☀️ While we were sipping our drinks, the master said, "We also have this kind of sake🍶. I said, "No, no, no, it's Hakuun Korai, isn't it? It's expensive, isn't it? They are really good at business as they come to sell sake when the sake has been consumed. Still, as a sake lover, I am happy that they recommend good sake to me. ☺️ I was drunk so I'll skip the review 🤣.

☀️ Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku 🌾. Thin sweet aroma 😄 A very slight nose tingling aroma like green bamboo.... Flavor and taste like lime 🍋‍🟩 😄 Slightly carbonated🫧 and refreshing 😆.

☀️ Soft sweetness reminiscent of peach🍑 or banana🍌. Still, the sweetness is thin and refreshing ☺️ As is typical of Junmai Daiginjo, you can also enjoy its rich aroma🥰.

☀️ The mellow, sweet smell of Koshi 😊. Not much sweetness on the palate, but it oozes in later 🥹. The bitterness comes first, leaving a lingering sweetness 😚. Bubbles can be seen at the bottom of the glass, and the slight carbonation makes it feel fresh and refreshing 🫧. I could taste the fresh, silky, fine and soft mouthfeel unique to nama sake 😊.

☀️ Who called it, white otter 🤗 It's white otter with a white bottle 🤍. Firm, thick sweetness and moderate acidity 😉. Elegant sweetness that stands out like a pear 🍐😄. Pleasantly carbonated with a pleasant squishy feeling 🫧. I felt like the sweetness was deeper and fuller in flavor than the tea otter 🧐. I'll have to get a subscription for this one 🤗

☀️ Fussa brewery opening. Ishikawa Brewery. Alcohol in the air and hunger... 🤤. Let's have some soba noodles ❗️ Oh ❗️ found some sparkling 👀. This is the only time I drink 🤗 apple🍎. Shuwa shuwa🫧. Sweet and sour like juice 🍹. As expected from a brewery that produces a wide range of beers 🍺 and other beers 🙂‍↕️ Sparkling was also a thing of the past 😆.

☀️ Fussa brewery opening. Ishikawa Sake Brewery. Great shuttle bus service between the two breweries makes it much shorter & free 🚌. Nice, Fussa👍. Upon arrival, I saw the new sake and decided to drink it right away😄. Light sweetness and a little bitterness 😁. You can feel the hackles at the end 🙄. You can also enjoy the ginjo aroma ☺️ This was a sake that you can feel the pride of a classic that aims for modernity 😆.

☀️ I went to the Fussa Brewery Open 🤗 It was held simultaneously by Ishikawa Sake Brewery and Tamura Sake Brewery 😆. Let's start with Tamura. You get sake to pre-order 🍶. The door to the brewery was open and we were able to take a leisurely tour inside. Even to the untrained eye, you can see that they have invested in equipment 😄. After a quick look around, they were having a Kagami-Biraki (Kagami-biraki) ceremony and it was a lot of fun 🙌. We were given sake to drink 🍶. It was clean and smooth like water 💧. No sweetness, lots of rice flavor🌾☺️ Rice flavor to the aftertaste 🌾. The smell of cedar in the barrel is also nice 🥰.

☀️ When I opened the bottle, the stopper popped 😲. But it didn't blow so it's safe 👌 So let's drink sake🍶🙄. Muscat type fruit aroma 😊. Sweetness and good acidity. Gassy, refreshing and light to drink. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it was gone in no time at all😅.

☀️ Luckily, I opened the seal 🤗. The sake rice is from Toyama Prefecture's What a Farmers Cooperative. They made this sake to support the agricultural cooperative 🤔. First the rice flavor 🌾. Sweetness is like kiwi 🥝, sweet & sour 😊. Then the rice flavor 🌾 (the second time) It comes with a slight carbonation and a schwirl. With the oden, the sweetness and umami is more powerful: ⤴️ And you can see the rice 🌾 in the orikara. Maybe because I'm drunk, I see a microcosm🪐 in the boar's mouth🤩. Sometimes I get shocked🫨 by some sake🍶, but honestly, I couldn't believe it was a junmai sake🍶🥰. It was so good I couldn't help but have another 🙏.

☀️ I went to Koyama Shoten to buy some Masamune in pursuit of it. I wanted to take a picture of the label 😁. Sweet aroma when you open the bottle. Clear sweetness and clear acidity on the palate. Alcohol is added but it is clear 🤭. The ginjo aroma is a bit muted, but the finish is easy to drink 🤗. Nice Masamune👍 Here is some more information about Masamune. According to the book "The Science of Sake," there is a theory that "Masamune" was first used in the Edo period by a man named Taizaemon Yamamura from Nada. He named it after a scripture of Rinzai Masamune because the words "seishu" and "seishu" were close in feel. When it was released in Edo as a descendant sake, it was read as "masamune," and as Nada sake became popular in Edo, a number of breweries began to use the name "Masamune. Later, when it became possible to register a trademark, Masamune was not accepted due to a large number of applicants, and each brewery decided to register their own name as ◯◯◯ Masamune. Incidentally, the Yamamura family is said to be the brewer of Sakura Masamune. ☀️ Sake rice is Hachitan Nishiki 🌾. Refreshing sweetness reminiscent of kiwi and green apple 😊. Light and fresh on the throat with a beautiful aftertaste😌. It has depth of flavor and is very satisfying after drinking it ☺️

☀️ A cup of yakiniku 🥩 and a 🍶. The sweetness and umami😙 are distinct. The sweetness is not too strong, but rather refreshing. It has a nice clean taste. The final taste is a bit astringent with a walnut-like astringency, and the aftertaste is tightened. When combined with yakiniku sauce, it has a numbing sensation that enhances the flavor of the meat 😊.

☀️ It is said to be new sake. When I hear new sake, I get a good deal🉐. It's that time of year 🤣. First there is a sweet smell ☺️ It's nigori but without rice grains. Still, you can fully feel the rice flavor 🌾. A little sourness supports the drinkability😙. I felt it was very well put together from start to finish 😆.

☀️ I knew about Yamori and Kinky's but there were still brands 😳 Toshimaya has a lot of stuff 🤩. The lime type 🍋‍🟩 has a clean sweetness. Not too much acidity for that. Easy to drink with no punch😊.
