Glad to see Miyamanishiki again this year: ☺️ Mild aroma, slightly muscat 🥰. The first taste is mineral like hard water, The minerality of hard water on the palate is accompanied by a light umami, and the wine flows smoothly with a white wine-like acidity and finishes with Morishima's unique minerality! It's not exactly dry, but in a way it's dry too 😋. Morishima wines are all good as always 😋! Nest Beer had a new flavor, so I bought it 🍺. It seems to have cacao and tangerine in it 😆. It was really good, so if you see it, buy it 😋.

Company New Year's Party: ‼️ We went to Oarai-cho to eat anko-nabe at the company's New Year's party! 8,000 yen per person for anglerfish course 🤑! My stomach is full and my wallet is empty 🤑. Of course we drink Tsuki no I because we are in Oarai 💪‼️ Compared to Tsuki no I Junmai, Jungin is dry but light and fruity and easy to drink😆. And the anglerfish dishes are all delicious 😋! The anglerfish you eat at a random restaurant will inevitably have a unique flavor, but at a well-run restaurant, it will have no flavor at all 🥰. The monkfish liver is so sweet and rich and has no peculiarities that you can enjoy it without grated momiji or ponzu vinegar 😋. The ankou nabe is also very tasty, with no need to use ginger or strong miso flavor to cover up the peculiarity 🥰. I hope you enjoy Ibaraki's winter delicacies, too!

The first Shibori of Aizu Nakasyo, my favorite Aizu sake for the past two years.... The third picture is a masturbation fat that MAJ gave me: ❤️ And the fourth picture is a sea cucumber sent from my parents' house: ❤️ Ona Fat and sea cucumber, mmmm, so erotic 🤣. Oh, it's not a sea cucumber, it's a big sausage 🤣. But this sausage is totally aimed at you 🤣. The smell is like lime + melon? Nice aroma 😆. The attack is melon-like flavor, but then the sourness comes and turns into apple-like flavor. Finishes with a sugary sweetness on the tongue and a light astringency! Too good. ☝️ I knew I like Aizu Nakasho👍 The astringency goes well with the meatiness and spiciness of the sausage, and with sea cucumbers you can drink it forever 🍶.

New Year's party with Mr. R and Ms. N This is the last post of the New Year party. We had about 5 other drinks but I didn't take pictures 😭. Kawanakajima active nigori ☺️ It was quite healthy and took a while to open the bottle. This is already champagne in aroma and taste 🍾. Creamy champagne 🍾. I prefer Hirotogawa's muddy type, but this is good too ‼️ I drank it with some natural cheese that Men-chan gave me 🍶. This cheese is so good! I've never had such a good cheese 🧀. I'll have to beg for some next time 💪.

New Year's party with Mr. R and Ms. N This is Yanase from Jikin. Probably won't be drinking in the future 🤣. It has a nice aroma typical of Jikin. The sweetness and umami, the aroma that spreads in the mouth, everything is in the finest balance, too easy to drink 🤣. It is too easy to drink 🤣 It has a slightly alcoholic taste when heated up, but the sweetness and umami are thicker and more delicious 😋. Drinking at home is great because you can do this kind of thing ❤️ I found an electric pressure cooker and took the liberty of using it to make a combination of salted pork and hot spring eggs. What? You think the electric pressure cooker is just amazing? That's right 🤣.

Second New Year's Party 🍶. Nigori (nigori) of Hanahayo I've had this non-nagori one before, but this is my first nigori one. I don't like Hanahyokyu, so I don't drink it even if I see it at a liquor store these days 🤣. The aroma is pineapple 🍍. The taste is pretty dry ‼️ I thought it was sweet and delicious but this is a dry nigori 🫨It gets sweeter when heated but it's much drier than Jigon 😊I think I like it better this way 😊. The entrée is Namako (sea cucumber) brought from my parents' house. Most places serve sea cucumbers with vinegar, but this one is served with sake. ✌️ Vinegar makes them scrawny, so I personally recommend serving them with sake. ☺️ The taste of sake and the saltiness of the sea cucumber makes it very tasty 😋.

