☀️ Happy New Year 🎍. 1,700 check in✅. As a Mimuro☆maniac, I don't want to miss out on drinking Orikara 😁. Now, open the bottle🍶. White color like a sports drink🤍. The aroma is light and sweet like Mimuro cedar ☺️ It feels like banana🍌. On the palate, it is filled with banana🍌-like sweetness and rice flavor🌾. There is a slight gassiness that assists in the freshness 🫧. The lingering taste left a slight rice flavor🌾 and a bit of bitterness on the tongue, which slowly faded away. As expected from Mimuro Sugi✨. When I bought it at the liquor store, when I brought it to the cashier, the price was too high. 😅" look on my face, the clerk noticed the mistake too. I didn't look at the price tag when I brought it to the cashier, so I was a little upset 😅. I swear to myself that from this year I will look at the price properly before I bring it to the cashier 🤗.

☀️ Tsuki no Katsura nigori is a stoic of stoic sake quality, and I think of it as the origin of active nigori 😌. Well, I'll have some 🍶. The color is pure white 🤍. You can barely see the larger grains of rice floating around 🌾. In the mouth, you can feel the creamy rice texture 🌾. And a slightly stronger carbonation🫧. It brings a bitter taste to the aftertaste to keep you going. It was a cup at the end of the year that made me think that this stoic construction might be the reason why I keep coming back for a round 🤗.

The smooth sweetness mixed with the bitterness blended with the sweetness is sucked into the back of the throat. At the same time, the ginjo aroma slips into my nose and I become ho ho ho ho 🥰🤗. Now I can finish the year with this 🎍.

☀️ Yellow Narcissus was the first cargo tag liquor I ever drank. Sometimes I drink Hwang Suisen as a return to my roots 😄. The aroma is mature 🤔. It has a light sweetness, modest acidity, and a thick flavor with the delicious taste of rice 🌾. The slight carbonation that seems to be freshly squeezed is a good stimulant 🫧. The lingering aftertaste is very refreshing and does not linger for long 🤗. I'm starting to feel like it tastes different depending on the season, but I can't remember anymore 🤣.

☀️ Unusual for Kaze no Mori, it's a skeletal bottle 🫙. Reading the description, it seems they are mixing the sake that Aburacho Brewery has been making until now 🤔. It is pale yellow 🟡. It has a sour taste like lemon 🍋. Sweetness blocks before sourness 🤚. Light taste, not unlike 19% alcohol. The lingering sensation of a kerf in the upper jaw area is like shochu 🥴. It was a new type of Kaze no Mori 🤗.

After the meal, we walked around the town while waiting for the bus🚌🚶. The town reminds me of a hot spring town in the Showa era ♨️. And the entrance to "Horoyoi Ginza" which I saw in Higu's post. ☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. We were so satisfied with Hohogaike Masamune that we decided to drink Obaste Masamune as well🤗. The Tanada label is beautiful ✨. We had it with the sashimi set meal 😋. Refreshing aroma😊. Thought it would be refreshing, but a little thicker 🤔. Firm umami and soft sweetness overlap in the mouth. It tastes like ripe bananas 🍌. Long finish with a full-bodied aftertaste. It was light at the start but leaves a thick impression at the end. And the simple rice sensation 🌾 derived from junmai (pure rice) eliminated the fishy smell of the fish and left a sweet taste 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Sold by: Sakai Meisho Processed by: Yoshinoya It was unknown on my Masamune list, but I found out it exists through Higu's post the other day, so I went hunting for it 😄. We took the Shinkansen 🚅 early in the morning to Ueda in Nagano prefecture and changed trains to get there. First, I went to the storehouse of the brewery to make sure it was available 👀. Once my mind was at ease, I boarded the bus🚌 to visit the store Higu had posted about. So here we are: ❗️ Kuriya" in Kamiyamada Onsen 😊. We immediately entered the restaurant 🍶. There was the desired Masamune in the fridge 👀. Before looking at the menu, we ordered 🤗. It has a subtle aroma of rice that is typical of Junmai 🌾. You can taste the rich flavor of the rice 🌾. Mild umami spreads on the tongue with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Clear and refreshing on the throat ✨. From the look of it, I thought it was a normal sake spec, but it had a beautiful sweet and umami flavor with no cloying taste 😋. Thanks to Higu for the safe hunt 🙏. Nice Masamune👍
