It's been a while since I've had a "Bida" 🍶. Dry but with a hint of sweetness 😋. It's still delicious😍! I can't bring it anywhere near me, so I end up going to the back of the fridge 😅. I'm a little reluctant to open a bottle on an empty day, but for some reason I still crave it 😍. I still have to drink it regularly 😊.

Today, I got a bottle of Morishima's Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, which still has a good image from last time, and was chilling it in the fridge, when...💦my son sent me Morishima Yamadanishiki for Father's Day by courier 😅! I wonder if he even knew my dad's taste ⁉️💦Thank you for the call, he said he was very confident in his choice of ❗️ Morishima 🍶, which I'm sure he's never had before 😅. I loved it 😍. I replied 🤪←I guess you really want to mount ⁉️😅💦. I won't say it, but I will thank you for it 🍶. I have a feeling it's going to be good 😍. Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

Today is also my first time to visit the "Junqing" series 🍶. I dove into this newly found liquor store 😊I went in with high expectations as there were bottles of sake on display in the window of the store. The store was surprisingly small and didn't have that many sakes, but there was a large variety of sake on display, all in single bottles only😊. I stared at the fridge for a long time, and after examining which one I would like to bring, I did. I opened the bottle and started with the aroma... The aroma is slightly fruity, but it has a mature aroma. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with a hint of spiciness. It is a very high standard sake as a food sake 😋.

Tonight's first issue in the series 🍶. Mikotsuru" 😊. We took them to a new liquor store we found on our way home from the liquor store. I was excited to open the bottle and smell the aroma of this new brand... I took a sip while thinking, "This is a sweet aroma👃This is a deliciously sweet type ⁉️ It's so sweet 😋It's another one that I'm sure the wife will enjoy😍... I'll have to bring her back 😅

Tonight was also the first issue of the series🍶 "Zenkichi". I brought this bottle without any information or preconceptions. I was looking forward to opening the bottle and starting from the aroma... The aroma is not that strong and dry 😅⁉️😅 And then a sip 🍶. It's a little dry and refreshing. This is perfect for a meal 😋. The aftertaste is also very spicy, and it disappears with a lingering aftertaste. I was curious and anxious about this bottle because it is a rarely seen brewery, and I had a lot of feelings about it.

I got the "Yamazan" Yamada-Nishiki that I had longed for, and I wanted my wife to try it, so I brought it home and opened the bottle! The aroma was not fruity, and it had a strong sake flavor. And the taste... I don't know how to describe it... It doesn't have the Yamadanishiki feeling (in my sense)😅 It doesn't have the Yamadanishiki No.1 feeling that I get from other brands😱It's good, but... you're setting the bar too high for yourself⁉️🤣. When I looked at the side with a little dissatisfied face... I was enjoying Hatsuyamazanzan with his wife saying "Yummmm" 😅. I guess it's OK for the time being since the purpose of this visit was to let her enjoy Hatsuyamazan😅⁉️😅

This weekend, my company recommended a paid vacation, so I decided to go home and drink a lot of sake 😋. It's been sitting in the fridge for a while now. We opened a bottle of "Hana Yuu" Omachi. The aroma is fruity, and the wife is excited from the aroma 😅← it's too early to tell 💦. And then a sip. It's refreshing and sweet, but not overpowering. This exquisite balance is indescribable 😍. I've tried many different sake rice varieties, and all of them are of high quality. They are all refreshingly sweet and not too much so you can drink them easily 😋. I've tried them all at once this year, and this one will be a staple in our house from now on 😊(wife is a big fan of it 😅).

Tonight's accompaniment... "Nanbonjari" summer sake 🍶. The image of Shichibonsenryari is dry and classic, but this is a summer sake, so you may discover something new 💡😊. I immediately opened the bottle and smelled... It's as dry as I imagined. And the taste... like the aroma, it's dry and a little dry. ⁉️ I didn't feel the acidity of summer sake so much. I don't think it has the summer sake feel that I'm looking for 😅Well, it's a good sake, so I'm OK with it... 😍

First issue series in a long time 🍶 First Kanagawa sake "Amemuri First time to drink in Kanagawa, "Rainfall"! First of all, I was surprised when I opened the bottle💦. As soon as I removed the aluminum cap, the stopper flew off 😱. I was surprised at the sound of the explosion and quickly checked to see if it had spurted out of the bottle...what a gentle...what was that ⁉️🤣 and I immediately started drinking 😋! It's just apple acidity and the acidity is all over the place 😊It's like an adult apple juice 😋. I think I chose a strong flavor for my first brand 😅. I added some ice cubes and drank it on the rocks for a little fun 🧊. Well, good sake is good no matter what you do with it 🥰.

Recent Favorite Brand Morishima" Hitachi-nishiki Morishima is delicious no matter what you drink! The bottle was opened immediately (exciting😊). The aroma is...well...⁉️ the fruity taste is a bit muted and the atmosphere is a bit different.... The atmosphere is a little different 😅 The bottle says 💦dry 😅So what does it taste like... clean and dry, with a bit of sourness, followed by a spiciness that comes in a flash 😋. It's a different taste from the Morishima I've had so far, and it's delicious too 😍.

