Packaged sake that also comes from a preconceived notion that sake rice Aiyama is delicious. Easy to drink, with a sweet flavor that is very easy to drink 🍶. I've been meaning to get a bottle of Tsukihaku, which is known for its dry and clear taste, but the stores don't have it due to bad timing... I hope to drink it this year!

Write "luck daikichi" and read "uchiuchi". If I don't write it down, I'm likely to forget it (laughs) It's tangy at first but smooth in the mouth. Dry but slightly fruity, just as it says 🍶. By the way, I drank it cold, but I think it gets easier to drink as it gets hotter and hotter faster than other sakes.

Saiki sake seen at Hita Tenryosui no Sato It was a rare place to visit, so I bought it immediately. The mouthfeel is smooth, a little tangy and dry, and the alcohol content is a little strong. Personally, I think it's a good sake for a mealtime drink. It tastes good with fish.

Before, it was a junmai ginjo, unfiltered and raw. This time it was a junmai-daiginjo, fire-aged. So the rice used for the sake is also different. I was surprised to find out that it was so different from the Hououmida I drank before. It was an easy-drinking type of sake 🍶.

The packaging reminds me of the Year of the Snake, so the first bottle of the New Year will be a Takachiyo. I'll have a bottle of Takachiyo for the first bottle of the new year. Sohno-Kangiku, which I came to know and love this year. When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes very smooth and creamy, easy to drink and you can go on and on with just the sake! I highly recommend this drink to anyone who likes sweet drinks. When I saw Nabeshima's freshly pressed raw sake, I knew I had to buy it, so I found it and bought it immediately! When I opened the bottle, a sizzling sound overflowed. When you put it in your mouth, the mellow sweetness and the smoothness on the palate combine perfectly and it is very delicious! It was really easy to drink without any snacks, just the sake. I am always satisfied with Nabeshima, but this was even more so.

When you open the bottle, it has a mild sweet aroma. In the mouth, it is quite mild with just a hint of bubbles and rice sweetness. Ocean99 series for sure! I set a goal of drinking all 6 types. I enjoyed it with a relaxing time while thinking it was really delicious 🍶.

I liked the wintery packaging and bought it immediately: ⛄️ The meaning of the phrase is "it snows in winter". The top clear taste is rich and clear with a little spiciness at the end. When you mix them together, the taste is quite mild. The texture is quite mellow and lactic acidic, and the taste of rice comes through at the end. Mitsui no Kotobuki's sake I've heard a lot of people say it's spicy, but I've had this sake, me no Kotobuki, and Mita in the past and enjoyed them, so I think I'll try the standard one with Michi's number next time. I'm drinking it with the thought 🍶.

When I opened the cork, I was surprised to find that the carbonation inside the bottle was so strong that it was almost like sake! The oriki kept rising to the top with the same force, which was strangely exciting! When I drank the top clear part, it tasted so clear that I wanted to drink it as it was. After mixing it, it was a very rich and delicious sake with a strong lactic acid taste 🍶. By the way, there were 3 people in line at the liquor store on the day I bought it. There were 3 people in line at the cash register including myself, but everyone had a snowman (lol). I can see why everyone wants to drink it. ⛄️

The Junmai Ginjo of the same brand that I drank the other day was delicious, so I bought it immediately. Kubota bought by a child as a birthday present. When I think about it, I realize that I've never had Kubota at home before, even though I've had it at the store. I was recommended to drink it cold, so I did. It was easy to drink, but not fresh. It was 500ml, so I felt it was a bit small. I felt like I didn't drink enough and would like to drink it again 🍶.

First time drinking kijoshu I was surprised at how sweet it was when I drank it because it was made with sake without water. It was sweet like champagne and easy to drink, but personally I thought it was too sweet. That's my impression. However, if sake is used instead of brewing water, the price is likely to be higher, but why is there not much difference? I was wondering why the price is so high if they use sake instead of brewing water.

When I was careless and opened the bottle, the cork really popped and flew out of Nabeshima (laugh). The first sip was less sweet than usual, but as is typical of Nabeshima, it was easy to drink. The aftertaste is more refreshing than usual. In conclusion, Nabeshima is always delicious 🍶.
