The aroma is mild and fresh Muscat 🍇, soft on the palate 😚 and after a few sips, the taste is smooth and smooth 😋, full flavor and a long finish 👍🌟It was a delicious Collage after all 🥳. Maetin will be on a business trip to Yamanashi from next week until the end of the year😇I would like to learn about the sake of Yamanashi Prefecture😇. The aroma is gorgeous melon🍈 and pineapple🍍 type😊The mouthfeel is super gorgeous and fruity with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness😚👍This is the best sake for Maechen who loves sweet taste😍. Kameizumi's cel-24 is still delicious 🤤.

(ꕤ ॑ す す す す す す す す す)ノ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we opened a bottle of Sakurada Shuzo's Hatsuzakura 😀✨This "Noto Kami-Sen Hatsuzakura" was brewed 3 months after the earthquake, with the cooperation of Kurumata Shuzo, who removed the Honjozo from the collapsed storage facility, where it lay in tanks. After being brought to the Kurumata Brewery, it was filtered and blended. It is said that this is the last honjozo sake from the Sakurada Brewery. The aroma is a little floral and full of rice 🌾 flavor 😊The mouthfeel is mellow and when you put it in your mouth, the firm umami comes first and you can feel a hint of sweetness 😋The acidity is light and refreshing overall😚👍It seems to be lighter than before 🤔. The fourth one is a beaver I bought that I had never seen before 😇It was a delicious beaver to begin with, but the salty flavor was just like kelp 😘It was a good one to have as a snack 🥳.

The aroma is mild and not too much 😀The color is light amber 😘The mouthfeel is soft, beautiful umami and sweetness of rice🌾😊The acidity comes slowly 😚It will be a slightly dry and crisp sake 🥳. The 4th one is a photo I took yesterday when I went to Kenrokuen Garden for a walk 😙The leaves are turning 🍁🍂 in some parts? I wonder if the best time to see the leaves will be a little bit later 😅.

See T.KISO's review for Jungin: 🙇‍♀️ The aroma is mild and not too much 🤔On the palate, it has a good balance of beautiful umami and clear acidity 😚👍The sweetness is kept in check and it feels clear and dry 🥰It is a beautiful sake 🥳👍. The aroma is mild since the bottle was cooled down to a crisp 🤔On the palate, it's fresh and fruity 😊It has a calm sweetness and refreshing acidity, overall it's very elegant 😚. It was a refreshing and delicious sake without feeling the alcohol content of 19 degrees. It was a delicious and refreshing sake 🥳👍. The fourth one is that I went for a night boat trip over the weekend, probably the last one this year 😀The result was not so good, 4 out of 11 people caught 😇These 4 people caught 1 fish each😱I guess I should be happy that I was able to bring them along 😭💦The terminal price of 1 fish including expenses was over 15,000 yen 🤣🤣🤣

The aroma is a little more subdued and mild than the usual Hanayuup🤔It has a good balance of gentle sweetness and sourness in the mouth 😚👍It's not too sweet but exquisite and has a nice sharpness, so it can be served alone or with a meal. 🙆‍♀️ I can't go wrong with Hanamup after all 🍐🥳.

So sorry, so sorry... 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano Business Trip Part ㊹ Tomorrow is the last night of my business trip to Nagano 🌃 as I have to pack up and head back to Ishikawa Prefecture 😀 44 check-ins 🎉 for Nagano's business trip sake. The last day in Suwa, I bought a cup of Alkuma which I don't remember when I bought it 😇. The aroma is mild and not very noticeable, but on the palate it has a gentle rice 🌾 flavor and sweetness😊 followed by a nice crisp acidity 😚👍This is a delicious sake 🥳. The label said "Don't drink too much!" but it was so good that it killed me instantly 🤣. The fourth picture is of lunch with my junior staff at the end of a business trip to Nagano 😊Tonkatsu Maruichi is famous in Suwa. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the meat is 3~4cm thick, but it was tender and full of juices 🥰.

(沒沒沒) ▥Executive Director🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano business trip I bought this at Ichiyama Mart near my apartment 😀. The aroma is fruity 😘The taste of soft rice and gentle sweetness on the palate 😊The ginjo aroma on the nose is nice and it goes away quickly 👍It was a good sake on its own 👍 The fourth one is French Salad 🥗I bought it with Takaten at Ichiyama Mart, I haven't seen it for years, so I put it in my basket😇I used to love French Salad, and it's still as good 🐴🥳.

(^^^^)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano business trip Part ㊷ I bought a bottle at Tsuruya Chino store, and received a bottle of Diachiku from a sake brewery in Chino City 😀. The aroma is mellow 😊The mouthfeel is thick but refreshing 😋The flavor of the rice can be felt well 😚👍. And then you can feel a slight spiciness that quickly disappears 😘. It was a delicious sake 🥳🍶☝️

I went on a sake brewery tour without a ticket to the Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki drinking event 😀 Next, I bought a special price Jun Dai at Reijin Shuzo's brewery. The aroma is a slightly floral, umami type ginjo aroma 😊The rice 🌾 has a soft umami taste on the palate 😚The mouthfeel is gentle and refreshing 😙👍. It's a delicious sake with lots of umami 🥳👍👍E