Tonight is the first series in a long time! I'm back to my solo drinking trial period, so I'm exploring a new brewery 😋. I had heard of this brewery and decided it was a summer sake based on the bottle 😅. I decided to go with them because I had heard about this brewery and decided to go with them because I thought it was a summer sake 😅. The aroma is fruity. The aroma is fruity and it feels more gorgeous than the image of summer sake. It wasn't summer sake⁉️😅 Well, anything is OK as long as it's good 🙆‍♀️ 😁. One sip. Fruity and sweet, but the aftertaste is a little sour and not too bitter 😋. A miscalculation in a good way😍. Ibaraki sake is good too (Morishima-san is good too).

I opened a new bottle today based on the previous day's trend and wanted to enjoy it carefully😊I nominated "Super Kudokibe" 🍶 as my companion to enjoy it carefully. This is my first time to drink Super Kudokibe... I enjoyed the aroma and took a sip, and wow, it had a clear flavor with no cloying taste. I was asked to taste it after checking my drinking expression 😱... 😱... I was like, "This is delicious! It was a weekend of sake drinking 🚄.

The second bottle of the weekend was a new bottle that was opened before it was consumed, which is unusual for our family. It has been a long time since we had a bottle of "Nabeshima". I opened a bottle of "Nabeshima" while leaving AKABU for the wife's preference. It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima, but it's still delicious 😍I enjoyed the local rice as it's made from Akaban Omachi rice 🌾😋. Nabeshima➕Akaban Oumachi rice🟰 is delicious 😋. As I was tasting it, thinking about the obvious equation in my head... I see a hand reaching out from the side 😱... Needless to say, as soon as he poured it into my glass, he said "I love Nabeshima💕" and "It's delicious😋".... Of course you do😅. I'll keep this one too 🤣. So, it's decided to go to the wife again 🤣 and that's the end of the night 😅.

Last week, we took Friday off to remodel the bathtub and went back home. I took him to "AKABU" Jade 🍶, his wife's favorite restaurant. The construction work took a long time, and we finally started dinner at around 8pm. The bottle is opened immediately. The aroma is mild and not as fruity as usual AKABU, but clear and calm. The taste is also clear and refreshing. Although it is a summer sake, it doesn't have an assertive summery feel, but rather a moderate balance of acidity, umami, and other flavors.

This is a post from the day before yesterday😅 It's been a while since I took you to "Mimuro Cedar" 🍶. I remember the taste vaguely. I thought it was easy to drink back then 💦. So I opened the bottle and drank it 😊. The aroma is subdued (←somewhat surprising), and I take a sip, a little puzzled by the difference from my image... 😱... The taste is also completely different from the image 😱. This is a very different memory 💦. Dry and refreshing. The spiciness is assertive and strong. This is delicious in this way, but... the exact opposite of what I imagined, and the surprise ‼️ was so intense that I finished the first day in a confused state 🤣. I let it sit for a day and on the second day... The aroma is mellowed 😍This is it. When I took a sip, it was exactly as I had imagined at first, mellow, with the umami of the rice and a gentle overall feeling 😋. I'm surprised at the dramatic change in one day😅

This time it's been a long time since I've had a "Kido" summer sake. Kido is the best in terms of cost performance even in these days of high prices 💪. Thank goodness for that 😍. We opened the bottle the same day we brought it to the restaurant. The aroma is mild and slightly fruity. The aftertaste is crisp and clear, so it doesn't interfere with the meal or the next sip, so you can enjoy each flavor 😍. What an excellent sake! It's a great role as a food wine 🥰.

After the 🍊 intense 🍊 delicious twilight orange, this is another "Yamazan" pink 🍶 from ⁉️ that is blowing up in the Sakegawa area. Finally got it 😊. This time, the liquor store had 3 kinds of Yamasan waiting for us in the fridge with full of presence😍. I was trying to decide which one to get.... I went with the one with the least amount of stock 😊. I'll leave the flavor review to you guys 🤚. Today we will be having... in the Sakegawa area... Koei Kiku" Dusk Orange 🍊🍶, which everyone is raving about at ⁉️ The bar is set a little high as we opened the bottle with all the information we had in advance, but... Wow! Yum! 😍It's exactly like orange juice⁉️ with the perfect balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity😋. I can see why everyone is raving about this ✨ I'll leave the detailed review to you guys and I'll just drink it 💦. The low alcohol content helped and the bottle was empty in no time 😱. That's no wonder 😅

Tonight is "Morishima" 🍶. Actually, the bottle was opened on Wednesday the 14th, but it was left in the fridge after being opened at a drinking party on Thursday and Friday 😅. This is the first time for me to drink an opened bottle of sake for 4 days, so I was both excited and anxious to see how it would change 😞. As expected, after 4 days, it tasted like something else 😱. On the first day of opening the bottle, it had a fruity aroma but was sharp and a little different from other Morishima's. I liked it again and felt again that Morishima is a sake that fits my tastes. And when I let it sit for 4 days, the aroma became milder and the sharpness changed to a sharpness that was several times more sharp 😅. It was another good experience for me 😍.

Tonight is the first night in Kagoshima! Tenpyo" 🍶. I found it at a liquor store 💡 and took it out of the fridge without any hesitation, but I hesitated for a moment when I saw the price, but since it was my first one, I took it 😅. I let it sit in the fridge for a bit before opening the bottle. The aroma is fruity 😋. One sip and it's deliciously sweet 😋⤴️ The first day, the sweetness is a little bit dominant. On the second day, it seems to be more refreshing and less sweet, making it easier to drink 😋. It's more to my liking if I let it air out a bit 😍. This time I drank it in 3 days because of my health condition, but it seems to be mellowing day by day, and I enjoyed the change of airing it out, which was very helpful for me when tasting sake 😋.
