I went to a snack bar and it was closed, so I went to a standing bar for a strategy meeting.
First up was Nanamizu SPRING.
Delicious with a refreshing sourness and flavor!
Fruity type
Rice type: Omachi Polishing ratio: 55
Sake meter: +1.5 Acidity: 1.6
Alcohol content: 16.7
Sweet apple aroma with freshness, full flavor and dry acidity, juicy type.
Slightly carbonated and acidic, it seems to go well with fried food.
Third day of GW✨
However... the first half of the week is flying by, so I'll be open on a weekday 🤣.
Well, I'm not interested in panda🐼, but I couldn't resist buying one with a cute label 💁.
If you think about it calmly...the only place in Japan where you can see pandas is Ueno in Tokyo🗼...or Adventure World in Wakayama❓🤔.
I don't have any image of pandas in Tochigi 😓.
Tochigi is only Utsunomiya's gyoza🥟 and Nikko🐒😅(tourist attractions excluding sake breweries)
Putting all that aside... open the bottle 🍶.
Fruity apple-like ginjo aroma... I've been smelling it so much lately that I'm starting to think it's just a similar aroma 😅 (in other words, a delicious aroma).
Take a sip and you'll feel the apple juice 🧃 spreading in your mouth: ❗️
I can hardly feel the alcohol taste and the sharpness is refreshing 🥰.
I don't know how pandas feel... but humans can be "happi😍" 😆.
It's not a sake with strong characteristics that I would like to repeat ❗️, but it's just delicious 😋.
It's not a strong sake with strong characteristics that I'd like to repeat 😆 It's not a strong sake with strong characteristics that I'd like to repeat but it's just delicious 😋.
The second day is more umami 😋.
But at the same time, the alcohol taste has increased 😅.
Hi there, koiing gulls 😃.
Tochigi is about gyoza🥟 and Nikko🙈🙊🙉🙉⁉️ that's not so bad 🤔 there are others 😤 Senkou, Bida, Ona, Nozomu...oh...! I was talking about sake only😅Nanamizu is of course delicious 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
I used to go to Tochigi a lot for skiing ⛷️ and for license training camps 🚗... whatever it was 😆 lol.
Hence (?) I like Tochigi sake in general. Tochigi's sake is one of my favorites in general 😍.
The aroma is slightly reminiscent of brewer's alcohol.
The mouthfeel is acidic, but the palate is full and fruity with grape-like fruitiness.
I thought this is a sweet white wine...
It has a fresh, sweet apple aroma and a juicy "Omachi" flavor that combines a full-bodied umami with a dry acidity.
As the label says, the sweetness and acidity are well balanced and easy to drink.
It has a fresh gasiness and berry-like sweetness that lingers on the palate.
This is a dish that has a firm freshness while being fire-roasted.
Purchased from Goto Sake Shop in Akiruno
☀️
It has been a long time since Nanamizu.
It has a sweet taste and sourness.
It is a sizzling sourness like kiwi🥝.
I don't know if I've ever had such a sour taste 🤔.
The sizzling sweetness and sourness continues until the aftertaste, and I felt a moving line that leads me to the finish, just like the back label says: ➡️
I thought it would be a clean sweet type, but it was very different.
There are so many different kinds of shichimizu 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
You seem to have a dry taste 😁.
I like light sweet transparent seven waters like Y3 myself. I don't see it very often....
I would like to drink more shichimizu because it was a surprise for me 🤗
Chosen for its spring-like label👍
There are seven wells in Utsunomiya called "famous water", and they started brewing sake using one of them, the Niji-no-i well.
It has a fresh citrus 🍊 aroma on the nose, and when you sip it, you can taste the grapefruit-like sweet and sour taste with a hint of bitterness, and you can also feel a slight effervescence.
Hi Dai 😃
Nanamizu! It's delicious 😋and thank you for introducing us to the origin of the brand name 🥹Tochigi Ai🥰I call myself Tochigi Ai, so it's only natural...I didn't know that 😆.
Hello Jay & Nobby! Tochigi has many famous national brands that you can find at Sakewa, including Sentori. This Nanamizu was so good I opened it in 2 days 😆.
First seven waters. This is the flagship and I am looking forward to it.
The sweetness and umami freshness are very good, and the aftertaste is gentle. It is quite tasty.
The sweetness in the second half of the bottle seemed to be on the verge of becoming dry, but it didn't. It was enjoyable to drink 😄.
Thank you very much for the drink 😆.
Hello, tsutsukitate-san 😃!
Congratulations on your first Nanamizu at ㊗️ where it is rumored to bring out the best of Oumachi's flavor 😍🎉I enjoyed drinking it 😋, which is a great compliment 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby😄
The first one is fun and good!
It was an unintentional series of Tochigi sake. Maybe Jay & Nobby's love for Tochigi is permeating in me 😆.
The restaurant is fully booked
The waitresses are also very busy
I went to get sake from the cold storage by myself.
Let's go with this pair!
Nanamizu is often found here at Fukurokuju!
FOUR SEASONS SPRING Nama-zake after two years!
The label has changed from a cherry blossom tree to five petals!
The taste is deliciously sweet and fruity!
I reviewed the sake and found that I drank all of the Four Seasons: ✌️
