8.5 points (wife: 7.5 points)

Rice Polishing Ratio : 60
Alcohol content : 16%.
Sold at: Local sake brewery "Yushuya" (Kiyota-ku, Sapporo)
Shupon when opened
No gassiness
Slight pineapple and rice malt overtones
The same gentle aroma as the top rise, the plump sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a soft acidity and a slight bitterness that rises early and finishes quickly.
The balance of the wine is moist, and it goes well with meals, but it is also delicious on its own.
It went well with Japanese pasta with pork and mushrooms.
Preferred ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
I drank this on a trip to Nasu with my friends.
There were two types, nigori (cloudy) and no nigori (clear), but I bought this nigori for today's toast, as they only had 6 bottles in stock!
It is a sparkling wine made with wine yeast, so it is truly a rice sparkling wine.
The juicy flavor of rice combined with the freshness of sparkling wine is well-balanced and easy to drink without being heavy. It was my favorite type of wine with a bit of sweetness and plenty of nigori (nigori) and umami (flavor).
FOUR SEASONS AUTUMN
A little sourness makes it easy to drink.
It is easier to drink than Zanzou Junmai.
100% Kitashizuku
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16%.
I had the impression that many reviews of Nanamizu said it was fruity, but this one has a refreshingly dry taste. It is delicious. It does not leave a bitter or sour aftertaste, so I think it is very good as a food sake.

I went to Mashidaya.
The clerk recommended a variety of Tochigi sake, and also recommended Nanamizu, but all they had in stock were bottles 😅.
The only bottle they had was the last bottle of this sake. He recommended this fruity sake, and we immediately decided to try it.
We opened the bottle in our room before dinner.
It was so fruity that it changed my concept of what sake should be like.
I didn't even ask for the price, but it was ok 🫢.
Lunch was also recommended by the waitress, Soba Kaoru, and was a Soba set.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi 😃!
Oh~! I see you went to Mashidaya-san ‼️
And I'm glad to hear Nanamizu's good guy 😍 rave review 🤗even the soba noodles are recommended by Mashidaya 😄 great 👍!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
We came from Toyama and told you that we are staying at Oku-Nikko and you recommended that we can have one after bath and one after dinner 😄.
He also introduced us to a hideaway buckwheat noodle shop 😉.
Hello @Mizuhashi😄
I see you made it to Mashidaya ❣️
As a local, it makes me happy 😚.
The shichisui looks so delicious and the soba noodles shop is recommended by the owner! Great start to your Tochigi trip 😆👍!
Good morning, Tsubu-chan 😃.
I left Ueda at 8:30am and went straight to Mashidaya 😍.
It's a lovely restaurant😍.
After the soba restaurant, we went to Nikko Toshogu Shrine ⛩️ legs got wobbly😅
Tonight we will open a bottle of "Nanamizu" to celebrate the 700 CI of J&N's Sake-no-wa Pisen.
In celebration of J&N's 700 CI, we will open a bottle of "Nanamizu" which is still in our house 😋.
I had a little bit of a crack 😅.
Unlike the last Omachi, it had a stronger wine taste as described 😋.
I've been drinking a lot of low-alcohol winey or champagne-like sake lately, so this was another tasty one 😍.
Tochigi 😱.
You are too high specs 🤣.
Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.
Hello Mr. Baum😃
Thank you for opening a bottle of Nanamizu-san 🥹 in commemoration of our Kiri number 🤗Please keep cracking the bottle and go for Tochigi sake 😆.
Let's enjoy the high level of Tochigi sake 😍Taste it all 😋.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😊I am impressed with the specs of Tochigi sake 😅I will continue to use Tochigi sake & Jay's post as a reference for my sake life 😍.
I saw this Nanamizu brewed by Toraya Honten in Utsunomiya City, my hometown, at the supermarket. It was my first time to try it.
This time, it was a standard fire-brewed TYPE with room temperature distribution.
The rice used is domestic rice.
Polishing ratio is 65
Alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Specifications are for fire-aged sake
Production date: August 2025
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is rather subdued, with a hint of rice aroma and fullness. The aroma is faintly fruity, with a hint of pear.
When poured into a sake cup, it presents a clear, clear, pale golden color and is of a smooth and silky nature.
Taking a sip, it has a refreshing mouthfeel with a light acidity. A grain-like flavor gradually spreads in the mouth, giving it a soft but slightly dry feeling. The aftertaste is sharp and has little bitterness or other unpleasant tastes.
The aroma is mild and the taste is calm, making it a good mid-meal drink.
