Tonight is the first night in Kagoshima! Tenpyo" 🍶. I found it at a liquor store 💡 and took it out of the fridge without any hesitation, but I hesitated for a moment when I saw the price, but since it was my first one, I took it 😅. I let it sit in the fridge for a bit before opening the bottle. The aroma is fruity 😋. One sip and it's deliciously sweet 😋⤴️ The first day, the sweetness is a little bit dominant. On the second day, it seems to be more refreshing and less sweet, making it easier to drink 😋. It's more to my liking if I let it air out a bit 😍. This time I drank it in 3 days because of my health condition, but it seems to be mellowing day by day, and I enjoyed the change of airing it out, which was very helpful for me when tasting sake 😋.

After GW is over, I'm back to my daily routine and injecting energy into my body after all the work I've done while I'm in a work mode that doesn't go up very much. It's been a while since I've had a glass of "Shippuda-shu" (🍶). The last time I drank it, I thought it was pretty good ⤴️... but it's been about a year since I had it 😋. The aroma is fruity and reminds me of the last time I drank it, so I took a sip. As the label says, it is light, fresh and refreshing 😊I can enjoy it with a hint of spiciness. The aftertaste is also naturally refreshing, so the mouth is always clear and waiting for the next sip ❗️. It's a good food wine that doesn't interfere with food 😋😋.

Yesterday, after quenching my thirst with a beer on my way home from an expedition, I chose "Hanayuup" as a bottle that would soothe my tired body. After Pon-chan's review, we opened a bottle that we had been curious about! The aroma is more subdued than the other Hanamups, which makes me feel a little more anticipation. A quick sip and it's still refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness 😊. This is good ❗️😋 Good balance of umami and sweetness. It might be the best among Hanayuyuu's bottles in my opinion 😋I would have been happy with a bottle of this. It made me think that I could have had a bottle of this. I left the rest to the wife and closed with her happy smile😅

Continuing with the birthday party, my wife's father-in-law gave me a bottle of "Sawanoi" 🍶. It's a local sake from Tokyo, This was my first taste of Tokyo sake 😍. The aroma is a little fruity and modern. It was easy to drink and easy to enjoy 😋. I was kinda getting a taste of it at the end of the party 😅... I was thinking 😅 it's probably an expensive sake 😅 but I enjoyed it (I wouldn't be able to buy it myself 😅). We finished our 4-day/3-night eastbound trip like this and headed back home 🚄It was the second half of GW.

First post in a while: ✏️ The second half of GW is our Prince's birthday and we are taking the eastbound trip to Tokyo🚄. We got in a day before and went for a walk in Yokohama, his wife's favorite city. Lunch at Pio City in Noge 🍺. We were so impressed that we could find such a paradise 😍After enjoying the lunchtime drinking, we got caught in a downpour 😅. So, back to the story... On the day of his birthday, we met again after 5 months... he suddenly cried 😂. Only 5 months and he's a stranger to me 😱sad😭. In the end, we started the birthday party without getting used to each other. First, we had our first drink, "Bunraku". The aroma is normal and a little sake-like, but the taste is clean and easy to drink, and although I was confused by the imbalance with the aroma, I easily emptied the bottle😅. It was a brand that I could not find in my hometown, so it was a good harvest of my expedition.

Tonight, I couldn't wait to open a bottle of "Houou Mita". The aroma doesn't seem to be that assertive...but when you take a sip.... It has a bitter taste like ❓❓, but the aftertaste is clean and disappears in a flash. This is delicious. ❗️ and the wife both said it was delicious. It's perfect as a food wine 😋😋😋. The more you drink, the more addictive the flavor becomes. I don't know what it is ⁉️, but it was so easy to drink that the bottle was empty before you knew it 😱. I know this is a common sight, but for some reason tonight I feel like drinking more 😅. My taste buds are drawn to it😅 I find myself saying 😍I like it 😍Yummy 🤔 This is why I love Mida-san 🥰.

