It seems to be read as Ilya Thornton✨ meaning "100 years ago". It means 100 years ago, which is very significant for the discovery and development of yeast in sake making 🧐. My favorite Sogape-sama, 3rd bottle opened this year 🎉 (the 2nd bottle was given to me at a friend's house ‼️) On Wednesday, not wanting to miss out, we bought tuna sushi and shime saba (mackerel) 🤭Gis was also on sale so we fried it, and the only other thing we made was a special potato salad 😆🩷We also had cream cheese and mamekabu while enjoying it: ‼️ The aroma and flavor spread out differently from sake ✨It went well with sushi, cheese, fried fish, and mekabu in Japanese soup stock, but the shime saba (mackerel) made the fishy smell stand out a little more. However, the shime saba (mackerel) seemed to accentuate the fishy smell a little bit. Impression of the sake by itself is in charge of shinsake3💕.

Niigata sake continues 🩷Today is a typical Niigata sake ✨I got it as a skiing souvenir from my Bijin no Kai drinking family 🙌Thanks 🥰. To go with the light and dry taste, I prepared pickled mackerel in salted rice bran yesterday 👍and a recipe to reproduce the fried chicken wings from Nagoya's famous "Sekai no Yamachan"✨a taste of my hometown that I really want to eat sometimes 🤣. I also made sweet potato with cream cheese, and mapo-eggplant. A feast of two luxurious drinks with various flavors 🎵. First of all, the red and blue pottle makes me feel like a wizard 🤭 Pretty ❤️💙 The difference between the junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo was obvious in the pickled sawara. The complexity of the junmai ginjo enhanced the original taste of the straw, while the daiginjo brought out the clear flavor of the sake by the straw ✨. Both have just the right amount of spiciness, just the right amount of sharpness, and are easy to drink despite their high alcohol content, as expected from Kamizen Josui👍I can feel what they're trying to achieve: ‼️ I'd like to try the raw sake someday 🥰. Comparing Yamama and Oroku is fateful✨Both are delicious sakes with an exquisite bitterness characterized by minerality. Yamama has a more subtle sweet aroma and flavor, and the bitterness gives it a nice kick 😋. The pairing is similar, but with or without the sweetness ✨. Nice pairing with squid to dispel the mismatch with fish and shellfish when we drank Ohroku the day before yesterday ❤️😍I see, it's a pairing from the Sea of Japan ‼️ Yamama has a wider range of pairings: ajijo, salad, sweet root vegetables, and today's sweet potato with cream cheese goes better than the Ohroku 🥰 I'm so happy! The most popular 5-star Ôroku wine on tap 🎊 Ohroku is a really strange sake, it looks spicy but it is not, it looks hard to drink but it is easy to drink, it is not sweet at all, and it is a very hardy sake that is easy to drink while analyzing it 🧐. No, I guess that's why it tastes so good 🥰. Today, the sauce for the hors d'oeuvre roast beef happened to strike the super king roku 🎯 and the king roku melted into a delicious sweetness 🩷. Perhaps it was the sweetness of the mirin, sweet soy sauce, onions, etc. that made up the sauce ‼️ The sake was so good that I hastily added fried horse mackerel, but I think it was not good for seafood type of food. I think it goes better with meat, olive oil, and peppery food. Nice with the yuzu squid salted fish that I got as a gift from a women's party yesterday👍I wonder if citrus fruits go well with it? The Beauty Society 🥰 second one: ‼️ First ㊗️ Toyo Bijin 💖 Sake from Yamaguchi prefecture, well-balanced and tasty without disappointing ‼️ Gentle but also very sake-like👍My friend really liked it and said she would visit the Sumikawa Brewery next time 😍. We had such a good time at our girls' night out that I forgot to take a picture 😱. Hors d'oeuvre plate was finished, Mushroom and bacon ajillo! The main course was our special potato salad and chicken karaage 💖The two of us, tipsy, helped finish and arrange the potato salad and made the karaage, while we talked about the flavors of potato salad and karaage from our respective parents' homes 😃. Lastly, for dessert, brown sugar ice cream 🍨 and fresh chocolate cake that went a bit wrong lol 😆😆. My husband, who is working from home today, joined us around dessert time 🙌! My friend's kind husband came to pick us up and this fun girls' night out was over 🌸. Both Chiebijin-san and Toyo Bijin-san are too beautiful and we enjoyed them very, very much regardless of the pairing 💓Thank you very much!

