A friend of mine who lives in Kyoto gave me this souvenir when she went back home😊 She didn't know what to expect so she bought what the store owner recommended. Thank you 🙏. Fruity aroma. Sourness that spreads in the mouth. The rice flavor that can be felt slowly. Then, it slowly finishes with a bitter taste 🍶. I thought it was cold because it was left in a room without fire, but it was warm today so it wasn't that cold 😅. When my wife found it on the table, she drank it "Itadakari~" and declared it "spicy" 😛. Tomorrow I have to take off work to renew my driver's license. I wonder if I can make it even with a hangover.

Cork opened to commemorate the founding🍶. The bottle is opened with a sip. It has a gentle aroma. The schnappiness spreads to the mouth 🫧 The balance between acidity and umami is great 😋. The alcohol content is 19 degrees. It's good 🤗. I've been slogging around all day today, so I'm going to let the drunkenness take over and go to bed.

It's cold 😨 so I'm in the mood for heated sake 🍶 I was looking for something and found this Junmai sake from Kitajima Shuzo. I got it as an extra when I bought the direct 😍 It always comes with an extra. Thank you, boss. Bitterness ahead when cold. It has an underlying umami flavor. And when served hot, the acidity and umami spread out. The acidity and umami spread out. I finished 300ml!

Hello, tsukumogami 😃. I'd like to recommend you Gidairae-san! I think I only see Kitajima at the liquor store 🥲I'd like to drink it if I come across it 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🍶. I was once told that Kitajima only wholesales to bars. So I was surprised when I saw it at a liquor store 😳 I think you can find Mishiroe at very ordinary liquor stores. Like in the basement of a department store 🤗.

It's been a long time since I've had a good time with Gidayoei🍶. This is the first sake of February 1st. It says be careful when opening the bottle, but it's not that big of a deal. You can open the bottle normally! At first you can't taste it, but the flavor spreads with a sense of fizz. At the same time, bitterness follows and remains as a lingering aftertaste. It's been a long time since I've had this one, but it's still delicious 😋 I'm already halfway through it😅.

One of my favorites 🍶 Slightly sweet and strong effervescence. Low alcohol content and drinks like a beer😅. I thought it was a bit expensive, then I got an idea: ❣️ Why not just crack open a bottle of sake? I tried many things and found out that Sake to Carbonated is 6 to 4🤗.

Sake Mirai Rice: 100% Yamagata-grown Sakemirai Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Yeast used: Japanese Sake degree: Acidity: 15%: Alcohol content: 15 Tomorrow is the end of my long vacation 😭 I can't keep drinking tomorrow, so I opened a bottle today 🍶 A collaboration between Miino Kotobuki and Calbee miino 😊 A set of sake, miino soramame and a sake cup. Slightly golden color. The saltiness of the miino enhances the sweetness of the future sake! Sake and salt go well together after all 😋.

The following is a list of the ingredients Rice: 100% improved Omachi produced in Okuidumo Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Fermenter: No. 7 Japanese Sake Degree: Acidity: Alcohol content: 16%. The Hakone Ekiden (relay race) was so interesting that we couldn't help but open the bottle 🍶. Gentle fruity aroma. The color is clear. First, there is the acidity. The rice flavor can be felt slowly. I think it goes better with Western food than Japanese food. The taste changes after opening the bottle, the difference in taste depending on the temperature range, and it was gone before I had time to try it 😅.

Happy New Year, Mr. Tsukemogami 🌅. Hakone Ekiden! It was fun, but I'd like to see the return leg where the leaders were in the balance a bit more 😅Don't you think drinking while watching sports speeds up your progress? I look forward to working with you again this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻‍♀️

The wine is made from the following ingredients Source rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 90 Fermenter: No additives Japanese Sake Degree: -5 Acidity: 2.7 Alcohol content: 17 Work is over and the New Year is just around the corner 🤗 with a bottle of sake I've been curious about 🍶. This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki harvested in the brewery's hometown of Ota City, Shimane Prefecture, and brewed in a wooden vat using a raw yeast strain. The first tank was opened in 2020, and the sake has been aged for nearly five years 🍶. Beautiful golden color 😍 Nutty aroma. I wanted to drink it cold, but it was left in an unused room. I wonder if it's less than flowery cold? Sourness and bitterness spread 🍶 When it rolls around in your mouth, you can feel the richness and sweetness. So warmed ❣️ The sweetness spreads and mellows out. Toughness nama yeast. We are looking forward to seeing how it will grow.

This purple label uses Roots36 as the koji mold. The only difference from the pink label is the koji mold. It has a citrus aroma. The color is clear. The acidity spreads in the mouth. There is a faint sweetness in the aftertaste. If the acidity were a little weaker and the sweetness stronger, it would be more to my liking. This sake is also delicious cold 😋.

Mild aroma. Faint golden color. When I took a sip, I thought it was a "slurp," but as it passed straight through my mouth, it was refreshing. It drinks like water, just like I felt when I drank it before 😋. The liquor store recommended Kamikan (top warming) as well, so I went right ahead and tried it 🍶 Taste & acidity are mashing 🤗 The flavor is more assertive when heated up. You can drink it cold or warmed up to your liking. The Asahi Ponzu a la carte didn't taste like Asahi Ponzu 😅.

We will be receiving the autumn clouds next week, so today we open a bottle of summer clouds at ❗️ This month is Izumo Fuji month 🤗. The balance between acidity and umami is exquisite 😋. The bitterness increases as the temperature rises. The bitterness disappears and the umami doubles while eating Kappa Ebisen "Hanamo Salt and Smoked Chili Pepper Flavor" 😋.
