My husband had been thinking about buying it for a long time, but decided against it. It was a good opportunity to ask for it. This is Sukkiri💕the food wine. There was a slight berry aroma, but the sharpness made it seem like nothing was there 😅Delicious 😆. I also had another lemon tea liqueur from Chibijin and I'll add it to the list. This one is just an introduction since it is a liqueur. It tasted so much like afternoon tea lemon 🍋.

The third one at the bread and sake store is Sentori's Sakura 😆👍. Sakura (OHANAMI) is a light nigori (light nigori) of "modern SENKYO no mukorin", which is a simple explanation. I took a sip while getting a little information that it is now made from the original sake yeast from this year. The freshness of the sake was combined with the mildness of the ori, and it was delicious 😋It was just about to open, so we had the best part of the sake 😋‼️ This one really does it - it's one of the best 😍The appetizer platter at this restaurant was also very good 😋💕!

Next up was the Butterfly Lady from Matsunotsu no Kotobuki. Hiding a little the stirring in my heart that says, "Aim for that ace of nostalgia, ⁉️," I take a sip first. It is said to be a single shot fire-refining junmai ginjo-shu brewed with 100% Yumesasara produced in Tochigi Prefecture, and thanks to its gentle taste, it goes down smoothly. The clear and refreshing taste soaks into your body like a soft drink. I didn't know such a sake existed, it was delicious 💕💕.

I've just been transferred to a different place in the same city, but still, it's a flurry of activity to change workplaces 😅. My colleague invited me to a sake bar as a farewell gift 😋. The first thing I ordered was Kuhyo Masamune. It had a decent fruity taste, but I think it was a little too alcoholic. I don't know how long it had been since I opened the bottle, but if I drank it freshly opened, I might have been a little more impressed with the sake.

It's been so hot lately that even though it's March, I'm starting to miss the schwarzwaffe 💦. On this day when it got up to 22℃ in Osaka, when I looked at our Lemacom, all I could see was sparkling gooseberries 🥵. I made some firefly squid and broccoli ajillo to go with the Ganki, and opened the bottle immediately✨. This one is more fizzy than the Ganki Sparkling we had before 💕It feels great down the throat 😋. It's not so dry, but the sweetness, slight bitterness and acidity are exquisite 😆🩷This is a winner 🎯It's so good 😊It goes well with the oil in the ahijo and the depth of the firefly squid, so it just keeps going and going💦. Well, of course you'll drink it all 😅

Today is the first nice day in a long time: ☀️ My daughter is out of town for an Easter event, so the hubby and I are quietly enjoying a garden barbecue 🍖 (even though we have a drinking party at work in the evening💦). I opened a bottle of Aki Tiger Foam, "Soto", with the intention of drinking it lightly. It seems to be made with Kankanmaru, a yeast originally developed by Kochi Prefecture. Well, take a sip. The first sip is a strong, shwashy, bitter taste that hits you hard. But as you slowly down it, the sourness and sweetness come in a flurry, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. It's quite a good balance, as you would expect 😊. I started with a skewer of firefly squid I saw on Instagram. The bitterness of this Aki Tiger goes great with the depth of the firefly squid's wata 😋💕It matched the salty meat and made me happy for lunch on a nice day ☺️🩷

My father-in-law broke his arm in February. A month after the shocking surgery, he was safely discharged from the hospital, and to celebrate his release from the hospital, we decided to try the new Sentori Modern, which we had never had before. ‼️ I had never had a bottle of the new Sengoku Modern before! I decided to open a bottle of Edo Eri-no-Seme 😆💕. Thank you father for giving me the courage to buy Sentori by the bottle 😭 While I was impressed by the label alone, my father-in-law took a quick sip. It's so good! He said 😊. I took a bite too. As I said, I am busy, but fun is also important, so I have been on a ski trip with a friend and her family since the day after Valentine's Day. ⛷️ I grew up in a snow country, and in the winter all the neighborhoods around my house are covered with snow, so I am ashamed to say that I have never skied privately before. Well, even though it was my first time, my legs and back trained in the snowy mountains could actually ski. I am no longer able to double jump rope due to aging, but I was relieved to see that I could ski at least for a while. I didn't have to be embarrassed on my trip. ☺️ That's where winter cotton came in handy at night. I am the one who wants to drink the seasonal labels of cotton stores. The label is the familiar Mt. Kurikoma's Lake Hanayama. Beautiful ✨ Made with Omachi from Okayama Prefecture and the brewer's yeast Wataya yeast, it has a calm mouthfeel with yeast-derived acidity and sweet-sourness from the Omachi. It is also refreshing and delicious 😋. This was a 500 check-in that allowed me to keep my love for Miyagi and my pride for growing up in the snowy mountains 😊💕. Hi Jay & Nobby😃I know what you mean about Kangiku being too sweet for home drinking: ‼️ A glass is the perfect amount. I think the No.4 bottle is too much for me. If that's the case, I'm sure you'll love this Matsuo boast 💕.

The second bottle of sake from another place was Hana-yoku. I took a sip, wondering when I last drank it. The overwhelming fruity flavor was still there. It has a strong sweetness and a sense of rice lurking deep within. It has a strong structure that is conveyed well, and it's brilliant ✨.

Today, February 1, is our wedding anniversary, and two days ago, our company, Tesho Sake, was going to open a new sake called Shinmasa N-type and other so-called "good sake. I left work unusually on time with the excuse that it was our wedding anniversary on Christmas Eve. When we dashed to the restaurant, there was not a single customer yet, which was a luxury. First of all, I wanted to order the N-type. Of course they had it, so I ordered it right away. The wood vat feeling spreading. I wonder if this sourness is kiwi🥝. But I also felt like it was put together like a sports drink in total. It's delicious, after all. However, the other drinks of the day were very hot. So many drinks to drink 💦.

Hi HinaHanaMama, good evening 😃Thank you for saying that 😊When I look back on the past, I tend to drink Shinsei on our wedding anniversary for the past few years. I guess I don't have the courage to try Shinsei unless I have a chance to try it 💦.

Thank you, Tsubu 😊I just want a reason to open Shinsei, and I'm picking an anniversary for it, because I'm petty 💦 Actually, my stomach wasn't feeling well today, and I've already had all the good stuff on this day, so I decided it's ok 😅.
