Kuroryu No. 88 I was notified on SNS that the 88th was available, so I went straight to ((((ง ˙˘˙ )ว This sake is seriously delicious 🥰✨! It's quite expensive for a single bottle, but I don't care about that, I'm going to drink it! The aroma of mellow and dense apple and pineapple wafts from the poured glass. You can eat 3 bowls of rice with this alone. ☺️ The first sip is amazing! The apple-like taste fills your mouth and your happiness quotient goes through the roof 😳! It has a rich flavor, but the second half goes down smoothly and the aftertaste is refreshing! I write it down in my notepad while admiring how delicious it is.... I'll write it down in my notepad.... And today, when I looked back at the notepad and tried to write in the sake crocodile, I found that it was delicious, sweet, great, rich, but with a light aftertaste 😭. I was so engrossed in the taste that I didn't write anything down properly 😭. I guess I was so engrossed in the taste that I didn't want to write it down properly. Jikin Daiginjo Yanase The next one is Yanase. The liquor store delivered it to us while we were drinking the active sake and we ordered it without hesitation! We were able to have the first sip 🥳🎉. The Yanse was poured into a glass and the mellow fruity aroma of apple and pineapple swelled up and the tension went up. The lonely gourmet in my heart goes wild, saying that this is what I've been waiting for. ☺️ The flavor is a wonderful apple chili with a hint of alcohol 🍎. The flavor of the rice is so delicious that it lingers on the tongue 🌾. The balance of sweet and sour is perfect and the sharpness is just like a daiginjo٩٩³(ᐛ )و I drank it all up in no time at all, and while I still felt like I hadn't had enough to drink, I was heading home hoping to win the lottery. To my surprise, I won the lottery later that day. I'll put it in the fridge for the coming day 🥳.

Jikin Mie Yamadanishiki Active Sake I went to drink it the next day after I saw the notice of the opening of the bottle! It was my first time to drink Jigin, so I was excited to order it 🥳. The aroma is a modest ginjo aroma. The aroma was not flashy and drifted softly, and I was worried about my sense of smell because I couldn't feel the gorgeous and fruity aroma typical of Jikin. After taking a sip, I thought it would be sweet and delicious, so I took a sip. What is it? It has a light taste. It has a slight sweetness on the palate, and the sweetness is quickly replaced by a sourness 😳. I ended up with a bitter finish 🫥. For some reason, I was in the mouth of sweetness on this day, so I drank it down feeling sorry for the mismatch between the flavor and the sweetness! I'd like to try it again on a day with a paler mouthfeel: ☺️✨ When I drank it as a food sake, my opinion of it changed completely! The flavor is quite easy to pair with meals 🍴😋🍴.

Takachiyo Rich Mellow Muchin Origara I drank it at Starbucks, too. I was a little disappointed because I couldn't taste the change of taste since I drank a small amount before, but this time I'm drinking it at home! The freshness and lushness of the flavor is not to be outdone and harmonizes with the fact that it is still sealed 😋. Then the grapefruit-like acidity gives it a crispness, and the second half is bittersweet and crisp without being heavy 🥳. After the third day, the acidity becomes milder and it tastes like a sweet and deliciously concentrated juicy juice✨. As a sweet-tooth, I was very satisfied with the result 😆. Next time I see Takachiyo, I will buy it immediately 🫡.

Shinsei Ten Frog I don't usually stop by Starbucks on weekends, but this time my wife and I went because they opened a bottle of 🐸🙄. Kouko YAKOU My favorite sake brewery, Kouji! It's a fire-brewed version of the Byakuya sake that I drank before, and I found it in my shopping bag. The aroma is already juicy and soft 😳. The taste is a little thick and gentle sweetness spreads out, but it's light bodied. The acidity is also added and the balance of sweet and sour is perfect, it tastes like ripe melon and honey, just what I was looking for, happy happy 😋✨. It was so delicious that I regretted having to empty it in two days 🥰.

