It's been a long time since I've been in the middle of the world. Uesumi A refreshing greefy scent ὰ. From the firm schwashiness. Sweet and sour ooze out, leaving a little sweetness on the tongue and crisp with a citrus-like bitterness. Yes, it is delicious! I think it is a little sweeter than Tenmei Zero. After pouring the top clear, it is automatically stirred from there and is very energetic 💪. Mix it up. More fragrant 😆. Nice aroma 🥰. The sweetness has a strong melon-like flavor and a nice bitter and astringent accent that is also stronger and tastier when mixed 😋. I don't feel the residual sweetness from the top clear anymore too much, it's so much better ‼️ I personally recommend drinking it well chilled because the sweetness comes out as the temperature rises: ✌️ I paired it with fried oysters, tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and motsu (pork cutlet stew). ☺️ It goes with everything, but I think it goes better with tartar sauce than with food 😉. The third picture is the illumination of Suigo Park in Tsuchiura 🎄There are quite a lot of lights up and it looks nice, so please visit if you like 😘. It's open until mid-January.

Kameizumi not a cell🐢. First one that isn't a cell ❗️ My boss was going to Kochi, so I jokingly asked him to buy me a nice bottle of sake as a souvenir 🤣. It has almost no aroma 😳. The cell is highly aromatic so there is quite a contrast! It has a sweetness like baked apples and a full rice flavor 🌾. It's sharp but not spicy. But this is good 🤣. I think I like this better than cell 😊. I prefer it at room temperature because the flavor obviously opens up more at room temperature than cold sake 🫡. I'd like to get a copy of this one: ❤️ The 3rd and 4th pictures are of a sweet potato shochu called Yachiyoden. It's really delicious 😋I hope people who like sweetpotatoes will try it!

It's all kino.'s fault. I just happened to pass by the sacred place of Yamaoka family, the first Ushiku branch. So I dropped by 😭 I wish you would quit posting Yamaokaya ramen in the morning 💢. And I wanted to eat ginger soy sauce ramen! I wanted to eat ginger soy sauce ramen, but they put their special miso on it, and I realized that I had to top it with their special miso and green onion korocha.... It's all kino's fault. Oh, Kikuhime's Yamahai Junmai is good ‼️ Lukewarm or hot sake is the best ❤️ It's not a modern taste, it's a strong flavor. It's perfect for sipping while cozying up 👌 I'm not sure if I'm reviewing the right sake anymore. It's all kino.'s fault 🤣.

Living off what we receive: ‼️ I received my favorite Nabeshima ⛳️ from Choroki 😋. Nice aroma like green apple 🍏. On the attack, it has an astringent taste like a young melon, The sweetness of apple and the umami of the rice come in slowly and flow smoothly with the gaseous feeling that is typical of nama-shu. ❗️ The best 🤣! I still choose green for Nabeshima (I'll admit to disagreeing with you). When paired with grilled fish, the attack of astringency disappears and the taste becomes more beautiful and delicious! When served with grilled meat with sauce, the astringency of the attack comes out in the aftertaste, and it becomes tighter and tighter, which is also good! In other words, it is good with anything 🤣. The 3rd and 4th pictures are frozen ramen from Iida Shoten, which Yuka-Chin-Chin gave me. This is so good 😆 It's like having the taste of a restaurant at home 😲. We still need more supplies to survive on what we get, so please send us lots of stuff 🤣.

Last year? I wanted to try this raw one so I bought it 😆👍, I wanted to try this raw one so I bought it 😆👍. Top clear The aroma is like Mitsuya cider. The aroma is like Mitsuya cider, and the taste is sweet like canned peaches 🍑 but the sweetness is quickly drowned out by the gassy feeling, so it's easy to drink. Mix it up. Does the aroma stay the same? When mixed, the sweetness is there, but a little fruity sourness is added, and the taste of rice is firmly on the tongue. Then, the gasiness and a nice accent of bitterness gives it a tangy kick. This is so good! I wonder why I haven't had it before. ☝️ It seems to go with everything for a meal. I think sashimi, meat, anything goes. 🍽️ I just happened to have some curry bread to go with it, and even curry bread goes well with it 🤣.

It's been a long time since I've been in the mountains3 ⛰️ Is the aroma white peach? Lychee? The aroma is a little sweet like white peach or lychee. The sweet melon-like flavor is followed by a strong flavor. The overall taste is nicely balanced by the muscat-like acidity, which is surprisingly refreshing. ☺️ The light gasiness and the light bitterness in the back of the mouth make it easy to drink without feeling too heavy 😆. It is a little heavy when the temperature rises, so I personally find it easier to drink when it is cold 🍶. It's been a while since I drank Yamazan, but it's delicious 😋 I'd like to try some of this season's draft sake as well! The fourth image is a craft beer from Mito 🍺. It's delicious with a nice refreshing and bitter taste ‼️ but a bit expensive😇

We've been waiting for you this year too, Urasato's Nigori: ‼️ Urasuri Aroma of melon with a bit of freshness. It has a sweetness like muskmelon and a mild flavor. It has a light slight acidity and dryness that doesn't make it heavy 😆 It's good ❤️ Mix it up. The sweetness is gone from the aroma and it has a nice light aroma. I like this one better. The sweetness and flavor of muskmelon is still there, but the bitterness is added on the back end, it's so well balanced😆. If I drink only Uwazumi, I would get bored with its sweetness, but with this I can drink it without getting bored. ☺️ It's so good, it kills you in a blink of an eye 🤣. But I like the balance of last year's 2nd one better, so I hope they release the 2nd one too 🥺.

