Business trip to Akita No. 8 We had a bottle of Loman from Hanazono Sake Brewery, which we purchased at Sake no Qoobe. The aroma is melon and fruit 😊The palate has a mild, beautiful sweetness and a mellow umami 😊The finish is dry and crisp 😚👍✨It's been a while since I've had a sake from Hanaizumi 😋😋. The 4th picture is Miso Ramen Curry Flavor🍜 which I had at Menya Shokudo Ajito🍜😇It was a combination of ramen which I have never had before, but it was a very tasty bowl.

The first sake I had was a bottle of Honjo from Murai, a local sake brewery that moved to Akita City 😋. The aroma is mild but slightly fruity😊The mouthfeel is round and smooth, with a gentle sweetness and umami flavor, but it has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink 😚👍✨This is a delicious sake that goes down smoothly 🥳. The fourth one is my first ramen in Akita, the Nanban Ramen from Ramen Shop AJ-Q. Different from other ramen stores around the country? 🤔The noodles are glutinous and chunky 😀 The soup feels thicker with a lot of black pepper, which is habitually delicious. I had a feeling that my blood pressure was going to go up, but I enjoyed it to the end 😘.
