Unlike the usual label design, it has a simple appearance.
The mouthfeel is medium, but not too sweet.
It has a fresh taste, but it also reminds me a little bit of Classic type 🤔.
I changed it to a side dish of ponzu (red bean paste vinegar) and the astringency that I was feeling was harmonized 👌.

For my first bottle of the new year, I too decided to make a zodiac sign label 😉.
The endorsement says that Imanishi Shuzo brews sake in the lap of Ogami Shrine, where they believe in a white snake as an incarnation of God... so it was brewed only for the year of the snake 🤔.
The taste has a slight gassy feeling and a light sweetness that spreads pleasantly in the mouth ❗
The balance of acidity is also exquisite ❗👍️
This deliciousness was a winner 🎯, so it looks like it will be a good year.

It's New Year's Eve 😅
I was going to stock up on Jyushiro for the 400th Kiri number, but I got this one so it saved me a lot of time and money 😆.
And yet, I went over the 400th mark while out drinking in Tokyo 🤪 I can't count every time 💦🤣.
Jyushidai was the first sake I let my son drink as a college student, and it was the sake that made me fall in love with sake!
I was able to drink it with my son when he was back home this time, so it was probably a good decision to bring it over 👌.
The taste is of course unmistakable 😋.
The aroma, the unctuous sweetness, the deep umami that I can't even begin to analyze 😅, and the lingering aftertaste that spreads ✨.
My heart is dancing💓
Now for the evening service, I have to help with the goma memorial service at the temple on New Year's Eve.

After a little while, my tongue got used to it and I started to taste a light sweetness and the flavor settled down. 👍️
Still, it might be better to warm up the sake right after opening it, as it might have a corner.
It would be interesting to enjoy the change over time after that 😆.

First up is "Tea no Tenmei".
We had a bottle of this in February, but this one is a one year low temperature aged Tenmei.
It's not heavy because it's only been aged for a year 😙.
It has a little more depth with aging. It has a 🤔-like flavor and the acidity that is typical of Tenmei is still there, so it's a great drink 😋.
I have to drink it as much as I can because there are a lot of bottles that I received 🥴.

I requested something light and sweet, and this is Winter Moon 🎯.
Of course, this is my first time to drink this brand and my third sake from Okayama 😅.
After having had a dry sake, it had a moderate sweetness on the surface that made me feel at ease 😋.
It has a strong umami flavor, but the acidity gives it a sharpness, so it wasn't too heavy.

Now "Takachiyo" in Kanji!
Hiragana, English, and of course Kanji 😉.
This sake was selected by the manager to go well with the crabmeat ☝.
The strong umami or dryness of the sake is not overpowered by the richness of the crabmeat and asserts the deliciousness of each other ❗
But they didn't fight with each other at all, they had a synergistic effect. 👍️
The dry taste is very sharp 👌

I stopped by this restaurant while I had some business nearby 😆(first visit).
The first cup was the Hiragana "Takachiyo".
The sweetness was not as strong as I expected, but the juiciness was more pronounced 🙄 The orikashi was light and smooth 🙄.
The orikiri is also light and has a smooth flavor.
