My fridge is in a state of chaos... I just want to chug this down smoothly💦 Alright, after the Tenshu sake, next up is Kōei Kiku's Snow Crescent❤️ Rumor has it's delicious, so my expectations are sky-high😊 Caution: Opening this bottle is dangerous⚠️ It's alcohol. The moment I removed the cap protector, the cork popped out! 😳 Whoops, trouble! ‼️ I quickly checked the bottle... no contents spilled out... phew, that's a relief 😌 I'll pour the clear part. Pouring it into SYUWAN, a soft citrus aroma wafts up ❤️ Taking a sip, there's a definite effervescence. And it's sweet and sour—😍 Though sweet and sour, the acidity isn't overpowering—it's a refreshing taste like biting into a Valencia orange ✨. I wondered if this was really sake, but as it slid down my throat, I knew it was. Then, I turned the bottle upside down to mix in the sediment for the second glass. A slight bitterness emerged. But this was delicious in its own way 😊. I hear it's also delicious warmed, so it feels a bit wasteful, but I think I'll try that tomorrow or later ❤️.

At the end of the year, I saw a different kind of Tasake-sama on the instagram of my usual liquor store like a rage. I felt obligated to buy it 💦. I asked my husband, who loves Tasake, to buy me a bottle ✨. I was curious to see how it differed from the usual Tokujun 😎 as it is in a price range I don't usually reach for. First, the aroma. Fresh aroma like pineapple and apple ✨. But it's not too cloying, it has a classy feel to it: ☺️ When you drink it, it has a refreshing sweetness, like when you put an apple in your mouth. And there is no bitterness! Some Tasake-sama can have a bitter taste, but.... It's a pleasant finish to the drink, and I find myself reaching for it one after the other😅. This is a definite deliciousness that makes you say "yes" or "no". I will definitely get another bottle when it comes out next year 😊.

Happy belated New Year ☺️ Best wishes for the coming year: 🙇‍♀️ First sake of 2026 is AKABU's GALAXY Sparkling✨! The stopper is a crown type. When I lifted the stopper a little with the corkscrew, it spilled a lot💦. It's like it misses a little gas and then opens a little again and spills again 😅. After overcoming all that, pour it into a glass... It's a light cloudy sparkling wine✨ It smells like sweet melon and banana. When you drink it, it tastes like a sparkling wine, but the creamy taste and bitter aftertaste make it seem like it's not a wine. Delicious ❤️ We had it first in a champagne glass and then in a SYUWAN. I found it tasted better with SYUWAN because I didn't feel the bitterness in the aftertaste as much😊.

I didn't want to open a 4-gallon bottle, so I reached for a smaller bottle, which was a gift. But the 300mm bottle was not enough for the two of us. I reached for the second bottle 😅. Compared to the previous Kihei, it is much easier to drink. It's alesed, but maybe that's why? It's a refreshing drink that quickly fades away.

This is one of the three bottles of Shizuoka sake that I received. I will have it warmed up today 😊. I think the temperature was a little high for warming, the alcohol is a little too much for my nose lol! No aroma, rather an old type of sake I guess. Today's entrée is yakitori takeout: ❤️ It goes well with yakitori.

Opened this bottle that had been sitting for a long time 🎉! It's Suitama by Ryoseki Shuzo ❤️ This is my first time to drink Suitama. The aroma is fresh, like apples and pears. And the taste is sweet but also goes well with meals 😊. This is the Yamadanishiki version, but the Kame-no-o version was also on sale at the same time. I would like to try Kame-no-o next year.

This is the United Arrows version of the snowman... ❗️ I saw it on a liquor store instagram and went there 2 hours later and it was gone from the store 😭. I asked the clerk if it was no good and he brought it out from the back 😭😭😭. God...✨ We emptied AKABU SNOW early yesterday. So we decided to open the bottle 🎉. Compared to the original Snowman, the olydance is less vigorous...or to put it better, calmer. As for the taste, it has been a long time since I drank the original Snowman, so I may have forgotten some parts of it. The original seems fresher. In terms of specs. Original -> 100% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki UA→95% Yamadanishiki, 5% Kame-no-o 　　Assemblage of 4 varieties There is a difference between the two (as stated on the label). The UA is sweeter and mellower than the original, perhaps due to the assemblage. All I can say is that both are delicious ❗️

Happy Merry Christmas 🎉 When it comes to Christmas, this is the only drink that stands up to ❗️. I wasn't originally planning to buy it, but for various reasons, this one came to my house💦. First of all, open the bottle 🎉. I was very wary of opening the bottle because it had a "beware of opening ⚠️" tag, but I felt a strong gas pressure. When I completely uncorked the bottle, it didn't blow out. It was a letdown. I poured it into a glass and tasted it and wondered what it was, a lychee-like flavor. It's a low 13% alu, so it went horribly swishy and I finished it: ❗️ Like a light Pocari, like an Aquari. When I think of Christmas, I took the liberty of imagining a fizzy form, but it's delicious, so there's that.

The second drink was at Isozumo. Since the menu said "Cold Sake". I wondered if it was different from the one I had before, but it was exactly the same one😅. It was a delicious sake with clean water. ❤️ By the way, the third sake was the Kutouryuu, a light nigori with a hanging mouth, which I also ordered last week. It was still the same delicious sake with apple flavor!

