☀️ Hot pot party at a friend's house 🔥🍲🔥. My friends have only ever had sake standing around drinking sake 🤣 which is a brand of sake. So they had a classical image of sake🧐. Then here is the assassin I sent to them, "Let me show you how good sake is ❗️" 😎. I want you to know the taste that sake has while feeling the cleanness with the elegant sweetness and soft umami of Yamada Nishiki 🤩. It was a great success and went out with a bang 😊. It was safe, reliable and proven 🤗.

As expected, the sweetness helped me shed the spiciness after eating meat and Chinese cabbage from the sweet and red hot pot 💧. My friends who are not used to sake were astonished at the sweetness of the sake and were melting 😍🤣.

☀️ Hot pot party at a friend's house 🔥🍲🔥. I was in charge of drinks that day🍶. I brought a bottle of Jusui no Nigori, a spicy sake, to neutralize the spiciness of spicy food with Nigori. The color is pure white and there are many grains of rice 🌾. The mouthfeel has the flavor of rice and sweetness🌾. It has a gassy and crackling taste🫧. It looks like calpis soda🤍. The mild rice flavor 🌾 mitigated the spiciness of the hotpot🔥. My friends love it too 🤗.

☀️ AI-IPPON by Takachiyo-san, which I had wanted to drink since I saw HinaHanaMama's review but never came across it and gave up on it ❤️ For some reason, I found it at my usual yakiniku restaurant😅. I don't think it would go well with meat 🍖, but my desire to drink it won out and I ordered it😇. It has sweetness and sourness, but the sweetness seems stronger than usual😊. Is it because it's Aizan ❤️? Because it was left at the bottom of the bottle and oxidized? 🤔 I don't know😅 This sensation is the difficult part of store drinking 😓. It is mild on the throat and has the Aizan ❤️ character, but it is also tight. There is also a good amount of ginjo aroma to go along with the tightening ☺️ With the yakiniku, the sweetness is reduced to a dry taste ❣️ If you want to force yourself to drink Takachiyo dry, try it with yakiniku 🍖🤗🍶.

☀️ Sweetness with a sense of fruit 🍊. And then a chain of umami 😚 flavors that builds up from there. Bitterness at the end and Kangiku's royal road 👑. I felt the bitterness was moderate. It has a rich flavor and is worth drinking on its own 🤗.

☀️ This is the back label of the extra item: 🏷️ Sweetness and umami in the center with a hint of sourness 🤔. The most noticeable thing is the firm umami, and the sweetness is walnut sweetness. It's not fruity 🍉. It feels more like a classic in total, but I think it's closer to a modernized version of a classic 🤗.

☀️ First time I've seen this brand 👀. The sake rice is Dewanosato...sounds like a four-way name 🤣. I can't wait to taste it 🍶. It has a rich palate with sweetness, umami, and sourness. The sweetness and acidity are not too sweet and not too sour, but just the right amount of sweet and sour 😚. I imagined from the label that it might be a dry wine. I imagined it to be a dry wine from the label, but it was surprisingly sweet and tasty 🤗. It was surprisingly sweet and tasty 🤗 When served with salted yakitori, the sweetness increased and it felt more fruity 😊.

☀️ Rumor has it that Genzei is a good guy. I picked it up unintentionally at Izumiya on the way back from a trip to Aizu and bought it...there was no room in the fridge😅. I emptied the right one and stored it though 🤣 I didn't touch it because it was too good, but I thought it was about time to open the bottle 🍶. It has a skiffy mineral smell, and the aroma makes you go "Oh 😳". It has a refreshing mouthfeel that is the same quality as the smell 😙. The sweetness and delayed bitterness 😚 spread in the mouth. You feel the suppleness of water as it goes down your throat 😊. I have high expectations for the world of Genzai 🤩. I'll have to check out Xuanzhai regularly from now on🤣.

