I like Tsuchida a lot 😘. I've had a few, but this is the first time I've had Shin Tsuchida itself at home! That! 🤔Brewed 2021-2022 and manufactured (bottled) in October 2025 🧐. When I drank it in May 2024, it was the same brewing year,,, is there a law? Is this a coincidence? I usually drink it cold, but I'll go for Tsuchida at room temperature! First of all, the color is dark 😱I don't remember it being this dark. Is it my imagination? When you drink it, it tastes strong too😱It always tastes strong but 😋. This aged-like feeling 🥰is it a little bit like Shaoxing sake? Sake-like? Apricot type? I always feel the sweet and sour taste. The next day, I tried cold sake. The sweet and sour feeling is crisp with cold sake, which is pretty good too. Not a sake brewery recommendation 😅. Since we're at it, I'll try heating it up again the next day. This is also nice, a bit smoother? Apricot-ness remains. I like this soft aroma of heated sake I heard they recommend aging it at home, but it's impossible with this amount🤣I kept trying and before I knew it, it was gone!

Last time and this time, Aomori sake continues to be served. (Not that I specifically intended to...) Last time, Sakuta, Ibushi Gin...austere. This time, Jozora, Bink's Dombelli...bubbly? Bubbliness or cute? I also bought an unusual one 😅 red yeast nigori sake 🥳. Dom Perignon, not Pindon 😝 I thought it was "pe" but it was "be". At first I thought it was a parody of Dom Perignon, but it's Aomori dialect? I thought it was a parody of Dom Perignon, but it seems to come from the Aomori dialect, where doburoku is called "dombei" (not sure if it's true or not😜). First of all, a little bit of the top clear water...oh...! It looks like strawberries 🍓 or is it my imagination? When you mix it, it gets cloudy and has a different texture on the tongue. Is it natural 😝? The acidity is also a bit stronger here. It's nigori sake, but my image of it is more like doburoku. But it's low in alcohol, so it goes down smoothly 🤣.

Clouds in the mountains. Zaag zaag. I bought it for the first time. What a unique bottle & label (unusual name too 🤣) This brewery has a lot of unusual names (sounds of nature?). AC95-80 yeast from Kochi... fruity? Newly established in Kochi (very mountainous area?) in 2024. It seems to be a newly established sake brewery in Kochi (very mountainous area?) in 2024. How does it taste? When you drink it, it is sweet and sour! It's refreshing and delicious! Fresh! Really slight bitterness? I guess a slight bitterness comes in. Then, as you drink it, the sourness starts to overpower the sweetness 😝 (or is it?) On the second day, it seems gentle, soft sweet and sour, even better 😋. Like a white wine with soft acidity 🥰.

Nanikore 😳⁉️ and I bought it again out of curiosity😅. Bespoke Gazanryu Forbidden Black Goddess The guy at the liquor store said it was an unusual sake, 🤣I had to buy it! I had to buy it 😜. After all, this is a very unusual sake 😜😜! Pink bottle and a girl with a gunglot 😱I really don't get the image of deliciousness from this bottle (personally), so I usually shy away from it (sorry sake brewer)... But they are milling the Snow Goddess at 70% (why bother with that?), which they can't call themselves unless the rice is milled at 50% or less. 🤔) Because Snow Goddess can't be named → Black Goddess? She is breaking the rules -> Ganguro girl? And so on and so forth, I'm getting more and more delusional and curious 🤣. When I drink it, I feel the sweetness, and then a mysterious feeling? What is this taste? At first I thought it tasted a bit medicinal? I felt it was a little medicinal at first, but..., After a day of drinking it, it's still a little peculiar, but the weirdness is gone. Is it gentle? Soft sweetness? It tastes better this way 😋. Yesterday was the annual tennis - hot spring - drinking party with high school classmates. This time it was an emergency meeting, so there were not many participants, so we decided to go to a sushi restaurant. We decided to go to a sushi restaurant. I've been unusually busy these days. Yesterday, I worked at a client's place in Minato Mirai, and I really wanted to go home right away to prepare for the next job, but I needed to get some information from my colleagues, so we went out for a light meal. I'm going to Okinawa next month with my high school classmates, and we somehow got together at Noge for the meeting! One of us went to the stadium to watch the Climax Series before joining the meeting, but it went into extra innings and we had to leave in the middle of the game 🤣I missed the best part 😝. Usually we drink from noon, but yesterday was a holiday night and no one could get in 😭. I finally got in, had a few drinks, had a meeting? After a quick drink and a meeting, we decided to go to the second restaurant! This restaurant is for the Bay Stars (Whales)! The only sake they have is Whale 🐋...Drunken Whale (lol) Drunken Whale Clear, dry, this feeling! Drunken Whale. I really like this kind of sake too. In honor of the BayStars' victory 🤣. This store also has quite a few pictures of the old Oyo Whales 🥳. Noge was full of people in uniform that day! The third one is a smoked fish assortment from the first restaurant (I forgot to take a picture of the snacks at this restaurant 😅)

