☀️ I read it as Fujimura, but it was Touson😅. It's about Shimazaki Toson 😄. It brings back a bittersweet memory of reading omachi as yucho back in the day 🤣. Well, let's drink sake 🍶. Nigori sake 🤍 with a tender taste Excellent rice flavor 🌾. It goes well with salty food as the sweetness appears when paired with salty food. Went well with the Ate-Maki of Tuna 😋. Ate-maki was delicious on its own, but when paired with sake, the flavor was even better 🥰.

☀️ A healthy menu where the entrée is yudofu, which makes old men jump for joy 🍽️ The soup stock is very tasty 😋. And the sake 🍶. There is a tingling sensation on the tongue. But it's not carbonated🫧. I wonder what it is 🤔 It has a moderate sweetness level, and there is a sensation that the slightly dark sweetness is quickly fading away. As it approaches room temperature, it becomes more umami, rounded and calm 😊. It is easy to drink because it has less alcohol than it is described as dry. I thought it was closer to "light and umami" than the image of so-called "dry" 🤗.

☀️ I went to a restaurant that specializes in "atomaki" sushi rolls, which I learned about from a friend at a bar 🤗. Ate-maki is a thin sushi roll that is served as a snack with alcohol. Well, I entered the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is clean and elegant. There is a cedar ball on the wall, which is like a "Sake de Sake" (Japanese sake) 👺. There were many varieties of sake to choose from 🤗. Let's start with this one. I thought it was spicy when I took a sip, but as I continued drinking, the sweetness became more pronounced 😊. It has a mild sweetness and a soft throat, with a full-bodied flavor that can be enjoyed on its own or during a meal 🤗.

☀️ Sometimes I'm a Mimuro maniac - and I picked up a sparkling 🍾. So I opened the bottle 🫧. The aroma is similar to that of Bodhidhara 🤔. The carbonation is very strong like a sparkling 🫧🫧🫧🫧. The sweetness is there, but it's not upfront and it's understated 😌. No definitive impression on the taste 😎. And while I was saying all that...oh no...the bottle is empty 🙄. I wonder how long it's been since I've opened a bottle on the same day as it was opened 🤗. I can drink it so much 🍶.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today 🍶. I got the Masamune I wanted 👍Nice Masamune, so I was satisfied and had the original Masamune 🤗. What a classy atmosphere... 🙄. It's firm, dark and sweet 😊. I can feel the alcohol for that 🤔. Gorgeous ginjo aroma is passing through my nose 🥸. As expected of the original Masamune, it had a different style 😎. Nice Masamune👍

Firm sweet body 🏋️ I've never seen a special junmai sake while using special A Yamada Nishiki 😳 This is the kind of special junmai sake that only Legend👑 allows 🤗. The aroma has a ginjo aroma that is typical of Legend 😚. The texture was very Nada-like 🤗 Nice Masamune👍

☀️ There was a set of drinks to compare. I'll take a chance and compare the drinks 😎. ⚫︎ Araubashiri It's cloudy, white and looks like calpis 🤍. It is whiter than I thought it would be😳 The aroma is peachy 🍑. When you drink it, you can feel the strong acidity and the ginjo aroma on the nose 🤔. One word to describe the image, Powerful 💪 sunny🤪California🇺🇸 ⚫︎ Nakadori This one is also white 🤍. But it is about as white as a sports drink 🤔. It smells like banana when you drink it 🍌. It has a light acidity and refreshing mouthfeel, and seems more relaxed than Arabashiri 🧐. The image is warm ☺️ quiet country ⛰️ ⚫︎ seseme The color is transparent 🫥. Unlike the previous two, there is no fruity scent🥲. When you drink it, you will notice a sharp acidity first, and the sweetness is quietly and discreetly there😙. You can feel the alcohol in the aftertaste, but the sourness and sweetness spread slowly and then fade away: 😶‍🌫️ The image is that of a cold 🥶 elegant aristocrat🫅. I was surprised how different they are😳 I'm glad we can compare drinks without leaving time 😄 Hooray for the drinking comparison set 🙌 Personally, I preferred the "Nakadori" 😆.

☀️ I found some Tobiroki in the standing drink section 👀. It's a good one ❗️ So I'll drink it 🍶. It has a sweet smell 😊. Similar to the smell of unrefined sake that I know from my previous brewery tour 🤔. On the palate, it has a light sweetness like banana🍌 or pear🍐😊. It has that and a slight astringency. The mouthfeel is weak and clear 🫥. It feels calm and mature 🤗. That's what I'm talking about Aniki👍.

☀️ Sake rice is Comet from Hokkaido🌾. It has a refreshing lime 🍋‍🟩 like structure with a strong sweetness and a weak acidity 😙. However, there is a thick umami flavor that coexists well☺️ It seems to go well with dashi-based dishes, but since this place was all about seafood, there were no dashi-based dishes 🤣. Too bad 😆.

☀️ 800 check-in✅🎊. I bought this sake at Yamatoya when I visited Hiroshima🍶. Once upon a time, there was a sake🍶 that really impressed me with how delicious sake can be🥰. It was the "2014 National New Sake Competition Gold Medal Winner 🥇 Ugo no Tsuki. I still remember the shock I felt at that time. I never thought that 10 years later I would have a new shock. So, here is the sake🙄. When the bottle is opened, the melon🍈 aroma explodes 💣 and the wind pressure of the aroma makes me feel as if I am involuntarily turning my head 😳. The top-tasting aroma is exactly like muskmelon🍈. It is a calm and sweet aroma typical of Junmai Daiginjo. ☺️ The taste is naturally muskmelon🍈. The clear sweetness that seems to slip through the mouth is a very noble sweetness. ☺️ The ripe sweetness gradually spreads as you sip it, and the flavor becomes mellow 😚. Finally, a weak bitterness is added to create a clever effect of distracting your consciousness 😁. I was drinking muskmelon 🍈, a "fruit itself" that transcends fruity 🥰. I think the moon after the rain is still exceptional, making fruity a thing of the past 🙌 I hope that Ame-go-Tsuki will not disappoint us in the future 🤗 I still want to drink more 🤣.
