I got it casually at a liquor store I go to. Is it a series of products made by several breweries based on the same concept? It seems to be a series of sake brewed under the same concept. According to the explanation on the Japan Famous Sake Brewers' Association website, it is a "pure sake" with "junmai ginjo" "arabashiri" + "unfiltered" + "nama-genshu" (raw sake). It starts with a slightly floral and gentle sweetness, and its umami and sharpness are both elegant and beautiful! I would like to pair it with a Shokado bento box lunch while viewing cherry blossoms. However, the day I opened the bottle, I had "sukiyaki" for dinner, which was served in a sweet and spicy soy sauce sauce 😅 Is this a mismatch? I thought it might be a mismatch, but when I drank the sake with the beef, I found that it went well with the beef. ......... That's right, it goes well with it. ❣️ The sweet and spicy soy sauce of the sukiyaki and the sweetness of the sake are in harmony, and the elegant flavor comes alive. Sauce with sweet and spicy sauce and <maccharine sake>. It's a unique marriage of Japanese side dishes. Oh, it was delicious 😋 Thanks for the food ✨.

My daughter received a set of four HINEMOS as a souvenir. It is a new style of sake that has direct sales stores in Harajuku and Nakameguro, and is a new way for people who are not used to drinking sake to try it. Of the 12 varieties, the set included NIJI, SANJI, YOJI, and GOJI. YOJI has a slightly carbonated lemon liqueur-like flavor and is suitable as an aperitif. NIJI and SANJI are described as dry, but they are lighter and less sake-like to go well with Western food. GOJI is described as a clear amazake-like drink, but it's like drinking homemade syrup😅......... but what a great match for pasta with lots of melted cheese, served with garlic shrimp sauce❗️ If you drink it thinking it's sake, you'll be surprised, but it's fun to play around with pairing it with olive oil, cheese, cream sauces, and other dishes that are normally difficult to pair with sake: ❣️

It's the first time I'm drinking rainfall at home... ♪ It is 90% polished rice with a very characteristic, deep flavor and mild acidity. I had never heard of mizumoto, so I searched the Internet and found that it seems to be a method of making sake that has been handed down since the Muromachi period (1336-1573). The color is yellowish and the taste is unique, but it is a perfect food sake. Tonight we had hand-rolled sushi, and it goes well with horse mackerel sashimi from Odawara! I'm sure I'll keep drinking it. I find it has a more subdued flavor when it is slightly closer to room temperature than when it is fresh out of the refrigerator cold. The label says it can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures from cold to hot, so I'll try the rest of it hot after tomorrow 😍. Oh, it was delicious ❗️ Thanks for the treat 😋!

The other day, I went to Yugawara Onsen and carried it back the next morning from a liquor store (Nadaya) in the Ryokan area. It is "Takashi," which is familiar to residents of Kanagawa Prefecture, but this is the first time for me to have a light cloudy one at this time of year. The cashier said to me, "It can take about 15 minutes to open the bottle. Please let it settle in the refrigerator for two days after you get home. As expected, the difficulty of opening the bottle, the light cloudiness, and the Takashi-like 18 degrees of darkness! Delicious ❗️ Today we had a Yose-nabe with kotsukara tofu as the main ingredient. The first spring sake of the year is "Koshi Harusake Kanbashi"! I went out to buy it because I received an ad on line from my favorite liquor store that said, "This is the definitive fruity sake, with a hint of sapidity. When I opened the bottle, there was no fizz, but when I drank it, there was a tingling sensation that was a bit like a shwashuwa. It is not only light, but as time goes by, it has a sweetness and umami that is typical of rice. ❗️ It goes well with everything from Japanese cuisine to light Western home cooking. ❣️ The message on the back of the bottle and the petal painting on the bottle also indicate that spring is coming soon🌸 It's already past Risshun, isn't it? It was delicious! ❗️ Thank you for the food 😋.

