I am very bad at kanji. I have trouble ordering. I have trouble ordering. "Sougen," which is "So" for "So Brothers" and "Gen" for "Ikenaka Genta." I managed to order again. It has a nice aroma. It goes in smoothly. It makes your mouth water for a moment, but then it quickly slips away. It asserts its sweetness and umami. It was a memorable flavor that "left its mark" on me. I was in a good mood! But then, it was a 19% alcohol drink~! Be careful on the stairs!

Just recently, I saw this in a sake magazine. The headline read, "We don't make sake, we make sake from rice and microorganisms. That was the headline. The first Niida Sake is a nigori sake. I may have gotten the order wrong. It looks like McShake vanilla, but it tastes completely different. No wonder (laughs). Mellow and gentle sweetness. It was a rich but easy to drink sake.

This is my first snowman. I was looking forward to it! It fills the mouth. It is smooth and cohesive, but is that a collection of fine acidity? That is my impression. The sweetness is gradually felt. It tasted fresh! I can see why it is so popular. It's amazing! We also enjoyed this one! It's the 3rd day. This one is also amazing! It was like the umami got better with each passing day!

This is bad! I thought so the moment it entered my mouth. It was shockingly delicious! The acidity is too refreshing and spreads to every corner of your mouth. And the sweetness is wonderful. It is elegant and beautiful. I can't believe it's sake! I thought it was outrageously delicious! As expected! Next time I wanted to buy it in bottles.

No photo of the bottle. Too bad... My first Omine-san is now "Winter Otosore". Very stylish label. I was curious about it after seeing your post~. The nigori orikori is perfect for the brand name. Winter has come in the glass as well. Oh, it is very delicious. The acidity is just right. I could taste the sweetness.

I looked at the information about the store and saw that it had "S Wind Forest in stock"! I set out immediately. I entered the store just as it opened. There it is! They were all lined up on the display shelves. Some bottles had already been reserved. It's amazing! When I saw the price, I thought, "Hmm? I flinched for about 3 minutes.... It is a little expensive. But I wanted to drink it anyway. I took the plunge and picked it up. I try to drink Kaze no Mori at home as much as possible. After all, I feel the gasiness is different. I'll have it from noon! Wow, I'm so happy! The aroma is just a little bit of bondoshu. Does this mean it is isoamyl acetate? I think it is at a level where you can smell it if you sniff it with all your might. I felt that the schwashiness was weaker than the usual Kaze no Mori. Still, you can see a slight effervescence in the glass. It goes smoothly in the mouth. It has a banana or grape-like fruitiness. The acidity and sweetness are just right. Delicious! I received an envelope with my purchase. Inside was a "S Kaze no Mori Card" with a serial number! It has a serial number. It is a proof of being an ambassador. I will treasure it. Yay!

To top it off, my favorite Nara sake. I had decided from the moment I entered the restaurant. Onizan with a cool label! The fruity one is delicious, but this one is really good too! It has a mellow mouthfeel, but it finishes sharply and crisply. Thank you very much for the sake!

I see! This is different from the sake we have had so far. So this is what umakuchi tastes like! It is not light and dry. I thought I could understand that. I served it with dishes. Wow! The manga "Ippon! Sake of Happiness". I'd like to read it next time.

Friday! I made a toast to Koshi. This is my first Daiginjo. It is said to be aged for more than half a year. It has a nice aroma too! It was very fruity and refreshing! Delicious! I can't get enough of it!

I bought this drink a long time ago. I've been looking forward to it! Finally, I will open the bottle today! Wow, there is a mild but firm sweet aroma coming from the glass. It's not so much a sweet aroma, but rather an aroma that is unique to Okura-san. The mouthfeel is also amazing! The taste is smooth and glossy. It is delicious! It is like a thick fruit juice. However, it is not at all harsh. I can't get enough of Okura-san's sake! I like it more and more! I would like to visit Ekima Enomise again. (Video=Yamato's Umazake: Sake x Snacks x Kinmoku #34)

Last drink. This one was absolutely delicious! Shwashy and fruity! It was the perfect ending. And then, I got another autograph! This time it was Mr. Sano, the manager of Sakelabo Tokyo! I brought my autograph pen with me! He wrote it for me with pleasure! I was able to talk to someone who had watched the video. I was so happy! It was a great time! Thank you, Mr. Sano and everyone at Sakelabo!

Here is Jikin! For me, it is the sake of my dreams! It is a superstar sake. Of course, this is the first time I have had it. And what a surprise, it's sparkling. Amazing! It is just like champagne. I have never had champagne before.... It was quite surprisingly delicious! I was so happy!
