Today was the entrance ceremony for my daughter's vocational school. I went to my son's place last night to go with him 🚙. The entrance ceremony was held next to Tokyo Dome! Unlike her high school uniform, she's wearing a suit. It's a very mature atmosphere at once ✨ My daughter wasn't very good at it. I finally didn't let her take my picture 🥲. I'm so disappointed 😔⤵︎ Dora gave me a gift to celebrate her entrance to school. Dora gave me a bottle of NABARI from "Jikin" ❣️ I've put it down for quite a while 😅. Waiting for my son to come home from work KANPAI✨🥂✨ Sweet and delicious aroma... When you sip it... Soft and mellow sweet and sour I thought it was quite sweet My son thought the sweetness was the aroma and the sourness was strong 🤔. I've had this before. I was not as impressed as when I drank NABARI for the first time... (I've aged it too long ⁉︎) My son prefers the special pure Hachitan-Nishiki to this one 😅. It's good though 😜. After this, we drank some more of the sake Dora gave us. After this, we drank some of the sake Dora-chan gave us. My son and I got very drunk 😚. Drunk, I only managed to get a toast I managed to upload 🤣.

Sannomaru Winter Light Nigori (Winter Light Nigori) ❄️ What is this? My dear sake friend Mr. M sent this to me saying it was from his junior. He sent me this sake ☺️🙏 It's 🌸 season now. I'll have to hurry up and drink it too 😙♪ It's a transparent bottle with a white label 🤍. The silver letters of "Sannomaru" are sparkling and beautiful✨ It's lightly nigori (light nigori) but I would have thought it was clear sake if you hadn't told me 😄. Now it's time to open the bottle ✨🥂✨ Fruity aroma White wine-like acidity from sweetness A little tingling and spiciness on the back palate with a touch of alcohol Nice aroma in the mouth 😘. It's "WINTER TIME" at Miyakanbai ❣️ Since it's the 🌸 season Hurry up and open the bottle✨🥂✨ A nice slightly fruity aroma... Sweet and sour and sizzling fresh🫧🫧🫧. Sweetness is strong (my favorite 🤭) Bitterness. It's so light and sweet. I think it's like the bitterness in the second half of Hirotogawa's nigori I would say that the bitterness in the second half of the nigori is gone. Very tasty 😋👍 Weeping cherry tree at my parents' house On this day (4/4), it was 2 to 3 minutes in bloom🌸🌸 Today (4/7), they were about eight minutes in bloom. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Kotobuki no sakimonthi drinking comparison: ❣️ The last one is "Wakanami" ✨🥂✨ With my daughter moving out. I opened a different bottle of sake in between. I opened a different bottle of sake in between. When I opened the bottle, it had more of a ginjo aroma When you drink it Sourness from the sweetness comes through to the nose Tingling in the back of the throat The bitterness comes later. I really like the sweet and sour taste when I first taste it in my mouth. ❣️ I thought it would be a bit classical. I thought it was a bit classical, but it's fruity and delicious 😘. Good balance 😘. As the temperature rises a bit, the bitterness becomes weaker. The bitterness becomes weaker... I prefer this one😊. Tonight, the second day Oh my gosh ❣️ It's so good cold 🫢. The flavors are more integrated and there is no sourness or 〰︎ of yesterday. I don't even feel the bitterness that much. It's very easy to drink and very tasty 😘♪ Very nice 😋👍 The best one is.... You already know, don't you? Yes, I know! They are all different and all good🤗 If I had to say, I'd say Wakanami 💕☺️

Kotobuki no sakimonthi drinking comparison: ❣️ Next up is "Sono Kangiku" ✨🥂✨. The cork is so energetic that it almost blows the cork out 😆. Fruity aroma When you take a sip It has a sweet, delicious, acidic and bitter taste. Very fresh! I think it's quite sweet... This taste is somewhere 🤔 I drank a bottle of Fei Lan before 💡. Similar to Happy New Born ❣️ It tastes bitter when it's cold. I like it when it's a little warmer. It's easy to drink. The sizzle was still there after a few days, but the gassiness was a little weaker. I like it when the gassiness is getting a little weaker. I prefer it 😘.

This is the first time I'm drinking a sake rice called Kotobukinmoku! Dora has a few bottles to compare: ❣️ First up is the Eiko-Fuji ✨🥂✨. Slightly fruity aroma... When you drink it Fruity, sweet, delicious and acidic Sweet and tasty, but also rather crisp and clean. Delicious! Light bitterness in the aftertaste It can be drunk on its own or as a food wine 😋. On the 2nd and 3rd day It is sweet and dark, and has a very strong taste! The taste is quite strong! It's delicious 😚♪

My daughter's move, Part 2: ‼️ The second, or should I say final... Go to the city hall and get a notice of moving out. I paid a visit to the local temple ⛩️ and 🙏... For the first time since I got my license 🔰 my daughter drove me to my son's place. I came to my son's place 🚙. With a big baggage, I couldn't see the back of the car from the room mirror. My son is working a semi-night shift today. From the sake I brought last time (2 bottles left) I'll have a "Saku" at ❣️ It's been a long time since I've been in the club 😊. Nice fruity aroma... When you drink it Mmmm sweet and delicious 😘. Gorgeous fruity acidity Yes, it's a handsome creation ♡♡♡ Very delicious 😍. The entrée was made by my son. Chicken Char Siew and onisla and tomato salad 🥗 with homemade Greek yogurt with homemade Greek yogurt with marinade dressing 😘. And the whey squeezed from the yogurt I like to drink it with lemon squash 🍋. I drink it alternately 😘. This time for my son Kaika Junmai Sake, Mita no Tsurugi, Jikin at ❣️
