The last time I was in Yamaguchi on a business trip, I took a short trip to Yuda Onsen to buy some.
There were many I wanted, but I'd never had one before, and I'd never seen one near my house.
Tajimaumi (sea of many islands)
Apparently it was planned by Nakashimaya and a former brewer of Asahi Shuzo.
Is it inspired by the Seto Inland Sea?
The bottle looks like it.
Sourness at first.
It's fire-brewed, but it's still 💦.
Not so much sweetness, but a little bitterness.
Sourness and bitterness are the main flavors, but it's not like wine.
Is it more like grapefruit? 🍋🟩
The kind that if you're not careful, you'll go gobble it up 😆 (all the time 🤣).

Good morning, Takashi!
I have the impression that this is a rare sake, as I have only seen it a few times at Sake-no-Wawa 😲.
It's not sweet but looks perfect for a hot day 😋.
Gubigubi all the time 😁✨✨.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
It's kind of fun to see things at a liquor store in a new place. Since I'm here, I decided to go with the one I didn't know 🥳.
When it gets hot, it's important to stay hydrated (lol) I'm a sucker for a drink 🤣.
