Sake and Meshi RIKI" 🍶 in Kumamoto Sake and rice at RIKI 🍶. Milt as a side dish is a good start, isn't it? 😆😆 The first drink was Jikin Origigarami 🤩. It was my first time so I was happy to be able to drink it ✨. Freshly squeezed new sake Freshness is outstanding! It has a nice gassy feel to it! Melon-like fruity taste, soft sweetness, and a strong flavor of the tailings. Delicious! It's a very good wine 😊.

Kaze Wa Kaze Yawaraka Sake made with "Gohyakumangoku" from Sado Island Light fruity aroma Tropical nuances such as lychee, coconut and coconut milk Full of freshness with a nice slight effervescence Firm sweetness and flavor Sweet and sour fruitiness spreads in the mouth 😋. The rich umami and gentle acidity intertwine with each other gently like silk. There is a lingering aftertaste, but it is not harsh and crisp. Niigata sake is said to be light and dry, but this is different! Sake is fun 😚. The snack was a piece of nori seaweed that I bought in Saga on this trip, sandwiched between eel and camembert cheese 🤭. Kyushu Trip No. 11 I don't drink aged sake because I don't like the smell of aging. I ordered this ice-cold aged sake because of my poor eyesight 😆. The result was totally unexpected 😱. Slightly bubbly on the tongue even though it's ice-aged. I don't really feel the sense of aging. The aroma is also easy to drink without the characteristic old sake feeling. Fruity apple taste from sweetness and acidity Roundness and a little viscosity It has a freshness, but also has a nice umami flavor. I think you can enjoy this sake by itself without any other ingredients. Good with strong flavored food 👌 Teppanyaki horse hormone, horse sashimi, horse liver sashimi, and more! The equestrian statue of Yoshimitsu in Kasumijo Park, Yamagata Prefecture, is a masterpiece in my opinion 😚. This time, since I came all the way to Kagoshima, I went to Ijuin station and saw the statue of Shimazu Yoshihiro in front of the station. This statue is also rare in Japan. Brought back from the liquor store across the street from the ruins of Saga Castle😄. Open a bottle of Koei Kiku Snow Crescent that I bought for New Year's Day! A light nigori with a hint of ori that reminds me of snow falling. ⛄️ The moment I took the film off The cork almost popped and spurted out😱😱😱"Pon❗❗❗" and 🍾. I didn't expect it to be so violent First the supernatant When poured into the cup, the bubbles are super energetic like a cola💦💦. Tastes like melon soda It's squishy and pops in the mouth like carbonation. The taste is dry and very refreshing with a bit of bitterness. When you mix it Not only the supernatant but also the muddy part is good! The sweetness and mellowness have increased and the bitterness has diminished. It has a grapefruit-like astringency, so you will never get tired of drinking it 😚😚. It's delicious with a little bit of sweetness after a little bit of time 😋. I finished it in no time! The bowl is Shiraishi ware from Saga Miyaki town, rustic and warm I bet it would taste even better with a glass of "Sunokure" from Koeikiku Sake Brewery in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture 😋. Kyushu Trip No. 8 Happy New Year everyone 🎍. We look forward to working with you in the New Year. 🙇‍♂️ When I went to Kumamoto, I took a wrong turn on the way to Minamiaso. I went into the parking lot of a store and decided to turn around. There was a sign that said "No passing through" 😆😆😆😆. I looked at the sign of the store and saw that this was the same liquor shop I visited last January 😱😱😱😱. It was fate that brought me here 😆😆 I decided to pull over and take a look. The result was I walked out of the store with this nigori, 4 bottles of sake and a bag of dried firefly squid 😆😆😆. Winter somehow makes me want to drink nigori. I can't help it 🫠. There was a warning about opening the bottle, but I opened it quietly without blowing! The amount of nigori is unbelievable! It's creamy and super thick ‼️, like a soft, smooth, doburoku! The gasiness is just right. The taste is dry and refreshing with a hint of sourness. The snack was "Tonsoku no Tororo ni Nimin" (Slowly simmered pork feet) by Marukyoshokusan, a food company in Sasebo, Japan. Pork feet simmered in a light broth and pulled together. Warmed up, it was delicious! I love it and want to eat it regularly 🥺🥺🥺🥺.

I was surprised that sake from far away Tohoku can be drunk in Kagoshima, located in the southern part of Japan Is the production of Tasake quite large? 🤔 I happened to see it in many liquor stores and izakaya on this trip to Kyushu. On the contrary, I did not see any Sentoku in the neighboring prefecture of Miyazaki 😞😞😞😞😞😞. While visiting Saiki in Oita Prefecture, I went to a restaurant I've always wanted to visit! The seafood here is amazing! The fish tank was full of lobsters 🦐🦐. Saiki is a major producer of lobsters! The sashimi was plump, sweet and delicious! Good evening everyone🤗 Tonight is Christmas, and I'm using this as an excuse to open a bottle of alcohol and celebrate! Ever since I drank the Central, I can't get over the taste of it! After a year I can finally drink it 😋. It's gassy and sizzling! The top part was stirred on its own when I poured it out 😱. I panicked a bit😅😅 The mellowness of the nigori and the fizziness coexist nicely Excellent sweetness and rich taste And the bitterness in the back that reminds me of grapefruit. I never get tired of drinking it! It smells like grapefruit juice and tastes like grapefruit juice too! It is the best 🥰. The side dish was fresh dried mullet I saw at the market this morning! Beautiful color and inexpensive! Cook both sides in butter, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let the residual heat cook the inside of the fish. Unfortunately, the heat was not quite right and the inside was a bit dry😅.

I checked out Takehara Butcher Shop. (I've never been there...) I used to eat horse sashimi set meal at Sakashita drive-in right next to Gonoi's. The stewed horse meat is also delicious. I recommend Kiichi for Kitakata ramen.

The next day at noon, we went to Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery! Then, about 30 minutes away, we had lunch at a sunken hearth charcoal grill deep in the mountains! The mountain road to the restaurant is difficult to drive, with one lane on each side, but it is worth the time. This is a very famous restaurant! 4.32 on the food log ✨ The chicken skin is crispy and juicy, the meat is chewy and juicy... Chicken 🐔 is so different in texture when it's too fresh. Just grill it over charcoal and eat it. The ingredients are what make the difference. I've eaten a lot of chicken in my life. Golden Chun Chun🐣 Hiden Hidden Nama Hashiroshi Standing aroma is Fuji apple 🍎. It's so gorgeous! It's as if the surrounding area is filled with the scent of apples. 🙂‍↕️ Slightly gassy Not as sweet as other Kinjaku, and the sweetness is quite moderate. The lactic acidity from the sake's yeast yeast is not so strong, but you can feel the presence of the acidity. Intertwined with the apple aroma, it is like biting into an apple in the mouth🥹. It is thick and drinkable. The umami is also strong and very elegant. The bitterness comes out at the end and the aftertaste is clean. The bitterness is distinctive, with a hint of chocolate. For me personally, the aroma and flavor are best when the temperature is low 😋. After drinking only 3 cups, I was too lazy to leave it in the fridge for a while! After a few days, the sweetness increased and the aroma changed When I first opened the bottle, the aroma was 9 apple to 1 lactic acid. Now the lactic acid is stronger, 7 apple, 3 lactic acid, plus a little bit of alu Slightly gassy feeling is still present. The aftertaste is exceptional, mature.
