It is still delicious. It has a soft sweetness, acidity, and a nice bitter taste. The sweetness is surprisingly not too harsh and I can drink it all the time. I drink it all the time so it was gone in less than two hours 😂.
It was very tasty!

It was a little expensive, but I bought it because it was the end of the year.
It has a beautiful sake quality with gasiness and acidity at its core. It also has a nice crispness to it with a hint of umami. It is quite tasty.
I thought Aizan was characterized by sweetness and bitterness, but it was a sake that made me reaffirm the depth of sake by showing me that different makers can produce different flavors.

After much deliberation between Raku and this one, I was attracted to the arabashiri and bought this one.
It has the arabashiri taste that I wanted. It has a nice gasiness and a slightly peculiar flavor. The aftertaste does not linger in the mouth and it has a nice sharpness, so it went down quickly. It was delicious. Thank you very much.

I had seen this sake in a special issue of dancyu and wanted to try it, so I was happy to find it at a liquor store and bought it.
It is a clear and dry sake. At first it seems a little lackluster, but the sake has a good quality, and the more you drink it as a food sake, the more you feel at home with it. I thought it might be good heated, but I drank it all without trying.

We opened a bottle of this one that we bought last month to start the New Year's holiday.
My wife, who has no interest in sake brands and judges sake based on whether it tastes good or not, finally recognized Tazake and responded by looking at the label saying, "This is delicious, isn't it?

I bought it because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, although I was informed that it has a strong sweetness.
It has a nice balance of sweetness and umami, acidity, and a touch of bitterness! I thought the sweetness might bother me, but it didn't linger even in the second half and I enjoyed it all the way through.

It's a fun time of year with new sake being released one after another! Tanaka Rokugo's draft is also a pleasure at this time of the year.
It has a soft, mild and refreshing taste. It is a nice food sake that goes well with meals. I think it tastes better when mixed with ori.
It tastes good enough, but I would like to have a gaseous taste that is typical of nama-zake. Sorry for my selfish request😅.

Kappa is a sake I sought out and drank more than 10 years ago when I realized that dry sake tastes best when drunk. It's been a long time, and it's a fresh sake😊.

This is the second bottle of hanpukai 1sho.
It is a beautiful sake with a nice aroma and no hooking. It has a very good balance of gentle sweetness, umami, and acidity, and you never get tired of drinking it. You can drink it in large gulps. It was delicious! Thank you for the treat 😊.
I found that a bottle can be consumed in two days if a couple drinks it together. Be careful not to drink too much😅.

Finally, there is a store that carries it in Fukuoka Prefecture, so I bought it.
It has a slightly gassy, soft sweet and sour taste that goes down your throat smoothly. It is quite tasty.
After a week's layering, I felt it changed to a more umami and drinkable sake.

A liquor store's hanpukai.
Two bottles arrive every month for five months 🤣.
This is the first bottle this month.
It is dry and sharp with a sense of freshness, gasiness, and mellowness from the oli. In other words, it's one that I will drink very deliciously. My wife and I drank more than 70% of it on the first day. Two bottles a month...is that okay? I thought so, but I am fine. I drank the first bottle in two days.
