The last of the sake offerings... local Tochigi sake My son's favorite "Sagata And my favorite "Yamatanosugata" 🍶. Sake brewed with 8 kinds of sake rice! The soft mouthfeel and concentrated The umami is concentrated from the soft mouthfeel... You can feel various flavors one after another. And yet, it is well balanced. It's quite rich! In celebration of her 70th birthday, Dora-chan Dora gave it to us with her own money. My son took all the leftover sake home with him 😄. Oh, and he drank all the Katsuma 😚. I haven't had a drink since that day... It's been two weeks since my mother passed away... (it's so early) I'm still full of tears... I think I will drink tonight... 😌.

Junmai Ginjo from Katsuma It's so delicious and my son who drank Kachikoma for the first time My son, who drank Kachikoma for the first time, also raved about it. The aroma is faint but nice! But the impact of Junmai is too strong 😅 Maybe it's because it's chilled. It doesn't have sweetness, but it's crisp and clean. A little bitterness? Pungent? No, no, no, Jungin at room temperature is just too good... It's just too good... The next day, I drank it at room temperature... Hmmm... This time, Junmai Ginjo is the winner. ‼️ My son is really into Katsuma 😆. Sashimi and grilled fish 🐟. He said it's seriously the best 😍👍😆.

I've been away from Sake no Wa for a while. My heart couldn't catch up with the sudden separation from my mother... I was going to bring a souvenir from Hokkaido I was going to visit my mother (at a senior citizen's home) However, I was told that the flu was spreading in the facility and I couldn't visit her 😱. Then, on 11/26, my mother suddenly passed away 😭. I got a call from the facility and my brother and I rushed to the hospital, but we couldn't make it 😭. She was able to talk until about 2 hours ago 😭. The staff at the facility who was accompanying us. He cried more than I did😭 My mother passed away so suddenly and so quickly... I still cry when I think about her 😭 But she was 92 years old. I think she lived her life to the full 😌. The wake was on 11/30 and the funeral on 12/1. Until then, Dora served me a lot of good sake as a toast Dora served us a lot of good drinks for the toast 🍶. (And the kids were back home too...) Masuba, Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo 🍶. It's served at room temperature, please! It has a very nice aroma! I really like the aroma of Kachikoma ♡. When you drink it Sweet, delicious, fruity and refreshing! It's so delicious ♡♡♡♡! I have had Jungin several times in the past, but but this one is the most delicious ♡♡♡!

My daughter and I are on a guessing game trip (6) At Aomori Restaurant Aomori's local sake drinking set ❣️ The last one is Toyobai 🥂. A little mellower than Tasake. Light and easy to drink with a gentle acidity 😋. Very mild! Goes well with sashimi. I drank it without eating rice I had soba over rice at the end 😋. There was a type of soba called "Tsugaru soba". I was torn between the two, I was not sure what to call it, but it is made by mixing soybeans with Kurejiru (soup stock) The dough is made by mixing soybeans with Kurejiru soup. so soft that you can't even grab it with chopsticks. No complaints, please. and a comment on ❗️ I'm curious about 〰︎ but... I had the regular kakesoba 🤣. Sake, sashimi, and soba noodles were all delicious! It was delicious 😍😋. The night at Aomori station, there was light rain, strong wind and a little bit of snow. And a little bit of snow was mixed in. ❄️ It's colder than when I was in Hokkaido 〰︎🥶 20:00 Departure from Aomori station🚌. (I'm already sleeping on the way back 😴) Arrived at Ueno station at 6:45 the next morning🚌. From there I took the 🚃 train to Ibaraki. I stayed overnight at my children's place and came back 🚙. I went to see SnowMan with my daughter. A trip with my daughter 🚙(๑๑🚙◡๑🚙) It was a hard but very enjoyable trip. Another wonderful memory has been added 🤗✨ Thank you, my daughter 🥰.

We arrived at Hakodate station smoothly and were standing in line at the 🚌 boarding gate for the ferry terminal when a taxi driver came along. The cab driver came to me and said The ferry ⛴️ has been cancelled today! he said. Yeah 〰︎〰︎‼️😱No way 〰︎💦. After getting confirmation, we had no choice but to take the Shinkansen 🚄 to Aomori Aomori by bullet train🚄😓. Shinkansen 🚄 is fast 💨 Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto to Shin-Aomori in about 1 hour 😌. It would be so much easier if we could just continue on to Tokyo... I was thinking how easy it would be if we could just continue on to Tokyo... but we have a bus 🚌 waiting for us 😝. 14:30 Arrive at Aomori station Plenty of time to spare until bus time (at night). Walking around in the station building and relax with a cup of tea at Saise. Then, early in the evening, we went to "Aomori Shokudo" for dinner 🍚. I must drink 🍶 after all 😚! Aomori's local sake drinking set: ❣️ First up was Hatsusen 🥂. Sweet and tasty, then sour and refreshing. The last one is a little spicy and tangy. Easy to drink and delicious 😋.

