Following the Ogawa yeast #40, #44: ❣️ In comparison (vague taste memory 😥), it has a bitter fruity feeling with no acidity. It is easy to drink but difficult🤨to taste. But today's menu is also complex? So it was a complex ✖️ complex and quite an interesting pairing. Sautéed anchovies with butter and soy sauce, this had a strange harmony and was delicious! Grilled chicken with boiled fried burdock root as an accompaniment! While drinking the rest of the Yamamoto No. 6 we received last night, we decided to open another bottle 🎵. Yamamoto No. 6 pairing I had chilled tofu with a sauce made with peanut butter, soy sauce, mirin, and chopped green onion! It's like leek miso 😊! Yuzu Kosho Yuzuan Grilled Mackerel and Bonito Bite Cutlet. A pre-dawn pairing! After the Katsuo no Tsumire soup, brown rice, and pickles, we opened the bottle before dawn: ‼️ Compared to Yamamoto, it has a smooth and sweet taste. I was thrilled to receive Yamamoto-sama No. 6 yeast last year at an outside drinking party, and this year I was also able to meet fate 💖. We met my husband's aunt yesterday and she shared with us her husband's grandmother's secret recipe ‼️ potato salad and squid dumplings 💖 It's bound to be delicious, really 🥰! And what a great idea to pair it with Akita sake today, as my grandma is from Akita 🙌❤️ Potato salad goes so well with it! This pairing is so strong and impressive✨Grandma indeed👍My husband was very happy too‼️ Boiled Chicken with Mustard Sauce: the astringency of the mustard disappeared nicely ⭕️, the squid dumplings should have been grilled to crispy 🧐It goes well with the juicy fat of the Chicken Tang, and yes, Mr. Yamamoto, it's just delicious 🎉! Hishiko 🌸 very tasty as the gentle label suggests 💕 Gentle, softly sweet, with a slightly mature astringency, it's so light and refreshing that it's hard to believe it's 16 degrees, it's so drinkable 🥰. And it's sushi for Wednesday 💪 that you don't want to miss! And chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) to go with the gentle Hishiko 💕 shrimp 🦐 sunk 💦 oven-roasted chicken thigh and eringi mushrooms, pickled mini tomatoes 🍅. (I'm making a bed of salted rice bran to consider pairing pickles with sake in the future 🧐) I was impressed by the sushi's red vinegar rice, which suited Tomoko's taste. ‼️ The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was also in good harmony with other gentle things 🥰. I made a quick change from the sake I was planning to make and went with Tsuru-sama's Nama-zake! We had a variety of ingredients in the fridge today, so I made this dish to enjoy a variety of flavors 🥰. The salad was our hydroponic lettuce, pork fillet cutlet, herb grilled kanpachi, boiled spinach with black vinegar, marinated carrots, and after this, brown rice fried rice. ❤️ I tried to combine saltiness, acidity, herb flavor, meat flavor, sweet vinegar, etc. little by little so as not to miss out on anything. Well, when you have the experience of failure, it's hard to be aggressive, and it's like trying a few things at once, but they were all quite tasty and went well with the sake. The dark green Mikotsuru-sama had a complex flavor this time. It had a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and astringency, from perfectly chilled to a little closer to room temperature. ‼️ It has a slightly cider-like sweet aroma. But never sweet🤞. I've had Kudokibe many times, but it was very rare to find fresh sake, so I bought it immediately: ❤️ I made a meatloaf, thinking that it would be more Western than Japanese, meat rather than fish, and minced meat rather than fish 🧐👍The oven is working great. I had some cod roe and Chinese cabbage at home, so I made mini cod roe pasta, and the Chinese cabbage salad with yuzu and sesame oil 😊. The spiciness of this dish is more spicy than I expected, but when mixed with the aroma of bacon and sesame oil, it has a hint of sweetness. ❣️ I think you may be right about the western style as expected👍❤️ I'm so glad 😍. I remember that I had tried Kudokutei-san with meat before, and it was delicious that time too 😆. I'm shinsake3 for the impressions of the sake alone 💕.

Tonight is a hot pot, so I thought surely this hardy Souhyo-sama would go well with it? I thought. Cold tofu soy sauce goes well with it! But my nabe today was white miso and barley miso with 🌶️ Chinese cabbage and pork, so I felt that the gentle sweetness of the nabe and Sohyo-sama's gusto of spiciness and clean, crisp, hard-edged atmosphere did not detract from the nabe at all💦. I should enjoy it at different temperatures with sushi, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and tako-wasa (octopus) 🩷. Well, there are days like this👍. If you decide to do so, leave half and go to Kakugami Fisheries tomorrow 💪🥰🍣. I wonder if I'll have half left, huh? LOL!

