This is Kutouryuu's light nigori. Nigori hunter's blood is boiling. This one also reminds me of Fuji apple. It is very delicious with a refreshing sweet taste. ❗️ In my opinion, this is the best one I've had today ✨. but all the other ones were good too 😅. It was a great day with lots of delicious drinks 😊.

I took a sip of the third drink, or rather the sake my husband ordered. This one also had an apple flavor and a clean taste. There was no bitterness in the aftertaste and it was a sake that I could enjoy without thinking about it 😊.

The second drink was my first Oita sake at Sake-no-wa ~ ❤️ I thought I had heard of Sanwa Shuzui before, but it turns out that they are the brewery of Iichiko. First, a sip. The first cup of Jikin-sama was green apple, but this one had a slightly sweet flavor reminiscent of red apple. This is my first time drinking this sake, but anyway, it is easy to drink and the cup goes on and on. Delicious ❗️

At my usual restaurant. When I go to a restaurant, I am often guided to a seat in front of the refrigerator. When I looked, to my surprise, there was Jikin-sama 😳. However, it is not listed on the local sake menu. I gave up on the idea that it might be a special offer for regular customers and decided to order something from the other menu, but I was surprised to find Jikin-sama under the food menu. I was surprised to see Jikin-sama listed under the food menu. First, a sip. The aroma was refreshing like green apple. When I drank it, I found the juiciness of green apple and I felt the bitterness of alcohol that didn't end there. I had the impression that the Jikkensama I have had so far is soft and easy to drink, yet still has a strong flavor. I was surprised to find a flavor with such a certain impact. However, when I drank it after having tachipon and kampachi sashimi, I felt the bitterness quickly recede along with the fat of the sashimi, and I felt the depth of nostalgia for its high potential as a food sake. I could also feel a new aspect of Jikin-sama. ❤️

This is the first Gagakuyo ❤️ Recently, I watched a Youtube video of Mr. Kato, the head brewer of Tenryo Cup Brewery, who brews Garakudai, and thought I'd like to try it. As a nigori hunter, I couldn't pass it up 😎. Cork 🎉. It has a sense of "Shupon". The aroma is slightly fruity, though not that much. It is slightly carbonated in the mouth. The taste is fruity but has a bitterness. It has a fruity taste, but it also has a bitterness, as if it were a light, dry sake. However, because of the low alcohol content of 14.5%, it is not unpleasant to drink, and I thought it would be a good match as a mealtime drink. Strangely enough, by the second glass, I didn't notice the bitterness as much, and the glass kept going and going💦. I heard there will be an active nigori in December. I have yet to see it. I hope to take you there again when I can.

I've been saying I want to drink nigori sake, but I've been busy stocking the fridge 💦. In fact, I recently drank some Nigori sake from a major brewery and found it to be a bit of a disappointment for me 😅. It was a disappointment for me 😅. I'm in the mood to open a little span. Well, this time, I found and got a bottle while patrolling the liquor store. It's a different vibe from the last Reborn Raindrops ✨. Different atmosphere ✨. The aroma is just a hint of muscat. The taste is sweet and delicious. The alcohol content is 16%. It's a dangerous ⚠️ that's easy to drink 😅. The aftertaste is bitter or is this what you call sharp? It has that, but I don't feel bad about it. I'd like to buy it again when they come out with a different series: ❗️

I saw on Instagram that Goryo's new sake was in the market. I went to buy it with my husband who loves Goryo. Well, let's open the bottle🎉. There is not much aroma. It tastes like a slight sweetness of rice. I have had Goryo's Junmai Ginjo, Red Label Tokujun, and one made with Hakodate Kosen yeast, but compared to these three, this Goryo is a bit lacking. To be honest, I feel it is a bit lacking. I was expecting a fresher taste, so I was a little disappointed. If I warmed it up, maybe my impression would change.

This is my first Tenbi...❗️ Since there is no store near me that sells Amami So I went on an expedition 😊. I was wondering if I should pay the highway fare for this, but I drove 🚗 to get it 😅.... I'm pretty swamped 💦. Now, let's open the bottle: ❗️ You can feel the gas pressure when you open the bottle. However, it's not so much that it blows out. The aroma is muscat. It is nigori, but you don't feel much nigori. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gas. Anyway, delicious ❗️ It feels endlessly delicious. This is worth going out to buy: ❗️ Just delicious 😋.

Hatsu Shihu ❤️ I've been curious about Purple Space for a while after seeing it on Instagram, and now that they have a new draft sake, I've captured it 😎. It's called Strawberry🍓 label. I wonder what it tastes like. The stopper was so tight that I had a hard time opening it. Slightly fruity aroma, slight gasiness. It's a sweet and tasty drink, but I didn't taste any strawberries 💦. No strawberry flavor, but a hint of strawberry-flavored pocky. No bitterness or other unpleasant tastes. I have a bottle of Sugitama label in the fridge right now. I'm looking forward to the comparison: ❤️ Postscript. Today, the second day, I tried heating it up. Strawberry, I can feel it ❗️ Not strawberry pocky, but strawberry 🍓. I never had the idea of heating up a draft sake before, but it might be a good way to feel the difference in flavor😊. I can't get enough of the sweet and sour 😆.

