First brand to drink: ☺️ It has a nice fruity aroma. The taste is umami and the throat is dry and refreshing 😋. It's a good sake that when paired with a meal, you can really taste the rice flavor 🍶. It is really delicious when served with food 😆. It's 300mm so it was an instant kill 🤣.

I finally drank some Osaka sake other than Akirika 🍶. bouken-san recommended Asano-san, but it's closed... Seriously...bouken-san set me up 🤣. Anyway, I managed to find a liquor store near Osaka station and got some Osaka sake 💪❗️ I'm drinking it for the first time, Sou no Sato🎵. I was surprised to find out that there is a place in Osaka that makes rice after talking to the guy at the liquor store and bought some 🫢. It smells a bit like melon🍈. It has a mildly sweet mouthfeel like apple juice and a light acidity. It has a bit of a peculiar aftertaste, but it is very refreshing. Without the refreshing taste, you would think it was cheap apple juice 🍎. No, it's very good, but this is the easiest way to describe it in my Japanese 😂. I personally like to drink it while chilled because the sweetness gets stronger as the temperature rises 😊. It's sweet but it went well with the mackerel sushi aftertaste ☝️ I can describe it as similar to Wada Ryutonsui, which I drank in the past, but it's almost impossible to convey 🤣. I wanted to try 551's meat buns and crab buns at Crab Doraku in Osaka 🦀. The 551 is very filling and delicious 😋 I wish they sell it in convenience stores 😆.

I've been drinking in Osaka. ❗️ Dotonbori is still too crowded with foreigners, But it's nice to go one street off the main street and not so many people 🎵. I went to 3 izakaya (Japanese style pubs)! And in 3 pubs I only saw one sake from Osaka, and it was Akirika 🤣. I didn't see any Osaka sake at the last izakaya in Osaka, but I didn't see any Osaka sake this time either 🤣. Keep up the good work Osaka🤣. I asked if there was any Kansai style food at the izakaya. I asked him. I asked if there was any Kansai-like food at an izakaya and was served surume-no-tempura (surume tempura). Surume tempura? But it's so good... I'll make it at home next time... I was in Tsukuba for work. I had tsukemen at KATSURYU 😆👍. The soup had a lot of meat in it, so it was very filling. It's the new sake season, so I bought a bottle of Akabu NewBorn after a long time ⚔️ The aroma is a young and austere melon 🍈. Nice fruity sweetness and light umami from the light shwash. It is fresh with a hint of gas. However, there is a strong astringency! A little too astringent 😅I personally think it's too much 😅. It's a good fruity and red wine, but the astringency is too much for me personally 😅. When the temperature was raised, the astringency became a little lighter and easier to drink, and I started to feel the muscat flavor 😅. On the second day, the whole thing comes together and is delicious 😋. I guess it means that the roughness of the new sake was strong 😇.

A little bit of wasanbon sweetness, The flavor runs lightly from the tip of the tongue to the throat. It has a slightly dry finish with green apple acidity and a crisp bitterness. ❗️ It's delicious😋I'm a genius after all❗️ It goes well with the sweet sauce of yakitori (grilled chicken), I think it goes well with everything. It's a great bottle! I wonder what it would be like if you made Green Nabeshima a little less sweet and a little more dry. On the 4th day after opening the bottle, the flavor has become more rounded and the dryness is felt! People who like dry taste would like it more like this 😊. I drank a Ruby at Zagin last Friday 🍺. I happened to find it at a liquor store far from here, so I bought it‼️ I wonder if it's not selling well? It's a year old, but I guess it's OK. ‼️ The aroma is a bit dry. It's not the same as hine, but the aroma gives the impression of aged sake 😌. On the palate, it has an aroma of maturity, but it's light and refreshingly sweet, and from there it has a smooth, slightly bitter taste that is nicely integrated. ‼️ It's delicious! It's classical, so it's hard to please everyone, but it has a sharpness that's different from dry wines and a good overall cohesiveness👍It has a slightly peculiar aftertaste after swallowing, but I think it's probably because it's been a year. It seems to go well with peculiar snacks 😆It went well with salted squid, but personally I would like to try it with sea squirt 🥰. The third image is chestnuts from Kasama 🌰. Roasted chestnuts are delicious 🤤. It's also a pretty good snack 🤤.

