The third cup was "N" from Toyo Cup.
This one is said to be the newest sake of the year here.
It was fresh and fruity like an apple.
It was a very delicious cup.
The second cup is Tobiroki 😊.
Since the first cup was the classical type
The fruity flavor stands out even more ✨.
The pineapple-like aroma, sweet and refreshing taste is indescribably delicious ❤️
Good evening, Mr. Rurun!
It's good to have a drink at your usual restaurant tonight, too 🤗.
I think I've had a bottle of HIROKI's special pure sake before I started drinking at SAKEWA. It looks fruity and delicious 🤤.
I would like to drink this again 😋.
At the usual restaurant.
This is my first Goho 😊.
I had seen it in the past at a roadside station in Nanae, but I didn't have the courage to bring home a 4-pack 💦.
I took a chance and asked for it since it was at my regular store ✨.
First sip.
The aroma of rice. It smells like koji (malted rice).
No fruity or freshness.
Like a classical sake, the aftertaste is smooth.
It is a perfect food sake.
It is a sake that goes well with Japanese food.
This is my second rainfall.
The pink visuals got me to buy it😍.
The taste is like Fujiya's Peachine...and the aftertaste is like when you drink plum wine.
At 8%, it's low alcohol, so it's easy to recommend to girls who don't drink much alcohol.
It's been a long time since I've seen Wangrok-sama😊.
The last time I drank it was with nigori sake.
I wanted to drink it with Japanese food in autumn, so I chose the unfiltered one.
But I failed to match it with autumnal Japanese food 😅
I tried it with oden (Japanese stew) 😊.
First sip.
The aroma of koji leaves an impression.
It's not cloudy, so it doesn't have a milky feeling.
I can taste the cleanness of the water.
There is a slight gassy feeling.
No fruity or sweetness.
But there is no spicy bitterness characteristic of alcohol.
The gaseous feeling is not strong, but it is similar to the impression one gets when drinking carbonated water.
It is a unique sake.
Good morning, Rurun 😃.
I often see Kei-san 🤔 but I have never had it yet 🥲It sure looks like it would go well with Japanese food!
I'd like to feel the one and only 😙.
Dear Jay & Nobby, howdy 😊!
Mr. Cree, I see you around a lot!
I think it's partly because I'm uninformed.
I can't think of anything else in the same vein 😅.
If you get a chance, please drink it and let me know what you think 😊.
I'm going to drink a lot of sake to increase the free space in my fridge for the new sake season 😊.
I bought this Sentori Aikoku in the summer.
I somehow couldn't figure out when to open the bottle 😅.
The aroma is fresh and apple-like, with a mild milky texture that is typical of a sake brewed using the traditional sake yeast.
There is a slight feeling of gas.
It has a bitter grapefruit flavor that makes you not feel the low alcohol of 13 degrees C. It tastes like Sentori, but it is different from other Sentori I have tasted so far.
It's my child's birthday, so I opened a bottle of this special one 🎉!
Hatsu Houou Mita ❗️ Hatsu Mikumari ❗️
Be careful when opening the bottle⚠️, so I'll be very careful❗️
But it didn't go out of control as expected😅
At first, I only drink the top clear part.
It tastes more like sparkling wine than sake❗️
I can't believe they can express this taste with rice.
The second glass is a nigorigo (a cloudy state) with some of the ochiri-stain at the bottom.
I don't know what it is, but the taste is so well balanced.
If it is a simple sweet and savory type, I have to restrain myself from eating too many sweet things.
If the alcohol taste is too strong, I have to think about the next day and restrain myself from drinking too much.
I don't think about it, it just tastes so good that I can't stop.
No wonder this one is so popular 😊.
Good morning, Rurun!
Happy birthday to your child🎉!
It's a special day, isn't it ✨?
I have the impression that the schwarish Mikumari is perfect for such a celebratory sake 😋.
It's a really well-balanced and delicious sake 😋.
Good morning, Rurun 😃.
Happy birthday to your child 🎂🎉and happy birthday to Hatsumida's first Miku Mari-chan ㊗️㊗️. It's a series of happy occasions 🤗 just delicious 😋 correct 👍.
Hello ma-ki- sir 😊.
I've been asking for the right moment to open Mikumari since I bought it and this is the day 😎.
It really is a delicious and well-balanced sake!
I'm also interested in drinking the new sake that just came out 😊.
Hello Jay & Nobby 😊.
Thank you so much, I am so glad you enjoyed it!
Just delicious, there were no other words to describe it 😅.
As well as Hououmida's other sakes, and I'm looking forward to trying many other sakes from Tochigi 😊.
It's been a long time since I've had a Sentori-sama: ❤️
Since I bought the oligarami of my favorite classic when it was released,
It's been quite a while 💦.
