Following Okuroku, here is another Abekan light nigori😋 that I purchased during my bullet train trip back home. The aroma is less sweet and more refreshing than melon, so 瓜⁉️ a little gas and refreshing umami goes through it easily. Well, it's graceful deliciousness✨I think it's this spastic and pithy umami and sharpness that keeps me from leaving Abekan😅I can't come up with anything else but deliciousness anymore😆💕. The third one is a Zunda Shake vending machine at Sendai station. I was so surprised when it became a vending machine so much demanded ⁉️ that I had to take a picture of it. It must be very popular 😳

I was sorting through my photos and found the ones I drank in January, so I'll try to write about them based on memories I've almost lost. At the time, Yukigasumi no Sato was the talk of the town in the Tohoku area. It seems that the way it was treated like this is hot right now tickled my husband's inquisitive mind, and it appeared in our house. This new sake from Aizu Musume was quite fresh. The aroma of rice came with a hint of bitterness and a sharp aftertaste. Rather than being fruity, it was more like the sweetness and aroma of rice spreading in the mouth from start to finish. This is also delicious 😋. I think I liked the taste 🩷. My first Aizu Musume, I had a good impression of it: ❣️

It started today, the biggest rock festival in Tohoku, Aratomai ‼️ I don't know how many years I haven't been able to go 😫. It's 10-FEET right now. I want to go 😫😫😫. But I can't go 😫😫😫😫. So, since Hakurakusei has been putting out products every year in support of the Arasai festival, I thought I'd upload this year's edition as well. This is Hakurakusei's signature melon scent! The aroma alone is enough to raise expectations 😆 And when you drink it, it tastes like a green apple. It gives an impression of freshness and freshness. It also has a beautiful acidity, which Hakurakusei is known for. It clears up as it hits the throat and quietly disappears 💕What a perfect food sake. Of course, it was delicious 😋. But still, after 10-FEET, it was Maximum the Hormone. There are 6 stages, but I could spend a whole day on this main stage alone...too hot this year😍!

Following the recent trend of sakénawa (as far as I know, so it's a very narrow trend), I'd like to share Okuroku with you. We've been wanting to follow Okuroku ever since we had it with wagashi before, and happened to buy it at our beloved sake shop, Waya, when we went back to my parents' house for a bullet-toothed trip in March. Living here, I feel that the quickest way to get Tohoku sake is to buy it locally💦. Anyway, I opened a full bottle of Okuroku Lotus🩷 along with some sashimi I cut myself, which is rare! This is delicious💕😆! Sweet and sour, then deliciousness, and finally deliciousness spreads 😋 This is the best kind. I'm sure it's the best one 👍 The husband seems to be satisfied with it and we both finished it before we realized 😅 It goes well not only with sashimi, but also with pickled quail eggs, which are very popular in our house. It goes with everything: ❤️ I later discovered that Colonel Lal was heating it up and regretted drinking it all up 💦. It was really delicious ✨

ShuhoSpring Sunshine 80

Spring Sunshine that my husband, a Shuho chaser, has been getting: ☘️ It is made from the much talked about (where ⁉️) ingredient rice "Shunyo," which, according to research, has a lower amino acid content in sake made with this rice, so the "refreshing" flavor that can only be produced by highly refined rice can be expressed even at lower rice polishing ratios. Therefore, "Shuho SPRING SUNSHINE 80" is an amazing sake with a low milling ratio of 80% and brewed with Association No. 6 yeast. I wondered what it would be like since it has a Sake meter of -5, and was surprised to find that it tasted like a white grape. I wondered what it would be like, and was surprised to find that it tasted like white grapes and had a light mouthfeel. It has a unique grain-like aroma that comes up in the nose afterwards, but for some reason it is refreshing and makes you want to drink more and more 😆 Personally, I had a good impression of this bottle due to the cute cat on the label 💕😋😋.

The third one at the bread and sake store is Sentori's Sakura 😆👍. Sakura (OHANAMI) is a light nigori (light nigori) of "modern SENKYO no mukorin", which is a simple explanation. Today is the first nice day in a long time: ☀️ My daughter is out of town for an Easter event, so the hubby and I are quietly enjoying a garden barbecue 🍖 (even though we have a drinking party at work in the evening💦). I opened a bottle of Aki Tiger Foam, "Soto", with the intention of drinking it lightly. It seems to be made with Kankanmaru, a yeast originally developed by Kochi Prefecture. Well, take a sip. The first sip is a strong, shwashy, bitter taste that hits you hard. But as you slowly down it, the sourness and sweetness come in a flurry, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. It's quite a good balance, as you would expect 😊. I started with a skewer of firefly squid I saw on Instagram. Well, even though it was my first time, my legs and back trained in the snowy mountains could actually ski. I am no longer able to double jump rope due to aging, but I was relieved to see that I could ski at least for a while. I didn't have to be embarrassed on my trip. ☺️ That's where winter cotton came in handy at night. I am the one who wants to drink the seasonal labels of cotton stores. The label is the familiar Mt. Kurikoma's Lake Hanayama. Beautiful ✨ Made with Omachi from Okayama Prefecture and the brewer's yeast Wataya yeast, it has a calm mouthfeel with yeast-derived acidity and sweet-sourness from the Omachi. It is also refreshing and delicious 😋. This was a 500 check-in that allowed me to keep my love for Miyagi and my pride for growing up in the snowy mountains 😊💕. Oh, and the third one was a handmade Valentine madeleine from my daughter 🩷.

It seems that the busyness of the end of the fiscal year is not comparable to that of the end of the year after all, and I haven't had time to give you a saké wawa for a while 😭. I can finally write what I've been drinking 💦. Well, this is Ding's autumn harvest. A bottle from my cousin who went on a business trip to Nagano. According to the description, the pressed sake is heat sterilized and aged at low temperature until early autumn. This time it is 100% Hitogokochi. Kuroyau water, which is said to be the softest water in Japan, is used, resulting in an overwhelmingly soft and fine quality of sake. The aroma was mild and the taste was sweet. It has a mature taste.

Good morning, Wakata-san! Thank you very much for your hard work at the end of the year. Speaking of Mr. Wakata's Ding-san, I was impressed by his big move of a bottle at the time of his great adventure 🎵. I have the impression that this time too, the overall impression is of a gentle brew that can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki-san 😃You remember my great adventure with a bottle of sake 😆Aki-agari Ding-san was bursting with tenderness, but it also had the matured feeling of hiyaoroshi, which might be hard for those who don't like hiyaoroshi like my husband 💦.

The seventh bottle of sake from another place is my favorite Asahi Taka🦅🩷. Just as I was about to leave, the manager told me that they had some Asahi Taka. Of course I would drink it, no hesitation 😄. It was already juicy from the first bite 😋 and juicy all the way through💕. The smoothness, the surprisingly easy finish, and the deep mellowness are always delicious ✨Thank you, manager ✨! After feeling good, we went to a ramen restaurant instead of dinner. What an immoral night😅 Even though we drank so much, we still made it home before our daughter 💦.

The sixth bottle of other sake was Eiko-Fuji. The manager told us that this one was open to the public, so we decided to drink it. We watched the bottle open while chatting with the waiter who was scared of the word "danger" on the bottle 😊. Hakuyoyo is a strong sake, with a sharp, shwashy, and bitter taste that comes first. I don't dislike the feeling of the bitterness and rice coming out in full force, I thought. This is the feeling of Eiko-Fuji, my husband said. Well, I had three good sakes 😋❤️
