I bought Nanamizu again this year at the liquor store I always go to when I travel to Nasu.
It was said to have a subtle grapefruit aroma, but I didn't detect that much. It had a clean impression, but it also had a strong umami flavor. I only buy Nanamizu here, but I think it tastes good every time.
The 129th Shinbashi Muramatsu Sake Merchant's Hourly Tasting Day Nawa Yaku no Kai🍶 Every year in November, we always hold ‼︎ a sake tasting using all Omachi🌾.
Nanamizu Junmai Ginjo 55 Omachi
Oh, this is amazing.
It has a robust flavor and aroma that makes you think it is Omachi, even though it is Gohyakumangoku.
The acidity is strong, and the moderate sweetness gives it a heavyweight taste.
This is the quintessence of Tochigi sake.
If I can get this kind of flavor from Gohyaku-mangoku, how much more intense would it be if I used Omachi?
I wonder how much more intense sake can be made with Omachi...
Mild aroma, slight fruit yogurt.
When you drink it, it is mellow and the rice is gently delicious.
The nose is full and fragrant.
The texture is fresh and beautiful.
It goes well with ankake mushrooms.
Taste level 4/5
I received this 🎁 as a gift from a junior colleague.
It has a more citrus 🍊 aroma than the Nanamizu I had before.
It has a nice citrusy 🍊 aroma. The taste of rice is very nice. It is delicious 😋!

My junior traveled to Tochigi and gave me this as a souvenir. Among the many delicious Tochigi sake, we are happy with the choice of Nanamizu from Yume Sarara: ☺️
On a side note, I will be izakaya shinkansen🚄 in Niigata next week.

Nanamizu Junmai Daiginjo 45 Yumesasara
This brewery is located in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 45% Yumesasara grown in Tochigi Prefecture.
Slightly fruity aroma, elegant and
gentle rice flavor, and a crisp and clean aftertaste.
A clean and refreshing aftertaste.

Could the price be higher than the current price after next year? So I bought it. It's seven water and I think I won't lose it 😁.
Fresh, sweet and juicy. It is a junmai daiginjo, but it has a strong umami flavor and is very satisfying to drink. Fruity but not too much pineapple. Sweet but not too sweet. A little bitterness at the end.
It is better to drink it by itself, as it is slightly effervescent and sweet-tasting.
Nanamizu was safe and reliable Tochigi Ai🥰.
Good morning, bouken 😃
The price is going up 😩 I can't help it 😔.
But it's true, Nanamizu has nothing but the best 😄I like the feeling that it's not too much 🤗.
Tochigi Ai🥰 for bringing peace of mind to everyone!
Jay & Nobby, maybe it's because of the negotiations between the farmers and the breweries on the price of rice, but it seems that all the breweries don't give us any information about their new sake 😅The more I drink Nanamizu, the more I trust them 😆.
The last sentence sounds like a corporate catchphrase 😁.
Today I'm going to take a little cue from you guys and exercise before I get a drink ❗️, so exercise that works for me...😔
That's right 💡 I'm off on a 🚲 to explore a new liquor store.
Cycling 🚴 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes one way to feel the wind and get a good cardio workout 😆.
There were quite a few sake products I wanted to take with me to a new liquor store, and after much worrying, I packed a few bottles in my backpack🎒...
The way there was good, but the way back... 😫 I came home feeling long 🤣.
I was so tired that I had to go back to the hotel.
It's an elegant bottle with umami and a hint of sweetness, with a slight hint of spiciness that quickly fades away 🥰.
Hi Baum 😃
Exercise with a clear purpose is good! But an hour and a half each way 🚲 back home sure sounds long 😅.
The seven waters you drink in a well-organized place will soak into your elegance 😃☺️
Jay & Nobby, good evening😊.
The way there is nothing but excitement 🍶The way back is heavy and far 💦🤣.
But after a hard day's work, Nanamizu-san was exceptionally soaked 🥰.
The concept of this limited-quantity product is that it goes well with "food". Citrusy and juicy. The first sip is like a sparkling wine. It is sweet but not too sweet, with a refreshingly clean acidity.
