A liquor store I've cycled to a few times. They only carry original sake (apparently, I haven't checked 😅). A bit funny? Uncle's particular store. On this day, I had this Imanishiki Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu (freshly brewed) The sweetness of the rice? It's fresh with a bit of acidity. Fresh with a bit of sourness✨. It's 18%, but it's smooth. But it also has a solid feel to it Delicious 😋. It seems that Ina Shokuhin Kogyo of Kanten Papa has taken over the business. I visited Ina Foods a few years ago and got the impression that it was a very nice company. The management and employees were great, but there was something about the atmosphere of the company that was great! I would like to support them in my feelings!

Good morning, Pon 😊. Yes, that's right😄I had an image that the people working there have a sense of "taking care of people" and "being kind to people" from top to bottom, rather than "having to do it" (my own idea) 🥰.

Launch at Jiyugaoka (6) I gave a little too much 😅. The last sake of the day was Yonesuru Junmai Ginjo No. 34 It is the 34th brewed in the year, and it seems to be the number for the tome-brewing on New Year's Day every year! Gentle and fresh. Sweet, yet refreshing. Fruity, with a touch of sourness. My notes are getting more and more confusing 😵. It was another day of thank yous for the delicious sake and food with my friends after a successful day of work and a thank you for asking me to come back next year 😄. So, today is a national holiday, but I'm traveling for work! I have to do my best and get some good local sake! (Not where I'm going to work hard 🤣)

Launch at Jiyugaoka (5) The fifth drink was Echigo Den'emon Gozu! Unique label, first time to drink! I found on the internet that the number "5" has various meanings. It seems to be made by polishing 50% of "Gohyakumangoku", Life goes on.(Life GOZ on.) It is an ironic subculture that expresses positivity, akin to resignation toward one's own life, which is full of peaks and valleys, but one still has to live on (according to the producer's data), Is it a little muddy? A little soft. A touch of sweetness Fresh acidity

Launching in Jiyugaoka (4) The fourth drink was Koganezawa test brew. This is also a first time drinker! Slightly sweet, but dry. A little sweet, but dry. Dodgers' Otani hits a home run ⚾🎉! My coworker was on the way with his phone showing the major league broadcast (no sound). We talked, sometimes with the owner over the counter, watching the baseball game while eating and drinking 🍶. My notes on the drinks are getting a little lame 🤣.

Launch at Jiyugaoka (3) You can of course tell the owner what you want to drink, but if you ask for the next drink, the owner will serve it to you along with the food! It's dangerous to drink too much. ⚠️ The third glass is Junsei Unfiltered Yamadanishiki. I think this is the first time I've had it. It has sweetness, but is it a dry type? I feel a clear sourness. Grilled tuna, delicious 😋.

The first round of drinks at Jiyugaoka The second drink was Bunkajin Rizul Origigarami. This is my first time to drink this Bunka Jin. It is more acidic and fresh than the previous Maki-ki! Is it a dry Kochi type? It's a bit softer than the previous one, though. I choose my favorite sake cup every time I visit this restaurant. This day, I was in the mood for a beautiful faceted glass ✨. But it's a little bigger than I expected! I have a dangerous feeling😅

Launching in Jiyugaoka (1) A project for a client in Minato Mirai for the current fiscal year has been completed, and I went to the launch with my colleagues. to a restaurant in Jiyugaoka To a restaurant in Jiyugaoka (somehow passing by 😵 house,) I've been to this nice Japanese restaurant several times. Sake was left to me. The first sake the owner served me was makiki raimei! I've had makiki before, but this makiki was new to me! A little bit of sweetness and sourness Fresh sake with a hint of sweetness and sourness! Delicious 😋. Tasty hairy crab and sea urchin too (can't you see the hairy crab?)

My wife's mother who lives in Takamatsu sometimes sends us Kinryo. This time it was the first time for us to try the Usu Nigori "Mato". Tasted the top clear layer first 😋. Soft sweetness, a bit apple? (According to the label on the back 😆) Next, mix it with the oli that has accumulated at the bottom, The taste becomes a little stronger? A little sourness, slight bitterness. More grapefruit than apple? The sourness and bitterness are not that strong, But it also tastes sweeter? It seems to be sweeter. This is a soft and delicious sake. I feel like everyone in my family gives me sake. Thank you 🙇. They have a bottle at my oldest son's place and one at my daughter's place and they are stanning for me 🥰.

