Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ryoseki's first shibori: ❣️ What a first lol! The aroma is sweet and strong, just like Ryoseki 💕 The aroma reminds me of Hanayuup and Suidama 😍. In the mouth, the sweetness and freshness of new sake spreads and fruity 🎶. It also has a moderate acidity and a nice sharpness 👍. A taste you won't get tired of drinking 😆. The hardness and astringency of new sake is not felt too much, it is easy to drink and delicious 🎶.

It claims to be super dry, and I was also attracted by the beauty of the label, and then I found a freshly squeezed raw! I had to buy it ‼️ and bought it lol! I think there has been a nama-sake before, but this is the first time I've seen a freshly pressed sake? I wonder if this is the first time? The concept is "a sharp, dry junmai sake to drink at night while looking up at the starry sky. The label is designed just like that 🎶. Not much aroma. A clean rice aroma 😁. Transparent grape🍇 mellow flavor and moderate acidity ❣️ And the sharpness, which only a super dry sake with a sake degree of +15 can provide‼️ Excellent sharpness 😆👍 It is the kind of sake that you can feel the sweetness behind the hill 😁Subtle and somewhere in there lol Morioka's Kairikiya 🍜. Lukewarm heating is the best way to understand the quality of this sake 😁. The flavor is soaked into the body which is gradually cooled down. I had a quick sip while eating oden (oden). I am so happy 💞( ´˘` ) Probably the last Tenichi 🍜 of the year. I had a big bowl of kottori and my usual red bean powder 😆. The spiciness that makes you sweat and the kottori goes great together👍!

I like that it has less sweetness. But I had 5 stars when it was pre-moisture, so I probably liked that one better (💦). And the best thing is that it's cheap and tasty 👍. Good naming ≧∇≦)b By the way, my partner has absolute pitch and his karaoke scores are always in the 90s 😳. His voice is not loud or emotional, but he never misses a note 🤣. I have... Definitely more deserving of a warmer version of WWW. This sake is made by blending junmai sake with the brewery's treasured matured sake. It has an aroma of maturity and a golden color. When heated, it has a mild taste with moderate expansion of umami and acidity 😋💕. When served chilled or at room temperature, it is a clear blend of beautiful junmai sake and the thickness of old sake 😁. When heated up, the harmony of the flavors and the integration of the aromas and tastes 🎶 are beautifully harmonized. It has a delicious yet smooth taste, so I can recommend it even if you don't like heated sake👍. Even my partner who doesn't like heated sake said for the first time "yummy ❣️" 🥰.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Tasake's Sake Komachi: ❣️ I thought the special Junmai Sake Komachi was a new release 😘. The normal special junmai is Hanafukuyuki, followed by Yamadanishiki, Kojonishiki, and now this is the fourth new one 🤗. And if it's a Sake Komachi, it must be good 🎶. The aroma is mild. In the mouth, it has the fruitiness of an apple and the plump flavor of rice that is typical of Sake Komachi💕. After swallowing, there is a slight bitterness, and it is easy to drink. There is also a good acidity, and a good balance of sweet, delicious, bitter and sour taste, this is delicious. ❣️ As expected from Tasake 👏😊💕 The third one is a ramen that has been on my mind lately 🍜🍜. Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Tenmi's Snow Heaven❣️ I've always wanted to try drinking it! Totally, my partner is also addicted to Tenmi, Nigori 💕 He was so happy 😊. The aroma is slightly melon-like The mouthfeel is silky and smooth, just like Amami 😋. Tangy gasiness, soft acidity and sweet flavor ❣️ And a little bitterness in the second half 💕💕. I like this one. Good sharpness with bitterness and moderate acidity👌. It is a well-balanced nigori sake🎶. Last week, I went for a drive 🚗³₃ to a beautiful place lined with ginkgo trees. Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Let's drink a pack of sake WEEK lol Yamadanishiki from Kato Sake Brewery in Niigata: ❣️ We will finally start drinking packaged sake, as it is something cheaper than a bottle 🎶😭. No brewing alcohol added, so it's supposed to be treated as junmai-shu (Junmai-shu). Yeah, there's a little bit of a 💦 taste. Well, it's a packaged sake. I chilled it to see if it would have less of the miscellaneous taste, and it turned out to be correct: 🙆‍♂️ It became easier to drink😊❣️ Third one, night mac 🍔🥤🍟🍔🍟. Double Big Mac 🍔💕. I like Big Mac sauce so much that I regularly crave it, but since it's nighttime, I'm going to double it wtf! 4 pieces of meat❣️ ...hard to eat💦😅😅

Third, ramen in the city 🍜. Niboton Ramen ❣️ As the name suggests, it is made of dried sardines and pork bones. W soup🐟🐷🍜♥️✨ You can feel the dried fish and then the pork bone 💕. The thicker sinachiku is also delicious 😋. I'll be coming back regularly for more menu items 👀

Sweet and tasty juicy 😋💕 I had to stop drinking for a day on Friday for a checkup, so it tastes even better! I'm so happy 😁. After the checkup, we had lunch at Togakushi, one of the famous sake restaurants in Akita 🍽. It was my first time to visit Togakushi, but I was told that the soba was delicious, so I thought it would be good for my body without breakfast 🤣. Amazake cold soba noodles: ❣️ Delicious 🎶! And the Dodgers are the best in the world 🌏! Congratulations 🎉🎉! It was a super interesting World Series ☺️ When Otani hit a three-run shot, I said, "Oh, we're going to lose!" and my partner said, "Don't worry, Yamamoto will throw the last pitch and the Dodgers will win." ‼️ 😳 A few hours later, it came true: 😳😳😳😳 My partner, I found out today that he is psychic 🤣.
