Noge 2 The second sake at Sushi Izakaya is Kaze no Mori ALPHA 1 Fresh, sour and gentle. Kaze no Mori-like? No wonder 🤣. It's low al and goes down smoothly. Yakitori at the second restaurant, food court-like restaurant at the third, and yakiniku at the fourth! At 17:00 here, the end of the day! I think I drank about 60-70% of my usual amount that day. I take my medicine before bedtime, so I shouldn't drink too much. My two friends went to one more restaurant😝. But Noge drinking is always fun 🥳. I still can't explore enough!

Good morning, Takashi 😃. How are you feeling? Even if you are not feeling well, drinking with your friends is an important time for you ☺️ but it's great that you are saving your alcohol consumption 👍I envy you that you will be able to get together with your friends and drink with them for a long time to come 🥰.

Thank you, HinaHanaMama 😊. I think there is something to drink, but I can drink normally (lol), although it is a little uncomfortable. But I've been told to allow time between medications and alcohol. I really appreciate my drinking friends 🥰.

Noge 1) I was a bit hesitant about what to do since I'm not in the best of shape and I'm on medication, but the usual three of us went for a Noge drink with our high school classmates for the last time this year! Declaring that I wouldn't be drinking much that day, we started at 12:00 pm at our usual sushi izakaya! We had sours and then sake. There's a sake they don't always have! Let's go with Tobiroki. Clear, clear and clean. Feels soft and sweet. Delicious 😋. Tasty horse mackerel, tried oyster sushi for the first time

On the way back from Yamaguchi, we had 4 hours, so we took the customary izakaya shinkansen (Japanese style bar). This time, we procured our alcohol at a liquor store in Yuda Onsen that has a pretty good lineup, so it's OK👍. Usually, there is no one next to you from the Shinyama exit, even if there is on the way. But this time, there was one person across the middle of the three-seater, then another person in the middle in Okayama, 😱 three people in a row! It's a little tough without space! We started with just a few beers 🍺. Two people got off at Shin-Kobe and just as I was about to start in earnest 😘, two more people got on the train 😱No way around it today........................................! The sake is Kanenaka Iedenzukuri Namaishime Junmai, limited edition! I've had Nakashimaya, but this is my first time to drink Kanenaka? Yellowish sake, strong taste, with a hint of rice flavor. Alcohol 16%, but it seems a bit stronger than that 😝. It's pretty tasty 😋. A list of items on the menu Kirin Ichiban Shibori Kanenaka Gyorokke (fish rokke) Vermicelli Salad with 5 different ingredients Fried quail egg skewer Chicken and burdock root flavored rice Thick vanilla custard puffs That's all for this day 🥳 We'll save the extra drinks for the next time!

Hello, Takashi! Speaking of Takashi's Yamaguchi trip, the izakaya shinkansen 🚅🍶 on the way back was as expected - but this time it was closed early 😅. Here's a sake I didn't see on my Yamaguchi trip 😲.

Hi ma-ki-😊. This time I expected the neighbors to get off and only had beer until Shin-Kobe, but I couldn't resist and started from there 🤣 Kanenaka was also delicious. Maybe a little tight as Yamaguchi sake.

Hi Pon 😊 The train was a bit early, so I was expecting a bit more, but the next door was never empty, so I started small. There's always dessert in drama too. My mouth was begging for puffs that day 😋.

Yamaguchi Yuda Onsen 2 There's another sake at a tavern in Yuda Onsen that I don't know 🧐. What is it? I asked. What is Ikuzanko Kinbunsho Highly Concentrated Sake? I was surprised when it came out😳. It's wrapped in a bamboo skin. Why does it come with a plastic cup? Looks like it was open-mouthed. When you drink it, it's dry and strong! A little sour. Sake that has a strong feeling. But it's sharp rather than heavy. The alcohol is a little high. This is a good one 😋. It's always a new experience when you go somewhere different 🥳. So much for that, back to the hotel, all-you-can-drink in the lobby? Looks like. Oh, they have sake too 🤨 and the sake is limited to one per person, so I just had one! Yamazaru They have a good selection of local sake from Yamaguchi 👍. It was very sake-like (not in a weird way), maybe because it was at room temperature! But it's not dry but sweet and umami. I drank more than I planned 😖.

