I think it tastes just like its name, light and fresh. It has sweetness, but it goes in easily. It is quite delicious.
As I drank more of it, I felt the sweetness and bitterness came more, but I enjoyed the transition of flavors. Thank you very much for the drink 😄.

I have been thinking that if I were to drink Ishizuchi, I would start with the green label, but the timing was not quite right and I finally found it.
It is a dry, well-balanced sake with good umami, acidity, and sake-like flavor!

I finally came across Yamamoto's raw sake and immediately bought it. Purple label with golden letters, noble atmosphere.
It has a strong umami flavor! It has a good acidity and freshness. It has a nice sharpness, so it is easy to drink despite its deep flavor.

The low white that was only served at the event was available at the liquor store. I had to buy it.
It does not have much of the "Kanbokuto" flavor, but it is delicious with a low-purity flavor and an unexpectedly clean aftertaste.

It is a delicious sake, with a clear, yet umami taste and a sharpness. I opened the bottle and drank it a week after opening, and it tasted better with more umami.

Junmai Daiginjo 35
Junmai Daiginjo 50%.
Daiginjo 40% lineup.
All were dry and tasty, but the 35% was the best. Maybe I was just fooled by the numbers😅.

I brought home with me my favorite word, which is less common this time of year, "unfiltered, raw sake" 😄 and my first Sogen.
It is very tasty with umami, acidity, bitterness and the tangy texture typical of namaishu.
It had the richness of a junmai sake, but it was also very drinkable! Thank you very much for the meal 😊.

I remember that the Junmai and the nigori were very good, so when I found the Junmai Ginjo, I immediately took it home.
