Jiyugaoka 2 All-you-can-drink and the owner leaves it to you. When you ask for the next dish, it comes out one after another (dangerous⚠). The next one is Tasake, special junmai sake, yamahai brewing. It has a soft sweetness. Elegant? Delicious! Delicious. I picked up a whale and a gourd whose name I forgot.

Jiyugaoka 1) From the day before yesterday to yesterday, I worked in Minatomirai. On the way home, my colleagues and I decided to go out for a drink and went to Jiyugaoka. (Passing by my house!). A rather nice counter-only Japanese restaurant that I had been to once before. And I did it again, all you can drink 🙀. First, Izumo Fuji White Label Shiboritate Unpasteurized Sake! A little sourness, with a hint of sweetness in it. As an entrée, it is easy to drink!

Souvenirs from my wife's trip to Kasama, Ibaraki with her friends. Inazato Hoshi Junmai Ginjo Sake I've never had before. It tastes like rice, it's very robust. A little sourness, sweetness is just rice sweetness. I like the way it tastes. I read that it goes well with Italian and French food? With pasta (not pictured) This is also served with a souvenir sake cup made of Kasama-yaki porcelain. But maybe the glass would have gone better with the pasta? LOL! That's okay too!

May 5th is Children's Day Kido (KID) fits,? Stable taste. Sweetness and sourness. The sweetness of rice lingers on the tongue. Good balance of sweetness, sourness and rice flavor. Good cost performance, and I applaud the company's efforts 👏. However, I think the super dry type might be better for Kashiwa Mochi. Oh well... lol

Eldest son and his girlfriend dine at our house, continued Surprisingly, my eldest son's girlfriend drinks, so what's next for Masumi? The orthodox and delicious one? A slightly unique one? I asked her, and she answered, "The unique one. Whether it is actually unique or not is another question, Next is Miyamakikiku Limited Edition Red Sake! I bought this at Takashimaya in Nagoya on my way back from a business trip to Gifu in the first half of last GW. The brewer was selling sake tasting at the store. Sake around here, you can't tell the difference at all from the back 😦. The guy at the store said that it is not open to the public and you have to drink it. After tasting 4 kinds (red, blue, purple, and junmai), I thought the red was the most typical of this sake and brought it back to my house! When you drink it, it has a strong flavor and 19% alcohol. It is dark and tastes like rice. But it's not that strong, so it's a dangerous one that you can drink more and more! But my son's girlfriend really drinks a lot.

Monorchis Mercury Sunday Back Nine The last day of a golf tournament = Sunday, the second half, the last nine holes...you mean, the winning point? Is that right? Today is not a special game! Not really, but let's just say that every day is a serious competition ✨. Sweet, but not too sweet. Overall, refreshing. A little sour too. What is this balance? Is it a little bit unique? The green sticker that is quietly placed right in the middle of the label is cute 💞.

Yesterday, I was in the Okachimachi - Ueno area with three members who were juniors at my former company and are now working as separate partners. A restaurant that reproduced snacks from a popular Chinese bar. Basically, beer and Shaoxing sake, but for some reason they had sake, so we ordered one. I hadn't had Ichinokura in a while. It's a dry and refreshing sake, with a touch of riceiness. It leaves a slight taste on the tongue. This kind of sake goes well with this kind of food! But when I first asked if I could take a picture of the bottle, the guy who tried to bring it to me laughed because it was "here and there" 😁. I had to tell the foreigner clearly 😁.

Today is Golden Week, but I'm traveling for work. Recently, I've been taking a day off on my one-day business trip. But today, I decided that I worked even during GW, and when I got home, I had a drink from the fridge that I hadn't finished yesterday. Honkikusen Hana-shu I bought this sake at a local supermarket that has a good selection of sake. It has a strong sweetness and sourness, A bit like plum wine, sweet and sour? Aroma is also quite strong. Slightly unique taste. Alcohol 19 degrees, a little strong

Biking to a new liquor store A little stylish corner liquor store, but I'm not going to drink in the store.., First time to buy sake at a new store! I reacted to the words "Fuku-Komachi Extra Limited Edition! in the extra edition of Fukkomachi! The first saké in my mouth was sweet and tasty. It's a dark sake, 17.5 degrees. Rice taste is strong, rice-like sweetness comes I think I like it. As the label says, the first taste is umami, then sweetness, and then sourness, That's exactly how I feel. I wonder if I'm under a spell. I think so. I drank about half of it, and when I drank it after 2 days of drinking outside, it seemed to get darker and darker 🙀.

Continuing (and final) reunion with an old customer The last of this restaurant is South. Clear sake, acidic, goes well with food. The lady who served me said, "We're almost out, so just take a sip and we'll fill it all up." I took a sip, but there was still some left, so I took another sip (two total) and she served me another glass. I took a sip, but there was still some left, so I took another sip (total of two sips) and she poured me another. I went to one more restaurant after that, but I don't have any information left to post.......,

Continued reunion with old customers Next, there was a spring sake corner, so I tried one I hadn't had yet... Hoyo, Haru Nagomi What a nice name and label. It was a little sweet, with a hint of sourness. We had a good conversation after a long time, but my notes on the sake were not very good.

Continued reunion with old customers Next drink is the moon after the rain. I think this is probably the first time I've had it. It is said to be a refreshing sake and dry, but I don't think it feels that dry. It has a hint of sweetness in the clear taste. Serve with nameko mushrooms as a side dish.

A former customer contacted me for the first time in 8-10 years, and we met up in Akihabara for drinks after work yesterday. At first, he invited me to a beer hall, but in fact, I had been to a beer hall the day before yesterday for another customer's company get-together, so we went to a Japanese-style restaurant. First (after two beers), we went to Hakurakusei. When you put it in your mouth, the first impression is that it is soft It is slightly sweet and fruity. It is the type that goes down smoothly!

Sake from Sado Island. Hokusetsu Sweetness in the mouth When I say sweetness, I mean the taste of rice (sweetness). This is Gohyakumangoku A little bit strong taste And a little sourness. Maybe it's because it's at room temperature, but it's soft. I like it. This time it was a bottle, which is unusual for me. Usually I carry a four-pack bottle in my backpack on my bicycle. The last time my daughter came home, I rented a car to pick her up at the airport and go shopping. I don't really need it, but sometimes when I drive, I feel like I have to buy a bottle! I think, "I have to buy a bottle!

Yesterday, I went to a customer's place and on my way home, I got it at a liquor store nearby! The liquor store near my house (Tachi) doesn't carry Wind Forest. It is supposed to be careful when opening the bottle, but it is not that bad, a little shpoom! Slight carbonation in the mouth A little sourness on the nose. It's fruity, but the acidity is not that strong, so in that sense, it's definitely banana? It's fresh and refreshing, but not too much in that direction. Lately, wherever I go for work, I end up looking for a liquor store in the neighborhood 😁. This time, I went to a place where they were pushing for Kaze no Mori...this time, 80% polished Yamadanishiki. Next time, I'll try a different pattern!

Riding my bike to the liquor store, where I went once before. This place has a donkey-like atmosphere with a Showa-era feel? (Sense of exploration) I somehow chose it, Hanagaki, which I had never had before. Koshinoshizuku, the first in a series of different rice varieties. It's supposed to come out every three months. It's fresh, like an unfiltered raw sake! It has a fruity acidity. You can also taste the sweetness of the rice. This is delicious! And it's also very cost-effective. This restaurant has a high chance of hitting the mark (in my opinion).
