Tonight was the first time to drink and it was very good. I found my favorite rice, Yamada Nishiki, in the fridge, and the owner told me that there was no reason not to take me there. I found my favorite sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, 👀 so there was no reason not to bring it along with me. I was so excited to find my favorite rice, Yamada Nishiki 👀, that I knew I had to bring it with me. So I decided to try a different kind... This year's new sake is fruity 🍌🍓💦. I didn't realize it was full of acidity 😱. I said, "No💦this one..." and brought it to you 😋. When we opened the bottle, it was with a nice and energetic 'pop' sound 😊. The taste is still a definite ❗️ Sweet and fruity with a clean aftertaste! I think it's quite difficult to have a clean aftertaste if you don't feel any spiciness... It's a taste that everyone likes 😋. I think it's one that even my wife would enjoy. I've been trying to make her smell it too 🤣.

This weekend is Father's Day 🎁here The first "DAN" 🍶. It's my first time drinking Yamanashi sake😊. I'm a good father 🤣. Now, let's open the bottle. The bottle is opened with a pop! The aroma is fruity, which is a common pattern... The taste is also sweet with good acidity 😋 Well, it has a good balance of umami, sweetness, acidity and bitterness 😱. The fruity sweetness and the refreshing aftertaste is just perfect ⤴️😍! It was a true picture of excellence 🥰.

This time we will have a different sake rice from "Mikotsuru" 🍶, which surprised us the first time we had it last time 😊. I immediately opened the bottle and started to smell it... The aroma is fruity, but not too sweet. ❤️ And then I'll have a sip 😋. It's just as I imagined it would be⤴️ Delicious ❗️ but with a clean aftertaste 😋😋😋. This is a bad one 😱. I like it better than Yamae Nishiki. I'm sure 😍. This is some badass sake I've come across 😅. I think they have other sake rice too, so I'm off to the liquor store again 🚲.

Today we opened a bottle of "Sansho" for tomorrow's pre-festival celebration 🍶. Yes, Sunday is my daughter's ground-breaking ceremony 🙏. We will pray for the safe and accidental completion of the construction work, but we will purify our bodies with purifying sake the night before 😅. The freshness of the wine was a bit muted after sitting in the fridge for so long, but it's still delicious 😍. It's not a sake you can get often due to its cost, but when you try it, it's so good, you'll want to bring it back again 🤣.

This weekend, I had to rush back to my hometown, so I took the train after work and went 🚃. It was so hot that I first quenched my thirst with a beer 🍺 and then slowly moved on to sake 😋 I chose... "Tasake" 🍶. It's getting harder and harder to find locally these days, but I was lucky enough to get some, so I wanted to taste it for myself 😋. It has a strong and clean flavor, not light but not too light, so it was a bit of a gulp type of drink 😅.

It's been a while since I've been to "Haneya" today 🍶. I noticed it when I started drinking😱. Recently I've been drinking mostly fruity 💦. Maybe it's because it's been so hot every day that my body is craving something sweet... Maybe it's just my age😅. This is not good💦. Well, it tastes good, so I'm OK with that 😋. Maybe I just like to drink alcohol after all 🤣. The taste was deliciously sweet with a clean aftertaste 😋.

On Monday, we opened our first bottle of this series... another first for us! Hyakushun" 🍶. This is the brand recommended by the owner of the liquor store when I asked him for a fruity sake. I had never heard of it or seen it before, so I took a bit of a gamble and went with him... This ❗️ is fruity and sweet at first, but it's not heavy 😋 because the aftertaste disappears quickly and nicely. It's a gulpable type ⤴️ I drank it all by myself and emptied the bottle in no time 😅. Even though it was a WEEKDAY💦. It's going to be a bad start to the week🤣.

Tonight, at the request of the wife Mutsu Hachisen. This week, it's been three months since our youngest daughter started working, so the wife came to Kobe to give a status report and to go to a steak restaurant that holds fond memories for the three of us. After going out on Saturday, we spent Sunday relaxing at home drinking at her choice🍶. We prepared the entrée and started the game early 😋. The aroma is fruity, without the sourness of summer sake... Usually I drink first, but this time it was the wife's choice, so she drank first... She was in a good mood and said "It's delicious😍" and "I love this ❤️" 😊. I'll have some after this 😋. It is indeed... delicious, light, a little sweet but not too much ❗️ Empty bottle in no time 😅 I told him to go to the local liquor store because he kept saying "delicious" over and over again 😅.

Tonight is also the first in the "Tenmei" series 🍶. I bought this bottle as a label purchase while I was choosing a gift for my wife 😊. After buying it, I checked the sake 😅. I opened the bottle at ⤴️ and the aroma was ❓....it had a delicious sweet aroma and when I drank it right away....it was delicious sweet with a slight sourness and it was a refreshing and easy to sip 😅This is an instant kill type of bottle 😅 After drinking it...nigori type ⁉️😱 Well, anything is OK as long as it's good 😅.

It's been a while since I've had a "Bida" 🍶. Dry but with a hint of sweetness 😋. It's still delicious😍! I can't bring it anywhere near me, so I end up going to the back of the fridge 😅. I'm a little reluctant to open a bottle on an empty day, but for some reason I still crave it 😍. I still have to drink it regularly 😊.

