Late last year, Haneya finally landed in Tohoku! I had asked the brewer about it, but they replied that they do not distribute in Tohoku, so I bought a bottle on my way back from a memorial service in Chiba. The top aroma is softly fruity. The mouthfeel is fruity, sweet and acidic, and has a strong umami. The acidity and bitterness at the end are mild, and it is nice enough on its own. Don't abuse it, it's just a sake word. 〜The label with glitter is sure to be a good one. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Mochi Pounding Contest Part 2 Next is the moon after the rain This is the product we traded with Sake Sensei. After all, Sensei likes Ame-go-Tsuki. Green field peas and sea cucumbers on the side of the rice cake. These are reinforcements from my home. The sea cucumber in particular was sent to us alive at the end of the year from a friend in Oshima, Kesennuma. It is a wonderful sea cucumber. At first it was thickly sliced and tough, but the vinegar turned it into just the right consistency. The moon after the rain to go with the sea cucumber It has a unique alcohol taste and a rich flavor, but it is a bit peculiar in total. Yesterday, a rice cake pounding event was held at a snack bar to mark the start of the New Year! We lent our mortar and pestle for the event, and it was a great success. It has been a long time since I have pounded rice cakes, so my arms were in a state of shock when I started to crush the rice before pounding. I really feel like I'm losing weight. We pounded one and a half pound of rice twice and served freshly pounded rice cake with Jyushiyo. It was the best! It's been a long time since I've had a Ryu no Otoshi, my favorite of the Jyuyon Genres. The aroma, the sweetness, the saltiness of the flavor, I can't find the right words, but it matches my taste exquisitely. I enjoyed the three kinds of natto, rape leaf ginger, and kinako (soybean flour) as well. I must say, fresh mochi is delicious! Don't torture me, I'll just use my own sake language. 〜Steamed rice cake is the best! Thank you very much for the treat!

I cut off dinner with my mother early and rushed into the house drinking with my friends. We open the second half of the bottle with Omiya-san! It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from our own rice "Manamusume" polished to 29%. This year, we got it without incident! And..! This is the real festive one. My wife did her best again this year. We packed enough obusshi for six households, large and small. Since when did we start our own caterer? It's the end of the year, and the two of us worked hard with an aroma like a pair of slippers in the air. The aroma of the tops of the plates is "mun," a wonderful cold plum aroma! The aroma is a wonderful cold plum aroma! The mouthfeel is a burst of sweetness and flavor with a slight gassy feeling! It has a wonderful transparency and concentrated rice flavor, and is deliciously delicious! The fruity aftertaste is followed by a slow acidic and bitter finish! How is everyone doing in the year 2024? We are in the midst of our annual last spurt at the end of the year, and especially this year, due to a combination of various things, some of the cleaning work will be carried over to next year. In the midst of all this, 12/30 is the day for making and setting up kadomatsu (gate pine). We made two pairs of kadomatsu this year as well as the ones we ordered. Although I have been making kadomatsu for about 15 years and have completed them, it is getting harder and harder for me to return to my body from gathering materials to making them. So, I opened the bottle to thank them for their hard work and to wish them good luck for the next year! The aroma is a perfect example of a fruity aroma! The mouthfeel has a moderate fruitiness that goes well with the aroma. The mouthfeel has a moderate fruitiness combined with a slight gassy feeling! It is delicious as soon as it enters the mouth! Enjoy the fruity aftertaste as it is, and finish it off with mild acidity and bitterness. I don't know about you, but I feel that today's work has been rewarded with this wine. Don't torture me, that's today's sake word! 〜Most things are won by those who wish for them. This will probably be my last check-in for this year, so I'd like to say hello. First Shoyuki This is my own image about this sake, When I think it is somewhat cold, I think of the fine snow outside on the other side of the lattice door. I can picture a scene like this. The handsome owner says that this is one of the best new sakes, and I have high expectations for it. The aroma is modest, but the ginjo aroma is strong. The mouthfeel has a robust umami from a dry base. Yet, there is a sense of freshness. Well, it's delicious! The acidity and bitterness are also very sharp and quite satisfying. This is my first purchase of Houou Mita. I have had it at a drinking establishment before.
