Yesterday I saw a play at KITTE Osaka. It was a play by Kankuro Kudo. It was the funniest ever! On the way home, we had a drink in the museum. Chitosekaku also offers a variety of products! It is tasty enough on its own. It goes well with corn gunkan. It also goes well with shinkomaki. It also goes well with gari (pickled ginger)! They are all cheap.

I am staring at my PC day after day. And today, I got it safely by relying on SNS! It was one per person~~! It's not easy to get to the store! I'm so happy. I cooled it down. I can't wait until tomorrow! I'm going to eat it right away! I can't wait to try it tomorrow! Delicious! The bubbles are low. Silky. It may sound strange, but it is not sweet, but it is sweet. But you have to be careful with active nigori or second fermentation sake in the bottle, because of the second fermentation in the intestines the next day...(sweat). Delicate stomach. My personal precaution. Now, I'll have some! I like the slight effervescence~! No, the first glass might be quite piquant. It's sweet~. It has a strong rice flavor. I am embarrassed to say it in abbreviated form. I dream of saying "Kamo kinshu" at an izakaya, "Kamo kin, please". I will practice here so that I can order it without hesitation. This will be my first kamokin since spring. It has a soft mouthfeel. The slight carbonation spreads~! Is it the young fruitiness? Very fresh! The aftertaste is refreshing. It's delicious! Friday was the first time in a long time that we had highballs. Sake started at the after-party. The first one is Tasake. I have decided that if I see it on the menu, I will definitely order it lol. Then, the Tasake Gods came down~! It was an unopened bottle! Thankfully, I took it! I can feel the sweetness~! Not pear, not melon. By process of elimination, it is probably banana. It is clean and has a refreshing aftertaste. We were very satisfied with Tasake!
