I saw on the liquor store's Instagram that it arrived on March 21. I was very impressed with this sake when I drank it last year. I decided to go buy it on Saturday. Hmmm?" If I'm going to buy it, let's go to Izumi Sake Brewery!" It was an 8-minute walk from Hanshin Ishiyagawa Station. I walked excitedly. I turned right at the corner and found a cedar ball! I thought I had arrived, but it was closed... Gaaaahhh... However..! Then it was time to go to the liquor store! About 30 minutes on foot and by bus. We arrived at Senzuke Ai. We just had it! Very cute label! Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! It is so delicious! Nice aroma right out of the glass. In the mouth, you can feel a faint acidity. It has a sweet and sour and creamy impression. It is hard to believe it is sake. Very refreshing and fruity. It brings back the impression of last year's sake. It is frustrating that I cannot express it well. It was a 100% satisfactory sake! Thank you, Senzuke-san!

Spring is here! A few days ago it was snowing lol Now, following Okura, here is another Nara sake. This is the sake I was impressed with when I first made my sake debut. As expected of Shinomine! What a nice aroma. It has a gaseous taste and the acidity fills your mouth. It is fruity, but not sweet and refreshing. It is very delicious! I drank it all very smoothly.

It's amazing! If you say "banana", it smells like banana. It smells delicious even before you drink it. When it enters the mouth, it is moist and fruity. It is smooth and full. The last one is Nabeshima for the second time. Looking at my own sakéwa, the last time I drank it I was drinking Summer Moon. This time it was Honjozo sake. Oooooooh, it's delicious! It is a sweet sake. You can also feel the acidity. It has a good balance! And you can also taste the rice. We had a lot of sake this time, too! The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great. The next visit will be at the end of March! I made a reservation at the register on my way home - lol!
