Drinking outside 🎶. We drank at Yohaku Fermentation Room😊. It was so thick I felt like I was eating it instead of drinking it😅😊😊. This is not sake, is it? The rice still has its shape and tastes good with almost no bitterness! They drink (eat) it on ♾️ 😅 The egg 🥚 I ordered for my entrée is also delicious 😊.

Good morning, Ponchan 😁. You should definitely go there! They sell and have a great selection of Sentori! They don't have a lot of snacks, but they are delicious. The doburoku is delicious if you drink it while chewing the rice grains that are still there 😊.

Drinking outside 🎶. This is a sake from Miyagi. The kanji is difficult to read without romaji 😆. I think it's from Kyoto when I hear "Sasaki Sake Brewery". I think it's from Kyoto. The taste was easy to drink and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice 😊.

Drinking outside🎶. Stopping by from 👹the Yoshida Shrine ⛩️🚶 walk🍶. We went to Yohaku Fermentation Room, a store we've been curious about for a while. The first glass was a modern Sentori Omachi. With three kinds of snacks. We chatted with other customers and the owner, and enjoyed both the sake and the appetizers 😋.

I drink at home 🎵🎶 This is my wife's sake from Kyoto Fukushima Sake Shop 🥰. The third Shirasugi Shuzo ✖️ Fukushima Sake Shop, exclusively for my wife. Limited edition of 156 bottles 032/156 I had the good fortune to purchase it 😊. I went directly to the store to pick it up! Even though it was past the store closing time, the wifey waited for me😍. Unlike on social media, they are very ladylike in the store. The taste is shwashy and fruity! Just the right amount of acidity with a nice bitterness at the end 😋. I'm going to savor it and drink it 😊.

I'm drinking at home🎶🎵 Yesterday I went on a tour of liquor stores in Osaka 🚃. I went to Osaka, which is close to Kyoto! I visited 2 liquor stores 😰. This is the store that the sake god of the Kansai branch of Sake no Wa showed me around 😊. Here is the sake I bought there😊. I don't like muddy sake! I feel it lingers the next day 🤢. But the orikarami is fine🙆 I like it😍. I'll have a bowl now! The store description said it was dry, but it wasn't that dry. The store description said it was dry, but it's not that dry, it's more bitter from the fruity side but still smooth 👌 Delicious 😋 The label is classic 😍. The Nagano sake I've had recently is really good 😋. A friend of mine gave me a Mikotsuru gugu 👌. Great atmosphere in a wine glass 🫡.

I drink at home🎵 The liquor store near my work started to carry Amezure so I bought some 😊. It's very popular at Sake no Wa these days! First drink 🔰 The shape of the bottle is awesome👀? Rectangular? Dr. Sugiyama? I don't know 😰 This sake is Hiyi Oroshi? I don't know anything about it. I don't know what it is, but I've never had it before! The first thing that comes to mind is the sourness and bitterness from the first taste. The bitter taste is followed by the rich umami taste of rice. It's a little different from what I imagined it would taste like 😰.

God of Sake ⛩️ This is the sake I received at my first visit to the shrine. Yasubeyesan of Sake no Wa posted it 😍I also paid a visit to Matsuo Taisha 🙏. My son and grandson live near Matsuo Taisha 😊. I asked about the sake, because it was written as mixed sake, and it seems to be a mixture of various kinds of sake offered to the shrine, 'the brand name is Yellow Cherry Blossom etc.'. The taste is not so much the sake, but the fragrance of the Masu, or cedar? It was delicious.

I cherish it so much that I let the quality guarantee expire 😭 But it's delicious 😋. I don't like acidity, but the balance of sweetness and acidity is 👌 It's been two and a half years since I drank Shinsei at home! Empty bottle of No.6X I drank last time and 📷😰. I'm drinking at home🎵 I got the information from the Kansai branch of SAKEWA that there is Yamazan at Takimoto in Kyoto! I went to buy some on my way home from work 😁. The aroma is not too sweet? It has a nice bitter taste! I love it with my favorite Millet cookies from Kochi 👌😍😍. I imagined it would be sweeter 😰😰😰. I'd like to try more than just Yamae Nishiki 😊. Thank you Pon 😊
