The aroma is calm and elegant 😊The soft and pleasant rice sweetness characteristic of Aizan in the mouth is perfectly balanced 😚👍A little sourness from the sweetness 😋The well-balanced bitterness in the second half envelopes the whole taste and it quickly cools down 🥰. The Aizan from Isoboam was the perfect way to end my business trip to Shizuoka ✨I will end my business trip to Shizuoka now😇. Next month will be the start of a new series of business trips🤣!

For some reason I had to leave my business trip to Shizuoka and came back to my hometown. Today I had some Suidama in the fridge 😋. The aroma is mild yet mellow😊The taste is clean and light with a good balance of sweet and bitter 😚👍✨I felt it was a beautiful sake😍. The 4th picture is the pork bone soy sauce ramen🍜 I had at Menya Murata in Numazu. Very tasty ramen 🍜, and the price for this quality is in the 700 yen range, which is great👍!

The name "Life" is a tobin-enclosed daiginjo named after "only those who have beaten themselves by cutting down their bodies". I heard it is called "Life". The aroma is gorgeous and fruity like Kodokidote 😇The flavor is so rich and sweet that you can tell it's Kodokidote even if you close your eyes and hold it in your mouth 😚👍✨The sake is entered in the National New Sake Competition😍Kudokidote's best in taste and price, Mine was still the most delicious 🤩💕. This concludes the Daigo-san series 🫡.

This time, instead of the strongest all-you-can-drink course, I took my time and drank like an adult 😊I got Jikin in the beginning 😋. It has a mild but fruity aroma, a beautiful sweetness and umami, and the acidity finishes it off 😚👍✨It was a delicious guy who is refreshing in the summer when you drink ☀️🍉🌻🏊🥳.

The extra edition was released from the brewery because there was a mistake in Shirafuji's operations. When preparing to bottle the "Junmai Ginjo Noto no Natsuyasumi", it was accidentally put into another tank and a significant amount of it was blended in. After much deliberation, the blended sake was adjusted and released from the brewery as "Nono no Natsuyasumi Extra Edition. The aroma is mild 😊and the taste is mild with gentle sweetness and acidity 😚 It is good to drink without getting tired 😚👍✨The extra version is also a good😇 and tasty sake 🥳.

I'm back in my hometown for Obon vacation😙I opened a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai that I bought on a business trip to Nagano a year ago, which had been stored in the fridge for a long time 😀. Ripe fruit aroma 😊Elegant sweetness and umami, nicely offset by a pleasant acidity and a tight finish 😚👍✨Genmai is also a delicious sake after all 🥰. The fourth picture is from last week at Numazu Una Takumi, where I had a half-jyu (a half-jyu of grilled white fish and half-jyu of kabayaki fish). The fluffy meat was very tasty 😋I would like to go back for more if I have the chance😇.
