Izakaya Shinkansen 2 Sake (cold sake) on a hot day is dangerous 🤣! I thought I should be careful not to drink too much, so I decided to drink 350 beer instead of 500, which wasn't a good idea! I was in a hurry to buy some and got on the train, so I didn't have enough snacks..., Toyo Bijin Goddess of Summer Poem This is a stable version of the Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu series, which is available for each of the four seasons (lol), when I was wondering what to drink on the way home. (But only one of the three Seven stores near the station sells it, I know.) Fresh when you drink it! This one is different from the Gobashi I just had! A little schwishy, a little sour afterwards. It's an oriental beauty, so of course it's sweet, fruity! This one is also delicious 😋. We haven't reached Kobe yet, but let's go for dessert! Pudding for some reason, and one I don't know much about! But it's pretty good, smooth! No caramel or anything in it, but I can go there 🥳 I had a good intuition, didn't I? At Shin-Osaka, lots of people got on, but still no one next to me 💪I was lucky to have a window seat for three 👍. This time, I got on just in time, and the sake was on draft, so it was nice and cold! Izakaya Shinkansen, successfully completed 🚄🚄. Almost to Nagoya 🚄!

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😊. I haven't arrived in Atami yet🤣I have a bit more to go until Shin-Yokohama. But today was comfortable, like a TV with no neighbors 🥰Maybe I'll buy another Mate Pudding 🥳.

Izakaya Shinkansen ①. After a business trip to Osaka, we moved to Yamaguchi. Drinking with customers in Osaka was mainly Italian meat dishes, no sake! We arrived at Shin-Yamaguchi late, so we decided to have a dinner party with our customer last night, but we will do it next time. Today, Saturday, I had to work, and when I was done, I rushed to Izakaya Shinkansen 😆. Today, just in time! No time for preparation (shopping), everything was procured at Seven 😖. Here's what we had. Haruarekaze (beer) Gobashi Toyo Bijin Cold fried white meat with Setouchi lemon sauce Salad roll Mateo's Smooth Pudding Crispy squid and nori tempura Gobashi Honjozo Nama Sake Full of flavor, It is chilled, but you can feel its richness and taste it! A little sweetness too! Sometimes I think that I like sake with alcohol too 😋. Gobashi has many kinds of sake, but this is one of my favorite so far.

Good evening, Takashi! Last night's drinking party was postponed, but the izakaya bullet train is still on schedule 🚅. Gobashi and a small bottle of Toyo Bijin - I want to get it 🤤. I'm sure there are many delicious alcoholic drinks 😋.

Takashi
Good evening, ma-ki-San 😊. This time, I arrived at the Shinkansen platform 3 minutes before departure! I couldn't take my time to buy it, but I managed to open the store (lol). The Gobashi Honjozo Nama Sake was better than I expected 🥳.

Osaka Minamimorimachi Sub-Branch (3) I thought I would have two drinks on this day (yesterday), but the Spanish mackerel I had ordered didn't come out, so I had one more drink at the end of the day! Let's have a Kansai sake for the last one, too! Banshu Issen's Summer Spicy 🏖️ I've had super spicy sake, but I think this is the first time I've had summer spicy sake! It's crisp and dry, +10 degrees 🤣. It's crisp, refreshing, and summery! I finished the day like this! Today, I had a drinking party with my customers... Tomorrow, I'll move from Osaka to the next place for drinking? The day after tomorrow, we will go to Izakaya Shinkansen? The day after tomorrow, I'll be with my classmates, I may not drink sake, but I'm going to drink in a row (I really should have stopped drinking yesterday 😅).

Good morning, Takashi! Thanks for your business trip to Osaka🍀. And I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that there will be more drinking parties after this one 😁. I'd like to try drinking a variety of Kansai sake again since I don't have many opportunities to drink it 🤗.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊. I too have hardly had any drinks in Kansai, especially in Osaka😅. It's a good opportunity for me to drink in Osaka 😘. I'll try my best not to drink too much from today onwards 🥳.

Pon, I understand you very well 🎉 with all this information 🤯. From the name, am I allowed to go there? I thought so, but it was interesting to see some tongue-in-cheek guys 🤣. I go to this area from time to time and this is the third restaurant I've pioneered for drinking alone 😘.

Good evening, Pon-chan😊. I don't know if this is unnecessary information, but this restaurant probably has about 40 kinds of sake, and the standard is about 1-6 or 8, and the rest changes. The rest changes. The all-you-can-eat onigiri at lunchtime is famous on TV, according to my tongue-tied uncle. Please try it once.

