I saw Maechen-san's repo of Mashidaya, and when I noticed it, it was in my cart? 😅
Arrived at 18:00 on Saturday and opened the bottle immediately...
Mmmmmm 🤨Fresh and fruity with a nice sharpness.
It was a summer day. I was about to gobble it down, but I drank it while rehydrating with barley tea as a chaser 😋.
Hello @Mizuhashi 😃
I'm sure Nanamizu-san's Omachi ‼️ which is even better than the original is even better ⤴️. 🤗Mizuhashi-san will have to come to Tochigi for this one 😄.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
You're right, Tochigi has a lot of good sake!
And visiting sake shops sounds like fun too 🍶.
It's like 4 hours and 44 minutes from my house by car 🚙😆.
Good morning, Maecin 😃.
I thought I went to Mashidaya and shopped at the Rakuten store 😃.
Visiting liquor stores is also a fun part of real travel 😊.
By the way, Shizuoka via Suwa is also possible 😄.
After traveling from Matsuyama to Utsunomiya, I bought a bottle at Utsunomiya station and sipped it in the car on the way home. It is not fruity, but it has a delicious flavor and is easy to drink.
Let's make this the last drink of the night.
Leave it to the manager again!
Last time we had Happipanda's Nanamizu, and this time we had Junmai Ginjo DRY Omachi Namaishu!
This time we had Junmai Ginjo DRY Omachi Nama Sake!
For lunch, we had soup curry for the first time in a while in Sunagawa.
Surrounded by nature, our hearts were refreshed. ❤️

Nasuhikari x Niji no Kirameki
This bottle was recommended to me by the owner of a local sake store in Nasu-machi, Tochigi Prefecture.
Considering the time required to take it home... I decided to go for it!
It has a nice flavor without any impurities, and a nice shigeki that spreads in the mouth. It was a good decision to buy it without hesitation.
It's honestly good. ‼️
Like the Matsumidori sake we had at the same restaurant, this sake is a true sake! The taste of sake!
Sweet and mellow aroma.
A little stronger aroma and lingering aftertaste than the Matsumidori
This sake is right in the middle of my favorites!
Smooth silken tofu and horse mackerel tataki were perfect accompaniments!

GW's trip to Tochigi (Part 11)
We had our first Nanamizu, which we purchased at Kashiwaji Sake Shop😋.
The aroma is fresh and grape-like 😊.
On the palate, it has a good balance of fresh and refreshing umami and dry acidity as is typical of nama-shu 😚👍✨I also bought some nama-shu although there are not many 🥳.
Hi Maechen 😃
Oh! I see you went to "Kashiwaji" too ‼️ surprisingly, congratulations on your first Nanamizu ㊗️ 🎉This Omachi is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good 🤗!
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌛😀😀
Kashiwajisan was a stylish place 😊It's a very piquant sake that seems to be fresh 😍Tochigi is full of delicious sake, I envy you 🤩.
I pulled out something I had bought but had completely forgotten about!
The color is sake and the aroma is like a gentle sake.
The taste is mild and refreshing without any peculiarities!
It is a good sake to drink with sashimi, kimchi, and many other things.
It is good as a food sake!
This is a 1 gou bottle bought at a local supermarket in Tochigi. It is a light blue color with a slight candy-like tinge. The aftertaste on the palate is very refreshing.