Today, I got a bottle of Morishima's Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, which still has a good image from last time, and was chilling it in the fridge, when...💦my son sent me Morishima Yamadanishiki for Father's Day by courier 😅! I wonder if he even knew my dad's taste ⁉️💦Thank you for the call, he said he was very confident in his choice of ❗️ Morishima 🍶, which I'm sure he's never had before 😅. I loved it 😍. I replied 🤪←I guess you really want to mount ⁉️😅💦. I won't say it, but I will thank you for it 🍶. I have a feeling it's going to be good 😍. Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

Today is also my first time to visit the "Junqing" series 🍶. I dove into this newly found liquor store 😊I went in with high expectations as there were bottles of sake on display in the window of the store. The store was surprisingly small and didn't have that many sakes, but there was a large variety of sake on display, all in single bottles only😊. I stared at the fridge for a long time, and after examining which one I would like to bring, I did. I opened the bottle and started with the aroma... The aroma is slightly fruity, but it has a mature aroma. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with a hint of spiciness. It is a very high standard sake as a food sake 😋.

Tonight's first issue in the series 🍶. Mikotsuru" 😊. We took them to a new liquor store we found on our way home from the liquor store. I was excited to open the bottle and smell the aroma of this new brand... I took a sip while thinking, "This is a sweet aroma👃This is a deliciously sweet type ⁉️ It's so sweet 😋It's another one that I'm sure the wife will enjoy😍... I'll have to bring her back 😅

Tonight was also the first issue of the series🍶 "Zenkichi". I brought this bottle without any information or preconceptions. I was looking forward to opening the bottle and starting from the aroma... The aroma is not that strong and dry 😅⁉️😅 And then a sip 🍶. It's a little dry and refreshing. This is perfect for a meal 😋. The aftertaste is also very spicy, and it disappears with a lingering aftertaste. I was curious and anxious about this bottle because it is a rarely seen brewery, and I had a lot of feelings about it.

I got the "Yamazan" Yamada-Nishiki that I had longed for, and I wanted my wife to try it, so I brought it home and opened the bottle! The aroma was not fruity, and it had a strong sake flavor. And the taste... I don't know how to describe it... It doesn't have the Yamadanishiki feeling (in my sense)😅 It doesn't have the Yamadanishiki No.1 feeling that I get from other brands😱It's good, but... you're setting the bar too high for yourself⁉️🤣. When I looked at the side with a little dissatisfied face... I was enjoying Hatsuyamazanzan with his wife saying "Yummmm" 😅. I guess it's OK for the time being since the purpose of this visit was to let her enjoy Hatsuyamazan😅⁉️😅

This weekend, my company recommended a paid vacation, so I decided to go home and drink a lot of sake 😋. It's been sitting in the fridge for a while now. We opened a bottle of "Hana Yuu" Omachi. The aroma is fruity, and the wife is excited from the aroma 😅← it's too early to tell 💦. And then a sip. It's refreshing and sweet, but not overpowering. This exquisite balance is indescribable 😍. I've tried many different sake rice varieties, and all of them are of high quality. They are all refreshingly sweet and not too much so you can drink them easily 😋. I've tried them all at once this year, and this one will be a staple in our house from now on 😊(wife is a big fan of it 😅).

Tonight's accompaniment... "Nanbonjari" summer sake 🍶. The image of Shichibonsenryari is dry and classic, but this is a summer sake, so you may discover something new 💡😊. I immediately opened the bottle and smelled... It's as dry as I imagined. And the taste... like the aroma, it's dry and a little dry. ⁉️ I didn't feel the acidity of summer sake so much. I don't think it has the summer sake feel that I'm looking for 😅Well, it's a good sake, so I'm OK with it... 😍

First issue series in a long time 🍶 First Kanagawa sake "Amemuri First time to drink in Kanagawa, "Rainfall"! First of all, I was surprised when I opened the bottle💦. As soon as I removed the aluminum cap, the stopper flew off 😱. I was surprised at the sound of the explosion and quickly checked to see if it had spurted out of the bottle...what a gentle...what was that ⁉️🤣 and I immediately started drinking 😋! It's just apple acidity and the acidity is all over the place 😊It's like an adult apple juice 😋. I think I chose a strong flavor for my first brand 😅. I added some ice cubes and drank it on the rocks for a little fun 🧊. Well, good sake is good no matter what you do with it 🥰.

Recent Favorite Brand Morishima" Hitachi-nishiki Morishima is delicious no matter what you drink! The bottle was opened immediately (exciting😊). The aroma is...well...⁉️ the fruity taste is a bit muted and the atmosphere is a bit different.... The atmosphere is a little different 😅 The bottle says 💦dry 😅So what does it taste like... clean and dry, with a bit of sourness, followed by a spiciness that comes in a flash 😋. It's a different taste from the Morishima I've had so far, and it's delicious too 😍.

Tonight is the first series in a long time! I'm back to my solo drinking trial period, so I'm exploring a new brewery 😋. I had heard of this brewery and decided it was a summer sake based on the bottle 😅. I decided to go with them because I had heard about this brewery and decided to go with them because I thought it was a summer sake 😅. The aroma is fruity. The aroma is fruity and it feels more gorgeous than the image of summer sake. It wasn't summer sake⁉️😅 Well, anything is OK as long as it's good 🙆‍♀️ 😁. One sip. Fruity and sweet, but the aftertaste is a little sour and not too bitter 😋. A miscalculation in a good way😍. Ibaraki sake is good too (Morishima-san is good too).
