30 years after the Great Hanshin Earthquake We had sake from a brewery in Nada for lunch! Rice polishing ratio 78 Alcohol 8 degrees Celsius Made from wine and sake yeast, it has a fruity aroma and flavor, with a hint of grape or apple! It tastes like sweet, smooth white wine and is very easy to drink! It was gone in no time because of the sandesi... The third one is a zuborahan that I made because I thought it would go well with this drink, and it was based on a dish I saw on TV, but the result was too messy 🤣. I combined a cup of kitsune udon with a hamburger steak from a convenience store and melted slices to make a bolognese style dish. The hamburger was delicious, so it would have been good no matter what I did to it, but the noodles were 😅. Oh, it went well with sake! I hope no disasters happen 🙏.

It's fall sake, but if I see it, I'll take it 💕 Wakamusume Omachi 50%, Yamadanishiki 50% Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Nice aroma, light and sweet flavor, just the right amount of acidity, and finally a touch of bitterness. Fresh and juicy taste with good balance. On the second day, when the sweetness increases, it is even juicier but not clingy. On the third day, the sweetness subsides and the umami becomes more obvious. The first day it was lightly sweet and tasty, but as the days went by, it became more and more delicious. ❣️ From your review, I thought it might have a citrus aroma or flavor, but I couldn't tell 😅. I broke my tooth at the end of the year and had it extracted at the beginning of the year. I managed to bite down on one side... I'm thankful for healthy teeth 💦.

No sake in the fridge! 😱 My husband tasted and bought some at Isetan 🙏. 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 16%. It has a subtle sake-like aroma and a classic taste, but the soft sweetness and acidity make it sweet and sour and easy to drink. When the temperature rises to room temperature, the sweetness comes out and the acidity subsides a little, and there is a little bit of spiciness. The balance of sweetness and sourness has improved! On the second day, it seems to open up a little and become cohesive. On day 4-5, the classic wine has a white wine taste 😳. It's well-balanced and very tasty ❣️ and it still tastes better at room temperature! I liked it better on day 1-2 when it was a little hard but refreshing, and on day 4-5 when it was calm and round 😊. Did you drink enough alcohol during this year's New Year's holiday? I think it's because it was longer than usual 💦. I'll be sure to check the number of bottles next year 😂.

I wanted to drink Harushika's toso sake on New Year's Day, but they were out of it, so I bought a bottle of the original toso sake. I forgot about it and didn't prepare the sake for the toso 💦. That's right! I have just one gou of that sake I got. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16° C to 17° C I made it with 30ml of mirin (sweet sake) for 1 gou of this sake, and it was easy to drink without the usual sweetness. It was very smooth and tasty after a few hours! And as usual, it was hard to get the gold leaves out 🤣. But I think sweet is the way to go for a toso 😁. Next time I make it, I'll choose mirin (sweet sake)!

I was curious about this sake because Matsuchiyo-san and Hirupeko-san drank it! I was curious about this sake because it is a fast brewed freshly squeezed sake. I'm curious to know what it tastes like 😊. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Classic aroma, slightly yellow The taste is also classic, but with a sourness that makes it easy to drink. On the second day, it became sweeter and more square. It's a solid sake, so we decided to try heating it up. The sweetness of the rice is up when it is warmed up to human skin, and the acidity makes it easier to drink than cold sake. When warmed up to lukewarm, it has more rice flavor, more umami than sweetness, and less acidity. It is also delicious. ❣️ If you turn up the temperature a little more, it has a more ricey taste. I preferred it lukewarm 😊. It's great with osebushi, nabe, garlic cheese, etc. It was lighter than Yamahai, while still retaining the robust flavor that is typical of Furozumi. I should drink local sake every once in a while to update it 😅.

Shiboritate for the third year in a row! 100% Yamada-Nishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16° C to 17° C It has a very nice aroma as soon as it is opened! Chilli, slightly tangy, sweet and fruity like peach or melon. It has a slight bitterness at the end which makes it refreshing to drink. Delicious right out of the bottle: ❣️ On the third day, the chili flavor is gone, and it's a nice sweet fruity wine that has calmed down. Great with a meal! I preferred it on the 1st and 2nd day. Aroma like white wine, chiri-chiri-stimulating Sweet and sour taste with strong acidity, like white wine A little bitterness at the end Fresh and robust taste, delicious! On the second day, the wine is more balanced and sweet, like a white wine. Less bitterness! Very tasty! ❣️ Day 3, no more gas and it has settled down. This is delicious, but I prefer the balanced sweetness of the second day! Drinks I had at Xmas I was alone that day, so here's a 4.5% low al & sandesi ♪ The pink🩷 color is said to be a pigment extracted from black beans and purple black rice Schwashwa🫧. Flavor like strawberry🍓. Sweet and sour and delicious ❣️ I drank it with a Chinese set I bought at the supermarket while watching Kazumasa Oda's Christmas show. This set was for 2 people and I ate it but my stomach was upset for 3 days 🤣.

