Grilled chicken with boiled fried burdock root as an accompaniment! The chicken was simply ⭕️, and the burdock root was a bit more astringent than the other, and I think a little difference brought out the differences 🧐.
It was the usual salad of garland chrysanthemum and chikuwa ⭕️😊.
