I bought it because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, although I was informed that it has a strong sweetness. It has a nice balance of sweetness and umami, acidity, and a touch of bitterness! I thought the sweetness might bother me, but it didn't linger even in the second half and I enjoyed it all the way through. It was delicious! Thank you for the food 😊.

It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Ki. I bought it because it is a draft sake and the bottle is beautiful, so I thought it would be tasty. It is delicious with a nice crispness, umami, and dryness. It is safe to drink. I think it is a good food sake 😆Thank you for the food 😊.

Hanpukai December. It tastes almost light but also has a nice umami flavor. It is moderately dry and not too heavy even if you keep drinking it. I drank it with Yose-nabe. Thank you for the food 😊.

It's a fun time of year with new sake being released one after another! Tanaka Rokugo's draft is also a pleasure at this time of the year. It has a soft, mild and refreshing taste. It is a nice food sake that goes well with meals. I think it tastes better when mixed with ori. It tastes good enough, but I would like to have a gaseous taste that is typical of nama-zake. Sorry for my selfish request😅. Thanks again for the food this year 😊.

Kappa is a sake I sought out and drank more than 10 years ago when I realized that dry sake tastes best when drunk. It's been a long time, and it's a fresh sake😊. It's so tight! Delicious! Moderately dry and refreshing! It's a perfect food sake that goes with everything! And you can buy it at a reasonable price. I recommend it👍

I wonder which came first, the beer or the first squeezed beer, but I won't be so tactless as to look it up 😆. Slightly sweet and well-balanced sake. The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is clean and refreshing, and you can drink a lot of it. Shichiken is still delicious😊.

This is the second bottle of hanpukai 1sho. It is a beautiful sake with a nice aroma and no hooking. It has a very good balance of gentle sweetness, umami, and acidity, and you never get tired of drinking it. You can drink it in large gulps. It was delicious! Thank you for the treat 😊. I found that a bottle can be consumed in two days if a couple drinks it together. Be careful not to drink too much😅.

Finally, there is a store that carries it in Fukuoka Prefecture, so I bought it. It has a slightly gassy, soft sweet and sour taste that goes down your throat smoothly. It is quite tasty. After a week's layering, I felt it changed to a more umami and drinkable sake. Thank you for the sake!

A liquor store's hanpukai. Two bottles arrive every month for five months 🤣. This is the first bottle this month. It is dry and sharp with a sense of freshness, gasiness, and mellowness from the oli. In other words, it's one that I will drink very deliciously. My wife and I drank more than 70% of it on the first day. Two bottles a month...is that okay? I thought so, but I am fine. I drank the first bottle in two days.

Sake brewery established in August this year in Fukuchi Town, Tagawa County, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is a neighboring town! Distribution has started in the local area, so we immediately bought & opened a bottle to support it! It is a craft sake. There was a mint and a lemon one, but after hearing that the standard sake had a stronger sake taste, I bought this one (mint). I did not detect any mint, but it was a nice balanced dry sake! If you smell it closely, it might be mint? It's a bit minty. If you are interested, please buy some 😄I wish you all the best in the future 😆. By the way, there is a sake brewery opening tomorrow, but I can't go because I have something to do 😂.

I have been thinking that if I were to drink Ishizuchi, I would start with the green label, but the timing was not quite right and I finally found it.
