Aizan made at the foot of Mt. Kenzan on the Tokushima Prefecture side I love Aizan, so I had no choice but to drink this sake! And the eye-catching label! The background of Mt. Kenzan is so cool ✨. When you loosen the cork a little, you'll hear a strong sizzling sound and your expectations will grow. Enjoying the sweet aroma The first thing I thought when I put it in my mouth What's that? I thought... Despite the sizzling sound when the bottle was opened, there was not as much of a fizzy feeling as I expected. What comes instead is a very fruity taste! This is the type of sake that goes down quickly without the need for snacks 🍶. It was light and easy to drink, and I finished a bottle in no time! As expected of Mr. Kangiku, it was a very satisfying sake 🍶.

The first Ooga bought by a child who went to play at the brewery opening. There was a sales place near the station that I often saw, and I was curious about it, but it was too far away from the station, so I never stopped by there. I was able to buy it for me. The first Ooga I'm going to have a cup of the limited edition brewery opening sake! The aroma is not strong but surprisingly fruity and easy to drink The bottle opened smoothly without any gentle popping sound! On the palate Classic sake type While the umami of the rice is well expressed, it is relatively easy to drink even for me, who likes sweet sake. It was also good for me personally because it was strong at 18% alcohol, but did not have that atmosphere.

My sister, who knows I love Muscat, picked it out for me at the liquor store for my birthday gift✨. It's a sake made with yeast isolated from Muscat of Alexandria. I was thinking that Okayama, where the sake brewery is located, is a production area... And the label is totally white wine🍾. First, open the bottle and smell the aroma... And then, the label is perfectly white 🍾..! This is Muscat ‼️ I couldn't hide my surprise... (LOL) When you put it in your mouth Something different from ordinary sake! was my first impression. It has a great muscat flavor on the palate! Then comes a pleasant acidity and a fruity finish. The aftertaste was so light that it was a dangerous type of deliciousness that I couldn't stop drinking 🍶.

I see it relatively often in Yamaguchi sake. Anytime? Omine, which was getting late in the I've been curious about it for a long time, but I never had a chance to try it. Then, on a whim, I checked out the sake brewery. I checked out the sake brewery and found that they make their sake near Benten Pond. I was impressed by the clarity of the sake when I stopped by there a long time ago. I immediately bought a bottle. A little bit of a mild sweet fruity aroma. After that, when you put it in your mouth, it is very light and easy to drink! The sweetness and umami are just right and don't interfere with the food. You can also enjoy a nice fruity aftertaste. It was a sake that went down very easily and was finished in a matter of minutes. It was so good that I would like to try another one in the future! I enjoyed it while remembering the Benten Pond where I used to stop by 🍶. Oh, the bottle is so unique and my favorite type. It's hard to take a picture (lol)!

What is the Seven Farmers' Mistresses of the Highest Peaks of the Land of Origin? Rice grown in the Kikuchi River basin Fresh yeast yeast yeast Cultivated without pesticides Fertilizer-Free Cultivation Wooden Oke Brewing No additive yeast Old style brewing It is said that The drinker's expectations for this method are only getting higher and higher... But it's also more expensive 💦. The soil is good enough for Ni No Jo, but I've never had the best wine of the season, and my expectations are high, so I easily reached out and bought it (laugh). I'm going to enjoy it right away 🍶. As usual, it has a gorgeous umami from the weak bubbles. The elegant acidity lingers on the palate as it finishes. Also, I was happy to see that they use sake in place of water in the "shiori" (a Japanese word for "shiori"), but I had an image that kijo-zake would be sweeter, but I didn't feel that with this one! It's also delicious! This is indeed the best of the season! I was so captivated by the charms of sansho that I couldn't reach for the snacks because the sake alone was too much 🍶. It was a satisfying weekend at Sanzu as always. ☺️

When I started Sake-no-Wawa, I thought I started by drinking sake from all over Japan and keeping a record of it so I wouldn't forget, but I realized in late September💦 that I had not made any progress this year because every time I found a sake that I liked, I kept going off on a tangent. So here's my first Osaka sake, Akizuka (lol). The aroma is fruity and sweet, just the way I like it! When you put it in your mouth Oh, wow! It has a dry taste like a traditional Japanese sake. It may not be enough for those who prefer dry sake. I think it may not be enough for those who prefer dry sake, but I, who love sweet and tasty sake, would treat it as a perfect food sake! It was my first sake from Osaka, and I thought the aftertaste was very refreshing 🍶. Oh, and I noticed that it was the first hiyaoroshi of the year (lol).

The first time I saw a yamori When I first saw the sake, I read it as yamori (laughs) And I'm sorry that I took the liberty of associating the sake with reptiles. But when I looked closer, I saw them on the label 🦎. I realized again that it wasn't a mistake. I got a sake from Tokyo that I was planning to drink someday. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was like old-fashioned alcohol. In the mouth, the rice flavor is strong and astringent with a bitter taste, and then it goes straight to the finish. I was surprised at how strong the flavor remained until the end. The taste mellows out as the sake gets hiya, but the bitterness is still there and it's a clear statement.

I was at a liquor store and suddenly we were talking about Koshi Apple and I said to myself, "Speaking of Koshi..." and we talked about this Hekisei. I immediately bought this Hekisei sake. First of all, I love the label! It's so beautiful, just like Hekisei ✨. The aroma is gentle and sweet Easy to drink when you put it in your mouth The voluptuous umami and sweetness come in, and it is also characterized by the shuwashi that comes along with it. This is my favorite type of sake 🍶. I found out that there is also a draft Hekisei, so if I find it, I will definitely buy it! I liked Koshi Hekisei so much that I will definitely buy it when I find it!

