Finally the time has come. It is the white bottle seen in the third row of the refrigerator. I met the X-type I had been longing for! The price is 2000 yen for 30ml! I'll skip lunch next week. Bon appétit! Honestly speaking, I really don't know what to say. Refreshing acidity. Elegant sweetness. I sipped it little by little, but it was a quick one-shot. My next goal is to drink it at home~!

This is my second restaurant since it's Hanafin. Oh no, it is just delicious. The note on my phone just said "Fruity, but I don't know what that is" (laughs). It tastes very fruity, but I don't know which fruit it is. It went perfectly with the pickles that were served at the end of the meal!

The last one is a sake from Akashi City. I have always been curious about this brewery. I stopped by last summer. However, it was closed. Finally, I was able to taste it! It has a nice aroma. Banana, perhaps? Smooth and smooth. It has a sweetness, but it finishes with a sharp edge. It may be super dry. We are very satisfied with the delicious food and sake. Thank you very much for the meal!

I looked up how to read it on my phone (lol). The second drink is "Oumei". This is a sake from Tanba Sasayama City. It is famous for its button nabe made with wild boar meat~! Ooooooooo! Is it ripe grapes? It gives the impression of being dark, jun-sweet. However, it also has a fresh and refreshing feeling. Delicious~!

It rained all morning today. However, this month is "Nara Sake Enhancement Month. With my pants soaking wet, I headed to Asano Sake Shop. This is Shinomine. The description on the order form said they use brewer's yeast. It has a nice aroma. It is an excellent yeast! It was sweet and sour, but I thought it was a very well-balanced sake. I paired it with curry cashew nuts and salmon cod roe. These go very well together. Today was a day when I was impressed by the total "sake and snacks" compatibility.

I went to the opening of the Fukuju brewery. I arrived 30 minutes before the event, but the line was surprisingly long. It was the first time for me to see the replacement of cedar balls. I also enjoyed the demonstration of Nada's sake brewing songs. 0 [Limited Sake for the first time at the brewery] 2 years old Junmai The aroma was that of an old sake. However, it is really beautiful in the mouth. There is no sense of alcohol. It is perfect with a meal. 0 [New Sake] Junmai Nigori It is a white nigori. It is not sweet. It does not have a "shuwa shuwa" feeling. You can feel the rice. It tasted like there was sweetness in a faint, distant place. 0 [New Sake] Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake It is fruity. We were happy to receive a new sake. It gives the impression of being a little firm, but it was very tasty. 0Warabi Sake This is the sake we were served on the way home. It was a cask sake. Aroma of cedar wood. It was a very tasty sake!
