I had seen it in the past at a roadside station in Nanae, but I didn't have the courage to bring home a 4-pack 💦.
I took a chance and asked for it since it was at my regular store ✨.

No fruity or freshness.
Like a classical sake, the aftertaste is smooth.

It's been a long time since I've seen Wangrok-sama😊.
The last time I drank it was with nigori sake.
I wanted to drink it with Japanese food in autumn, so I chose the unfiltered one.
But I failed to match it with autumnal Japanese food 😅

It's not cloudy, so it doesn't have a milky feeling.

I'm going to drink a lot of sake to increase the free space in my fridge for the new sake season 😊.
I bought this Sentori Aikoku in the summer.
I somehow couldn't figure out when to open the bottle 😅.
The aroma is fresh and apple-like, with a mild milky texture that is typical of a sake brewed using the traditional sake yeast.
There is a slight feeling of gas.
It has a bitter grapefruit flavor that makes you not feel the low alcohol of 13 degrees C. It tastes like Sentori, but it is different from other Sentori I have tasted so far.

First Hiroshima sake at Sake-no-Wa: ❤️
I went there with the intention of buying the original Amego Tsuki, but they didn't have the original, so I bought this one.
I bought it out of curiosity 😊.

This is the first Goryo at Sakewa: ❤️
This is a souvenir from my husband's recent business trip to southern Hokkaido✨.
Goryo itself is not widely available outside of Hakodate, but this Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab is probably only available in Hakodate.
Now, as for the taste...
It has a slightly fruity aroma and a nice sweetness in the mouth.
There is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste!
It's been about 2 years since I had it before, so I can't compare, but it's quite tasty!
If I'm not careful, I'm sure I'll run out of the 4-pack bottle soon😅.
If you have a chance to go to Hakodate (I guess some liquor stores in Sapporo have it), I recommend you to capture it!

It was a gift from a friend of mine from Nagano, Japan. ❤️

It was a business trip souvenir for my husband 😊.
He bought it at a roadside station in Kikonai, Hokkaido.
This is a Kikonai limited edition sake, brewed by the Haneda Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture using rice called Honoka 224 from Kikonai.
Today we received the squid sashimi that Hakodate ordered from us, so we opened it thinking it would go well with it. ❤️
When I put my nose close to the glass, I could smell a faintly caramel-like aroma.
When I drank it, it was nice and easy to drink.
(I had had a glass of Tamitsu just before, so it had a cleaner aftertaste than that one.)
It goes well with squid sashimi, but can also be drunk on its own 😊.

I was curious about this bottle when I went to a corner store earlier and bought it.
When I think of Mie sake, I think of Jikin-sama and Takihama ❤️

I'm actually proud to say that this may be the first time I've ever done this 😊.
I remember that the izakaya where I worked part-time as a student used to carry it, but for some reason I had a strong image of it being a drink favored by old men, and I don't remember picking it up until now.
This year, I got really into sake.
I saw Isohajime being highly praised on SNS, etc., and I wanted to try it if I had the chance.
I was thinking that I would like to try it if I had the chance, and then I found it at my usual store: ❗️
I usually don't like to drink alcoholic sake (it's a matter of taste), but I took a chance and ordered it because the Honjozo sake was getting rave reviews.
