Smooth on the palate, beautiful sweetness and umami😊👌Good balance tightened by lactic acidic acidity👍🌟It's an honors sake like T.KISO's club director 🥳. The fourth one, I went to Shiraito Falls, which was selected as a Fuji World Heritage Site component over the weekend 😀 Both Shiraito Falls and Otostome Falls seemed to be filled with negative ions😇✨I thought my mind was purified 🙏😊.

The aroma is subdued and sweet 😊The flavor is very robust on the palate 😚 The second half of the bottle is balanced with a firm, thick sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and astringency 🤔This is another delicious sake with a delicious umami taste 😘. The fourth one, I had my first Kairikiya 🥰, a delicious ramen that you can tell is a Kyoto ramen🍜🤩 By the way, Yamaoka-ya in Fuji City is always full and packed 😵‍💫

Shizuoka Business Trip #15 Today I had my first taste of rainbow at Nagashima, which was recommended by ellie and @Mizuhashi 😀! I drank it thinking it was definitely a rich one, and it definitely was 😋 😋 It's a little sweet with lots of flavor, but also has a nice sharpness 👍🌟It's good at room temperature, but I thought it would definitely be good heated up too 🥳I'm going to heat it up tomorrow 🤔.

(I would like to express my gratitude to all of you for your support and encouragement. It's already been a month since I arrived in Shizuoka Prefecture 😀 I opened a bottle of Sakurada Shuzo + Kurumada Shuzo's Daikei, which I brought with me when I arrived 😊. The aroma is mild 😊The flavor of the rice 🌾and the beautiful sweetness 😚The taste is clean and refreshing with a crisp acidity 😀😫😫I felt that it is a completely different sake from the previous Junmai from Okei 🤔. I'll keep drinking and supporting until the solid sweetness of Da Kei comes back 🥳. The fourth one was white hor ginger from Ofukuro-tei on route 1 😋 It was the most cost-effective 600 yen lunch 🤩.

It was at room temperature, but I didn't notice much of an aroma 🤔When I drank it, it was more dry, but I could taste the 🌾amount of rice and it had a nice sharpness 😚👍It was a delicious sake that could be enjoyed on its own 🥳.

It has a soft rice flavor and a fresh ginjo aroma with a hint of melon 😊It has a pleasantly clean mouthfeel 😚👍It is a versatile sake that can be paired with any meal 🥰. The 4th picture is a bowl of rice topped with 3 kinds of tuna from Hikomaru 😘This is the most cost-effective seafood bowl with red, medium and large fatty tuna for 980 yen 🤩It was so delicious 🥳It would have cost more than double in Kanazawa.

Thanks to Mr. Sasada... 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Shizuoka Business Trip #12! I got my first Garyubai (Japanese plum) 😋 I think I bought it at Shinoda-san in Shimizu-ku. The aroma is gorgeous 😀The taste is a bit dry on the palate 🤔The fruity acidity and fresh flavor are great 👍🌟It seems to go well with all kinds of meals☺️ The fourth one is the Fuji City's specialty, katsurai 😚 Boiled cabbage and crispy fried pork cutlet on top of rice, topped with soba-tsuyu based special fluffy egg sauce, it was a new experience for me 😘 It seems it was on the Secret Kenmin Show and there was an article on the show. At that time, there was a news flash about Mino Monta's death 😢.

The aroma is subtle 😀 The rice flavor is amazing on the palate 😳 The sweetness and acidity are well balanced afterwards and the sake is refreshing and delicious 🤤. The fourth one is Shizuoka Oden🍢 from Tenjinya, which I took out from a nearby Aeon. It was delicious with Fujimasa 🥰.

The aroma is of grain umami 😊In the mouth, you can feel the umami of rice and gentle sweetness after a firm acidity 🤔It finishes with a crisp and refreshing finish. It is a delicious sake of the "umami spicy? It is a delicious sake 😚👍. The 4th one is the Fuji's specialty dipped Neapolitan which I learned from ellie and bouken 🍝For me, this Neapolitan is lighter and easier to eat than the regular Neapolitan and I can feel the delicious dipping sauce and enjoy it very much 😋😋😋😋😋.

The aroma is gorgeous and melon-like 🍈😊The flavor is round and gently sweet on the palate 😚The finish is clean and crisp 👌✨Haneya's sake has a very nice finish 🥳👍 The 4th picture is Hamamatsu Gyoza🥟 set meal that I had at Hamamatsu SA on the highway before coming to Fuji City😘Crispy skin and juicy bean paste is the last ☝️ I wanted to have it with sake😭

Give me an answer... 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Ishikawa has a typical Hokuriku-like dreary sky ☁️ and snow ❄ still very different cold from the Pacific side 🥶. The second bottle after returning to my hometown, I had a Gazan style 😋. The aroma is mild banana🍌? It has a clean mouthfeel, a beautiful umami, a slight sweetness, and a sharp sharp edge 😊. The fourth one was miso ramen at Motokiya, a local family-owned ramen shop 🍜 😚 miso based on pork bone and soy sauce, warming on a cold snowy night 🥳.
