One of my favorite sake terminology, nama-hashiroshi. It's been quite a while since I've had a bottle of Funaka Hachisaku, and I bought it.
It is a nice dry sake. And it seems to have a characteristic acidity. It is not only spicy, but the accent makes it easier to drink.
It's a good sake to drink with food! Thank you for the food!
