Japanease sake subscription for October at my parents' house. It's sake from my home prefecture, but I don't see it at liquor stores at all. I guess it is rare in a way😊. On the right is Junmai Daiginjo Sweet, a delicious and drinkable sake with a plump sweetness of rice, good umami, and a gentle acidity and bitterness that is closer to classical that sums up the aftertaste. The middle one is Junmai Daiginjo Dry. The nuance of the sake is similar, but it is more refreshing than the sweet one, and you will never get tired of drinking it. This is my favorite 😆. The left one is Daiginjo Dry. The nuance of the sake is similar, but it is even more refreshing and has a nice astringent bitterness that is quite delicious. Thank you to my parents for the food 🙏.

I had been holding off on buying Brewing Forest because I had heard it was sweet, but I bought it when the name changed. It is delicious! I think it's very well put together with a gentle sweetness, a crisp acidity, a touch of gasiness, and a slight bitterness. I couldn't tell that there was any oli, and at the end it became thin and cloudy, mellowing even more and I enjoyed the change in taste! Thank you very much!

My child's club game was near the Genmai store, so we visited there, but they were sold out, so we bought our first Yamaboshi instead. The store's pop-up said it was sweet, but it was not, and I found it to be refreshingly dry. It would have been better if it had a little more umami flavor. I like the taste, but it's not sweet 🤔 No, I'm worried that I might be activating my stupid tongue 😂. I am not sure if there is a liquor store near my destination to pick me up from club activities, but I have a different motivation these days 🍶.

I wanted to drink this Masamune. I had decided to drink a honjozo for the first time, so my wish came true 😄. The flavor spreads in the mouth. It has a strong sake flavor, but it is also well balanced with a nice sharpness! It also has a nice aftertaste! And cosy👍. Thank you for the food 😆.

The last bottle I had bought before I got sober. The one I hid from my wife so she wouldn't drink it 🤣. It is not sweet but has a gaseous taste and a nice bitter acidity that is indescribably delicious. It's very drinkable, but it's not too heavy, so the sake goes down very well 👍but thinking about my health, I finished it after three glasses (I'm a great guy). I went to bed without my wife. The next morning, the sake was empty 😂. The next morning, the sake was empty 😂.

Last 3 drinks outside in Hanyu City. I got drunk for the first time in a long time. I chose a sake I had never had before. It's a refreshing, non-intense sake. I guess it's a little bit spicy and light. There is a brewery nearby, so I was wondering if I could drink it at the restaurant. Drinking outside in Hanyu City. The second drink was Zenchidori (Utou) from Nishida Shuzo, famous for its rice wine. It is only when drinking outside that one can enjoy a high-class sake in a casual setting. It has a nice aroma, a beautiful yet strong umami flavor, and a dry finish. Ah, it's the kind of sake you know is good! This is the kind of sake you know is good. Very tasty, but I prefer the balance of Tasake's special junmai 😅.

I had been sober for about a month due to suspected gout. Then, I went on a business trip to Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture. The ban on alcohol has been lifted! I ordered this local sake at an izakaya. I was told that it is a brand made by a young man in a long-established sake brewery. It has a strong alcoholic taste, followed by a strong umami taste and a mild acidity. It may not taste the same as it really is since the bottle has been open for quite some time. It did not seem to be twisted.

I bought Nanaken's hiyaoroshi for the third year in a row. It has become my standard taste for hiyaoroshi. It still tastes cosy and reliable. However, I personally consider it an autumn sake, so maybe I should have drank it when it was a bit cooler😅But it has the balance I like and I can drink it with gusto! Thanks for the treat😊.

I often saw it at Sake no Wa and thought 🤔 I would like to try it someday and then I came across it! I'm so glad! I was torn between Miyamanishiki and Sasanishiki, but decided to go with Miyamanishiki. At first it was mellow, with a pleasantly rounded acidity, then I felt it was surprisingly dry and sharp. It was quite tasty! It is a food wine type and the acidity seems to go well with strongly seasoned food. Thank you very much for the drink!

I have always wanted to drink Hakurakusei. I was only able to drink Atago's Matsuri, so I'm looking forward to it 😆. Iyan! It's my favorite type! It has a little bit of umami on the palate, and after a gentle acidity, it quickly goes downhill. I can agree with the statement that it aims to be the ultimate food sake👍. I paired it with yakiniku (grilled meat), and although the sake itself is not so assertive, it doesn't lose the flavor, or rather, it doesn't get in the way of it! I wish there was a distributor nearby so I could make it a staple in my house, but the store is too far away 😂.

The doctor's opinion is that there is a high possibility of gout, and even if it is false gout, if the uric acid level is high, I should start medication after the swelling goes down. Finally got around to drinking it, yuma. I have high hopes for it because of the good reputation of Sake-no-wa! It has a nice form, thin and cloudy with a little foam when poured into a glass. It's delicious, with a refreshing acidity at its core, a drinkability that doesn't make you feel low al, and a mellow aftertaste! Glad to hear Fukuoka sake is on the up and up😄. Thanks for the treat👍

I had only a memory of having had Mutsu Hachisen once, so I bought it to taste it again. It was dry and astringent. It's not bad, but I personally didn't like it much because I felt the astringent bitterness first. I got drunk and in the second half of the bottle, I didn't feel the unpleasant part 😅. The sake quality itself is good as I was able to finish it! Thanks for the food 😄

Machida Shuzo is becoming a favorite. It is sweet and juicy with a nice, refreshing aftertaste. The sweetness doesn't linger in the second half, so you can go all the way through! I don't think it had as much bitterness in the aftertaste as other types. I like that bitterness, but it's no substitute for deliciousness 😄. Thank you for the food👍
