In Sano city, there was a baseball match between Mr. Sato vs. I heard there was a baseball showdown in Sano city 😊⚾️ This means I have to drink a sake associated with Sato: ☝️ So Sato Kiki" ✨ that several people in Sake no Wa are pushing for. This is the third version of Imi's ❣️ Junmai Ginjo ✨. I haven't had the previous one yet. I was able to get a bottle at Koyama Shoten this time. I opened it first ✨🥂✨. Sweet and fruity aroma When you drink it Sweet and tasty and a little tangy! The second half of the bottle is filled with sourness and bitterness. Jungin is still sweet ♡♡♡♡ and goes well with sweet food And it goes well with sweet food 😘. It went well with sweet simmered dishes 😋. And this time I matched it with gâteau chocolat that my daughter made. It's very nice. ❣️ I enjoyed drinking it 😆💕. Now the third picture! Today (8th), Dora went to Nagano 🚙. The first purpose was Shinshu Kamerei's Mari label ❣️ The brewery was selling a limited edition of 700 bottles starting the day before on Friday, but to our surprise, 550 bottles were sold on Friday, a weekday this year, and only 150 bottles are left ‼️ By the time Dora-chan arrived, there was already a long line and the draft was sold out 😭. This is from a sake friend who sent me a bottle of Koganezawa. This was sent to me along with a bottle of Tenmei no Zero that I drank in December 🥰. Fruity aroma Mild on the palate Soft sweetness and full of umami Fresh and gorgeous acidity Well balanced and easy to drink ♡ Delicious! While retaining its gorgeous aroma It goes down smoothly and cleanly while leaving a gorgeous aroma. It is sweet but does not leave a lingering aftertaste I can drink it all the time 😋😋. Delicious 💕💕! My son and I had it for 3 days 🥂. Still as soft and easy to drink 😋. Again, we both finished 4 cups 😙👍. Thank you ♡ for the treat ♡ and thank you to my sake friends 🙏. Dora-chan gave us 7 bottles of sake this time. These two and 7 other bottles of sake ❣️ New ones, old ones and many more 🤭. I ended up with a NEW YEAR bottle of Tasake ✨. I really like the taste from the first half to the middle 💕Oicy♡♡. But the bitterness in the second half is a bit of a turn-off 💦. If I have a chance, I'd like to try "Joyo" next time 😋.