I'm Manachie, morning at Komeda in the morning 😉⭐️ Ogura toast in the morning is delicious but sweet😇 I bought some Mikumari which is very popular at Sake-no-wa 😉. I thought it was called Mimakuri, and I was thinking what I was looking all over the place, but I was wrong 😉 Tehepero. It poured out very softly 🫧. I don't think it has much of a scent. It's quite a shwishy mouthfeel🫧🫧. It has a strong grapey sweetness, but the schwashiness keeps it in check, and the sharpness from the acidity masks the sweetness, making the overall finish dry. Delicious in a modern way😋. Stand-alone or palate-cleansing sake position? I don't think it goes well with food, but if you dare, I think it would be good with sour sauces. I think it would be good with sour sauces, like tonkatsu with sauce 🐖. I personally would like to see a little more umami since the main flavors are sweet, sour and sour, but I guess it's just a matter of taste. ☺️

It's been quite a while since I've been on Ugo! The scent is a nice, clean, rummy scent 🟦. Thick mouthfeel. It has a thickened mouthfeel. From the moment you put it in your mouth until just before you swallow it, there is absolutely no stickiness at all. ‼️ The clear sweetness comes lightly, and at the timing of swallowing, it becomes crisp with melon-like flavor and light bitterness accompanied by sourness. This is delicious 😋. It's been a long time since I've tasted the moon after the rain, but it's still delicious. ☝️Ibaraki has a very limited number of distributors, but... I had some business in Mito over the three-day weekend, so I went to Shin Ibaraki Meshi on the way there 😆‼️ The main stage was really empty 🤣. Comedian's live performance was also very empty🤣. But all the food stalls were crazy crowded 😭I don't like waiting in line so I just had a beer and left 🚶.

To bring out the bravery. I took a picture in Ane-san style. The scent is mild - somewhat Japanese-ish. It has a moderate grape-like sweetness and white grape-like acidity. The aroma is a little bitter and sharp. I see, it is a sake that can be served both before and during meals 😆. It is also nice that the aftertaste is dry and sharp. ❤️ This is so delicious😍! I recommend it even to people who don't like hiyaoroshi 💪.

My personal favorite brand of Tochigi sake😊. I bought the autumn sake because it's kind of cheap for the specs 👌 It has a nice aroma. Smells a bit like a paste 😃. It has a light mouthfeel 👄. It has a wasanbon type of sweetness with a refreshing lemon water-like acidity. Then comes a light citrusy bitterness that is refreshing 👄. It is a light and refreshing sake like a summer sake. ‼️ is delicious 😊. I heard that the concept is to cool it down and make a good autumn sake, and it is true 😆 Well, I thought it would be better to make it as a summer sake, but I won't say it out loud😇. It goes well with the sweetness of steamed sweet potatoes 🍠. The third picture is motsu-ni from Marusan Shokudo in Mito‼️The motsu-ni here is very good, so please drop by on your way to Oarai❤️ You can also take it home from the vending machine.

I want to drink last year's dry junmai again! but not this year 😭 Anyway, I bought the one I'm looking forward to since this one is also delicious every year👍 The aroma is mild, with a slight melon aroma typical of Kiritsukuba if you sniff carefully. The attack is slightly sweet with low acidity, and the umami spreads out softly, followed by a nice hint of aluzoe and a clean crispness! It's not really dry, but rather a little bit dry. Speaking of Yamaoka Family I knew it was the special miso green onion topping: ‼️ I beg to differ: ‼️ I bought a bottle of Laughing Shiki's Koshiki Namaishio, which I've been wanting to try... â Muscat type of refreshing aroma😆. White wine on the palate The white wine-like mouthfeel with a hint of rice sweetness. The acidity and astringency will make your mouth feel light and squeaky clean, It passes smoothly. ☺️ Not too much of a sake yeast yeast, easy to drink 🍶. It's really good 👍 It's hard to match with pickles, but it goes well with tomato-based dishes. I tried it with shabu shabu and it goes well with the sweetness of beef 😂and I think it also goes well with sesame sauce👍 I had some golden kiwi, so I ate it and drank it, and it tasted like a pineapple like hana-yang-yu 🤣. It tastes a little bit like the aftertaste of Huayangbao but a little bit spicier, try it 🤣.

This is my first fall brew of the year🍂. But it's still insanely hot 🫠. Japanese-less aroma🍐. I like the aroma 🍐. Although it is hiyaoroshi, it is fresh and pear-like on the palate ☺️ The rice flavor and a little astringency spreads to the palate and is quickly cut by the acidity. Delicious! The sharpness goes well with sashimi 😆. The prosciutto cheese is perfect with it 😆 ❤️ It's low-alcoholic, so it's easy to drink even in this still hot hiyaoroshi season 🍶. However, since it's a bottle, it seems a little sweeter on the 4th day 😅If you don't like too much sweetness, finish it on the first day 💪. If you like sweet, leave it alone for a while 💪. The third picture is Coed beer 🍺. It's my first time drinking it and it's easy to drink ‼️

Shinshu Kamerei is one of the best! I think, I could buy it 🤣. The aroma is like a rummy type? The aroma is like a rumney, but the sweetness spreads to the mouth from the fresh gas feeling. It has a fresh grape-like acidity that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, and it's refreshing and crisp 😆. But I guess Shinshu Kirei Yamae Nishiki does not go well with Soba. It's less flashy than Kinmon-nishiki, but I think it's relatively flashy 😂. After drinking about 1 gou, the sweetness builds up quite a bit in the mouth, so drinking half a gou outside might be the best way to enjoy it 😂. I still want to drink Hitogokochi ‼️
