Finally caught the cicada 🎉🥰. I'll drink it soon now: ‼️ They all look so good and I've always wanted to drink them someday ❤️ glad 😆 Today's menu is crab cream croquettes and grilled salmon. Vinegared wakame seaweed and marinated snap peas and octopus as garnish. I also added yuzupon to the crab cream seeds💓. Cicadas are sloppy! Amazakai 💕Has little spiciness and bitterness, light with a hint of astringency at the end. Throwing yuzupon into crab cream croquettes was the right choice 👏😆 It also went well with sweet salmon💓. I'm happy because I worked hard from noon to make crab cream croquettes 🥹😋🥹😋 and cicadas are very delicious and happy too 😋 ❤️ Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

I will drink again today 🔥😋. First Tatenogawa 🎉㊗️ I had been a little put off by the hard image, but Jun Dai came to my house by chance. Dry for a food sake. Not tart, not sweet, with a hint of sourness and bitterness, and finally a touch of alcohol on the nose 😊I guess you could call it a classic type? Today we had home ramen 🍜💖 with grilled chicken wings in broth! Shio Ramen with a dry Haruka 💕something not bad 👍I guess a meal as strong as Ramen goes well with my family, who are slightly bitter about dry food 🤫. Compared to last night's Ice Breaker, there is a real difference even in the same dry taste, but I feel depressed because I don't have the vocabulary to verbalize it. Ice Breaker has the best sharpness 👏. Impressions of the individual sakes are the responsibility of shinsaku3💕.

I was curious about the Tamagawa Ice Breaker🧊💖 I found it! It was accompanied by a comment😋 from Mr. Phillip, the toji, that you should float the ice on it and enjoy the wind chime-like sound and the rich changes that the ice shows as it melts! I thought 🤨 that it must not be too sweet since it was in Kyoto, so today we started the feast with boiled fish, somen noodles, snap pea and maitake mushroom tempura, and egg tofu 🎉! Penguin, it's not sweet! No sourness either! The aroma is of rice, and maybe a hint of bitterness? Astringent? The aroma lingers in the nostrils, reminding me of gin (I don't know much about gin 🤫). As the ice melts and the alcohol fades, a slight sweetness emerges 💕. I've had it with boiled fish, and tempura in tempura sauce. It really goes well together ‼️ I'm crying tears of joy 🥹🥺 because I feel like I haven't had a pairing in a long time. Our house, so far, is mostly hors d'oeuvres, so we had a little grilled meat after this 🤣It also goes well with meat👍. I have a feeling I'm going to be addicted this summer 🥰. This is my 2nd bottle of Abe Sake Brewery ✨It's not quite sake, but it's long and delicious💕. It's a little sweet & a little bitter because it's a kijoshu. It's my favorite type 🥰. Lately I've been thinking sake with carbohydrates like rice or noodles, not bad... ❤️ but it's doubly sinful with sugar mashing 😆. However, if I eat ramen out, I can't drink alcohol and I have to do home ramen 🍜💪. So today is home tsukemen and pork shabu shabu 👏 It went well with the sesame sauce! Dessert was the Fukusunaya sponge cake that my friend gave me 💖 the rich sweetness and bitterness matched each other and it was delicious 😍. I was curious about this sake: ❣️ I went to buy it today because the liquor store I usually go to has started carrying it and I saw a comment about how good it tastes at Sake-no-wa: ‼️ and opened the bottle immediately 🎉. Today, when it feels like a summer day, we had a lunchtime drink on the balcony with Okuroku, a summer sake 👍. It is refreshing, fruity, light and delicious 🥰, perfect for this situation. Today, it can be served with french fries, salad, yakiniku, and yakisoba as it is 😊. I think it would also go well with more western style meals! I would like to try the other drinks as well 🥰 as I heard it is the sweetest fruity of all the Okuroku's. Impressions on the sake by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

A while ago, we held a drinking party where we brought our own alcohol 🎉Thanks to everyone for the delicious drinks ❤️ All the brands are sure to be delicious, but since this is the first Iraka-kun ㊗️, I'll upload it as a representative 🥰. This Iraka-kun, what a surprise we were able to bring the rest of it back to our house😍It was aired out and refrigerated, and I was careless because GW was always opening other sakes, but today I drank it for the first time in a while and it tastes exactly the same❤️ how is it already? Dinner tonight, steak and mini pizzas as last night. Dessert was Earl Grey ice cream🍨 and Earl Grey dacquoise. I was impressed by the Iraka-kun, which appeared at the dessert time. It goes well with sweets 🥰 It has a subtle grape-like aroma, a little bitterness and sweetness, no astringency or alcohol, very elegant. It's not easy to find Irakakun, but I wanted to try other drinks: ❣️

