Today's first brand and first Tokushima sake Miyoshigiku"! It takes a lot of courage to bring someone with almost no prior information about the sake, but since it's a rarely seen Tokushima sake, I took the courage to bring him along 🤣. I was curious and opened the bottle immediately 💡. The aroma is... sweet and full of fragrance. It smells like strawberries 🍓 like tropicals....................................even my stupid nose can smell it intensely 😊If anything it might be the best ever 😅. Can't wait to taste it 😋. The mouth is filled with a sour taste from as sweet as a hamburger master! The aftertaste is also strawberry like... but more tropical 😅⁉️😅 It's like a combination of sweetness and sourness 😊. A little too sweet, but better than de classique 🤣. Best to finish it on the same day instead of letting it sit 😋.

Today I'm going to take a little cue from you guys and exercise before I get a drink ❗️, so exercise that works for me...😔 That's right 💡 I'm off on a 🚲 to explore a new liquor store. Cycling 🚴 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes one way to feel the wind and get a good cardio workout 😆. There were quite a few sake products I wanted to take with me to a new liquor store, and after much worrying, I packed a few bottles in my backpack🎒... The way there was good, but the way back... 😫 I came home feeling long 🤣. I was so tired that I had to go back to the hotel. It's an elegant bottle with umami and a hint of sweetness, with a slight hint of spiciness that quickly fades away 🥰.

New sake is starting to appear here and there, so the refrigerator is ready to welcome them! So, we had a bottle of Mikotsuru's nama-zake. Needless to say, the aroma and taste are stable and delicious! The sweetness of the sake varies depending on the rice used... but this "Hitogokochi" has a refreshing umami taste that fits perfectly with any meal. It's a perfect match for any meal. I can't wait for this year's new sake 🥰.

I have a feeling that the first brand series is back 😋. Haginotsuru" 🍶. I brought this bottle with the intention of drinking a little more "nigori" sake during the new sake season 😊. I feel like I'm starting to understand sake a little bit more now 🤣. I took it with me on a 😅 ride 🚲 with a cellotape lid because it has a cap with a hole in it. First of all, the aroma... Mature ⁉️ The top clearings should be... 💦I mixed it up😱Well, never mind... let's drink it 😋. I checked the label later... The sweetness, umami, and acidity really come together like a gradation 😊. It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.... But... the second day was not good 😱😱😱. Sweet~~~(hamburger master) The second day was a bit too much 🤣.

Another first for the brand series 🍶. Miyamanbai" 😊. I was staring at the fridge at the liquor store and for some reason I was attracted by the label 🤣. The aroma was not so much and the taste was calm and refreshing at first 😋. As you continue to drink it, you can feel the complexity of umami, sweetness, and a hint of sourness, but the inside of your mouth is clear and you are waiting for the next sip in a flat state... 😅😅 What do I mean? What do I mean😅😅? Well, it means it's delicious ❗️ 🤣🤣

Found it 👀 [Nama Sake] sticker 🤣. That's why I brought you to White label from [Jyuseki] 🍶. Looking at the label carefully... I now realize that it's the rice used to make the celebratory sake😅. Looking back at the past pictures of Jyuseki, all of them are labeled with the celebratory rice 😅. I feel like all of them taste different for that reason, stupid tongue ⁉️🤣. It was a little bit different from my image of fruity, as it was clean and disappeared with a nice spiciness in the aftertaste 😂.

First Brand Name Series Kan Koumbai". I brought this bottle on the way back from Ise-san... originally I wanted to bring a different bottle instead of the animal series... but I couldn't find one so I brought this one 😅. This one is a little sweet from your post, so I thought it would be ok for his wife ⁉️... She is not feeling well and refrains from drinking alcohol, so I asked her to choose an alcohol in the fridge that she wouldn't mind... I was surprised that she chose this one 😱. I had no choice but to open the bottle by myself🤣. The aroma is fruity but the taste is not as sweet as I imagined 😱. It's not dry, it's right in the middle, neither sweet nor spicy. It's neither sweet nor spicy, neither heavy nor refreshing... It was exactly in the middle 😅

Sometimes local sake ❗️ I don't have Okayama love ❤️ for sake... 🤣 First sake in the "Taisho no Tsuru" series 🍶. Again, my preconceived image is that Okayama sake is mostly classic ❗️ In fact... The aroma is more mature, the taste is clean and not so much classic ⁉️ 💦, but as you drink it, the classic feeling gradually peeks out from the aftertaste 😅. I left it out of the fridge to change the temperature range a bit, but the flavor didn't change that much and it was still a bit heavy 🤣.

Tonight is the eve of the festival... Shinshu Kamerei" was the wife's choice 🍶. Since I am the one who usually chooses the sake, I left it to her to choose the sake for the eve of the festival and on the day of the event. I will have it without asking the reason for the choice. Tonight is my birthday countdown (2), so I will be having "Tasake" 🍶😊. I had been preparing my body for this day by abstaining from alcohol for the countdown (5), (4) and (3). (I wonder how many years it has been since I have abstained from drinking for 3 days😅) My body wants it 🍶(not in ○○😅) I will open the bottle immediately 😋. I imagined it to be fruity because the sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi, but... It is fruity 😍. And yet, the taste is refreshing ← this is a bad boy 😱. So ❗️ I drank it all in one gulp 😱 My liver feels well rested and I'm still waiting for the reception 😌, but I'll hold off on the pre-eve and get in even better shape for tomorrow's eve and the day after the main event 😋😋.

This year, we will be having "Hanamup," which we received for the first time and quickly ranked high on our family's list of favorites 🍶. I was shocked when I got it the first time, and I was hoping to have it again, but I couldn't find it. It was sitting in the fridge😅. I was hesitant to open the bottle because I had to time it right, but with the new sake season approaching, I decided it was time to open the bottle 😋. Needless to say, the taste is great... but if you look closely at the bottle 👀 The words "Fire-brewed" 😱. No wonder 💦. No wonder it was a bit on the mild side 😅 Still, it's a good one 😍. I can't wait for the new sake 🥰.
