@Home Drinking I got totally fat after spending every day drowning in alcohol during the New Year's holiday 😅. But I know it's the same for everyone else, so no problem 💦🤣 (right?). LOL!) Well, my first bottle after returning to Tokyo is Kangiku's Pray for ✨💎✨. I also had a bottle of 2024 but I only remember it having a beautiful mouthfeel... nothing 🙄🙄. Now drink the 2025 and say a few words: ☝️ 'Oh no, it's so good 🎶💓' After all, the beautiful sweetness and gentle texture on the tongue makes you feel different‼️😙. Last year I drank it with OCEAN99, so the flavors were a bit messy, but this time I drank it by the pin and it tasted so good 🥰. And it's one of those bottles that will fall into an endless loop 🤗.

Well, the first bottle of the new year is Momuro Sugi this year(^-^)v It is brewed in Miwa, which is associated with sacred sake, so we thought it would be a good choice for a New Year's celebration sake. ☝️ And this time it's SPARKLING, so it's perfect for a toast ✨🥂✨. When the bottle is opened, the cork cap comes off with a bang and a light sound is heard 🎶🍾🍾. Dry mouthfeel with a chirpy fizziness🫧🫧🫧. So~delicious ‼️ I opened a bottle of champagne with it, but this one is definitely my favorite🤗. Strawberry🍓 goes well with it‼️👍✨ Finally, I wish you all a fun year of drinking 🙏🙏.

Fukushima Sake Binding ⑥ A glass of sake at the usual BAR too: ☝️ We had "Kaze ga Kowaru" (Wind Blows), which is the first brand from the first brewery. Even though it's called "nama-shu", it's aged in ice temperature for a year🙄. The complex flavors of mellow sweetness and bitter acidity seem to have been removed from the corners 🤔. But I think that's just my preconceived impression because I heard it was aged for a year⁉💦🤣. It was delicious 😋.

Fukushima sake (5) Speaking of Fukushima sake, you have to drink Tobiroki too. ⁉️ This time it's a fresh Kasumi-shu from the first pressing! It has a light sweetness and silky mouthfeel like a light nigori sake, but the balance of umami is exquisite without being too overpowering✨. This beautiful taste is the reason why it is called the representative of Fukushima. ☝️ PS. Speaking of Tobiroki, there was an incident when my wife used it as a cooking sake... She said "I made a delicious simmered dish 😆" and she was so happy. Ignorance is invincible 🤣.

Fukushima Sake Binding ①. We had a year-end party with my family on this day 🎶🎶. I decided to drink only Fukushima Sake if we were going to drink in my hometown. ☝️ The first sake we chose was the first time to drink it. I thought it was my first time to try a sake brewery too 😅. The mouthfeel was about medium, but it was still very refreshing and crisp 😋. It was so easy to drink that even my wife, who is not a big sake drinker, could drink it. Oh, the horse was next year's zodiac sign. I was a bit flying 🤣.

. This Masayo had such an impact on me that my eyes widened at the first bite 👀‼️ Delicious❗Seriously delicious‼️ Perfect match 🎯. My favorite light nigori, light and pleasant to drink, with a great lingering taste ✨👏. PS. When I went back home the next day, I found this at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station and tried to buy it, but there was a huge line 😵💦 at the cash register. I gave up in tears because I couldn't make it in time for my 🚄😭.

I've been drinking Aizu Nakasyo as a food sake, but this Hatsu Shibori-Unfiltered Nama has a fruity aroma and freshness that makes it freshly pressed and lively 👍✨. And the slightly dry taste goes well with a meal. ‼️👌👌 There's no reason why it wouldn't go well with today's appetizer of Seiko Crab and Milt Tempura: ☝️

Merry Christmas to everyone 🎶‼️🧑‍🎄🎄✨ But this is a post that has nothing to do with anything 😅 lol Last weekend, I visited Iinuma Honke 🚘️ Since my last visit was in summer, I thought I'd stock up on some fresh sake this time... I was interested in this limited edition sake from the Shinshu Matsuri (New Sake Festival) and decided to bring it to you 😁. The label is in the shape of a paper hanging and there is a tassel on the neck. I'm sorry for the long preamble, but the taste is.... Well 🤔, the first sip gives the impression of bitterness and alcohol taste coming forward 🙄🙄. I'm a little concerned about it even though it's a Junmai Ginjo category with no brewing alcohol added  ☹️ There was a hardness in the taste even after drinking, so I heated it up and the bitterness changed to sweet and sour and it was Good...(^^)d

. And the white silver sea ... 🤍. After 5 or 6 times of struggling to open and close the screw cap, the bottle was finally opened💦. This is the most vibrant nigori I've had so far this year 💃. The aroma is not as strong as the Ginhai I just had⁉🙄🙄. Now for the taste... It has a strong sense of effervescence 🫧🫧😍, but while I can enjoy the unique nigori taste, the individual impact is a little less 🤔. It's not a particularly acidic type, so you can't deny the monotonous feeling 😟. I think the original flavor will be more apparent when the gas subsides a little 🤔. I'll observe for a few days ☝️ P.S. After 2 days, the gas is gone and I can taste the delicate flavor.

Silver Sea vs White Silver Sea We drank Departure and SnowSea together on this day 😉. They are not siblings as they have different specs, but they have similar names 🤣. Let's start with Silver Sea... Nice aroma wafting through the air 💓 Now the first sip... 🙄. Light sweetness and very light on the palate✨‼️ It may be the freshness of new sake, but this may be lighter and sweeter than I expected 😋⁉️ It's delicious water☝️(my compliment👏) This is the type of sake that you can drink so easily that you forget how much you drank⁉🤗🤗

. First time at Toyobai. I was under the impression that this sake is best served warmed, but I had it cold as recommended 😋. Oh 😍, it's so good ‼️ It has a light sweetness and a fruity taste that is totally different from what I imagined 😅. I really enjoyed the freshness that only new sake can have.
