August 26th, which I shamelessly announce every year at Sake-no-wa. My birthday 🎂 This time, I also put the 555 check-in day on top of it. I'm already in my 40s. This year, my husband opened a bottle of Viridian that had been sitting for 2 years 🥰. This one has a unique bitter taste and aroma first. The bitterness is like the white part of citrus. The moment I thought it might be bitter, the fruity acidity hit me like I've been waiting for this. The drinker also tasted it as if it were delicious, and it was a Viridian with such stability. The peach cake made from a whole peach was also delicious, as is customary this time of year.

The 17th is Summer Sonic in Osaka 🎵. So I drank a Summer Doburokku 😋. I opened this one last year, so I know how good it tastes💕Swishy, almost dry, but with a good rice flavor, it's my favorite to say the least ❤️ I'm going to get rid of my frustration of not going to Summer Soni with a summer dobrokku. The third one is the ramen covered in meat that I had with my husband. It was delicious 😋.

It's a hot, hot day, and I can't do without a cold drink, so I went to Shuho's Beachside. It's 17 degrees on the rocks, but if you drink it as it is, it's like, what is it? Lychee? It's not as heavy as I thought it would be, and it's not too sharp, with sweetness, a little acidity, and just plain delicious 😋🩷After about 3 sips, you can feel the alcohol spreading in your stomach. Put some ice in it and try again. That might have made it more dry 🤫. Personally, I have the impression that it would have tasted better if I drank it as is, but it's also true that if you put ice in it and match it with a meal, it goes down a treat. It's delicious after all 😊💕.

Next up in the Bon Festival Sake Enjoyment Life is Yamazan, made with Nagano's sake rice, Kinmon Nishiki. It has a strong flavor derived from the rice, which is typical of Yamazan, while a gentle sweetness and moderate acidity flow through the taste buds. The subtle gassiness is a nice touch 😋 I felt it was a bit heavy, so I would venture to say it had a grape-like fruitiness. No, no, no, I think the color of the label is pulling me in too much 😅. Anyway, it was a delicious Yamazan 😁👏.

I went to my husband's parents' house for a taco party with relatives. To bring some good sake, a bottle of Tobitsune Hakucho Black. This one is all wine from the aroma to the taste 🥰 too good - ❣️ The HAKUCHO series is said to emphasize sourness, and the explanation says that it is a perfect combination of the "Yamahai brewing method" that produces strong sourness, the "high malic acid producing Chiyoda No. 77 yeast" that brings refreshing citrus sourness, and the "white malted rice" that adds refreshing, easy-to-drink sourness. The explanation also said that the "white malted rice" adds a refreshing and easy-to-drink acidity. But while the acidity was exquisitely effective and delicious, the slight sweetness was even more exquisite, and more than half of the bottle was gone in an instant😅. I highly recommend this 👍

I'm so glad you enjoyed the BBQ at our house on the 9th, bouken mentioned it, so I thought I'd give you a glimpse of our house during the Obon period afterwards. On the 12th, I spent the morning getting some unfinished business done and then went on my Obon vacation in the afternoon, vowing to chew up my 6-day weekend 👍. So, I actually got my hands on a bottle of Kame no Kai spring sake. Semishigure was outstanding, but Haru-urara had a flavor I thought I might like even more 😋💕The freshness, like green apple, the elegant sweetness from the rice, and the gorgeous lingering aroma were all delicious and all vectors towards my favorite 😊💕. I'll be begging my hubby to get it again next year ❣️

I made it through my physical exam without a hitch, and I achieved my goal of ➖○Kg and more, and I applaud in my heart👏. Such a day is Cicada. I've been waiting for this day 😍. The last bottle of June was Okuroku's White beach, not the one I drank on June 9, of course😅. This one has a gentle whey feeling when you drink it. This one is so delicious 😋It really was so good that it scared me 💕. The sweetness of the rice comes first, and the moment your mouth is filled with the deliciousness of the beautiful sake, the modest sharpness slowly flows away. I like this one 💕❤️❤️❤️ Takizawa is definitely a sake that makes the drinker happy😊. Now, the next sake for June consumption is Jinrai's Summer. The rice seems to be Hachitan-nishiki. The aroma is fresh koji malt. When you drink it, it has the characteristic acidity and full-bodied flavor of a sake made from the traditional sake yeast. It was a good sake, neither light nor heavy. The base is dry and refreshing like a summer sake 👍. It was simply delicious 😆💕! I had a stomach ache from the humidity-absorbing air conditioner, but was saved by a wonderful dish of Kyoto's famous chicken and egg udon with shrimp kakiage (deep fried shrimp). Warm broth is really good for you💕.

Today, after declaring my abstinence from alcohol for my health checkup, my husband brought me a green bottle of Shinshu Kamerei because he had some dried bonito and aji from Miyagi Prefecture 😍. I suddenly decided to make today an extended last supper, and started to make a dish called "supper". We have a table full of food, Fuji Rock on TV, and creepy nuts...perfect for a last supper 👌 What is the aroma of this green label? I would venture to say rice. Take a sip and you'll be like, hmmm? This crispness is really Shinshu Kamerei🐢🐢⁉️ and the sharpness is so noticeable. A little bit of a tangy rumple comes in, and then the rice flavor that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei and the unexpectedly pronounced sharpness sweeps everything in your mouth 😆💕This is delicious 😆💕! The temperature range was a bit hard when it was opened, but after 30 minutes in an air conditioned room, the fluffy flavor was just right 👍. By the way, today's entrée Sashimi of bonito Vinegared horse mackerel Fukushima squid with carrots Eggplant with Miso Dengaku Gari (pickled ginger) It was like that. I'm sure you will like this one, but if you want to feel spicy and not like Mr. 🐢, I recommend it: ❣️

You managed to get through July 5th safely. I am heartbroken by the recent earthquake in the Kyushu area. The intensity of the quake was so great, and I am sure it was a very anxious time for you. Well, as for the sake I was interested in that I opened recently, it was Q from Shinta Kachichiyo. I was attracted to it because of its limited edition and orikara. When I drank it, I poured it into a glass and it was shuwashu origara-mi. I thought, "I like this one 🎵" and brought it to my mouth, but then I thought, "Hmmm? It tasted like an apple 🍎? Maybe I didn't store it well, or maybe that's just the way it tastes, but to me it definitely tasted like apple, but it was more of an apple vinegar flavor than an apple flavor. It tastes like a carbonated apple cider vinegar due to the 9% alcohol content. I've seen other people's reviews and they all seem to think it's delicious, so is there a problem in my house? But I've been buying it lately, so... liquor store or ⁉️ We did drink it up properly, but I'm sure it would have tasted even better, which made me feel bad for the husband who bought it for me and the brewer who must have made it taste so good 😥 on this night.