It's delicious with a natural sweet taste❤️
It doesn't have a gassy feel to it.
The reviews say it is grapefruit, but is it a grapefruit with a touch of elegance?
When I drink Sentori's sake, I really feel the cleanliness and quality of the rice and water.
I am happy😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😊.
Sentori makes me feel happy whenever I drink it, that's exactly what I'm saying ✨.
Still waiting in our fridge to feel happy too 🤭.
For my third glass, I had a heated glass of Kamo Kanehide sake, the restaurant's best choice: ❤️
The food we had ordered was almost all gone😅.
I thought it was a sake that would go well with the meal 😊.
The second sake was Junmai Nama-zake by Chivalry.
This one also had a fresh fruity vibe from the store's pop-up, but it was a fruity sake with a powerful alcohol taste 😊.
At a yakitori restaurant where we went for my husband's birthday dinner.
Lately, I've been thinking that if I'm not sure about ordering sake, I'll go with sake from a prefecture I've never been to before😅.
So, my first Ehime sake 👏.
The word "limited direct-drafted raw sake" gives me a fresh-fruity preconception, and it didn't disappoint: fresh-fruity with a melon-like taste. ❤️
Good evening, Rurun!
Happy birthday to your master 🎉!
Yakitori and Sake are delicious 😋 they are my favorite food 😋.
It's nice to celebrate by eating out together 🎵
Ehime sake looks delicious too 🤗
Hello ma-ki- 😊.
Thank you ✨
Yakitori and sake is just too good 😆.
I don't often get a chance to drink Ehime sake, but since the restaurant's choices are mostly to my liking, I was able to order boldly 😊.
First Hiroshima sake at Sake-no-Wa: ❤️
I went there with the intention of buying the original Amego Tsuki, but they didn't have the original, so I bought this one.
I bought it out of curiosity 😊.
I've seen other reviews that say it's slightly carbonated, but maybe it was because it had been a little while since I bought this one, so I didn't feel any schwarziness 😢.
But when you put it in your mouth, it's like a Shine Muscat❗️
Delicious❗️
It's easy to drink and has an alcohol content of 14 degrees.
I can't get enough of it 😎.
Hello Jay & Nobby 😊.
Thank you, we are very happy to hear that!
UGO, it was more fruity and tasty than I expected ❤️
I also liked that it was 14 degrees, just right for drinking at home 😊.
This is the first Goryo at Sakewa: ❤️
This is a souvenir from my husband's recent business trip to southern Hokkaido✨.
Goryo itself is not widely available outside of Hakodate, but this Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab is probably only available in Hakodate.
Now, as for the taste...
It has a slightly fruity aroma and a nice sweetness in the mouth.
There is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste!
It's been about 2 years since I had it before, so I can't compare, but it's quite tasty!
If I'm not careful, I'm sure I'll run out of the 4-pack bottle soon😅.
If you have a chance to go to Hakodate (I guess some liquor stores in Sapporo have it), I recommend you to capture it!
Hi, Rururun 😃.
It's nice to have a business trip souvenir of sake 🍶 that you can't buy without going there 🤗Hokkaido! I haven't been there for maybe 20 years 😓I wish I could go there!
It was a gift from a friend of mine from Nagano, Japan. ❤️
The box is magnificent, but the label is also a rare and unusual one (isn't that what they call it now 😅), and it is full of an extraordinary atmosphere.
I was trying to figure out when to open it, but I decided to open it today, my friend's birthday 😊.
As for the taste.
The aroma is not strong, but it is rich like brandy.
When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and thick.
The taste is sweet and thick, but the aftertaste is very refreshing.
It is similar to Miyakanme's Summertime, but while Summertime is heavy and perfect for an after-dinner drink, this one is not quite a "mealtime sake" but has a nice salty flavor that does not get in the way.
Delicious ❤️
Good morning, Rurun 😃.
Souvenir sake 🍶 makes me happy! We have a Hakuba souvenir sake waiting for us at home too 🤗.
This is a very stylish bottle! And the fact that you open it on your friend's birthday 🎂 is chalet 👍.
Good evening, Jay and Nobby 😊.
Souvenir sake, I'm so excited ❤️
I see you two have some Hakuba sake waiting for you at your house ✨.
I don't often drink boxed sake, so I was very excited 😎.
This is Mr. Kangiku's Kenaiyama: ❤️
I didn't go to the store with the intention of buying this one in the first place, but I happened to enter the store during the inspection process😅.
I was lucky to be able to buy it unexpectedly 😊.
Now, here's my impression of the taste.
When you open the package, you can feel the gas pushing the lid up.
The aroma is not very strong, but when you put your nose close to it, you can smell the fruity aroma.
When you put your nose close to it, you can smell the fruity aroma.