I'm a first time snow woman😊 I'm planning to drink a lot of nigori this winter ❗️ I have been wanting to drink this Yuki-Onna since before the season started. First, open the bottle🎉. The pressure of the gas you feel as soon as you remove the aluminum cap. When I opened the cork, I heard a popping sound 😳. I don't know if it's because it's been chilled for quite a while, but I don't feel any spills or rises. I'll take the top off first: ❤️ It's SHUWAN again today 😎. What I feel on my nose is the aroma of koji. The fruity aroma is faint. When you drink it, the gasiness is not as strong as it should be. It has a slight hint of chili. The taste is sweet and fruity, as is typical of Omine, but I think it tastes more bitter than the regular Omine 3-grain. After checking the taste with the supernatant for a while, I turned the top and bottom back to the nigori. Then, it was turned upside down and turned into nigorigo. Snowman ⛄️ was very Ori Dance (©️ Jay & Nobby 😊), but this one is well mature 😁. This one is well mature 😁. Taste, yeah yeah yeah, this this this. Milky fruity with nigori goodness ❗️ Delicious ❗️ For some reason, when I turn it up and down, I get a strong sense of gas. But it's not as bad as the snowball though. This is very good, but if I had two in a row, I would buy the snowman ⛄️ 😁

This is my first snowman of the season... ❗️ We had one earlier this year for the previous season, but this is the first time this season😊. The last time I got one was from an online order, so I wanted to get one freshly made. Be careful opening the package ⚠️, so I'll go carefully, but... Maybe it's because it was almost 2 weeks since I bought it, but it cooled down well and doesn't feel that dangerous. I'm going with SHUWAN today😎. I'll take the top part first. It has a good amount of gas and tastes really good. ❗️ The taste is what we call Senkou's taste: ❤️ It seems to be thicker this time. Well, all I can say is delicious. I have the bottle in front of me as I drink it. As time goes by, the lees under the bottle are jumping. It's full of life: ❗️ The second glass is a little up and down, but gentle because I'm afraid of spills. It tastes a little bitter, like adult calpis. I guess you have to buy it fresh out of the bottle 😊.

It's getting colder! I usually enjoy my sake cold, but this winter I decided to try heating it up and got a sake heater 😊. And, just for the heck of it, I also got a SHUWAN, which is now more expensive than the sake heater, just because of the Amazon Black Friday 🤣. And the first sake to be enjoyed with the sake heater is Hirotogawa's Tokujun ❤️ I had gotten it at a monja restaurant before and was so impressed with the taste that I immediately bought it. I was so impressed with the taste that I immediately bought it at a monja restaurant. This is a thermos type container that you fill with hot water and put the sake in the attached tokkuri and it will be ready in about 10 minutes. The temperature of the heated sake changes depending on the amount of hot water. (A memory is included to give you an idea of the temperature.) This time, I set the hot water to somewhere between lukewarm and top-heat, and the sake was nice and square, making it a sake you'll want to keep drinking forever. ❤️ The SHUWAN made the aroma stand out too! Very tasty✨ It made my sake life more fulfilling 😊.

Denshogiku Unfiltered Nama Sake, Sumi Sake 😊. We still have some of the ogara-mi left, but it's a good time to compare ✨. First, open the bottle🎉. No chupon sensation. It is marked ⚠️ but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to open it. Pour it into a glass. The appearance is obviously different (it is). What's different is that the aroma is stronger in the clear sake! If the orikarami has a soft pineapple aroma, the clear sake has a strong pineapple aroma, to put it bluntly. The taste in the mouth is slightly chili-like. The orikagarami has a bitter aftertaste, but the clear sake has no bitterness. This may be a matter of taste. As for the taste on the day of opening the bottle, I think the clear sake is probably easier to drink and more popular. However, the orikagarami that I drank today tasted like a light salty dog, with the bitterness that I felt on the opening day faded away. This makes it so easy to drink that if I didn't have any reason, I would want to drink it all at once! Conclusion Both are delicious🤣. But perhaps the most popular is the clear sake?

This is my first Denshogiku 😍. I was lucky enough to get both the ogara-mi and the sumi-shu (that's what the sake shop said) this time 😭 This is said to be the most popular sake from Kangiku, and since I started my sake boom this year, I have been longing for this sake since I heard the name of it 😊. Now, let's open the bottle 🎉. It has a light spooniness to it. Fruity, easily recognizable when you put your nose close to it ❤️ I felt pineapple✨. First, I will take it without lees mixing. When I take a sip, I feel light gas, fruity sweetness, and the aftertaste is bitter. Hoh, is this the electric chrysanthemum? Yeah, it's delicious😊. For the second sip, turn it upside down and mix the lees. Maybe it's my imagination, but the gas and taste seems to have become stronger. I'm too excited to see the difference from the clear sake: ❤️

I took a chance and asked for it since it was at my regular store ✨. First sip. The aroma of rice. It smells like koji (malted rice). No fruity or freshness. Like a classical sake, the aftertaste is smooth. It is a perfect food sake. It is a sake that goes well with Japanese food.

This is my second rainfall. The pink visuals got me to buy it😍. The taste is like Fujiya's Peachine...and the aftertaste is like when you drink plum wine. At 8%, it's low alcohol, so it's easy to recommend to girls who don't drink much alcohol.

It's been a long time since I've seen Wangrok-sama😊. The last time I drank it was with nigori sake. I wanted to drink it with Japanese food in autumn, so I chose the unfiltered one. But I failed to match it with autumnal Japanese food 😅 I tried it with oden (Japanese stew) 😊. First sip. The aroma of koji leaves an impression. It's not cloudy, so it doesn't have a milky feeling. I can taste the cleanness of the water. There is a slight gassy feeling. No fruity or sweetness. But there is no spicy bitterness characteristic of alcohol. The gaseous feeling is not strong, but it is similar to the impression one gets when drinking carbonated water. It is a unique sake.
