I was in Itami to renew my driver's license! Lunch was Izumo soba. We had some sake from Shimane! It's a happy cup of sake! It's been a long time since I drank it at room temperature. This store is frequented by everyone at Sake-no-Wa, isn't it? You can feel the love for sake at this store. The staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant are great. It is "THE" by aroma. It is "Sake" by the inclusion (lol). This is a bottle of sake that's a doozy on the chabudai~! I searched for it on my phone and found that it is famous as "Koshino-Sanbai" (three plums of Echino)! I searched on my phone and found that they are famous as the "three plums of Koshi": Yukinubai, Mine-no-shiraubai, and Koshinokanubai! The snack was eringi mushrooms with spicy miso. It went really well with the sake! It was very delicious.

This month is the month of my own Nara Sake Fair, and since last week, it has been "Asano Sake Shop -> Niigata wo Kome"! My own Niigata Sake Fair is also being held at the same time (lol). Tsururei is delicious! I thought Koshitanrei was an expression of taste, but it was the name of the rice.... It is fruity. It was definitely delicious!

A fine Sunday! November is Nara Sake Enhancement Month lol We headed to Asano Sake Shop! This time it was Harushika! First of all, here it is. It was served cold. The first sip was sharp and dry. Strangely enough, it calmed down after the second sip. It is a sake that is easy to drink. The snack is cheese with a few baby cubes. It goes really well with it! The restaurant recommended lukewarm heating the sake.

Finally the time has come. It is the white bottle seen in the third row of the refrigerator. I met the X-type I had been longing for! The price is 2000 yen for 30ml! I'll skip lunch next week. Bon appétit! Honestly speaking, I really don't know what to say. Refreshing acidity. Elegant sweetness. I sipped it little by little, but it was a quick one-shot. My next goal is to drink it at home~!

This is my second restaurant since it's Hanafin. Oh no, it is just delicious. The note on my phone just said "Fruity, but I don't know what that is" (laughs). It tastes very fruity, but I don't know which fruit it is. It went perfectly with the pickles that were served at the end of the meal!

The last one is a sake from Akashi City. I have always been curious about this brewery. I stopped by last summer. However, it was closed. Finally, I was able to taste it! It has a nice aroma. Banana, perhaps? Smooth and smooth. It has a sweetness, but it finishes with a sharp edge. It may be super dry. We are very satisfied with the delicious food and sake. I looked up how to read it on my phone (lol). The second drink is "Oumei". This is a sake from Tanba Sasayama City. It is famous for its button nabe made with wild boar meat~! Ooooooooo! Is it ripe grapes? It gives the impression of being dark, jun-sweet. However, it also has a fresh and refreshing feeling. Delicious~!

This is Toyosawa Shuzo by Toyoshuku. Liqueur sparkling wine. They make a lot of different kinds of sake. Refreshing and refreshing! The alcohol content is 5%. Sparkling rice. It is just like a normal juice. 200ml. I finished 200 ml in no time. It is delicious!
