The aroma is mild 😀 The taste is full with gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity 😊The sweetness, umami and acidity are well balanced and it seems to be a delicious sake both at room temperature and warmed up 😘. The 4th picture is the Hamamatsu Gyoza🥟 fried rice set from Gomi Hatchin🥟 which I learned from Maqchi😋🤩 😀The grilled dumplings were crispy and the inside was juicy and delicious🥟.

Thanks to Headquarters. Shizuoka Business Trip #3! Today I had a glass of Shoyuki, which I bought at a liquor store in Fuji City 😀. The aroma is fresh and berry-like 🥰 and it goes down very smoothly in the mouth with a beautiful umami and excellent sharpness 😋 The aftertaste is clean but with a hint of sweetness 😍. The 4th one is a monument in a park on my neighborhood walking course😊Next time I want to try Sakuraebi and Shirasu 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩.

The aroma is slightly peachy and refreshing 😘In the mouth, it is fruity and has a gentle sweetness and umami taste 🥰Alcoholic strength 17, it is a very drinkable and tasty sake 😍👍 It tasted just like the brewery sister told me it would 😊Thanks to the brewery sister and Mr. Maqchi 🙏🙇✨.

Give me an answer... 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Ishikawa has a typical Hokuriku-like dreary sky ☁️ and snow ❄ still very different cold from the Pacific side 🥶. The second bottle after returning to my hometown, I had a Gazan style 😋. The aroma is mild banana🍌? It has a clean mouthfeel, a beautiful umami, a slight sweetness, and a sharp sharp edge 😊. The fourth one was miso ramen at Motokiya, a local family-owned ramen shop 🍜 😚 miso based on pork bone and soy sauce, warming on a cold snowy night 🥳.

Fuji City in Shizuoka Prefecture🗻. ✨😇This time it is going to be a long business trip, about a year 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 to keep motivated. After the meet and greet, I went to a liquor store on my way back to Yamanashi and bought some Shizuoka sake 🍶 because I thought I was the only one who could say Shizuoka sake 🫡. The aroma is mildly bananas and refreshing 😋In the mouth, the good flavor of Yamadanishiki spreads in the mouth and the taste is well-balanced 😍I felt the taste was more than just the specs of a special honjozo 💕. I was worried because it had been a while since I opened a bottle of nigori, but I opened and closed the bottle patiently and succeeded without any blowout. ✌️ The mouthfeel is nice and gassy👍🌟The creamy, soft flavor and the clean finish will accelerate your drinking ✋🏃💨It is not sweet but clean and refreshing nigori 🥰. The 4th picture is I tried to eat Fuji curry but I messed up the amount of rice 🍚 and it ended up looking like an island 🏝😭Tasted like a normal curry 🍛😚.

This is the first one that is not from the Kotobuki series 😋. The aroma is almost non-existent 🤔In the mouth, the Kubota has a beautiful umami and sweetness that is typical of Kubota 👍🌟I prefer it to the Kotobuki series 😍I found the overall balance of the sake to be very good with a nice sharp taste 😍.

(∇｀｀ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Yamanashi business trip No.1 I bought this sake at Shimizu-ya in Shioyama on the recommendation of the proprietress. It seems to be a very precious sake 😀. I can't really smell the aroma 🤔. When I put it in my mouth, it started off with a slight melon sweetness and a beautiful umami 😊Acid with a good nose and a clean aftertaste 😋It went well with today's dinner of nabe🍲 🥳. I bought the recommended one, but for some reason the proprietress gave me an extra for the sales tax😇.

Good evening, Mr. Bouken 🌃😀 I found good prices 😊The capacity is 1000ml bottle 😇The green 🟩 is Asahi rice and 3300 yen, the red 🟥 is Yamada Nishiki. The green 🟩 is Asahi rice for 3300 yen and the red 🟥 is Yamada Nishiki for 5500 yen. I've never heard of Association No.3 yeast 🤔It was a lot of firsts for me 🥳.

(*´罒`*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Business Trip to Yamanashi Part ㉔ I bought a bottle of Naraman Junmai Namaishu at a liquor store in Yamanashi 😀 It's been a long time since I've been to Naraman 😋. The aroma is slightly green apple 🍏 type 🤔The mouthfeel has a freshness that is typical of the original sake, and the acidity, which comes with a bit of a kick, is a nice accent. The sweetness is subtle and dry 🤔I thought it was a model of unfiltered nama sake 🥳. The fourth picture is Tenzaru from Jyuwari-tei, which we visited on Sunday. It looked like there was not much soba, but the noodles were thin and the portion was generous 😋Tensuru soba and crispy tempura😍It was a Sunday extravaganza 🥰.

(沒沒沒) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Business Trip to Yamanashi ㉓ Today we opened a bottle of Sengoku that we bought at Yoda Sake Shop in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture 😀. Almost no aroma 🤔On the palate, calm and beautiful acidity and sweetness 😊Not flashy but easy to drink and no stress 🥳I felt that the sake has a round and gentle feeling 🥳. The fourth one is the Kikuchi family's Royal Soup Oil Soba I had for lunch today 😋It was thickly flavored but I ate it all the way through without getting bored 😘It tasted like something I could get addicted to 😀.

The aroma is mild🤔In the mouth, it has a light but full flavor, acidity and a slight astringent taste😊It is a delicious sake with a refreshing taste that can be enjoyed in small gulps 😋.

The aroma is freshly squeezed but mild like Junmai 😊The mouthfeel is crisp, acidic and spicy slowly spreading 😚There is no sweetness but there is a firm acidity 😋 It is a delicious sake with no peculiar taste and a sharp taste 🥰 It is a delicious dry sake. ☝️ The 4th picture is the special Chinese noodle from Ensha that I visited on Sunday 😘The seafood and pork ramen🍜 was delicious after a long time 🥳but it seems that Tsukemen is their main dish and I was the only one who had Ramen🍜🤣🤣🤣Next time I will try Tsukemen🤣🤣!

The aroma is a little tropical and gorgeous 😊The flavor is sweet like a hint of torinko🍎 and the balance of refreshing acidity is good👍🌟It tastes stylish and seems to be a sake that everyone can enjoy 🥳. The fourth one was at Hanahana for the first soba noodles of the new year😊🚗³₃The crispy tempura and the slippery soba noodles were very delicious 😋.

When you open the bottle, the sweet aroma spreads to your mouth 😊The taste is light and light with a very refreshing aftertaste 🤔It goes well with Sanbaizu's Cut Yocchan 😚👍. I have not had a Yo-chan cut in decades 🥳.
