Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Yamahai Junmai by Takashimizu❣️ Sold only in Akita Prefecture However, it is sold only within the prefecture, which is common for Akita sake (lol). Why not ship it out of the prefecture? What is the point of making it limited? Don't you want people all over Japan to drink the sake you have brewed? I always wonder 😅. Mild aroma with a good sense of maturity 😆. Mild on the palate, with a gusto of rice flavor ❣️ It's also light and easy to drink 🍶. It is good when warmed up to lukewarm or hot 🎶, as it increases the umami. Incidentally, this sake is named after one of Akita Prefecture's folk songs, 🎶Shureimuhi naru Chokaisan yo🎶. The series seems to be named after the "Shurei Muhi" in the Akita Prefecture folk song, 🎶Shurei Muhi naru Chokaisan yo 🎶, and is available in four varieties for spring, summer, fall, and winter✋. ...Do you know any local folk songs? I don't know any 😁. The azalea at my parents' house was beautifully dyed vermilion again this year 😊.

The first female toji of Nanbu Toji, Ms. Ono 👩 I'm looking forward to this brand more and more in the future❣️ The aroma is a whiff of red apples 😆. Freshness of the first pressing mixed with freshly harvested apples 🍎! The sweetness is not too strong nor too weak and well balanced 👌. It seems rather dry when just opened, but by the 3rd day it has a nice juiciness 🎶. It has a pleasant aftertaste with a bitterness in the juicy flavor 😋👍. Overall it feels light 😊. Delicious 🎶. The third one is my favorite ramen 🍜 shop. The spicy taste in the middle is addictive! Best eaten after a dash of vinegar 🤤💕.

Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Snowman that has been freshly mastered this season ⛄❣️ I'm not quite sure what the difference is 💦. It's now a sake yeast yeast 😋. Hmmm, more umami 🤔 Peach🍑 and banana🍌 type creaminess is still the same ❣️ Light and refreshing, with a beautiful, yet gradual spread of umami 💕. The gasiness and the acidity that is typical of Senkyoku are also present, and it is as delicious as ever 🎶. Personally, I find more umami than sweetness and more bitterness in the sharpness 😋. This is my favorite part 😆. I think it's becoming more like HIRO0 nigori lol I feel like it has changed to a deeper flavor while still being mild and easy to drink as before 👍 The second item in the Lawson Tenichi Fair is the Akanko Cheese Curry Bread 🍞. This one is also delicious 🎶Spicy and spicy is the best👍👍👍

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ While I was in Hirosaki, I bought a bottle of Toyobai, I bought a tenbyo❣️ I wanted something I had never had before, but it turned out to be Yamagata sake instead of Aomori sake, lol. It's also a jacket purchase. Something about the pink jacket and the name "Sakura-ame" attracted me 🎶. The aroma is strawberry🍓-like sweet and sour kind of gentle ❣️ The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, with a mellow yet elegant sweet and sour taste 😆. The bitter taste is firm and cuts the sweetness 👍. Sundubu 🫕 and mini rice bowl set 😋. Deliciously spicy and tangy 😋! The lightly salty chicken rice bowl was also quite tasty 😊. Not all ramen🍜 appeals 🙆‍♀️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Toyobai's new sake: ❣️ I wanted to drink it, it's my favorite new sake from Toyobai 😆. A souvenir from my recent trip to Aomori Onsen ♨️ lol. It's not too much to say that I went to Aomori Onsen for this 🤣. (Don't tell my family 🤫) All the brewers pumped and bottled the sake by hand directly from the tank mouth 🍶. The label was inspired by a blue Tsugaru beadlo. Yes, it's a blue ranger, lol. I'm going to have it in a Tsugaru beadlo glass that my daughter gave me last year 💕. Fresh and bouncy with a hint of apple 😍. Tingling gas feeling on the tongue ❣️ Refreshing taste, but with a core comfort that is typical of Toyobai 😆👍👍 The balance of umami, sourness and bitterness is great 🎶. Tasake is of course delicious, but from a different angle, Toyobai is also delicious! 😋

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Daimine's new sake: ❣️ We decided to make this sake the first new sake of the year 😄. Pizzazz and gas that pops on the tongue 😍. Pleasant aroma and juicy with sweet and slightly sour like muscat 👍 The smooth and gentle mouthfeel is typical of a mild sake, and the pleasant astringent taste at the end is irresistible 😋. The lingering sweetness that remains after swallowing is a nice touch 💕. It tastes especially good after the third day when the curd is removed 😁👍👍 The lightness and flavor of the rice that spreads slightly in a way that is typical of Omine is well-balanced and never gets boring 😊. Lawson's Tenichi Fair 😁😁. I immediately got my favorite rice ball with red flour! The spiciness of the red flour is unbearable 😆 The sweet and sour of the mayo moderated it just enough to make it easy to eat and delicious 😋.

