I learned about the Nabeshima standard at Sake no Wa: ☺️ The gasiness is quite strong even though it is fire-aged, and the carbonation is similar to that of directly pumped sake. Highly polished Junmai Daiginjo from Asahi Shuzo of Kubota! A gift from my uncle that I had received in the spring 🍶. Fresh grape-like ginjo aroma.
