On Father's Day, my daughter who lives in Shimane sent me two bottles of Shimane sake. One of the bottles Honorable Ikezuki Hotarugamai Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki First time to drink My first impression: it has a strong flavor! But I can taste the sweetness, but it's not that strong. It tastes like rice and is delicious! It's soft. Maybe it's my favorite 😋. I heard that the super soft water makes the sake soft and clean, and the Izumo style of koji making = total rice polishing, which gives it a strong taste. I don't know, but it seems like it when you say it 😆.

Good evening, Takashi-san. Sake gift from your daughter 🎁 in addition to the usual gathering with your son's sake-loving girlfriends. That's the best Father's Day ever ✨. I'm very curious about the sake from Shimane as I don't get a chance to drink it very often 😊.

It was Father's Day and my oldest son was at home with his girlfriend for dinner. Continuation of My son's girlfriend drinks a lot 😅 So, for the next drink in the Summer Yago Pink Sake made with our own Omachi sake! Sake from my hometown, Kanagawa Clear! More like a dry sake. More acidity than sweetness. Rice-like taste, not strong but rice-like My daughter in Shimane sent me some sake, but I can't go that far 🤣. Maybe next time!

It's Father's Day, so my oldest son went home with his girlfriend for dinner. Eldest son's girlfriend drinks quite a bit (and sake) 🤣. This day was a little different, rice and agave flower style. The neighborhood liquor store we frequent carries rice and agave, but I've never had a choice of craft sake before, so this was my first time drinking it 😋. My oldest son, who normally doesn't drink sake, is going to try it too lol (she, of course, drinks it). Slightly carbonated, shwashy. Tastes like grapefruit? A bit of bitterness in the sourness. Sake? It tastes like sake, but it's delicious! I wonder what it tastes like when hops are added 🍺 Grapefruit is in it, right? It's like a grapefruit in it! It's a dangerous one that you can't help but drink in no time 💥. My son and girlfriend gave me a pair of sandals (slip type) and socks as a gift. (I got a pair of sandals (slip type) and socks.

Good evening, Takashi 🦉. I can see you had a fun Father's Day meal 🤣I can see that your girlfriend is a frequent drinker 😊. I've recently seen this one at Sake no Wawa and I'm curious about it since I haven't tried craft sake yet🎶.

Shinbashi drinking④ The last drink of the day Akabu Junmai Ginjo A little shuwashuwa Slightly refreshing Sourness and sweetness are both well balanced Akabu is a stable taste. Leaving the izakaya, we finished with kashiwa udon noodles instead of ramen to close out the meal. I am thankful that I can still go out for drinks like this with the customers I have had the pleasure of meeting in the past, as if they were my friends! And we talked about going again 😋.

Shinbashi drinking (3) I was curious about this one, too, but it's my first time to drink it. Sairai Junmai Ginjo It has a soft sweetness and acidity. I guess it's a refreshing type of sake. Easy to drink, it goes down smoothly! Dangerous one 😆 And of course the sashimi was delicious!

Shinbashi drinking (1) Last week, I met again with a customer I hadn't seen in 7 or 8 years. This time, the three of us, including another person I had missed, went to Shinbashi (at a restaurant where the sashimi seemed a bit much for two or three people). Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zume Soft taste and mouthfeel, A little bit melty and sweet, though, fresh, fruity and not too acidic. Easy to drink Oze no Yukidoke Natsu Gin Another soft sweetness. Slightly refreshing Fresh and fruity, maybe even clearer than before. I've been here many times, but I didn't know they were promoting Oze no Yukidoke! I've never had it before (I think), but it's pretty tasty 😋.

Even though it's a drink, when it has the same name as yours, I kind of get attached to it (even though I read it differently). Since it was the 300th check-in, I thought it would be a special sake, but I couldn't think of anything, I thought of a special sake with my name, I decided to go with Takashi (it's also a local sake from Kanagawa). This season, I went for this one with a cute T-shirt label 😘. Not only does it look like summer, it certainly feels like summer when you drink it! It's refreshing, light, crisp and fresh! Sweetness and acidity are not that much. But it's not what you would call light and dry, but I guess it's a dry type. I feel a little sourness. After the second day, the sweetness also increases a little? With sea bream we got as a gift

Yesterday, four of us had a drink with our clients. One of us used to work in Hokkaido a while ago and recommended a place to drink at Kamikawa Taisetsu (with Hokkaido food). Actually, we drank Kamikawa, special junmai Kamikawa Taisetsu, Tokachi, Goryo, and about two more bottles, but it was hard to take notes when drinking with customers, and I didn't take any pictures, In addition, I drank a bit too much yesterday, and I don't know the combination of notes and drinks anymore😅. The only one that seems to be ok is this one Kamigawa Taisetsu Yamahai, Hashiwake, Kitsashizuku. They say it's been in the brewery for 3 years! Yesterday's sakes were all delicious, clean, elegant, soft and sweet, Among them, this one had a unique sourness and sharpness, I think. They were great customers, but we had too much fun drinking yesterday. Thank you for this kind of relationship!

