To everyone in the Sakewa neighborhood Thank you for your likes👍 and comments📝 in 2025🙇. The sake to end the year 2025 is... "Hanamup", which I have wanted for a long time and finally found! I will be having the noblest sake of them all 😋. The aroma and taste are mild and refreshing 🥰, and I have the impression that it is one of the more subdued Hanayuyuu's. The sweetness, umami, and slight bitterness make the overall taste elegant and mellow without being sharp 😍. I guess it would be best to enjoy the changes in flavor over two days, but I can't resist 🤣. I'll end the year 2025 with a delicious sake 😍.

Tuesday night... There was a bottle of sake sitting in the fridge for a reason. Plus some sake for the new year 🍶... I had no sake to drink at the end of the year... 😱 So we rushed out 🚗. We were told that the sake we were looking for was sold out. So we took him a bottle of "Ryoseki". This one was one of my wife's favorites from last year, It is fruity, refreshing and easy to drink 🍶. We emptied the bottle in a day, so we couldn't taste the difference after it had been aged, which was a little disappointing. But it was delicious, so that's a good thing 🥰.

Monday night I'm opening a bottle of... Saku" 🍶, another bottle that had been aging in the fridge😅. I'm going to reduce my sake preference to make room in the fridge for the sake of each person's preference for the New Year's holidays 😂←I'll drink it though 😅. For a "Saku", it feels ⁉️ a little fruity, refreshing, easy to drink and delicious 😋. This was my first time to this series, the standard is good but this series is also good 😋. I heard they have other sake rice G and H, so I hope to take them next year if I have a chance 🥰.

Sunday night... From the "First Brand" series, "Shihou" 🍶! I had been curious about this sake for a while, but there were no stores near me that carried it, so I left it unattended... but when I looked it up, I found a store that carried it in an unexpected place 🥰. When I looked at the refrigerator at the first store... I found 3 kinds of "Purple Space" 💡. I stared at the fridge and wondered which one I should choose 👀 and took her with me... I'll have some right away 😋. The aroma is mild. The taste is not so much pineapple, not so sweet, not so sour and well balanced 🙆. The other sake has a negative Sake level... but I didn't feel it was that sweet, so I guess the other ones are ok too 🤣⁉️ It's a challenge 😋.

Saturday night we had... Kankoubai" 🍶 Yamada Nishiki I had heard about it somewhere and really wanted to take him there, so I visited many liquor stores, but none of them were able to take him there because they were out of stock... Did you provide the information about the liquor store when your daughter and her husband visited Ise-san ⛩️...? No way 😱They told me they got it from the fridge in the back of the store while talking to the clerk 🤣. Good job👍 Now that it has matured well, I'll have some 😋. From the slightly sweet aroma, the taste is also slightly sweet, but it flows smoothly and easily. This is delicious 😋! I think I heard it won a gold medal in something... but I can see why it's so good! It's the perfect sake for amateur sake drinkers like us, and just right for a beginner's sake 🥰.

I went home for the first time in over a month. On Saturday, we went to "Sairai" 🍶. This is a bottle that I had brought a long time ago, but I couldn't open it because I can't bring "Sairai" with me everyday 😅. This time, we were lucky enough to have "Sairai" with us, so we will open the bottle now 😋. This one has a very different taste from the other "Sairai" 😅. The aroma is mild. The taste is a little heavy. According to the wife, it has a strong sake taste. The taste is heavy and sticky 😅. As you drink it, you will get used to the taste and the smoothness, but even if you drink it at room temperature, the impression doesn't change so much that even your wife who loves "Sairai" will keep her distance from it 😅.

Tonight's bottle is SNOWXMAS🍶 by "AKABU". Yes...Christmas 🤶 has passed... 😩. This bottle was brought to us at the request of the wife, so we decided to open it at this time when she is in Osaka 😊. I'll leave it to you guys to post your thoughts on the taste of the sake 😅 We were impressed by the wife's expression of disappointment 🤣. I think this is almost the first time, We were not sure when it would be released. It was a bottle of wine that we brought after many phone calls to various liquor stores, so it was very funny to see her drinking it with such apology 😊. I guess my expectations were too high ⁉️ It was tasty enough, but... I wonder if they considered the price and the hassle😅.

I know I'm flying way overdue for New Year's Eve, but 💦.... There is a bottle of sake sitting in the fridge for a reason I can't find any sake that I can drink 🤣🤣, so I'm going to open the bottle, I'm going to open the bottle 😋😋. The aroma is mild. The flavor is mild and refreshing Well balanced👍 I wonder what it is... it has a rounded taste. In my opinion, this is the perfect way to describe it 🥰. I had a lot of Ona-san this year, and all of them were delicious 😋. I'm sure this will be a brewery that I'll be back to next year 🥰.

Here's what I didn't post last week😅 On Monday, I'm taking a break from "Hanayuup" to enjoy "Nozomu" 🍶😋. Even though it's fire-roasted, you can still feel the sizzle. It has a light aftertaste with a gentle sourness that quickly fades away. It's a good stuff that you can easily gobble 😅. Needless to say, ⁉️ turned into an empty bottle in no time 🤣

On Friday, I got information about a warehouse release, so I took a chance and went to a liquor store. We got it! Hanamayu" 🍶 Misato Nishiki I got it for the first time this year and almost got a different sake rice 😋. I got it early this season😍. I can't keep Misato Nishiki in a bottle, so I'll have some right away 😋. The aroma is... more mature this season ⁉️ Or it's still young ⁉️ The aroma of the previous Miso Nishiki was so strong that it was a bit surprising😅. The taste also feels a bit mature 🤣. It still feels far away from the fruity and full of delicious sweetness of the previous one 😩. Maybe I should have let it sit longer... I'll have to partition it off in the local fridge💦.

