☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. I conquered the packaged sake, so I'm going to the main body too 😉. Somewhat, Mr. Tanaka, the toji, is ❗️ He is tall and handsome 🥳. In addition, he is a genius at making sake. Heaven has given him 3 things😇. Sake 🍶. You can see the carbonation in the glass, it's a slight schwar🫧. Thin but elegant sweetness 🍶☺️ Slight lemon🍋 like acidity in the second half. The aftertaste is bitter and ends there. I don't have many chances to drink Koshitanrei, but I guess this is how it is 🤔. I would like to drink other brands to get a better grasp of the characteristics of the sake rice 🤗. If I can grasp it... 🤣

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. Of course we get the sake with the packet tag 😋. ◾️ Sake Mirai Shizukusyu To-bin Ensoi 🍶. It's a little bit sweet and a little bit like a sake 😉. The carbonation is extremely weak and refreshing 😚. ◾️Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki SPARKLING🍶. This may be the first sparkling sake with a packaged sake 🙄. You can't see the bubbles but you feel a gentle crackle🫧 on the palate. I guess you could call it a slight gassy sensation 🤔. It must be secondary fermentation in the bottle 🤓. The sweetness and umami from the rice🌾 is the base, but the faint crackling🫧 is deceiving🫨. I felt it was less like a packaged sake, maybe because of the bubbles🫧🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. There was a guy selling bottles of Kaze no Mori. It looks like a beer vendor at a baseball stadium 🍺. I saw the word "Nana Dew" so I'll have one 😉. The sweetness is light to match the lightness of the microcarbonation 🫧 and I don't feel any heaviness in the flavor. There is a slight sourness at the end. Is it the standard No. 7 yeast 🤔? It was clean and refreshing 🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. The good guys at Shinsei go before they get drunk 🤩. Sweet and sour like apricot 😚. I feel both sweet and sour are moderate. The smell of the wooden vat is also moderate and moist🌲. I guess when it comes to high-ranked sake 🍶, the taste is lighter and more elegant while retaining its character 😊.

Yo yo, I got 4 coins 🤣. There's an event, right? It tastes like apple with sweetness and sourness 😚. It was a triple of sweet and sour with a definite light cloudy orikara flavor 🤗. As expected of Camokin, our youth.

The stability of the sake quality that does not betray. Sweet astringency from the start 😚. Subtlety is crackling🫧. The cleanliness is clear without dragging unnecessarily. The world of gentle ginjo aroma is the world of Akabu 🌎.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. It's a white label 🤍. They say "fine ice" is "diamond dust." Suddenly cool ✨ It's cloudy white 🤍. Soft and gentle marshmallow-like sweetness typical of Yamai 😚. Slight bitterness at the end ❓ astringent taste ❓ too subtle to tell 🤣. Even after drinking a lot of sake, I can say "oh, it's so good" 🍶. The third and fourth pictures are old label Yuten. They came across it by accident while cleaning up 🤔. The sweetness is about the same. Slightly acid accented. Kireyoshi😙. Ginjo aroma in the nose when you include it 😊. The gentle sweetness of the mountain well is addictive 🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. I have yet to experience Nana Dew and as a Mimuro fanatic, I can't pass this one up 😤. It is sweet like a pear🍐 with a hint of rice🌾 in the orikara. I wonder if it's the personality of Nanarou that makes it feel quite light 🤔. The brewer was there, so I was able to thank him and tell him how much I enjoyed last week's event. When I said, "Please hold another event," he laughed and said, "That's a lot of work 🤣. His friendly personality made my Mimuro mania level explode 🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. Sake series 🍶 that I would drink if I saw it. Clear and natural sweetness😚. Rich ginjo aroma in the mouth and on the nose 😚. Fresh and smooth taste 😚. As expected of Jikin, as expected of Nabari 🤗.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗. "Towards Tomorrow" is such a cool name 😎. Sparkling with sweetness🫧. As usual, no bubbles 🫧. I'm used to it now🤗 Sake-like sweetness with a hint of unrefined 😊. Delicate and gentle shuwashuwa as the bubbles melt in your mouth ☺️ Slightly bitter aftertaste. When the bubbles disappear, so does the water 🫥. The bubbles are carefully expressed and integrated into the unrefined. I would recommend it to sparkling lovers 🤗. As a bonus, I also drank a Seishun No Yamato, but I'll spare you this one: ❗️

