Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Toyobai's Jungin Nama ❣️ The Miura Sake Brewery is known for its Toyobai rice, which is a good rice for sake brewing, and this is a limited edition raw Jungin Toyobai rice 🎶 that is sold all year round. The aroma is subdued. Slightly gassy freshly squeezed sake 😆. Beautiful and smooth texture typical of Toyobai👍 The balance between rich umami and sharpness is as delicious as ever 😋💕. The third one is the Miso Garlic Ramen 🍜 that I had on the way back from my expedition to Morioka. It was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good 🎶! But it was 🎶delicious🎶🎤🤣.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Nine Dragon Drooping Mouths: ❣️ The only one of Kuroryu? I've been wanting to try this one. I wanted to try it 🎶. I got it on my trip to Morioka. The aroma of melon fruit and fresh green like new sake. Rich and impactful sweetness, yet surprisingly tight in the mouth 💕. After the sweetness, the bitterness and acidity spread out exquisitely, making it well-balanced and easy to drink 😋. I don't feel any alsophagy at all 😋❣️ This is delicious 🎶. Good sake with good cost performance 😉👍 When I go to Morioka 🚗³₃, I often stop by this yakiniku restaurant for ramen🍜! Calbee soup ramen: ❣️ It's deliciously spicy and quite tasty 😋! I can't stop eating ramen while sweating 😁.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Hanaizumi's Nigori: ❣️ They didn't sell the active, so I had no choice but to fire it up. So it's a brewery in Roaman 😅. I didn't realize that until I bought it💦. That's the only nigori in Fukushima, so I was uninformed 🤣. Well, well, well, Creamy pear 🍐 aroma 😆. Round and gentle flavor ❣️ Mmmm! It's delicious 🎶. From sweet and tasty, the moderate acidity and a hint of bitterness pulls the whole thing together and gives it a good balance. ✌️💕 It's a nigori from the brewery where Hiroto's Touji Matsuzaki trained, so the flavors are very similar 😁. With this active nigori, I can imagine that it's exactly like it 🦍🦍🦍🦍. I'd like to try the nigori! I'd love to try the active one too, Manachie ❣️Kotaro ❣️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ I enjoyed the appearance of Oumachi that I drank before, so here is the second version! The first sagata ❣️ This one is made with Gohyakumangoku🌾. Hatsu-Sugatate means simply "freshly squeezed new sake" 💦. The aroma is fruity, but the impression is quite mature. On the palate, it has the freshness of new sake 😆. The taste is a mixture of pineapple and peach 🍍, with a sweet and delicious flavor. ❣️ But it is surprisingly light and easy to drink, I think this is what makes it a "Gohyakumangoku". It is a beautiful sake! The sweetness is balanced by the acidity, making it easy to drink 🎶. The figure is a sake I would like to drink again 😋💕

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Yamazan's light nigori ❣️ This is my first Yamazan 🍶I saw Sake no Wa and wanted to drink it, so I popped it at the end of the year 😁. The aroma is fruity with a hint of white peach 😆. Fresh gas that tingles on the tongue is also nice 👌. The light sweet flavor of rice 🌾 comes through 👍 Moderate sweetness is followed by a strong bitterness and a clean aftertaste 💕. It's a well-balanced sake that you won't get tired of drinking 🎶. The other day I was really intrigued by the rich milk bar 🍨 from Lawson's sweets that was on TV. I immediately sent my daughter to buy it for me. It's really good! 😍😍 I never get tired of eating ice cream ❣️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Marufei's freshly squeezed ❣️ Hirasen is the oldest brewery in Tohoku, founded in 1487 during the Muromachi period! We decided to make our first Akita sake this year from this traditional brewery! Using Association 77 yeast, it tastes like white wine! A perfect balance of fruity acidity and juicy sweetness 😋. Miyamanishiki's clean flavor and sharpness are surprisingly good balance 👌 The sweetness is smooth with a hint of acidity, so it can also be matched with Osechi dishes🍀*. My partner didn't like it because it was too acidic💦. My daughter was delighted with the taste 😁. On a side note, New Year's Eve Soba Noodles, It's becoming a standard dish, the strongest Donbei 🔥. This is enough to satisfy me 😘.

The aroma is fresh, banana-like and gentle 😆. It has a fresh mouthfeel, with the same banana fruity flavor as the aroma, and a delicious fresh sweet flavor 🎶. The aroma is mild with a hint of grape 😄. 70% polished rice, but it has a beautiful mouthfeel. The mouthfeel is smooth and the acidity spreads refreshingly 🎶. Mellow and thick sweetness, followed by a bit of bitterness and astringency 😋👍. Well-balanced and easy to drink, but it's still 17 degrees 😅. I'm not sure if it's the same as the original. 😇😇😇😇😇 Probably the last of the year? Ramen noodles for the last time this year! I wanted to go to a restaurant in the southern part of the prefecture. There were many kinds of ramen and I had a hard time deciding which one to go for, I had a hard time deciding which one to get, but I decided on the Tonkotsu Maoyu Ramen with a large portion of pork bone broth and fat on the back (🐷). It looks pretty good, lol. It was more refreshing than it looked, but I could have done without the back fat 💦. My stomach... I'm hungry... 😰😰😰😰😰😰

It says "freshly squeezed new sake" but it's not! but it seems that it is not a fresh sake, but a once-bottle-fired sake. The aroma is mellow and sweet like chestnuts (❣️). It's more of a Japanese sweet aroma than a fruity one. It has a fresh acidity, but it also has a lot of richness that is typical of Bon 💕😋😋. It's a Gohyakumangoku, but you can taste the umami of the rice and the sharpness from the bitterness is also excellent👍. It's still delicious, Bon 😊. I wonder if they will start selling it in Akita!

Shuyooshi is for a food sake, but Ryu-Boing is a sake that can be drunk by itself. This commemorative sake is made entirely from Momota, Akita's new sake rice! Gorgeous aroma with a hint of sweetness: ❣️ The full-bodied rice flavor of Momota is a nice touch 🎶. To top it off, there is also a sense of heaviness that gives a sense of a man's sake that comes slowly to a Hidariyoshi-like body (lol). And then...! 700 check-ins 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Akita Sake 200 check-ins🌾🌾🌾. **Banzai‼️ Achieved at the last round of drinking with Chichi and Eririn㊗️🎉 (I didn't realize it that day💦thought it was about time😅) With this, the party was over 😊. Chichi went to Hirosaki via Goshogawara on the Gono-Line the next day Eririn went to Akita the next day to do her New Year's shopping before heading home. Thank you both for a wonderful time <(_ _)>.
