Today's Spring Sake 🍶 is Light Nigori of "Tenbi". Since we took the trouble to bring it with us, we opened the bottle at ❗️ in a timely manner. The first thing to notice is the aroma...it is not that fruity, but a little alcoholic, and the first sip of the supernatant is a little sour and refreshing. The top clear sip was a little sour and refreshing. After mixing and stirring, the first sourness fades and the sweetness is gone, leaving a clean and crisp taste. As you continue drinking, the sweetness and umami spread in your mouth in a good balance 🥰. It's so good that if you keep on drinking it, you'll get drunk in no time 😱. If I get drunk before commenting, I'll forget the taste, so I'll take a short break to comment 😅. This pause brings me back to myself and I close the bottle in moderation😅. If I keep drinking like this, the bottle will be empty in one night😅. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll call it a day 😋.

Today's first issue of the series The first in a series of first bottles 🍶 "Yamano Kotobuki". Among the many brands available, I chose this one just because of the label 😅Sake from Kyushu is also quite good, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The aroma is not that strong, it's more of a refreshing type 😊. And then I took a sip. It's clean and refreshing, with a slight spiciness spreading slowly in the aftertaste. The spiciness is just right and disappears easily. It's the kind of sake that goes down smoothly and is easy to drink too much 😅. I have a lot of intuition when it comes to sake choice these days, but I never get a bad one 😁. Maybe I'm using too much luck here😅. Well, it's a good thing I'm finding good sake 😊.

Normal operation from today 😃. First issue of the series has resumed and this time it's "Naraman" 🍶. Without any preconceptions, I opened the bottle and started with the aroma...mild aroma. Take a sip. The impression is clean and refreshing, and the spiciness follows from the sweetness. The aftertaste disappears quickly and you are left waiting for the next sip. The impression of "beautiful" is perfect. I thought the sake brewery was in Nara prefecture because of the brand name "Naraman"...but I didn't realize it was in Fukushima 😅. Oh, it's so good 😋.

Today we have "Shinsei" Suiboku Ash 🍶. We were going to open the bottle on our wedding anniversary tomorrow, the 11th, but I had to go back to Osaka for work, so we opened the bottle on our anniversary Eve. Last year, the wife got a bottle on her way home from business, so we decided to open it on our anniversary. It's Christmas Eve 😅 First, the aroma. The aroma is discreet, clear and transparent. I don't drink a lot of Niimasa, but it seems to be out of the image of Niimasa🟰sourness 😊. I don't feel the acidity that much, I can only describe it as clear and beautiful, I have no vocabulary 😂 but it's delicious ❗️ But not cosy😂. If it's your first sake on your anniversary (Christmas Eve) and it's delicious, you can't complain 🥰.

Today is also the first issue of the series 🍶 "Abukuma Abukuma We found it while shopping at a liquor store 💡. It was a brand I wasn't expecting at all, but since it's a Junmai Ginjo, I decided to give it a try and brought it along 😅. I opened the bottle and started with the aroma... Fruity ⤴️ and a sip 🍶. I wonder if this is called "beautiful" ⁉️. It has a clear mouthfeel and flows smoothly down the throat. It's a little spicy as the temperature rises, but it's totally clear and unctuous 😋. It is really delicious ⤴️ I didn't know there was such a delicious sake even if it is a brand that is completely new to me... 😱. It was a brand that made me rediscover the depth of sake more and more 😊.

Today is my first brand series 🍶 "Banjo Kotobuki" 🍶 which I brought to the liquor store after much deliberation in front of the fridge 🍶. I was attracted by the label and the cosmetics😅. The bottle was opened immediately. The aroma is a little sour. A sip and it's surprisingly refreshing and not too sour 😅I guess my stupid nose is exploding ⁉️ The aftertaste is also refreshing 😋That's right 🎯⁉️ and the second sip... I raise the temperature range to feel a little taste in my mouth... First the aroma is like a disinfectant 😱The taste is also a little peculiar 😅. I take a chaser to clear my mouth and take another sip 🍶I can feel the beautiful taste when I drink it normally 😅It's a little strange sake 🍶.

Today we had "Yokoyama" 🍶 for a long time. The first bottle I drank was a super-hot 7, which made me set the bar a little too high, and the subsequent bottle of "Yokoyama" was a big gap from the shock 😅. Today is also the first issue of the first issue series🍶 "Yamasan". This is another brand I was curious about at Sake-no-wa. I found it at a liquor store and talked to the owner, who checked the bottle and said "It's young but just barely drinkable"... ❓❓😅😅 I took it with me and opened the bottle and started with the aroma, wondering if it would be better to let it sit for a while. The claim is that it's not that good. I felt a bit of sourness and a little bit of petitiveness when I took a sip, but in the mouth it was clean and refreshing 😍. This is a good one 😱. The word "delicious" is becoming a standard word, but this is really bad 😍. I wonder what this will be like when it's younger ⁉️ and more ripe 😋. I have to give a review before I get drunk😅I'm drinking and uploading my comments with my phone 📱 in hand⤴️ I'm lucky to find another bad one ✌️ I'll enjoy the comments in moderation 😋😋😋.

Today is also the first issue of the first brand name series🍶 "Toyobai". When I think of Aomori's sake, only Tasake comes to mind. I brought along Toyobai, which I often see here as well. From the aroma of the bottle...it was slightly fruity, but not too assertive, so I imagined it would be a refreshing sake. As you can imagine, the fruity taste spreads in the mouth from the mild mouthfeel 😊, from there you can feel the umami of the rice. Overall, it is not assertive and perfect as a food sake 😍It is easy to drink 🍶. This is another badass sake 😅. I've been encountering a lot of bad sake lately, so I'm surprised and ready for the next one 🍶. I'm going to have to upgrade the specs of my fridge 😅.