It's been a little while since my last business trip to Yamaguchi. I had a chance to hear about Super Hotel's management and initiatives the other day, and I wanted to stay there. (I had a chance to hear about the management and efforts of Super Hotel, and I wanted to stay there. So, of course, it was my first time here. Oh, I didn't know about this place! I don't know what that is 😳. EIGHT KNOT LIGHT YELLO, it's a sake from Murashige Brewery, the same company that makes Kinkan Kuromatsu 🧐. When you drink it, it's fresh! It's sweet but also has a sourness to it that makes it nice and not too sweet. There's also a slight bitterness, maybe not that direct, but a bit citrusy? It seems to be a sake made with the fantastic Association No. 8 yeast! This is delicious 😋. I took about two sips and then knocked over the glass and spilled it all 😱. Only the bottom saucer is left 😭sad😭. Then the waiter came and poured out the spilled portion for me! Thank you so much 🥰! I was a little reserved and asked her to pour me half of it 😍Thank you!

Italian in Akihabara (3) Italian restaurant in Akihabara with a customer after work. I went to this restaurant last month. Italian restaurant with a good selection of Sake. I think I'll have this for my third drink. (Last one.) Nabeshima. Nabeshima, it's been a while, hasn't it? And Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki, probably for the first time! When I drank it, this tasted close to what I imagined 🥳. Fruity and sweet. But not too sweet, a little fresh. I drink it a lot this time of year 🍶. but I just do it for myself 🤣. I also appreciate customers who go out of their way to go to restaurants that have sake (even though I almost never drink sake myself)

Italian in Akihabara (2) The second sake at an Italian restaurant in Akihabara with a customer was Black Imadaiji! I've had Imadaiji before, but this was my first time to drink black sake! From the appearance of the black sake and the word "Dai-harakuchi" (very dry), I thought.., It's clear and dry? It's a bit dry, but it also has a bit of sweetness? It's softer than I expected (or imagined). I'm still not in my right mind and there is a possibility that my taste buds are not right 🤣.

Italian in Akihabara (1) After work in Akihabara, a client of the company and I went out for dinner. There were no good seats available at the first Hokuriku restaurant we went to, so we went to an Italian restaurant we had been to last month! I know they have alcohol on the menu, so I asked, "Master, what do you have? I asked him what he had, and he brought me two bottles from the back of the room. One of them was a bottle of Sentori Snowman ☃️ Oh wow! I didn't expect to see you here 🥳 I'll have this one! I tried to buy it at the liquor store last month, but they said no bicycles allowed, so I couldn't buy it 🤩. Master stirred about half of it. Drink it, isn't it sweeter than you think? It's like this 🤔. I wonder if it's like Senkou? I feel more sourness than I expected. It also has that cloudy feeling...hmmm, it's hard to describe! Maybe I can't taste it because I still have some discomfort in my throat and nose? (From the source 🤣) Master "I asked him to open it so I can drink it too. This year we only stocked one bottle, or maybe there were not enough bottles." So you opened the mouthful of that one bottle! Lucky 🥰.

Customer's company get-together in Akihabara. This restaurant is a meat (steak) restaurant, all-you-can-drink banquet course, but they have a large beer lineup. Beer 🍺, wine 🍷 (I forgot to take a picture of the steak). We started with Hugarden, which I don't usually drink! Then some beers. We decided to have a glass of sake, and the all-you-can-drink sake was Kiku-Masamune! I'm sure I drank it somewhere, but I don't remember for sure.., It was cold that day, so we decided to warm up the sake. Of course, it was dry, but I could taste the sweetness from the warmed sake 🍶. The next day, I continued to work in Akihabara, and on the way home from a social gathering, a customer asked me if I wanted to go back tomorrow. I reflexively said "Yes! I said "Yes!

Yesterday was the annual tennis - hot spring - drinking party with high school classmates. It was the last party of the year, so it was a year-end party as well. (We drink every time, so it's not so different from usual 😅) But since it's the season for year-end parties, the restaurant we've been to a few times asked us to have a course, so we decided to have a 2-hour course with all-you-can-drink, so we couldn't choose the sake 😢. The sake in the all-you-can-drink course is Kamitaka The one I've never had before. When I drank it, I found it refreshing and dry. Is it close to the image of all-you-can-drink sake? But it's easy to drink and has a little bit of umami taste. The sake cup is from the Mitsuo Aida series. I don't remember how much I drank, but it's been a while since I drank too much (I haven't been drinking much lately). The bar was closed after 2 hours, so everyone got excited and went into karaoke next, drinking 🍻, singing 🎤, dancing 💃, and it was a big deal (lol).

