Most of the time, the price of a Yongbottle is twice as much as the price of a Ichimasu bottle, Sometimes there are bottles that are about 100 yen cheaper, But this Omine is a good example, Yongbottle is 2,420 yen A 1.5 liter bottle is 3,960 yen. From the theory, that's a savings of 880 yen 💕💕. I couldn't help but buy a bottle when I noticed this 🤣. I recommend Omine because they tend to discount 🉐. Now for the review. The aroma is like strawberry 🍓 with a hint of sweetness and sourness 😆. The taste is mellow and sweet like grapes🍇, and after swallowing, a slight bitterness 👍. I still think it's a bit sweet 😅. Not a good sipper 💦. Delicious though 💦💕︎

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Mansaku no Hana no Slightly Carbonated Nigori ❣️ It is a shuwashu made from newly developed edible rice 🌾 Sakihokore, which was developed to be more than Akita Komachi from Akita 😁. As a rice, it is definitely better than Akita Komachi, but as a sake? 🤔 Yes, delicious 🎶. Sweet aroma like grapes🍇❣️ In the mouth 💕 Slight sourness and elegant sweetness👍 Best of all, it has a good rice-like flavor👌‼️ It's more than slightly carbonated, it's also very refreshing 😋. It's also due to the low alcohol content, 🎶I can't stop, can't stop 🎶. Oops, I managed to leave a second day's worth of ☝️💦 Day 2 is also a shwash 🫧. Delicious 😋😋. On the weekend, we went to the most popular ramen restaurant in Akita. I usually have leek noodle soup, but this time I went for Cantonese noodles: ❣️ Thick bean paste and plenty of vegetables 😆. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Wakanami's Honjozo ❣️ It's been quite a while since I've had Wakanami 😅. I saw this Honjozo at Sakegawa and wanted to try it, but the stores that carry it were having a hard time getting it in💦. Finally, I saw the information about its arrival and dashed to 🏃‍♀️💨(lol) The aroma is elegant and banana🍌 type ❣️ Is it a real brew? It doesn't have an alcoholic taste. In the mouth, sweet and sour taste spreads in the mouth 😋. The lingering taste is spicy, and the overall balance is good 🎶. It has a juicy taste with a hint of tanginess 💕. As expected of Wakanami 🌊👍 Even the honjozo is good enough 😁.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Mimuro's Bodhi Hashiwara Origami: ❣️ Aroma: white peach 🍑 and banana 🍌 type aroma 😆. Smooth mouthfeel but with a nice tingling gas 🎶. The taste is full of umami, and then the supple acidity, which is typical of Bodai yeast, spreads juicily and finishes off 👍. As expected of Mimurosugi, it is delicious 💕💕. The third one is Akita's Black Ramen 🍜! The burnt soy sauce was a nice saltiness 😆.

On the palate, apple aroma joins it and gives it a freshness in a roundness 👍. Smooth and mild on the tongue. It has a fluffy, enveloping sensation and finishes with a gentle acidity. Delicious 🎶. Overall, it's a bit on the sweet side, but it's not too heavy....... 😋💕

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Shirohaku, a limited edition sake from Akita Prefecture by Yamamoto-san, known for his pure black sake. I've never had this one before 😅. It's already cold and chilly with the cold wave ❄️ On a week like this, I want to enjoy heated sake 🥰. So I picked it up for the first time! This sake is only available in one bottle, and used to be an alcoholic honjozo sake! Later, when Yamamoto went Junmai-only, it was changed to Josen Junmai 😆. Kamisen = first class sake That's a nostalgic expression 🎶. It must have been a common sake in the Noshiro area! The aroma is slightly fruity ❣️ In the mouth, there is a sweetness, but then a gentle acidity, and then a bitter taste that finishes it off 😆👍. Not too heavy, not too light, easy to drink ✌😚. When heated up, the flavor increases even more and it's irresistible💕. It's a sake that warms up 🎶. A bottle costs about 2,000 yen 💴. It's a great cosy heated sake 🍶😋🍶.

It's delicious though: 💕︎ Refreshing aroma 😆. Clean and smooth mouthfeel, like a soft unpressurized mid-pressure brew ❣️ Smooth with a touch of fine cream 😍. Clear and crisp with a strong sense of rice flavor👍 Hmmm 🤔 I think it used to have a more gorgeous aroma 💦. Like before, Yum✨👏😍❣️ I'm not so sure... I guess memories are beautified😅. Weekend ramen as usual🍜❣️ Delicious as always 😆. The spiciness gives it a nice taste! A dash of vinegar makes it even better! Good! (I've been going to this place for a while. I always say it's been a while since I've had this, but it's been since November lol.

