It's a lovely label 🦋The first of the 2025 guitars has arrived and I'll give it to you right away 🎉. It's my first time to this brewery, but I surely know their "Mugi Shochu Iichiko" ‼️ It's 14 degrees, but it's softly sweet with a unique alcohol taste! There is a slight spicy bitterness, but it has the strength to blow away the low-alcohol feeling 💖. When paired with a meal, the unique alcohol, spiciness, and bitterness of the Kona mysteriously blow away, and it becomes a round, round, round sake. It's a wonder. Am I just drunk? Today's dishes are pork shabu-shabu, simmered pumpkin & kakuni & mushrooms, and chilled tofu with baby sardines. ❤️ Yesterday was the last race of the season in which my husband participates as a hobby 🏁 We enjoyed it slowly while reflecting on this year together 👍. For impressions of the sake alone, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

It's Halloween🎃🥰! So, I'll open after HinaHanaMama~ ❤️ I made pumpkin stew, meatloaf, and shishito peppers that I got from my uncle in the field, stuffed them with cream cheese and miso paste and baked them👍. Pumpkins are sweet and really delicious. ❣️ Today's supermarket was full of scary cute pumpkins lol. And mildly sweet, mildly bitter, mildly sour, exciting and exciting MONSTER😍. It goes well with the sweetness of the pumpkin and exquisite with the shishito miso chee‼️ The charm of minced meat dishes is the juicy taste of the meat. The sourness of the MONSTER works wonders with the flavor of the meat👍. It was worth the effort 😭🙌! Impressions on the sake by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Wind Forest Sisters, finally a drinking contest: ❣️ My love for Kaze no Mori is growing😍And this one, born from my favorite Aizan, is highly anticipated💜. It's so delicious from the first sip 🥰! This, this, this, this is Aizan❤️ sweet aroma that goes into your nose and rich delicious bitterness that soaks into your throat! After 3 days from opening, Akitsuho has mellowed even more, and when comparing the two, Aizan has a richer flavor, while Akitsuho is smooth, well-balanced and transparent✨. Both are delicious ‼️ Today, we are having a pork shabu shabu, which is still a boom in our house, and bukkake soba with mekabu egg 👍to which we will add wasabi oil 😋. We compared the Kaze no Mori sisters and it was delicious and goes well with food. ❤️ I wonder if we can drink it again next year with fresh sake. ‼️ I want to drink it. ‼️ Sake impressions by itself are in charge of shinsaku3 💕

The cherished Wind Forest Sisters 🥰. I'm opening it up 🙌 Last year? The year before? When I drank the Wind Forest, I thought it was a bit classic and I didn't like it, but now I'm not so sure 😊. First of all, let's start with Akitsuho 💖. We were greeted with the tastes of autumn, Akitoho fish, kampachi sashimi, and crab miso chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with crab miso). Yeah👍😍delicious ‼️ Classic feeling? Where? Salty rice flavor 💖 also goes amazingly well with grilled Akitogi 💖‼️🙌 We'll compare the drinks later👍 Wind Forest, I like it again 🩷. I made crab cream croquettes ❗️ So I'm going to open ❗️ 🥂. Western style cooking, rich cream and crab, I consulted with my refrigerator and decided on 🧐Sogape-sama🥰. I also added cured ham and sake lees cream cheese to the menu and it was a very rich and thick dish, but I think it went well with the strong flavor, acidity and spiciness of Sogape-sama. I also think it goes great with the salted mackerel I added to the menu ‼️🥰 lol. Sogape-sama has a surprisingly western atmosphere, but it seems to go well with Japanese home cooking 🩷. I love Sogape-sama😊 Can we drink Sogape-sama next season?

Today, crab miso cream pasta and pork shabu salad with ponzu ✨. The sweetness, low acidity, and deep flavor of Pure Black was perfect for the rich crab miso flavor and the round vinegar power of the ponzu 🥰. I cried because I was so happy to be able to enjoy the menu without disturbing the taste of Pure Black. 🥲 It doesn't work like this every time, although I do drink and eat well every time 😉 ‼️😉 But I'm glad it's a huge success 🎉. We will celebrate the 111th Zoro check-in at the first ㊗️ 🎉! Luxury drinking party with friends 🥂! What a great taste 😳💖! It has a full-bodied sweetness, sweet but with a sense of unity, with a hint of sourness and bitterness, it's good from the start until it's absorbed into the body. ‼️ We compared it with Jikin Omachi, both of which are so well-balanced and delicious that we were all saying that maybe it wasn't good for us, but we finished the two bottles in no time at all 🙌! Since we had Jikin Omachi, we had sashimi! Sashimi with tuna, yellowtail and squid. Imagine Imi, three kinds of caprese with mozzarella, prosciutto, persimmon and octopus 💖. Nishikawa's wasabi oil played an active role in the sashimi and caprese. What an amazing product ✨! Freshly baked bread visa with homemade focaccia, eggplant and shiso leaf yodarebuta😋 HINANOHA's pairing looked amazing and I used it as a reference 🥰. For dessert, we enjoyed Earl Grey ice cream 🍨 and sesame tuile, while nibbling on Saitama's specialty okaki (rice crackers). ‼️ It's really fun to talk about good drinks and gourmet food 😍. We also had a serious discussion about the meaning of sake comparison 🧐. I'm looking forward to the next choice of sake comparison 🩷.

