☀️
Light amber color🟡.
Slightly bitter and a little astringent too 😗.
I thought "mmmm", but it says "for fish only".
Then I got sushi 🍣 and drank it 🍶.
What a sweet taste when the sushi rice is added: ❗️
I am amazed at the great taste change 😳
Taste is a strange thing 🤗
Hi Hiro 🐦.
Takeyuki has such a fun label on their sake 😆 Is it dedicated to fish? I want to experience the change when I drink it with 🍣😻I want to drink it while looking at the label then~ 🐟️🐟️🐟️
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Yes, Takeyuki has a fish focus label too 🐟.
What a wonderful way to have a cup of ❣️ looking at the label while eating sushi. If you get a chance 😆.
There was a Takeyuki liquor store special Ver, so I bought it out of curiosity.
Not that I really like Takeyuki, but I'm curious about test brewing and only being sold at that liquor store.
The aroma is muscat-like, and on the palate, it's...kind of blah, huh? The taste is not clear.
Another sip, yeah, not that much.
At first I was surprised by the unpleasant atmosphere. Thin sugar water, a little acid, a little hot throat type of drink.
Yeah, I didn't dislike it, but I didn't like it.
It's 15%, so it's a bit heavy to drink, but it doesn't have a heavy feeling. In the best case, it is easy to drink.
It's a little bit of both, so I don't like it, but I don't dislike it.
6.2
Fresh muscat aroma. The palate is sweet, but soon the deep flavor of rice spreads. The aftertaste is refreshing and not clingy, and the cups of sake go from one to the next.
For the first time, it's a saga den den den den den let's go!
What is this?
Very tasty.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is excellent!
It is said to be made with Ogawa yeast.
I tried it with cream cheese.
It is delicious!
Isn't it the best cosmetics too?
It's so cool! Kakkiin!
The sweetness of the lactic acid bacteria and the sourness are just right.
The aftertaste is not too strong, and it is very easy to drink, so you can have many glasses.
The label suggests that it is for Christmas.
It looks like it would be good to drink instead of champagne.
Takeyuki with Ogawa Yeast
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity
Tastes like melon juice
Quite similar to instrumental Masamune in the same honjozo
I guess it's too cosy and tasty.
Rice polishing ratio 58%, 14% alcohol by volume (undiluted)
I bought this sake because of its pop label, which is unfamiliar to Takeyuki.
It seems to be brewed by a toji who loves bicycles, using Ogawa yeast.
It has a gorgeous aroma, moderate sweetness, umami, and acidity. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It is a good sake with a spring breeze that makes you want to go for a walk as the weather gradually warms up. Sake
You will enjoy its robust flavor. The sweet mouthfeel, bitter aftertaste, and short finish highlight the balance of the wine. It is easy to pair with a variety of dishes.
9 points (wife: 8.5 points)
Rice used : 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio : 60
Alcohol content : 14
Sold at: Jishu Senmaru (Sapporo, Minami-ku)
Shoe when opened
It has a slight gaseous taste.
Slightly grape and lychee-like top notes
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, the soft umami and sweetness of the rice spread out with a touch of gas and soft acidity, leaving a lingering sweetness of the rice that quickly fades away.
It is fresh, mild, not too sweet, well-balanced and refreshing, so it goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
It went well with pork and mushrooms in Japanese salted kelp butter soy sauce.
Hi Masaaki Sapporo 🐦.
I've never drank at home, but I love you delicious ❣️ I'd love to try a light nigori 😊.
That's a great liquor store with a lot of sake 😳I don't think I'll be out for a while 😆.
Thank you, Pon 😃I was the first brave man to hear the reputation myself 😋 liquor stores, usually buy the desired product with extras 😅 If you don't have a strong will, the stock will ----.
