It's the Mid-Autumn Moon. So, this time, I bought a Chokonto Usagi no Sensuke-san. The truth is, it was just by chance. I saw the full moon on the way home and tried to complicate things (laugh). Moreover, this sake here is a spring sake.... There were several kinds of Senzuke on the shelf, including autumn sake. It was hard to decide which one to choose. I would like to say, "Please give me all the Senzuke in the store," but it is difficult with my current allowance system. I chose the last bottle in the refrigerator. This Senzuke is sure to be delicious. I've had it since spring. Umooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I am chewing the deliciousness. Elegant aroma. You can see the fizz from the glass. However, when it enters the mouth, you don't feel it so much. Still, it is sweet and sour and fruity. It is almost like a pear. I can't stop drinking it! Russ1Sensuke. Thank you!

Higaaaashi~, chiyo-koto~buu~ki~, chiyo-koto~buu~ki~! It sounds like a sumo wrestler's four-way name. It is clearly dry. However, it is easy to drink! I had it with cucumber salt sauce. It goes well with cucumber salt sauce. It's a food sake! I thought it was the best part of the sake!

One more drink for the last. It's Okura-san in Imazu. I feel very good. I casually asked for a "large 300 yen". Then, there was so much in it (laugh). It is not an appropriate amount for the last cup. However, I am very grateful! The sake is easy to drink, just like a Japanese sake. It also has a sweetness, but it is not too strong. I think it is the best sake for everyday drinking. This is my first time drinking sake from this brewery. I would like to buy a bottle.

Shirataka. I have bought it in small bottles a long time ago. Oh, I also had a bottle of "Miyamizu-no-sato" before. It is said to be the only sake in the whole country that is used as a sacred sake for the Ise Jingu Shrine. This one seems to be quite an expensive sake. I wonder how it tastes.... I did not record it at all. I am sure he would have said "Yum! I'm sure he would have said that~.

I went to the "Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance" at the Nishinomiya Shrine. Nishinomiya Shrine is well-known for its "Fukuo" (lucky men). I heard that this is the 29th time this event has been held! I had no idea. I had no idea... The rain stopped in the morning, and the place was crowded with many people. The venue was lined with sake breweries from Nishinomiya Township. First up was the Osawa Honke Sake Brewery. I have visited the brewery several times. They were very kind and helpful. The freshly squeezed raw sake was a punchy one. It had a rich flavor, but was refreshingly delicious.

Many "Hiyoroshi Fair" lined up. I bought one bottle that I was unsure about. It is a sake from the capital, Tokyo! I think the name was mentioned in the sakelabo video.... Somehow I remembered the brand name. It is a sake that is hard to find in Kansai. Let's have a bottle of the delightful one. Whoa, is this a umami type? The aroma is like that. When you drink it, it is not so sweet. It gives the impression of being sharp and dry. As you drink it, it is fresh and fruity. Hmm, is there sweetness? It seems to go well with all kinds of food. *This is the second day. The aroma is fresh and sweet, too.

Go Around Rokko Michi 5/5 Detsugo's "Kyoto Shukumai, Wooden Oke Brewing". This is the last sake. It's good! Everything is delicious. I'm already quite drunk... There was a person from the brewery and another person from the liquor store. I asked him, "Which liquor store do you work for? I was surprised to find out who it was! It was the salesman from the store where I bought sake for the first time in my life! He was the salesman from the store where I bought sake for the first time in my life! I had a lot of conversations with him. The birthplace of go-around is in Osaka City. Itami is the birthplace of Japanese bars. That brewery and this brewery in Nara Prefecture are related. Wow! It's a very interesting story, so I promised him, "Let's go out for a drink next time! (laugh). Thank you for a fun encounter. The go-around was great! I will participate again next year. But it was a weekday again next year...Thursday.... However, the year after next, it will be on Friday! Yay! I have registered my schedule for the next two years on my phone.

Good evening, Mr. Pekkaal 🌔. I joined the go-around for the first time 😁I went to Sannomiya for the first time and among the 11 stores I visited, there were a few stores in Sannomiya that didn't have a sake brewer. I'll be back next year 😅

Go Around Rokko Road 5/5] Rabbit (3) The "Rabbit's Ascent" of the Dare Hare This is a sudden festival of "Dare Hare". Rabbit = Giants... I have an image of Giants. I have a slightly complicated feeling (laugh), but this one is also fruity and delicious! And it's a beautiful impression! The brother next to me showed me the 2021 batch. Amazing! He is a senior! He also participated in the Niigata Sake Festival. Wow, he is a strong man, isn't he? It's fun to be able to talk like this!