Hatsugo Ariki ㊗️🎉 Fresh and juicy as the title of the drink 💖What type of drink is light cemedine type. It was really easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content, which would go well with any meal 🥰And by the way, I Ariki is a great word ✨. Today, Stir-fried norabo greens, snap peas, and steamed eggplant with ume plum sauce, as we got this vegetable called "norabo" in Saitama from my grandpa in the field. Sashimi of yellowtail and fried chicken, and corn and corned beef with brown rice pilaf🌽. The dressing with ume plum paste and shiso leaves was quite good with sake. ‼️ Impressions of the sake by itself are in charge of shinsake3💕.

I went to Osaka over the weekend, so I took a short trip to Nara to visit a sake brewery😊Umenoyado‼️Hatsu Umenoyado㊗️ I had it right away and the taste was unexpected‼️ It is a bitter and pungent taste without acidity ✨It is a different kind of bitterness from the minerality of Ame-go-Tsuki or Umi-fu-do. A sharp bitterness reminiscent of Oroku-san🤞 Well, today's dinner is cold shabu shabu according to my husband's request💕and spicy miso stir-fried eggplant, komatsuna and white bunapi 😊wasabi nori tsukudani and brown rice. A coincidental pairing, but the miso flavor with a little bit of soybean paste and the sesame sauce from the shabu shabu goes well together 😍. I've always had a hard time pairing miso with sake, but I see how the roundness and sweetness of miso can help if you indulge in the bitterness 🧐. The white Bunapi seems to contain a lot of ornithine, which is good for the liver 💕. However, it's 17 degrees, so it's not a swishy drink 💦 very hard-core sake experience 😍. Dessert was Earl Grey Milk Tea Gelato and it went so well with it that you couldn't even taste the bitterness and spiciness 🥰I guess the bitterness of the liquor and the bitterness of the Earl Grey went well together 🥰. I'll make it again 👏💪🍨. Impressions on the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsake3💕.

My first time at Murayusan💚From the first sip, I could smell the apple? The aroma of apple or fruit 🍎. The balance of acidity and astringency reminds me of white wine! Delicious 😋. Sauteed chicken thighs that I had been marinating since yesterday, broccoli and roast beef salad, sudoko and cabbage with bonito, brown rice, and cafe latte jarato for dessert: ‼️ The herring roe was not a good pairing, but the white wine style was perfect for the chicken with mustard 👍 and of course the roast beef 😍. The dessert had a delicious sweetness from the rice, so I think it was a much better match than a real white wine. ❤️ (Chocolate, which I always have on hand, also made an appearance... lol) LOL) Impressions of the sake by itself are in charge of shinsake3💕.

Nagatoro visited the brewery about 3 years ago, soon after I moved to Saitama, to purchase sake. At that time, I was still inexperienced in the sake business (I was still a chick🐣 compared to the senior members of SAKEWA ‼️) and drank without really knowing what to choose 🧐. But ‼️ raw, raw sake, today's Nagatoro, which my drinking friend purchased at the brewery and delivered to me, is too delicious 🥰. Coincidentally, we went out to Kadokami Gyorui today! Sushi, conger eel tempura after having the conger eel filleted, chicken salad and pickles in salted rice bran. It was a no-fail Tuesday dinner, so the Nagatoro-sama we received was immediately opened 🎉. We also served Sake Kasu Cream Cheese in the second half of the party 🎵. The impression of the sake by itself is in charge of shinsake3 💕.

We managed to get a bottle of Sentori 🤗. I wanted to open it as soon as possible because everyone was drinking it so deliciously 🎊. After 3 days of drinking at home 💓 and eating, I was wondering which one I should drink, so I opened a bottle of Retro Tono today🎉. What? I didn't expect the taste 🧐, but I guess that's what I get ✨. Today's menu, I tried to serve a variety of dishes with a little bit of protein. Beef roast beef, grilled chicken (with dekopon), pork miso soup with pickled Kurobuta pork, and grilled pickled arigata shrimps! I have never been able to find a satisfactory pairing of miso flavor and sake, but the miso was a strange match for this Retro Sentou: ‼️ Pork miso soup, and above all, the shrimp miso that came out of the shrimp 🤗When we grilled the shrimp, we put eringi mushrooms under the shrimp so the shrimp miso soaked in and made it taste like abalone 🥰It was a delicious accompaniment to the Retro Sentori 🙌❤️ Sake impressions by itself are in charge of shinsake3 💕