Even more a while ago, but I had to post this 😍. We had a luxurious drinking comparison pizza 🍕 party with 3 Omine-san, which I have loved since the beginning of my getting into sake, and 2 expensive ‼️ drinking friends who got two 🎉. Both the 2-grain and 3-grain are delicious, and since they are from the same brewery, you'd think there wouldn't be much difference, but ‼️ they are completely different‼️ Oh, but I don't have the words to describe it 💦. The 2-grain is more refreshing and balanced! But I also like the complex flavorful feeling of rice with the clarity of 3 grains🩷🧐. I still like both ❣️ and I think they are two bottles worthy of a drinking comparison! Affirmation! We must start a drinking club soon🧐.

A little while ago, but a look back post: ❤️ I caught 3 insects this year, a rhinoceros beetle, a stag beetle, and a red dragonfly 👍They are cute when the bottles are all together💕I wonder if there are more insects in the series 🧐. I thought it was a little more sour or lactic acidic than the Akatombo I drank last year or the year before, but it was still easy to drink and delicious 😋. We received peanuts🥜 from an uncle in the field, so we had boiled peanuts with salt, mushroom soy milk tofu nabe, and shabu shabu, all in an autumn-like atmosphere 🍁. I can't get rid of the bottle, it's piling up 🤣. Oh yeah 🩷I've always been concerned about how small the table is and finally bought a larger round table 🥰🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌! I think it makes the food look smaller. I'll invite my drinking buddies over for a party 🧐🎈.

Everyone who likes cats and sake is a good person. 😻They say it is a sake called "Cat and Sake After a long period of not being able to drink alcohol, I was surprised by the deliciousness of the sake ‼️ and the ease of drinking ⁉️. What a lot of drinks with "seven" in them: seven waters, seven laughs, seven days, seven powers, seven wisdoms, etc. ‼️😯 And now, to celebrate Jay & Nobby's 700 check-in 🎊 at Nanamizu, we too are celebrating with the opening of our own Nanada 🎉㊗️ This Nanasan was also elegant, well-balanced, and delicious - ‼️ and the celebratory mood makes us even more excited ⤴️🥰! The menu consisted of standard shabu-shabu and braised pumpkin and pork cartilage. On the second day, yellowtail sashimi, salt grilled autumn fish, and autumn flavors. ❤️The second day was a little more spicy, but the taste was delicious without losing balance. It is a good match for Japanese food after all 💕. From now on, the season and the dishes will change drastically in the autumn and winter season. So I'm looking forward to the banquet even more 🙌‼️

I was in Miyagi Prefecture last weekend😊. We stopped by Zao Shuzo for some Kura Limited Sake 🩷. shinsaku3 let us try all the Kura Limited Sake and we bought the Autumn Sake and this test brewed sake that was made to be sweeter 👍. Today's menu was Western-style shabu-shabu. I made a sauce with grated onion, olive oil, consomme, and baked focaccia 🍞. Decided on a prototype to drink the one that goes with the olive oil! It's sweet 🥰 not too sweet and rich❣️ but somehow I keep drinking it‼️14 degrees? Delicious~‼️ I wondered if it would go well with olive oil? I wondered if it would go well with olive oil, but in the end the drink itself went down well, the first Western-style shabu-shabu was tasty in its own way, and the soy milk pudding for dessert was sweet and in good harmony, so the result was an okay and delicious supper. ❣️ The impression of the sake itself is by shinsaku3 💕.

