Sanuki kuraudei 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.
Drinking yogurt...I can't find any other word for it 🐮🐮. Combined with the low alcohol content, it's hard to believe it's sake🍶. I would like people who don't like sake ❗️ to try it ☺️. It will change your view of the world. LOL!
Aroma like yogurt. It has a strong rice flavor and is quite sweet and sour. It was easy to drink either on its own or on the rocks as recommended by the brewer.
This is one that I have always been curious about.
Is this sake?
I had been looking at this bottle for a while but never bought it. Well, I thought I'd give it a try, so I bought it and opened it: ☺️
It is low in alcohol, and it is described as being good on the rocks, but it is sake, so I started with it straight. I thought it would be like shochu or whiskey if I used the word "straight".
Sip, it's so thick! It has a strong acidity, like a strong makgeolli. I think the recommendation to drink it on the rocks is true.
It's pretty good on the rocks after the second sip! I happened to squeeze some sudachi I got the other day and it tastes great too. Then I added a little soda and drank it, and it was refreshing and delicious. ☺️🤤It's like it's already shochu 😅.
It was interesting to know that there is such an arrangement with sake 😁.
Hello, Mr. Sasyuu!
This is a strange one, isn't it? It's a strange drink, isn't it 🎵
When I drank it for the first time, I exclaimed "What the heck is this?
I regret that I didn't try it on the rocks or with soda 😅.
Interesting arrangement 🤗
Sweet and sour, like a lactic acid drink
The kind you can gobble down with low alcohol.
Tastes good, but it's too acidic for my personal taste...
Memo
Note
Drink it on the rocks with ice.
It has a pleasant sweet and sour taste due to three times the usual amount of koji and white koji, a calpis-like flavor, and a creamy texture with plenty of nigori. It has a light alcohol content of 6%, but has a robust flavor, so it can be enjoyed lightly on the rocks or with soda without losing its balance. It is also delicious warmed.
I don't know if it was my first time...
I bought it at a local Yaoko.
My wife didn't like it.
It's Calpis.
I don't think it would go well with the saury.
I've been learning again!
Since Kawatsuru-san's olives?
