The aroma is mild 🤔The clean mouthfeel is a bit like Kame-no-o, isn't it? It has a beautiful sweetness that you wouldn't expect from a low-polished sake, and the aftertaste is crisp and easy to drink 😚👍✨This is a delicious sake that was the right choice to buy 🥳. The fourth one is the perko noodle from Hakuno Seimen, which I had after returning to Ishikawa 😍The beautiful soup and the thin noodles are a perfect match and very delicious ramen 🍜😘💕.

The aroma is gorgeous, just like Hanayu 😊The mouthfeel is soft and clear with good umami, sweetness and a crisp, clean finish 😘👍✨. The fourth piece came with the oyster vinegar and shijimi clam soup shellfish to finish off the meal. The reservation time went by so fast and the last order 😭 the fun time goes by too fast 🥺. The weather was stormy, as we are on the same side of the Sea of Japan 😵, but it seemed a little warmer than in Akita😇. Today I had some Takashimizu that I bought at Yamaya in Akita 😋. The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is light and refreshing and you won't get tired of drinking it 😚👍✨It's a delicious sake that goes well with any food 😋✨✨and it's also very cost effective ✨✨✨✨. The 4th picture is the last ramen on my business trip to Akita, pork bone soy sauce ramen from Fukurokuju Ramen😊The pork bone base and soy sauce were a perfect match and I even finished the soup 😘💕💕.

The aroma is sweet and gorgeous 🤔The drink has a mild mouthfeel with just the right amount of umami and sweetness, with a nice spiciness towards the end 👍✨It goes down easy without getting tired of drinking 😚I felt it was a versatile sake that goes well with food 😊. The fourth one is white sesame noodles from nearby noodle shop Urutora. Akita business trip No.4 We had a bottle of Tamsaku no Hana purchased at Sake no Ebina near our lodgings 😋 I remember drinking it a few years ago, but it was recommended by the owner 😀. The aroma is fruity 😊The taste is fruity and gently sweet 😘The acidity and umami are well balanced 😚👍✨This is a very tasty sake that is very affordable for a rice polishing ratio of 45 💕.

The aroma is slightly like a banana🍌😊The flavor of the rice on the palate and the gorgeous aroma reminiscent of bananas are impressive😘💕The moderate acidity is refreshing😚👍✨. This is the first time I have had this sake and it is very delicious 🥳.