Go Around Rokko 5/5 A warehouse staff member came to the restaurant. He recommended this keg draft. Yes, it is good! Fresh and sweet. I have never had that much Daito, but I had an image of it being dry. This time, my impression changed drastically. The aroma is also outstanding. It was a fruity and delicious sake. Daito is said to be made with water from the Katsura River.

Go Around Rokkodo 5/5] Dareka (Rabbit) Tomorrow is another work day. The early grand finale is Tempura Makiyama. This restaurant opened in April this year. The sake of choice here is "Detsugo"! First, we will have the "Hatsuhinode" (first day of the new year) sake, which is a hometown sake. It's good! It is easy to drink and delicious. I had it with assorted tempura. It also goes well with tempura! There were many customers in the restaurant. The atmosphere is also nice!

[Go-around Rokko 3/5 Ooooooooo! Both full-bodied and acidic, it packs a punch. It has a fruity taste, but it is also very drinkable. This is a Chinese restaurant. We paired it with their char siu pork. This is outstanding! Seriously, it is amazing! I was nodding my head. I usually drink it by itself. Once again, I realized that it is a sake that goes well with food.

Go-around Rokko Road 2/5 Next up was my favorite restaurant, Senzuke! Everyone at the restaurant greeted us in Senzuke's happi. I drank "BLUE" many times. Honestly, it is too good! I told the brewery staff about my love for Senzuke! Here we had iburigakko cream cheese and deep-fried eggplant. Eggplant...they go so well together! It's so good! Off to the next stop! Walking like at the Osaka Expo (lol)

Go-around Rokkomichi 1/5 It was my first time to participate in a go-around! I was excited and thrilled from the morning. I couldn't work today... lol. It was like a field trip for adults. I visited 5 stores in the Rokko-michi area in Kobe! First of all, here is the shaken sake. As I stood nervously at the counter, my neighbor spoke to me. He said, "How many restaurants have you been to?" I said, "This is the first one. It's kind of nice, isn't it? This is my first time drinking Miyakotsuru. It is very dry. It is light. I asked for breast meat with kombu-jime egg yolk and chicken skin with wasabi and soy sauce. I thought it was a little strong. But it goes well with sake! This time, the theme for me was "matching the dish". I'm on the train now on my way home. Because I have to work NOW tomorrow.... I'll be posting more soon.......!

This is "33MISA" by Nada Kiku. I purchased it at Asano Sake Shop the other day. It was one of the bottles recommended by Mr. Mitsusa Kawaishi, the brewery's head brewer. He said it's named after its name, "MISA"! It is a sake from Himeji. Hyogo Prefecture is also very large. The sake I am familiar with is Nada Gogo. I was not familiar with sake from Himeji (Harima). But now that I'm here, I'm getting close to it. I'm getting curious! Let's have some! The aroma is slightly nice. It has the feel of ripe fruit. Slightly smooth and soft on the palate. Yes, this is delicious! It is fruity. Slightly sweet but with a clean aftertaste. It is a 500ml bottle.... I might drink the whole bottle.... The alcohol content is 15 degrees. I'm getting drunk! I will keep my eye on Nadagiku.

Good evening, Mr. Pekkaal 😃. Nadagiku was in Himeji 😅I was misled by the name 😅I think of Hyogo as Nada, so many people mistake Himeji sake for men's sake too 😍This MISA looks delicious 😍.

This is the second "Hiyoroshi Fair" following last year. More than 100 kinds of sake from all over Japan are lined up! It's a spectacular view! I could look at it all day! I had quite a hard time deciding what to drink, but this is "Hana Hato" from Hiroshima. I haven't drunk it, but I was curious about this brewer because of their summer watermelon label. And the costa is excellent! I'll have it from noon on Sunday. I guess it tastes like 6 classic and 4 modern. There is no aroma. When you drink it, the umami flavor comes first, but it is not sake-like. It will be delicious with autumn ingredients. I drank it very easily. It was a delicious sake! We will definitely win...Carp!