Beaujolais ban 🍷. So, we are lifting the ban on new Tenmei sake 💪. Well, it's as good as ever 😋. It exceeds 2009, which was said to be the best year in 50 years, Beyond 2015, which was said to be the best of the century It's a vintage that will go down as a gem. And delicious with fruity bitterness and astringency 😋. Mixing. The aroma now has a slight yogurtiness added to it â The taste is much more vivid on the palate than before mixing, and the flavor is much more robust ❤️ But the refreshing acidity makes it a light and refreshing drink. ❤️It goes well with meat. ‼️ I want to match it with grilled meat 🍖. It's the season of autumn leaves, I went to Momiji-dera temple in Oshi-machi. This year's autumn will go by in the blink of an eye😇 It will be over by next week🤣.

Aomori's Kamikita Collaboration: ❗️ takeshon sent me some sake from Shichinohe town in Kamikita county for some reason 🙃. And a cup of yakisoba noodles with Stamina Gen sauce from Kamikita Agricultural Products Processing that was on sale at a local supermarket 🙃. So, it's a Kamikita collaboration 💪. I drink Sakuta when I go back to my parents' house, but this is my first Hiyayogoshi! The aroma is slightly matured 🍂. It has a fairly refreshing mouthfeel, followed by a rounded umami flavor that spreads across the tongue, and finishes with a sharpness that is typical of Aomori sake. ‼️ It's delicious. ❤️ It tastes even better with a meal, as it brings out the umami nicely 😋. And this cup noodle tastes completely like Stamina Gen sauce, but it's good if you add Oigensen sauce to double the punch 😋. After all, everything is delicious in Aomori 😋.

I finally drank some Osaka sake other than Akirika 🍶. bouken-san recommended Asano-san, but it's closed... Seriously...bouken-san set me up 🤣. Anyway, I managed to find a liquor store near Osaka station and got some Osaka sake 💪❗️ I'm drinking it for the first time, Sou no Sato🎵. I was surprised to find out that there is a place in Osaka that makes rice after talking to the guy at the liquor store and bought some 🫢. It smells a bit like melon🍈. It has a mildly sweet mouthfeel like apple juice and a light acidity. It has a bit of a peculiar aftertaste, but it is very refreshing. Without the refreshing taste, you would think it was cheap apple juice 🍎. No, it's very good, but this is the easiest way to describe it in my Japanese 😂. I personally like to drink it while chilled because the sweetness gets stronger as the temperature rises 😊. It's sweet but it went well with the mackerel sushi aftertaste ☝️ I can describe it as similar to Wada Ryutonsui, which I drank in the past, but it's almost impossible to convey 🤣. I wanted to try 551's meat buns and crab buns at Crab Doraku in Osaka 🦀. The 551 is very filling and delicious 😋 I wish they sell it in convenience stores 😆.

I was in Tsukuba for work. I had tsukemen at KATSURYU 😆👍. The soup had a lot of meat in it, so it was very filling. It's the new sake season, so I bought a bottle of Akabu NewBorn after a long time ⚔️ The aroma is a young and austere melon 🍈. Nice fruity sweetness and light umami from the light shwash. It is fresh with a hint of gas. However, there is a strong astringency! A little too astringent 😅I personally think it's too much 😅. It's a good fruity and red wine, but the astringency is too much for me personally 😅. When the temperature was raised, the astringency became a little lighter and easier to drink, and I started to feel the muscat flavor 😅. On the second day, the whole thing comes together and is delicious 😋. I guess it means that the roughness of the new sake was strong 😇.

I happened to find it at a liquor store far from here, so I bought it‼️ I wonder if it's not selling well? It's a year old, but I guess it's OK. ‼️ The aroma is a bit dry. It's not the same as hine, but the aroma gives the impression of aged sake 😌. On the palate, it has an aroma of maturity, but it's light and refreshingly sweet, and from there it has a smooth, slightly bitter taste that is nicely integrated. ‼️ It's delicious! It's classical, so it's hard to please everyone, but it has a sharpness that's different from dry wines and a good overall cohesiveness👍It has a slightly peculiar aftertaste after swallowing, but I think it's probably because it's been a year. It seems to go well with peculiar snacks 😆It went well with salted squid, but personally I would like to try it with sea squirt 🥰. The third image is chestnuts from Kasama 🌰. I'm Manachie, morning at Komeda in the morning 😉⭐️ Ogura toast in the morning is delicious but sweet😇 I bought some Mikumari which is very popular at Sake-no-wa 😉. I thought it was called Mimakuri, and I was thinking what I was looking all over the place, but I was wrong 😉 Tehepero. It poured out very softly 🫧. I don't think it has much of a scent. It's quite a shwishy mouthfeel🫧🫧. It has a strong grapey sweetness, but the schwashiness keeps it in check, and the sharpness from the acidity masks the sweetness, making the overall finish dry. Delicious in a modern way😋. Stand-alone or palate-cleansing sake position? I don't think it goes well with food, but if you dare, I think it would be good with sour sauces. I think it would be good with sour sauces, like tonkatsu with sauce 🐖. I personally would like to see a little more umami since the main flavors are sweet, sour and sour, but I guess it's just a matter of taste. ☺️