Hiyoshi's store ①. I commented on the fact that I had heard that ichiro18 had been to such a restaurant, and he told me that he and his wife might like to go to this restaurant in Hiyoshi, Yokohama. Izakaya Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka - Shin-Yokohama ②) This is not sake. I probably shouldn't really raise it, but it's just for the sake of momentum 😆. But it's made with sake? So take it with a grain of salt 😝. At last someone in Nagoya! But today we're seated for three, so the middle is still free! I think it's half the time of the usual one (from Yamaguchi), so maybe a little less snacks 😰. I forgot to buy water and tea, so I have a feeling I'm going to get drunk🤣. I probably threw it away when I went to throw away the one I ate on the way to reduce the garbage 😭. So, would I eat it with chopsticks? Go for a bite? Izakaya Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka - Shin-Yokohama①) While on a business trip to Osaka, I found a liquor store (a little strange, I guess?) and went in. Sakura Masamune Ichi-go Yeast, Moyashimon (360ml, not 300) Moyashimon (manga, anime) - I've seen something about it, but I've never read or seen it. Ichi-go Yeast... I thought it was gone? Do you still have it? Good! Let's make this one for this Izakaya Shinkansen! and GET it! It tastes so-so and has a solid taste! (After I bought it, I looked online and found that they have junmai-daiginjo and junmai, but the liquor store I stopped by had only honjozo.) It's pretty much a traditional "sake! I like that it has a traditional "Sake!" feel to it 🤣 Even though it comes in such a cute bottle 😘. A little sourness too. Association yeast #1 is this Sakura Masamune from Nada ‼️ I'm feeling better and better! I usually have Sandesi, but this is 2 gou (360ml) I opened a long can of beer in Shin-Osaka-Kyoto and plunged into sake, but no one from Kyoto got on next to me, lucky me 🥳. I wonder if it's funny, Moyashimon, I'll have to watch one.

Laughing Four Seasons Drinking Comparison (accidentally 🤣) I stayed over the night before a business trip to Osaka, this time in Esaka. I went to the restaurant alone to have a quick drink. There were about 10 kinds of sake. But since I was going all out, I thought I'd try some Kansai sake, but the only Kansai sake available was Shoki and Kankoume (Kansai?). I had just had Shoki the day before at home...! Laughing Shiki WORLD PEACE Nama Orizake This is my first time drinking this! Gentle sweetness, fresh! Slightly lactic? Fruity, slightly sour A bit cloudy (of course 🤣), overall gentle and tasty 😋. Sensation GOLD, which I drank the day before, a bit bitter and sour, this one smooth overall, maybe? Pineapple and rose label...looks like a flower yeast!

I was in a liquor store in August and found this stuff 😳(I just didn't know it was there)! and found a GOLD of Laughing Four Seasons Sensation😳 (I just didn't know it myself.) I'm pretty sure I've had the black, white and blue, but never the gold. So I bought it. After I bought it, I looked it up on the internet and it says that gold is special and should be used for special occasions! It says, "Gold is special, so please enjoy it on special occasions! Well, speaking of special occasions, September is our wedding anniversary. But what's the point of having my wife cook a meal at home for us to drink at home, huh? The next special day is my wife's birthday in October..................................also no good 😣. So, a totally normal day 🥳. This is delicious 😋. Sweetness is gentle and fresh! A little sourness coming? A little. Slight bitterness from the back? That citrus-y feeling? It's an old style sake yeast, it's supposed to be like this 🤔. Bottled in Dec. 24, shipped in Aug. 25, does that mean it's been laid up? Do they do that with the raw sake too? To let the 🧐 taste settle? It's delicious, so whatever 😘.

I've had a few Mansaku Hana, but I don't have such a dry image of them. But this is Umakara Mansaku😆. When I drank it, it was exactly like umakara manzaku 😆 (what the heck 🤣) Dry, but tasty. It's pretty tasty 😋. But I'd say it's more of a food sake. Like it doesn't interfere with the meal? On the second day, it tastes sour too? This genre may be possible 😘. I wonder how it would be if it's not hiyaoroshi? I don't know 🤔 More sharp? I'm getting curious,,

Jiyugaoka 10 I thought I'd finish off with Jikin, but the owner asked me if I'd like to try this one too. and he said "Tobiroki" 😳. It's been a long time since I've had Hiroki, hasn't it? At this point in time, I had no reason to refuse, and without a pause, I said "Bon appétit! and "Bon appétit! It's soft, Slightly acidic in a gentle way Clear Delicious 😋 As always, all you can drink is dangerous😈🚧. and I know it, but it's my fault for doing it 🙇. But I had a very delicious and enjoyable time on this day, so..., I will probably do it again without learning 😜. They gave me chestnut rice as a souvenir 🥰. Jiyugaoka 9 It was really the end of the day, and we were about to finish, but while we were drinking a quiet drink, I was still curious about Jikin, which was left on the counter as recommended to other customers... I was still curious about it. "General, can I have a little bit of Jikin too? I've already had a lot, so just a little." So, instead of the 1 gou tokkuri we've been drinking, we had a glass 🍶. Jikin Special Junmai I haven't drunk that much Jikin, I didn't drink that much of Jikin, but the image I had of it that day was sour and a bit pompous, right? I don't know... 🤣. It tastes like it has a taste 😋. I'm not sure if it's a little different from what I've had before. Well, I already drank too much 😵‍💫 I don't know what it tastes like😅 The maitake mushroom and sea bream tempura (maybe) was also delicious!

Jiyugaoka 8 I gave you too much sake yesterday. So, I will continue with a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka... (Sorry for the summary.) As we were nearing the end of the meal, the owner asked us, "Shall we go for something more glamorous soon? We said, "Yes, please! The ninth drink of the day was Tazake Tokubetsu Junmai (special pure rice). I feel like it's been a long time since I've had Tazake! Soft sweetness. A little riceiness in it? I also feel a little sourness, soft impression I'm already very drunk 🤣. The owner asked me, "Have you already eaten a lot of sanma?" I replied that I had only had it once this year. I answered that I had only had it once this year. Of course I did 😋.