It's been a little while, but when my wife went back to her parents' home in Takamatsu, she brought back a souvenir: Kuniju from the Ayagiku Sake Brewery. Recommended by my brother-in-law? It seems to be my brother-in-law's recommendation. It's my first time to drink it. It seems to be a brand limited to Kagawa Prefecture, made with Kagawa-grown rice, Oceto, and the first sake in the prefecture to bear the toji's name. When you drink it, it is dry and refreshing! But is it a little different from "light" sake? Is it firm? A little sourness, too. Apparently it has won the gold medal three times in the heated sake contest, so let's try heating it up 🍶. Yes, this is delicious 😋, it's a little softer and smells softly of sake. Like rolling it around on the tongue and tasting it? It might be good for the season when it gets cold and heated sake is good 🥳.

I was kind of curious and bought it! The back of the bottle reads, "A toji in his fifties recalls the old days of sake with a strong taste, and uses modern technology to bring you a freshly brewed sake with 20 degrees alcohol by the glass." The back of the bottle reads, "20 degrees alcohol by a 50-something master brewer who remembers the old days! And it's a seasonal limited quantity product, "20 degrees alcohol by 20 degrees Shiboritate" 🤔 I was curious about this 🤔. I bought it! Regular? I haven't had Niiyu or Fudo, but is this the first sake from a pot store? 🤣 It's definitely a gulp when you drink it, you can tell it has a high alcohol content 😖. Sake! It's like 🍶. Dry and lingering on the tongue. That feeling of being well fermented? It's freshly squeezed, but not fresh 😜 not in a weird way, this is good 🥳 (I'm still in the target group for this sake. (I guess I'm of the target generation for this sake? I'm a bit older than that. 😂) Let's try heating it up! Does it still taste crisp when heated? I think most of them become soft and fluffy when warmed up, but this one is firm! I tried it on the rocks and with soda. But personally, I felt it was a little too weak.

A little (a lot?) I asked the guy at the liquor store if this was Hatsushibori. I asked the guy at the liquor store, and he said, "Yes, it doesn't say, but it's the newest sake of the year🍶". So, the new sake for drinking at home is Tenbi Special Junmai (so-called Kuroten?). from I've been drinking Kuroten outside, but this is my first time at home! It is fresh when you drink it! The sweetness and sourness burst in your mouth? More naughty than I expected? 😜. Well, I can't say such a thing, so I came back to life on my own! So I haven't had a drink at home in a long time (I've only had a beer). So, I drank some Kuro-ten, which I had been waiting to drink for a while. It has a freshness with a sour taste! It has a gentle sweetness in it, but it's a taste I haven't had much experience with. Was it like this before? Am I not feeling well? I don't really know what it tastes like, but oh well, it tastes good 🥳.

Yesterday I went to Noge for the first time in a long time. And my eldest son's wife's mother was with us (5 of us with my wife and my eldest son and his wife 🤣). The mother came out from Saga, and my eldest son and his wife took her to Kusatsu, Karuizawa and other places, and then to Yokohama on this day. And then, we decided to go to Noge because my mom wanted to have a lunchtime drink (last time we went to Minatomirai, okay?). First we went to our usual sushi bar 🍶. We had a variety of drinks, but the sake was bakuren! I've never had a white bakuren before! Dry and refreshing, with a bit of sourness. A little more robust than "tanrei" (light), I guess. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. I also drank Atago no matsu. This one is dry but not so sour. Smooth and clear? Mom, you drink quite a bit 😅 all the eldest son's wife's family drink a lot 🥳. After that, we went to a standing Italian restaurant, and then we were going to go to the restaurant that appeared in Solitary Gourmet, but it wasn't open yet. We had plans to go to Ginza after that, so we ended the day with two restaurants! Finally, we ended the day with an extra ramen 🍜 and that was really it!

