Compared to the gentle and light Masayo, this one stands out for its robust and complex flavor. You can feel the character of nama-zake, and the sweetness and fullness 🥰. ‼️ We had a luxurious 3-bottle drinking comparison, and the 4 of us drank the entire bottle‼️ surprise😆! We really enjoyed it❤️ We ended the evening with udon noodles in sukiyaki 👏👏💖. A New Year's party where we enjoyed the taste of nigori sake to our heart's content. Once again! Nigori is good😋❤️

Following the Jikin Nigori Nama, we immediately opened the Masayo Sama: ‼️ This one is much gentler and lighter than Jikkom-sama✨Maybe it's the low alcohol content, but this one is badass❣️It's so easy to drink and doesn't stop💦. The sweetness of nigori and chestnut kinton is sweet, but the sweet bitterness also disappears quickly, making both sweetnesses sweeter ❤️. Of course, it goes too well with sukiyaki 🥰. And since the sweetness continued, the drink comparison extravaganza will follow lol😆.

We had a great selection of sake 🥹and a sumptuous sukiyaki with Hida beef👍We were so impressed ✨! We had our first Jikin nigori sake 🥰My husband opened the bottle slowly and skillfully under pressure from everyone to not spill a drop 💧‼️👍! And it was delicious beyond my expectations 😍The taste was beyond my expectations ❤️ And then we opened more and more 🎉!

First time in New Year's Day, we had a couple's banquet 🎊. I made a luxurious Yokoyama GOLD 😍It's been a long time since I've had a Yokoyama 😍It's ‼️ delicious. The sweetness and bitterness changes depending on the temperature 🥰. And today we had pork shabu shabu, crab cream croquettes and shrimp cream croquettes with Akita souvenir "smoked iburigakko tartar sauce"💓. The gakko connects the egginess, mayoiness, and smokiness perfectly, making the croquettes a few more delicious 🥰‼️ GOLD enhances the depth of flavor ✨It was delicious👍! Impressions of the drink by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

And when I showed up at my parents' house for the New Year, they were immediately flown in 🤣😆😍. The third year-end party with a couple of drinking friends turned out to be an exciting high-end sake 🤣💖. Speaking of Houraisen, I had an impression that it is a very dry sake, but this one has a taste that turns the image of Houraisen so far ‼️ upside down 😳. If you like Houraisen, or if you are like me and thought it was dry, you should definitely try it. If you thought it was dry like me, please try it 🥰It is gentle, round, and transparent! It's as if the water is crystal clear and crisp, or rather dry, with a hint of sweetness and flavor: ❤️ We had it with octopus, bacon, mushrooms, broccoli, etc., followed by pasta 😍. In 2025, I am so grateful to have found so many great sake and to be able to enjoy them with my family, friends, and everyone connected with Sake no Wa. ❣️ We will drink a few more days in 2025 💪🥰.

Banquet with a couple of drinking friends, the second ‼️ And thank you chika for the series, Toyobai Rainbow 🏳️‍🌈✨ What a delicious taste 🤩We were all impressed again 🥹Light acidity, subtle sweetness, and a smooth and gentle taste that is hard to believe it's 15% 🥰. We welcomed Toyobai-sama with garlic toast, our special fried chicken, and salad 💖. We all looked at the sake label book we collected this year and drank while reminiscing about the feast so far and talking about the delicious memories and the saga of the difficulties we faced in getting our hands on the sake✨. From the nice aroma to the clear sharpness‼️ balanced taste‼️ that's exactly what sharpness means, delicious❣️ this guy has a cute horse face but looks like he's going to have a good run👍👍 Today's roast beef has ginger, so the spicy flavor is layered with sharpness in a tangy place 💖 but it's not spicy 🤨👍 Shrimp gratin, ham sandwich, and my friend's homemade Stollen❣️ Stollen's sweet and juicy dried fruit flavor also goes well with alcohol❤️ sweets with alcohol is perfect✨! Just received this in the IMADEYA hanpukai ✨ Low al 8%, Sake level minus 70‼️ is amazing😍no longer a drink outside the concept of sake✨. Chilled well, it's kind of gobbleable 💖This is so delicious ‼️I should have thought of more pairings 😫I opened the bottle to drink it, but I'm sure it would be very good with a Western aperitif, a gorgeous hors d'oeuvre with acidity 😍. I love Sogape 🩷. They have a variety of different yeasts, but I like them all so much that I can't say which one is the best. This #6 yeast version is my favorite among them: ‼️ I will try my best to get it next year 💪. Soy milk nabe with prosciutto, potherb mustard and tofu, and satsuma-age from my uncle in the field 💖the best snack ever 😋! I'm shinsaku3 for the impressions of the sake alone 💕.

When I visit a brewery, I always end up buying keg drafts and sold by volume (🥰). The Houraisen Shiboritate I drank the other day was dry even though it was said to be sweet, so I bought the sweeter of the two varieties that were sold by volume, but I was a little nervous. and it is still a little spicy, but it's a refreshingly light and dry ✨👍. I paired it with sake meuniere and oden. It goes well with meals 🥰. Impression of the sake by itself is in charge of shinsaku3💕.

若竹に続き蓬莱泉もあけちゃいます🎉 自社栽培米100%！すごいです😍 キレのある甘口、辛すぎない辛口✨。蔵の女将さんから「甘口」と説明されましたがなるほど関谷酒造基準かも🧐美味しいです🥰ですが、アルコール度数もなかなかだし、キレと濃厚さでガツンときます‼️ イナダのお刺身、頂いたさつまいも🍠天ぷら、イカ焼き、豆乳豆腐、などなど濃いおつまみで迎え撃ちました👍 天気も良くドライブ日和、楽しい酒蔵巡りでした🥰 お酒単体でのインプレッションはshinsaku3担当です💕

I went to Aichi Shizuoka! Since we were there, we went to Sekiya Sake Brewery of Houraisen and a sake shop that sells a lot of Shizuoka's local sake: ‼️ We started with the sake shop owner's recommendation ✨. The sake brewed with Shizuoka yeast is not so much aromatic and fruity as it is a slow brew that brings out the flavor of the rice 🧐. It has a rich flavor that tastes like rice and even the flavor of soup stock. It has a very unique taste that is only possible because it bears the name of the master brewer 💖.
