I live near Nada Gogo.
To make a complicated story short, my first encounter with sake was drinking Wakayama's Kido at an izakaya in Nara Prefecture.
And the first sake I bought was a 300 ml bottle of "barrel sake".
I bought it at the Kiku-Masamune brewery in Hyogo Prefecture.
I rode home on the train with an aura of having learned something about sake.
That evening, I went shopping at a nearby Daiei. In the sake section, the barrel sake I had bought at lunchtime was on the ordinary line...
It is easy but tasty! You can find it at convenience stores too.
I can't get enough of the smell of the cypress!
