When you drink it Mmmm, full of umami 😆. It tastes like rice...or grain! And the acidity is not too strong and refreshing 😋. Ahhh, after all, Amago-chan is delicious💕! I could drink it with a lot of things I could drink it even more delicious 🥰. One of the most interesting things was My son has recently become addicted to Partheno (Greek yogurt) with Coconut sablé dipped in Partheno (Greek yogurt)? It's like a cheesecake. The last of the sake offerings... local Tochigi sake My son's favorite "Sagata And my favorite "Yamatanosugata" 🍶. Sake brewed with 8 kinds of sake rice! The soft mouthfeel and concentrated The umami is concentrated from the soft mouthfeel... You can feel various flavors one after another. And yet, it is well balanced. It's quite rich! In celebration of her 70th birthday, Dora-chan Dora gave it to us with her own money. My son took all the leftover sake home with him 😄. Oh, and he drank all the Katsuma 😚. I haven't had a drink since that day... It's been two weeks since my mother passed away... (it's so early) I'm still full of tears... I think I will drink tonight... 😌.

Junmai Ginjo from Katsuma It's so delicious and my son who drank Kachikoma for the first time My son, who drank Kachikoma for the first time, also raved about it. The aroma is faint but nice! But the impact of Junmai is too strong 😅 Maybe it's because it's chilled. It doesn't have sweetness, but it's crisp and clean. A little bitterness? Pungent? No, no, no, Jungin at room temperature is just too good... It's just too good... The next day, I drank it at room temperature... Hmmm... I've been away from Sake no Wa for a while. My heart couldn't catch up with the sudden separation from my mother... I was going to bring a souvenir from Hokkaido I was going to visit my mother (at a senior citizen's home) However, I was told that the flu was spreading in the facility and I couldn't visit her 😱. Then, on 11/26, my mother suddenly passed away 😭. I got a call from the facility and my brother and I rushed to the hospital, but we couldn't make it 😭. She was able to talk until about 2 hours ago 😭. The staff at the facility who was accompanying us. He cried more than I did😭 My mother passed away so suddenly and so quickly... I still cry when I think about her 😭 But she was 92 years old. I think she lived her life to the full 😌. The wake was on 11/30 and the funeral on 12/1. Until then, Dora served me a lot of good sake as a toast Dora served us a lot of good drinks for the toast 🍶. (And the kids were back home too...) Masuba, Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo 🍶. It's served at room temperature, please! It has a very nice aroma! I really like the aroma of Kachikoma ♡. When you drink it Sweet, delicious, fruity and refreshing! It's so delicious ♡♡♡♡! I have had Jungin several times in the past, but but this one is the most delicious ♡♡♡!