From now on, I will be drinking summer sake🍶 by "Daimine". My mother asked me to paint the balcony and carport of her parents' house, (I'm not a painter and I can't do everything 💢), but I had no choice but to go out early in the morning and finish them in one day. As a reward for that, I bought this brand recommended by Mrs. Omine to replenish energy to my tired body😋. The aroma is not as fruity as Omine's usual (because it is a summer sake), but it is slightly fruity. The taste is not so much sweet as it is refreshing and a little sour, which is just right for a tired body 😅I guess summer sake is in full bloom now. For my family, who don't like a little too much acidity, it was just right and will become a regular summer sake 😋.

It has been a long time since I have posted. We are now in the middle of a major GW holiday, and the first thing we will have on our first day back home is.... Sake Mirai🍶 by "Hanamup", which became the brand recommended by Mrs. Hanamup after we brought it to her for the first time this season. We opened the bottle immediately. It has a fruity aroma like Hanamup's, just a little different from Hanamup's previous ones (I don't know what it is 😅). It's not as fruity as the previous ones, but it's just right. When you take a sip, the sweetness is less than other sake rice as well as the aroma, and it has a refreshing feeling. The sweetness and umami are just right, and the taste is stable. By the way, the wife was drinking it gulping it down 😅.

It's been a while since I've had "Tasake" 🍶. I guess I'm going back to my roots 😊. It's been a few years since the first time I drank it, but it's always delicious 😋. It has been getting harder and harder to find these days, but I was lucky to be able to bring it to you without any restrictions: ✌️ It's been a while since I've had it, and I felt it was a little more fruity and a little more sake-like than the recent version, but on the second day, the corners were removed and it felt mellower, and I kept drinking more and more 😋. It's good to meet new people, but it's also good to go back to the roots and drink sake while remembering the days when I was addicted to sake 😊.

The next bottle was another bottle that had been sitting in the fridge for a long time. Ona" 🍶. I will have a different sake rice from Ona, which became my favorite the last time I drank it 😋. From the moderate fruity aroma The sake has a good fruity aroma, with a good amount of sweetness and umami, and a great sense of balance 😍. I was sure that I was right, and the sake was served as I gained a little more confidence in my own taste buds. There are so many delicious sakes that I can't keep up with the drinking 😱.

Tonight is anything goes day. But I opened a bottle of "Sanzu" 🍶 because it was sitting in the fridge 😅. It's a white wine after all 😋. It's refreshing and has a good acidity, combined with the low alcohol content, it's a wine that makes you gobble it up 😋It's really good. ❗️ I hesitate to open a bottle because it's a brand I don't often get to drink with others, but a good sake is still a good sake! It's one that I like to keep by my side at all times 😍.

Tonight is "Wakanami" 🍶. I found a bottle of Wakanami that is not a standard sake and brought it along 😊. I opened the bottle and smelled the aroma... It was the first time I could identify the fruit so clearly 😅. It was that strongly banana. The taste is a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness in harmony with the petitiveness of the raw sake 😋. Not too sweet and not too sour 🙆It really has a good balance. The second day, the acidity became a little milder and the sweetness was a little closer, but it was still a well-balanced and easy to drink bottle 😋.

I was curious about it when I saw a post by Wakanami Sake Brewery saying that they brewed more Jugemu sake because it was so popular! (I can't seem to get it here at all 🥲) Jugemu is a remarkable sake rice 😳.

It's been a while since I've been to "So-no-Kangiku" 🍶. I was curious and brought it to you 😊. The aroma is grapefruit. Sourness and a biting sensation on the tongue from the first sip. This, this, this 😋. The second sip with a little bitterness I don't feel the sweetness so much, it's more like a refreshing sourness 😊. On the second day, the sourness has settled down and the sweetness has become a little stronger. The last glass has the maximum amount of sweetness mixed in with the sourness. It was a bottle where I felt many different flavors 😋.