I drank too much at last night's bring-your-own-banquet, but I will drink again tonight🥰. As expected, I thought a lighter drink would be nice, so here's my very own Amezure🍏: ‼️ It was talked about in Sake-no-wa a while ago and I went to the liquor store several times to get it and cherish it: ❤️ Pork shabu, daikon salad and crab cakes, ready to catch the sourness of the apples👍. As the topic suggests, the apple is delicious 😋I thought it would be more sour and sweet, but when I paired it with ponzu and yuzu kosho, I could taste the subtle umami and bitterness, and the elegant sweetness was also enhanced. The closer it gets to room temperature, the sweeter it gets, and you can drink it all the time slowly ❤️ danger or ‼️🤣 I hope I can come across something again ‼️

Last night we had a party with 8 drinking buddies 🎊. How happy we are to be able to talk endlessly about drinking while drinking 🥰! The toast was Shinshu Kamerei🐢🎉, and we opened more and more so that we could drink all kinds of sake😊The light and sweet flavor of San-do was a nice change of pace for the sake. And Yamamoto's No. 7 was my favorite of the day, even more than I expected 👍I thought it would be spicy, but it was crisp and refreshing ✨✨The flavor can only be felt by comparing various sakes. It's really strange how rice, water, and yeast can make such a difference. ❣️ Thanks everyone ❣️ and let's drink again~‼️

If the name of the sake rang a bell, you're right 👍It's an amazing sake that has taken the name of a famous book. Denemon is a sake brewery brewed by just one person. The name comes from Michel Carouge's famous book "The Bachelor's Machine," which is cited as the bible of the master brewer. It is also related to Marcel Duchamp's "The Bride Naked by Her Bachelors, Even (a.k.a. The Big Glass)". When I think about the sake rice "Aizan," I can see the image of this sake being brewed with love while loneliness, loss of humanity, and the desire for barren love cross the mind 🧐. Today we are going to start with our special bird ❤️ no doubt👍and our favorite gateau rusk🥰Carouge & Duchamp, so it's like a French 🇫🇷... ❤️ By the way, this "bachelor" is not sweet at all 🤘 it is rather tangy and spicy, and has a sharp taste, leaving a bitterness that is typical of Aizan. But it is not too alcoholic, and is indeed easy to drink 🧐. When paired with the rusk with pomegranate on top, the sweet and savory flavors are gradually felt. The flavor really changes depending on the food.

Ilya Thornton, meaning "100 years ago" 💖🥂They say that by letting it sit for a while, it changes and becomes more maniacal 🧐. It's delicious 😋😋This is Sogape ‼️ It's kind of honest and gentle, with a lingering aftertaste. It doesn't have the sweetness, bitterness, or acidity characteristic of sake, and it's not a sharp taste, but it envelops you in a unique deliciousness ✨😍Is it maniacal in that sense? Today, we have grilled and sashimi of Akinoto fish, and chilled tofu. The fatty and tasty Akinoto fish is very gorgeous and elegant with the presence of ‼️ Thornton 💖It goes well with mild salt and soy sauce 👍It is not a sharp sake, so it goes well with delicately flavored dishes🙆. When paired with gâteau au chocolat for dessert, it changes the atmosphere and has a Western flavor 🥰. Hope to see you next season, Mr. Thornton 🙏💕. I wasn't planning to drink today, but tonight's menu was "Home Sea Bream Salt Ramen" and the broth was quite good, so I had no choice but to drink 💪 and opened the recently arrived modernly dressed Matsumidori 🎉. I didn't expect it, but it went well with the Tai-Shio Ramen 🥰. S.tokyo's flavor is hard to put into words, but it has a sweetness that has a classic feel to it, with a hint of minerality that is almost too bitter to be spicy or sour 🧐. I think that matched the flavor and saltiness of the sea bream 🩷I think if this were a pork bone broth, the image might be a little different. So I think it's best when you want to pair it with a hot pot of seafood broth or something with a non-spicy drink: ‼️ We didn't have chashu pork today, so here's a sausage from the local Saibok Park😍. Sea bream soup stock is really delicious! I'm in charge of shinsaku3 for impressions of the sake by itself 💕

Our family guess 🩷 Sei Masamune test brewed sake 🎉 I found it again! We immediately opened the bottle: ‼️ It was so good last time that we started drinking it thinking it was going to taste the same, but then we realized ⁉️😱It tastes a little different from the TYPE-A that was so good last time, doesn't it? We took a closer look and found out that it was TYPE-B🥰They are both delicious❣️ I was so happy to find out that there is a TYPE-B, even though they have the same black and white labels. I'm so happy to find out that there is a B. There is also a possibility that C and D will follow 😍I can only look forward to it❗️ I'll have to go ask the liquor store 💪. I was totally underestimating the pairings for the second bottle of the test brew, but as expected of Seimasamune, it was too delicious to be served with our shabu-shabu, edamame, and squid mayo 🎊. Currently, the summer sake, Festival Carp, and the autumn sake, Autumn Carp, are available, but I'd love to see you try the test brewed sake as well: ❤️ A is sweeter and tastier, while B is a little less sweet and has a hint of sourness and spiciness! Well balanced 👍 Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3💕.
