sweet and gorgeous aroma of muscat-like fruit softly wafts through the nose, while in the mouth, you can't help but feel the slight effervescence that is unique to Kaze no Mori: ☺️ If you let it sit for a couple of days, the gassy feeling fades, but the taste becomes milder, which is also a good 🙆. The balance of flavor, sweetness, and acidity is very good, and then you realize it's gone......💧

When an acquaintance of mine was going to Kanazawa, I half-way forced him to ask me to buy some Yoshidagurau ❗️-❗️-❗️-‼️. I asked him to buy it for me. ☺️ Thank you! Yoshida Kurau" is a new brand by Yoshida Sake Brewery, which brews "Tedorigawa" ✨. They started on November 1, 2021 🍶. It uses 100% "Hyakumangoku No Shiro" sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture developed in 2020🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾. It is characterized by the minerality and clear taste unique to this sake rice, and even though it is fire-brewed, you can feel the gasiness and drink a bottle of it refreshingly. Yes, here's the info on the internet👍 Now let's drink it 🍶. One sip and it's "mmmm! The refreshing acidity and mild flavor is exquisite, and even though it's fire-brewed, you can feel a slight fizz ✨. The alcohol content is 13%, so it's very easy to drink, but you can still taste the umami and sweetness. Almost no bitterness...or is it? I don't feel it, but it was a very tasty and high quality sake 😋. (I drank it in one day, so it's in the past tense) Thank you for going all the way to the brewery to buy it for me ✨✨. Please do it again lol.

Yes, it's Senkori's sparkler, appropriate for this late summer season 🌻. It may seem a little late, but I don't know about that, I'm going to drink it 😋. Well, I can't remember much, so let's just drink it anyway 🍶. It doesn't have much of an aroma, but it has a hint of muscat or green apple...it's a refreshing aroma that will make love to you. On the palate, it's fresh, sweet, sour and juicy with a clear and transparent mouthfeel just like the bottle and label✨. The balance of sweetness and acidity is perfect 😋. This is very easy to drink and gobble up. ❗️ I personally prefer to drink it well chilled ✨ Thank you for the end of summer sparklers 😊.

First of all, the name is very stylish, isn't it? I looked up the meaning of the name and found that it comes from a comment made by Oku Yoshiyoshi, a court musician at the Imperial Household Agency during the Taisho era (1912-1926) that "sake making and playing musical instruments are both sacrifices to the gods in the same way. I see... ☺️ I will taste it with that in mind 🍶. This sake is so famous that I don't even need to say what I think of it anymore, but I dare you to say... it's delicious 😆. The fruity aroma of gentle white peaches and melon, the deliciousness and juicy sweetness of the rice with no cloying taste at all ✨✨✨ is truly wonderful! The soft mouthfeel disappears cleanly and elegantly leaving a gentle aftertaste... It was a quintessential "instrumental Masamune" 😋.

Here it is, a limited edition ⭐️ This is the second limited edition sake made from 100% Omachi, a first for the brewery 🍶. By the way, the first version was brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki, polished down to 35% ✨. I'm not sure about the Association 1801 yeast, but it seems to be the ginjo aroma from the crossbreeding with Omachi ♬. It's not flashy, but it has a gorgeous fruity aroma 🍈. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and umami of rice spreading in your mouth while the finish is crisp and tight. ☺️ It's easy to drink, with the richness of Omachi, yet mild and easy to drink ✨. Yes, this is delicious 😋.

It's almost past summer (still hot)... and a new sake has mysteriously appeared (aged in the back of the fridge) 😓. So we're going to have an unseasonal Japanese winter 🍶. but only 1/3 of it is left lol! First of all, the retro Showa-era label design is eye-catching! It's so heartwarming and relaxing. ☺️ They change the design every year. By the way, there is also Japanese summer ☀️ Well, I think I opened the bottle before the summer.... My head doesn't remember anything about that time in my memory 🫏🦌. Anyway, let's smell it... hmmm, at least there is still a slight fresh aroma! The taste... it's not as fresh as new sake, but it's still good... While it has some umami, the aftertaste is rather dry and sharp 🍶. A little heavy? Today's lesson: "Drink the sake as soon as you open the bottle."

No, this is really delicious✨✨. The rich aroma coming out of the glass is sweet and gorgeous and reminds me of muscat ♬♬. The taste is also mild and smooth, sweet and juicy, and the aftertaste is very refreshing, but also leaves a slight aftertaste 🍶🍶. This is beyond delicious 😋😋. Icebreaker 🍶, perfect for summer, served on the rocks. It tastes great on its own, but it's also great served ice cold in the hot summer months 😋. The aroma is moderate but fruity, and when you drink it, the fresh sweetness, fresh acidity, and rich flavor will make love to your mouth. The parent and child penguins on the label are adorable 🩷. The third sake I've had outside for a long time 🍶. It is said to be a light, dry junmai ginjo-shu brewed slowly at low temperature with "Matsuyama Mitsui" from Ehime Prefecture polished to 60% ginjo level! The aroma is rather fruity and gentle, with a perfect balance of moderate acidity and umami, making it very easy to drink. Of course, it has sweetness, but it is not too sweet, so it is very good as a food sake. This time I paired it with sashimi of tuna and squid, fried white shrimp, etc., and it was excellent 😋. I think it goes well with a wide range of dishes, including Japanese and Western cuisine 🐟. It was a beautiful sake 🍶 that I never get tired of drinking ✨.

It's been a while since I've been out drinking first sake 🍶. When you see a 14yo on the label, you have no choice but to drink it 😋😋. Is there any other word to describe it other than "delicious"? No, I don't... (I knew there was one). The aroma is mildly fruity, and in the mouth it is rich and sweet... ummmm... ummmm... ummmm... ummmm... ummmm... It is such a delicious sake that there is no need to compare it to anything 🍶. By the way, it's even sweeter when paired with squid with padding 😋. Thank you very much for the food 🍶🍶.

The aroma is discreet yet refreshingly fruity. â The palate is refreshingly sweet and citrusy with a juicy acidity that makes it very easy to drink (just as it says on the back label) It has a sharp sharp foot like a Japanese sword...that sounds like it would be very sharp, but when I actually tried it...it is very sharp indeed. Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, is polished to 55% (🌾) The days are still hot, but I found a cold wholesale brewed in early spring and matured slowly in the brewery 🍶. When we open the bottle... we can feel the floral muscat-like aroma! The umami, bitterness, and acidity come immediately on the palate. Although it is slightly dry, it has a soft sweetness as if it is an aged sake. It finishes with a sharp finish. After 3 days... the corners have been removed and the umami has become mellower. The slight sourness and sweetness fill the mouth, delicious!

Modern Junmai sake newly released last June 2024🍶. Made with 50% polished Yamada-Nishiki rice, the acidity of the lactic acid in the sake combined with the citric acidity brought by the white malted rice gives it a refreshing fruit-like acidity 🍎. But first, open the bottle 🍾.... Mwah...from the aroma, this is fruity ❗️ My expectations are skyrocketing even before I drink it: ⤴️ Enough preamble, let's get it in our mouths 💋.... Ghew....well....well...well... I can only give you the usual impression, but it's sweet and sour, yet crisp and juicy 🎉. I could probably fool anyone around here by pouring it into a wine glass and serving it as a white wine. I highly recommend this wine to anyone who likes mellow sweetness and fruity flavor 🍶.
