Visited Uonuma-no-sato, owned by Hakkai Brewery. 　We walked around the large site, which includes a cafeteria, a beer brewery, a Japanese confectionery, a snow room, and a sake brewery. 　(Sake was not available for sale, so we purchased it in Minami Uonuma. 　A mild fruity aroma when poured into a glass. 　Nothing like the yellow iris on the label! I mean, I don't know what iris tastes like. 　It has more sweetness than rice flavor, and the balance with the acidity that comes later is very beautiful, and I am satisfied with it as a food sake that accompanies meals. Purchased from Kanazawa Sake Shop in Minamiuonuma City

Golden Week in Niigata Prefecture, visit Hakkai Brewery Uonuma no Sato👍 The large site has beer, whiskey, Japanese sweets, cafeteria, and even a snow room 😅Great! Sake brewed with comet from Niseko, Hokkaido 🍶. The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild and the taste is clean and dry. It is better to drink it at room temperature to feel the umami of rice in spite of its lightness. It may be better not to cool it down too much. Purchase at Uonuma-no-sato

Golden Week Car Overnight Stay From Minamiuonuma City via Tsunan Town, we arrived at an atmospheric thatched warehouse. 　While listening to various stories, we were allowed to drink the brewing water that springs from inside the brewery. The water was sweet, soft, and clean, and it would definitely make delicious sake! 　This sake is low in alcohol and has a very pleasant, elegant sweetness and acidity, like a dessert wine. 　Once you start drinking it, you will not stop. We enjoyed it very much 👍 I bought it at the brewery.

On our Golden Week car trip, we visited Tanaka Sake Brewery, which brews dry Japanese sake in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. I had been looking forward to visiting this brewery after seeing Seiji Rokkaku's drinking iron. ✌️ It was fun to hear about the story behind the filming 😂. Fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of 🍎👌. Slightly sweet at first, then wonderfully crisp and dry! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋 🎶

This will take a while to open the bottle ⏰ about 8 minutes😅. 　Pour it into a glass 🥂 and it's full of little bubbles 😄. 　The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 🤗. 　Juicy mouthfeel with bubbles dancing in your mouth 　It reminded me of calpis soda. It's sweet and delicious 😋 highly recommended 😋. 12% alcohol by volume and 500ml drinkable size

A sizzling sound when the bottle is opened. When you pour it into a glass, there are tiny bubbles. I guess it's slightly effervescent. Low alcohol, mild and kind aroma. The image is that of a calm and clean sake 👍 It's like a sake that goes well with a meal, unobtrusive and unassertive. It was delicious!

Earlier this month, I went to Kita-Shinano for 2 nights and 3 days to ski ⛷️. Unfortunately, it was snowing and it was heavy snow 😭. I was so tired because of the unpressurized snow 😓. 　We chose Japanese food for dinner at the hotel, and for the sake to go with it, I had Genmai and my wife had Kisekirei Hi-ire, which she seemed to like. 　Sake brewed with white malted rice 🍶. You all already know what I'm talking about. Yes, it is. It has a wine-taste flavor. 　It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and is so juicy you can have as many glasses as you want👍

Happy New Year 🎍⛩. Here's the first opening of 2025! Carefully open the bottle to prevent the bottle from blowing out! It's a beautiful sound 👍. When you pour it into the glass 🥂, you can see a lot of fine bubbles! Sweet and fruity aroma! It was very smooth on the palate, and I was able to gobble it up. This is delicious! If you have a chance, please try it! The low alcohol content (9%) makes it very ⚠️ friendly! My family of 4 had it with sashimi and hors d'oeuvres. In 30 minutes 🈳 so fast paced, we didn't take the time to savor it😅. We'll definitely be back next year. Thanks to my son for the delicious sake. Purchased from Takeno Sake Brewery

My son was on a business trip and wandered by Takeno Sake Brewery He bought two bottles as souvenirs on his way home. 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹. I immediately opened the bottle with my family. The sound of the bottle was a whirring sound, and when I poured it into the glass, it was full of fine bubbles! The aroma is mild. The bubbles are not too strong, and seem to flow smoothly with a sweet taste. It is a very beautiful and elegant sake! You can tell that the brewer's passion for sake has been put into this sake.
