Opening the winning bottle in the fullness of time🎉!
I couldn't buy the bottle on the release date, so I entered the contest on the Youtube Sakelabo channel and won 😭.
I waited until today to open the bottle because I wanted to open it on the day of my child's departure.
I like the refreshing taste, the slight gasiness and a little bitterness: ❤️
I was worried that since it had been a day since I received it, it might have lost some of its flavor, but it looks like it will probably be fine.

Opened a bottle of Akabu Yamadanishiki NEWBORN that had been left to rest: ❤️
Compared to the Omachi NEW BORN we drank before, which was sweet and rich, this one has a smooth, watery feel.
The label says the taste is as clear as the Iwate sky, and that's exactly what it is.

I asked for a rare sake from brewer Kuheiji.
I was told that Kuheiji has stopped shipping raw sake, but it seems to be a light nigori sake that is only available during the current season.
It was a well-balanced and delicious sake, the type of sake that you can drink as much as you want.

I opened a bottle I had been putting to sleep to commemorate my child's graduation 😊.
This is my first Shinmasa and it is sweet and easy to drink.
To be honest, it didn't have the same impact as the previous reputation, but I don't know if that's because I bought it online, or because it's from the year before last, or if it tastes like this to begin with.
