Continued from the previous post by Mr.
Dewazakura sakurabana, which I've been seeing in Sake-no-wa a lot lately.
I found it!
Aromatic fruity sake
I drank this two years ago.
I used to drink Dewazakura at Ami in Sendai.
I saw on SNS that the sake taster, who has closed his store, won a prize again at this year's sake tasting competition in Miyagi Prefecture!
It was very encouraging to see him in such good health!
I'll be sure to ask him when I visit Sendai again, so let's have a drink at his place!

Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15
Rice used: Domestic rice
Drink cold
Aroma: Rice aroma, light amazake flavor
Taste: koji sweetness and light sourness, slight bitterness at the end
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
However, there is not much flavor other than the sweetness, so the overall taste is flat.
Today, we will be soaking up Okamoto's two home runs and enjoying a Dewazakura junodai.
All of the sake is brewed with Yuki-Ono-Kami, and the title of "GI Yamagata" is also on its shoulder.
It has a somewhat "chunky" mouthfeel when you put it in your mouth. I expected a refreshing taste from the name "Yuki-Megami" and the label, so the slightly strong, sweet banana flavor was a little too much for this season...so I added a little Wilkinson.
The junmai daiginjo made for a "luxurious SAKE high" and was delicious.
Go straight back to Kawasaki on the way out and have a light drink near Keikyu Kawasaki Station 🍺🍶.
Today's best local sake.
Dewazakura🌸
I have often seen this type of sake, but this may be the first time for me to drink it.
It has a clean, smooth mouthfeel and a refined aroma.
It has a calmness that only fire-roasting can provide.
Last Day of Summer Trip Accommodation
During the day, we walked around Chuson-ji Konjikido and Motsu-ji in Hiraizumi.
We walked quite a bit, but the greenery and relatively mild temperatures allowed us to take our time to explore the World Heritage sites.
We passed through Iwate and Miyagi prefectures on our way to tonight's inn, Ueyama Onsen in Yamagata Prefecture (♨️).
I was finally able to come to the place I had once cancelled due to a mambo!
Rabbits, hares, rabbits, and 🐰🐰 are scattered all over the place!
Now, what to drink?
Let's have a toast with sparkling Yamagata sake!
Mio type sake, Dewazakura Saki
A little spicy sparkling sake.
It looks good!
My family is happy with the food!
