When I opened it, shpoom🎉! Fresh & juicy! Delicious 😋. Fresh, sour and sweet, It will be gone in a sloooooooooooooow 😜. Discovery Series explores the charms and possibilities of Chiba's rice! Really, you should compare the different types of rice. But the one I was most interested in, the rare 90% Koshihikari, was already sold out? It wasn't there.., I have a drinking party tomorrow, but I drank a lot today too😅.

We went to a Hokuriku restaurant for the first time. This pattern is quite common these days😄. The set included three kinds of sake, mainly from the Hokuriku region: Tengu Mai, Mifuku, and Yuho. The first one is Tengu Mai Yo-Yo! As the name suggests, it is sweet and tasty, with a touch of sourness. The image is a little bit strong! Today, it is served cold, but as the label says, it may be tasty at room temperature.

I had seen it at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it, so I finally did!
