Slightly weak fizziness.
Not too sweet, with just the right amount of acidity.
A good balance of acidity and not too much sweetness
Clear and clean sake
Neither flashy nor plain,
In a good sense, it is an honor student.
It can be served alone or with a meal.
This sake is made by the Kankoubai Sake Brewery in Mie Prefecture. It has been a long time since I have had a dry sake, how does it taste?
When I opened the bottle, I heard a popping sound. It is full of gas. And there is a faint ginjo aroma! It is indeed dry, but it has a robust flavor.
And there is a sharp aftertaste! The acidity is also quite effective!
It's a dry sake, too, and I'm going to have two or three more cups!
Well then~ ‼️
It's been a while since I've posted.
I've been thinking too much about my impressions and it was getting tedious to post them, but I'll put them up as a personal record!
As the name of the account says, it's a jackpot 🍶.
Easy to drink. It was a tangy and fun drink with some carbonation left in it.
The fourth drink at Komenohana was the Kankoume Owl by Kankoume Shuzo.
I have always enjoyed sake from Mie Prefecture, but this was a sake I had not had much of a chance to encounter, so I decided to try it.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, it is quite rich with sweetness and umami.
After it finishes, the bitterness spreads slowly, so I think it is a sweet sake, but it is not too sweet, and yet it is a delicious sake with a strong umami taste.
It was an evening that made me realize that this is a really good restaurant, and that sometimes it is a good time to visit a new restaurant and have a tanten (a drink).
Good evening, ma-ki 😃.
The owl label is cute (lol).
The design looks like something I would buy in a jacket.
I like the new development ✨.
Today's review is helpful since I've never drunk anything but Houou Mita 😄.
Thanks for your comment, soumacho.
The label is cute ⤴️
It really caught my attention 🎵
It's great fun to find a new restaurant that has a lot of alcohol that I don't normally drink because I can immerse myself in the drink 😊.

I couldn't help but reach for the owl🦉 as my eyes met his.
In fact, I am an owl lover who secretly goes to 🦉cafes.
When I opened the bottle, a white smoke was rising in the bottle.
It is a well-balanced sake with a pear-like flavor and a chili texture on the tongue, followed by a refreshing acidity.
It went well with sashimi of tuna and bluefin squid, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
From the second day, the gentle sweet flavor was similar to that of "Saku".
Good evening, Lutemi 🦉.
A new side to you 😳I see you like owls🦉❣️ then you can't miss this label 😆I haven't had it but I'm curious about rabbits🐰 and polar bears🐻❄️ and many other cute labels😁.
This is Kankoubai, which was served to us because there were only a few left. I like that it says Kankoubai in katakana around the neck. I would look for it in any series!
Somehow the label I removed was in my bag and my notebook was sticky. Shocking😂.
