They extract the yeast from a Muscat called "Muscat of Alexandria." What do you think? It smells like a cool vinegar-like aroma. It also smells like fermented soybeans. It is not a negative scent! This is fine! It tastes fruity when you drink it, but it is not equal to muscat. It is an easy to drink sake with just the right amount of sweetness!

Good morning, Pekkaaru 😃. From the label and the description, it looks more like a wine than a sake 🧐 but I can sense the Japanese spirit in the subtle natto aroma lurking in the back 😌. I can smell it in the back of the bottle!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby! It's nothing to be ashamed of~! My blood pressure has been high lately... I eat only natto (fermented soybeans) because it is good for me. Maybe that's why I am sensitive to the smell of natto... lol

It's been a long time since I've been in the Wind Forest. And it is a yellow label! Kaze no Mori WEEKS" will be held in Shinsaibashi, Osaka again this year. I am looking forward to it now! That's the advance bottle~. I'll take it right away. Poppp. Opening the bottle was normal. My acquaintance said that the lid opened by itself. I am envious. I have not experienced it yet. The aroma is faint. When you sniff it, it smells like strawberries. When I take a sip, it's like that - it's not soggy. I think it has a little bit of pizzazz. The taste is not dry and refreshing, but rather sweet. It is delicious! Wind Forest! However, I'm looking for that favorite mouth pizzazz festival! I have not been able to find it lately. I would like to join the Kaze no Mori WEEKS and look for the pizzazz to burst forth!

There are so many different kinds of sake! There is no end station to the sake life, is there? I am surprised at all the sake I don't know about. Next up was "Rosanjin. This sake is perfect for a mealtime drink. This sake seemed to complement the dishes. It also has a refreshing finish. The label indicated 45 degrees Celsius as the best temperature for heating. I see... I'd like to try it!

Oooh! Nice aroma. It is moderately sweet. If it is called melon, it is melon, but it tastes like ripe fruit. The acidity is nice. I would like to drink this sake again. This is delicious!

The label was in trouble! What is this sake?" This store has a riddle attached to it (laughs). The clue was Imazu, Nishinomiya City. And it said HOSUI! It was a sake made by Ozeki, a local sake brewer. I thought it was the sake, but it was light and clean. It was like a mild version of a classic sake. It was very easy to drink.

All you can drink on weekends! Yay! The restaurant is the Sakélist Umekita. You won't know what kind of alcohol they have until you go there. That's what I think is interesting. You get a glass and pour it yourself. Here is the first glass. I looked it up on my phone. It seems that "AQE" is a new unit formed by four sake breweries representing Aomori Prefecture to promote local sake. It's a delightful bottle. Very nice aroma. Smooth and gentle on the palate. My favorite fruity flavor. It was a delicious sake.

It was a very rare Morishima-san. I am very happy with this one! It was featured in Danchu magazine~! I have always been curious about this sake. The aroma is nice and unobtrusive. The mouthfeel is mild. It has a lingering aftertaste of moderate acidity and astringency. I think this sake goes well with food. Very satisfying and delicious!

I met Mr. Okura last July. This is exactly the sake here. I would like to say, but I think it was lemon in a woman's hand. So this year it's apricot~. It was a liquor that shocked me at the timeーー! 'This is canned pineapple syrup! (in a good way)" I was surprised by the rich fruit juice flavor. I felt more pineapple than lemon. It was also the first drink I drank with ice. I will have it for the first time in a year! First, the aroma. It's amazing! I can't stop shouting "This is it! I can't help but shout out "This is it! It is the scent of Mr. Okura. If they sold perfume, I would buy it.... Oh, wow. It is not as syrupy as last year. But it is rich! Rich! Dense! It is "Sanno". The acidity is great. It's like the sweetness is controlled by the acidity. It's brilliant~~~! The second glass was served on the rocks. Yum! It is not defeated by the ice at all. I can't stop drinking it. I can't get enough of it!

There is a weekly tenant on the way home. A few weeks ago, "Utsunomiya Negichira Gyoza" was announced! I must buy this! And I want to match it with Tochigi sake! I started to visit sake shops. Then yesterday. I met Ultraman Daina! My first Daina. I'm so happy! Yes, yes, it has a nice aroma. It's so light on the palate. Rather than fruity, I felt a distant taste of wasanbon, which I recently learned. It's mild and nice! The end is crisp and tight. It goes well with Utsunomiya gyoza! The sake does not interfere. Local x local is the best pairing~!

The last was Okura-san. I wanted to drink this sake very, very much. What a stylish label! This sake is made with Kyokai 77 yeast. It is said to produce a lot of malic acid. Ohhhhh...! This aroma...! It's already delicious! When you include it, it is a definite umami! Fresh and deep flavor. It has an apple feeling, but that's not all. It seems to be packed with the flavor of the juice~! I became an Okura fan!