New Year's party with Mr. R We had a New Year's party with Mr. Rigel! First of all, we had a nigori party! I'm so happy because I haven't had it since the year before last. ☺️ I see that the nigori is from Gohyakumangoku! I personally prefer the Hachitan-nishiki version of Jikin, but either one is fine as long as you let me drink it ❤️ The aroma is nice, light and fruity. It has a sweet taste, but it's umami and silky, with a fizzy feeling that covers it. ☝️ By the way, I also tried heating it up, but it has more sweetness and umami when heated 🤤. I also had some hairy crab 🦀 that I got from Noodle-chan. Both are too good 🤣!

It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Aozora ‼️ This price is a bit too high for a 500mm bottle of Junmai 🤣I'm having a hard time finding a bottle that's only for restaurants 😭 I haven't had this year's Hirotogawa nigori yet, but I thought it tasted similar to Hirotogawa nigori until last year 🧐. The aroma may be more fresh and fresh 🧐 ‼️ I had Kyoto yellowtail for New Year's. It was fatty but had a nice crispy texture and was very tasty 🤤. Aomori why Toyobai ‼️ I wanted to drink Junmai Shiboritate but it was sold out 😭. The aroma is Toyobai, isn't it? Green apple 🍏. It's easy to drink with the sweet apple-like flavor and the unique bitterness of Toyobai rice: ‼️ By the way, I heard that it tastes good when heated up, so I tried heating it up for about half a cup: ♨️ I failed to rinse it and it got very hot and I couldn't really taste it 🤣. I'm posting this because I started work but I don't feel like doing it on the first day after the holidays 💪. I drank sake at my parents' house on New Year's Day 🍶. It's a mysterious oddity that I brought some tasake back to Aomori, but that's ok because in the liquor stores around my parents' house, tasake is pre-priced and hard to buy 🤣. The aroma is muscat-like. The sweetness is typical of Hwaso and the bitterness on the back end is as wonderful as ever👍. But this sweetness doesn't go well with a meal, but I don't mind drinking it because it's delicious 🤣. By the way, in 2025, the type AB Taurus is compatible with me: ❤️ If there are any AB type Taurus people, please invite me to a hotel anytime 🏨🤣.

Gara-yo, you are called Masayo these days. ⁉️ Well, as you'd expect from someone as grown up as me, you can read it correctly Gagakuyo: ‼️ Gagakuyo is a bit expensive 😆 I rarely drink in this price range. I rarely drink in this price range, but since it's Christmas, I do 🍶. The aroma is a bit sugary, like sugar candy. Light on the palate but sweet 😆. Both are so delicious😍Thanks for the treat ‼️‼️ top clearness. The aroma is lychee. Light melon sweetness. Dry and crisp for the taste. ❗️ Good only for the upper clearings. ❤️ Mixing. A bit of milky lactic acidity added to the aroma. Mouthfeel, more lychee sweetness than Kamisumi, yet with rice flavor, light acidity and a firm dry finish 🤤. However, the sweetness is not strong at all, so I won't get tired of this one. ☺️ It's also a badass rice this year. ❗️ I'm afraid it will be a battle next year... 💦. Noodle Chan's hokke is so good! The fat of the hokke and the sweetness and sharpness of the Urasato nigori meet. ❤️1st, I don't think it would have been like this. ❤️ Good again this year 😭It was gone in an hour... 💦. It's still alive because of what you gave me 🤣. Drinking sea urchin from Mr. Meng Fat King and dry sake from Mr. T◯k◯sh◯n 🤣❤️ Almost no aroma. It's a dry sake, so it doesn't have a bad aroma 😘. It has a slight sweetness that you can feel when you keep chewing the rice, and then it finishes crisp and clear: ⚔️ It's good 😋. It goes great with sea urchin 🟡........ And this combination cuts through the rich taste of the sea urchin, so it's a perfect pairing 👌 It is written as "devilishly spicy" but it is not that dry and has a slight sweetness, so it is relatively easy to drink dry. ☺️ Thanks for the food, you guys can give me more stuff 🤣🤣🤣 I'll sweetly accept 🤣🤣🤣

