It has a fruity aroma like pear, very gorgeous! From the first sip...oooooh 🤩. Thick and heavy flavor Sweet and easy to drink 🥰. I bought this sake from Hirado, Nagasaki when I traveled to Kyushu in January! The moment I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound! It sounded so good! I opened the bottle six months after I bought it, and it was amazing that it had a perfect gassy feeling 😋. The bouncing fizzy feeling is fun and very easy to drink! A hint of sweetness The flavor is soft. The bitterness of grapefruit gives it a sharpness that I really like! I drank the whole bottle in no time 🤣. I first heard of Fukkai through a recommendation from a yakitori restaurant in Kumamoto! After drinking it at the yakitori restaurant, I immediately went to the liquor store and bought two bottles to bring back to Taiwan! Thank you so much for letting me meet such a great sake💕. I actually booked another flight to Saga Airport in December! I am looking forward to my next trip to Kyushu 🧳 ✈️

Sakushu Musashi Kenkou Gekkou Gekkou Gekkou Ultimate Daikarakuchi Genshu This is a local sake from Mimasaka in northeastern Okayama Prefecture, the birthplace of Musashi Miyamoto! As the name implies, it's very dry 😆. Sake degree +28 or higher, this is no joke! It is a very assertive sake, so it goes perfectly with a local dish of Okayama, "boiled yellow chives", which is a habitual dish of Okayama 😋. Onra Yamadanishiki Junmai It seems to be named after an ancient demon from the Kibi region in the southern part of Okayama Prefecture! Kokuwaku 😱. 80% polished Yamadanishiki produced in Kume Minami-cho, Okayama Prefecture. Dry taste Grain taste Slightly old sake aroma Personally, I didn't like it 🥲. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

This is the first time for me to visit this place Okayama Kamogata Sake Kujira Masamune "Dainippon Bicchu no Sake" 🐋. The writing on the label is awesome! There was a time when whaling was very popular in the Seto Inland Sea, and this brand name was born. This is another hard-drinking sake that is perfect for a meal. The strong umami stands out. The acidity is very characteristic. The photo shows Tottori Sand Dunes and Beef Bone Ramen🍜. The beef bone broth is refreshing, but the beef bone broth is very well-done and tasty 😋! My girlfriend went to Tottori with a friend for a visit. I wasn't going to go, but I did at the last minute🤣. So! I finally found a sake from Tottori✨. When I think of Tottori, I think of strong. I've never had strong before! First we ordered three different strong sakes to compare 😆. Inabatsuru, Hiokizakura and Chiyomusubi! You can see the amber color! All of them have a mature taste 😆. The rice flavor is very strong! It might be difficult for those who are not used to this mature taste 😆.

I love Nabeshima😁. It's quite expensive, but I bought it on impulse! Aroma of pear 🍐 rises up. Good body, leaning towards a rich flavor. The taste of rice is also well expressed, soft and round. Overall, it is plump and satisfying to drink. It is quite fruity without much gasiness. After 2 or 3 glasses, the sweetness gradually comes out. Great pear🍐 and grape🍇 flavors The bitterness and astringency, similar to black grapes, are elegant. This unique and characteristic grape-like taste is really good! I drank half of it and let the rest sit for a few days. The astringency is a bit muted, which I like, and the sweetness and other flavors balance out the astringency. Sweet and juicy, like drinking pear juice 🤤. It tastes so good, it's a shame to drink it🥺💓 I'll leave it for a few more days and see how it goes.

Tonight I'm drinking a bottle of Hiran Kagura Unfiltered Nama Sake😄. This is one of the most delicious Hiran I've ever had! The ginjo aroma is too gorgeous when you open the bottle! It smells like pineapple. Too bad the aroma disappeared in an instant! It looks a little cloudy. The mouthfeel is fresh and gassy. Mellow sweetness and umami spread when you drink it. Pear? At any rate, it's full of fruitiness The fresh juiciness is irresistible💕💕💕! When the temperature is not so cold, the fullness of the umami comes out and it is good. The bitterness brought out in the umami is gentle. The alcohol content is a pleasant 14 degrees. It is easy to drink, so it's not bad at all! I like it very much. I regret buying only one bottle 🥲🥲.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃.
