Final Edition, which I rushed to drink last December because it was "the last one". I was able to have it again (laughs). It is a fire-aged Kaze no Mori. It is fruity, but generally mild. It's like it's not Kaze no Mori. It's like a white wine! I feel very good! Thank you for the food~!

This one is also berry good~! It has a melon-like atmosphere! It has a 50% rice polishing ratio, so that means it is Junmai Daiginjo~! I have been thinking about this restaurant for a long time. The snacks are excellent. They go geniusly with sake! I was impressed by the deliciousness this time, too!

This is coming! The feeling of pizzazz! It's yummy! Very tasty. ～～～～ It's a fizzy sensation like the heavenly treasure of Kaze no Mori! This sake has suddenly appeared on my sake ranking this year! Fruity and refreshing. It is also firmly drinkable. The balance of sweetness and acidity is excellent!

My previous life may have been a deer in Nara Park. Strengthening month for my favorite Nara sake. The grand finale is Kaze no Mori. I was looking forward to it! Here is the first one. Oh~~! Is it banana? It smells like Kaze no Mori~! It's been a while. Yes, very delicious! It has a fruity flavor, but the complexity is still there.

Friday was the first time in a long time that we had highballs. Sake started at the after-party. The first one is Tasake. I have decided that if I see it on the menu, I will definitely order it lol. Then, the Tasake Gods came down~! It was an unopened bottle! Thankfully, I took it! I can feel the sweetness~! Not pear, not melon. By process of elimination, it is probably banana. It is clean and has a refreshing aftertaste. We were very satisfied with Tasake!

November is Nara Sake Enhancement Month. This time it was Mimuro Sugi-san! They had quite a selection of high quality sake. I chose this reasonably priced one. It has a very beautiful taste. It tastes like Imanishi Sake Brewery's passion for "pure and righteous sake brewing!

I reserved it in the morning and picked it up in the evening. The rental bicycle is a great help. This is Chiebijin, love and heart label. He is a middle-aged man in his late 50's. His experience has been enhanced by the recent Yukinofu. I was able to buy it without any shame. His level has gone up. It is pink when poured into a glass. It's so stylish! No aroma. Yes, it is delicious! This is so easy to drink~! I can't believe it is sake! I have never had a sweet rosé wine, but I think it is probably like that. I recommend this bottle for a dance party.

I looked back at the records of Sake no Wa to see how many times I had drunk this drink. I drank it only once.... I was surprised lol. This is good! It was so good that I was a little bit sober! It is "THE" by aroma. It is "Sake" by the inclusion (lol). This is a bottle of sake that's a doozy on the chabudai~! I searched for it on my phone and found that it is famous as "Koshino-Sanbai" (three plums of Echino)! I searched on my phone and found that they are famous as the "three plums of Koshi": Yukinubai, Mine-no-shiraubai, and Koshinokanubai! The snack was eringi mushrooms with spicy miso. It went really well with the sake! It was very delicious.