I found a restaurant in the station building (JR Tower). I found a restaurant called "Overnight Dried Fish and Seafood Donburi Freshly Baked" 😊. I found a restaurant called 😊. The only sake they had was "Kitanokatsu I wanted to try it, so I welcomed it 💕. Cheers 🥂. （My daughter's is ginger ale 😁) Mild on the palate The sweetness is just a hint of sweetness and full of flavor. The sourness spreads afterwards and it is refreshing and clean! Delicious on its own as well ♡. Tuna, salmon roe, and dried hokke (hokke) 👍. Also goes well with the pickled vegetables served with it 👍❣️ The sweetness comes out quickly 💕 I'm convinced that Kitanokatsu's regular sake is the most loved local sake 🥰. No wonder the regular sake from Kita no Katsu is the most loved by the locals 💕. On the way back to the hotel at night I wanted to eat Hokkaido ice cream. I went to Seicomart and bought some soft ice cream 🍦. It was ♡♡♡♡ delicious 💕💕.

My daughter and I are on a guessing game trip (2) Yesterday (19th) we came back home for the first time in a week 😄Dora, it's been a long time 😄. I will update my travel diary little by little 😊. I went to see SnowMan on the 15th. The concert starts at 5pm. We left the hotel early in the morning to go to the merchandise sale. We had to walk a long way to get to the restaurant 🐾💦. Doors open at 3pm It's a big pain to even get inside 💦. But once the show starts 😆〰︎😆💕😆💕 ✨❤️❤️😍💘😍💘❤️❤️✨ （↑I'm so moved I can't even put it into words🤣) The way back home was also tough 🐾🚃🐾. Arrived at the hotel after 11pm💦. Soaking up the afterglow of the concert I was soaked in the afterglow of the concert 🥂🥂 with my daughter in the hotel room. Walking from the station to the hotel I stocked up at the convenience store 😉👍 It's a handsome sandesi from Kokushi Musou. We left Ueno station at 20:30! It's just past 23:00 now. It's pitch black inside the bus: ‼️ I took the last seat in the back. Izakaya Yakoba is now open 🏮🍶😝🍶😝 quietly. My friend for such a trip is Dora-chan made me carry it with me. It's "NAMI KAN" from Wakanami ✨. It smells so good! The sweetness is just a hint of sweetness and a powerful flavor! And the acidity is just right. It has a mild and refreshing taste. The drink goes on and on 💕😋💕. Delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! I prepared some snacks as well. but it's dark so I'm just sipping by myself. What the heck, Hakodate➡️ Tomakomai, that's a 3 hour train ride! I used to stay at a hotel in Tomakomai every year for the 🐴 tour 😊 between Hakodate➡️ Tomakomai sometimes delays due to contact with deer 😅. By the way, it's not electrified so it's a train 😁😁.

Gonda Sake Brewery, which we met at last year's Sake Fair 😊. It takes over an hour from here, I've been wanting to go there for a long time. Dora said, "Let's go there! And 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 Naomi bought a small bottle (special pure) at the roadside station last week and drank it. Naozane bought a small bottle (Tokujun) at the roadside station last week and drank it, but we headed to the brewery with high hopes of tasting something... 😙♪ When we arrived, we were greeted by the son of the master brewer (his eldest son). He was kind and courteous 😊. (I think it was the second son we met at the sake fair) We tasted all the current "Naozane" (8 kinds) and We also asked for a honey ume sake. We were allowed to drink it 😋. I think I drank about as much as a bottle of Sandesi I drank about a bottle of Sandesi 🤣. They also went out of their way to fetch water for the brewing process (a green bottle) and we drank a lot of it 😆. And then the mother served us homemade snacks.... I was very impressed with the taste 🥹. I bought the first ginjo and the honey plum wine 🍯😊. I will definitely come back 👋😄👋 After Gonda, we stopped by Hashimoto Shoten, Then we headed home 🚙. The end
