Dodgers blue MIDNIGHT BLUE‼️ lol Yamamoto win‼️ Yamamoto and Katsu🐷‼️ ( **艸`) Well 😅 Peach🍑 type mellow aroma❣️ Gentle acidity on the palate with a fresh fruitiness 😋 delicious💕. Slightly more aromatic and less acidic and sharp than the standard Pure Black. As always, it is a moist, deep and delicious sake 🥰.

It is a standard combination of Yamadanishiki and No. 9 yeast, and has a fruity sake with a fragrant ginjo aroma that comes to the forefront 😋. Mild and gentle flavor on the palate. It is a sweet sake, but easy to drink 🎶.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Tasake's Sake Komachi: ❣️ I thought the special Junmai Sake Komachi was a new release 😘. The normal special junmai is Hanafukuyuki, followed by Yamadanishiki, Kojonishiki, and now this is the fourth new one 🤗. And if it's a Sake Komachi, it must be good 🎶. The aroma is mild. In the mouth, it has the fruitiness of an apple and the plump flavor of rice that is typical of Sake Komachi💕. After swallowing, there is a slight bitterness, and it is easy to drink. There is also a good acidity, and a good balance of sweet, delicious, bitter and sour taste, this is delicious. ❣️ As expected from Tasake 👏😊💕 The third one is a ramen that has been on my mind lately 🍜🍜. The aroma is slightly melon-like The mouthfeel is silky and smooth, just like Amami 😋. Tangy gasiness, soft acidity and sweet flavor ❣️ And a little bitterness in the second half 💕💕. I like this one. Good sharpness with bitterness and moderate acidity👌. It is a well-balanced nigori sake🎶. Last week, I went for a drive 🚗³₃ to a beautiful place lined with ginkgo trees. I went to a beautiful place lined with ginkgo trees. It's only about 200 meters long, but the beautiful yellow 💛 ginkgo trees that line up in a straight line are just beautiful 😍✨. Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Let's drink a pack of sake WEEK lol Yamadanishiki from Kato Sake Brewery in Niigata: ❣️ We will finally start drinking packaged sake, as it is something cheaper than a bottle 🎶😭. No brewing alcohol added, so it's supposed to be treated as junmai-shu (Junmai-shu). Yeah, there's a little bit of a 💦 taste. Well, it's a packaged sake. I chilled it to see if it would have less of the miscellaneous taste, and it turned out to be correct: 🙆‍♂️ It became easier to drink😊❣️ Third one, night mac 🍔🥤🍟🍔🍟. Double Big Mac 🍔💕. I like Big Mac sauce so much that I regularly crave it, but since it's nighttime, I'm going to double it wtf! 4 pieces of meat❣️ ...hard to eat💦😅😅

Sweet and tasty juicy 😋💕 I had to stop drinking for a day on Friday for a checkup, so it tastes even better! I'm so happy 😁. After the checkup, we had lunch at Togakushi, one of the famous sake restaurants in Akita 🍽. It was my first time to visit Togakushi, but I was told that the soba was delicious, so I thought it would be good for my body without breakfast 🤣. Amazake cold soba noodles: ❣️ Delicious 🎶! And the Dodgers are the best in the world 🌏! Congratulations 🎉🎉! Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Teisho's Tora no Maki, White 🍶. I've never had this sake before, but the words "mellow and dry" intrigued me 😊. The aroma is quite fruity ❣️ Citrusy aroma 😁. In the mouth, you can taste a slight sweet umami flavor, then it flows smoothly and straight ❣️ Refreshing and sharp👍 Good balance of flavor and sharpness, makes the cup go further 🎶.

Score ☆☆☆☆ My first Okuroku ❣️ I was intrigued by the phrase "unfinished" on the back label and bought a bottle of "classical" (lol). Surprisingly low white content (90%) 😳. It has an elegant mouthfeel with a strong acidity that hits you hard 😆 but there is something peculiar about the acidity. But the acidity is somewhat peculiar 💦. Maybe it's unique to the yeast 🤔. It's been a while since I've had such a peculiar sourness, and it was easier to drink at room temperature than chilled 😊. As the temperature range rises, the sweetness and umami show their face little by little 🎶. ...but it's not my favorite sourness! I'm not a fan of classical, but I'm going to try something else 🔥. Speaking of revenge, I finally got my revenge on Monday night at the Yamaoka Restaurant ＼(^o^)／. My partner was out drinking, so my daughter and I asked what we should eat. My partner was away for a drink, so my daughter and I decided to go to Yamaoka-ya, which she had never been to before! We said we'd give up if it was crowded, but when we headed there, it just so happened that there were a few spaces available ‼️ Finally, we were able to eat it! Special miso on the green onion Y(´▽ `)Y Change the fat on the back Harden the noodles, the rest is normal. I had normal miso before. I was a little disappointed, but the special miso was delicious! I love it! It was delicious ❣️ I was satisfied ☺️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Akita Sake Komachi by Tasake: ❣️ Has the label changed to orange🧡 color? The aroma is a gorgeous pear🍐 type aroma😍. The fresh mouthfeel also has a smooth, glossy flavor that spreads out and a crisp acidity for a clean throat 💕😋. Overall very soft and gentle taste 🎶. The slight spiciness you feel in the aftertaste is also good ✌️ You are a stable Tasake 😊. The third one is the Karubi Ramen🍜 at a yakiniku restaurant that I like to eat on the way to Morioka 🚗³₃. It's spicy but also full of flavor and I can't stop eating it 😁. This restaurant was also introduced on Bananaman's "Segokurumen"! The cold noodles are also delicious, but my daughter tried the rib ramen for the first time last time and was completely hooked on it. My partner prefers cold noodles though 🤣.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Hiyoroshi from Kido: ❣️ I will pair it with my homemade seafood bowl 😁. Just put sashimi for hand rolls on rice at the supermarket lol. Gentle ginjo aroma wafting gently ❣️ Smooth flavor that spreads comfortably 😆. It has a nice fullness and a clear lingering finish, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku, a clear and beautiful sake 🍶. A well-balanced and delicious food sake😋💕💕