Osaka Minami-Morimachi Sub-Branch (2) At a counter-only restaurant, choosing from the menu on the blackboard. Next up is another sake from the Kansai region, but narrowed down more to sake from Osaka! Kuninochou Frog Label This is a real first for me! First time at this brewery! The frog label is kawaii😘. But what are you implying? Banzai! Flip over? It's a mystery, The frog label is for a tank of unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake. When you drink it, it's soft? Refreshing! A little different? Sourness But, it is unfiltered raw sake, but is it more dry? I don't feel much sweetness. It's refreshing. It goes well with stewed chicken liver.

Osaka Minami-Morimachi Sub-Branch (1) Two days of work in Osaka, overnight stay before work, so a light drink. A little fancy? Stand-up drinking place It's too hot for me, so I'll start with a draft beer 🍺. And sake? After all, it's the best sake in the Kansai region. Shinomine Rokumaru I thought I drank it, but I think it's my first time 🤔 I feel sourness and sweetness when I drink it. It's a fresh summer sake but a bit unique? How can I say? But delicious 😋. Tsubugai with wasabi, frozen crispy? It's pretty tasty!

Drinks with customers (2) The last drink of the day was NAGAMEBOSHI by Kirinzan. It is clear and has a sourness that is more pronounced than the so-called "light and dry" style. Overall, a clear and clean sake. I think the acidity was more pronounced with Enrai, but this one is more balanced. Why are we drinking with such a group of people? I'm thankful for this kind of relationship 🥰. But again, I drank too much 😂. I went out to drink with my clients too much even though it has nothing to do with my work 🤣. I'm going to go out with the 4 of us again next time. I'm having fun so it's not a problem at all 😘.

Drinking party with customers (1) Four of us, who know each other one by one but are a combination for the first time, went to a restaurant for the first time. Everyone (except myself 😂) is a big shot at their respective companies? I had this appointment earlier and then a job in Gifu came up, so I worked in Gifu until late afternoon and rushed over 🚄. This place seems to be mainly from Niigata and Sado Island. Everyone drinks a lot of sake, and the seating is in a private room-like area in the back, so I gave up asking the waiter to bring me a bottle every time! Plus, it was hard to take notes 😥. After the beer, we drank the following Hokusetsu Midorikawa Kirinzan Enrai Seisen This is the end of the all-you-can-drink course. After that, there was no end to the conversation and we went on to order more 🤣. Shigibari Tsuru Kin Label Daiginjo This is fruity and delicious! For the additional drinks that were not all-you-can-drink, the waiter brought us a bottle even if we didn't ask for it 🥳.

Gifu (2) Since we're here, let's have another drink 🥳. I was so confused... Shinsei No6 (R and S), Flax Cat, Jigin, OCEAN by Kangiku, etc... There are so many different kinds 🤯. But I thought I'd try something I've never had before at a place like this! St. EVOKE Yamada Nishiki EVOKE means "evoke", and many other things (sort of)! This one is fresher than the Tsushimaya. Not so much of a "shwash", but you can feel the acidity. But it's not what you call fresh sourness? I don't know how to describe it🤔. It's like a soft sour taste on the tongue. It's also delicious 😋.

Gifu (1) First business trip to Gifu in a long time (3-4 months?) I went to a sake bar near my hotel, which I visited several times, and had a light drink 🍶. I knew I had to go all the way to Gifu, so I had to try Gifu's sake, Tsushimaya Aqua Drop I haven't had Tsushimaya in a while, but anyway, this Aqua Drop is new to me! Tsushimaya's specialty? Miyamanishiki summer sake! Beautiful sweetness in the mouth. Slightly acidic? Overall, a gentle 🥰. I can feel my inner Tsushimaya in this one, but it also feels a little refreshing. Easy to drink, dangerous, delicious 😋.

Rice and Agave x Tsuchida Sake Brewery Rice and agave are not legally allowed to make sake. So, they asked Tsuchida to make sake. So they ask Tsuchida to make it for them. But why Tsuchida? 🤔I have no image at all,,, 😵‍💫 Apparently, they met when both of them went to Niimasa for training 😳 They've known each other for quite a long time. But I can't imagine what it tastes like at all, what does it taste like? Is it like craft sake? Or is it like a weird sake? Which is it? I thought they don't distribute #5 yeast anymore? Is it regular Sasanishiki, 90%, almost unpolished, like Tsuchida? And, Hmmm, I was curious about a lot of things and bought it 🤣. I think I'll go with this one now that I've got 600 check-ins 😝. It's mellow, sweet and tasty! In addition to the sweetness, there is a little sourness, sweet and sour? But not too sweet? Is it because of the sourness? Is it a little apricot-like? It's sweet, but when it's cooled down, it's refreshing and beautiful. Delicious 😋. I like it a lot 🥳. The outer bottle caps are Inabe and Agave, and when you take them off, there's a Tsuchida cap from the inside 🤣.

