☀️ A little sweetness and slight sourness😙. Sweet and sour like a candy with pickled plums 😚. A little bit of ginjo aroma too. And dry mouthfeel, I would say it is clean and dry. With barbecued meat with sauce 🥩, the sweet and umami flavors come out juuust right 😊.

☀️ The picture on the label imitating a flower is interesting 😄. It has a clear sweetness and core flavor 😚. The kirei has a tangy sensation that comes to the tongue and I felt there was a slight carbonation🫧😙.

☀️ I thought it was a crackpot from the name, but I see it is properly trademarked 🙄. I was uninformed 🙇‍♂️ It's the next generation of Jyushiyo ✨ And it says "the only one of its kind in the whole world" so you can't not drink it 😁. The main focus is on the umami of the rice 🌾. Overall, the umami is up front and very drinkable. There is an astringent taste that squeezes in at the end and finishes nicely 😙. I couldn't figure out for myself what makes it one of a kind in the world 🤗. Can someone please tell me 🙏.

☀️ When it comes to Banshu Aizan ❤️'s Jyushidai, you can't not drink it 🤩. I'm just going to order it 🍶. I don't think it has any aroma 🤔. Mild and soft sweetness 😚. The mouthfeel and throat feel like silk, and the carbonation 🫧 that crackles in the back of the throat does not interfere with the sweetness. Although no other tastes other than sweetness can be detected, it is not lacking. The shimmering sweetness of Aisan❤️ slowly faded away fleetingly☺️

☀️ I'm posting this in one post because I've done a series of tasake at different restaurants 🤗. The 🔴red one. The red bottle is cool 🔴. Sake rice is comet 🌾. As I said, they are thinking of "Red Comet ☄️". The aroma is subdued. It has a sweet flavor typical of rice wine, with a hint of bitterness peeking through the sweetness. It has a light sweetness that is typical of comets. It is a light sweetness that is typical of Comet! Is the federal army's rice wine a monster? The blue one. It looks like a blue giant star, but you must be mistaken 🙄. The rice used for this sake is Yamadaho 🌾. The sweetness is moderate, but the aroma of unrefined sake tickles your nose. It has a mellow texture, with an occasional tangy feeling in the mouth as the acidity rolls around. I sensed a stable sake quality with sweetness at its core 🤗. 'Brilliant! But kid, you didn't win by your own strength. Don't forget that it was thanks to the performance of that rice wine!' I could feel the individuality of the rice and learned another thing 😌.

☀️ Akaban Omachi and flower yeast, an impactful combination😳. We use floral yeast isolated from roses at Tokyo University of Agriculture. Slightly colored and woody 🌲. With a tight sweetness and soft acidity, this is a clear drink 😘. The fact that it leaves a bitter taste in the clean and the more you drink it, the sweeter it gets is also great ⭐️ It was a strange mix of Omachi's heaviness and rose's gorgeousness 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I went hunting in Chiba prefecture. I couldn't find the Masamune I was looking for, so I went to "business supermarket Kawachiya" at the end of my hunt. There I met not only the desired Masamune but also an unknown Masamune... 🛸👽👽. I must have spent quite a lot of time researching Masamune so far and had the conceit of "I know most of the Masamune 🤥". I fell to my knees with despair, saying "What the heck is this Masamune... 😵" in front of the sight of an unknown Masamune sitting on the shelf 😱. However, "I am a Masamune hunter ❗️ I can't stop buying Masamune when I see it ‼️" I stood up with determination and headed to the cash register with a Masamune in my hand. After all that drama, I bought it 🙄. First, from room temperature ♨️ The sweetness is moderate. I was expecting it to be curt, but surprisingly it has a low alcohol content 🧐. The sharpness of the sake is crisp and clean with an alcohol-added atmosphere, and the fragrance spreads at the end of drinking, just like a daiginjo 🤗. Next time, I'd like to try it chilled 🧊. The sweetness is subdued 🤔. A little bitterness at the end. The ginjo aroma is also subdued. This one was best served at room temperature 🤗. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ YOSHIYA seems to be written as "Yoshiya". Seems to be quite a challenging sake 🤔. Let's see what you have to drink 😙. It has a characteristic aroma that reminds me of astringency. Thick and robust taste with umami and acidity at the center. A bitter taste is added at the end, leaving a bitter acidic aftertaste and lingering aftertaste. ☀️ As a self-proclaimed Mimuro maniac, when I hear that Mimuro cedar is the future of sake, I can't resist buying it 😌. I buy it quickly and open the bottle quickly 🍶. Naturally, it has a taste typical of Mimuro cedar 😋. This is what I want to drink 🥰. It seems to have more sweetness compared to other sake rice...is it a feature of sake future ❓🤔. Is there a very subtle carbonation🫧...I can feel it or not. I'm also glad that it's not distracted by bitterness or astringency along the way: ☺️ I enjoyed the Mimuro cedar to the fullest 😊.