For the second week in a row, I went to the usual restaurant. It was the last practice for the children's sports too. It's the launch 😁. Since it's the second week in a row, I thought that the type of alcohol would be the same, but there was a new one... It's a bottle of Toyotsukai Shiboritate, the bottle that made Toyotsukai a household name throughout the country. I was lucky enough to win a mouthful: ❤️ It has a fruity aroma and is easy to drink and delicious: ❗️ New sake season makes me so happy with all the delicious sake ✨.

It's my first Kozaemon 🎉 first Gifu sake 🍶 ❤️ I went there for another sake, but they didn't have the one I was looking for. I was looking for an alternative sake and found this one. I found this one. The label was so cute I just had to have it 😊. Concept Worker's Selection....this may be tactless for a sake that you drink with your senses and not your head, but here's a report on what I drank 😁. First of all, opening the bottle 🎉. Recently, even though it says "open with caution ⚠️ sake"... I've never had a spillage before. but this was the first time in a long time 💦. I had chilled it for a while 😅. I regained my composure and took a sip. It has a banana-milky aroma. It has a sweet and sour aftertaste like a lactobacillus drink with a slight bitterness. However, the bitterness is not unpleasant and disappears quickly, so you can drink it as much as you want 😎. This is delicious ❗️

The second Purple Space is a cedar ball label 🎉. Expectations are high as it is the first Shibori ❤️ The aroma is not so strong, but the taste is fruity and fresh. The store owner said it's the best sake of the moment ✨. Personally, I think it's easy to drink and goes down smoothly.

This is Kutouryuu's light nigori. Nigori hunter's blood is boiling. This one also reminds me of Fuji apple. It is very delicious with a refreshing sweet taste. ❗️ In my opinion, this is the best one I've had today ✨. but all the other ones were good too 😅. It was a great day with lots of delicious drinks 😊.

I took a sip of the third drink, or rather the sake my husband ordered. This one also had an apple flavor and a clean taste. There was no bitterness in the aftertaste and it was a sake that I could enjoy without thinking about it 😊.

The second drink was my first Oita sake at Sake-no-wa ~ ❤️ I thought I had heard of Sanwa Shuzui before, but it turns out that they are the brewery of Iichiko. First, a sip. The first cup of Jikin-sama was green apple, but this one had a slightly sweet flavor reminiscent of red apple. This is my first time drinking this sake, but anyway, it is easy to drink and the cup goes on and on. Delicious ❗️

At my usual restaurant. When I go to a restaurant, I am often guided to a seat in front of the refrigerator. When I looked, to my surprise, there was Jikin-sama 😳. However, it is not listed on the local sake menu. I gave up on the idea that it might be a special offer for regular customers and decided to order something from the other menu, but I was surprised to find Jikin-sama under the food menu. I was surprised to see Jikin-sama listed under the food menu. First, a sip. The aroma was refreshing like green apple. When I drank it, I found the juiciness of green apple and I felt the bitterness of alcohol that didn't end there. I had the impression that the Jikkensama I have had so far is soft and easy to drink, yet still has a strong flavor. I was surprised to find a flavor with such a certain impact. However, when I drank it after having tachipon and kampachi sashimi, I felt the bitterness quickly recede along with the fat of the sashimi, and I felt the depth of nostalgia for its high potential as a food sake. I could also feel a new aspect of Jikin-sama. ❤️

This is the first Gagakuyo ❤️ Recently, I watched a Youtube video of Mr. Kato, the head brewer of Tenryo Cup Brewery, who brews Garakudai, and thought I'd like to try it. As a nigori hunter, I couldn't pass it up 😎. Cork 🎉. It has a sense of "Shupon". The aroma is slightly fruity, though not that much. It is slightly carbonated in the mouth. The taste is fruity but has a bitterness. It has a fruity taste, but it also has a bitterness, as if it were a light, dry sake. However, because of the low alcohol content of 14.5%, it is not unpleasant to drink, and I thought it would be a good match as a mealtime drink. Strangely enough, by the second glass, I didn't notice the bitterness as much, and the glass kept going and going💦. I heard there will be an active nigori in December. I have yet to see it. I hope to take you there again when I can.

I've been saying I want to drink nigori sake, but I've been busy stocking the fridge 💦. In fact, I recently drank some Nigori sake from a major brewery and found it to be a bit of a disappointment for me 😅. It was a disappointment for me 😅. I'm in the mood to open a little span. Well, this time, I found and got a bottle while patrolling the liquor store. It's a different vibe from the last Reborn Raindrops ✨. Different atmosphere ✨. The aroma is just a hint of muscat. The taste is sweet and delicious. The alcohol content is 16%. It's a dangerous ⚠️ that's easy to drink 😅. The aftertaste is bitter or is this what you call sharp? It has that, but I don't feel bad about it. I'd like to buy it again when they come out with a different series: ❗️

I saw on Instagram that Goryo's new sake was in the market. I went to buy it with my husband who loves Goryo. Well, let's open the bottle🎉. There is not much aroma. It tastes like a slight sweetness of rice. I have had Goryo's Junmai Ginjo, Red Label Tokujun, and one made with Hakodate Kosen yeast, but compared to these three, this Goryo is a bit lacking. To be honest, I feel it is a bit lacking. I was expecting a fresher taste, so I was a little disappointed. If I warmed it up, maybe my impression would change.
