Takadanobaba (2) Yesterday, I had a year-end party with members of my former company in Takadanobaba, where I used to work 13-14 years ago. I used to collect stamps at this store. Next time, we decided to go here for the sake of it. Shinsei No6 I don't remember drinking Shinsei back then. Naturally, this one is delicious too 😘. And it has more acidity than the Jyushiyo. It has fruity sweetness, but it's fresh! We had a great time yesterday (though we drank too much as usual), talking about our recent and future situations, and reminiscing about the good old days 😄.

Takadanobaba (1) Yesterday, I had a year-end party with members of my former company in Takadanobaba, where I used to work 13-14 years ago. Since we all missed each other (all of us are no longer with the former company), we decided to go to one more restaurant (the first one also had good sake, but it was all-you-can-drink that day 🤣). A big senior (about 20 years older than me) took me to a place where he used to take me to drink sake at that time. This was the first place he took me to drink Ottersai, Jyushidai, Isobojimasai, etc. I haven't been here since then! I miss drinking with this group! Soft, sweet and fruity! Refreshing and elegant! Delicious 😋. The power of brewed alcohol, wow! Forgot to take a picture of my meal 😂. Even though it was delicious, like the famous beefsteak daikon!

At a nearby liquor store, there is always a corner set up alternately for some sake brewery, and the brewery's people come to visit. This time it was Ryoseki Brewery, so I looked in. Would you like a tasting? I was asked "Would you like to have a tasting? I bought two bottles and left. Ryoseki Hatsushibori-nama sake This is the first shipment of the year! I was struck by the great sales talk 🤣. In the mouth, it is of course sweet and fresh! But I think it tastes more robust than other Ryoseki sake I've had so far. And I can taste a little sourness and spiciness in it too! Just as I thought it looked a bit interesting when I tasted it. Yesterday I had a physical checkup, so I didn't drink it the day before yesterday, as I expected, but after a day of drinking it, it became more and more intense 😝. As for Ryoseki, I got the impression that it was too strong. But it's delicious 😋.

The one I've seen a few times at Sake-no-Wa and was a little curious about. Takachiyo Sake Brewery's winding machine First, you can taste the acidity, it's fresh. Subtle shwashiness. and a slight sweetness. The name "bubble" makes me think of bubbles, but I don't know, But it is because the rice is flat milled and washed with microbubbles, I think it means that the rice is washed and polished very carefully and gently. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly 😋.

I don't drink that much Nigoli, but the eye-catching gorilla label 🦍and it's pink 😂. Nigoli=two gorillas?...two gorillas on the label 😝. Something I bought and brought home 😆. East Rikishi This pattern says "be careful when opening the bottle"..., I opened the bottle with great trepidation... When I put it in my mouth, there is a slight shriek. Niggly and coarse on the tongue (of course 🤣) Tiny little lumps. Sweetness, sourness? On the second day, it's a little rounder. But it's 19-20% alcohol, so I feel drunk 🥴. The degree of thickening increases 🥴! I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 🫨.

Manzaku no hana (flower of mandarin orange) First time for Aizan in the Tourmai series The kind of sake that changes almost monthly and is made with a different sake rice. I thought it was just this time of year for Aiyama, but I bought it at a closing sale at a liquor store the other day, so it's exactly one year old 🤣. Probably ok! (and I believe you 😁) You can feel the sweetness in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice (because it's Aiyama, after all?). But not too sweet and delicious 😋. Beautiful and sweet, the kind of thing that you can drink smoothly. No problem, I could (and should 😚) drink it deliciously!

Continuation of the review meeting at a pub near Yokohama Station I think there were more than 20 different kinds of sake on the menu, but most of them were major ones, and there was only one more sake that I had never had before On the menu, it says "for warming sake". Sacred The seat we sat on was a little cold, so I ordered some yuba and yudofu or something (not pictured) and some heated sake! It's like the heated sake (my own image) 🍶. This is also good for the coming season 🥰.

Yesterday, I worked in Minato Mirai. It was a bit heavy work, and I breathed a sigh of relief that I managed to finish it successfully 😀 (though it will still continue from next month onwards). My colleague asked me if I would like to go to a review meeting (in other words, a drinking party). (in layman's terms, a drinking party) 🥳. On Friday night, I felt that all the restaurants in sparkling Minato Mirai were full, so I moved to Yokohama station. And then we went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), This place has quite a variety of sake. I wanted to drink a lot of different kinds, but since I was going to the trouble, I decided to try some sake that I had never had before. Yamahoushi Junmai Bakurai Dry, Nama-nara Sake Oh, wow! What a strong name! When you drink it, it's dry (that's right 🤣) Clear, crisp and sharp! Sake strength +28 or something like that 😳 I think about 10% of the conversation was a proper reflection 😁.

