With customers in Shinbashi (5) Next is my request, a guy who has never had a drink before Seiryu Yataro Ehime Saijo Sake I told the master about three kinds of sake that I had never had on the all-you-can-drink menu, and when I asked him which one he liked, he recommended this one! Soft, gentle and sweet! Delicious 😋! I didn't know Ehime had such a sake! It was well received by the other members! Why did you recommend this to the master? I asked the master why he recommended this and he gave me a good answer, but I forgot what it was about 🤣. The tiered Japanese paper on the label is supposed to represent Mt. Ishizuchiyama behind Saijo. ⛰️ That's all for today,

With customers in Shinbashi (4) Next, another person said he liked this one, so we had Gikyo! This one was also served warmed. More acidity than the previous Shinkame. The aroma is very strong. This is the first time I've had Gikyo warmed up. This one's possible, too. It's quite dangerous 🚧. This pace is not good! As an added bonus, yesterday's cherry blossoms along the river in my neighborhood 🌸 were pretty much falling off.

With customers in Shinbashi (3) Next, one of them likes this! Next, one of them said, "I love this! Shinkame with warmed sake The master (owner) recommended 65 degrees 😅. He said this sake tastes best at this level. Sake gets fuller in aroma and taste as you warm it up, but it goes without keeping its balance. It gets good when it gets to a certain point. That temperature depends on the sake. When you drink it, it is voluptuous It is also delicious when heated 😋It is said that when it cools down, it does not lose its balance It has flavor and aroma

With customers in Shinbashi (2) All-you-can-drink course today! I wanted to try a drink that I've never had before. Machida Sake Brewery I feel the sweetness. After the Mai-bijin I had earlier, it's even sweeter! A little fresh💦. It's soft and this, this is delicious 😋. Watch out, I'm going for it😆. The master (owner) here knows a lot about this place, he even has a YouTube channel!

With customers in Shinbashi (1) Today, we had a drinking party with (former) customers. We went to a restaurant in Shinbashi that has a pretty good selection of Japanese sake, Dangerous premonition First, we found a unique sake 😁Mai Bijin, which I was curious about from the information of Sake no Wa! First time to drink it! The master (owner) told me it's pretty sour 😅 When I drank it, it was like it wasn't sake at all! What is acidity 8? 😱. It has a strong acidity, like wine 🥂. Other people wanted to try it too, so they drank a little at a time and cheered "What the hell is this! ? 🤣. But this one is delicious 😋. The extra photo is of the aperitif sake, sake matcha.

A while ago, on my way back from visiting a customer in the Odakyu line area, I decided to drop by a liquor store in this area for the first time. What caught my eye that day was Wagamichi. I was curious about it, but I had never had it before. Wagasuji, in Dogen's words, means to become one with oneself and one's time. And it seems to be aiming for the neo-classic.......pretty philosophical drink? I'm not sure... When you drink it, it's refreshing! Not too sweet, I guess. More like a dry type? It says that the sweetness of the rice is enhanced if the temperature is slowly warmed up to around 50 degrees, so I warmed it up a little and found it to be mellow with a nice aroma 🥰. So, after a business trip, I drank it, It's softer, sweeter and tastier! The clearness is still there.

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (4) Shinkansen continuation Izakaya Shinkansen Modo 😆 on the Shinkansen returning from Shin-Yamaguchi Today's menu (lol) Yakitori bento (I accidentally ate yakitori yesterday too) Nankotsu tempura (Ube fish paste, a specialty of this area?) Honey Mustard Salad with Eggs and Carrots (I was surprised to see this new product at Seven) Taka Daiginjo Cake (I heard it has a lot of Taka in it 🍶) Nankotsu-ten, surprisingly tasty with a crunchy texture 😘. Not good! I think I'm going to finish my beer and Sandesi before I get to Okayama😱. Here comes the Otter Otter, polished to 30% and 90%, just in case! It's one gou and I need to slow down! I feel like it's been a while since I've had an Ottersai. I knew this one was sweeter. Beautiful, of course, and gently sweet! I wonder if this one is better cold sake? The Ki (cake) really does say sake (Ki Daiginjo) in the ingredients on the back 🤣. How about the combination of the last dessert (Ki Daiginjo cake) and Otters? The cake is moist and tastier than it looks, I feel like I like 🥰 sake, but I'm drinking so much 🤣. Another enjoyable business trip, albeit for work (and I did my job well, I think 😁). So, I closed up store in front of Kyoto! Thanks for the food 🙇.

