Now that I'm done with the post on what I drank last year Here is a continuation of the drinks we drank in the New Year😘. ㊗️It's New Year's Day, so I opened the second bottle of Jikin as well 🎉! Pushu❗️ mokumoku automatic gyration It has a strong sense of schwash and effervescence. The taste is a little dry and firm, with a bitter taste centered around the rice flavor🌾😙. On the second day, the taste has opened up ❗️ and the fizziness is still there and just right, and the sweetness and umami have increased to a fruity taste 😋. This, this 👍 is also well-balanced 👍‼️ On the third day, it loses its gasiness and becomes dull ⤵️ Rice taste 🌾 and sweetness and bitterness become stronger 🤔 The 2nd day was delicious ‼️ Nigorinpic is in the second half of the season❗️ The theory that "somehow nigori sake is strongest on the second day" is somehow forming in my mind 😘. set meal with miso cutlet One day in December, I started walking in the direction I usually don't go to find a new restaurant for lunch, but I became a refugee when I couldn't find a restaurant 💦I finally found a teishoku-ya with only a few minutes left of my lunch break ⏳ and went in. The restaurant was very cramped and run by an elderly couple 👴👵. I had the Miso Katsu set meal there: ❗️ This was surprisingly delicious 😋👵. I ate it hot and in a hurry so I burned my mouth 😅. December 2024 company year-end party🥳. I wandered around Sakae for a while, wondering whether to go to karaoke or izakaya for the after-party After wandering around Sakae for a while... We decided to go to a stylish pub 🏮. We found "Saku 🍶" on the drink menu. I said "I like Saku among these drinks, what do you think?" I asked everyone. A "Oh, I want to drink Saku 🍶". I searched on the internet and found out that it's good to decorate it on December 28th or 30th 😳. So I decorated it on the 28th 😄. Dinner was 7 pieces of tuna at Sushiro 🍣😋! Now, the sake is Mimuro Sugi 🍶. When I opened the bottle, the sedimented ooze started to gyrate automatically 🔃. It wasn't so strong that it was overflowing, so I could enjoy watching it without worry 😃. It was a beautifully bubbly and refreshing 👍. I don't feel the sweetness of Yamadanishiki as much as I expected, but it is dry and easy to guzzle. 100% Yamadanishiki, 13% alc.
