Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Tenju no Umakuchi Junmai❣️ This junmai sake is perfect for lukewarm heating🎶. This 70% polished rice junmai sake costs just under 2,500 yen per square bottle, but the secret behind its low price is that it is made from common rice, not specified rice. The use of marigold agricultural university flower yeast as the yeast adds a subtle flair to this humble junmai sake 😊. A bit of a surprise when I poured it into my glass 👀. Quite a deep yellow 💛. Is it an aged sake? I thought it was an aged sake😅. The aroma is a bit greenish, banana-like and a hint of rice 🌾😄. (Hey, where's the marigolds? 🌼) lol. In the mouth, you can feel a mild, mild rice sweetness, followed by bitterness and a robust umami ❣️ Then acidity and astringency are added in a nice salty 👍. The acidity spreads gradually and gives it a nice balance 😋. The spiciness that comes at the end is just right and the balance of the five tastes is very good 🎶. Third one, who can GET the big money this year ✊. I'm in 8th place and my partner is in 7th ‼️ Well, lottery? Lotto? What should I earn money with 😁😁😁😁😁

The main difference between this and other Isshiras is that it has a fuller, fluffier taste 😋💕. This is my favorite 🎶. The acidity with a pink grapefruit-like sweetness is also good 👌😊. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Wakanami junmai raw ❣️ Non-stressful deliciousness 🎶. A delicious sake that can be drunk easily 😋. Exactly the Wakanami flavor💕! Aroma of banana and citrus like grapefruit 😆. It has a little bit of a tangy, gassy feeling, and the initial softness and freshness spreads. The elegant sweet flavor flows straight into the palate, and then the taste of citrus like lemon 👍. The long, beautiful acidity finishes off the finish. The juicy flavor with lots of minerality is a quintessential young wave 🌊🌊💥💥💥🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊. The third one is the weekend ramen 🍜🍜🍜🍜. Spicy wonton noodles🎶. It's a little hard to tell, but the soup is soupy and full of wontons ˙³˙ ⇝💕. For my partner who loves wontons, it's been a while 😊. The amount of noodles in a normal serving is a lot, so it was very satisfying 😆💕. The pork was over 1cm thick and I was already full 😵 lol

Score ☆☆☆☆ It was cold again this weekend and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought Onogawa Junmai Hi-ire ❣️ Well, there is nothing special about it, it's just a standard junmai that's easy to drink lol. It can be served hot or warmed 🍶. It has a gentle flavor and a soft, refreshing aftertaste with few peculiarities👍 My partner, my daughter, my partner's mother, and I went on a trip to Okinawa 🌴🌺✈😅 with our three generations. We came back safely the other day ε-(´´holiday´´). I received some gifts of island rakkyo and umi budou for my absence 🌊(and other things too, of course ❣️). Thanks 🥹! The island rakkyo tastes like rakkyo lol. Of course it is😅 Sea grapes are so addictive 😁. But I still like mozuku vinegar 😉 lol

On the palate, it's pleasantly smooth with just the right amount of sweetness💕. Gentle acidity spreads and a weak astringent bitterness makes it clean and crisp 😋🍶. After all, Isshiro has a wonderful balance of the five tastes of sweetness, umami, acidity, astringency, and bitterness 😋❣️ A highly satisfying sake that you will never get tired of drinking😍.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ten no To's Ten Spicy ❣️ It is very dry with a sake degree of +18 🤣. And it's a 19 degree sake (lol). It's scary 😱((((; )))) But it's one of those bottles where you can feel the gusto and spiciness, but also the flavor of the rice: ❣️ As expected of Amanoto👏😊💕💕 The aroma is a little bit of alcohol smell lol When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami of sake rice and the spiciness 😆. After that, the acidity and astringency gradually appear, and the sweet umami of the rice (typical of Amanoto) gently envelopes the palate to give it a solid taste 💕. But at the end, the spiciness "hello😎" again! LOL! Sunday was a one-person meal, so I matched it with sashimi 🐟, etc. 😊. The sharp and dry taste is good. ❣️ By the way, I love mozuku vinegar 💕 I can eat a bowl of it all at once 🤣㊗️

Chill, slight bubbly sensation 👍 Smooth and soft on the palate 🎶 Fresh citrus acidity from juicy sweet bitterness. The bitter taste eventually fades away 😆. It feels quite dry. 💕︎ Third, Niboshi✕Tonkotsukotsu White Ramen 🍜. It's a W soup, but the pork bone seems to be a little more dominant 😅The pure white soup is awesome lol. Iwanori, I love it 😍. Low temperature cooked chashu pork 🐷. Slightly thinly sliced sinachiku 😊. Arranged along the way, adding some spicy seasoning and dried vinegar ☝️ It was delicious 😋💕

