☀️ A Journey to Explore Masamune 🍶 Yamanashi Part 3 Restaurant information Drinking place "Fish no Yonbunya I had another cup of sake. The sweet and sour taste reminds me of green apple 🍏. It also has a good acidity and is very clean. I don't want to get drunk before I find Masamune, so I leave the restaurant and go sightseeing at Kofu Castle to sober up 🤗.

☀️ Masamune Exploration Journey 🍶 Yamanashi Part 2 Store Information Soba noodle shop "Teuchi-Soba Okufuji Honten Fish shop "Yonbun-ya Before looking for Masamune, we had a set of Soba and Chicken Motsumo, and went to a bar after we had settled down 🍶. However, there is no Masamune on the menu 😭. Instead, the word is that it's a sake by Taikan and limited to Yamanashi Prefecture 😆 You can't miss the ❗️ limited edition 😆. Banana apple 🍌🍎 sweet with a little sourness. The refreshing sweetness mixed with the sourness makes for a clean throat & a great clean taste 😚. I couldn't take a picture of the label on the bottle so I borrowed the picture from the internet🙏.

☀️ Masamune Exploration Trip🍶Yamanashi Part 1 We went on a Masamune hunting trip to Yamanashi 🤠. There are two Masamune to target. First, I visited a brewery in the morning and secured one. 4gou bottle so I'll post it last. I also bought a beautiful bottle of sake from Taikan 🍶. It is a sake for rich men 💰 at 1100 yen for 180ml. It has a very rich aroma when you open the bottle. Slightly sweet and slightly bitter. The taste is of course clean and clear 😙. I decided to reuse the bottle in a vase🌷. Now, the journey to find another Masamune begins: ❗️

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I stopped by Depa Basement in Shinjuku and they were selling Masamune at an event 😳. Very lucky Masamune ✌️. But since it was the last day of the event, only 2000yen Masamune and 6000yen Masamune were left 🤣. I wanted something in between 😭. Well, I'll forgive you for the 2000yen Masamune 😄 It's sake 🍶. You can feel a slight alcohol at first, but it disappears after about the third sip 🫥. It has a thin, clear sweetness that is clean and free of any cloying flavors 😙. The finish has a sense of water gentleness and transparency, as is typical of Fushimi sake 💧. I felt that the brewers are working hard to improve the quality of their sake every day. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Cornerstone Fest 2025." I bought it because they were bottling it at the event site 😏 It's a keg of sake sold by weight at Sandesi 🤗. I put it in my bag and when I got home, the label became henna-henna. I'm going to peel it off and store it, so oh well 🆗. After drinking a bit, I realized I didn't take a picture and rushed to take one 😅. It's sake 🍶. The scent of cedar has soaked in well 🌲. I must have let it sit for 3-4 days 🤔. It has a clean, thin sweetness and a clear throat 😙. This kind of dry barrel sake goes well with a variety of dishes 😊.

☀️ Cornerstone Fest 2025." I like the name "Kaku-uchi Fest 2025". It also raises expectations for the taste: ⤴️ It has a refreshing sweetness and a slight bitterness 😙. The bitterness is an accent. I wonder if it represents whispering something 🤔. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like a drunk 🤪. It tasted like it would be interesting as a food wine 🤗.

Hello, Hiro-san. I also drank a different kind of sake last time, Kurobekyo. I recommend you to drink Toyama sake with kombujime sashimi 😁. A glass of Kombushime with ginger soy sauce is delicious 😊.

☀️ Cornerstone Fest 2025." I've never heard the term "repellent wood pressing." It's a method of pressing with wood🌲and stone🪨🤔. It is slightly amber 🟡. It has a nutty sweetness and a weighty, old style taste. It's easy to drink because you don't feel the alcohol 😙. Maybe it goes well with strong food... like octopus balls 🐙......... I had already finished it 😅. I'm a little frustrated that my timing wasn't right 🤣.

☀️ Cornerstone Fest 2025." It appears that the rice is Ishikawa-mon. It's a sake rice I recently learned about 🌾. So I'll take it for the increased experience ⤴️ of Ishikawa-mon 😋. Tart and sweet. My image is banana🍌 sweetness. The sweetness lasts until the aftertaste, allowing you to chew on the sweetness 😊. Then we had the takoyaki 🐙. The sweetness and sauce are perfect 👌.

I could hardly find any information about this sake when I searched for it. At an event venue, you might think you can just look it up later, but you can't be naive😅.

☀️ Cornerstone Fest 2025." This nigori is colored like grapefruit juice. A combination of sweet and sour with a touch of rice mixed in 🌾. It ends with a little bitterness 😚. Quite a complex flavor, but it was well balanced 🤗.

☀️ I went to an event called "Cornerstone Fest 2025." I forgot to take pictures of the venue, so the only pictures I have are of the bottles😅. I'm sorry I can't convey the atmosphere of the venue 😭 First of all, here are Kuroemon's Normal and Nigori. Normal. Moist and peachy sweetness 🍑. And it goes down your throat nicely. Nigori The rice is nigori, and you can see the rice (🌾). It is also sweet. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste.

☀️ Sweet smell when you open the bottle ☺️ The sweetness is unbearable and when you sip it, it is very sweet 😊. The sweetness that seems strong at first doesn't seem so sweet once you get used to it. You can feel a subtle schwa🫧, a good accent 🎵. The aftertaste is full of sweetness and spreads out and disappears 🤗.

☀️ They say this sake is made with brown rice🌾🍶. This one had a different flavor 🤭. It's quite amber 🟨. The color is similar to beer 🍺. Maybe because it's brown rice❓ It smells like old aged sake. But no twangy alcohol 🤔. It has a sweet and bitter taste, like soybean flour 🧐. Maybe because it is brown rice❓ Slightly carbonated🫧 and no cedar smell 🌲. Other tastes are strong and habitual. If you are expecting the usual Shinsei, it is different.......it was a very peculiar taste 🤗.