A special version of Kissho-san's, the Aizan version of Jusan-no Yoru. Light and smooth with a fruit floral taste. It goes well with a wide range of dishes from Japanese to Western-style home-style delicacies. It is a perfect accompaniment to mayonnaise yogurt green salad with apples and dried fruits, avocado and cream cheese with salted kelp, fried mackerel with tatsuta-age, etc. It really changes flavors beautifully and is a great appetite booster. ❣️ Since it is 14 degrees Celsius, I drank too much of it, and even though it was a weekday, the four-pack was gone in no time at all 😝. This is the first time I drink East Rikishi. Slightly cloudy, it has a moderate, light sweetness that makes for a smooth drinking experience. It finishes with a slight bitterness. It is a little more umami than sake, so it is perfect for Japanese and Western home cooking. ❗️ After trying it for a while, it might not go well with Italian dishes with lots of olive oil, cured ham, and cheese. ⁉️ It's freshly squeezed and complements Japanese side dishes for an ordinary weekday dinner and is quietly delicious 🤤 Thank you 😋.

This is my first time drinking Snoclet at home. I knew the cork would pop, but I didn't press down hard enough and about a fifth of it blew out 😝 I need to let more of the bubbles escape a bit more. 😮‍💨 Low al 13 degrees, elegant sweetness and fizziness. It's delicious! I think it tastes best right after opening the bottle. It goes well with everything, Japanese, Western, and Chinese. It's a versatile sake for a first drink. Thank you for the drink.

When I visited my usual liquor store, they had just received a shipment of Purple Space, and there were several varieties on the shelves, including sparkling, snow label, cedar ball label, and others. After much agonizing and deliberation, I chose the prettiest label, "Heart Label" ❣️ As the label suggests, it has a gentle sweetness and is a perfect accompaniment to the hand-rolled sushi we had for dinner. Saga/Takeo Onsen Collective Buy 6 This is the last bottle of the 6 bottles of Saga sake I bought. This is "Matsuura Ichi Special Junmai" that Taguri Sake Brewery specially orders from the brewery. The label is retro, but the balance is gentle and not too sweet. The image is that of a less sweet Nabeshima, but slightly more sake-like and rounded. It is good heated from room temperature in winter... Tonight's "tai shabu" will go well with it. I have never had much luck with Saga sake, but it's good! Everything was delicious. The liquor store I go to is open for business today, and I wondered if they had any of that stuff I wanted to buy at the end of the year left. I went to ...... to look for "Aoingo Pom Pom", which I have been wanting to drink for a long time. I've been drinking a little too much during the New Year's holiday, so the low 7% alcohol content will help me avoid guilt 😝. It is really "green apple juice". I am surprised that this sweet and sour taste like green apple is made from rice and rice koji. ‼️ Today's dinner is an arrangement of ingredients left in the refrigerator. It goes well with dishes that come to mind, such as tazukuri with nuts, fried egg with unohana, grilled bacon and potatoes with olive oil, and ozoni with leftover vegetables. ‼️ It is not sweet like liqueur, so it can be used as a food wine. Oh it was delicious, thanks for the treat 😋.

Saga/Takeo Onsen Hot Spring Collective Buy (5) We are enjoying our 9th consecutive New Year's holiday, and this is our first "Azuma Tsuru" while having fun making Tsumami. It has a slightly sweet, medium-bodied taste, but has the umami of Yamada-Nishiki. It is best served at room temperature or cooled down. It has a rounded taste without any cloying flavor. Tonight's main dish will be salmon roe served on top of a bowl of rice in soy sauce. It goes well with ‼️ I think it will go well with sashimi in general. I heard a light fizzing sound when I opened the bottle, so maybe the fizziness would be a little stronger if I drank it right after shipping. It tastes like Saga sake and I am very satisfied with it. The accompaniment for the New Year's festive meal is "Shirotoroku" from Harushika Kuramoto, which was given to us as a souvenir from Nara. Since I drank it after an aperitif of thick yuzu liqueur, I couldn't taste the sweetness at first, but after a while, I began to recognize it as a slightly sweet, light, and umakuchi type of sake. It is a quiet accompaniment to the morning celebratory meal with a dish of dried bonito cooked in a sober bonito broth. I appreciate a good, quiet sake for a mid-morning drink. From the first day of the New Year, thank you for the feast 😋.