I knew it was a Fukuoka sake, but I never knew it was from Yame🍵 sake brewery. I often drink it hot at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). I was given a set of the Kataya sake to compare, so here's to that! I was going to write down my impressions of each one cold, but it got lost in a mishap💦. I remember the Junmai Daiginjo was the one I liked the best. The aroma and taste was the best for sweet sake lovers 🍶.

The first thing I thought was that the mouthfeel was unique. I mean, it's not unpleasant, but it's like that. It's not unpleasant, but it's like that? The taste is as described as a food wine, and it is easier to drink with snacks, but it is not too heavy. It also has an alcoholic aftertaste. I like cold sake, so I drank it cold, but the brewery recommends drinking it lukewarm, so I drank it lukewarm. The aroma and flavor of the rice was softer as if it was lukewarm, but all the personality of the cold sake was lost (laugh). I enjoyed this sake in many different ways. My wife saw an artist on Youtube drinking this sake, so she rushed out to buy it! Cheers to my first sake that I came across through such a chance 🍶.

When opened, the aroma is mild. When you put it in your mouth, the deliciousness of rice comes in a flurry and it finishes dry. At first, it was very smooth and I was enjoying it, but after the third glass, it started to feel heavy and I decided to drink it over several days. When I drank it later The first time I drank it, the sweetness of the rice came out and it became more mellow and tender, which I prefer. However, the dryness was almost gone, so if you prefer the first taste, you should ❌... I thought Haneya was a sweet and easy-drinking sake, but I was surprised that Clear Blue is quite dry. I actually got infected with corona here, which I didn't get at all when clusters and other things were popular, and I haven't had a drink in about 20 days of alcohol. Maybe that's why I felt drier than usual this time 💦. It's hiyaoroshi season around here, but there are still some summer sake left... I'll replace it soon.

I thought so, but all I remember is that it was delicious last year and that I liked it (laughs). So, I immediately started to try the kupit... Still as delicious and gloriously yummy✨ I'm sure it's partly because it's a daiginjo, but it tastes so refreshing and I really like it! I personally like the Hokkaido sake rice Comet, and this sake did not disappoint.

This time the sake is Summer Moon from Nabeshima. This also feels like a summer sake. It is very smooth on the palate and goes down very smoothly. The sweetness is just right and the aftertaste is so clean that you always feel like you haven't had enough to drink! It doesn't have a strong umami or a gorgeous taste, but it is a delicious Nabeshima that can be drunk in a gentle, relaxed manner.

It is easy to drink, with a clean taste and no cloying taste that disappears quickly and easily. When it finishes, it has just the right amount of acidity to make you want to drink the next one, so it's hard to take a break (laughs). Personally, I prefer this sake in the hiya (hottest season) rather than the chilled conditioned conditioned conditioned sake. I mean... I drank it when my kids were home for summer vacation, so I wanted to drink it a little more... Personally, I had indigestion this time 🍶 (laugh)

I found Kaze no Mori while rummaging in a liquor store. I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time, so I looked at the sake rice and the number and bought it. Just before drinking it, I looked at the label and saw that it was dry... I didn't have an image of Kaze no Mori as dry, but I wondered what it was like. When I opened the bottle, I heard a loud popping sound. It has a faint sweet aroma. The sweetness of the sake comes in a refreshing mouthfeel, followed by a slight tangy taste. It was a dry and sharp feeling of Kaze-no-mori. The dryness was not as strong as I expected, but it was definitely drier than other Kaze no Mori I have had 🍶.

Land of Colors Who thought of this word? It's too beautiful, I envy you (laughs) And this time, I would like to introduce you to Sairai, a sake from Sai no Kuni. When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong fizziness and the sweetness of the rice comes through strongly, but it also has a slightly dry taste that is delicious 🍶. The aftertaste is not assertive and quickly fades away. It is the type of sake that is very easy to drink and goes down very quickly. It's been a while since I've had a Sairai, but I'm satisfied ✨. I'll buy it again when I find it again 🍶. By the way, it looks quite strong blue in the picture, but it's actually a pale blue. I wonder why it changes so much when I take a picture of it?

The bottom of the label has the word "Cherry Chihuahua" on it. I liked it so much I bought it immediately! The sound of "Cheri-Choyo" is so cute 🍒! It smells so sweet when you open the bottle! When I put it in my mouth What's that? It's delicious, but it has a heavy taste that you wouldn't expect from cherries. Why such a heavy taste for cherries? And... I thought something was wrong. I wondered what the theme was this time. I looked it up and found out it was black cherry. Oh, that makes sense💦. What did you think of it? The heavy taste lingered in my mouth for a long time, but the aftertaste was very pleasant. I drank it up in no time at all, just like I always do with Takachiyos 🍶.

When I opened the bottle, I enjoyed a gentle sizzling sound, followed by a clean and refreshing aroma. In the mouth, it is clear and easy to drink, with an acidity and a rummy taste. Spring haze for buying labels again. I love the picture that draws me in ✨ When you open the bottle, the aroma is slightly sweet. It is a little tangy on the palate and then the umami gently expands. The taste is like the spring water on the label, and it is very delicious. I opened it on a weekday and intended to drink it over a day, but it was so delicious that I drank it all up, which is something I regret.