I managed to finish an unfamiliar job as a pinch hitter for an acquaintance in Osaka. I managed to finish my work in Osaka, and I'm relieved. I think I'll take the izakaya shinkansen today. ‼️ But I think I might be starting to catch a cold. I'd better not, I was thinking, "I'll stop, but I'll disinfect myself with alcohol 😘"? Shopping at Shin-Osaka station I don't have my usual glass today 😵. I asked at the store if they had any cups, I said, "How many do you need?" I said, "One please. And chopsticks, please. How many do you need? "One set." I didn't buy that many today, but, of course, one is enough 😤. When I got on the bullet train and opened the bag, there were two hand towels and two spoons in it for some reason! 😱. Eikun, first time drinking it. It's light. A little sour, gentle and slightly sweet A little dry It's more like a dry wine. Is my taste buds okay today? It's okay, because it's always so unreliable 🤣. Hi Jay & Nobby😊. When I talked about Mitsui Kotobuki and Slam Dunk, a customer said it was more interesting than our auditor's wine poop! and for some reason, they praise me 🤣. Thanks to our sake-loving Italian master 🥰.

Italian restaurant in Akihabara ④ Sake at Italian restaurant with customers Open your mouth next time Kaze no Mori, Dew Leaf Breeze I've had a few Kaze no Mori drinks, but this is my first time! Sweet and sour with a gentle, clear feeling. Fruity and fresh 😋. Kaze no Mori-like? Well, I'm getting drunker by the minute 🤣. About half of it is work? Half of it is work talk. Half of it is chatting 🤣. The master said that he is grateful to have me open my mouth so that he can taste it too 🥰. It's my pleasure 🥳.

Italian in Akihabara ③. Next, we had a CREATION IMPRESSION! I said, "I'm sorry, we've run out🙏 " and the master said, "Sorry, we've run out🙏 ". The master then asked me if I would like to try some of the sake that was not on the menu yet 😍. and he offered us a few bottles of sake that had not yet been opened 😍. I decided to try Koueikiku Snow Crescent, which I haven't had in a while, and it was my first time drinking Snocre 😋. The master slowly mixes the crescents! A sip and it's shwash💦. Slight bitterness in a refreshingly fruity, grapefruit? Nice 🥰. Will the mellowness increase after the second day? What a thought! As always, it's hard to take notes when you go with a guest 🤣.

Good evening, Takashi 🌝. I love the freshly made snoclette this year: ❄️ I've also been able to secure it and I heard that if you let it sit in the fridge for a little longer, it gets gassy and tastes better, but I can only see a future where I can't hold back and open it 😂.

Good evening, Chirsta 😊. I've never had snoclet before, but it's nice to buy a bottle and drink it at home 😋. It starts off fresh and young, then goes to soft! Mmmm sounds delicious 🥰.

Good evening, Takashi! A nice Italian restaurant with a great sake lineup 😋. And my very top choice of sake to drink, Snoclet - that too with an open mouth 🤤! I hope to get my hands on some next year 🤗.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊. Snoclet had just arrived and was not yet listed on the menu, so it was just a mouthful 😋 Lucky 🥳. I liked the pattern, sake with Italian food 🥰.

Italian in Akihabara (2) Italian restaurant in Akihabara with a customer, and for some reason we drank sake! The second drink was Yoshidagurau, Kijoshu Remix. And Yoshida Kurau's Kijoshu is my first time to drink 😘. I can clearly feel the acidity. I think it's because it's after the Mimuro Sugi I had a while ago. It's so clear and refreshing. I thought it would be a bit sweeter than I expected. I didn't know there was such a thing 🤔. It's delicious too 😋. I asked the master why there are so many sake in this store. When I asked him, he told me that when he started the restaurant, he was very confused between wine and sake. I asked him why this restaurant has so much Sake?

Good morning, Takashi. Italian and sake are good, and I think Yoshidagura goes especially well together. Yes, I like this sweet and sour.

Good morning, WOM 😊. Yes, I know. Sake was quite good with Italian food 😋. Certainly not wine, but something with a bit of acidity might go especially well 🥳.

Good evening, Kotaro 😊. Of all the sake we drank that day, Yoshidagurau may indeed be the best for Italian food 🥳. Maybe I'll try it at home 🥰.

Italian in Akihabara (1) Working at a customer's place in Akihabara for two days in a row. On the first night, I had a get-together with members of the company, and on the way home, the head of the company asked me what I would like to do after work tomorrow. Would you like to go? I said, "Yes, that sounds great. We both went to an Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 For some reason, this restaurant has a large lineup of Sake! After a few beers, we decided to go for sake 🍶. Mimuro Sugi Romain Series Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki I had seen this sake at Sake-no-Wa and had been wanting to try it for a while 😋. Gentle and mellow on the tongue, Slightly sweet Delicious 😘.
