I thought it was a little too sour to drink by itself, but it's delicious with food 😆✨.

Today we drink Kagawa sake and grui.
Purchased at a supercenter in Seki City.
The aroma is a peachy ginjo aroma with a strong acidity.
The color is a cloudy pale yellow. The color is pale yellow with a lot of cloudiness, and it is almost grapefruit juice-like.
The juicy sourness and sweetness on the palate makes you feel like you are drinking a Calpis-type lactic acid bacteria drink rather than sake.
The lactobacillus taste is strong until the aftertaste. However, the sense of rice is clear.
