@BAR Kakunoya Suddenly, the third house was at my usual BAR. One step ahead of myself on this day, too. But this time it's Junmai unfiltered raw sake ☝️ It's fun to drink new sake with a freshness and a freshness that makes you feel a little unsettled 😁. . Yesterday we had dinner at Hamayaki Seafood Izakaya in front of Koriyama station 🦪. The 🍺 has moistened our taste buds and it's time for some sake 😁. First, I chose Takashimizu, which doesn't interfere with the meal: ☝️ It's really refreshing and goes too well with grilled food 👌👌. By the way, this restaurant's mokkiri has a three-tiered design, even the saucer is full of water 👀‼️ This is a perfect service 💯‼️🤣 I can't miss my favorite albacore even when it's grilled on the beach 🤗.

. It's been a really long time 💓 Come to think of it, I always drank only at this store and never met her at other stores 🤔. The episode when I drank Sairai for the first time 😅 is now a nostalgic memory 🤗. This is the first time I drank new sake Shiboritate Nama (freshly squeezed raw ‼️) Of course it's delicious 😆⤴️ The acidity is as gentle as ever 🥰. And... I sipped on something boring again😅lol

. I thought I was sensing a robust flavor and when I looked at the back, it was ice cold aged Koshi... So that's why I got that impression too 🙄. Still, I enjoyed it in my usual Kouji style, gulping it down 😋. I've never had a bad experience with this brand, so in my opinion, it's a brand I can drink with peace of mind 🥰. With my favorite albacore tempura ✨. Blissful moment ‼️😆

. I'm told the acidity is the concept, but I'm not sure it's strong enough to be felt that much 🤔. It is certainly a little bit different from the previous Shippuda sake, and apart from the taste, there is also an impression of fruit like grapefruit with a bit of bitterness 🙄. It's been a while since I've been on the corner ‼️ I knew I'd start with Koshi ☝️ I can only hope for the best when it's a light nigori sake straight from the kettle💓 The sweetness is moderate and the mouthfeel is just right 😋. The light nigori gives it a moderate mellow flavor, making it twice as delicious 😋😋. Koshi has a nice aroma after all.

@BAR Kakunoya Long time visit to the shot bar in front of Koriyama station that I used to frequent. What a great selection of Sake 👀‼️ Sake from Fukushima of course 😆. So I had a Gakki and an Ippouki in between the Western Sake 🥃! Sake in a bar is a strange feeling 🤣.

@Home drinking I had never had a chance to drink this sake, which was given to me by my junior colleague as it is a local sake, so we opened it together. Contrary to my imagination, it is light, sweet and easy to drink 😋👌👌. And when it's Jun Dai, it's easy to drink 🤗. I couldn't save it any more, I had to switch between 3 different kinds of sake 😅. I knew that from the beginning 🤣.

@Drinking at home I brought another bottle of Mutsu Hachisen Orikarami🤍. The taste of this less sweet and slightly silky drink is soothing 💕. The slight acidity also adds a nice refreshing taste 👌👌. It's light nigori, I still like it 🥰.

I've been cutting back on alcohol and now it's eye poison for me ☠️ But I found myself buying it 🤭 (when did you know 🤔) And I took the trouble to bring you all the way to Fukushima💦.
