A sweet and sour nigori sake. The alcohol content is 6%, and it is very low alcohol content for sake. It's not sake. It is like a citrus cocktail. No, it's more like a citrus cocktail, but the sake is coming out...and it's delicious...at 6%, it's easy for women to drink. I met up with a friend who had come to see a Shinki play in the morning, and we strolled around Osaka 🚶. Before leaving, I had a drink at a restaurant I had been curious about [Sake 47 Todofuken] 🍶. This store is the second of the "Ojisan to Nihonshu" (Sake with my uncle) where we had an off-line meeting before, and has at least one type of sake from every prefecture except Okinawa, where the brewery is currently closed 🥰. You can choose your order from 60.90.120.180ml, so if you like it, you can easily taste it and if you like it, you can order it in 1 gou 🤔. Well, here is what I ordered to drink the sake of the prefecture that stood in the way of my second round of conquering the whole country! Kawatsuru Sanuki Kuraudai It has a faint aroma of lactobacillus beverage, a gentle umami and soft acidity, then a strong acidity with a sharp taste and a mild aftertaste. The woman in the group of 3 men and 1 woman sitting next to me kept refilling this bottle throughout the entire meal, and by the time she left, the bottle was empty 🤣. Definitely one of the easiest to drink✨

Second visit to a liquor store with a selection of sake from all over Japan. Sanuki Kuraudei" by Kawazuru, my favorite brand in Kagawa. It is as low in alcohol as beer and has a sweet and sour taste like Chibo (a lactic acid drink made by Chichiyasu). It is a sake to enjoy the taste itself, rather than the aroma or the throatfeel. It has a completely different taste from the standard "Kawatsuru. We enjoyed it with a mille-feuille hot pot of Chinese cabbage and pork belly, and sashimi of sardine.

This is badass. This is the first time I've had it, and it is exactly what it claims to be: adult Calpis. It has a cloudy, creamy, sweet and sour taste. The alcohol content is a criminal level at 6%. Be careful, it is light and you will drink too much of it!