The second revival sake is "Suitama" by Ryoseki Shuzo, a recent favorite of mine 🍶. The last one we drank was the back, so this time it was a Junmai Ginjo from the royal road ⁉️ 😀. The wife chose Ryoseki Shuzo as it was her first time to drink it and she seems to like it. The aroma is still fruity. The mouthfeel is clean and flows smoothly. The sake is also smooth and doesn't linger in a good way. It is also fresh and easy to drink. I'm sure I'll be able to go on and on with this one 😍Be careful not to drink too much ⚠️ and close the bottle and return to the fridge 😅I'm looking forward to tomorrow 😊.

The first sake I chose for Mrs. Oku's health recovery was "Omine" 🍶, recommended by Mrs. Oku. It was the first time to drink Dewa Sanzan ☺️ The first thing you notice when you open the bottle is the aroma... it's still fruity and when you pour it into the glass, it feels a little fizzy 🫧. A sip and it's still fruity and refreshing 😋 Even though the sake rice is different, the flavor level is the same and delicious 😍. Also stable ⤴️ This was the first time we drank 2025 as a couple, and the wife was in perfect physical condition and emptied all the bottles at once😅If anything, I still feel like I haven't drank enough 😱. It was a day when we realized once again how good it is to drink as a couple. ☺️

Rest your liver well on Monday, Today is also the first issue of the series 🍶. Kamo Kanehide I was curious about this brand from your post in Sake-no-wa. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was... slightly fruity, and when I took a sip, I was surprised. I felt some popping on my tongue 😱I thought it wasn't a draft sake... and checked the label again 👀. Fire in 😱something wrong ⁉️ second sip. I can still feel a slight tinny taste 😅The taste is clean and shows the dryness for a moment. But it's not dry. ⁉️ Muzu😱 just delicious 😋 I can say this with certainty 😊. In the end it's all about the taste 😍 My lack of vocabulary and stupid tongue is nothing new, so I'll give up easily 😅 and just concentrate on finding good sake 🍶! I'll probably end up with two choices: delicious ❗️ and bad ❗️ 😩.

Today, I locked onto a certain brand to get a souvenir for next weekend's trip home to the liquor store🚃. What a surprise.......it was late coming in! The sake I was looking for was not available 😱. I had no choice but to stare at the fridge 👀. I decided to try my first brand ❗️ and brought "Banshu Ikkyo" 🍶. Since it was a draft sake, I opened the bottle immediately! The aroma is slightly sweet! A sip and it's sweet and tasty, with a slight bite on the tongue 😋, followed by a moderate acidity that lingers in the throat 😊. It is refreshing and goes on and on! I'm about to empty the whole bottle at once💦. I'll have to cork it in moderation😅Let it sit for a day and see how it changes 😊.

After wondering whether to take a day off from drinking, I decided to reward myself for all the hard work I put in by drinking my first brand of Morishima 🍶. The liquor store I hadn't been to in a while didn't have the brand I wanted to bring along 😱. I wandered around the store and found 👀 I opened the fridge and found it was the last one 😂Lucky ✌️ Opened the bottle and started with the aroma. A little fruity, but not that much... A sip, and you'll be surprised ⁉️ how it goes from slightly fizzy to refreshing and the acidity is not that bad, it just goes right along with it 😋. This is a winner 🎯 delicious ❗️ Oh man, I'm drinking too much😅. I can drink as much as I want! I'm having trouble choosing the right gift for my wife 😅. More problems to be thankful for 😩.

Today's "Sono Kangiku" 🍶. The taste is from the petit-pickle to the clear sourness. Then the umami spreads in the mouth 😋 This is also delicious! I was able to feel again that sake drunk together tastes several times better than sake drunk alone. I couldn't go home 😢I'll take it as a plus that I could feel that sake that tastes good even when drinking alone is the real thing 😅. Let's try to look for sake so that I can choose good sake for my wife who worked hard from the beginning of the new year to serve homemade food to the kids who came home for new year's day (I just want to drink ⁉️😅)

It's been a while since I've had "Tasake" 🍶. It seems like it's hard to get it these days or many stores have a limited number of bottles... 🥲. Is it because it's so popular or because they don't ship enough of it 😅I'd like to drink it anytime. So, I'll take you to it after a long time. Opened the bottle. Well, nothing to say, just delicious 😋. The aroma is fruity and clean with no cloying taste. As the temperature rises, a bit of spiciness appears in the aftertaste, which is also delicious 😋. Well, it is delicious anytime and under any circumstances 😍.

Tonight is the first "Mimuro Cedar" 🍶 in a long time. The aroma is not that assertive. So I took a sip. Sukkiri ❗️ The aftertaste is clean in a good way too! I forgot about the last Mimuro Cedar, but it's delicious 😋. A sake that can be enjoyed as a food sake or on its own 🍶Specs are high 😊. It's getting colder and colder these days, but I feel again that sake is best served cold. ☺️

Today's Collage The last time we had Junmai sake, so this time we chose Junmai Ginjo. The aroma smells a little bit like cemedine 😂. I felt it was dry and refreshing. I didn't find it too fruity 😅. It's a nice clear dry taste 😋.
