Here we are! This is my second time at Tanimachi 4-chome branch. Yesterday was the sake festival. We are ready with the power of turmeric. I'm going to drink a lot! We toasted with Mimuro Sake. I pay my respects to my favorite Nara sake. It's good - it's delicious. It went well with the crispy green pepper with miso mayo.

It is said to be a winter-only sake! It has no habit at all. I think it is dry. It is not fruity, but it is easy to drink. Very reasonable price! Thank you, Hakutsuru!

Spring Sake! The store menu said it arrived on 2/12. This is a very recent sake! I'm glad to come across it! Speaking of melon, it tastes like melon! Fresh and refreshing. You can sense spring from the label too! Tsukushi no tsukushi no ko (young Tsukushi) are showing their faces like they should be... It will be cold this week, but it will soon be spring~!

I thought I had already had a drink with Daishichi. It was nice to meet you. It is not easy to understand the characteristics of the raw yeast production, but I can tell that it is delicious. It was fresh and easy to drink, and from the second cup, I could smell the bonded aroma. It is not a bad aroma. It was a very delicious impression!

Jikooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! This is the second cup after I emphatically told my colleague sitting next to me about the awesomeness of Jiko. Here is what my colleague, who sometimes drinks sake, had to say about it. It has a refreshing taste. Slightly effervescent. Sweet but crisp. Very tasty! That's exactly what I thought! There is no bitterness at all. It was a very pleasant drink!

I wandered into this Genkotsu Ramen restaurant. When I ordered sake, this is what I got! This is the Toyosawa Sake Brewery, which we happened to meet a few days ago. This is my favorite sake brewery in Nara! This must be a connection. I see - it went well with the Genkotsu Ramen and Hankara set! It was extremely delicious!