Thursday... One theme for this season [❗️] According to the liquor store It's one of the 4 major nigori 😅. We were able to bring along a few, so we'll have some as soon as possible 🍶. Of course, if it's good, we'll bring more immediately 😍. Microbubbles in the bottle from the moment I unscrewed the cork to open the bottle 🫧. After several times of immediately tightening and opening the bottle, the bottle is finally opened 😅. I'll take the supernatant... Dry ❗️ clear ❗️ Next up, a thorough mix... It has a slight sweetness, but it's basically clear❗️ aftertaste is dry and disappears easily... This is... delicious 😋. I don't know if this is one of the 4 best nigori, but it's definitely a tasty one 😋.

Tuesday night... Sake of the season hasn't appeared yet, so I'm holding out for a fire 😩. Mikotsuru's "Kinmon Nishiki" 🍶. It has a more mature aroma and taste, unlike the raw sake 🤣. It's definitely delicious, but But when you know the taste of the nama sake, you may find it a little lacking 💦. I can't wait to try it 🎤. I just want to say 🤣 I can't wait 😍.

Oh man 😅. I've been getting side-tracked lately and posting the whole week at once 😱 On Monday I got... My first brand of "Ikki Sama🫏" 🍶! I've become a bit wiser these days, when I get my first one in front of the liquor store's fridge, I check the flavor 😅 with Sake no Wawa. Now that I've brought you here, I'll have it right away 😋. The aroma is... very mature 😊. Taste is... a little bit petit, clear and light Easy to drink 😋. It's one of those bottles that you want to drink after a bit of time 🥰.

Today's nigori by Gagakuyo: ⁉️🍶 I'll have some without hesitation 😋. The aroma is... mild. A little from the top... Dry and refreshing! It's good enough on its own 😋. Next, after a thorough stirring... Deliciously sweet with just the right amount of acidity The overall balance is perfect. Oh man💦... This one will be empty in no time 😱. Restraint is the key today ✋. It's a badass type that has low al ⁉️ and can be consumed all at once 😅. I've been trying to get as much "nigori-style" sake as possible in this series, and this is the best one so far 😍.

This is another one that was sitting in the fridge under the influence of the wife's sobriety. This is one that was sitting in the fridge 😅. It's a sour wine in the vein of the last Red Dragonfly 💦. This one is a white wine 😋. It really tastes like sake⁉️! 🙆In a good way, of course. I know Mida-san is delicious...but I feel it's delicious again 😋.

Unpublished Part 2 Senkou" Red Dragonfly 🍶. This is another bottle that has been in the fridge for a long time waiting for its turn 😅. First bottle of Akatombo! I'll have it right away 😋. The aroma is more mature and you can feel the refreshing sensation 🤪←Heaven forbid ⁉️ Oh, it's delicious 😋! Just the right amount of acidity to refresh the palate. Very well balanced👍 I was just drinking it because I felt it was so good ❗️ that I forgot the details 😅💦. It's really refreshing and tasty. Empty bottle in no time... No wonder ⁉️

I'll upload this week's unposted 😅 Monday is... "Tasake" 🍶. I had brought this in the fall, but it was sitting in the fridge since the wife had a prolonged period of sobriety 😅. I'm not sure about the storage condition 💦, The aroma is fruity 👃. The taste is sweet and refreshing. This is a badass 🤣. It's getting harder and harder to bring rice wine to the table, but it's still one I'd like to have on a regular basis 😋. I finished it in one night by myself😅

Today we started out early in the morning to see the late autumn leaves 🍁. After a quick tour of the area, we drove around to our first store and got some sake 😍. On the way home, we stopped at a store and got a bottle of "Takachiyo", a favorite of the wife 🆕🍶. I'll have some right away 😋. The aroma is moderate but fruity 😋It's a little sweet for me, but it seems to be just right for the wife and she drinks it with a smile on her face😅. I was finishing up the empty bottle in one fell swoop due to my new sobriety 🤣. I'll have to consult with my fridge capacity to get some before I go back home at the end of the year 🤣.

I took Thursday as a rest day for the company's year-end party on the weekend, so I had a big dinner last night 🍶🤣. My eldest daughter is coming to visit my second daughter today, so I was asked to bring my purse and join them for the night... My wife came along for the ride 😅. After the party, we gave her some souvenirs and she left 🚄 and we were on our way home 🚃. We felt a little short and decided to have some 🍶... The wife chose a bottle of "Yamano Kotobuki" 🍶 from the fridge. If you look at it carefully... there are traces of having drunk it 🤣. Well, it was the first time for her to drink sake, but it had been a long time since she had had sake 😅. Maybe it wasn't to her taste 🤣⁉️🤣

The third unposted item is Insta-live came streaming in. I was curious about this one. First brand "Nakanori-san" 🍶. I can't open the lid 😅it spills 💦 finally opened the bottle after opening and closing it a few times 🤣. It's a carbonated sake that's beyond shwashy😅. Tastes like green apple 🍏 just like the installation. It has just the right amount of tartness and sweetness, and if you look closely 👀 the alcohol content is 9°, it's also a badass drink that can be consumed all at once 🤣.
