It's been a very long time since I've seen ZAKU. Slightly fragrant ginjo aroma, like 🍍. Soft sweetness Slight sourness comes through and slowly fades away. This zaku is better served in a ceramic sake cup than a glass, as its smoothness is better conveyed 😋. It's been a while since I've had a Kuroryu Kijoshu, my wife's favorite. In a pure copper sake cup 😋. 　It's the season for delicious wax gourd. Fried wax gourd, kikurage mushroom and ham 　We had wax gourd and chicken with minced chicken starchy sauce. Postscript A liquor store (I don't remember the name of the store) in the underground shopping mall of Nagoya station was selling Jyushiyo, Jigokin, and No6 at an exorbitant price👎. I bought them at Kubota Sake Shop in Sabae City.

There was a line of No. 4 bottles and 1 square bottle in the fridge. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Of course, I bought the No. 4 bottle at the regular price. Open the bottle The aroma is like bananas! The sweetness spreads softly throughout the mouth, and the transparency or beauty of the sake is wonderful. Hats off to Junmai for this quality! It's so good! The sharpness is very pleasant 🤗🤭🤭. I might try it lukewarm as well.
