Scoring ☆☆☆☆ My favorite Haneya🪶🍶. This time it's a special junmai❣️ Slightly banana🍌 like aroma 😆. Even though it's fire-roasted, it drinks as fresh as if it were fresh 🎶. Gentle sweetness and moderate umami, with a gentle mouthfeel. The lingering taste is acidic, clean, smooth and easy to drink. ❣️ I knew it was a good badminton shop 😋💕. Lately, if I eat pork cutlet when I eat out, it's at Katsuya! It's cheap and tasty! And the pork miso soup change is a must 🎶.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Teisho's Tora no Maki, White 🍶. I've never had this sake before, but the words "mellow and dry" intrigued me 😊. The aroma is quite fruity ❣️ Citrusy aroma 😁. In the mouth, you can taste a slight sweet umami flavor, then it flows smoothly and straight ❣️ Refreshing and sharp👍 Good balance of flavor and sharpness, makes the cup go further 🎶.

Score ☆☆☆☆ My first Okuroku ❣️ I was intrigued by the phrase "unfinished" on the back label and bought a bottle of "classical" (lol). Surprisingly low white content (90%) 😳. It has an elegant mouthfeel with a strong acidity that hits you hard 😆 but there is something peculiar about the acidity. But the acidity is somewhat peculiar 💦. Maybe it's unique to the yeast 🤔. It's been a while since I've had such a peculiar sourness, and it was easier to drink at room temperature than chilled 😊. As the temperature range rises, the sweetness and umami show their face little by little 🎶. ...but it's not my favorite sourness! I'm not a fan of classical, but I'm going to try something else 🔥. Speaking of revenge, I finally got my revenge on Monday night at the Yamaoka Restaurant ＼(^o^)／. My partner was out drinking, so my daughter and I asked what we should eat. My partner was away for a drink, so my daughter and I decided to go to Yamaoka-ya, which she had never been to before! We said we'd give up if it was crowded, but when we headed there, it just so happened that there were a few spaces available ‼️ Finally, we were able to eat it! Special miso on the green onion Y(´▽ `)Y Change the fat on the back Harden the noodles, the rest is normal. I had normal miso before. I was a little disappointed, but the special miso was delicious! I love it! It was delicious ❣️ I was satisfied ☺️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Akita Sake Komachi by Tasake: ❣️ Has the label changed to orange🧡 color? The aroma is a gorgeous pear🍐 type aroma😍. The fresh mouthfeel also has a smooth, glossy flavor that spreads out and a crisp acidity for a clean throat 💕😋. Overall very soft and gentle taste 🎶. The slight spiciness you feel in the aftertaste is also good ✌️ You are a stable Tasake 😊. The third one is the Karubi Ramen🍜 at a yakiniku restaurant that I like to eat on the way to Morioka 🚗³₃. It's spicy but also full of flavor and I can't stop eating it 😁. This restaurant was also introduced on Bananaman's "Segokurumen"! The cold noodles are also delicious, but my daughter tried the rib ramen for the first time last time and was completely hooked on it. My partner prefers cold noodles though 🤣.

Gentle ginjo aroma wafting gently ❣️ Smooth flavor that spreads comfortably 😆. It has a nice fullness and a clear lingering finish, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku, a clear and beautiful sake 🍶. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Hououmida's Tsurugi: ❣️ I've always wanted to drink it but never had the courage to buy it because it's only available in one bottle💦. Now I have the courage to buy it 😉. Not the usual gorgeous fruity aroma of Mita, but more of a mild melon or banana aroma 😆. The taste is spicy with a soft sweetness and umami. It is not only spicy but also exquisitely balanced, This is delicious ♥️ Moreover, the fluffy feeling disappears smartly and smoothly in the aftertaste, and it is not a sharp taste. It is also good👍⭐️ This is one of my favorite dry sake 😍. (In fact, the owner of a liquor store in the holy land of Akita also likes this dry sake the best) Third one, My last review was a disappointing ramen, so this time I'm going to cleanse my palate with my stable favorite spicy soy sauce ramen 🤣. This one is also good👍⭐️

