☀️ Black Label ❗️ Hanamup's Sake Mirai 😳 This is very promising 😆. Fresh apple taste 🍎. The sweetness is strong and moderately sour. There is an astringency in the aftertaste, but the sweetness also persists and is perfectly aligned with the sweet and astringent umami. At times it feels like you are eating the fruit 🤗.

☀️ I missed the drawing for this one too 😭 I asked for it out of frustration 😭 The color is a bit amber. Uetatekko with a ginjo-style aroma ☺️ It is sweet like a ripe apple and has little acidity. Leaves a mellow ginjo aroma as it goes away😊. Damn, I want to drink Jikin-chan at home🤣.

☀️ Modest sweetness and mildness typical of raw sake 😊. Naturally, the mouthfeel is mellow 😚. The subtle crackling🫧 is also typical of nama sake. It ends with a bitter aftertaste. Every time I drank this sake, I felt fresh and immediately wanted to take another sip 🍶.

☀️ This is my first time at Korosan 🤩. I've never had a chance to try it.... I wonder how it tastes like...my expectations are high ⤴️ The aroma of unrefined sake wafts in with a profoundly noble quality 😌. It has a slight sweetness that draws you in and gently invites you into the world of ginjo created by the unrefined sake 😚. I wonder if they are using No. 9 yeast after all. I thought so 🤗 where you can feel this depth and profundity.

☀️ First comes the sweetness and subtle bitterness together. It is a peachy, mature sweetness 🍑. Then comes the umami of rice 🌾, and finally the astringent taste. Various tastes attacked me in waves and I enjoyed drinking it while savoring the flavors 😊.

☀️ When you say "hanging shibori" does that sound like a sakudori 🤔? I expect it to be a luxury lineup 😁. The taste is thick with rich sweetness and umami 😚. It also feels thicker through the throat. A little astringency at the end. It was a rich finish 😊.

☀️ It's been a long time since I've seen Mimuro Cedar. I've been away for a long time or I'm disqualified as a "Mimuro maniac" 😅. It's sake 🍶. Loose sweetness and calm and soft acidity 😚. Seems a bit thin, but that's why I drink it so much 😆. I think Dioavita is easy to drink because it goes down your throat 😚. 4 bottles gone in a day 😭

☀️ Warmed sake, with oden and 🍶. The acidity is standing out, but the oden mix makes it bland and sweet. This is a good combination🤗 It cools down from hot to mild. It is a sweet and sour apple type 🍎 when drunk alone. I thought it was a technique when serving heated sake to serve it a little beyond the good temperature range of that sake. I learned another lesson 🤗.

☀️ It says limited to 50, but I didn't know what 50 was😅. Oh well, I bought it 😆. First the rice flavor 🌾. A little astringency tightens it up. I don't feel any sweetness when the sake is cold, but as the temperature rises, it becomes sweeter 😚. The ginjo aroma is mellow 🤗. It's simple but you can feel the umami deep inside the sake 😊.

☀️ First you feel the delicious taste of rice 🌾. The slight bitterness seems to linger into the aftertaste. However, the sweetness of the backed rice does not let the bitterness come forward 🌾. It has no fruity sweetness or acidity, but you can't taste any alcohol, so it's stoic but easy to drink 😙.

☀️ The label is pure white and the endorsement is simple. Not much information available, but the master told us that it is brewed with white malted rice and aged for one year 🤔. It starts with a firm sweetness, followed by a sour aftertaste 🤗. It was powerful and went down as it tasted 💪.

☀️ I was curious about Kamo Nishiki, which is not a packaged sake. I bought it because it was on sale in a 1-gouge bottle. I can buy this size without worrying if my fridge is full 😉. It's sake 🍶. Clean and clear like water🫥. The sensation and flavor of rice soaking in 🌾. Sweetness with a hint of bitterness at the end 😙😂. It is a sake that is light but also has umami 🍶. It's a very light but umami sake 🤗.

☀️ Sometimes I like to have Sake with Sushi, but the only Sake & Sushi place I can think of that is open in the daytime is Sugitama 😆. So, a cup of sake 😋. A strong umami flavor. A subtle tanginess. The umami lingers until the aftertaste, but it is clean. The sweetness and acidity are moderate so they do not interfere with the sushi ingredients and the sushi rice 🤔. I see, this is the kind of sake for sushi 🍶, I learned a lot.

☀️ Hiragana on the front label, Kanji on the back, and English for the description 😆. It's sake 🍶. The sake rice is Aizan🌾 and the yeast is Association 1801. If it's Aiyama and 1801, there's no reason it can't be sweet ❗️ and I have high expectations 😊. Soft sweetness with depth 😚. Refreshing sourness 😚. The astringency in the aftertaste is a nice accent 😁. The ginjo aroma is also full and gives a deep flavor 😊. I thought it was one of the best Takachiyo's 😆.

☀️ I didn't drink this drink when I visited Hiroshima before 🍶. I could see it again 😁. Sake rice is Senbon Nishiki🌾 from Hiroshima prefecture. Sweet and tasty with a smooth throat like Hiroshima 😊. I can feel a little alcohol. Occasional ginjo aroma on the nose is pleasant 😚.

☀️ The sake rice is Yui no Kou🌾. It has a subtle sweetness and a delicious rice flavor. ☺️ It is smooth on the palate and has a nice clean finish. Although it is labeled "super dry", it is easy to drink with a hint of sweetness 🤗. I thought the word "dry" was an old type of sake 🧐.