The brewer liked Hisaya Morishige's handwriting and asked him to write it. The aroma is slightly fruity😊. It is a refreshing, light and light sake 👍 for a mid-meal drink. Before coming to the inn, we stopped by Cape Ryuubi, which I had longed to visit😊. The view of Hokkaido from the Tsugaru Straits was something to behold 😭. Scoring☆☆☆☆ Onsen in Aomori♨️ family trip🚗💨 Of course, we went to the inn where we could drink as much as we wanted from check-in lol. The weather was beautiful ☀️ and we could see the calm Sea of Japan🌊 from our room😊. Check-in starts at 3pm, so we checked in accordingly lol. Then, we had a quick beer 🍺 in the lounge 😁. After taking a bath, we went back to the lounge for beer 🍺❣️ and chuhai 😋 snacks, but also all you can eat 👍. Dinner was a buffet and there were 4 time slots to choose from. Of course, we chose the first one at 5:30pm 😁. It's an ironclad rule for all-you-can-drink buffet 💕︎ Because all the food and beverages are available 🤣. I went 5 minutes before the time, and to my surprise, I was the first one 😳 to get a quick shot of the empty buffet 📸 stylish venue 💃. They only have local sake, but they had Jun Dai, so I toasted to that 🍶. Shirakami no Shizuku 🍶. We were the first guests so we were served freshly opened 😄. It has a modest ginjo aroma, no acidity at all, and a clean, light flavor ❣️ Let's eat and drink 🎶!

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Urasui, Suidama ❣️ Urasui for short: ❣️ Suitama is a sake that aims to be dry 😆. Originally, Suitama has a more refreshing taste than Hanayuup, but this sake is brewed to be even drier 🍶. The aroma is as gorgeous as Omote Suidama, with a mellow aroma like apple🍎❣️ The taste is a little sweet on the tongue, followed by a dry umami taste 😋. I wonder if this is what Urasi calls dry 🤔. It goes down the throat nicely and disappears smoothly with a short aftertaste 🎶, just like usual Suidama 🎶. As the label on the back says, it is truly a mellow dry sake 😁👍 The other day I had a Nenrinke baumkuchen for the first time in a very long time 😋! It's still delicious💕! And it goes well with Urasui👍

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The last of the 666 hugely bought Rokkasen's five-step Junmai ❣️ A sweet junmai that seemed to be on the opposite end of the spectrum from the junmai ultra-harsh that I drank earlier🍶. Usually the malted rice and steamed rice are divided into three stages to make the mash, but this sake is made using the labor-intensive five-stage brewing process. The sweetness and mellowness that characterize this sake are well 😋. But as expected from Rokkasen, it has a sweet but refreshing aftertaste. ❣️This is also a nice salty 👌I was told that it is suitable for warming sake, but I preferred the refreshing taste when chilled, so I kept it chilled until the end (lol). Sarte: ‼️ Hiroto's Yamadanishiki which was not released last year: ❣️ This year it seems to be on sale 😆. It doesn't seem to be in stock at my local liquor store yet, but you should definitely buy it. If you've never had it and you don't mind Hiroto, I highly recommend you buy it 🎶. It's so good 😁.

I'm the type of person who can drink both dry and sweet, but lately I'm realizing the benefits of dry even more 😄. I'm still a dry wine drinker, but lately I'm realizing the benefits of dry wine even more 👌. Clear mouthfeel and clean taste💕 There are almost no lingering peculiarities, and it flows through the food it's paired with very smoothly and cleanly👍. Doesn't have much of an aroma. I tried heating it up, but I would recommend drinking it crisp and chilled 😋. The third picture We went to a ramen🍜 shop that I was curious about! My partner wanted to eat ramen🍜 with a punch of garlic🧄 (lol). It is a cosy ramen 🍜, The restaurant is reputed to be delicious no matter what you eat! I had the miso leek ramen topped with garlic 🧄. The white one is the garlic 😅❣️ quite a lot of garlic 😅 But I thought it would be a garlic 🧄, but it tastes easy to eat 😋. The ginger is quite effective in the garlic 👍. The chashu pork is good and the noodles are great and frizzy🎶Let's go again ‼️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Rokubune of Kariho: ❣️ This is a representative of Akita's ginjo-shu. I mean, there aren't too many ginjo-shu's these days 💦. Rokusyu is always available at traditional izakayas in Akita. It's a great food sake 😁. Kariho uses traditional "boats" to top off the tanks, and the brewery has six of them, hence the name "Rokufune" (six boats). Mild and pleasant aroma: ❣️ It has a light and refreshing mouthfeel, and as the temperature rises and it cools down, the fine flavor and smooth umami can be felt. Basically, it is light, refreshing and dry. Although it is alkalo-sweetened, you can hardly feel the alcohol, and it is a beautiful sake with a clear taste like water. After a modern sake, it may seem tasteless, but as you drink it, you will be intoxicated by its deliciousness. It is best served cool to room temperature, not too cold 🎶. It's a good sake with good cost performance💕 So, check in 666🎊㊗️ No.6 is not suitable for me (I can't afford it), so I bought 3 sake with "Roku" in it 🤣. Rokusyu and 2 bottles of Rokkasen from Yamagata, a neighboring prefecture, side by side for a photo 📸🤣🤣🤣🤣.
