Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee. The aroma is weak. Smooth, sweet and sour mouthfeel. Fresh mouthfeel. Moderate aftertaste with just the right amount of astringency. Refreshing sake.
Mellow. No spiciness at all. It comes in easily and the flavor stays in the mouth for a while. The combination of this characteristic and the sweetness may be the reason why it is called "tastes like LaFrance.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (4)
Dewazakura's booth.
Iji-san wanted to drink Sakurabana Ginjo-shu for his study, so we went to the Dewazakura booth.
He seemed disappointed that we did not bring it this time.
◉Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo 48 Yuki Megami
It has a nice aroma and a supple, clear flavor, but in my opinion, it has a bit of an aged depth to it.
Slightly sparkling Ginjo-nigori Nipporoku Nama-shu
I think it is made from Dewa Sanzu. The taste is dry and refreshing, with a strong orikarami flavor.
La France
A liqueur. The taste is very rich, just like La France itself. I told him that it was hard for me to finish it by myself, and he recommended that I try it with carbonated water or over ice cream.
◉Dodadadazu
Dodadazu is a liqueur, limited edition and most popular until October. An orchestra of various fruits: La France, apples, cherries, grapes, and peaches. The fruitiness is amazing.
The name is a play on the Osaka dialect, "Donnai Yanen".
As one would expect from Yamagata, a country known for its fruit. The fruit liqueur is also delicious.