2nd lot of Urasato Usunigori ❣️ Manachie-san said it was better than Hiroto nigori, which I love 😁 I was curious about it so I popped it in. Then I got my third bottle of Hiroto Nigori in the neighborhood to compare 👍. I asked my partner to participate in the blind comparison because I might become a Hiroto lover if I was the only one lol. This is a review including the taste change from the first day of opening the bottle to the third day. First, Urasato ❣️ On the first day, the banana aroma is like Hiroto 🎶. The difference is that the sweetness and sourness of the Urasato is stronger It has a clean aftertaste. Second day, not much change from the first day. On the third day, the taste is similar to that of Hiroto Nigori, and according to my partner, it's hard to tell that it's blind 💦(lol). But the Urasato still has a more refreshing aftertaste👍.

Scoring☆☆☆☆ Yamae Nishiki by Yamazan: ❣️ Not long after my first Yamazan, I got my second one lol. I'll review it later, but for some reason, I bought this one together 😁. Mild ginjo aroma, slightly cider-like 😉. On the palate, a soft umami, followed by a refreshing green apple-like acidity 💕. It finishes with a clear bitterness and a clear throat 🎶. It's delicious 😋.

(Basically, I like all of Hiroto's sake lol) The aroma is still elegant and beautiful ginjo aroma💕 Light sweetness and umami, followed by a gentle acidity 😆 and bitterness 👍. And bitterness 👍 On the second day, the bitterness becomes a little less bitter and more sweet-ish 😍❣️😍 Delicious 🎶! As I mentioned before, I completely fell in love with Hirotogawa after drinking Tokujun, Nigori Nama, and Jungin Nama 😁. And since the taste and ranking don't match, I have named myself the head of the department in order to focus on spreading the word ✋.

Scoring☆☆☆☆ SnowMan in midsummer❣️ Midsummer SnowMan has been around for a while, but I didn't know about Winter SnowMan💦. Is it from this season? Well, SnowMan is really in winter 🤣. The aroma is mild and not as tropical as in summer. It has a plump, nigori-like mouthfeel, with a dark rice sweetness and good acidity for a crisp taste 💕💕. I wonder if it has more impact in summer 🤔. Well, it's easy to drink 😁. The third one is ramen noodles from an old buckwheat noodle shop in Kawatan, Akita's drinking district, which I have posted about before 🍜. I remember how we used to eat it on the way home from drinking... I remember that I used to eat it with my partner in the middle of the day (lol). It's pretty good💕. No matter how much you eat, it will never ruin your stomach👍

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Toyobai's Jungin Nama ❣️ The Miura Sake Brewery is known for its Toyobai rice, which is a good rice for sake brewing, and this is a limited edition raw Jungin Toyobai rice 🎶 that is sold all year round. The aroma is subdued. Slightly gassy freshly squeezed sake 😆. Beautiful and smooth texture typical of Toyobai👍 The balance between rich umami and sharpness is as delicious as ever 😋💕. The third one is the Miso Garlic Ramen 🍜 that I had on the way back from my expedition to Morioka. It was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good 🎶! But it was 🎶delicious🎶🎤🤣.

The aroma of melon fruit and fresh green like new sake. Rich and impactful sweetness, yet surprisingly tight in the mouth 💕. After the sweetness, the bitterness and acidity spread out exquisitely, making it well-balanced and easy to drink 😋. I don't feel any alsophagy at all 😋❣️ This is delicious 🎶. Good sake with good cost performance 😉👍 When I go to Morioka 🚗³₃, I often stop by this yakiniku restaurant for ramen🍜! Calbee soup ramen: ❣️ It's deliciously spicy and quite tasty 😋! I can't stop eating ramen while sweating 😁.

That's the only nigori in Fukushima, so I was uninformed 🤣. Well, well, well, Creamy pear 🍐 aroma 😆. Round and gentle flavor ❣️ Mmmm! It's delicious 🎶. From sweet and tasty, the moderate acidity and a hint of bitterness pulls the whole thing together and gives it a good balance. ✌️💕 It's a nigori from the brewery where Hiroto's Touji Matsuzaki trained, so the flavors are very similar 😁. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ I enjoyed the appearance of Oumachi that I drank before, so here is the second version! The first sagata ❣️ This one is made with Gohyakumangoku🌾. Hatsu-Sugatate means simply "freshly squeezed new sake" 💦. The aroma is fruity, but the impression is quite mature. On the palate, it has the freshness of new sake 😆. The taste is a mixture of pineapple and peach 🍍, with a sweet and delicious flavor. ❣️ But it is surprisingly light and easy to drink, I think this is what makes it a "Gohyakumangoku". It is a beautiful sake! The sweetness is balanced by the acidity, making it easy to drink 🎶. The figure is a sake I would like to drink again 😋💕
