Kubota bought by a child as a birthday present. When I think about it, I realize that I've never had Kubota at home before, even though I've had it at the store. I was recommended to drink it cold, so I did. It was easy to drink, but not fresh. It was 500ml, so I felt it was a bit small. I felt like I didn't drink enough and would like to drink it again 🍶.

First time drinking kijoshu I was surprised at how sweet it was when I drank it because it was made with sake without water. It was sweet like champagne and easy to drink, but personally I thought it was too sweet. That's my impression. However, if sake is used instead of brewing water, the price is likely to be higher, but why is there not much difference? I was wondering why the price is so high if they use sake instead of brewing water.

When I was careless and opened the bottle, the cork really popped and flew out of Nabeshima (laugh). The first sip was less sweet than usual, but as is typical of Nabeshima, it was easy to drink. The aftertaste is more refreshing than usual. In conclusion, Nabeshima is always delicious 🍶.

Matsuura Ichi was recommended to me by a liquor store when I mentioned that Nabeshima was my favorite flavor. I bought it because it was a draft sake and because it was recommended at another store. It was a very smooth, sweet sake that went down very well. I would recommend this sake to anyone who likes sweet sake.

Since it looks like I won't be able to go to work tomorrow due to the typhoon, I opened the first hiyayogoshi of the year that I had bought for the weekend. It had a slightly sweet aroma and was smooth on the palate with a slight tangy taste. It was very easy to drink with a light touch, smooth on the palate, a little tangy on the tongue, and easy to drink. I've had Yokoyama before, but I was reminded once again that the sake here is really easy to drink! The autumnal feel of the label is also very nice!

Nabeshima, which got me hooked on sake. I hear it's hard to find in the Kanto area, but in Kyushu, it's relatively easy to find, although there are some restrictions on the number of bottles. It's a summer sake, so I tried it. The fizzy sensation in the mouth is fruity and delicious as usual 🍶. I thought it had more acidity and sharpness than usual because it was summer moon, but it was a stable and delicious Nabeshima.