Today's dinner menu was decided ahead of time, and we had the luxury of pairing drinks 💓. I bought sea bream ara, so I made a bouillabaisse, and then I unwrapped the sea bream meat and made croquettes. Stir-fried beef and turnip, cold tofu, and stir-fried green peppers. It was difficult with seafood, meat, and green peppers, but I decided on a new sake from Teisho, which I remember from a delicious pairing at a previous restaurant in a sake brewery! Well, the sake is definitely good, and it's okay if it fails 👍. Surprisingly, however, the Teimatsu was very sharp! I had a fresh fruity memory, but I guess I wasn't aware of it because I was pairing it with a restaurant meal. This sharpness did a very good job this time, and I felt that it reduced the bitterness of the green pepper, enhanced the flavor of the sesame oil and dashi, the green pepper reduced the spiciness of the Teisho and enhanced the umami, and enhanced the seafood and meat in the croquette and risotto, respectively. It is not a dry sake, but it is fruity yet has a rich umami flavor and also acts as a wash 🥰 It is really delicious! I wish everyone could drink it with all kinds of meals 😊. I found 💕HinaHanaMama posted a pink Nagi💓 that looked soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious! HinaHanaMama gave us a wonderful comment and we are both so touched and thankful 🥂 Cheers 🥰. I thought about the taste of Pink Nagi💓 imagining sweet potato potage, sweet potato sticks, spinach and chikuwa in Japanese soup stock, and for the main course, grilled beef with butter and black pepper 👍💖! The sweetness of the sweet potato is pink 🩷 calm 👏 something impressive 👏 ‼️ goes well with the flavor of butter! And when I had a conversation with HinaHanaMama in the comments about dessert at Pink🩷Nagi, she suggested "Sakura Mochi", so I made sure to prepare it 🌸😍! Hi 💓Of course it is the best marriage! The aroma of the sakura mochi, the sweetness of the sweet bean paste, and most importantly, the harmony of the salted sakura leaves, combined with the depth of sweetness and bitterness of the Nagi were exquisite 💖. (Of course I got two of the three sakura mochi 😋) Today was the first time I learned that there are both Kansai and Kanto styles of sakura mochi! A beautiful standing wine bottle that I haven't seen in a long time because it was born in a winery ✨. We're having a barbecue today, so it's on our modest balcony💕It's a nice afternoon sun with no wind😊. The aroma is alcoholic, reminiscent of wine, with a slight acidity and fruity astringency that goes well with the fat of the meat 😋. Yesterday, our friends came to visit us and we had a fun party 🎉. Since it was a girls' party, we opened a bottle of our favorite wine, Princess Michiko with rose yeast🌹. It was 💕delicious~❣️ and even my friend who is usually a wine drinker loved it. ‼️ Hors d'oeuvres, many of which I usually make, with strawberries, cheese, carrot salad, octopus with yuzu kosho, and a few nibbles of milk French🥖 from a local bakery. The yuzu kosho and milk flavor was also a pairing ⭕️👍 Ham with turnip, special garland chrysanthemum salad, fried boiled burdock root, and chikuwa isobe-age. Then we caught 🎣 kinmeidai (sea bream) from Kadokami Fisheries, and since it was delicious last time, we tried again, this time in a salt kettle! The husbands joined us from here, and we had kinmedai bouillabaisse risotto and bite-sized steaks, stroganoff style. The husbands came to pick up their friends and had a non-alcoholic 🤭! Finally, we all enjoyed pasta with leftover Bolognese sauce and gateau chocolates😍. I think the low acidity, fruity sweetness, rich aroma and pleasant astringency of Michiko's🌹 sweet and spicy gobo (burdock root), which was boiled in soy sauce and mirin and then quickly deep-fried, blended well together! It was a bottle that would go well with sweets and dishes that make the most of the astringency of vegetables 💖. I would like to encounter it again 🌹🌹