Noge with his eldest son and his wife (3) Next (and last) sake of the day at a sushi bar This is also my first time drinking Shinkame! (I may not have drunk much Saitama sake 🙄 ) A little dry. A little dry? A little different from the image of nama-shu? But maybe this kind of taste goes well with sushi and tempura 🥳. Noge with his eldest son and his wife (2) The second restaurant in Noge with my eldest son and his wife Next, we went to our new favorite sushi bar 😆. We also had some sake that we didn't have last time. Rumiko in Spring I've seen it before, but this is the first time I've had it! It looks just like it came out of the vat! Clear, refreshing acidity. I thought it would be more dry, but I can also taste the sweetness of the rice (although it is not a sweet sake). It's also very nice. The tempura here is cheap and delicious 🍤.

Noge with his eldest son and his wife (1) On Saturday, I received a line from my eldest son saying, "I'm thinking of going to a bedrock bath near our house on Sunday and would like to have dinner afterwards. (My wife went to Izumo where our daughter was staying. (My wife has gone to Izumo with our daughter and Takamatsu with her mother-in-law, so she invited me out since she is alone?) I asked him, "Okay, what time? I asked him what time, and he said noon. There are not many places near my house where you can drink from noon, so we ended up going to Noge. First "shellfish" restaurant I've ever been to. Kikuyu with hot sake (it was a little cold and rainy) 🍶. My oldest son's wife is a sake drinker, so it was perfect! This is my first time drinking it! And I don't usually drink it hot, so I don't know what it is, but it's nice 😋. I can feel the acidity. And the aroma comes in fluffy. I guess I was right in heating it up. Don't eat too much, let's go to the next restaurant!

Tsuchida 99% koji Usually 20% koji rice is made into 99% koji rice 😆. Like Tsuchida? I drink it at room temperature. Sweetness and acidity are felt first (but it's not fruity) Darkness, umami? Hiroki" caught my eye at a local liquor store. It was the first time I had seen another brand from the brewer of Murasakyu. This store has always carried Murasakyu, but it seems they have newly started to carry it. This first bottling is made on March 3, squeezed, bottled, labeled, and shipped immediately. When you drink it, it has a sweet taste at first, and then a sour taste. It's fresh. Not quite there, but a little citrusy. It's more acidic, clear and refreshing than my image of purple air. It's also delicious 😋. I'm lucky🥳 to have stumbled across it!

Do they make any alcohol in Kawasaki? 😱 I was casually looking at the shelf at a liquor store I sometimes go to by bike and saw a POP with doburoku made in Kawasaki! I knew it was a rarity, so I bought it 😆. Doburoku mf (Mezzo Forte) I don't usually drink doburoku, so I don't really know what it's all about, but at least the bottle is stylish 😙. It's very separated, so at first, I gently take the top clear, it's tart and fresh 😘. Mixing it and drinking it, you can taste many more flavors 😁. It tastes sour and has the taste and texture of sake lees? It tastes like makgeolli, I left half of it and the rest for the next day, The last one is almost solid 🤣🤣. The alcohol content is low, so it disappears very quickly. It's like amazake, but there's sourness and alcohol 🤯. Sometimes it's good to have something like this.

Another Yamaguchi business trip (Shin Yamaguchi) I went to a yakitori restaurant that I had set my sights on alone, but was refused because it was full. I guess there are only a few restaurants, so they are concentrated? I went to an izakaya I'd been to once before. At night at the hotel, I have to prepare for work tomorrow, so I have just one light drink (beer not included). I decided on Ki. This mellow dry Junmai Yamadanishiki is new to me! It's definitely a dry type! It's very crisp! I heard it is 80% polished rice to make the best use of Yamadanishiki, Unfortunately, I don't know if it's like Yamadanishiki or not😅. On my way back from Gifu the other day, while waiting for my bullet train in Nagoya, I went to the sake department of Takashimaya. I remember the last time I drank Miyaganbai, it was delicious 🤔. I knew there was a sake collaboration between my neighborhood liquor store and the Kanmei Brewery, but I put it off thinking I could always buy it. But it's plum season and I finally bought it (almost, coyly). Oyusaki Quartet I heard that the name "Uguisaki" is a play on Osaki, where the cold plum trees are located, or plum blossoms and bush warblers (Uguisu), and many other things! At first, you can taste a little sourness. It's just a little bit sour, but it's not too much. The sweetness is soft and lingers on the tongue. Maybe a little more refreshing than the Miyakanume I had before (not sure I remember that 😆). Fresh, fruity and a little different from the gentle sweetness of rice. It is also beautiful and delicious 😋. On the second day, it seems a little more sour. And sweetness too. As an added bonus, here's a picture of the plums