When you drink it, it has a slight gassy feeling contrary to the impression of gas pressure. It is sweet and easy to drink!
However, as I continue drinking it, I feel quite drunk 😅 (maybe due to lack of sleep).
I guess my No.1 ranking of Kangiku at the moment is the pink Discovery...
Good evening, Mr. Rururun!
Kangiku's Kenaiyama is a sake I'm looking forward to so much I'm wondering when to take it out of the cellar 😁✨✨.
I see the pink Discovery is also delicious 🎵
I suddenly want to try it next year 😋!
Good evening, ma-ki-Sama 😊.
You missed the cellar 💦.
I know exactly how you feel 💦.
Discovery, I've only had the pink one 😅.
I would love to have you drink it too, ma-ki!
It was a business trip souvenir for my husband 😊.
He bought it at a roadside station in Kikonai, Hokkaido.
This is a Kikonai limited edition sake, brewed by the Haneda Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture using rice called Honoka 224 from Kikonai.
Today we received the squid sashimi that Hakodate ordered from us, so we opened it thinking it would go well with it. ❤️
When I put my nose close to the glass, I could smell a faintly caramel-like aroma.
When I drank it, it was nice and easy to drink.
(I had had a glass of Tamitsu just before, so it had a cleaner aftertaste than that one.)
It goes well with squid sashimi, but can also be drunk on its own 😊.
Hello, Rurun 😃
Squid sashimi from Hakodate! Just hearing that makes me want to drink 😆 even if I didn't do anything 😅I guess I'll just drink and get misogi done!
I was curious about this bottle when I went to a corner store earlier and bought it.
When I think of Mie sake, I think of Jikin-sama and Takihama ❤️
I had an image of soft taste.
My heart swells with anticipation✨.
As soon as I opened the bottle, a fruity aroma wafted through the air.
This must be a delicious one for sure 😊.
When you take a sip, it comes with an unexpected thump.
It's sweet, but has a strong alcohol 💦 feel to it.
It's 15%, so I don't think it's particularly strong.
My husband was pleased with the taste, but I think it's a little heavy for me.
Maybe it would be easier to drink after a few days.
(Postscript) The taste on the second day was much easier to drink as the gusto was lessened 😊.
Good evening, Rurun!
It is indeed a very strong drink. ⤴️
I was drinking outside, so I'm curious to see how the taste changes over time 🤗.
Some sakes become easier to drink after being stored 😋.
I'm actually proud to say that this may be the first time I've ever done this 😊.
I remember that the izakaya where I worked part-time as a student used to carry it, but for some reason I had a strong image of it being a drink favored by old men, and I don't remember picking it up until now.
This year, I got really into sake.
I saw Isohajime being highly praised on SNS, etc., and I wanted to try it if I had the chance.
I was thinking that I would like to try it if I had the chance, and then I found it at my usual store: ❗️
I usually don't like to drink alcoholic sake (it's a matter of taste), but I took a chance and ordered it because the Honjozo sake was getting rave reviews.
It was unexpectedly delicious❤️
I was expecting a more dry sake, but the fruity taste made me feel the quality of the water and the clean taste made me feel the quality of the water.
It had a beautiful taste that reminded me of the quality of the water 😊.
The alcohol taste is not too strong and you can't even tell unless you are told.
I believe they used to use Yamadanishiki from the Special A district, but from this year, they are using Dewasanbana for all of their sake.
I don't know what it tasted like before, so I can't compare it, but it was a delicious sake. ❤️
Hi Rurun 😃
Congratulations on your first Isobojiman, ㊗️ 🎉You know, sometimes you have a preconceived notion that something you were avoiding is actually good 😳🤗I think drinking a lot of sake lowers that hurdle though 😅.
Hello Jay & Nobby 😊.
Thank you ✨
I'm always surprised to find out that something I had avoided because of preconceived notions is actually delicious 😅.
And that's fun too 😊.
The second cup was a Toyo cup.
Luckily this one was also sealed 😊.
This one is made with Yamadanishiki from the special A district that Miura Shuzo, the brewer of Toyo Grape, has a contract with.
But this year will be the last year for this sake 😭.
Everything is said that the sake rice can no longer be harvested year after year.
Now, the taste.
It was a very delicious sake with a moderate fruity taste.
It was a very, very delicious sake.
I was told that Yamadanishiki that is not from the special A district will probably be available in the future, but it was sad to hear that...
At my usual restaurant.
I looked at the menu and found Nabe-sama's name.
I wondered if it was the usual, but when I looked closer, I saw the name Akaban Oumachi😳.
By the way, "usual" means
It is a regular special junmai.
Luckily, I hit the sealed bottle 😊.
The aroma was like pineapple, a cup of strength, not just the soft deliciousness of the usual special junmai. ❤️
