I purchased this sake at a recent Harushika event. This is the first sake that we have tried at Harushika. It is a sake brewed with "Kotobukinmoku" rice. It is a cross between Yamada-Nishiki and Yume-Ichiken rice. This rice is also used for Eiko Fuji and Wakanami. Harushika said it might be limited to this time only, so we took it home. I'm going to eat it now. It has a sweet~~~ aroma. In my opinion, this sake is classified as a rich fruit type sake that tastes good even with ice. It is indeed sweet. However, it also has an excellent balance with the acidity. The alcohol content is 17%, but I don't mind it so much. This is delicious! I put one ice cube in it. I think it is a refreshing summer sake. It is delicious!

The second bottle. Dong! This sake looks great on a chabudai! For the second bottle, I chose "Kurehaaru! The price is much less than 3,000 yen. Quite reasonable. We split it between two and a half four-pack bottles. I think it can be served at room temperature, but I will have it cold. It has a full-bodied feeling. It has a sweetness, but it is refreshing. I will drink it in small doses. Kurehaaru only has one bottle of sake. And they don't have Junmai sake either. It was introduced as Tanizaki Junichiro's favorite sake.

It is a four-stage sake brewing process. The rice is Hinohikari produced in Nara Prefecture. It has a sweet and fruity taste. It was very delicious! Mr. Kusano told us many interesting stories. He told us that nine people make sake at the brewery. Wow! I heard that the brewery that Harushika-san is good friends with is "Saku-san"! Wow! Seibei Imanishi Shoten and Mr. Imanishi of Mimuro Sugi have nothing to do with each other even if you go back in time. Hee! And he gave me his autograph! Yay! I told him about my love for Nara sake. I would like to visit the brewery again. It was the best sake party ever. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant and Mr. Kusano!

It's a summer raw sake~! Gorgeous aroma. Fresh and refreshing. The sweetness is just right! Very delicious! We had it with Hichimaru's grilled pork and seared ray fins.

Oooh, delicious! What a surprise, it is a sake made from only the first part of the onizan when it is pressed. It is a limited distribution sake. It's a luxurious sake! It went well with Awaji chicken sandwiches and smoked Narazuke pickles! It was so delicious.

It is a super spicy Spring Deer. I hear it is called "Haru-chou. I will start calling it that from today. The label is pink. The standard version has gold letters. The chutori, which is bottled without pressure, is said to be released only once a year. They say there are only a few of them. It is a delightful cup~! I heard that Gohyakumangoku rice is suitable for dry taste. I see...I can learn a lot from that! It has a robust flavor, but is very easy to drink.

I went to the "Harushika Limited Sake Party" hosted by a sake shopーー! My favorite Nara sake. We had 6 kinds of limited edition sake. The commentary was given by Mr. Kusano, who came from the brewery. He seemed to be having a lot of fun! Here is the first glass. It is a sparkling sake. It's so sweet and sour with a sparkling taste. The sake level is said to be around -100! Amazing! The cute label is said to be useful as a toast at weddings! I see.

Here is the last one. We had a bottle of "Hare's Banquet 2025" served extra hot. The aroma is amazing! What kind of aroma is it? It's an aroma I want to describe so badly. Well...I can't come up with anything. It smells more like flowers than fruit. That's how I finished the bottle (laughs). Heated sake is also very delicious! Thank you for the meal~!

This is the restaurant we visited last week. This time, too, it was a Hanakin toast. We choose the sake we didn't drink last time. The first one is this Ryusuisen. It has just the right amount of sweetness and gas. It was very elegant and clear. It went perfectly with deep-fried tofu.

The brewer of "Rumiko's Sake", right? What a surprise, the rice polishing ratio is 90%! It has a light yellowish-brown color. Ahhh, it is delicious! It is rich but soft. I didn't think it had any peculiarities. It doesn't have a strong impact on the palate. It was a very easy to drink sake.
