It is crisp with a refreshing sourness, but also has a hint of bitterness. It's a citrusy, slightly carbonated drink. It's like Greffl. Delicious, but sweet 😂I still prefer the 2nd one...exactly the same impression as last year. I think it tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's cold. I had an uncontrollable craving for ramen on my way home yesterday, so I bought this cup noodle... As expected of the Yamaoka family, the whole house smells 🤣. Am I incompetent or is the company black 😭 I went to Nippori area on a business trip, so I stopped by Yanaka Ginza on the way home 🍺. It's nice here, you can buy sashimi and skewers at the fish shop and eat them on the spot, there's also a deli, and if you want, you can buy sake at the liquor store and bring it in to drink 🤣. I recommended it to Choroki the other day and he wanted to drink it, so I bought his personal favorite sake from Kyokko. The hiyayoroshi is good, but this is also good. It has just the right amount of sweetness and sharpness to go well with Japanese food in general. ❤️

Compared to the special miso, it packs less of a punch, The ginger is refreshing, and the kikurage mushroom tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) is so good! You should try it! Also, unlike wasabi ramen, you can eat it without crying. ☝️ Eh! You say limited time offerings are floating around enough? It has a fresh mouthfeel while being fire-brewed, and the lychee-like sweetness and green apple-like fresh acidity are in harmony. ❤️ It is a bit spiky, but it is not too bad. But it is a bit spiky. 2nd day The bottle opened so quickly that I thought the cork would pop 🪽 On the second day, the spiky feeling lessens and the wine becomes quite round and easy to drink. ❤️ This is so good 😋! Camp Liquor (2) 🏕️ After drinking Yoshino River, Edamame Garlic, Chicken skin ponzu salad, salmon and mushroom rice, and beer 🍺. After 5 bottles of beer, I've been really into Aizu Chusho since last year 😆. Yes, it's delicious with great flavor ‼️ Hiyaoroshi's unique dryness goes well with camping. ❤️ I don't have a picture of it, but I paired it with some grilled swordfish over a campfire and it's great 😆 The unique smokiness of the bonfire matches the karei of hiyaoroshi 💪. On the way home, we finished the camp with tsukemen at Katsuryu, a tsukemen restaurant that has several branches in Ibaraki Prefecture 🍜. Last year I was so busy with work that I almost didn't get to camp, so I hope to do a little more this year 😆.

The mouthfeel is mild and smooth, with a slightly sugary, mild, rounded sweetness. It has a slightly astringent finish and is very refreshing. This is very tasty 🤤. If you raise the temperature just a little more than cold, the sweetness and umami are well defined and too good 🤤. It is not a bad idea, but it also went well with Misokin Meshi 🤣. Souvenirs to compare 3 kinds of MIZUO This one was the best so I only posted this one: ‼️ It has "Beni" in the name, At least I drank it with a headbang 🫨. It has a fruity taste on the palate. The umami of the rice comes through well, It has a nice dryness that is typical of hiyaoroshi (cold sake), and it finishes with a nice clean feeling. I paired it with sardine nameko and chicken stewed in grated radish, and it was really good. I was not a fan of Kinmon-nishiki, but this is really good. ‼️ I drank it while headbanging in an izakaya for the time being 🫨. If you see an old guy in an izakaya, it's probably me 🫨. I'm soaked in sake. There is no one to comfort me anymore🫨. Hmmm, someone comfort me ❤️ No, someone stop me from getting drunk when I drink while hebdomadally: ❤️