But when you drink it, it's so soft and smooth. No more surprises 🫢. The delicious taste of rice and the bitterness of the aftertaste 🫢☺️ It is a light and enjoyable sake 🍶.

☀️ I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025. This is the second time I have attended this event since last year🤗. Nanaken has an image of being a pioneer in sparkling 😁. Of course I'll have some 🤗. You can't see the bubbles in this one either 🫧. The fine bubbles 🫧 are swirling while the mouthfeel is smooth and confusing 😵‍💫 It is also easy to drink with a green apple🍏 like sweetness. It's still for toasting sake, as the brewer is aiming for 🥂.

No sweetness. The bubbles are small and fine🫧. It's schwashy but gentle on the throat. The brewer told me that secondary fermentation in the bottle produces this kind of foam🫧😲. I learned a lot 🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Masamune hunters are the ones who can't go home without talking 😇 I'm heading to the store I heard about at Koyama Honke Sake Brewery. Arrival 😁. Gan the orders of the people in front of us in line and get some info... I guess I should get the oden🍢+sake🍶 set 🤔. I see they are famous for their dashiwari 👀. I'll go with the same guy: ☝️ As per the info, it's one cup 😁. I think it's a little amber 🟡. I thought it might be alcoholic, but it's sweet and tasty and creamy 😙. It has a subtle tanginess to it, but it's easy to drink without any alcohol 😊. I'll leave about 1/3 more and have it made into a dashiwari (additional 50 yen) ❗️ Oh! Now it looks dry. Shichimi was added at the same time as the dashi, and this spice is also nice 🤩. Dashiwari is good with shichimi too 🤩❣️ By the way, I also ordered oden🍢 but I was so engrossed in the dashiwari that I forgot to take a picture 🤣. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ I visited the brewery for the opening of the brewery. We started with the sake from the barrels 😁. Aroma of cedar 🌲 unique to barrel sake. It is mainly sweet with a little bit of umami added. It is simple and easy to drink 😙. And here's the best part: ⭐️ Koyama Honke Shuzo owns 3 different Masamune. I couldn't find enough information on the internet, so I attempted to do some soulful field research❗️ I targeted an elderly person who seemed to know the history of the brewery👴🏻 and asked him about it. (1) Marushin Masamune Originally, it was made by a branch family, Koyama Shuzo. When the branch family closed its business, the main family took over the brand name, and now it mainly produces sake in cups. You can drink it at Maruken Suisan in Akabane ✨. (2) Miyamiyamasa Sake It is distributed in izakaya (Japanese style pubs) as "sake" without a brand name. Only one bottle is available. This is very difficult to hunt 😵. I found a bottle of Ippodo quietly displayed in a corner of the venue. There is something about being backed into a corner 😢. I only took a picture 😘. (3) Agatsuma Masamune It has been a brand for a long time, but production has been discontinued due to various reasons. There are no plans to remanufacture. It was a harvest just to know the current status of the three Masamune brands 🤗. ...but what about Miya Masamune😱?

☀️ I wandered over to the Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station and found Kame-no-o, a packaged sake 😳. First time I saw it and bought it immediately: ❗️ It's clear and sweet 😚. The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated but clearly sharply contoured 🧐. The aftertaste is lightly accented with a touch of bitterness. I didn't feel much of the packaged sake character, but I wonder if this clear and sharp feeling is a characteristic of the sake rice ❓ It made me want to try more different brands of Kame-no-o 🤗.