A bottle of sake, one of the souvenirs from my wife's recent trip to her parents' home in Takamatsu and to her second son's place on the Shimanami Coast. YUSEI First time I've ever seen it. A little stylish label. (If you look closely, you can see a starry sky and Itsukushima Shrine. (My wife doesn't drink sake, so she specializes in buying sake by the bottle.) Sweetness and sourness. The sweetness prevails, but it's not too sweet, it's refreshing! What is this sweetness? How can I describe it? Is it the taste of rice? The chocolate in the last picture is a souvenir from my eldest son and his wife's trip to Kyushu after their wedding. Kagoshima sake brewery chocolate 🤣. Thanks to my wife and children 🥰.

Akihabara 2 A customer's company get-together continues. Hatsugoroku, which was sake on the all-you-can-drink menu, was finished, and next was Tsukiyama! This one is refreshing and has a little sourness. As a food sake, it is beautiful and easy to drink! And after everyone was drinking, this one got empty too... 😅 Next, Koikawa 292 This is my first time to drink this. It's refreshing, but a little softer than the Gassan I had a while ago. A little sweetness and a little sourness? This is also a food sake! and after a few drinks, this one was empty too😱. And then on to Daishichi (this was the last one). I've had Daishichi before, but this was my first time to drink this refreshing cold sake! It's so refreshing and clear, it's like a refreshing cold sake! I think I'm getting drunk 🤣. All-you-can-drink, but they serve a variety of sake (though you can't choose). The first one was Hatsugoroku Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake! Hatsugoroku is a sake from Gifu and I've had it a few times and I like it a lot. If this is all you can drink, welcome 😘. Beautiful, gentle sweetness. It's clean and clear. Still delicious 😋. Taiheikai 1314 I was at a local liquor store and saw this one and bought it. I bought it when it caught my eye at a local liquor store. 13% alcohol by volume, yeast #14, 100% Omachi, undiluted sake. When you drink it, it tastes sweet and a little sour. What is this taste? I was thinking, "What is this taste? Yesterday, on Father's Day, my eldest son and his wife and I had dinner with four people, but it was a Western-style meal with wine 🍷 and beer 🍺. The day before yesterday, we had our usual high school classmates over for tennis, hot springs, and drinks, but it was Chinese food, so we had Shaoxing wine 🥃 and beer 🍻. Before that, I went on a business trip to Yamaguchi for two days. and when I drank it after a day, it's gentle? Soft sweetness and sourness It's 13 degrees to begin with, so it's not too strong? I can feel the sourness gradually. Super easy to drink 😋.

Izakaya Shinkansen Modoki (2) Oh no....................................................finally someone next to me at Shin-Kobe 😱😱😱 But that's okay! Another bottle is Harada Junmai Yamada Nishiki Harada's Sandesi, something nice 😘. Sweet and tasty, acidic. I think it's because the last one I had was Junmai Ginjo, or was the impression a little different? I think the flavor profile is clearer this time? (I can't really rely on that though 😆) And I feel the Junmai has more acidity this time, Harada is delicious, I like it a lot 🥳. I thought about buying a 4-pack of it, but I ended up buying a different one for drinking at home 🤣. I'm still drinking it while looking at Lake Hamana 🍶. The sun is setting. Izakaya Shinkansen Modoki① On the way back from Yamaguchi business trip, I went to Izakaya Shinkansen Modoki (izakaya shinkansen) as usual. Hoping that there is no one next to me, (If the person next to me is also a drinker, I don't have to worry about it 😅) Today we went to Houtori Tsuru. I knew the name, but this is my first time to drink it! When I drank it, I got a solid and sturdy image. (The label pops though) But, I also feel sweetness and sourness? A little crisp? A bit strong? If I had to divide it into two categories, would I say it's dry? Dry? It's not light. Today's dish Harekaze Hochotatsuru Harada Char-grilled Chicken Harami Isobe-ten (small sardine fish) Salad roll Chochoten Fresh Green Tea Gairo Since I had a late lunch today, I avoided a gutty menu and went light 😜. Not that it really matters, but I bought some Iyemon Yuzu-cha (yuzu tea) to drink instead of water for relaxation. It tastes good, but is it more like yuzu juice than tea? Okayama, still light outside ☀️ Sorry, everyone! After all, it's more refreshing to drink while looking at the scenery outside than in total darkness 😘No one comes next to me ✌️

