Izakaya Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka - Shin-Yokohama ②) This is not sake. I probably shouldn't really raise it, but it's just for the sake of momentum 😆. But it's made with sake? So take it with a grain of salt 😝. At last someone in Nagoya! But today we're seated for three, so the middle is still free! I think it's half the time of the usual one (from Yamaguchi), so maybe a little less snacks 😰. I forgot to buy water and tea, so I have a feeling I'm going to get drunk🤣. But this plum wine has 5 degrees of alcohol, so it's a good alternative to soothing water 😜. It's fizzy, so easy to drink 😋. Not too sweet and goes down easy! Today's menu Fried Salmon Harasu Stack Tuna and egg tortilla Coleslaw Salad Premier Baby Cheese with Gorgonzola Pudding from Kodawari Coffee Shop Sakura Masamune, Association No. 1 Yeast, Moyashimon Kobe Umeshu (Japanese plum wine) My biggest mistake today was throwing away the spoon for the pudding 😱. I probably threw it away when I went to throw away the one I ate on the way to reduce the garbage 😭. So, would I eat it with chopsticks? Go for a bite? The person next to me is asleep 😪 and can't see me, so do I go pudding? 😁 with chopsticks! 🥳 Success 🎉! It's like a traditional pudding, delicious 😋.

Good evening, Takashi😄! I've been waiting for the izakaya shinkansen! I wonder if you are still in Shin-Yokohama? Today's menu is also very interesting 🤣 The pudding is also very good with chopsticks 👍You were right to sit at a table for three. The pudding is totally fine with chopsticks👍You were right to seat three people: ❣️

Good evening, Pon 😊. I returned safely to Shin-Yokohama👍 Today's Shin-Osaka station was so crowded that I felt in danger, but I was safe 🤣. I'm glad the pudding was hard 😘everything is manageable 🤣🤣.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😊. I arrived safely in Shin-Yokohama 👍. I usually have 2 bottles of Sandesi, but today I had less time and 360ml! I'm embarrassed if people see my pudding with chopsticks 🤣.

Izakaya Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka - Shin-Yokohama①) While on a business trip to Osaka, I found a liquor store (a little strange, I guess?) and went in. I found a liquor store (a little strange store?) on a business trip to Osaka, and went in. There, I found a sandeshi that I did not see at any liquor store in my neighborhood 🧐. Sakura Masamune Ichi-go Yeast, Moyashimon (360ml, not 300) Moyashimon (manga, anime) - I've seen something about it, but I've never read or seen it. Ichi-go Yeast... I thought it was gone? Do you still have it? Good! Let's make this one for this Izakaya Shinkansen! and GET it! It tastes so-so and has a solid taste! (After I bought it, I looked online and found that they have junmai-daiginjo and junmai, but the liquor store I stopped by had only honjozo.) It's pretty much a traditional "sake! I like that it has a traditional "Sake!" feel to it 🤣 Even though it comes in such a cute bottle 😘. A little sourness too. Association yeast #1 is this Sakura Masamune from Nada ‼️ I'm feeling better and better! I usually have Sandesi, but this is 2 gou (360ml) I opened a long can of beer in Shin-Osaka-Kyoto and plunged into sake, but no one from Kyoto got on next to me, lucky me 🥳. I wonder if it's funny, Moyashimon, I'll have to watch one.

Laughing Four Seasons Drinking Comparison (accidentally 🤣) I stayed over the night before a business trip to Osaka, this time in Esaka. I went to the restaurant alone to have a quick drink. There were about 10 kinds of sake. But since I was going all out, I thought I'd try some Kansai sake, but the only Kansai sake available was Shoki and Kankoume (Kansai?). I had just had Shoki the day before at home...! Laughing Shiki WORLD PEACE Nama Orizake This is my first time drinking this! Gentle sweetness, fresh! Slightly lactic? Fruity, slightly sour A bit cloudy (of course 🤣), overall gentle and tasty 😋. Sensation GOLD, which I drank the day before, a bit bitter and sour, this one smooth overall, maybe? Pineapple and rose label...looks like a flower yeast!