One of our family's favorite bottles of new 💓 sake from ‼️ Sei Masamune, so we went to Kadokami Fisheries 👉! We bought some sea bream and sushi 🍣! The sea bream is served in a salt kettle 😋 wrapped in egg whites with lemon zest, rosemary and parsley and salt in the oven👍mixing different things in the egg whites makes a light and slightly western style salt kettle 😊if you use less salt it won't be too salty. Low al and with the subtle sweetness and astringency of rice, green curd goes well with seafood💓I recommend it for western fish 💓‼️ I used the leftover sea bream kama and kama to make puyabase. I plan to make risotto with that puyabase tomorrow🥰It will go well with the rice texture of the risotto❤️ can't wait for tomorrow's party‼️ ⭐️Impressions for individual sake are in charge of shinsaku3😊

First time in Osaka 酒🎊㊗️ First sake for me in a long time❤️Mentaiko & sake-kasu cheese from my husband's business trip to Kumamoto, Fukuoka, grilled chicken thighs marinated overnight, and ajigio with mackerel can👍 to be served with what we have at home‼️ The sake has a fresh, dry-sweet impression with little acidity! What a great match for "dekitate mentai" with yuzu and chili 💓I guess I prefer the spicier version 👍Ahijio is not bad but maybe a more sour sake would go better 🧐Let's make it again 💪. The oven I purchased from my hometown arrived today and I immediately grilled the chicken ❤️ nice and pre-cooked 🙌🥰. Of course, I'm going to finish it off with a big bowl of freshly cooked rice with mentaiko on top: ❤️ ⭐️Impressions on the sake alone are by shinsaku3👍

It is a very sweet bottle of sake that was created with the hope that it will open the door to sake for those who have never experienced it before. ‼️ Last night we invited a couple of friends over for drinks, so I made some leftover hors d'oeuvres: ham with mustard, garland chrysanthemum, daikon and nut salad, sweet and sour marinated carrots, and oden (oden). I was missing something, so I added garlic toast for something chewy to drink👍 lol. It had a special sweetness, but surprisingly bitter and sour mustard isn't bad either! And the oden Japanese garlic is also quite good (though strange as a dish 😅)! It may not be perfect as a food sake, but I have the impression that it will go well with both Japanese and Western cuisine 😍It gave me the courage to use mustard with sweet sake without fear ✨. I think this is the best sake for a first time sake drinker, and it goes well with home-cooked food too 👍. Sake impressions by itself are by shinsaku3 😘.

I would love to try the pairing of the sake making Edo-bari, too! It's a sake that makes you imagine 😍. Today's salad is salted Chinese cabbage tossed with sesame oil, dried bonito flakes, and roasted sesame seeds. The saltiness and sesame flavor must have been on the Edo dining table. ❤️ It looks like pickles! Simple nice pairing👍 The chicken was marinated with lemon, olive oil and black pepper, grilled and served with mustard! So! The first thing I put in my mouth was the mustard and Senkou-sama✨This combination was so exciting💓❣️ mustard has both bitterness and sourness, so it added a slight sweetness to this Senkou-sama which has no sweetness💖It may not have been around in the Edo period, but I would love to go back and suggest it❣️ Lastly, I would like to introduce our potatoes😆. Potatoes deep fried and sprinkled with corn cream soup powder as seasoning 🥰This is a B-grade dish, but you should try it with konpota on the potatoes. ‼️It's surprisingly good. ‼️ If you're in the mood for a fried dish, this is an easy and simple way to get it without being heavy 😍. I was really looking forward to my first visit to Sentori in a long time 💖The taste is just as lovely as when I first discovered sake 🥰🥰❤️

This dazzling orange label🧡 has only a dazzling bouillabaisse🥰❣️ So this was the label color pairing, which coincidentally was quite good🥹👍. This cute and sad drink that I accidentally put to sleep. The aroma foreshadows lightness, and the taste is light and delicious as expected😍Low alcohol, right? I thought it was 16.5 degrees ‼️ surprise ‼️ Today, we had lemon steamed mackerel 🍋 and grilled tofu with yuzu miso! The mackerel was Western style, which was the right choice👍and the yuzu miso went very well with it🤗❤️ this pleasure is very special. I added some Saikyo miso to make it sweeter! The yuzu is a ready-made one that is seasonally available on the market. As we drank it together, I thought to myself, "This sake definitely goes well with chocolate, doesn't it?" I was convinced that it would go well with chocolate, so I cracked open a piece of chocolate that I had on hand in the fridge for gâteau au chocolat. 。。。。。 How amazing‼️ This is the best pairing ❤️ Please take some chocolatey sweets with you when you see us ‼️ The main course is our family's special meat-only dumplings 🥟👍🥰 that are stable and safe.
