The third bottle was Houyo from our local Miyagi sake, as it was a potato stew party. This Uchigasaki Sake Brewery is said to be the oldest sake brewery in Miyagi. I couldn't find it when I went back home, but my husband found it at Teramura-san 💡 As expected ✨. I was curious about the 0-day hi-ire, so I looked it up and found out that only the "arabashiri" portion pressed in the tank was bottled and hi-ired on the same day. Indeed, the freshness of the first sip is impressive. It has a fresh sweetness, but it also has a sharpness that I like. I also tried drinking it warmed, and the acidity seemed stronger when heated. But with an alcohol content of 14%, Houyang is light and easy to drink. It was great to drink outside with my sake buddies on a nice day in the afternoon 😊✨.

On a fine Sunday, our family held a long-sought-after sweet potato stew party in front of our house. Maru-san and his family brought a bottle of Jigokin Nigori, which had just been released, and we had it as a toast 🍶. The taste of Jikin Nigori was exceptional, but I'll leave it to Maru-san to write the post...from our side, we had some Anaore 🍊. The other day J&N said it made them want to dance flamenco 💃. It was indeed a delicious treat to get excited about 😆👍💕. Not too sharply acidic and refreshingly sweet. Mild citrus aftertaste. The taste is so clear that you can't stop drinking 💦. This was a very delicious adult citrus juice 🍊.

Husband's birthday, clouds on the next mountain chosen by Husband's Dad. Gow gow gow with Cel24 and Super Cel24. BOUKEN and Hiro were drinking 😊. Hmm? What is Super Cel? It's highly rated here in Sake-no-wa, and as it turns out, it's really very tasty 😋. The aroma is a gorgeous pineapple 🍍. The aroma is a gorgeous pineapple 🍍, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness is so gentle that you don't feel any of the power of the aroma. I really liked the gentle taste and the low acidity at the end after the gorgeous approach of Cel24. ❣️ I'm sure everyone will like it. ❤️ Well, it was delicious 😊💕. Sake no wa, no lie tsukanai✨

I thought No.6 for his birthday was a bit too much, but (I write this as if I gave it to him, but he bought it and stored it in our Lemacom 💦), his wish comes first is our family motto. Now, let's open the bottle. My first impression was that it was sweeter than I expected from Shinsei. The citrusiness is mild, but instead it has a fresh sweetness like white peaches. The aroma of the barrel is the last thing I smelled, but it was somewhat similar to the alcohol taste, and I was wondering if this aroma would become milder if I let it sit a little longer. But, well, it was definitely a delicious sake 😊👍

It has been a long time since I have seen you, Koei Chrysanthemum. I am excited to hear that this is the first sake brewed with Miyamanishiki, the first sake rice used by the Koei-Kiku Brewery. It's been a while since everyone at Sake-no-wa was drinking it, so we're a bit behind the times. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was refreshing and berry-like. The mouthfeel is soft, with lush fruitiness like strawberries and white peaches, and a light acidity. The lingering aftertaste is refreshing, as is typical of a 13% sake. It is light and comfortable to drink, so you can finish it easily 😅. It is quite sweet, which explains why it is called "strawberry milk for adults". It has such a milkiness that it is more like a strawberry soda🍓⁉️ But it was delicious, so I'm satisfied 💕👍

My car is in a bad mood and has not started since the other day😱. I was on my way out of town when the engine stopped running, so I was in a real mess, but I'll tell you more about that 💦 when I get a chance. I asked my husband to maintain my 🚗 (he's a jack-of-all-trades who does everything from stocking up on booze to car maintenance), so I'll be commuting by train for a while 🚆. I will take advantage of the time in the car to post what I've been skipping 💦. This is Jerry fish from Ago Ariki. Definitely tingling and crackling💕 enough to feel the 🪼shimmering sensation of jellyfish. The aroma is a bit milder. Maybe somewhat complex aroma. In the mouth, it tastes like muscat or rumminess, and it finishes with a slight lactic acidity that brings it all together. This bottle of delicious and drinkable case was the perfect sake for a summer night 😋.

I guess my daily drinking got the best of me, and when my weight hit a new stage, my husband decided to open up some fall drinks because it was getting colder..., What cruel and charming words 😂. With those words came Hato Masamune's "Aki-agari Junmai-shu". A calm and gentle aroma upon opening the bottle. It has a refreshing yet moderate maturity. Perhaps it is because it is a junmai sake, but the rice flavor adds a fullness and richness. It can be served cold or warmed up. I like the feeling of enjoying the sweetness of rice in the fall. ❤️ I think there is value in the time spent slowly enjoying sake. But I have to consult with my weight every day about my sake life 💦.