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (3) Shinkansen On the way back from Shin-Yamaguchi, I visited Izakaya Shinkansen after a long time 😆. Drinking Sandesi that I got yesterday at Kinko's Sake Brewery, I asked if they had 300ml of this at the brewery yesterday. I asked if they had a 300ml bottle of the Junmai Ginjo that I bought in a 4-quart bottle, so I asked if they had a different one. The one they brought out was still freshly made! The label was still fresh! I was so excited 😁. I told him it was fine if it didn't have a label on it (it's rare), but he said no, he called someone and went to the trouble of putting it on (thanks 🙇 ). mountain travel, water travel, and water travel A little sweet and sour. I remember that the last time I drank it, it was a little more dry and refreshing, maybe because it was cold sake. But this one is not so called sweet, but I can feel the sweetness of the rice. It's a nice taste! This time, I brought a glass (ochoko size) as a strong helper 🤣🤣. The possibility of having someone next to you increases as you go from Hiroshima to Okayama to Kobe. I'm a bit nervous😅😅

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (2) Yakitori restaurant I ate alone in Shin-Yamaguchi. I went to a Yakitori restaurant which I tried once before and couldn't get in because it was full. I was able to get in because of the early hour🎊. First, I had a beer, Ohmine 3Grain Sweet and refreshing! Delicious 😋. A little fruity Maybe a little sweet, but not too sweet, Ohmine is delicious. Yakitori was good, but the chicken yukke was delicious 😘 grilled rice balls were great too! I thought about going for another drink, but I've had a tasting at the brewery and I have work tomorrow, so that's it for this day.

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (1) Kanemitsu Brewery The day before, I had no special plans, so I arrived in Yamaguchi a little early and went to the Kinko's Sake Brewery (one stop from Shinzanguchi), which I thought would be a good place to visit. I was allowed to sample some 🍶 and was told to "take your pick from this list" 😆! I was so excited 😆. Nigori First impression, dark! This cloudy dark! Of course it is sweet! Junmai Ginjo Beautiful, delicious, soft acidity and sweetness! ZORRO This is another beautiful sake, but a little different from Junmai Ginjo. It has more acidity and fruity taste than Junmai Ginjo. Daiginjo Even clearer and more beautiful. I had called in advance (but an hour before) and felt bad that the person at the brewery had to deal with me. But they treated me well! 🙇. The nigori and junmai ginjo are new sake, and the other sake are this year's. The bottles are ready, but will be bottled after tomorrow. It's ready, but they say it will be bottled after tomorrow. I bought a freshly made Junmai Ginjo because I wanted to try it. There were also some other rare sake (aged sake) that I couldn't decide which to buy.., I also bought a 300ml bottle for the Shinkansen at Izakaya. I also bought a 300ml bottle for the Shinkansen (bullet train).

Yesterday, my wife finally came home from the kids' place last week, so we had lunch together and then went to a neighborhood park to see cherry blossoms. In the evening, we had a gathering (drinking party) to plan a class reunion with my classmates from my college seminar. Five of us got together in Shibuya for 3 hours of all-you-can-drink at an Australian restaurant. After drinking beer🍺 and wine🍷, we decided to go to one more pub (we wandered into an unknown restaurant) The first drink I had was a silver disc, my first time drinking it. Clear, clear. It was refreshingly sweet and easy to drink, more like a dry wine. After that, everyone started drinking sake, so we ordered 2 bottles each of Teisho, Hakuryu, Shichiken, etc. 😝. We had too much fun drinking yesterday as usual 😂.

