The image is like an apricot. The color is white like grapefruit juice, but no rice grains are visible. The mouthfeel is moist and soft, and the taste is gently sweet. It was not as sweet as expected. The aftertaste is sour and slightly bitter. The overall harmony of the sake is wonderful, with a variety of flavors 🍶.

ヒロOutside drinking. I found Hakurakusei which I wanted to try 😳 Ordered it immediately. The color is clear. The aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle banana 🍌-like sweetness. The mouthfeel is refreshing. There is a slightly strong acidity at the end, which makes for a nice clean finish. The ginjo aroma is rich and the fragrance is strong. I ordered yakitori and grilled fish with it. The sake had a calm taste and did not interfere with the food, so it may be suitable as a food sake.

ヒロDrinking at home. I saw a Kubota called "Suiju" for the first time, so I bought it. 100% Niigata rice The color is clear. Smell is soft and sweet. Since it is a daiginjo, it has an aroma. When it hits the palate, it is moderately sweet. It has a refined sweetness like that of pears. The mouthfeel is fresh, clean, and straightforward without any spikes. There is no sourness or bitterness, and the taste disappears as it is. It is a light and refreshing sake with only 14% alcohol by volume.

ヒロOutside Drinking. CRAFT SAKE WEEK Team Jyushiyo Day We got in a long line to sober up. The line is shorter than in the morning, so it's okay 😃. Sake rice is Banshu Yamada Nishiki. The color is clear and transparent. Sweetness in the Jyushidai series on the palate. This one feels sweeter than the super-polar one. It is slightly carbonated and sometimes has a tangy taste, but the mouthfeel is mild and soft. I thought about drinking one more kind, but I was getting drunk and my coins had run out, so I went home. It was my first time to attend CSW, but it's good to be able to drink valuable alcohol and compare drinks 😊. I hope to attend next year if it is held again and I will try to go to another sake event 💪.

On the palate, it has a unique taste of Bodhidashi. However, it cannot be verbalized😅. Slightly carbonated on the palate. The taste is sweet like green apple and the umami of rice. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The aroma is mellow, with a hint of ginjo. It's nice to be able to drink good sake easily 😊. It would be great if it wasn't so crowded 😝. and everyone seems to be thinking 🤣 the last day of the event.

A little sourness in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is mild for a carbonated beer. Maybe because of the nigori component 🤔. The aroma of ginjo can be felt in the nose. It may be rich in aroma because I could feel it normally when I was outdoors and in a drunken state. There were so many people in line that it was hard to find the end of the line 😵. It takes a lot of energy to have a drink today 🤣.

The color is clear and transparent. The sweetness is strong on the palate. Peach sweetness. It's not just sweetness, as you can also taste a little sourness. The ginjo aroma is rich and gorgeous. It's fun to hear the stories associated with sake 🍶 when drinking it😄.

ヒロOutside Drinking. CRAFT SAKE WEEK Team Jyushiyo Day The sake rice for the packaged sake is a version of Sake Mirai. The label also has the words CRAFT SAKE WEEK in rainbow colors 🌈. Mr. Tanaka, the toji (master brewer), personally poured the sake. A little happy ☺️ The color is clear and transparent. The taste is sweetness that is typical of Kamo Nishiki. Honey, creamy sweetness. It is sweet and sour at the same time. However, the creaminess is less creamy and the sweetness is more subdued compared to other Kamo Nishiki. It tastes similar to Yamada-Nishiki, which is also a packaged sake 🤔. The sourness remains until the aftertaste and the accent is good. The sake that the toji personally poured for me is exceptional 😊.

When I finally entered the venue and went to the 14yo line, I found that there was a 90-minute wait. Yes, I licked it 🤪. I get in line before it's SOLD OUT 😤. Finally my turn... I get the best one ❗️ The color is clear and transparent. Slightly sweet aroma. The sweetness is moderate on the palate. It is the sweetness of "Jyushiyo", but the impression is that it is less sweet and more refreshing than the previous bottles. There is a slight sourness. The mouthfeel is mellow, with a hint of ginjo at the end. It has a sense of elegance and refinement among the Jyushidai. It was worth waiting in line from the opening of the brewery 😆.

It's a good idea to memorize the labels you like. The color is clear and slightly amber. Sourness and astringency on the palate. The sweetness is moderate. Carbonation is strong on the palate. Maybe a little strong 🤔. The umami taste comes out gradually and has a delicious astringent aftertaste. It tastes like rice 😄.

When you taste it, you will think, "Oh, it is delicious. It has a good balance of fruity sweetness and acidity, with umami on top. The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated. The bitter aftertaste lingers in the mouth after the sipping. The lingering aroma is also strong. The label looks cool like a wine. When I asked ❗️ about it, the brewer said he designed it himself 😄. It's amazing that they made it by themselves 😳.

I'm getting impatient and drinking at a faster pace😅. The color is clear. The taste is umami and bitterness. No sweetness. The bitter aftertaste lingers. Naturally, the mouthfeel is clean. It is clear with no alkali, so it seems very light. I felt it is a royal road 👑 without any lightness twist.

When you sip it, you can feel the moist sweetness and the strong umami flavor 😊. It is fresh in the mouth and very easy to drink as it has no sourness, bitterness or astringency. Worth 8 coins😊. Sake to drink in a moment of elegance with a soft taste... now I'm standing outside 🤣.

The mouth feel is slightly carbonated🫧. The taste is moderately sweet with apple🍎. The aftertaste is exquisitely bitter and sharp. It disappears before the bitterness is fully felt. I could really taste the aroma, so now I want to enjoy it indoors 😊.

ヒロHome Drinking. Sake bought by the name on the label 🍶. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Tottori When opened, there is not much aroma. The color is clear with bits of rice floating in the air. It is not nigori. When drunk, it has a light and refreshing mouthfeel. There is no sweetness, but instead a heavy umami flavor. It stands out because there is no extra flavor. It is right in the middle of junmai sake 🍶🌾🎯. Occasionally, a sour aftertaste comes with a piquancy ⚡️. The sensation is so numbing that it could be mistaken for spiciness. If I wasn't used to drinking sake, I might have thought it was spicy. Perhaps it is a classic type of sake, but it was easy to drink without feeling alcoholic 😄. The sake 🍶 by itself is well worth a look 😤.

However, for a special limited edition of 10 coins, I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't seem any different from what I've had before 😅. Maybe I'm expecting too much for 10 coins 🤣.

I didn't know what 6513 meant, so I asked the brewery staff and they told me it was 65% polished rice and 13% alcohol. It has a refreshing sweetness on the palate. In addition, it has an umami taste and seems to make the most of the rice 🌾. There is a slight bitterness, but it is well-balanced and does not interfere with the refreshing taste. The light, easy-drinking mouthfeel will make you drink it faster. I thought this type of sake was very gentle when I was already drunk and drinking standing up 😆.

When I sipped it, it was sizzling with firm carbonation🫧. It's like apple juice. Maybe because of the apple🍎 push, it has an apple-like sourness. Instead, the sweetness is weak. The rice flavor comes out at the end and it finally feels like sake. I would not have drunk this sake if it were not for the event. This was the first time I've had such a juice-like taste, but it's easy to drink 😊.