Drinks with customers, Asakusa, Sado's restaurant (4) The fourth kind is the best! This is also my first time to drink Clear and crisp! I guess it's a light, refreshing type? Of course, I'm getting very drunk as usual. The first two drinks are sweet, so the impression afterwards becomes refreshing 🤣. Kawahagi no kimo with rice, This was also delicious 😋. Finally, another glass of sangen no tsuki (a treat even though it was expensive!) Another fun and tasty drink 😄.

Drinks with customers, Asakusa, Sado's restaurant (3) The third drink was Hokusetsu Aki-agari! I've had Kitayuki before, but this was my first time drinking Aki-agari! This sake was a bit dry compared to the other sake we had so far that day (even compared to the Hokusetsu we had in the past). But it is refreshing and goes well with food 😚. Okesa persimmon and cream cheese? It was delicious 😂. It was delicious 😋.

I went to a local supermarket for the first time in a while. (This place has an abundance of sake for a supermarket.) When I went there, I found that the sake section has expanded even more😲. I wandered around and found a "Silky Snow" section. There are about 8 different kinds of silky snow sake from various breweries, and they are all appealing to the public. ☃️ I wasn't planning to buy anything that day, but I'll buy one of them! I wasn't going to buy one that day, but I had to get one of them! I was very hesitant, but the snowman's dull eyes got the better of me and I went with this one 😍. Kaygetsu Silky Snow Time Gin no Yume A little sourness, freshness, Freshness and sweetness of rice Delicious! On the second day, the sourness is gone? The second day, the sourness is gone and the sweetness increases This is also delicious 😋.

I found Ito-Yokado on my way to work! They were having a "Thank You Closing Sale" or something like that. The liquor store right outside the entrance was having a closing sale as well 🤔. I looked around to buy something to take back home, but generally there were no products manufactured within the past month or two. Most of them are a bit old. (Now is the time for new sake, what should I do?) But there were some sake with 1 discount ("In stock only"), so I decided to buy some! And 😉 . Fukkomachi Bespoke Dewa Sanzan I think the "Extra Edition" I drank before was tasty? I had a vague memory that the previous "Extra Edition" was delicious, I've never had a regular one 😆 ) The first thing you feel is a little sweetness. No sourness. It's not what you call sweet sake, Sweetness of rice? It's delicious! On the second day, the sweetness of the rice becomes stronger and more delicious 😋.

When I went to Yamaguchi on business before, I brought back a bottle of sake I'd never had before, just for the sake of it. Yamatohka: Sake made with rice from the Saito Shizuku Sake made with Yamaguchi's sake rice, Saito no Shizuku Taneda Yamatohka was born in Hofu and once lived in Ogori (around Shin-Yamaguchi station now?). (Around Shin-Yamaguchi station now?). Looks a little yellow. It's a little yellow in color. It's a little sour, but you can taste the rice. But you can taste the rice flavor, not sweet but tasty. This is delicious 😋. On the second day, it tasted even better 😋😋😋😋. The third one is a statue of Santoka in front of the station (a bit backlit)

About a year or so ago, when I stopped by a nice liquor store in Gifu, I bought a bottle of sake that I didn't know about and drank it without any prior knowledge. After that, I sometimes see it in Sake-no-wa (maybe I didn't see it before), and it seems that many of you also rate it highly (maybe?). I knew it was true, and I bought some when I went to Gifu a while ago. Hatsuroroku 2024 Limited Hida Yamadanishiki x Gifu G yeast Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Sweet and delicious, but not too sweet, clean and clear! This is delicious 😋. Slightly fruity, moderate acidity and sweetness The first green I had before was delicious, but this is even better? 😘 (it was fire-roasted before, but now it's "fresh") I want to buy (and drink 😝) this sake again!

Noge 4 All-you-can-drink at Noge with high school classmates Next, Tenmi. I've been going to Yamaguchi for work lately, but haven't had a drink over there. (I did have a drink in Tokyo a while back though) Special Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. Both are delicious😋. Slightly shrieky, gentle sweetness. Slightly softer and sweeter Junmai-Ginjo? I don't recognize the subtle taste anymore? (From the original 🤣)

Noge (3) The third drink of all-you-can-drink at Noge with high school classmates Mitsuo Yamakawa Spring 2024 Mitsuo Yamakawa for the first time. The theme was Space🚀. Compared to the ones I've had so far, It's a little dry and refreshing. Many say it's fruity, but I don't think it's that fruity, (Was it because it was Takachiyo -> Eikoufuji? I've already drank a lot of it myself 🤣. The last photo is firefly squid!
