This is my second Goshin. The last time was hiyaoroshi. In my previous impression, I wrote that it smelled of dried fish and Nara pickles. I didn't notice it at the time, but I wonder what the aroma of dried and pickled vegetables is like? Is it so-called "old incense"... But I remember how impressed I was when I combined it with tempura, lol. This time it was Goshin-san, a fresh sake. It is, without a doubt, delicious! It is thick, but has a sharp edge. It is said to be dry, but it also has a fruity sweetness. It is easy to drink. I drank a lot of it. Sake is the best!

Sake over okonomiyaki. My colleague brought a bottle of "Saku"! It is a new sake daiginjo. I am so happy~! Fresh and refreshing. Slightly sweet and fruity. It is definitely delicious!

I am a resident of Hyogo Prefecture. Asago City (Asagoshi) is, of course, easily readable, but I never thought to call Takezumi "Chikusen"... I thought it was "Takeizumi". Kanji is difficult to read. It is dry. It doesn't feel fruity, but it is delicious, including the aftertaste. I had it with shish-kebabs. It goes well with it!

It's a midwinter night, but "come on, spring is coming to our house." This time it's 507 in dewy leaf style. As expected! It's so delicious! I can't get enough of it. ～～～～ The aroma is great too! It has a fruity aroma. There was no cemedine smell. Oh, it is an OK aroma even if there is. It's sweet, but it's refreshing with a mouth full of acidity. The effervescence is really great! I found the dewy-leafed Kaze no 807 to be complex and delicious, but 507 is a cohesive image. No, no, everything is delicious in Kaze no Mori! I hear that Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657NeXT will be on sale. I want to drink it!

It is a slightly yellow liquor. I wonder what this one is - it is not fruity. It tastes like something you would read in your graduation album: "I want to become an old sake brewer in the future. Is this what you call "umakuchi"? Sake is deep and interesting!

This is my first Tsuchida. I like the mark on the lid! I have seen it before in the video "Summit No. 7 No. 1". I wanted to drink this sake. Bon appétit! That.... It's being pulled by the old sake I just had. Still, it has a sweet aroma. It is light and has no unpleasant taste. It tasted clean and fruity.

The restaurant has a do-it-yourself liquor system. There was only one bottle left. I rushed to pour it and hand shook it. I found out that it was a blended old sake. It is from the same brewery as the "afs" we drank before. This is a 30-year-old junmai shu~~~! What is it like? The color is amber. It has a savory taste. It also has a sour taste. Well, it was a very interesting sake~~!

Here we come! All you can drink with turmeric First of all, Merry Christmas, Mr. Akabu. The bottles really set the mood! I am glad to see you here! The aroma is slightly calpis-like. It is slightly cloudy. Smooth mouthfeel. Not so much fizzy. It has a fruity flavor that I love. It is delicious!

Here is the last one. This is the sake that made me fall in love with sake. I am so grateful! Thank you for the sake! It was an enjoyable all-you-can-drink experience! The waitresses have a love for sake. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. I would like to use it again. As I always think, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Ukon as well.

Here, by golly, what a surprise! The waitress said, "Would you like to drink this?" and brought me a flax cat. Ohoooooooooooooooooooo! I applauded with delight. This is the second time for me to have a flax cat. Last time, I had it in a sticky state.... Impression was the top priority, and the only thing I could taste was "delicious. This time is similar (laugh). However, I took it well. Hmmm, layers and layers of delicious flavors. I don't know what it is, but it's not just the fruit - it's not just the fruit. They are combined beautifully. That was my impression. It's amazing~. Wonderfully delicious. It was a gratifying drink!
