I just realized that there are gold and silver 5 stars in Cho Oroku 🍶. I went back to Sake-no-wa and found that he has been drinking gold 5-star 😅. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. The sweetness and spiciness are slightly sweet. The acidity and bitterness are modest and complement the umami sweetness. The sake is easy to drink. It is a no-stress drink that is hard to believe it is a 15% alcohol sake. It's been a while since I've had Hana Yuu, but it's still delicious. 😋😋😋😋 It is supposed to be a fresh new sake, but there is no gassy feeling. It tastes mellow and umakuchi, but while Jyushiyo is juicy with acidity and gassiness, Hana Yuu is different and has a high level of umakuchi 👏👏👏👏. Popular sake is still good. 3,600 yen without tax

Schwarzwald fresh delicious sake 🍶. On the last day of the New Year vacations, my father and brother-in-law and I ran out of sake at my parents' house 🚶🚶‍♂️ and went to Masaruya. We found Hirotogawa's active nigori. When you open the screw cap, the ooze rises with bubbles and is automatically stirred. Happy New Year! Twenty years of marriage and our first New Year's Eve trip to Okinawa: ✈️ A good opportunity to fill in the Sake wa check-in difficult prefecture! It was supposed to be, but when we asked at a liquor store near Kokusai-dori, we were told that the sake brewery had collapsed and they were in the process of rebuilding and aiming to take over the brewery, so we couldn't get any Okinawa sake. Now, the SANDOHO MASUYOSHI NOUNOUSAKE. I peeled off the plastic cork and the cork popped open 🍾. The bubbles came up next, but settled down without spurting out. I was glad it didn't spill at my parents' house because I was caught off guard. It's the most energetic of all the sons I've had 🫧. The ginjo aroma is not strong but refreshing, the balance of umami acid bitterness is like grapefruit, and the alcohol is light and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋 Sweet and slightly dry? A smooth drinking Omachi food wine 🍶. This is our first Gozenshu! It is also the first time for us to brew Bodhi Hashiroshi! First time drinking Nabeshima Special Jun Green Label 🍶. I learned about the Nabeshima standard at Sake no Wa: ☺️ The gasiness is quite strong even though it is fire-aged, and the carbonation is similar to that of directly pumped sake. It has a fresh ginjo aroma, a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness, and is dry on the sweet and spicy side. The sweetness is dry and the spiciness is dry. I think it's a pretty standard brand, but I haven't seen many check-ins at Sakegawa. The aroma is matured aroma. It is sharp with umami and spiciness. There is a slight sourness. It is easy to drink cold 😋😋😋😋. When heated up, the umami spreads and the acidity increases.
