Happy New Year 🎍⛩. Here's the first opening of 2025! Carefully open the bottle to prevent the bottle from blowing out! It's a beautiful sound 👍. When you pour it into the glass 🥂, you can see a lot of fine bubbles! Sweet and fruity aroma! It was very smooth on the palate, and I was able to gobble it up. This is delicious! If you have a chance, please try it! The low alcohol content (9%) makes it very ⚠️ friendly! My family of 4 had it with sashimi and hors d'oeuvres. In 30 minutes 🈳 so fast paced, we didn't take the time to savor it😅. We'll definitely be back next year. Thanks to my son for the delicious sake. Purchased from Takeno Sake Brewery

Fried wax gourd, kikurage mushroom and ham 　We had wax gourd and chicken with minced chicken starchy sauce. Postscript A liquor store (I don't remember the name of the store) in the underground shopping mall of Nagoya station was selling Jyushiyo, Jigokin, and No6 at an exorbitant price👎. I bought them at Kubota Sake Shop in Sabae City.
