God of Sake ⛩️ This is the sake I received at my first visit to the shrine. Yasubeyesan of Sake no Wa posted it 😍I also paid a visit to Matsuo Taisha 🙏. My son and grandson live near Matsuo Taisha 😊. I asked about the sake, because it was written as mixed sake, and it seems to be a mixture of various kinds of sake offered to the shrine, 'the brand name is Yellow Cherry Blossom etc.'. The taste is not so much the sake, but the fragrance of the Masu, or cedar? It was delicious.

Happy New Year to everyone at Sake no Wa 🎍 Thank you for your support in the new year 🙇. I'm drinking at home🎵 The first bottle of 2025 is 7 years old but 6😍. I won the lottery in November 2024 🎯👍. I cherish it so much that I let the quality guarantee expire 😭 But it's delicious 😋. I don't like acidity, but the balance of sweetness and acidity is 👌 It's been two and a half years since I drank Shinsei at home! Empty bottle of No.6X I drank last time and 📷😰. The last image is of Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, the Ujigami shrine where I went for my first visit ⛩️🙏 I hope I win the lottery again this year! I asked 😰😰😰.

I'm drinking at home🎵 This is a gift from a friend who went to visit 88 places in Shikoku 🙏. I'm not a big fan of nigori (cloudy) sake, so I went with heated sake 😁. It's like amazake with alcohol and it's delicious 😋.

I'm drinking at home🎵 I got the information from the Kansai branch of SAKEWA that there is Yamazan at Takimoto in Kyoto! I went to buy some on my way home from work 😁. The aroma is not too sweet? It has a nice bitter taste! I love it with my favorite Millet cookies from Kochi 👌😍😍. I imagined it would be sweeter 😰😰😰. I'd like to try more than just Yamae Nishiki 😊. Thank you Pon 😊

Okayama Sake Shop Paid Tasting (11) It was the first time for me to taste Daito-🐰, although I live in Kyoto. It is very easy to drink, but the alcohol content is strong and has a punch.

Paid Tasting (9) This is a freshly squeezed Hagi no Tsuru. I could not tell much difference from the Hagi no Tsuru Kawaragawara that I had earlier. It was my favorite among the many I drank.

The bottle is full of fine bubbles as soon as you open it! The aroma is subdued, tingling - sourness - cemedine - bitterness, and the sweetness is subdued?

It's a drink outside 🎶🎵. I've had reservations since the summer for this annual annual treat 🐡 full course with albacore. This post is 444 check in! I thought I'd get a bottle of Jyushiyo because of the "Yon-Yon" connection, but when I looked in the fridge, the Honmaru was sold out and they only had the 2500 yen per bottle 😱. I decided to go with Jikin 😁. Jikin is fruity and delicious 😋. I wanted to drink Hire Sake but I prefer local sake 😊.