✨🎅MerryXmas🎄✨ Xmas on Sunday because I'm not sure about weekdays 😁. Opened a bottle of this one with a red label that looks a little like it! 100% Akita rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. Slightly sour aroma, slight tongue stimulation Sour! 😳 There is sweetness, but I've never tasted such a sour Yonotori! After a little while, the sweetness rises to a moderate level. Tastes like white wine with sweetness and a little bitterness On the second day, the aroma becomes wine-like, and it tastes sweet and sour. Still, it is the most sour wine I've ever tasted. However, it is a delicious sourness. The acidity is thick, strong, and tasty. There is enough bitterness to be felt, which is also different from usual. On the third day, the stimulation is gone, the sweetness is gone, and the sweet and sourness is just right! The bitterness is gone and it tastes great. ❣️ I don't like sour so I was relieved that the sweetness went up 😂. Have a wonderful Christmas 🎄🎄✨

I was told that the rice was brought to the Yuho brewery, Goso Sake Brewery, to be made, and then brought back to the brewery and laid down to rest. We were told by the liquor store that the price is a little higher because of this, but we were more than happy to have come across it! Yamadanishiki 92%, Gohyakumangoku 8%. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. Slightly yellowish aroma, typical of sake. Slightly fruity, gentle sweetness and umami Slightly spicy and classic taste Still hard but delicious On the second day, the fruity, muscat-like flavor and umami are clearly expressed! Delicious with dumplings in a pot! On the third day, it became mellow and slightly pungent. We drank it with yellowtail and radish. On the 4th day, it was warmed up to lukewarm. The aroma of rice, the sweetness of rice, and the slightly pungent aftertaste. Because of its sweetness, it was even better than the 3rd day when it was served with Nara-zuke cream cheese, and went well with the oden of the day. ❣️ I should have warmed it up earlier!

On the way back from Shizuoka, I stopped by Doi Sake Brewery and bought it! 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 17%. Fairly white, sweet rice aroma, and a lot of pizzazz. Sweet rice taste when drinking, a little sourness. Strong bitter taste at the end! Day 2, slight fruity! Melon? Sweetness and a little bit of sourness. The bitterness is lessened... Tasty and delicious! The third day was even more flavorful and delicious ❣️ On the 5th day, the aroma, gassiness, and melon flavor did not change much from the 2nd day. The only thing that has changed is that I taste more umami than sweetness and the taste has become slightly bitter! I preferred the 3rd to 5th day 😊. Warehouse? The store is located in a corner of a warehouse. There are some rare sake such as a label of Inji Tanuma, who is associated with the next historical drama, and a domestic sake aged in ice-cold solid barrels! There was also a pile of rice bags of Yamadanishiki and Omachi rice to be produced in the future 😳.

ZAKU NOUVEAU, I was able to drink it at home this year! Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15 degrees Celsius Gorgeous aroma, not so sweet, good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity. Slight bitterness at the end. It tastes better and better in the mouth with each sip. ❣️ The next day, the bitterness is almost gone, and on the third day, both the aroma and the balance remain the same. It was fresh, well-balanced, and delicious.

Original Honjozo from Vinos Yamazaki, a wine specialty store 100% Yamadanishiki, 100% premium grade, produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture, Special A district Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15° to 16° C 1-2 days, slight aroma, slightly fruity flavor Soft sweetness and umami. Alcoholic and pungent, but the taste is calm and easy to drink. On the 3rd day, the overall flavor has settled down and the taste has become more like sake, with the main focus on umami. On the 4th day, it was warmed up to lukewarm. The rice flavor is delicious without any harshness, and there is a lot of spiciness. It tastes better than the 3rd day cold sake. ❣️ It was a very tasty honjozo! I was told by bouken that there was such a sake at Sake-no-Wa, so I immediately went to Rakue Shijo-Karasuma in Kyoto! The Kyoto branch of this Shizuoka-headquartered liquor store also carries a variety of sakes from Shizuoka and other regions! You can even compare three different kinds of sake for 800 yen in the store!

Not a single bottle of sake in the fridge😱. So I went to the nearest liquor store to buy some 💦. 100% Hokkaido Comet Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 14%. Slightly sake-like aroma A slight 🍎 flavor when drunk. Soft sweetness, acidity and bitterness Still firm taste On the second day, the fruity flavor is almost gone, but the sweetness is up↑ and it's delicious! On the 3rd day, it tastes like sake with umami. The bitterness is almost gone. On the 4th day, the taste has calmed down. Still, it is easier to drink than the hard taste of the first day. The fruity taste was gone too soon, but the taste itself was enjoyable for a long time 😊. The aosa salt 🦫 is from Jive. Nice flavor from the ahasa 😊. Thanks for the treat 🙏. Sensation White, the first drink after the label change I'm excited to see how it tastes now that it's a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15 Slightly cloudy and fruity aroma Muscat? Apple? Fruity flavor Low sweetness, soft flavor and acidity, beautiful taste. On the second day, the fruity taste is already gone and it tastes more like a classic. Beautiful but not too sweet, I miss it 😢. Day 3-4, what was that yesterday? It tastes so similar to the 1st day. The taste is so good, it's like the first day! I was so disappointed on the 2nd day that I thought I would stop buying Sensation, so I'm really glad I went back 😌. I felt it was less sweet than before. I prefer the old one because I like sweet, but this one is also delicious and I will keep drinking it 😊. The second one is a fireworks display that was on November 10 🎆. The summer fireworks show attendance has increased, making it difficult for the local residents💦. The city was able to put up 15 minutes of fireworks to thank them for their patience! It was only announced in the circular, so there were few people and I was able to enjoy it slowly at the place where I always pay 🙏.

Purchased at Takatsu with Laughing Four Seasons. I picked it up because of the cute label💕 Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 10 degrees Celsius Second fermentation in the bottle, but with a hole in the stopper, it didn't spurt at all 🫧. Fruity aroma, shwashy 🫧. Sour and bitter, like grapefruit, delicious! When the temperature goes up a bit, the sweetness comes out. It's a sandesi, so it was gone in no time 😆. This brewery often uses Otsu-e for their labels, and this sake has the third one, "Nabekanmuri", painted by Kozo Ando. This guy also drew the label for Hakurei's Vivid series: 🖌️ The taste matched the illustration 🤝. There are also the first and second daughters of this sake on the back label, Actually, the third daughter is the most mature, as the youngest daughter should be. The third sister is actually the most mature. How about three sisters? How about three sisters?
