Overnight trip by car to Hida Furukawa Beautiful town with swimming carp, less tourists and relaxing town walking 👍. Check in at a brewery attracted by a large cedar ball in the town Sake lined up in a row As expected, I got the sake sold only at the brewery! Fruity and sweet aroma with a hint of sweetness. Soft sweetness on the palate with a pleasant balance of acidity. Delicious 😋.

I picked up AKABU for the first time in a long time. The amber label attracted me. The aroma reminds me of pear and muscat. It's an autumn rise, but it's not heavy and the low alcohol content of 13 degrees coupled with the lightness is a pleasure to enjoy. ☺️ It has juiciness, light and elegant flavor, and a very good balance of sweetness and a little bitterness. Driving to Higashiomi with my wife Visited Higashiomi Aito Margaret Station, a roadside station, for lunch As I was rummaging around in the store, this caught my eye. They started a project a few years ago to reproduce sake from 444 years ago, and they are brewing it in cooperation with Kita Sake Brewery. I tried it cold and lukewarm. Cold: Almost no aroma. 　　The mouthfeel is a little sweet, but soon the acidity comes in and it finishes with a tangy, spicy taste. Nukan (lukewarm): Aroma of rice, sweetness, umami, and a good nose.

Long time no post I've been chomping at the bit for homemade plum wine of late. Chose this sake while shopping at the supermarket. Not too sweet for a sake degree of -35 I got the impression that the acidity outweighed the sweetness. It was halfway through at room temperature, so I think it would have been better if it had been chilled. I will not repeat 😱.

On a road trip to Shinshu, we stopped by Houraisen Ginjo Kobo on the way and bought 180ml. As expected, I couldn't buy the 720ml because it is by reservation only 😭. I've been wanting to try it for a long time. Sora It has a fruity and elegant aroma You can taste the elegant sweetness and acidity And it has a nice sharpness It is a beautiful sake. Delicious!

Visited Uonuma-no-sato, owned by Hakkai Brewery. 　We walked around the large site, which includes a cafeteria, a beer brewery, a Japanese confectionery, a snow room, and a sake brewery. 　(Sake was not available for sale, so we purchased it in Minami Uonuma. 　A mild fruity aroma when poured into a glass. 　Nothing like the yellow iris on the label! I mean, I don't know what iris tastes like. 　It has more sweetness than rice flavor, and the balance with the acidity that comes later is very beautiful, and I am satisfied with it as a food sake that accompanies meals. Purchased from Kanazawa Sake Shop in Minamiuonuma City

Golden Week in Niigata Prefecture, visit Hakkai Brewery Uonuma no Sato👍 The large site has beer, whiskey, Japanese sweets, cafeteria, and even a snow room 😅Great! Sake brewed with comet from Niseko, Hokkaido 🍶. The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild and the taste is clean and dry. Golden Week Car Overnight Stay From Minamiuonuma City via Tsunan Town, we arrived at an atmospheric thatched warehouse. 　While listening to various stories, we were allowed to drink the brewing water that springs from inside the brewery. The water was sweet, soft, and clean, and it would definitely make delicious sake! 　This sake is low in alcohol and has a very pleasant, elegant sweetness and acidity, like a dessert wine. 　Once you start drinking it, you will not stop. We enjoyed it very much 👍 I bought it at the brewery.

On our Golden Week car trip, we visited Tanaka Sake Brewery, which brews dry Japanese sake in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. I had been looking forward to visiting this brewery after seeing Seiji Rokkaku's drinking iron. ✌️ It was fun to hear about the story behind the filming 😂. Fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of 🍎👌. Slightly sweet at first, then wonderfully crisp and dry! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋 🎶
