We have a few bottles of AKABU left tonight, so we chose "Houou Mita" 🍶 for our regular sake series. We chose "Houou Mita" 🍶. If you're looking for a regular sake connection, this is the only one you'll find: ❗️ From the stable fruity aroma The first word that comes out of the mouth when the wife and I take a sip is "delicious". I can't find any other word to describe it than how it tastes 😅←I don't have the vocabulary 😱. I'm glad that the delicious sake made me happy tonight 😊.

The second bottle is our family's standard sake "AKABU" 🍶. This time we chose Omachi. I'm not an omatist myself, but I brought this one along because it was AKABU. The bottle was opened with great vigor. The aroma is fruity, and when you pour it into your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, and the acidity you get from Omachi rice is just right. It is definitely a bottle of deliciousness ❗️ that Mrs. Kurokawa praised, and she is more and more captivated by AKABU 😊. I have a feeling that there will be more opportunities for me to go out again since it is a brand that is not available locally 😱.

Today, I went home after preparing for the move with the afterglow of last night's celebration 🚗 My eldest daughter and her husband came to visit. As we talked, I realized that I hadn't prepared any food for dinner 🍽️, but I invited them to join us for a light meal ❓No, no, a light drink 🍶 and the feast began 😊. In the celebratory mood, we opened a bottle of "Sogaperuefis," which I had seen at a liquor store I stopped by the other day and brought along with me. I was a little hesitant to open the bottle because I had never seen this sake before... but there was a quality guarantee expiration date on the label, so I opened the bottle as soon as I could 🍶. It didn't have the aroma of white wine that I had heard about, but more of a sake-like aroma. The sake has more of a sake-like aroma, but when you take a sip, you can feel the white wine flavor spreading in your mouth from the refreshingly crisp mouthfeel. It was an easy to drink sake with a clean flow down the throat. The three of us, his wife and son-in-law, emptied the bottle in no time😅. Then I realized I forgot to take a picture of the empty bottle 😅😅 I don't know when I will see it again, but it was a delicious bottle 😋.

It's been a while since I drank at home🍶. Today was my second daughter's degree conferment ceremony. It was held in extremely cold weather as if we were back in the middle of winter 🥶. Finally, I finished my role and celebrated with a toast 🥂. While I was thinking about what would be appropriate for the toast, my wife suggested Houou Mita as the best choice 🍶. The wine cellar was full of wine and it was more like a white wine than a sake 😊. I thought I knew how good Houou Mita was, but I realized once again how good it is. This March, I had more opportunities to drink sake than usual due to a series of events 😱. But I feel like the sake I drink after a short break is even more delicious 😅.

After a series of farewell parties, we chose "Morishima" (🍶) for our first drink at home in a while. I chose this sake because I was impressed with the taste when I drank it for the first time last time. The aroma was not so assertive as before, but rather the sake flavor came out in full force. Then I took a sip. Dry ⁉️ Sourness and spiciness coexist, and the spiciness and sourness disappear with the sake at the same time as it clears the throat, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. It's another one that you can drink too much of 💦You'll end up drinking too much 😱😋😋😋. Oh well 😍 It's been a while since I've had a drink at home, so I'll drink until I'm satisfied😅.

This time of year is a time of meeting and parting, and this year there is a rush of farewell parties🍻 more than usual. So I had been trying to curb my drinking at home a little, but I ran out of sake stock and had to go out 🚲. I was a little tired, so I decided to go to "Yamazan" to get something close to home.... I arrived at the store and immediately went to the fridge 👀. There's a "Yamasan" 💫💦. I'm pretty sure I've had this one before 😅Check with the owner 👂. The owner told us that a different kind would be coming in but it would be a little while before we could get it. 😂. And they only have 1 bottle 😱. Since I came all the way here, I took a bottle. It's still delicious 😋. I can't wait to try the other specs 😊.

