It was recommended by the sake shop! He said that the best sake in Nara is Kaze no Mori and this Akitsuho 653 is the best one! He said it was the best sake in Nara😊.
It's been a while since I've had a Kaze no Mori 🍶 It tastes like white wine and is delicious 😋.

I bought this seasonal sake out of 3 kinds 😊 I think it is hiyayogoshi because of the time of the year.
The aroma is subdued, the sweetness is subdued, and it's slightly dry.
The temperature is not too hot and the subtle sweetness and umami are just right!
Good as a food sake 😊⭕️ and has a nice sharpness 😊.
Serve with homemade roast pork 😋.

I only saw it in a bottle last year, so I didn't buy it,
I went to Asano Sake Shop and bought a four-pack of Kihotsuru which was delicious 👀😍.
These were the last two bottles.
The aroma is subdued and the label on the back says it smells like bananas!
Is the banana subtle? The sweetness is subdued and the matured flavor and orange peel-like bitterness makes me want another glass 😅.
