Finally, I was able to take home a bottle after winning a gara-pon (lottery) for the fourth season 😭❗️ Gorgeous aroma typical of Hanayokyu: ❗️ Thanks to the nigori, the peculiar bitterness is mild❗️ Perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness 😭👍 It's a fruity nigori sake😍. Exactly like Tropical fruit🥭🍍paradise 😘👍 Day 2, bitterness is stronger 🤔. Day 3, gasiness and bitterness softens but continues to be delicious ❗️ I'm going to try heating it up. It is creamy and delicious 😋🍶. But it's still good cold sake: ‼️ I opened the bottle a few days ago and enjoyed the taste change 😉. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%. Now that I'm done with the post on what I drank last year Here is a continuation of the drinks we drank in the New Year😘. ㊗️It's New Year's Day, so I opened the second bottle of Jikin as well 🎉! Pushu❗️ mokumoku automatic gyration It has a strong sense of schwash and effervescence. The taste is a little dry and firm, with a bitter taste centered around the rice flavor🌾😙. On the second day, the taste has opened up ❗️ and the fizziness is still there and just right, and the sweetness and umami have increased to a fruity taste 😋.