It's been a while since I've been to Hana Yuu 🌸It's a very spring-like atmosphere 😊. I made a version without tomato sauce to make a pizza that goes well with sake👍. Instead of tomato sauce, I used olive oil, salt and pepper, and for a kick, I added soaked spinach (white dashi, soy sauce, mirin) topped with a little Japanese soup stock. I also added a lot of ham and mozzarella, and finally, black pepper! It was quite a good pizza to go with sake 🤗. And then we had our regular menu of black vinegar salad and potato salad💓 and today we had yakiniku (grilled meat). ⭐︎ added chocolates for dessert 😍 lovely chocolates ‼️ It has sourness, bitterness, spiciness, and is unexpectedly suitable as a food wine 🥰The last time I had it in summer, it was fruity, but this time it has a bitterness that is more pronounced 🌸. It's fun to enjoy the changes in the same sake from year to year, and the image of the sake can change completely depending on the dishes to which it is paired 😍. For individual sake impressions, shinsake3 is in charge 💕.

I was looking forward to this day because it's the first time㊗️ Takashi's 🎊everyone is drinking very deliciously‼️ Anyway, we had our favorite & most successful chicken karaoke, Margherita pizza (it didn't turn out a bit nicely round 😥), our hydroponic salad, and I cold-smoked the pickled rice bran🥕 for about an hour! It's still nice to have one more push of aroma: ‼️ Low-al, well-balanced, and soft water? I feel young again 💓. The brewery recommended it for delicate Japanese cuisine, but I think it would also be a fun accompaniment to cozy home cooking😍. Yep, delicious 🥰. First time in a week for a couple to drink at home: ❤️ We returned from our trip home and had a long-awaited party at our house 💖. Souvenirs for my parents' home were "Yokoyama 7" and for my husband's family, of course, "Sogape-sama" from his father and son: ‼️ Today, Risshun morning pressed Houraizumi ✨Agata Ya❤️ received from my husband's parents' house. Of course the pairing would be sushi and fish‼️, so we immediately went to the market (Kadokami Gyorui). Sushi, conger eel tempura, gizzard tempura, and a freshly picked salad from our hydroponic garden with black vinegar dressing ✨and for dessert, a chestnut kinton haniue mochi🌰 from a friend in Aichi. The sake was a bit on the dry side for our tastes, but it went well with the conger eel tempura and sushi ‼️, and also strangely enough with sweets 🧐 mochi🟰 rice, chestnut astringency🟰 sake, is that it? I went to Tokushima prefecture yesterday and the day before! I bought some "Sachinoka" 🍓 strawberries from Tokushima, so I will have to open a bottle of Sairai-sama 🥰. And! It's cream cheese for 🍓🧀. Speaking of cream cheese, here's one made with Hanayou's sake lees: ‼️ Pairing strawberries with cream cheese and then pairing it with Sairai-sama, in other words, a multiplication of a multiplication of a multiplication‼️ is bound to be delicious 💖Hah~🥰! Today we had strawberry hors d'oeuvres, shrimp and mushroom ajillo, and a salad of garland chrysanthemum and lettuce. The main course was sautéed thinly sliced beef 💖 which was also very tasty👍. Roll up thin slices of meat into a sausage shape and sauté with a light dusting of allspice, salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and flour. Once browned, the inside is juicy and succulent, and the outside is savory and tastes as good as a thick cut steak! It is more trouble-free than steak, and is highly recommended! Great as a food wine ❤️ I'm sure it would go with everything else on the menu, I'm sure it would go with everything else on the menu, but it also went great with today's menu: potato salad, chicken fried chicken, mini mapo tofu, and a salad with black vinegar and cheese dressing 😍. The bean curd tofu this time was made in a sweet Japanese style with the addition of nori tsukudani (seaweed tsukudani). And chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) to go with the gentle Hishiko 💕 shrimp 🦐 sunk 💦 oven-roasted chicken thigh and eringi mushrooms, pickled mini tomatoes 🍅.