I like it sweet, low al, with a hint of bitterness that gives it a kick❤️ I was hoping to eat a gut steak, so today it's steak, yellowtail sashimi, broccoli salad and rice with negitoro for the finish 😍It's definitely a sake that goes well with any meal: ‼️ So we compared low alcohol drinks 👍 with a little leftover Kuroemon: 。。。。 I think the aroma is richer 🫨 than Kuroemon's, but they are very similar, so it's a bit of a big surprise. I got this yesterday on my Nagano Sake Brewery & Sake Shop tour drive by Kuroemon-san❤️It's definitely delicious already 💖. Slightly low-alcohol Kuroemon-san always shows us how much fun sake can be 😍Thank you Kuroemon-san ‼️ Aizan is an elegant sweet sake, with a moderate acidity and bitterness that is light and delicious 😋. By the way, the pancakes were too nice 🤭If you cut them over the fire, you can eat them like grilled meat 👍You can use any ingredients, and if you grill them afterwards to make them crispy, they are delicious ‼️ They also go well with sake✨You can freeze any leftovers (I didn't have any left over 😆)! I was really happy to be able to relax and drink delicious drinks at home on the balcony 🥰. Now, let's get ready for the night's feast 📣I can't be drunk ‼️🤣! Today we went for a drive to Shinshu 🚗Through the Juushi Pass where my husband used to ride his motorcycle in his youth, we went to a sake brewery in Shinshu with a sense of nostalgia ‼️ We bought a bottle of Miyamanishiki, the first in the Tomisui series 🥰, a sake with a moderate aroma, sweetness to rice flavor, and a nice sharpness, which was intended to be a food sake 🩷. The sweetness and umami were refreshing from the first sip! In a word, "clarity"✨It has a good balance of acidity and bitterness in a light flavor, and is just so refreshing and crisp. ‼️It is 16 degrees, but it is easy to drink because there is no spiciness or alcohol smell, which is bad💓. When I compared it with the Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, which is made from the same rice as the Miyamanishiki and has a little bit left over in my house, the Miyamanishiki has a slightly stronger and richer aroma than the Miyamanishiki, but both have a well-balanced and light flavor of rice without any spiciness or alcohol smell. Today, we paired it with chilled tofu with leek sauce, gyoza, and sukiyaki udon! The sukiyaki's soft and spicy broth with the egg, combined with the light and delicious Tonomizu, was the perfect combination 🎉. Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3 💕.

We welcomed the purple Kinmon-nishiki and silver Hitogochi 🥰 that we had been saving a little for this occasion, and the rare Aizan Daiginjo, which was a little late, but we were able to align and compare 🎉. Finally, the Sentori ceremony is about to start 🎉! Yesterday, April 20, my husband got on the podium at an off-road motorcycle race for the first time in a long time, so the drinking couple from Saitama celebrated with a big feast on a weekday 🎊. We have muscle aches and pains and other physical fatigue, but it's times like this that we should celebrate. ❣️ We started with sushi 🩷, then pancakes with sakura shrimps, pancetta and leeks, mozzarella salad, salted squid, and tako-wawa. We toasted 🥂 with an assortment of delicious food 🥰Jay & Nobby's recommendation, Dokuhya Sake, which is definitely amazingly delicious ❣️ inadvertently being a sparkling wine? I spilled it like a champagne fight 💦. Since it's a sparkling wine, I think it's most often served in toasts, but I actually highly recommend reappearing for dessert❤️🍰It was exquisitely delicious with today's dessert baumkuchen 😋. Last night the race was over and we had to travel 800 km from Hiroshima, the race venue, to Saitama, so we celebrated today, the next day. ❤️ Next race is in Nagano in May, good luck again~! Hope you can stop by the sake brewery too 🤭. The party was a lot of fun and we opened the second bottle of sake. To be continued: 。。。。。 The impression of the sake by itself is by shinsaku3 💕.

Following Yamazan as a toast at a recent house drinking party with a couple of drinking buddies, here is the second bottle of "Sora" 💖! It was the best choice to compare with Yamazan, which is a light nigori sake! The difference in taste between nigori and nigori, junmai ginjo and daiginjo, Hitogochi and Yamadanishiki, as well as the freshness of nama-shu and the elegant mellowness of fire-aged sake, all gave the sake depth, gorgeousness, and fun, and we all enjoyed the sake 🥰. Sora is, after all, the taste of rice, the perfection of rice flavor. Super balance and elegance. This was another impressive bottle ✨. These two bottles were selected by my drinking friend's husband 😘They were really great 👍I can only thank him 💕🙏. I accidentally forgot to take a picture on the day of the event, so I'm taking it now as I post ⭐️ I have a little left over, so I'm airlifting it out and storing it. I will drink it again with time to enjoy the changes!

The other day I drank at home with a couple of drinking friends 🎉Cheers to silver Yamazan ✨It's a weekday, but we drink 🥂. We served a salad with marinated tomatoes and deep-fried eggplant, and a plate of pink grapefruit, strawberries and pineapple as hors d'oeuvres. In addition, we prepared a plate of assorted Japanese food‼️cosmetics‼️😳The filet mignon sandwich was delicious😍. For the main course we had 3 kinds of pizza 🍕 and dessert was ice cream and dacquoise 🍨. The fresh sweetness, hidden bitterness and a hint of spiciness were just right and really easy to drink 🎊. It's been a while since I've made this series🤭2nd time for Zak💖. For my ramen-loving husband who wants ramen but can't go out to eat it, or rather, for myself who was in the mood for ramen today, I made home ramen & gyoza with chicken broth by making soup stock from chicken wings. I also grilled the chicken wings and used them as a topping for ramen! I was in a great mood and opened an unscheduled bottle of Zak 🎉. I thought it had more of a peculiar taste, but it was elegant and clear, and went well with the light chicken dashi broth 🥰 It was a very satisfying dinner 🥰. It's been a long time since I've had a Glorious Fuji, I bought one today, chilled it to a crisp and had it right away 🩷. The aroma is gorgeous, it's not too sweet, and it's more smooth and delicious than I thought it would be. As the temperature changes, the flavor becomes richer and more intense, and the umami attacks with a gusto👍. Today we had sauteed chicken, vinegared vermicelli, potato salad, and meat udon for dinner 😍It goes well with mustard and sweet meat udon. It seemed to go better with food than the Eiko Fuji I had before. ‼️ I would like to drink it again. ❤️ Impression of the alcohol by itself is in charge of shinsake3 💕
