Closing of the year's submissions Thank you for your support for another year of silly posts... Yesterday, I worked in the car on the way to the airport and then went to Izakaya Shinkansen 🚅 before we arrived 30 minutes before. It's been a while since I've had Urakasumi, but it's a nice, refreshing and easy to drink sake 🍶Tako-negiten (octopus and green onion tempura) has octopus in it and it's really good 😋. This is a special pure sake that we call a capacity scam every year! This year, I bought it, believing that it would contain 720 mm. I'll measure it this year: ⁉️ For now, 180mm in a wine glass: ❗️ Almost no aroma. If I had to say, Daifuku🤣? Aroma like rice powder? When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet apple-like flavor❗️, then a bit of rough astringency, bitterness & fresh muscat-like acidity that is typical of nama-zake. Yes, delicious 😋I think it has a little more sweetness than usual, but delicious 😋. Paired with the Hokkaido striped shrimp I got from Noodle-chan, it's bliss❤️ this is soooo good❤️ Refill 180mm Yup, delicious 😋. Refill 60mm with a cup of sake! The last Yamaoka family meal in 2024 🍜. I went to Yamaoka-ya! Special miso, green onion, chashu pork, korocha Gyoza and beer 🍺! It's a party for one 🤣. Over 2,000 yen...maybe a little too much 🤣. Well, it's ok because it's delicious 🤣. I should have had a consecutive holiday from yesterday, but I haven't finished my work yet, so even if I finish eating, I still can't finish my work yet 🙄. Who gave me this miko... 🤣 Is the aroma lemon sour? Muscat? Somewhat sour type aroma. Maybe it smells like Senkou beetles? The light, light, and refreshing mouthfeel is followed by an apple-like sweetness and umami, and then a citrus-like bitterness and sourness. It is a sweet, slightly refreshing water. Personally, I would prefer it to be a little less sweet 🍶 but it's still delicious. ❗️

I am the strongest~~~ I found the strongest Donbei duck, so I bought it â It is indeed the strongest, I also feel like the strongest after coming home at midnight on Christmas Eve and eating it 🤣. I got this sake from Choroki: ❗️ It has no aroma! On the palate it's thick water🤣. But then the umami comes in slowly with a time lag. It has a nice melon taste, sourness and bitterness. It's really tasty! It is a versatile food sake 👍. I want to drink this again ❗️ so Choroki-san, please help me out 🤣! It has a fruity flavor and sweetness, The mouthfeel is heavy, but the alcohol makes it easy to drink. This is good 😆 It is indeed a hidden sake 🍶. Bulletproof Osaka Business Trip 🚄 I went on a business trip to Osaka! I went on a business trip to Osaka! I went to three izakayas and didn't find a single sake from Osaka 🤣. What's that? I didn't find any last year either... 🤣 Is there any sake in Osaka? I had to work the next day, but I drank until 2 in the morning thinking about it 👅. The only thing I remember this time was going to an udon restaurant in Honmachi at 7am......it was really good, but 1,000 yen for udon in the morning is a lot.... On the way home, I wanted to go to Kakinoha Sushi and do Izakaya Shinkansen, but I had to work on the Shinkansen, so I couldn't drink... Why did I go to Osaka? Did I really go to Osaka...? Anyway, before I went to Osaka, I drank some sake from Nara, which is the closest to Osaka in our fridge inventory, so I'll post it here 🦌.

Compared to the special miso, it packs less of a punch, The ginger is refreshing, and the kikurage mushroom tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) is so good! You should try it! Also, unlike wasabi ramen, you can eat it without crying. ☝️ Eh! You say limited time offerings are floating around enough?