☀️ Apparently it's a self aged sake from a liquor store 😅. It's amber when poured 🟡. Amber color, sweet and tasty, with a hint of maturity added . The overall flavor is dark, with an unbearable aftertaste of maturity 😚. The acidity has been well developed due to the aging process, which may be to the taste of the experts 😎. Interesting sake 🍶 thanks to an interesting liquor store 🤗.

☀️ The full spec of sweetness and deliciousness of orikara and a hint of bitterness at the end ✨. Although there are no rice grains🌾, the softness on the palate is the happiest of all: ☺️ The image of Tenmei-like has also piqued my interest. Here is what seems to be the story I found when I searched 📝📝. ---. 100 roses blooming on the grounds of Akebono Brewery. These "warehouse roses" were first planted by Akemi Suzuki, the former toji (chief brewer) and mother of Akebono Shuzo, after her own illness. Over the years, the number of roses has continued to grow, and now 100 roses adorn the brewery. The image of the rose is inspired by the language of flowers: whimsical beauty, innocence, and passion. ☀️ I wondered what "Kame-no-o Kuramai" was, but it was Yaetsuru's Kame-no-o guess 🤗. Tastes like white wine🤍. I heard it was slightly sparkling but no crackling at all🫥. They said the bottle was opened the day before but it seems to have been drained 🤔. It's sweet and tasty and has a strong sweetness 😚. It is mellow because of that. I'm satisfied with the firm sweetness, even without the bubbles 🤗. ○○Kura Mai (Kurabu), I think I'll make my own in the Sake no Wa group😇.

☀️ I got this sake as a souvenir from Kanazawa 🍶. I see words like "local only" and "fantastic sake" that attract me 👀. Of course, I hadn't tasted it yet😄 I opened the bottle 🍶. Ginjo aroma with a hint of unrefined sake: ☺️ Rounded mouthfeel and refreshing 😙. The main flavor is the rice flavor 🌾, with little sweetness. Full flavor mixed with bitterness 😊. This sake was satisfying on its own ✨.

☀️ This is a nice breeze ❗️ and recommended drink 🍶. I heard it's expensive 🤑. It has a sweetness and umami that is very assertive 🙄. And there's a bitterness with a hint of roundness 😔. I thought it would have the gravity of Yamahai, but it was composed of dark sweetness and bitterness that colored its outline 😊. The mellowness of Junmai Daiginjo, the mildness of Namaishu and the taste boost of Yamahai pull up each other's effect to a higher level 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. The second purchase at the brewery is Masamune. This is the second Masamune I'm looking for 😁. I could drink it at the tasting corner, but it was also sold at the store. I am a proud Masamune hunter after all. I can't stop with the tasting 😤. So I bought some 😆. Now, open the bottle 🍶. The sweetness reminds me of peach🍑 or melon🍈. It has a rich sweetness, but the finish is light and not cloying 😚. Occasionally, there is a super micro carbonation 🫧 that is stimulating. Like it wasn't there at the time of tasting🤔. Well, it may have been a while since I opened it, and I am sure the super micro carbonation is what it really is: 🙂‍↕️ The flavor is rich and sweet all the way through, and the ginjo aroma tickles the nose😊. As expected from a gold medal winning brewery, this Masamune was a top-notch creation 😊. The third and fourth photos are of the exhibits in the museum attached to the brewery: ⚱️ To Kai Masamune is a brand that existed in the early Showa period 🤔. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I bought this on a visit to a brewery😁. It has a light pink 🍑 color as it seems to have a peach colored yeast. It is an apricot type sweet and sour with a viscous sweetness and heavy acidity. The water throat feels sharp, and the balance between the viscous sweet and acid and the spicy throat is the best 🥰. Refreshing yet satisfying. ⤴️ I killed it in the blink of an eye, partly because it's low al 😅. I'm a bit of a grain-sucker. Grain Sukesuke, which became an extra frame due to the lack of photo frames. This one also had a refreshing apple taste and was easy to drink 😘. The last picture is of the museum attached to the brewery 🏠.
