. Aizu Horse Sashimi Restaurant in Kanto, Japan, where you can enjoy delicious Aizu Horse Sashimi and try the Aizu Local Sake Comparison! All of them are purchased by Uekiya Shoten. (1) Aizu Nakasyo Jun Dai, Uekiya's exclusive (2) Miyazumi Ginjo (3) Botan no Hana Haru Orikagarami (1) is Jun Dai, so it was a quick sip! (2) is also delicious. 👍️ I thought it was a little pale for an orikagami, but it was +10 dry 🤔. I got it after I was quite drunk, so I don't remember much & it wasn't a comparison 🤣.

. I asked for a recommendation for warmed sake, and this was the Hana Haru. I've never been a big fan of heated sake, but tonight I was cold, so I didn't hesitate to order it 🍶. I was not bored with the dry sake, so I kept coming back to it and unusually, I had 3 gos of the same thing 🤣. I was so happy that I could repeat it and I ended up drinking 3 goules of the same one 🤣 I'm sure heated sake will sink in from now on when you give it a try.

@Home Drinking I'm with Masayo again 🤭. Zuika here, the aroma is muscat-like and certainly on the gorgeous side (unusually nasal 🤣). The sweetness is moderate, just a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly, the bitterness and acidity come to the fore in the mouthfeel. Not too light as Hiyori, but with a good depth of flavor and a lingering elegant aftertaste.

. Up until now, my encounters with Minami have been limited to Tokujun, but this time it's Jun Dai! Even though it is jun-dai, the ginjo aroma is subdued and gentle. The mouthfeel is firm at first, but the clear and refreshing taste and the lingering aftertaste give it the character of jun-dai and make you feel the quality of a higher grade. I guess you should drink Tokujun with fresh bonito tataki and Jun Dai with ayu fish from the clear stream⁉ The name "Ayu" is also "Ayu" 🤣. PS. The real meaning of "An-yu" is different though.

@Drinking at home I chose this one because the store's POP said the theme was "light sweet taste"...! The first sip has a gentle sweetness and a refreshing taste. The sweetness was more moderate than I expected and not clingy or sticky, making it a pleasant drink 😋. After the second sip, the sweetness disappears from the stage and the acidity takes the lead 🤔. It's a very good drink that makes you drink more and more ⁉🤣. Unlike drinking outside, it is also good to keep drinking one type of sake.

. Drunken Whale Autumn Agari, which I had last year. It was when I hadn't written a review yet, so I took a sip without recalling it 🤣. I've always had a bit of a problem with Yamahai brewing. I've always had a bit of a problem with Yamahai brewing, but this one is delicious with just the right amount of rice flavor and a mild mouthfeel 😋. This one looks good heated too⁉🤔. I'm not a big fan of heated sake, but.... I will enjoy it this year.

Drinking at home The bottle was opened easily without any movement even though the cork was loosened with care 🤣. The aroma is subdued with a subtle ginjo aroma. The taste is light, with a light base and a good accent of sweetness and acidity. I wanted to feel a little more of the gasiness that is a characteristic of Moriboshi. Is this a difference of the lot? 🤔 Therefore, the overall impression was a little different from the image of Oumachi, and it was very refreshing.

@Drinking at home First time drinking Saku Junmai Sake! The rice flavor is very apparent on the palate 😋. But it also has a freshness to it that makes it a well-balanced sake that I never get tired of drinking. Even for a reasonably priced standard sake, Saku has not cut any corners.

. Koryu's Four Seasons Series This year we drank Spring Shibori, Summer Shibori, and this Autumn Agari! But I didn't drink the first one, the winter one 😱. I'll have to wait for the next time 🤣. The taste is the refined basic taste of Kuroryu with a good matured taste. The best balance of not too sweet and not too spicy taste sinks in ☺.

Out of focus photo 🤣 Aromatic fruity aroma followed by a slightly mellow sweetness. This flavor is probably due to the six months of fresh aging⁉ I want to drink it slowly and repeatedly 😋. Deep flavors go well with autumn. PS. I was saying that summer sake is easy to drink until the other day... (^^;)