I was in a liquor store in August and found this stuff 😳(I just didn't know it was there)! and found a GOLD of Laughing Four Seasons Sensation😳 (I just didn't know it myself.) I'm pretty sure I've had the black, white and blue, but never the gold. So I bought it. After I bought it, I looked it up on the internet and it says that gold is special and should be used for special occasions! It says, "Gold is special, so please enjoy it on special occasions! Well, speaking of special occasions, September is our wedding anniversary. But what's the point of having my wife cook a meal at home for us to drink at home, huh? The next special day is my wife's birthday in October..................................also no good 😣. So, a totally normal day 🥳. This is delicious 😋. Sweetness is gentle and fresh! A little sourness coming? A little. Slight bitterness from the back? That citrus-y feeling? It's an old style sake yeast, it's supposed to be like this 🤔. Bottled in Dec. 24, shipped in Aug. 25, does that mean it's been laid up? Do they do that with the raw sake too? To let the 🧐 taste settle? It's delicious, so whatever 😘.

A friend of mine who likes dry wine told me before that this is delicious! I was told by a friend of mine who likes dry wine before that this is delicious! I've had a few Mansaku Hana, but I don't have such a dry image of them. But this is Umakara Mansaku😆. When I drank it, it was exactly like umakara manzaku 😆 (what the heck 🤣) Dry, but tasty. It's pretty tasty 😋. But I'd say it's more of a food sake. Like it doesn't interfere with the meal? On the second day, it tastes sour too? This genre may be possible 😘. I wonder how it would be if it's not hiyaoroshi? I don't know 🤔 More sharp? I'm getting curious,,

Jiyugaoka 10 I thought I'd finish off with Jikin, but the owner asked me if I'd like to try this one too. and he said "Tobiroki" 😳. It's been a long time since I've had Hiroki, hasn't it? At this point in time, I had no reason to refuse, and without a pause, I said "Bon appétit! and "Bon appétit! It's soft, Slightly acidic in a gentle way Clear Delicious 😋 As always, all you can drink is dangerous😈🚧. and I know it, but it's my fault for doing it 🙇. But I had a very delicious and enjoyable time on this day, so..., I will probably do it again without learning 😜. They gave me chestnut rice as a souvenir 🥰. Jiyugaoka 9 It was really the end of the day, and we were about to finish, but while we were drinking a quiet drink, I was still curious about Jikin, which was left on the counter as recommended to other customers... I was still curious about it. "General, can I have a little bit of Jikin too? I've already had a lot, so just a little." So, instead of the 1 gou tokkuri we've been drinking, we had a glass 🍶. Jikin Special Junmai I haven't drunk that much Jikin, I didn't drink that much of Jikin, but the image I had of it that day was sour and a bit pompous, right? I don't know... 🤣. It tastes like it has a taste 😋. I'm not sure if it's a little different from what I've had before. Well, I already drank too much 😵‍💫 I don't know what it tastes like😅 The maitake mushroom and sea bream tempura (maybe) was also delicious!

Jiyugaoka 8 I gave you too much sake yesterday. So, I will continue with a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka... (Sorry for the summary.) As we were nearing the end of the meal, the owner asked us, "Shall we go for something more glamorous soon? We said, "Yes, please! The ninth drink of the day was Tazake Tokubetsu Junmai (special pure rice). I feel like it's been a long time since I've had Tazake! Soft sweetness. A little riceiness in it? I also feel a little sourness, soft impression I'm already very drunk 🤣. The owner asked me, "Have you already eaten a lot of sanma?" I replied that I had only had it once this year. I answered that I had only had it once this year. Of course I did 😋.

Jiyugaoka (7) Next up is the 7th glass, Yamawa Junmai Ginjo Hiya Oroshi Yonagaga Miyamanishiki! Yoncho...I like the name! The "Oragakuni" I bought in Sendai about a month ago was a Yamawa sake, and I had the impression that it was quite robust. The Yamawa I bought this time is very clear and refreshing. It's a junmai ginjo, and it's hiyaoroshi, so it's different! I didn't get any notes from Souup (8th glass?). Only pictures, proof that I'm getting really drunk😅😅. That's it for now.

Jiyugaoka 6 I'm getting drunker and drunker (I think). Continue with the Autumn Sake Series 🍁. The sixth glass is Kaiun Hi Hiyaoshi Hiya Oroshi Yamadanishiki! This is also my first time drinking it! Is it like an autumn sake? Hiyahoroshi? (I don't know what that means 🤣) Soft, mild, and refreshing. It doesn't interfere with the meal? I guess. Sashimi and sake, needless to say, go well together 😘.

