☀️ It's a noble sake. I wondered if it would be sweet 🤔 but it's not as sweet as I imagined. It's thin and soft sweet, like banana🍌. The slight carbonation also helps, and it's a refreshing sweetness that doesn't feel kudos. ☺️ The alcohol content is 13 degrees, and it was a drink that can be drunk easily and smoothly 🍶. I felt the Tochigi love ❤️ for this one: ☺️

Hi Hiro, good evening 😌. I too bought it the other day after drinking it at Starbucks 😆. It wasn't the sweetness of kijoshu that I imagined 🤔. Rather, I really liked the fact that it was sweet enough to drink smoothly: ☺️

☀️ Tsuruno Sake Brewery was affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. They are brewing sake together with Fukumitsuya for reconstruction. I think it is a wonderful relationship 😌. It has a rich flavor with a hint of umami and acidity. It is a good sake for warming up ❓. The acidity gives it a nice sharpness. I registered it with Kagatobi because the manufacturer was Fukumitsuya.

☀️ Gomenzake was a title given by the Edo Shogunate to sake that was treated as an official sake 🧐. That's very prestigious ✨. Moist and deep-rooted flavor. Is this a thicker flavor? 🤔, but it quickly pulls away and ends before you can say "oh...". The sharpness that ends just one step before satisfaction is superb ✨.

Hiro-san, good evening. It is said that "Sake is made from Kenryo and Otokoyama" was said in the mid to late Edo period. I heard that the Edo period brewery of Kenrishi is now gone and it is now called Kenrishi. The brand power must have been great 😊.
Japanese>English
ヒロ
Good evening, AAJI 😃. I see! I'm learning a lot 📚. I guess Otokoyama must have been great too, since they say "Sake is ‾". I personally am not disappointed that "Masamune" is not mentioned 😭

Good evening, Hiro-san. Otokoyama and Kenryo were both originally founded in Itami, and the old pine tree that still exists in Itami today also calls itself Gomenzake, so maybe Itami sake itself is a prestigious sake 🤔.
Japanese>English
ヒロ
Hi bouken 😃 I did a little research. I heard that during the Edo period, Itami's sake was highly regarded and became the shogun's gozenzake 🧐 and Oimatsu was similarly recognized by the Edo Shogunate. Thanks for your comment 😄 I now have more knowledge.

☀️ Reading the back of the bottle, it appears to be a blend of numerous rice-based sakes 🤔. The look of it reminded me of something I remember seeing before and decided to buy it out of nostalgia 😆. The alcohol content is slightly high at 17 degrees. At first you can smell the aroma of unrefined sake. Sweetness is peach🍑, melon🍈, banana🍌 or so 🤔. It is complex. The mouthfeel is elegant and mellow 🌺. The thick sweetness remains after drinking 😊. I thought I saw him somewhere, but it was that guy I saw on my trip to Aizu 😆. The red🔴 and blue🔵 were reversed though 😇

☀️ Slightly ginjo aroma with a hint of unrefined sake. ☺️ The sweetness and umami come in easily on the palate. The bitter and sour taste comes at the end. The aroma lingers, but the flavor is well rounded. In general, the mouthfeel and sweetness are reminiscent of soybean flour 😊. At first, I thought it was different. At first, I had a feeling that it was different from usual, but at the end, I felt that it was made just like it should be 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. The brewery is probably more famous for its shichikanma than its hikami masamune ✨. And it says the brewery is the originator of the foamless yeast 🧐. I learned about it for the first time. ⚫︎ from room temperature😄 Mild sweetness and rice flavor 🌾. Clean and refreshing, which is typical of alcohol addition. And even though it's a regular sake, it doesn't feel nutty or alcoholic and can be drunk smoothly 😋. It's room temperature, so it went perfectly with warm food 👌. It has no elements that interfere with the flavor, and the balance as a food sake is at the highest level 🏆. ⚫︎ even when warmed up 😄 When warmed, the aroma spreads as it should. The hackles are also exciting 🤩. This heated sake is a fever 🎊 Great quality, not like regular sake✨. I went home imagining it must be a popular local sake 🤗. Nice Masamune👍
