The aroma is mild🤔The taste is refreshing on the palate with a refreshing sweetness that goes down your throat 😀 It's a great sake that you can drink in spurts and not get tired 😚👍✨It's a delicious sake that is a perfect example of aluzome 🥳. The 4th picture is the chicken shiroyu shoyu shoyu ramen from Menya Zeng no Gen which we had in Numazu 😋😋It was a delicious ramen with a beautiful taste 🥰.

Today we had Den-da-sake purchased from Yokozeki-san 😋. The aroma is just a faint scent🤔It has a beautiful, full flavor on the palate and seems to go well with Japanese food in general. It has a clean and refreshing taste and goes down very smoothly 😊. It was a delicious sake 🥳👍✨ The fourth picture is a bowl of rice topped with grilled baby sardines that we had at the nearby Tagonoura fishing port 🐟It tasted so good that we just snapped it up 😍It was better than a bowl of rice topped with fresh baby sardines 🤩✨.

(Congratulations! I bought a bottle of Tateyama at a local liquor store in my neighborhood. It's been years since I've had a Tateyama at home 😋. It's smooth on the palate and down the throat 😊It has a clear taste with the freshness and freshness of a draft sake 😚👍✨It has a crisp and refreshing feeling that will keep you going for more 🥰. Tateyama is still delicious 😋. The name "Life" is a tobin-enclosed daiginjo named after "only those who have beaten themselves by cutting down their bodies". I heard it is called "Life". The aroma is gorgeous and fruity like Kodokidote 😇The flavor is so rich and sweet that you can tell it's Kodokidote even if you close your eyes and hold it in your mouth 😚👍✨The sake is entered in the National New Sake Competition😍Kudokidote's best in taste and price, Mine was still the most delicious 🤩💕. This concludes the Daigo-san series 🫡.

The extra edition was released from the brewery because there was a mistake in Shirafuji's operations. When preparing to bottle the "Junmai Ginjo Noto no Natsuyasumi", it was accidentally put into another tank and a significant amount of it was blended in. After much deliberation, the blended sake was adjusted and released from the brewery as "Nono no Natsuyasumi Extra Edition. The aroma is mild 😊and the taste is mild with gentle sweetness and acidity 😚 It is good to drink without getting tired 😚👍✨The extra version is also a good😇 and tasty sake 🥳.

I'm back in my hometown for Obon vacation😙I opened a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai that I bought on a business trip to Nagano a year ago, which had been stored in the fridge for a long time 😀. Ripe fruit aroma 😊Elegant sweetness and umami, nicely offset by a pleasant acidity and a tight finish 😚👍✨Genmai is also a delicious sake after all 🥰. The fourth picture is from last week at Numazu Una Takumi, where I had a half-jyu (a half-jyu of grilled white fish and half-jyu of kabayaki fish). The fluffy meat was very tasty 😋I would like to go back for more if I have the chance😇.

For the fourth one, I went to Menya Torana in Fujinomiya today 🫡 and had the zoku shoyu ramen. Beautiful ramen with soy sauce broth and thin noodles 😍I ate it in a bowl 😋.

The aroma is an elegant pineapple type of ginjo aroma 😊The flavor and sweetness in the mouth is well balanced 😚👍The moderate acidity gives it a fresh feeling, and while it has a dense flavor, the aftertaste quickly disappears 😋. It's been a long time since I've posted and my first Akabu in a long time was a very delicious sake 🥳💕✨.
