What is this? It's so good! I am already a little drunk. I heard it is called "Kinshi Seiten". It is a sake from Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. I learned about it from a review by Sake-no-wa. When I looked at the fridge at the store, I thought, "Hmm...? Difficult kanji! This is a bit of a surprise..." I checked the note on my phone. Bingo! I was surprised to find it suddenly. It was recommended to drink it on the rocks. I bought ice at Lawson. Everything is ready. First, I drank it straight. Oh~~ It's so smooth and thick. It is thick. Sweet. Sweet and sour. It seems to be similar to Tamagawa and Okura. And it rocks. Naruheso! It is outstandingly delicious! This is good~! It has become a summer sake all at once. I drank it in gulps. It is a very satisfying bottle.

My New Year's resolution is "This year, let's try to match sake with dishes. However, I often enjoy sake on its own every day. There are two pairings that have impressed me in the past. 0Goshin x Oya Tempura 0Kariho x Cheese The first one is "Goshin" and the second one is "Oya Tempura". This time the shish-kebabs were very bad! I don't have a picture of the bottles, but we had Harushika, Kasumitsuru (Yamahai), and Funaka Hachisaku. All of them went together very well! The representative is Kasumitsuru. On its own, it had a slightly peculiar taste, but I was surprised when I had it with shish-kebabs. It was soooo delicious! Both the sake and the dish are enhanced. It is a wonder~~! One plus one becomes three or four. It was a dinner party that made me want to string together such goofy sentences (laughs). Thank you for the meal~!

I am impressed by many things! I don't even know where to begin... Yes - it is outrageously delicious! This is my favorite flavor~! I had it at a tavern a year ago and could not understand the difference between active nigori and regular special junmai. I was nodding my head and thinking to myself, "white malted rice, lees, active nigori, I see what you mean. On the label, there is a warning to be careful when opening the bottle. I opened and closed the bottle several times for the first time. "Oh, it's coming up! It was a very enjoyable experience that lasted about five minutes. There was a QR code on the label explaining how to open the bottle. How polite of them! We chilled it well and drank it. Yummmm~~! The shuwashu is too much. It has a sweet and sour taste, but it is overwhelmingly shwashy in the mouth. Refreshing and light! It's the best! Is it a squall-like flavor of love~! In no time at all, it's my second cup. I'll end here for today! *Even after 2 days, it was outstanding!

This is my favorite Alpha 1. It has been in the fridge for a very long time.... It is quite a miscalculation. Finally, I'm going to eat it! Delicious! The fizziness was not so great. Kaze no Mori raises the bar even before you drink it...(sweat) The first time I drank it, the shock was too much. I can't help but compare it to that. However, it is still delicious! It has a fruity flavor. It is easy to drink!

It was a farewell party at work and it was Chinese food. This was a chance to learn something! I tried Shaoxing wine, which is often used as an example of mature wine. Oh, I see! It is indeed like a mature wine! Hmmm.... After that, it was all-you-can-drink sake. Ozeki's Shin-Tanba is often seen. However, looking back at Sake-no-wa, it was my first time to drink it. It is delicious even when drunk on its own. It also goes well with food. Thank you for the sake!

This is Hiroshima sake we received as a gift. It is also delicious! The first glass was dry and sharp, but from the second glass, I could taste the fruity flavor of muscat...I guess. 300ml is just right too (lol). Local sake is fun, isn't it? Thank you for the sake! We will definitely win...Carp!

I received this as a souvenir! Hiroshima was sold at the main Tetsunabe Kiya store in Miyajima. The label is the store's original label. Ohhhhh, it's good! The ginjo aroma is so rich. It has a gorgeous aroma. It has a light color. It tastes like grapes. It is slightly dark and fruity, but easy to drink. The sweetness is exquisite. It finishes well. There are two more bottles left! I'm looking forward to it! We will definitely win...Carp!

It is the last holiday. We had it from 9:30 in the morning. However, I woke up at 4:00 a.m., so from the perspective of those of you who get up at 7:30 a.m., that means I have been drinking since 12:30 p.m. (So, it is almost daytime drinking. So it was almost daytime drinking (laugh)! I drank "ORIGARAMI" at the end of last year, which was outstandingly delicious. I was looking forward to drinking "Hana-Kyun" in the same vein. However.... I wonder where it is sold.... I couldn't find it at all. Geez. Instead, my eyes fell on "Natsujun". It has a refreshing aroma. It has a mild muscat flavor. It is fresh and beautiful. Yes, this Mimuro Cedar is also very beautiful. It was raining this morning. I think this sake is better suited to iridocumulus clouds than rain.

This is the second Kaze no Mori Nanarou. This time, I bought a bottle. I would like to enjoy it carefully. The bottle was opened with a nice "shupon" sound. The aroma is not so strong. There is no Bond aroma. Pouring it into the glass, you can see the fine acidity. However, it is not so "shwashy" in the mouth. Still, the balance between acidity and sweetness is amazing! The flavor is probably apple and melon. It does not seem to be complex. It is a very tasty new face~~! I'm about to drink half of it, now. I always think, "The temperature of the refrigerator at home is too high..." If it were cooler, it would be even better and more delicious. I think it would taste even better if it were cooled down more. New rice for sake brewing "Nanadoro" for Nara sake We welcome it with open arms! We look forward to a long relationship with you in the future!

I had it with assorted tempura. What I thought I was eating as red octopus sausage was codfish. What I thought I was eating as hanpen was chicken breast. That's my review lol. I can taste the grape flavor. It is not sweet, but I think it is fruity. It was a refreshing and delicious drink! It goes well with the wrong tempura. Yum!

I was looking for a four-pack of "Hana-Kun". We entered the store at the same time it opened, but were told that it was not for sale.... Too bad. We had no choice but to get a sake tasting set. My impression was that it was a wooden bucket Bodumoto. Hana-kyun is done when you buy a bottle! Compared to Nakuro, it tastes like it goes one deeper, or has something more to it - it is a taste of something more! There was no scent of cedar or cypress. It is 30ml of sake. I drank it in no time, but it was still a delicious Mimuro cedar!

I missed the Mimuro Cedar event last month. Quite a regret.... It was a sighing dream grass. And then, I thought! This "Nana Dew" cheered me up! Nana Dew's parents are Yamadanishiki and Rohafu. It is my own image, but it is a combination like Beauty and the Beast~! I wonder what it will be like. I am looking forward to it! As soon as I drank it, I said to myself, "This is delicious! I was immediately "Yum! It is indeed a Minomuro cedar. The acidity and sweetness are excellent. It also had a complex flavor, but overall, it was very easy to drink and gave a clean impression. Yes, I thought it was an elegant and beautiful sake. I couldn't tell what it was about Nanadoro, but this is delicious!

We move on to the second restaurant. The restaurant is packed. There were two groups waiting in line. There was "Yamori" in the sake lineup. I had never seen it before! I had never seen it before. Last but not least, here is Sentori. I had been checking it out since I entered the restaurant! The season is early summer, but it's a sliding cherry blossom~! We had all the rest of the bottle! I took a sip and said, "Yum! It is Refreshingly fruity. The mild sweet and sourness is light. The schwashiness was also mild, but it tasted like cider. Thank you very much for your kindness!
