Last. I drank a lot - a lot. The waitress told me that it tastes different from the image on the label. It really is! It tastes like sake, but with a melon-like flavor. It has a refreshing sweetness. I would like to try it if I see it in Kansai. I asked the manager, Mr. Kikuchi, to sign my autograph! I always watch his videos. I would like to visit Nihonshu-tsubaki next time! It was a fun and happy time. Thank you very much, everyone at Sakelabo!

And here is Jyushiyo! This is also 30ml. We will have Sake Mirai for the first time. Today is already a festival~! How can it not taste good~! I am too impressed to know how it tastes. May the day come in the future when I can drink it at home.

I got goosebumps after drinking sake! This is my first experience. 800 yen for 30 ml. I never thought I could drink a Christmas bottle.... I am thrilled! A box came out over the counter. When the waiter took it out, an unopened bottle appeared! Heeeeeeeeeeeeee! This is bad! The scene of a year's work comes to mind like a running light. It seems the sake gods have smiled on me. I like to think of it as a reward for myself~! The lid of the bottle is a cork! Amazing! And then I take 30 ml. I can't believe this..." He also speaks in a Kansai dialect (lol). It's too good! I apologize to Mr. Shinsei for my cheap taste impression. It was a small amount, but it will be a deeply memorable sake.

Good morning, Mr. Wakata! No, no, no, Mr. Wakata! I'm 200 times more envious of your "32 checks for Shinsei"! And your house~~! It's amazing! It's only 30ml, less than a mouthwash, but still the most amazing ever!

This is the "recommended sake of the day" as featured on Instagram. Wow, gorgeous and fruity! It is elegantly sweet. Then the waitress asked, "How about a comparison?" and offered us a bottle of Hououmida Akaban! I'm so happy! Aizan and Yamadanishiki, but to be honest, I still don't know (sweat)! Both were delicious!

Good evening, Mr. Pekkar 😀. Actually, this Black is the sake I'm looking for as a ❤️ hunter because it uses Aizan 😀. I haven't tasted it yet, but it still looks delicious and I'm relieved and even more interested in it 😇.

The waitress recommended that it goes well with sashimi. I see, well done! It is very tasty. Where are you from? I was asked. For some reason, I answered "Kobe".... Actually, I am from Hyogo Prefecture, which is further east. I was being mysterious and pretentious (lol). I guess Tokyo, the big city, made me do it.

Good morning! It is a little after 8:00 a.m. on the Shinkansen. I am heading to Tokyo from Shin-Osaka. The sake I prepared yesterday is Daishichi here. I've always wanted to drink sake in the train. I've always wanted to try it! I will have it before the train departs. Wow, it tastes like sake! It tastes sweet, but I guess it's also dry and crisp. The more you drink, the better it tastes. I still don't know the taste of sake yeast yeast yeast... It did not go well with the curry bread I bought at the station. We will be at Kyoto station soon, but I am already in a good mood!

I entered the restaurant with no plan. Well, which one shall I choose? I wandered around. Oh, it's "Harushika" in the back! The word "deer" is opposite. Mmmm! The letters of spring are opposite too! This is the first time I've had a sake from the Ura series. Interesting! The aroma is banana-like. It is slightly thickened. The mouthfeel is sweet and fruity. It seemed to huff and puff as it exits. From the second cup, it also has a dry atmosphere. Both the front and back sides of Harushika are very tasty!

Yes, the Kanji characters for "Sanmorosugi"! This one is a what a Honjozo! It says brewing alcohol on the label~! Is it rare? This is the first time I've ever tasted Alcoholic Mimorosugi. They say it's a "long-selling product for 30 years." No, no, 30 years is not unusual~! Slightly effervescent. It is very tasty. It's not too sweet, it's more like a cider that's a little bit more subdued~.

Please note the opening of the cap! I am currently struggling to open and close the cap. This is a hands-on sake! It took me 19 minutes. Fun~~! I found this on the store's Instagram yesterday evening. The way home is Umeda without hesitation! I went to the cashier right away with my neve. The shopkeeper explained, "It's a solid nigori. It's creamy," she explained. Yes, that's right. Is this the aroma of rice? When poured into a glass, it is as thick as laundry glue (laughs). However, both the bottle and the glass are beautiful snow. When you drink it, the first impression is surprising. It is quite thick. Ooooooooooo! I was surprised. Of course, there is a sense of effervescence. It is dry but fresh. It's the kind of taste that makes you addicted to it. I found myself drinking quite a bit. I couldn't stop. It was an interesting and delicious sake! Now we have had spring, summer, and winter. I will leave the porcini for next year.

This is a Saturday story. We moved on from Ojinja Shrine. We arrived at Imai-cho, where the old townscape remains. We mainly went for a walk, but of course we stopped by Kawai Sake Brewery! This building is also full of nostalgic atmosphere. I had my autograph pen at the ready, hoping to have a chance to meet the brewer. But, no luck. No one was there. The tasting fee is only available during peak season," he said. In the end, we bought only a cup of sake and left the brewery. I had a cup of sake! Yes, it is delicious! It has a classic flavor, but it's clean and non-habitual. It also tastes a little sweet. It was gone in no time at all. This looks like it would go great with food.

At last! At last, Nara sake complete! The last one was 100㏄. It was a very impressive drink. However, one of the chopsticks is bent in a bow.... It has been bothering me for a while. My consciousness is pulled in that direction. Very hard to grasp lol. Also. There is no aroma. It tastes neither fruity nor sake-like. It is easy to drink and delicious. Yamatsuru-san, I was actually looking for a sake called "Nagaya-ou," which is a recreation of a 1300 year old sake. After all, it's not easy to find! Nakamoto Sake Brewery offers a sake brewery makamakai lunch by reservation only. I would like to visit there someday. This time, I had a chance to taste Nara sake from all 29 breweries! Thanks to Umashu-san, Nara Izumi Yusai-san, and Kintetsu Railway for making this possible. Thank you very much! I am glad that I was able to accomplish this before the end of the year! I love Nara sake! In a post a little while ago, I wrote that the water in Kaze no Mori was ultra-soft water. It's actually super-hard water. I am ashamed.... Here is the correction!
