I worked part-time at a local sake shop during my senior year of college.
I was allowed to drink it for the first time at a local sake shop where I worked as a part-timer during my senior year of college!
And then, after some time passed
30 years later, I drank it for the first time in a long time.

Nose: Fruity, rice-like, raw and ginjo-like.
Taste: Slight sourness followed by bitterness. The lack of sweetness, as expected from the aroma, gives the impression of imbalance.
Overall impression: When served with sashimi, the sake has a fishy smell.
It is naturally effervescent from yeast and has a champagne-like mouthfeel.
With one sip, "Sizzle! and a light gaseous sensation tickles the tongue. The flavor of rice and gentle sweetness are well balanced and light.
It is moderately fruity, moderately crisp, and delicious.
It is a junmai daiginjo, but it is not overdone and goes well with a meal.
