Continuation of the farewell party. After Jikin, we had Sono Kangiku Ocean99 pink. I asked if they had any Jyushidai other than the Honmaru on the menu, and they said yes, and the one that came out was the Nakatori Unfiltered 😊. At a farewell party at work. It was my first time to go to this restaurant, even though it is a 15-minute walk from my house. The restaurant mainly serves home-cooked food and drinks are sake from Koyama Shoten. The first drink was Rokubun Sen recommended by the master. The second glass was Jikin Jungin. Mie Yamadanishiki Nama-Uma-Yamai 😋😋😋😋 Slightly sweet sake. The picture shows a small sip, but they pour it in glasses. I think it was about 1100 yen for the Jikin Jungin (I was at a drinking party and had to pay by the glass).

This is the first time I've seen the Koyama Shoten limited edition wind label for Nabeshima 🍶. A definite sense of gas. Fruity top nose with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. Slightly sweet and dense with a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness, fresh and delicious. 😋😋😋😋 The alcohol content is a little high at 16 degrees, and the density of sweetness and umami is very dense and delicious. Refreshing citrus 🍋fresh sake 🍶. I bought a bottle of Senkou after the re-branding! I chose Arabashiri. Last month, I only saw the new label of Sentori in bottle #4, so I was worried that they would run out of bottles of Sentori, but my fears were unfounded 😉. This arabashiri was quite cloudy. It has a fresh ginjo aroma with a strong gasiness. The umami acid bitterness is quite acidic. Sweet and spicy is dry and fresh lemon squash. 😋😋😋😋 Low alcohol and light~. The acidity is dry and close to that of white wine. But it also has the umami of sake. It tastes like the sour and dry version of the previous Sengoku Kisetsu Shu 👍. Sentori's fast brewing was also delicious, but will we be able to drink it anymore? Will it survive? I just realized that there are gold and silver 5 stars in Cho Oroku 🍶. I went back to Sake-no-wa and found that he has been drinking gold 5-star 😅. Happy New Year! Twenty years of marriage and our first New Year's Eve trip to Okinawa: ✈️ A good opportunity to fill in the Sake wa check-in difficult prefecture! It was supposed to be, but when we asked at a liquor store near Kokusai-dori, we were told that the sake brewery had collapsed and they were in the process of rebuilding and aiming to take over the brewery, so we couldn't get any Okinawa sake.