Tonight is the last day of the "AKABU" drinking contest! Since we are going back to Osaka tonight, we chose AKABU as a bottle for the wife to drink the rest of the night. Like Yunoko, the aroma is fruity. The taste is not so much sweet as clean and clear. I didn't know that the taste could change so much depending on the rice used for sake 😅I felt for the first time that it is important to compare the tastes of different types of sake. I thought each sake was delicious, but I didn't feel it so much when I drank them in succession...😱. I felt like I found a new way to drink sake 💡. But I don't have enough space in my fridge to do that 😂. Finding new ways to drink is good and bad 😅

Unposted Part 3 On Saturday, we had a "AKABU" drinking comparison 🍶. I brought Yui no Aroma, which I hesitated to bring along once, so I will open the bottle. Unlike last night's SAKURA, the aroma is AKABU-like and fruity. I expected it to be the same as last night's SAKURA and took a sip. As you can imagine, it is sweet and refreshing, and the inside of the mouth is always clear, so the sips go on one after another 😍. I was grinning as I was thinking at the same time that this is AKABU after all 😁. The fridge was so fast that there was no time to close it and the bottles were empty in no time 😱. The wife was in a good mood because of all the AKABU 😍I'm glad we had it all 😊. It was a night that made me feel again how nice it is to smile after drinking sake⤴️☺️

Unposted Part 2 On Friday, my eldest daughter was off work, so the three of us went out to see the cherry blossoms with a lunch box 🍱 to see the remaining 🌸 at noon. I held off on beer for lunch, We ate and drank too much because it had been a long time since we went to see cherry blossoms as a family, and we were not hungry even in the evening😅. But I was in a good mood, so I decided to have something to drink ❗️ and chose "SAKURA🍶" from AKABU. We opened a bottle of AKABU, which is a favorite of his wife, so that we could compare the two. Unlike the usual AKABU, the aroma is not fruity 😅It's more like a strong alcohol taste, then a sip. The taste is mild and you can feel the bits and pieces on your tongue. It was a little different from what I imagined, but as I drank more of it, I felt the flavor was delicious, and it was the kind of thing that would make me go on drinking again. However, I guess it wasn't as good for the missus, she didn't drink as much as she did last night😅.

I'm uploading a series of weekend unposted 😅. First of all, Thursday. I had a paid day off on Friday, so I went straight to the Shinkansen 🚄 after work. I opened the bottle with him as he was waiting for dinner 🍶 and he chose "Tasake" Kijoshu. The bottle was opened immediately and the aroma was... Sweet and fruity aroma. I took a sip, expecting it to be too sweet ⁉️ since it is a kijoshu. It's sweet but not heavy❗️ and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing😍This is an easy drinker. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a small bottle of this stuff, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a small bottle of this stuff, too 😋It's a good idea to have a small bottle of this stuff, too 😅Ms.Wife likes it and tonight the glass is getting empty pretty fast 😱. Today, I took you to Naraman (🍶), which was popular (← by itself 😅) last time. Among the many varieties available, we trusted our instincts and went with this one 🚲. It started off with a mild aroma and then a refreshingly spicy taste 😋. It was a very refreshing and spicy taste 😋. It has a beautiful aftertaste and a nice lingering aftertaste 😍. This brewery fits my tastes just fine 😋. My taste for sake is starting from dry, once I get into fruity and then back to dry 😅 I want to be able to drink in a good balance.

Today is another first for the brand series🍶. I was engrossed in staring at the refrigerator at the liquor store when I was served this sake, which was listed as the clerk's top choice: ❗️. I've never had a chance to try it before because I had a vague image of a dry classic, but.... This time I took up the challenge😅I opened the bottle and started with the aroma. The aroma is mild and you can't feel the classic flavor from the aroma. Then, take a sip 🍶. The spiciness spreads in the mouth and disappears as it goes down the throat, then a slight sweetness spreads in the mouth. This is completely different from the dry classic 😅. The aftertaste is clean and the sweetness that spread at the end disappears quickly, leaving you with a fresh feeling as you take your next sip 😋.

Today we have a new Nanada brand 🍶. 510 "GOTO" named after the toji (master brewer)! The liquor store we visited was holding a tasting event, and we decided to bring this sake with us after taking a sip 😋. The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is clean and crisp, with a nice dryness. It has a moderate spiciness and a slightly different taste from the previous Shichida, and one can sense the attention to detail of the toji (master brewer). I don't know if this will become a regular item, but I hope it does 😍.
