Nabeshima風 純米吟醸 生酒
ぴーたま
This is the first time I've seen the Koyama Shoten limited edition wind label for Nabeshima 🍶.
A definite sense of gas. Fruity top nose with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. Slightly sweet and dense with a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness, fresh and delicious. 😋😋😋😋
The alcohol content is a little high at 16 degrees, and the density of sweetness and umami is very dense and delicious.
It tastes great right after opening the bottle, and you can feel the sweetness and density even more after it has been out of gas for a while 😆.
The wind label I drank for the first time is delicious.... I'll try it every year...

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😁.
This is the darkest Nabeshima I have ever tasted. It seems to go well with sukiyaki and other dishes.