Tsuchida Research Brewing (2) Next, Research Brewing 18 This one was brewed under the same conditions as Shin Tsuchida, with the only change being the addition of yeast No. 6. (Don't tell me it's not like Shinmasa?) It's very soft in the mouth! (But of course, it's not like Shinsei 🤣) (But of course it's not like Shinsei 🤣) Sourness is there, but the sourness is a little bit different. This is also delicious 😋. The sweetness and especially the acidity are not so strong, but I can taste the rice? I can feel it. I can't believe the alcohol content is almost the same. Does it leave a bit of a rough taste on the tongue? This one is more refreshing (but not fresh in general 😆) The acidity and amino acid levels are quite different. I want to try the other one. But I don't want to be called a pervert 😅

Tsuchida Research Brewing ①. The other day at the SAKE Park at Miyashita Park in Shibuya, I got an 800 yen discount coupon at Tsuchida's booth. I went into Tsuchida's net to use it, and I felt the "perverted sake" that the store (sake brewery) staff had mentioned at that time in various places 😁. Unleash yourself out of the box of common sense? A feeling 🤯. I had my doubts, but decided to buy the experimental brewing series. I bought the 18 and 23, which seemed to have a large swing (info on the net). Sounds like a lot of fun😍. 23 has no added yeast, 18 has No. 6 yeast. Research Brewing 23 The one made naturally without adding yeast, so it's almost the same brewing method as Syntschida. When you drink it, it tastes strong and acidic. The umami taste is also strong. It really has a unique taste - sweet and sour! But is it a little less sweet than the last Syntzchida I drank? (My memory is a little fuzzy. lol) After the second day, I think the taste became even stronger. Apricot-like? I kinda know what you mean about the habitual feeling 😆.

Noge drinking④ The last time I came here, I was greedy and had five drinks in the 30-minute all-you-can-drink period, so today I finished with four drinks. The last one was Ona Yamada Nishiki. The last sake was Ona Yamadanishiki, which has a soft sweetness in a refreshing taste. It is the image of a beautiful sake, and delicious! For some reason, the group next to me who had started drinking the same sake as me was also offered Ona? When I offered it to them, they said "This is delicious! They said, "This is delicious! But still, it was fun to spend time with my high school classmates. After that, we went to two more restaurants.

Noge drinking (3) The third drink was Yamagata Masamune, another first! It has a crisp acidity. I don't feel any sweetness. After pouring, I thought I should have mixed the ori with a little more skill. During the pouring, I started talking with a group of 4 people next to me (who had been at the same restaurant the first time), and one of them asked me for the same sake that he was pouring, and I started pouring without understanding why. The tuna was from the fourth restaurant, 300 yen, cheap!

On the way back from Gifu, I had some time to kill at Nagoya Station, so I went to the sake department of Takashimaya Department Store. On that day, a person from Kinshi Masamune in Kyoto was there to make a recommendation. He said, "It is made with soft water from Fushimi, so if you don't mind a softer sake, this is the one for you. He said, "It is made with soft water in Fushimi, if you don't mind soft sake. I had no prior knowledge of Kinshi Masamune, but I thought this was a good chance. So I bought it. I guess it is more of a dry wine. It is not too sweet and not too sour, so it is refreshing, but it has a taste. I guess it's the sweetness of the rice, not a strong taste. This is good 😋.

I have work tomorrow, but just one more drink, I'll go for a Gifu sake, since I have to, I don't know this brand, but it has a recommendation sticker on it! Ichiju Senzan Hachitan Nishiki... It's made in Hiroshima! This one is a little less sweet. A little tingling on the tongue at first. Soft acidity comes in. It's a refreshing type, and it goes down smoothly. Later, I saw on the internet that there is a hidden Gifu Prefecture and a hidden Hiroshima Prefecture on the label, just for fun! I should have looked for it at the store! I don't know anymore😩.

I got a sake that I was a little curious about! One of my high school classmates lives in the Kiso area of Nagano Prefecture, and a few of us are going to visit him this coming summer. I was looking online to see if there was a sake brewery nearby that we could visit if we could, and I was thinking that if it was in Kiso Fukushima, we might be able to go. One that I was checking out with the delusion that I could go there. Should I go there after drinking? Or should I go there and drink it first? I was a bit confused, but I decided to drink it anyway. What is "test rice brewed sake"? I looked it up and found out that it is called Shinkoshu 557, which is a new sake brewing rice developed by Nagano Prefecture. The yeast is also Nagano D yeast developed by Nagano Prefecture. The first sip was a sizzling sensation! Fresh and sour. It has a soft sweetness that is sweet and delicious, but not too rich and fresh! It's well-balanced and delicious! If you go there and drink it, it should taste even better😋.

Regular Shuho? is a little different from the taste? label with a classical strong font, but this one has a pop label: 🏝️! In the mouth, you can taste sourness and sweetness! It's a cold sake, so it's kind of refreshing. It's a nice, robust sake with a delicious umami flavor! Sake level -7, but it doesn't seem too sweet? Alcohol 17%, I thought it might be possible to drink it on the rocks, and I tried it. But I think it's better not to drink it on the rocks to get the full flavor. It tastes sweet at first, and then the sourness starts to take over a little bit at a time. It was hot today, so it was perfect!