Business trip to Yamaguchi Another first for me in Shin-Yamaguchi! I've been to many places near the station that seem to have a good selection of sake, so I went to a place about 7-8 minutes walk from the station. This is the 9th restaurant in the area around Shin-Yamaguchi station where there are not many restaurants (sorry locals 🙇 ), and I'm doing a pretty good job of exploring the area 🤣. I'll try this one today, Amami. If the store is not that particular about sake, it only lists the brand on the menu. I'd like to know what it is, but I often don't ask 🙇. I'd like to know, but I often don't ask 🥴. What came out this time was Momoten🍑 light nigori. I haven't had this one, first time! It was good! But is it out of season? 😅 When you drink it, is it sweet and sour? I'd say it's more sweet than sour. Clean, clean, fresh, a little fruity. Fresh, a bit fruity. Muscat type? Delicious 😋. I liked this place.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊. Yes, I know. Since I'm coming all the way to Yamaguchi to drink, I'd like one I've never had 🥳 or so I think. Probably out of season, but I'm glad I could drink Momoten 🥰.

My wife bought two bottles of sake as souvenirs from our visit to my second son's place on the Shimanami Kaido and to my parents' house in Takamatsu! She said she decided to go with the one that didn't look like it was drunk (she decided based on its appearance😆). One of those bottles. Kinryo JELLY I'm pretty sure I've never had it. A little stylish jellyfish design? I've never had it before. I just had a bottle of Jinling Gekbaku in the fridge (given to me by my wife's mother in Takamatsu) to compare with this one 😋. I've had this one a few times. It's crisp and light. Clear and clear. Sweetness is only a little, easy to drink, easy to match with food. Kinryo JELLY This is my first time drinking this. Rice is Oceto, white malted rice A little yellowish. This one is more of a sweet and sour type? It's totally different from Tsukihaku. It has an apricot-like fruity taste, but it's gentle and refreshing. The sourness increases gradually. The label on the back says "a handsome sake with an apple jelly-like atmosphere", but what kind of a sake has an atmosphere like apple jelly instead of apple? 🤣🤣 A bit odd? but tasty 😋.

Hi Takashi 😃 That's a cool label! Makes me want to try it ✨. Sure I can understand w apple, but apple jelly 🤩 I'm not sure 😁.

Hi ichiro18😊 Cool label 😘 but is the jellyfish picture an apple jelly -> JELLY FISH (jellyfish)? It's a mystery 🤣is the taste more apricot than apple? I wouldn't count on my taste buds 😅

Good evening, Takashi 😃. It's so good you'll be numb with jellyfish🪼! I guess you mean it tastes more like Jelly -> Jelly🍎😅We love the white yeast type 😋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😊. You didn't write much about it being inspired by the sea, so the jellyfish is a mystery 🤣. Is this sourness derived from white yeast? It's a bit unique, but it was delicious 😘.

Drinks with college classmates ④ The drinking party in Ginza under the guise of a preview of the seminar's classmates' party also went from Chinese to Yakitori, and the party was about to end. The last sake we chose was Iwaki Kotobuki, which we had never had before! A sake brewery that has recovered from the earthquake What is this "professional"? 🤔Well, it's ok😆. It's Omachi, but the overall impression is sour and clean (maybe because it's after Toyo Bijin?). Of course, I've already had a lot of it 🤣. I guess it really tastes more complex (can you tell?) 🤣)! 🤣) It also looks good warmed up. In any case, the preview and meeting for this day's drinking party, or rather, synchronous meeting, is over! Thanks for the good times with the same old friends 😘.

Hi, Takashi 🐦. Previewing? Drinking party? Thanks for your time 😆 What's more important is to have a good drink 😊. A venue for about 15 people is pretty hard to find 💦.

Hi Pon-chan 😊 Some of our members are joining us by Shinkansen and other trains, so they found us a private room near Tokyo station and in Ginza👍. Generally, we can have a good time drinking anytime, anywhere, so thank you 🥰.

Drinks with college classmates (3) Next up was Toyo Bijin! I've been going to Yamaguchi for work recently, so I've seen a lot of Toyo Bijin, but I've never seen this label before😳I don't think I've seen it at Sake-no-wa either, I don't think I've ever seen this label before, even at Sake-no-wa. Even so, why wouldn't I have seen this label? I looked it up and found out that it is a limited edition of a certain liquor store! When I drank it, I found it to be sweet and tasty (typical of Toyo Bijin), but also beautiful. But it's beautiful. It's a bit pricey in Ginza, but it's a super-cost-effective super-dinner drink. It's like a super-cost-effective, super-drinking sake! The last picture is from the first Chinese restaurant (forgot to take a picture of the yakitori 😭)

Good morning, Takashi! After all you can drink at Chinese restaurant, you drank again 😁✨. Time flies when you get together with friends from your school days 😊. This is the first time I've seen this oriental beauty and I'm very curious 😋.

Good morning, ichiro18 😊. I was surprised to see the label on the bottle, which has a bit of Showa-era flavor 🥳! It was delicious 🥰.
