cold sake
No schwarziness
No peculiar aroma
The fresh aroma passes through the nose for a moment, and then the sweetness of the rice and the sizzling umami are felt in the mouth, making the sake very drinkable.
Warmed sake at about 66°C
A peculiar aroma like a side note in the mouth...
The mouthfeel and sweetness mellows out, but the peculiarity is more noticeable.
The aftertaste is more refreshing than when the sake is cold.
The sweetness is stronger when the temperature is lowered to about lukewarm.
On this day, I drank faster and ate more leisurely.
I had left a lot of entrées, so I ate them while waiting for Mistress Mexican Tequila's order!
Mr. Mexican Tequila brought the drinks!
I've had this several times!
It's an alcoholic drink!
Good aroma and taste!

I have fond memories of drinking this sake in Sendai when I was a college student, mistaking it for a Miyagi sake.
It is moderately dry, has a delicious flavor, and is easy to drink.
I like this sake because I can buy it cheaply at the local supermarket.
We opened a bottle of "Amano-do," a limited edition daiginjo from Tendo City, famous for producing shogi pieces, which we obtained on our expedition.
It has a clean, clear mouthfeel and a crisp finish. I don't often drink Daiginjos, but I was honestly impressed by such a clear taste.
It is too good to be a limited edition travel sake, a luxurious and wonderful bottle. Delicious ‼️