Aizan, Hanamup Aizan, which I got at Starbucks before. This time I will take my time and drink it. ☺️ The first sip is still mellow, with a melon-like fruity aroma that lingers on the nose ✨. On the palate, it is smooth, thick, sweet and juicy, but with a better sharpness than before 🤔. The taste is beautiful, sweet and juicy, but also more light than before 😋. After the 5th day, the sweetness is a little heavier and more intense, almost like the Aizan from Starbucks 🥰. I love this sweet and juicy taste ✨ From the 10th day onwards, it started to sour and I enjoyed the change in taste 😋✨.

Senkori 4-Style Kojo-shu I've been curious about this since I saw a post on X raving about it, and I was grateful that Starbucks happened to be serving it 😋🍶. The glass it was poured into smelled mellow, like bananas and ripe melon 🍌🍈. The overall impression is gorgeous, with honey and white peach-like nuances that are typical of kijoshu! When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth texture on the tongue with a nice, tangy, slightly carbonated feeling. Unlike the sweetness of kijoshu, the taste is refreshingly sweet and fruity, like white grapes, with a gentle acidity. This is certainly a flavor that deserves rave reviews✨. So good that I bought a bottle for home ( ・・・・..................)

Shida Izumi The Moon and the Cat Shitaizumi-san who drank the Nyan cup before: ☺️ This one is also labeled with a cat, but does it have a connection with cats? I wonder if it has something to do with cats 🤔. The Nyan Cup was light and dry, but I wondered how the moon and cat would taste like 🍶. Oh! Silky mouthfeel with a full sweetness but light 😳. Shinsei Karoura Timely submission after a long time I've had this Karoura before. I was curious about it because I saw it at Starbucks. Tateno River Home Run Makkori When we asked for a recommendation for a robust sweet and savory drink, Homerun Makkori came up! The aroma is a little subdued, but the sweet aroma of rice combined with a melon-like fruit aroma is very satisfying 😋. Jikin Kimoto Akaban Omachi The aroma of soft fruits like grapes and white peaches is wonderful. Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute Kannon Shita Sake of the Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute, which is often seen these days. Matsuzaki started to carry it, so I was curious about it and decided to try it. This is called "Kanagaso" 🤔. I can't find much information about it on the label on the back: ......? It will be bottled in 2023 and shipped in 2025...? What a surprise, it's aged for 2 years before shipping 😳. I have a feeling this is going to be a little peculiar. The aroma is mellow, with a hint of ginjo, a little bit of rice, and a strange, slightly peculiar aroma 😳. The first sip is gentle and the umami of the rice wraps around your tongue. As the umami expands, the mellow and heavy rice flavor that escapes through the nose is irresistible. ☺️ It is said to be 20% alcohol, but you can drink it without feeling that much alcohol 😋. I thought it would be great lukewarm and paired with oden and drank it down in no time at all ✨. This is delicious! It was a great sake with a direct and penetrating taste of rice 🍶-.

Kawanakajima Genmai Yamae Nishiki After drinking Yamada-Nishiki, it's time to try Yamae-Nishiki! The evaluation of this wine is controversial, and some people say it has a strong taste and is not like Genmai 🤔.... As soon as you pour it into a glass, you can smell the peculiar lactic acid aroma 🥹🍼. Like a yeast yeast yeast? Like yogurt? There are nuances like vanilla and it has a scent for everyone 🤔. I'm not sure what to expect from this one 😳. The flavor of juicy rice is not that bad for the smell, and the umami of juicy rice comes rushing in 🌾. The bitterness soon follows and finishes it off! I feel like it's a bit like Genshu Mai, but the reviews are mixed, so I guess it depends on the individual 🤔... I saw some people say it tastes better when heated, so I tried heating it up, but I prefer it chilled: ☺️ After the third day, the umami juiciness became stronger and easier to drink, so I'm very satisfied ✨.

Shinsei Ash - Suiboku It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Ash! A while ago, a local liquor store was having a "Shinsei Week", but I couldn't get the Ash that I was so close to.
