I finally came across Yamamoto's raw sake and immediately bought it. Purple label with golden letters, noble atmosphere. It has a strong umami flavor! It has a good acidity and freshness. It has a nice sharpness, so it is easy to drink despite its deep flavor. It was quite delicious! Thank you for the food 😊.

Japanease Sake Subscription Service October at my parents' house. It's the kind that has a great flavor and sake feel, dry and drinkable all the time. It is delicious with a good sweetness and a robust flavor. However, it did not have much of the gassy feeling I was hoping for. The sweetness almost made me feel dull in the second half, but the moderate bitterness balanced it out and I was able to enjoy it to the end. Thank you for the meal😄.

The low white that was only served at the event was available at the liquor store. I had to buy it. It does not have much of the "Kanbokuto" flavor, but it is delicious with a low-purity flavor and an unexpectedly clean aftertaste. I drank it all up for now. Thank you for the drink 😄.

Fukuoka sake is one of the most popular sake brands in Japan, and we are planning to actively introduce it to the market. It is a delicious sake, with a clear, yet umami taste and a sharpness. As a glasses person, I bought them. I had high expectations because my past glasses have been delicious. Yup! Delicious! It has a nice gassy feeling, gentle sweetness and sourness! It's as clear as my vision when I put on my glasses! I don't have presbyopia! I just have trouble seeing small letters up close!

I know it's delicious, but I'm put off by Koshi. I was attracted to Hekisei and bought it. It is gassy and has a good volume of sweetness and acidity. And a little bitterness is good and sharp. It was quite delicious! Thank you very much for your kindness😄

Japanease Sake Subscription Service September at my parents' house. This brand is not found anywhere in Fukuoka Prefecture except near the production area. Junmai Daiginjo 35 Junmai Daiginjo 50%. Daiginjo 40% lineup. All were dry and tasty, but the 35% was the best. Maybe I was just fooled by the numbers😅. Thanks again for the food this month 😊.

I brought home with me my favorite word, which is less common this time of year, "unfiltered, raw sake" 😄 and my first Sogen. It is very tasty with umami, acidity, bitterness and the tangy texture typical of namaishu. It had the richness of a junmai sake, but it was also very drinkable! Thank you very much for the meal 😊.

I remember that the Junmai and the nigori were very good, so when I found the Junmai Ginjo, I immediately took it home. It was aromatic and refreshing on the palate, but it also had a delicious umami flavor and a bitterness that is typical of Ippodo. It is a perfect food sake and would go well with anything. The liquor store told me that Urakasumi is the best when it comes to hiyaoroshi! So I bought it 😊. I bought it 😊! Definitely 👍 It has a great balance of umami and sake, but not too heavy and not too light. It was delicious.