Jiyugaoka (5) Continuing from yesterday's Japanese restaurant The owner asked me, "Would you like to go a little more glamorous here? Or would you like something more relaxed? he asked me. Since we were still in the middle of the meal, I decided to go with the more relaxed style. The fifth cup was Izumo Fuji Akimo Yamadanishiki! I knew it was the autumn sake series 🍂 on this day! This is the first Izumo Fuji Akiumo I've ever had! I guess it's a dry sake. Slightly acidic with a slight sourness? Sake with a calm taste goes well with steamed food in earthenware pots 😋.

Jiyugaoka ④ The next 4th drink is Takarayama Autumn Hitto Hi (one fire in autumn). This is also my first time drinking 🎉. What a simple and stylish label! It's refreshing and soft. And a bit lactic acidic? Gentle sweetness and sourness Slightly sweet and acidic, a little bit shwashy on the tongue.., For an autumn sake, is it a bit of a change of pace? Takarayama Shuzo has changed management and Takarayama Brewing has taken over the brewery? It seems that Takarayama Brewery has changed management and Takarayama Brewery has taken over the brewery? Jiyugaoka 1) Yesterday, after work, I went to a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka with my junior colleagues 😘. This restaurant has an all-you-can-drink pattern with a course and all-you-can-drink sake. A little expensive? But it's delicious! The owner runs the restaurant by himself (with one assistant)............................ The first sake of the day was Garakudai Sake from Sado Island. I've had this Tsukishita before! Gentle sweetness, refreshing. A little dry? A little bit dry? It goes well with Japanese food. Anglerfish and mussels

I bought this at a liquor store near the station during a business trip to Sendai. Since I was in Sendai, I wanted to buy a Miyagi sake, Abekan KAERU🐸. I was curious about the unique and indescribable label 🤣It's a fusion of retro and pop! I was more like a mix 🤣(sorry!)........ ...but that's where it hit me: ⁉️ Drinking it,,, it's not quite what I expected 🤔. From the label, I thought it would be a bit more dry and traditional (my own imagination). Sweet and sour on the palate! It has a lot of sweetness, and then the acidity gradually comes out from the sweetness. A little apricot? Or is it plum? It has a strong taste and a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, this is a dangerous one 😆. Delicious 😋. But the unique label design and the frogs are still a mystery? 🧐. Is there a deep connection between Abe Kan and frogs?

Souvenirs from my wife's trip to Takamatsu (parents' home) - Shimanami Kaido (second son) - Izumo (daughter) again. This time we bought "Kaimyo", a sake from the Uwajima area in Ehime, which I'm drinking for the first time! My wife, who almost never drinks sake, always seems to have a hard time deciding what to buy 🤔She probably has never had it before (never seen it before, unusual patterned label, heard it's not sold in Tokyo), so she chooses it. Correct again this time 🎉 Not much check-in at Sake-no-wa? When you drink it, it's clear and soft I sense a gentle acidity Slight sweetness Clear and clean sake Quite delicious 😋. Yamadanishiki sake Really, there are a lot of sakes I don't know yet 🧐. The bonus is the Ozeki we had for lunch the day before yesterday! The day after our wedding anniversary was our eldest son and his wife's wedding anniversary, and the day after that was their parents' wedding anniversary, three days in a row 😝. Since their parents are in Kyushu, we joined our eldest son and his wife in Tokyo for a Chinese dinner in Ginza the day before yesterday, while our eldest son and his wife celebrated their first wedding anniversary. There were some Sake at the Chinese restaurant, but they had only Ozeki Sake, and I was hesitant to ask them to bring a bottle of it 😣. I decided not to upload this by itself 😭

Izakaya Shinkansen After three days of work in Yamaguchi, and a good response from the customers, all that's left is to enjoy Izakaya Shinkansen 🥳. But, as I had feared, there was no time for shopping 😱. All the box lunches in the souvenir shop were sold out! In the end, I got almost everything at the Seven inside the ticket gate. In Yamaguchi with a customer (3) What's next? I had a question "What's next?" but here's one I've had before Ki Special Junmai Of course, it is a little more sour and dry than the previous two. I might have never had it before! Sweet and sour and refreshing! A little sour? I guess the company name is now Otters 🤔. I got carried away and drank a bit too much for going with a customer😅.