Today is Expo closing eve. The tickets were lying around, so we decided to go one last time! We decided to go to the Expo one last time. We were able to get a reservation just before the event closed, and we went 👍. The crowds were so overwhelming compared to when we went in May that we couldn't move forward 💦 but we managed to get through the waves of people to get to the real Hakurakusei Expo label, which I was able to take a picture of 😊✨. The fireworks display in the evening was also a highlight ✨. After returning home from the Expo, we had a drink at Sake Mirai by Kafuda Sake, a future connection, just like the Expo. I'm not sure why Hakurakusei's Expo sake didn't show up here 😅. As the name "Shiboritate" implies, it has a fresh and refreshing taste with a lot of gas, which is unique to shippusake 😋. The moment you put it in your mouth, the grape-like sweetness is impressive. The deliciousness comes at you with a gusto, directly hitting your brain. ❤️ It's sinking into my tired body after walking 30,000 steps 🥰.

This is a single can. We are drinking a gift box containing several kinds of sake like a drinking comparison set, little by little. I didn't know there was one in this size. The back of this Chimera says that it is made from three types of koji (white, black, and yellow). Taking a sip, the aroma is indescribably mysterious. It comes with an exquisite acid balance and a sharp taste. Incidentally, they also blend three types of yeast, Association No. 77, No. 6, and No. 10, but the awesomeness of that is completely lost on me💦. I drank it while thinking that this complex, beautiful acidity and mysterious aroma were the result of that. I realized that I am a sorry sake drinker whose lack of knowledge prevents me from matching the information with the taste 😅.

I had a big event scheduled outdoors today, but unfortunately it rained and I had to postpone it until next week. ☂️ I've been working all day long, but I've only been working in a whimper because I've been so focused on today 😅. I couldn't control my motivation very well 😅. On a day like this, when it feels hot and humid because of the rain, I'm drinking summer sake ❣️ with a spring water label 😆 Cool label is cute💕! I sipped it and said "Yum! The aroma is just right and slightly sweet. The aroma has just the right spread and is slightly sweet, and the fresh crispness is nice too❤️Total, it's a beautifully balanced sake❤️ I sometimes have that experience when I drink sake where I say it tastes good within seconds, but this one makes me grin afterwards 😊.

October 1, Sake Day. For today, my husband had gotten a bottle of sake from Machida Sake Brewery and Haginotsuru, all of whom collaborated with the brewery of glasses 👓. It seems that Miyagi Prefecture's Hagino Sake Brewery released a collaboration sake with 6 of their good friend breweries from all over Japan to commemorate the 10th anniversary of <Megane Only>, Here is the <Machida Shuzo> version. The label is by Akiya Machida, the president of Megane Otoko ✨It also came with an extra pair of eyeglass wipes💦. Since it is Machida Shuzo standard, it is fresh and fruity 💕👍and like Haginotsuru's glasses 👓, it has a crisp acidity ✨. Delicious 😋! When it's cold, the acidity is strong and the bitterness comes out quickly, but when it loosens up a bit, the sweetness and acidity become good friends, just right 🩷. It was a nice pairing of sweetness rather than saltiness. Personally, the best match 🥰 is when you take a brown sugar bite. We successfully ended the day with sake 😊. The third picture is our dinner. Since it was Sake Day, we had a seafood bowl with the hubby's pickled salmon roe as the main 👍.

Mutsu Hachisen and Mutsu Otokoyama assemblage, a limited edition sake from Yoshidaya that I bought during my trip to Nagoya in August 🍶✨The length of the description exudes a sense of rarity😅. It was my first time to visit Yoshidaya in Nagoya, but the owner was very friendly and talked to me about many things. The customers who were drinking at the corner shop were also chatting with the owner in a friendly manner and there was a good atmosphere 😊. This assemblage has a fluffy and gorgeous taste, but has a crisp finish. Overall, it was a strong dry sake, just the way I like it 😋I didn't know there was such a collaboration 🥰💕.

The first sip had a strange aftertaste. It has the acidity and juiciness that is typical of Okuroku, but it has a lactic acidity that seems to have been overenthusiastic. This is where the ⁉️ master seems to be not so much from, but I was a little caught up. When the temperature relaxed, the aroma went away, so maybe it would have been better with warmed sake... 🧐. Everyone is doing their best ✨ Today, we are watching Rashid Muratake do well. My partner opened a bottle of Yamazan's Aizan ❣️ yesterday, which he had purchased in March, and prior information said it had a strawberry 🍓 feel, but I couldn't discern much 😅 Of course, it had both sourness and sweetness, so if that's strawberry, maybe that's what it is 🧐 At any rate, it has a light, acidic flavor that seems a little more toward sweetness. It was a stable and tasty Yamazan that refreshes the palate when you feel the acidity, which is a little bit closer to the sweetness. On the second day, the alcohol might have been a little too much, but as the temperature relaxed, the sweetness and acidity started to show up in a well-behaved way, and the taste became a little deeper 💕It's still a great sake 💕💕.
