It's frosty because it was stored in remacom ❄️😂 Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨ It smells like happiness😍. When you drink it Gorgeous fruity sweet and sour 💕 Light bitterness and tingling sensation at the end. It's so delicious... ❣️ Is it because it is from Tozawa? I don't know if it's because it's from Tozawa or because it was a good year, It's just delicious 💕💕 It has such a fruity and robust flavor, but it's also delicious with food. The acidity is strong, sweet and deliciously sour. Very mellow (and the acidity is also mellow) It feels like the bottle has been opened and left to sit for a bit. Walking along the wall in the magnificent building (warehouse) It's so beautiful that when you walk along the wall, you might think it's a temple ✨. It was so beautiful that I thought it was a temple ✨. It must have been funny to see them It must have been funny from the side 🤣. Now for the sake! Super Kudoki-ue no Kaihatsu Shinko ✨ We stopped by a certain liquor store. I stayed too long and couldn't leave without buying something 😅... I was so sober and asked 😜. "which fruity sake do you have?" The owner answered immediately. The owner immediately answered "It's kudokidoki dei. ☝️" Of course I knew that 😂. Different sake in between Yamagata sake... A sake friend of mine sent me this. It's "Nanka" by Kaito Otokoyama ✨🥂✨. Gorgeous fruity aroma ✨🥂✨. When you drink it A slight sweetness, followed by a delicious bitterness. And then sourness and spiciness slowly 〰︎ There is a sense of alcohol. After swallowing, you will feel a chill in your chest. Unlike the image of the aroma, it is a dry sake 🍶. Tuna tataki and other dishes, Tuna Tataki, cucumber and eggplant We enjoyed it with our meal 😋. Dora had a lot of missions before we got there. 　　　　　（Sake shop tour) So all my sightseeing requests were rejected... 🙅‍♂️ I was rejected...🤷‍♀️⤵︎ I bought a bottle of Hanabayo's "Silk" at one of the many liquor stores we stopped at. I'll have a glass of Hanabayo's "Silk" ✨🥂✨. Mild ginjo aroma When you drink it It has a thick and mellow mouthfeel Sweet and fluffy It is full of umami. In the latter half, the sourness comes from the umami. Then it finishes with a kick. After swallowing, the chest is chilled. If you combine it with pear Hmm? It was a bit salty and sour! When I combined it with Satoya's "Tamayura"... It's so good 😘! I loved this pairing 💕 By the way, "Tamayura" is... A famous Yamagata confectionary "Noshibai" made with white bean paste and agar, topped with Japanese raw chocolate. Very delicious 🥰. For lunch, I had a quick ramen (ramen).

It's more rounded than the one I had before, this is the best 🙌! Kumagai-san and I had a lot of fun talking about it. (Dora's love for La Jomon exploded ❤️) Mr. Kumagai said, "You know it well 😊" 🤭. And then, from the back of the room, there was a rustling... "This is koji triple draft sake, would you like it? He offered it to me 😆 "Of course I'll have some ♡". Of course I'll have some ♡" we said 😍. Then I told him that I like Six. He recommended "Wakaizumi" and said, "This is also made with white koji and No.6 yeast, so it's delicious. Of course we bought it 😚. And we bought 2 bottles of Hollywood, one for us and one for a gift 😁. According to Mr. Kumagai, Malo is very good this year. ❣️ "It goes very well with fruits! When you drink it Mmmm fruity sweet and sour 😆♪ Melon and cemedine Gorgeous aroma is wonderful 😍💕 My son It's the best of all worlds! The smell is amazing 😘. I've always thought it's the best I thought the first bottling was the best This one is even better than the first one. It's a great wine. It's also very good Before I knew it I drank more than half of it 😋😋😋. I'm taking this one back to Dora 😚. It was so delicious 💕!

Dora-chan went up there for a bit (lol) So you went to Nagano~‼️🚙💨 And I bought some at the brewery 🙌 Turtle Sea Autumn Sake 🍂✨ The Yuyake Koyake is 🌾 Yamada Nishiki, but but this Autumn Sake is 🌾 Hitogokochi It seems to be sold only at the brewery 😊 I'm looking forward to it Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨ Slightly subdued ginjo aroma When you drink it The sweetness is refreshing and full of umami. And the sourness spreads gradually Alcoholic sensation This alcohol feeling is pleasant. The taste is relaxing and calm It is very delicious 😋😘. My son and I both I love this kind of alcohol 🥰😍 It was so good that I found myself drinking more than half of it... no, no, no! This time we opened it here and drank the rest. Dora was holding it with her hand, so it was safe. 😮‍💨 Fresh aroma of sweet and sour When you take a sip Sweet and sour with a hint of bitterness A little bitterness is strong!
