I finally found the rainfall I wanted to drink at home: ❣️ 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture Amezuri mountain groundwater (hardness 150%) Natural red yeast Rice polishing ratio 90 Alcohol 8 Lovely 🩷 color Modern sweet and sour aroma mixed with classic Chilli and drink it, but it tastes of both 🤔. It has a unique taste, probably due to the 90% milled rice ratio! 2-4 days, sweetness up, sweet and sour with a strong sweetness. Gradually the taste becomes clearer and I like it better than freshly opened! This season is the return of my favorite 🩷 colored sakes and labels 😆. The third one is a long time 🦫. adult purchase at TSUTAYA🤭. I'm addicted to the rakkyo tasting chromi🦫 😆. It reminded me of the first time I tried Potato French Salad or Pringles Sour Cream Onion 🙂.

The first new sake was our first home brew in 2 years, Hiragana Takachiyo ❣️ I couldn't help but reach for it when I saw everyone drinking it, including the Halloween label 😆. The aroma is slightly white and sweet! Pitchy fresh, and sweetness that you can tell it's sweet! The bitterness is also quite strong 😳. It's sweet with a hint of grapefruit. Reminds me of the grapefruit I used to eat with lots of sugar 😆. On the second to fourth day, the bitterness gradually decreases and the sweetness becomes more pronounced, but the freshness remains, so it's still sweet but tasty â I had been passing it up because it's a relatively easy brand to buy, but now I'm reminded that I have to drink it because it's so good 😅. By the way, can you read "盡"? Thanks for the help of Google Lens 🤣. It is read as "ジン", and "無盡" means "no end" or "no limit". It tasted rich and never-ending 😁.

Last drink of the season! 100% Tamakae produced in Shiga Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol: 16%. As you can see in the 3rd picture, it has a nice color as it has been aged for 6 years ✨. Aroma like Shaoxing sake It has a strong sweet taste! Sake level -42.0😳 But there's also a sourness and a bitterness at the end so it's not too tart. Umainger 😆 I think caramel is the closest 🤔 It also tastes like mirin, which Nemuchi told me about. Soy sauce taste It went well with Chinese food 🤔. I thought it would have a more pop taste from the label, but it was a well matured tasting sake 😊. Thanks for all the delicious sake this season 🙏! Next time we will finally start the new sake!

On the way to the liquor store, take a break at Kyoto Gyoen Shizuya's mixed sandwiches and canned Argo Open the can and gulp it down! What's that? Is it easier to drink than the last one? Was it my imagination that it seemed a little thicker? That said, I drank it with a sandwich and I'm already popping 😆. It's a can so it's easy to carry! The first new policy of the season was Viridian, so the last one too â 100% Misato Nishiki Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 13%. Slightly white wine-like aroma, acidic and muscat-like flavor, woody somehow. And the bitterness is quite strong 😳. On the 2nd to 4th day, the acidity gradually settles down and the sweetness becomes more balanced. On the 4th day, the bitterness is almost gone. I preferred the 3rd day, which is like a good combination of white wine and sake 😊. Almost Colors, but I enjoyed it a lot in a year! Hope to drink it again next season 🙏✨

Mr. Ota also went to the famous eel restaurant, Okasugi! It is very difficult to make a reservation, but I guess there was a cancellation. We went to eat a course of grilled duck and eel shabu-shabu. First of all, we toasted with "Kamikai no Amakappa"! As the name suggests, it was so sweet and sour and so smooth to the palate that it was gone in no time 😊. Sashimi with Matsu no Tsukasa no Raku! It has a well-balanced light taste and goes well with it! Sweet fatty duck with Mitsuriboshi White I like the white of the three stars best, but I would have preferred a sake with a bit more punch 🤔. The sweet and fluffy eel shabu went well with Chikubushima's ginjo sake! I drank it the other day and chose it because it was easy to drink but had a strong taste! I also had zosui (rice porridge) with the eel shabu pot! It is full of eel extract and delicious! ❣️ We were very satisfied with both the sake and the food!