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Nijiiro 🌈Bakuren❣️ It is a super-harsh Daiginjo made by cutting down Dewanosato to 33%, which is its forte (lol). It is a super dry daiginjo 😁. The normal bakuren (red bakuren) was delicious, so I bought the rainbow color 🌈 too! Slightly grapefruit aroma ❣️ Smooth on the palate, solid volume, fine flavor with no clutter👍. I thought I felt a momentary sweetness, but then I felt a very sharp sharpness that is typical of Bakuren 🔪. It is super dry 🎶. But I didn't feel much difference from the Aka-Bakuren 💦I think the shaving has eliminated some of the clutter 🤔. Considering the cost, I think the Aka-Bakuren is better 🤣. Third, a repeat of last year's ramen shop 🍜 in the south of Kenan. Hmmm? The menu is totally different 💦. The name hasn't changed, but the ramen I wanted to try isn't there 😭. There are only 4 kinds of ramen: pork bone type soy sauce, salt, miso and aburasoba... There used to be a lot more exciting ramen here 🍜. We drove less than an hour each way to get there, I had no choice but to go for the salted chashu pork! It was too salty💦😰" I put twice as much salt in the pork. I put twice as much? The chashu was good, but the soup didn't have a pork bone feel to it... While eating, I looked up the menu on my phone and found out that they renewed the menu in May this year 😭

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Marubi's light nigori draft from Hirasen: ❣️ It seems it's only available in Akita prefecture 😁. The aroma is lactic acidic and refreshing💕. Fine gasiness on the palate 👍 Sharp citric acidity from Hirasen's specialty yeast No. 77 😆. Juicy flavor and refreshing sweetness spreads 😋. Elegant sweetness that you wouldn't expect from a sake with a sake strength of -17 and a mild acidity that you wouldn't expect from an acidity of 3.6 🎶. A little strong sourness, but still sweet and juicy 💕 The third one is local Negi Miso Ramen 🍜❣️ Stable taste 😋👍 I can feel the careful preparation 😆.

We had that famous fried sweet potato: ❣️ They are so delicious 😋💕! The milk soft serve ice cream was also delicious 🍦😋💕! After a short (about 10 minutes) sightseeing tour of Otaru, I went to 😋 for my "guessing game", I'm going to go back to Otaru to enjoy my life. I had already experienced the Sapporo Dome two years ago! Successfully made a smooth trip to and from the venue without being overwhelmed by the crowds: ✌️ However, due to our seats near the stage, we were the last to leave the venue 😭. Thanks to that, we couldn't make it in time for drinks after the show, so we ended up drinking at the hotel 😅... We were served a bottle of Hokusetsu-no-Kura🍶, which is brewed by Godo Shusei in Asahikawa and sold by Oenon Group, the Tokyo-based company. At first, I thought it was a spicy and refreshing sake, but then the umami taste started to come in slowly. ❣️ The taste gradually becomes addictive 💕😋😋. I enjoyed the guess life enough, so it was a satisfying Hokkaido 🎶.

I came here with the same guessing activity ❣️ as 2 years ago 😁 This time, we took the car to Niseko Onsen (hot springs) ♨️ I'm a Subarist, so I'm thankful for that 🙏. (The car I rented was a Yaris, and I was surprised, even after all this time, at how good the hybrid's fuel economy is((((; )))) Or rather, I was reminded of Subaru's poor fuel economy🤣) Niseko, as I heard, has been completely invaded by foreign countries (China), and there are signs everywhere in English (lol). I felt as if I was in a foreign country 🤣. While there are many fashionable buildings, we stayed one night at a classic hot spring hotel. Why? Because it is a must for our family? Because it had an outdoor hot spring bath with room (this one has a window 💦) and it was off-season, so we were able to stay there for a very reasonable price👍. Mt. Yotei can be seen beautifully from the outdoor bath😍. Oh, the Mt. Yotei in the picture was taken from a different location lol. At the dinner buffet, we ordered some lukewarm sake: ❣️ Chitose Tsuru 🍶. Yeah, I'll spare you the taste 🤣🤣🤣 I'm going to soak in the hot spring slowly and do my best in my guessing game the next day ۶‼️
