This is the first time I've seen the Koyama Shoten limited edition wind label for Nabeshima 🍶. A definite sense of gas. Fruity top nose with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. Slightly sweet and dense with a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness, fresh and delicious. 😋😋😋😋 The alcohol content is a little high at 16 degrees, and the density of sweetness and umami is very dense and delicious. It tastes great right after opening the bottle, and you can feel the sweetness and density even more after it has been out of gas for a while 😆. Refreshing citrus 🍋fresh sake 🍶. I bought a bottle of Senkou after the re-branding! I chose Arabashiri. Last month, I only saw the new label of Sentori in bottle #4, so I was worried that they would run out of bottles of Sentori, but my fears were unfounded 😉. This arabashiri was quite cloudy. It has a fresh ginjo aroma with a strong gasiness. The umami acid bitterness is quite acidic. Sweet and spicy is dry and fresh lemon squash. 😋😋😋😋 Low alcohol and light~. The acidity is dry and close to that of white wine. But it also has the umami of sake. It tastes like the sour and dry version of the previous Sengoku Kisetsu Shu 👍. Sentori's fast brewing was also delicious, but will we be able to drink it anymore? Will it survive? The next sake after the new modern one is also a perfection to look forward to. 3545 yen without tax

I just realized that there are gold and silver 5 stars in Cho Oroku 🍶. I went back to Sake-no-wa and found that he has been drinking gold 5-star 😅. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. The sweetness and spiciness are slightly sweet. The acidity and bitterness are modest and complement the umami sweetness. The sake is easy to drink. It is a no-stress drink that is hard to believe it is a 15% alcohol sake. It's been a while since I've had Hana Yuu, but it's still delicious. 😋😋😋😋 It is supposed to be a fresh new sake, but there is no gassy feeling. Happy New Year! Twenty years of marriage and our first New Year's Eve trip to Okinawa: ✈️ A good opportunity to fill in the Sake wa check-in difficult prefecture! It was supposed to be, but when we asked at a liquor store near Kokusai-dori, we were told that the sake brewery had collapsed and they were in the process of rebuilding and aiming to take over the brewery, so we couldn't get any Okinawa sake. Now, the SANDOHO MASUYOSHI NOUNOUSAKE. I peeled off the plastic cork and the cork popped open 🍾. The bubbles came up next, but settled down without spurting out. A smooth drinking Omachi food wine 🍶. This is our first Gozenshu! It is also the first time for us to brew Bodhi Hashiroshi! This sake is brewed with Omachi, which is grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers. No ginjo aroma. It has a slight aroma of matured rice.
