First time drinking Nabeshima Special Jun Green Label 🍶. I learned about the Nabeshima standard at Sake no Wa: ☺️ The gasiness is quite strong even though it is fire-aged, and the carbonation is similar to that of directly pumped sake. It has a fresh ginjo aroma, a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness, and is dry on the sweet and spicy side. The sweetness is dry and the spiciness is dry. Is this actually my first time drinking it? No, I think I drank normal Kenrishi 20 years ago. Since1505 is amazing! I bought it at a local supermarket. I think it's a pretty standard brand, but I haven't seen many check-ins at Sakegawa. The aroma is matured aroma. It is sharp with umami and spiciness. There is a slight sourness. It is easy to drink cold 😋😋😋😋. When heated up, the umami spreads and the acidity increases. Highly polished Junmai Daiginjo from Asahi Shuzo of Kubota! A gift from my uncle that I had received in the spring 🍶. Fresh grape-like ginjo aroma. Clear, light and dry, what a smooth mouthfeel with excellent sharpness. 😋😋😋😋 No cloying taste. No gassiness. The gentle, round harmony of a highly refined daiginjo. It is easy to drink cold and has excellent sharpness. Lukewarm sake is a little better in aroma and tasty acidity. This is also good👍. As the description says, cold or lukewarm is good 😇. I bought it at Seicomart on the way back from a scenic drive around Cape Kamui. It has a delicious flavor, slight acidity, and sharpness. It is dry in terms of sweetness and spiciness. Omachi Doshin Jungin Shokunshu A bottle purchased at Kawana Sake Brewery on a trip to Izu with Morimoto. It has a ginjo aroma and a slight gasiness. It has a dry, dry and crisp taste with a slight gassiness. However, it has the umami of Omachi and the fullness of weak acidity. 😋😋😋😋 This is Junmai Ginjo with a high degree of perfection.