Today's "Saku" 🍶 is very stable. The aroma is full of fruity as usual. A quick sip. The aroma is fruity but the taste is clean and dry😊I enjoyed the new Saku which is a little different from the usual Saku 😋. Well, I don't drink that much, so it's always new 😅. After a day's rest, the overall taste became mellower and transformed into something more like my usual brew. No matter how it tastes, it's still delicious ❗️ 😍

After a day off from drinking, today's drink is ROMAN" 🍶. I didn't know it was a light nigori sake, so I just had a glass of the top clear 😅. The aroma is not as fruity as the usual Romain, and there is a slight alcohol smell... So I took a sip and it was not so fruity as the aroma, but refreshing 😊. It's not as sweet and tasty as usual, but rather clean and refreshing. I feel a new Romain 😋. Here, I noticed a light bitterness 😱. I mixed a little and had a second cup 🍶. Even with the nigori mixed in, it still has a strong refreshing feeling and is still a new Loman, different from the usual feeling. It was so refreshing that I drank it easily 😱.

The third category in the comparison is "Mutsu Hachisen," which is also a first in the Mutsu Hachisen series. It also tasted sweet and fruity. To be honest, the amount of sake we drank was at the level of a good sake, so it was more like looking for a candidate to take with us than giving an impression of the taste 😅. I've seen the brands we compared at liquor stores, but never had the chance to take them out, so this was a good reference for me 💡.

The second type of drink to compare is, The second type of sake we will be comparing is the first one in this series. Isoshojumma Compared to the previous Gyojama, this one was much easier to drink 😊. I recommended a sip to a friend of mine who normally doesn't drink sake at all, and he drank it easily and drank it all up 😱. I think it might be a good introduction to Sake ⁉️. I didn't realize it was a Honjozo until I saw the picture when I posted it here😱. I thought Honjozo was more like a classic 😅I was imagining it myself...

I drank it right away and found it to be refreshing, with an acidic aftertaste that emphasized the clean feeling. I usually drink the same brand before moving on to the next one, so I only notice the difference in taste when I switch between them, but today I was able to feel the difference in taste by drinking each sip in turn 🍶. It's also a great way to discover and discover your favorite sake 😋.

I was hunted out to the city, so I chose a restaurant where I could drink my first brand series 🍶, After the introduction... The first brand series was "Jyushidai" 😍. We chose a brand that would probably be difficult to bring along. Like an animal hungry for food, I immediately ordered it and from the aroma... Mmmm fruity😊 and a sip. Compared to the fruity aroma of ⁉️, the fruity taste is not as assertive 😔. I'm still getting the same impression after 2 or 3 sips😅. It's good but... maybe I set the bar too high ⁉️😅 I thought it would be the NO1 ONLY1...but if you include the cosmetics...it was like ⁉️. There was only one kind, so if I come across another one, I'd be willing to try again 😊.

Another first issue series today🍶 "Ona". This is another brand that I was curious about. We finally had a chance to bring it to you. We opened the bottle immediately. Let's start with the aroma, Fruity ⤴️ It was surprisingly fruity, and I immediately took a sip. It is sweet and delicious 🥰 followed by a slight sourness❓bitterness❓I really feel a slight bitterness that eases the sweetness. It's so good 😋😋😋😋. The sweetness is a little strong but also refreshing. You can drink more and more 😍. Tochigi Sake 😱 I thought Ona-san was famous for their nigori ⁉️, but if it's this good, I'm sure it's good for all of them 🥰....... I'd like to try the dry version too. It was an intriguing bottle 💫.

Today's second bottle is "Kubota" 🍶, which has been a long time coming. This was the sake that my wife recommended to me when I first started drinking sake. I brought this one along to see if her tastes have changed since then. Tonight, we opened the bottle with some gusto. From the aroma...well...it wasn't very fruity, and I took a sip while feeling refreshed. It was thin💦I felt it right away. At the time, I judged it best based on drinkability and taste sensation, but it was the moment I realized my tastes had changed as I encountered various types of sake 😅. When the temperature range goes up a bit, it feels like the strong sake feeling comes out in full force, and the fruitiness and rice feeling fades away. Today was a day when I once again felt the depth of Sake 😅.