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Hideyoshi's Toro and ❣️ Cho muddy😆 The supernatant is only a few centimeters long and a bit cloudy. It's not a raw sake 🤣. It seems to be made by filtering the pure sake moromi that has finished fermenting through a coarse mesh and then kneading it into a fine powder using a commercial juicer mixer😅. They seem to use Akita's edible rice "Menkoina". But it's a rice that's rarely distributed💦. The aroma is a hint of banana🍌 ❣️ But the aroma of rice 🌾 type 😆. But it's surprisingly good 🤣, with a fine balance of richness and sweetness that I didn't expect. It's a dry sake with a doburoku level of sludge and a man's sake feel, just like Shuyo 💕. My partner said it was too spicy ‼️ and it didn't seem to be good, but my daughter said yes, it's good (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧. My daughter said it was good (๑-ⅳ-ㅂ́)و✧. It seems that tastes are different, but I also like the taste 😍👍 Just didn't go well with strawberry 😅.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ R-5 unpressurized jar mouth of Chiyogreen: ❣️ Golden combination of Yamadanishiki and Sakekomachi👍 We use Akita yeast "Komachi yeast R-5". Moderately sweet aroma of peach🍑 😆. In the mouth, you will feel a tangy, slightly carbonated taste while the refreshing sweet-umami taste spreads in your mouth💕. Light and bitter aftertaste 😋 that passes down the throat. The aftertaste is light and bitter 😋 and disappears in a flash. This is delicious ❣️ Chiyoroku is quite difficult to grasp! I have an image of it being hit or miss😅

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ I've been curious about this for a while. Bunraku Reborn❣️ It's from the same brewery as Sairai 🍶. The aroma reminds me of fresh green apple 😆. Juicy sweetness and tartness💕. Not quite lemon 🍋 but it has a refreshing and pleasant citrusy acidity 😋👍 There is a slight sense of gas, but none after the second day 💦. The sharp acidity is a nice accent, and I can't stop drinking it 🎶. Third, garlic 🧄 chashu pork 🐷 topping 🍜. The soft noodles may not be to your liking, but I like this one 👍. The gingery garlic and the slightly hard and chewy chashu are the best 😋🎶.

Most of the time, the price of a Yongbottle is twice as much as the price of a Ichimasu bottle, Sometimes there are bottles that are about 100 yen cheaper, But this Omine is a good example, Yongbottle is 2,420 yen A 1.5 liter bottle is 3,960 yen. From the theory, that's a savings of 880 yen 💕💕. I couldn't help but buy a bottle when I noticed this 🤣. I recommend Omine because they tend to discount 🉐. Now for the review. The aroma is like strawberry 🍓 with a hint of sweetness and sourness 😆. The taste is mellow and sweet like grapes🍇, and after swallowing, a slight bitterness 👍. I still think it's a bit sweet 😅. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Mansaku no Hana no Slightly Carbonated Nigori ❣️ It is a shuwashu made from newly developed edible rice 🌾 Sakihokore, which was developed to be more than Akita Komachi from Akita 😁. As a rice, it is definitely better than Akita Komachi, but as a sake? 🤔 Yes, delicious 🎶. Sweet aroma like grapes🍇❣️ In the mouth 💕 Slight sourness and elegant sweetness👍 Best of all, it has a good rice-like flavor👌‼️ It's more than slightly carbonated, it's also very refreshing 😋. On the weekend, we went to the most popular ramen restaurant in Akita. I usually have leek noodle soup, but this time I went for Cantonese noodles: ❣️ Thick bean paste and plenty of vegetables 😆. The large kikurage mushrooms are especially good 💕. It has a slight spiciness to it and is also delicious 😋👍.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Wakanami's Honjozo ❣️ It's been quite a while since I've had Wakanami 😅. I saw this Honjozo at Sakegawa and wanted to try it, but the stores that carry it were having a hard time getting it in💦. Finally, I saw the information about its arrival and dashed to 🏃‍♀️💨(lol) The aroma is elegant and banana🍌 type ❣️ Is it a real brew? It doesn't have an alcoholic taste. In the mouth, sweet and sour taste spreads in the mouth 😋. The lingering taste is spicy, and the overall balance is good 🎶. It has a juicy taste with a hint of tanginess 💕. As expected of Wakanami 🌊👍 Even the honjozo is good enough 😁.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Mimuro's Bodhi Hashiwara Origami: ❣️ Aroma: white peach 🍑 and banana 🍌 type aroma 😆. Smooth mouthfeel but with a nice tingling gas 🎶. The taste is full of umami, and then the supple acidity, which is typical of Bodai yeast, spreads juicily and finishes off 👍. As expected of Mimurosugi, it is delicious 💕💕. The third one is Akita's Black Ramen 🍜! The burnt soy sauce was a nice saltiness 😆.

On the palate, apple aroma joins it and gives it a freshness in a roundness 👍. Smooth and mild on the tongue. It has a fluffy, enveloping sensation and finishes with a gentle acidity. Delicious 🎶. Overall, it's a bit on the sweet side, but it's not too heavy....... 😋💕

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Shirohaku, a limited edition sake from Akita Prefecture by Yamamoto-san, known for his pure black sake. I've never had this one before 😅. It's already cold and chilly with the cold wave ❄️ On a week like this, I want to enjoy heated sake 🥰. So I picked it up for the first time! This sake is only available in one bottle, and used to be an alcoholic honjozo sake! Later, when Yamamoto went Junmai-only, it was changed to Josen Junmai 😆. Kamisen = first class sake That's a nostalgic expression 🎶. It must have been a common sake in the Noshiro area! The aroma is slightly fruity ❣️ In the mouth, there is a sweetness, but then a gentle acidity, and then a bitter taste that finishes it off 😆👍. Not too heavy, not too light, easy to drink ✌😚. When heated up, the flavor increases even more and it's irresistible💕. It's a sake that warms up 🎶. A bottle costs about 2,000 yen 💴. It's a great cosy heated sake 🍶😋🍶.