I had planned to drink bottles that I bought in bulk in Saga during the year-end and New Year holidays, but I still want to drink "Shiboritate" during this season. ❗️ I went to my favorite liquor store and chose Tsururei, which I was curious about at Sake no Wa. It is a fresh, light, and delicious sake. It's really a Niigata sake, but with a rich rice flavor and a sweet-sweet shiboritate feel. Delicious😍! On New Year's Eve, we had yukimi-nabe for dinner. From the strong mushrooms and pork belly to the udon noodles with ginger-flavored ume plum as a finale, the drinks went down a treat 👍. We had a lot of delicious sake this year as well. Saga Prefecture is known for Nabeshima ⁉️ and while I was curious about a local sake that I had never seen before, I still put it in one of my bulk purchases. This is my first time to try Akaban Oumachi Nabeshima. It has a sweetness that is typical of Nabeshima, but it has a flavor and fullness that is like Oumachi. I can't stop drinking it ✨ It's really delicious 😊. We didn't make it to the brewery this time, but next time I'd like to go to the Kashima brewery tour: ❣️ Thanks for the food 😋.

Saga Takeo Onsen Hot Springs Collective purchase (3) Hizen Kurashin is recommended to be heated from room temperature to warm. This is the first time I have had this brand. Many hiyaoroshi are quite heavy, but this one is soft. It has a strong flavor, but it is gentle and cohesive. Today's dish is a miso nabe with oysters and tofu. The richness of the oysters and miso is not overpowering, but they go together in a rounded way. I would love to try this classic sake. I wonder if you have to go to Saga to find it. ⁉️ Oh, it was delicious. Thanks for the treat 😋.

I went to "Sake CAMP" operated by Iinuma Honke on their premises. The facilities are somewhere between camping and glamping, and you can enjoy BBQ and bonfires with nothing 🔥. After the sake brewery tour, we tasted most of the bottles sold at the direct sales counter and bought the main four-pack for the camp, which was "Nao Kumi Nama Nama Sake ❗️". It starts with a light apple aroma typical of Koshi, but it is not too sweet and is very easy to drink with some acidity mixed in. It is not too sweet and is very easy to drink, with some acidity mixed in. Kouko is great to drink on the wooden deck next to the tent while sitting around a charcoal fire or bonfire 😍 We drank endlessly from the tasting around 3pm to the end of the bonfire after 9pm, ahhh it was so much fun. Saga/Takeo Onsen Collective buy (2) This is my first brand, but it is a raw sake that the liquor store highly recommends. It starts out with a melon-like fruity flavor that is sweeter than sweet, but soon the rich, dark umami comes in with a bang, and it finishes with a slight bitterness that is very refreshing. When it is just out of the refrigerator, it has a bit of an alcoholic taste, but if you let it cool in the glass for a while, the umami comes out in full force, and it is delicious. It has no peculiarities and has the taste of a classic sake, so it goes well with anything as a food sake. I think it would be easier to match with light-flavored western Japanese soups such as bonito soup stock, chinese chowder, light soy sauce, etc. It was delicious. Thank you very much for the meal.

Saga/Takeo Onsen for bulk purchases (1) I went on a trip to Saga earlier this month and took delivery of 6 bottles at Taguri Sake Shop in Takeo Onsen. This place has a super selection of Saga sake✨ Sakewa users must love it: ‼️ I was told that this is the latest arrival at Koei Kiku, but it has already been on Sakegawa 😆 "Sagabiyori" is new to me. It's a typical Kouei Kiku, but it has a core flavor with a strong rice flavor. The image of "full moon and spearman" on the label fits perfectly. I wanted to enjoy the change in flavor the next day, so I forced myself to leave about 1 gou of the bottle, but I really noticed that the 4 gou bottle was gone. Tonight, we are having udon sukiyaki with a lot of bonito broth. (I wonder if "chin broth" would be better for this dish. ⁉️) It was delicious 😋 Thanks for the meal.