A while ago, I got off the train on my way home from work and went to stop at a liquor store, but it was closed 😭. Since I got off the train on the way, I was wondering if there was a liquor store nearby. I googled and found one! A place I've never been to before. As I was wandering around, I saw Shinshu Kamerei in the refrigerated case! 😳 I've been wanting to drink it, but never came across it, but never thought I'd find it here! 🤩 So much, they usually have it on the shelf? And there is only one bottle! I was terrified that someone would reach out from the side and take it, so I quickly took it and went to the cashier. I asked the cashier, "Do you always have Shinshu Kamerei here? He said, "We come in every once in a while, but they sell out quickly, so we have customers. I felt lucky 🥳I wanted to drink it right away, but since it was so special, I thought I would wait a little longer and get it for my birthday! I thought I would wait a little longer and drink it on my birthday, but then I got a birthday gift of sake or something, so I decided to give priority to that on my birthday (and Shinshu Kamerei doesn't run away). And then I finally decided to drink it🥰. Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu A little schwashy in the mouth! It feels fresh! Gentle sweetness is gradually felt, not too sweet! This is delicious 😋! I can see why it is so popular! May you be lucky enough to come across it again💘

She went to Kurayoshi in Tottori Prefecture and bought it at a sake brewery. Genshu, first time to drink it. Tastes like rice Gentle rice sweetness 🍚. I wasn't supposed to drink (sake) today. It's a little early, but my eldest son and his wife are throwing me a birthday party! The place was a hot pot restaurant 🔥 (Kawasaki branch) This restaurant is a global chain? Looks like a global chain. It's a big restaurant, but almost all the staff and customers are Chinese! And for some reason, there was sake 😳 in such a restaurant! I was going to not drink it because it didn't seem to go well with my meal, but I started to feel good and had one last drink! Kubota Senju Because I ate too much spicy food? I can't really taste it 🤣. But sweet and sour, not too strong? Dry? I think it's refreshing. It's Kubota, so I think it's light and refreshing 😆 I'm sure of it! I know it's a crappy comment, but 😝... And they refused to take a picture of the bottle! (I'm sure it's Kubota, so I'm pretty sure it's Awaii!) I had a great time and received gifts from my wife and younger children who were not there 😚. So I forced myself to upload them! Sorry if you have read this far!

A while ago, I visited a liquor store in Nagoya? Visited a liquor store in They had a pretty good selection! There were a lot of things I wanted to buy, but since I was there, I went to the Aichi sake corner! I was curious about this one, but had never had it before, so I took it home with me. There were about 3 kinds of sake, but I wasn't sure what they were, so I went with the one called Harukageiro (a little muddy), which was the only one left. I thought "fewer, more popular, more popular, tastier" 🤣. I started with a little top clear because there is a little lees sinking in. I can taste the sweetness, but the acidity has more impact. A little bit of a schwash! Now, when you mix it, it becomes a little mellower? Gentle sweetness and acidity are pleasant 😋 Delicious! Not that it matters, but I went to the Meguro River yesterday and found that the cherry blossoms were almost in full bloom🌸.

Gifu All-you-can-drink (6) There are still some I haven't had yet! Next, the floats! Abelia flower yeast! I don't know what abelia is to begin with, but I saw it online and it's white and dainty 😘. Soft sweet, fruity 😋. Sweet strawberries? Not quite? Acidity, not so much. Gentle This brewery seems to make sake with various kinds of flower yeast 🥳. Nihon Izumi Namazumi Nigori Nama Sake There seems to be a sake brewery in front of Gifu station, so I thought I'd go there once, but I haven't done so yet😣. The name is pretty traditional, but? It's a little different when you drink it 😆. This is nigori, not too cloudy (the glass), they poured the top clear part? 😅 But the schwash comes quite a bit. It's kind of thick.