Today's dish is also "Ryoseki" from yesterday's leftovers 🍶. The wife, who got a taste of it last time, requested it 😊. As usual, we opened the bottle and started with the aroma. It's fruity 😋I can already say it's delicious😅. It's a junmai sake, but it's fruity not only in the rice sense but also in the fruity sense. The first sip is a little different from the aroma. After the sweetness, it disappears with a sharp taste. It is different from the dry sake in that it disappears quickly and smoothly while retaining its umami. I'm going to like this more and more 😋. Wife is a raving fan 😅. Ryoseki sake brewery is to be feared 😍. It's a great wine that will jump into our family's ranking 🥰.

Today we had another classic sake, Saku 🍶. Saku is a stable and delicious sake, but there are so many varieties that it's hard to get all of them 😅On top of that, it's a brand that is not available in regular liquor stores, so we always had to take you on an expedition to get it, but finally we found it 💡. I didn't expect to find it in a department store 😅. I brought it with me immediately and opened the bottle. The aroma is fruity but not too sweet and refreshing! After taking a sip, it was still very crisp and clean, and it flowed smoothly down the throat 😋. My wife and I were both saying at the same time, "Saku is really good" 😊. Beautiful is the perfect word to describe this sake in my opinion 🍶! I was happy to drink delicious sake tonight as well 🥰.

Today, continuing from yesterday's Tasake ICHIHAKUSUISEI" Green Label 🍶. I was curious about this green label since it was uploaded on YouTube. It's a reissue, so naturally I didn't know about it before the reissue 😅. I opened the bottle and started with the aroma... I can feel the fruity and a hint of lactic acidity ←I don't understand 😱Mrs.😱Wife, who is not good at lactic acidity, immediately said "nn⁉️😣" with a reluctant face 😅. When you take a sip, you will find that the aroma is very refreshing. First of all, I feel sweetness, but it is not fruity, but a complex taste from the sweetness of rice. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and you are waiting for the next sip. It was a delicious sake that could be drunk smoothly 😋.

Today's sake is one of our family's staples, "Tasake" light nigori (light nigori) 🍶. It's been a while since we've found several kinds of Tasake at the liquor store 💡, but as is standard these days, each person is tagged with a bottle of one of these 😱. After much deliberation, I chose the light nigori 😍. Let's start with the aroma. The aroma conveys a sense of clarity. A little bit of the top clearness... sweet, tasty, and refreshingly dry. First you feel the sweetness, then it disappears quickly and the dryness spreads in your mouth. ⁉️ expression muzu 😂. And then I mix the nigori and get the real thing 🍶. It's a little mellow and perfectly balanced 🥰. Tasake is delicious after all ‼️ I started late tonight, so I'll stop in moderation and look forward to tomorrow. 😍😍

Today's Spring Sake 🍶 is Light Nigori of "Tenbi". Since we took the trouble to bring it with us, we opened the bottle at ❗️ in a timely manner. The first thing to notice is the aroma...it is not that fruity, but a little alcoholic, and the first sip of the supernatant is a little sour and refreshing. The top clear sip was a little sour and refreshing. After mixing and stirring, the first sourness fades and the sweetness is gone, leaving a clean and crisp taste. As you continue drinking, the sweetness and umami spread in your mouth in a good balance 🥰. It's so good that if you keep on drinking it, you'll get drunk in no time 😱. If I get drunk before commenting, I'll forget the taste, so I'll take a short break to comment 😅. This pause brings me back to myself and I close the bottle in moderation😅. If I keep drinking like this, the bottle will be empty in one night😅. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll call it a day 😋.

Today's first issue of the series The first in a series of first bottles 🍶 "Yamano Kotobuki". Among the many brands available, I chose this one just because of the label 😅Sake from Kyushu is also quite good, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The aroma is not that strong, it's more of a refreshing type 😊. And then I took a sip. It's clean and refreshing, with a slight spiciness spreading slowly in the aftertaste. The spiciness is just right and disappears easily. It's the kind of sake that goes down smoothly and is easy to drink too much 😅. I have a lot of intuition when it comes to sake choice these days, but I never get a bad one 😁. Maybe I'm using too much luck here😅. Well, it's a good thing I'm finding good sake 😊.
