The rice used in "Shouting to the Soil" released in 2023 Rikuu 132 rice produced by Mr. Shoichi Ishii of Shinjo City, Yamagata Prefecture, which was used in the 2023 release of "Shouting to the Earth. The rice is produced by Mr. Shoichi Ishii of Shinjo City, Yamagata Prefecture, who is the producer of Rikuu No. 132. Kame-no-o" rice produced by Mr. Shoichi Ishii in Shinjo City, Yamagata Prefecture, the producer of "Rikuu 132" rice. Haruka in Misato Town, Akita Prefecture, which forms part of the NEXT5 brewery. This is a luxurious collaboration. Aroma of refreshing acidity Gentle sweetness and umami with a refreshing acidity. It's delicious! As the temperature rises I think it is better to drink it when it is well chilled. I think it is better to drink it well chilled 😘. The next one we opened was Red Takeshi NEW BORN Sake Future ✨🥂✨. The aroma is subtle Mild on the palate Soft sweet and tasty acidity spreads The aroma is soft and fades away quickly. It is delicious! When I drank it before I was so impressed by the taste of the unpasteurized sake The hi-ire sake was not so good on the first day of opening the bottle. I think it was better on the third day. I think it was good from the third day. I wonder if it's because it's been aged I could drink it well from the first day 😉👍.

July 10, Natto Day😄 So, I saved it for this day. (No kidding 🤣) I decided to drink Kawaguchi natto 😁. It's hiya oroshi, after all 🤭. I bought it last October! Dora, I bought natto together ❣️ The photo was taken at the time 📸. I ate the natto right away 😋. Sake is ☝️ on natto day 🤣 Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨ It smells like alsobe ✨🥂🥂✨. Mild on the palate Slightly sweet Full of flavor and acidity. A little strong alu flavor. The aftertaste is typical Miyamanishiki bitterness. It is clean and crisp. It's also delicious warmed up ♡. I'll try the rest of the sake heated up 😋♪

National Sake Fair 2024🍶② Next stop was the Akita Prefecture booth... I was already excited and thrilled from the day before ♫ And a little bit nervous I was so nervous 💓 Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Dokidoki I had a glass of "Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Dokidoki" 😋. It's a summer sake with malic acid. And then Nanoha-san won a raffle for a key ring. Nanoha won a raffle for a key chain. It was Onogawa. "Onagawa Tenka Junmai Ginjo Summer Sake (Goldfish label) It is a refreshing sake with citric acidity. Now, let's make time for the train. We met up with Nanoha-san at Oyama station And then we went straight to Ikebukuro 🚃. And a surprise ‼️ Mr. Higu was in Tokyo on a business trip the day before. He didn't go back to Tochigi but stayed in Tokyo 🫢. He was waiting for me at Ikebukuro station 😆. I can feel his love for Nanoha-san 😆❤️ Hmm? This is Tochigi love♡⁉︎🤔🤣 Now all I have to do is get to Higu 😁👍 No worries, no worries😊. We had a quick bite to eat before the event started. He came with me to the entrance of the venue♡♡. National Sake Fair 2024🍶① I attended the Sake Fair again this year: ❣️ I attended last year and the year before with my son. This year, I was too busy with work to go 🥲. I was about to give up when Nanoha, a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Nanoha-san, a member of the Tochigi citizens' group, said she wanted to go♡🤭. Toast Festa 🥂⑤ Toast with Tochigi Local Sake The 7th sake is from Yuto ✨🥂✨. I believe it's from a brewery owned by a friend of Mr. Bousuke's ❣️ I've always wanted to drink it 😌. I was definitely going to drink it, so there was no problem, but there was a little happening: ‼️ I ordered Wakakoma before Yuto! I asked for Wakakoma. "Yes, the Wakakoma. He poured it into my cup and asked me to take a picture of it. "May I take your picture?" "Yes, please." And when I go to take the picture... "What? This is Yuto, right? It's a local sake from Tochigi city. It's my first time to drink it 😅. Almost no aroma Sourness from umami Then it finishes with bitterness from the acidity. Light and dry sake It will be delicious when heated. The 6th glass ←Taste test 😉! Bald Father's Secret Sake by Mifuku Sake Brewery. I got a little bit of this from Jay! Impactful name and label 🤣. The brewer said The face on the label is the previous generation ❗️ and 🤭. I thought it was similar to the Souhyo I drank before 🤔.

The third drink is Kanuma Musume✨🥂✨ by Kobayashi Brewery Sold by Kobayashi Sake Shop Manufactured by Seikichi Inoue Shoten of Sawahime Seikichi Inoue Shoten, right? Sour and refreshing aroma. Slightly sweet and acidic in the mouth Dry and refreshing! As the temperature rises, the sweet and umami taste increases! And the fourth glass ←I didn't drink that much! Nanoha-san gave us a little bit of this! Tochikane Junmai Ginjo from Hakuso Shuzo! Junmai Ginjo made with "Strawberry Flower Yeast" which was isolated and developed from strawberry flowers. Junmai Ginjo-shu using "Strawberry Flower Yeast" which was isolated and developed from strawberry flowers. This one! I can't help but notice that the aroma smells like grass. I just can't help but feel it smells like grass. I didn't feel much sweetness. It had a strong sour taste. Sourness? I think it's the acidity 🤔🤣.
