Kitajima Shuzo's Sanki Amazake Moto sake. It is said to be made by adding lactic acid bacteria to amazake (sweet sake) from the sake mother. It has the appearance and specifications of doburoku. Despite its appearance, it has a refreshing aroma. The sake has a rich mouthfeel due to the sake strength of -46, but the sharp and bodied acidity and carbonation somehow make it dry to the taste. It has the fullness of nigori (nigori rice wine), but the aftertaste is still clean and refreshing, so you will never get tired of drinking it. This combination is hard to find anywhere else.

We (especially Jay) love Kitajima-san! This is the first label of this kind 🧐Noby bought it for me on his way home from an English conversation🔤🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is apple fruitiness. I'm not sure if it's a bit dry, but it's dry! It's a very dry summer sake with a clean and crisp taste 😙It's best to serve it chilled 🥶👍! It's like summer dry 🌻☀️ As for J&N's opinion...I think the regular Kanji "Kitajima" is the best 😅. For those of you who haven't had it yet, I recommend Kanji Kitajima! I recommend the Kanji Kitajima 👋 Miyamanishiki direct pumping might be a good introduction 😋. By the way, this was before I met up with my son at Omiya station for a drink outside on the first day of the Bon vacation, the day of the sea 🎌. This day, 8/11, is a great day of a million times a grain, and also the last day of Summer Jumbo ‼️ This is the only way to buy 😄 for the apartment 🤩. The security guard told me that there is usually a huge line on the last day of the lottery, but because it was raining, it was very empty.
