☀️ Last but not least, we got a dragon daffodil 😁. It has sweetness and umami, but with the addition of a slight carbonation (🫧), it has a refreshing finish. The aftertaste is not too much, as there is also a sense of rice with a decent umami flavor 🌾. It was perfect for a refreshing after-dinner drink 🤗. After the meal, we walked around the town while waiting for the bus🚌🚶. The town reminds me of a hot spring town in the Showa era ♨️. And the entrance to "Horoyoi Ginza" which I saw in Higu's post. It sure looks like it will be a deep spot 🌃 at night 😆.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. We were so satisfied with Hohogaike Masamune that we decided to drink Obaste Masamune as well🤗. The Tanada label is beautiful ✨. We had it with the sashimi set meal 😋. Refreshing aroma😊. Thought it would be refreshing, but a little thicker 🤔. Firm umami and soft sweetness overlap in the mouth. It tastes like ripe bananas 🍌. Long finish with a full-bodied aftertaste. It was light at the start but leaves a thick impression at the end. And the simple rice sensation 🌾 derived from junmai (pure rice) eliminated the fishy smell of the fish and left a sweet taste 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Sold by: Sakai Meisho Processed by: Yoshinoya It was unknown on my Masamune list, but I found out it exists through Higu's post the other day, so I went hunting for it 😄. We took the Shinkansen 🚅 early in the morning to Ueda in Nagano prefecture and changed trains to get there. First, I went to the storehouse of the brewery to make sure it was available 👀. Once my mind was at ease, I boarded the bus🚌 to visit the store Higu had posted about. So here we are: ❗️ Kuriya" in Kamiyamada Onsen 😊. We immediately entered the restaurant 🍶. There was the desired Masamune in the fridge 👀. Before looking at the menu, we ordered 🤗. It has a subtle aroma of rice that is typical of Junmai 🌾. You can taste the rich flavor of the rice 🌾. Mild umami spreads on the tongue with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Clear and refreshing on the throat ✨. From the look of it, I thought it was a normal sake spec, but it had a beautiful sweet and umami flavor with no cloying taste 😋. Thanks to Higu for the safe hunt 🙏. Nice Masamune👍

It's even more tailing 🤍. When opened, the aroma is mildly fruity and sweet. It feels strawberry flavored 🍓, perhaps caught by the pink 🩷. The flavor is truly "juicy & fresh" 😋. The moderate carbonation stimulates the taste and makes it light and refreshing without being too sweet and acidic 🤗.

☀️ Extra. While waiting for the Shinkansen, we stopped by "Fish Shop Stand Fuji" 🤗. I heard that this is the place to go if you are in Shin-Osaka station ❗️, so my expectations were high 😏. After a short wait, we entered the restaurant 🚶. We started with "Kankoubai" 🍶. The Masu on the saucer is pine, bamboo, and plum, but it doesn't matter. It is a combination of sweetness and umami, with a little bit of umami prevailing. A slight gaseous sensation is a little tangy on the tongue 🫧. I ordered crab fluffy tempura with it. But it was like crab🦀 hanpen... 🙄. I don't feel like crab 🤣. More sake 🍶. I had a glass of "Toyo Bijin". It has a good balance of sweetness and umami, and is refreshing and easy to drink 😙. I twisted my neck and wondered if it was a little carbonated 🤔. I twisted my neck and couldn't tell 🤔. The food is fried shrimp 🦐. This one is shrimp 🦐🦐🦐 and delicious. In the end, I decided to forget about the crab 🦀 because the shrimp 🦐 was so good 🤪. Here it was time for the bullet train 🚅 so we left the restaurant. There were a lot of people lined up outside. ☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I'm here for one more drink 😁. I'll have some nigori sake too 🤍. You can clearly see the rice grains 🌾👀 It has a light and refreshing taste with the delicious flavor of rice with a sparkling carbonation 🫧. This year they are making it more carbonated😅. It had the sweetness of rice🌾 with a crisp mouthfeel 🤗. On the way home, we drew lots and won the 2nd prize, a 500 yen golden ticket 🎯. I gave it to the brewer and was about to leave when he told me that sake kasu (sake lees) was 500 yen 😄. I took the sakekasu and left. The toji-san is a very nice and friendly person 😁. I would like to continue to support this brewery ✨. Iso Masamune is a one-man brewery, so they only sell their sake at the brewery 🤔. If you like nigori, please go to the brewery to buy it or visit the event to support the brewery 🙏. They are open all day in December 😆. I'm glad I came to Osaka to have a good Masamune 😊. I only spent 3 hours there and it was only a day trip 🤣. Nice Masamune👍

The price of rice🌾 is also skyrocketing. I may not be able to drink it next year. If you miss this year, you may regret it. Why not give it your best 🫵. Masamune hunter, soul outing 👊. Here we are, Osaka's "Yoimonoichi" in front of Sumimichi station. I immediately went to see the booth and there it was: ❗️ It's a new sake from Tsuyamasa Sake 🤗. First of all, I had a glass of the new sake with sakekasu oden (rice topped with sakekasu) 😋. It is light nigori 🤍. It has a good balance between a moderate sweetness and an underlying acidity 😙. It is fresh because it is a new sake, but thanks to the light nigori, it is mellow on the palate. The balance between the green apple-like sweetness and acidity and the light nigori rice flavor 🌾 is well balanced, creating a harmony of sweet and sour 🎶. It is easy to drink without any unpleasant elements. It went well with oden with sakekasu 🤗. Nice Masamune👍