It's been a long time since I've been in the middle of the world. Uesumi A refreshing greefy scent ὰ. From the firm schwashiness. Sweet and sour ooze out, leaving a little sweetness on the tongue and crisp with a citrus-like bitterness. Yes, it is delicious! I think it is a little sweeter than Tenmei Zero. After pouring the top clear, it is automatically stirred from there and is very energetic 💪. Mix it up. More fragrant 😆. Nice aroma 🥰. The sweetness has a strong melon-like flavor and a nice bitter and astringent accent that is also stronger and tastier when mixed 😋. I don't feel the residual sweetness from the top clear anymore too much, it's so much better ‼️ I personally recommend drinking it well chilled because the sweetness comes out as the temperature rises: ✌️ I paired it with fried oysters, tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and motsu (pork cutlet stew). ☺️ It goes with everything, but I think it goes better with tartar sauce than with food 😉. The third picture is the illumination of Suigo Park in Tsuchiura 🎄There are quite a lot of lights up and it looks nice, so please visit if you like 😘. It's open until mid-January.

Kameizumi not a cell🐢. First one that isn't a cell ❗️ My boss was going to Kochi, so I jokingly asked him to buy me a nice bottle of sake as a souvenir 🤣. It has almost no aroma 😳. The cell is highly aromatic so there is quite a contrast! It has a sweetness like baked apples and a full rice flavor 🌾. It's sharp but not spicy. But this is good 🤣. I think I like this better than cell 😊. I prefer it at room temperature because the flavor obviously opens up more at room temperature than cold sake 🫡. I'd like to get a copy of this one: ❤️ The 3rd and 4th pictures are of a sweet potato shochu called Yachiyoden. It's really delicious 😋I hope people who like sweetpotatoes will try it!

Living off what we receive: ‼️ I received my favorite Nabeshima ⛳️ from Choroki 😋. Nice aroma like green apple 🍏. On the attack, it has an astringent taste like a young melon, The sweetness of apple and the umami of the rice come in slowly and flow smoothly with the gaseous feeling that is typical of nama-shu. ❗️ The best 🤣! I still choose green for Nabeshima (I'll admit to disagreeing with you). When paired with grilled fish, the attack of astringency disappears and the taste becomes more beautiful and delicious! When served with grilled meat with sauce, the astringency of the attack comes out in the aftertaste, and it becomes tighter and tighter, which is also good! In other words, it is good with anything 🤣. The 3rd and 4th pictures are frozen ramen from Iida Shoten, which Yuka-Chin-Chin gave me. This is so good 😆 It's like having the taste of a restaurant at home 😲. We still need more supplies to survive on what we get, so please send us lots of stuff 🤣.

The aroma is like Mitsuya cider, and the taste is sweet like canned peaches 🍑 but the sweetness is quickly drowned out by the gassy feeling, so it's easy to drink. Mix it up. Does the aroma stay the same? When mixed, the sweetness is there, but a little fruity sourness is added, and the taste of rice is firmly on the tongue. Then, the gasiness and a nice accent of bitterness gives it a tangy kick. This is so good! I wonder why I haven't had it before. ☝️ It seems to go with everything for a meal. I think sashimi, meat, anything goes. 🍽️ I just happened to have some curry bread to go with it, and even curry bread goes well with it 🤣.

It's been a long time since I've been in the mountains3 ⛰️ Is the aroma white peach? Lychee? The aroma is a little sweet like white peach or lychee. The sweet melon-like flavor is followed by a strong flavor. The overall taste is nicely balanced by the muscat-like acidity, which is surprisingly refreshing. ☺️ The light gasiness and the light bitterness in the back of the mouth make it easy to drink without feeling too heavy 😆. It is a little heavy when the temperature rises, so I personally find it easier to drink when it is cold 🍶. It's been a while since I drank Yamazan, but it's delicious 😋 I'd like to try some of this season's draft sake as well! The fourth image is a craft beer from Mito 🍺. It's delicious with a nice refreshing and bitter taste ‼️ but a bit expensive😇
