Saturday night we had... Kankoubai" 🍶 Yamada Nishiki I had heard about it somewhere and really wanted to take him there, so I visited many liquor stores, but none of them were able to take him there because they were out of stock... No way 😱They told me they got it from the fridge in the back of the store while talking to the clerk 🤣. Good job👍 Now that it has matured well, I'll have some 😋. From the slightly sweet aroma, the taste is also slightly sweet, but it flows smoothly and easily. This is delicious 😋! I think I heard it won a gold medal in something... but I can see why it's so good! It's the perfect sake for amateur sake drinkers like us, and just right for a beginner's sake 🥰.

. Dry DRY I'm still wondering what is "dry" dry? I still don't know what dry means😅. It has a refreshing aroma with a hint of sourness. When it's freshly opened and cold, there's a strong plum-like acidity at first. Then peachy and astringent. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes milder, but it is still very sour. After about the third day, the acidity becomes a little less pronounced, and the taste changes from apple-like to green apple-like. The aftertaste is astringent and crisp. When the acidity becomes mild, the aftertaste is astringent and tasty, which is my favorite 😋.
