❄️🌬️ suddenly got cold I'm very unsure if I should wear winter clothes or not
I found a label I had never seen before and bought it🤗.
Yopa Memo
I couldn't open the bottle easily.
I guess it was hard.
I guess it's been resting in the cellar for a while. 🙂↕️
No schwarz, but it's dry, tangy and sharp!
It also has a green apple 🍏 skiness to it.
This is a food wine 😁.
I was also expecting a bit of gasiness, but I didn't get much of it: ☹️
Good to drink with food 👌.
I think it plays a supporting role.
It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
thanks for the food
The aroma is soothing and fruity, with a hint of lactic acidity.
The taste is also very sweet and fruity. There is a slight fizziness that can be felt on the lips and tip of the tongue, and fresh citrus fruits such as lychee and orange. The last taste is slightly bitter with a gentle lingering sensation. The taste is right in the middle of the capsule family.
As a side note, the other day on Doi Shoten's insta-live, he was asked "What will be the next trend after sweet and sour fruity beverages? Mr. Doi responded, "I think the new Niigata Tanrei style that Tenryohai-san is aiming for is coming, and I hope it will be exposed to the light of day in the future. This trend, which is literally narcotic in flavor, will be the moment when sake itself is brought into the limelight, and when the taste standard for sake is established by people around the world.
We hope you will try it.
I bought this on my way home from the Tenzan Sake Brewery's Autumn Storehouse Open Days.
The owl of autumn, following the penguin of summer.
Cold sake
Fresh fruit aroma.
Smooth mouthfeel with gradually expanding umami and sweetness.
Aftertaste is gaseous with a hint of chilli.
Fresh, yet modern with roundness and classic elements.

I drank Kank Kank Kangen Ume before, was it a Shirokuma? I'm wondering if this is the route they're taking here?
It was the last sip, so it might not be the same as right after the bottle was opened, but it's a rare type where the sourness increases later on.
It seems clear and refreshing, but not too sweet.
At any rate, it's delicious, though it doesn't go well with the karazumi daikon!

Appearance: Colorless, clear, slightly thickened, no lees, slight bubbles.
Taste: [Aroma: ★★★★★] It has a fresh, pear-like aroma. In the mouth, there are faint bubbles, a moderate sweetness, and a full-bodied flavor. The aroma is like that of Japanese pears. There is a pungent taste like grated radish in the back.
The throat feeling: [★★★★★] is refreshing.
Change over time: ★★★★☆】As time passes after opening the bottle, the aroma and sweetness fade away and the rice flavor and spiciness become more noticeable.
Comment] A refreshing sake with a carbonated taste and soft sweetness. The refreshing carbonation and soft sweetness and aroma go well with long autumn nights. It is not as refreshing as Soushu, but not as rich as Mouchoushu. It is rather easy to drink.
Overall evaluation: ★★★★★B