Once again we meet the Urasato of Kanji characters♪ Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15 Sake-like aroma and sourness. Complex taste with a classic feel and fruity modernity when drunk. Bitterness and pungency as well. By the second day, it becomes a melon? Muscat? Pear? Anyway, it is fruity and the classic feeling is only slight. It is well-balanced with a moderate sweetness and reduced bitterness, but still drinkable and delicious. ❣️ On the third or fourth day, the whole wine is well adjusted and has a good flavor. I prefer it to the first day. ❣️ The green letter one was good, but this one was more to my liking 😊.

I toasted with a soda of Nani no Oto Kabosukiri! It's refreshing and thirst-quenching 🫧. The breweries from Shiga were here and had a talk with us! Ninja's Seko Sake Brewery had a father-son comedy act! while drinking Ninja's Jungin Unfiltered Nama Sake 😆! Yoshida Sake Brewery of Takefujima, the president himself sold and poured the sake after the talk â Fruity and easy to drink ❣️ Other sweet fruity Usuzakura flowers and cats We also had a lot of tasty snacks such as umaki and meatballs at a reasonable price, which made for a satisfying lunch 😊.

It's been a long time since I've taken the high road✨. 100% Yamae-Nishiki Polishing ratio 38 Alcohol 15.5 Nice aroma, well-balanced sweetness, umami and acidity, slightly classic. Spiciness at the end. On the second day, it becomes more rounded, less pungent and very tasty. ❣️ On the 3rd or 4th day, it becomes more rounded and has a delicious sweetness, and the spiciness is not bothersome. It was delicious all through the 4 days 😊. This sake is from the non-gold medal winning tank of the two tanks brewed for the competition. The price is therefore a little more reasonable. I bought it thinking that the taste would probably not change much! I'm sure I have preconceived notions, but it still tasted great ✨.

We drank it out last year and enjoyed it, and this year we drank it at home. 100% Ichihozumi from Akita Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. This is it! The acidic aroma reminds us of the sweet and sour taste of Maruhi. When you drink it, the balance between acidity and sweet-savory bitterness is very good! It is juicy, drinkable and delicious as only autumn sake can be. ❣️ On the second or third day, the sweetness increases↑ and it is even juicier: ❣️ The label on the back of the bottle says that the sweetness is moderate, but due to the good balance, it doesn't feel that way compared to other Maruhis, or at least I can't tell 😂. It was delicious all through the 3 days. I've had 5 bottles this season, and I'm torn between Shiboritate, Limited Nama Sake, and Hiyoroshi 💦. All 5 bottles have the sweet and sour taste that is typical of Maruhi, so they are all delicious 😊. Hopefully next season I can try the ones I haven't yet 🙄🙄.

After Aladdin-san said that Kunihiroya's sake cake goes well with sake, I got it at the right time so I decided to try to match it 😊. I was looking at Takimoto-san's sake and thought it would go well with Tamagawa...........................nice stuff! I was looking at it and....I found a nice one! Polishing ratio 88 Alcohol 11%. 360ml Room temperature The color is like whiskey or Shaoxing wine 😳 I thought it was a black bottle as I was looking at it in the dark 😆. Surprised when I got home 🤣. Aroma of bitter chocolate, tastes like Shaoxing wine, and some flavors of soy sauce. It tastes like prunes and other dried fruits... It's easy to drink and tastes good with a light sweetness. When you drink it with a cake, you can't taste the sweetness, but they don't interfere with each other and it's delicious. Lukewarm to hot The acidity is reduced and the sweetness comes out, just like tea. It went well with the cake. ❣️ If you make it hotter, it becomes too sour and I give up 💦 because I don't like sour. If you drink it by itself, it can be served at room temperature or warmed up 👌 If you want to drink it by itself, it can be drunk at room temperature or warmed up 👌👌 if you want to drink it with cake I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I ended up not having enough because I wanted to try all kinds of things 😂.

Water used for brewing: "Oideguchi spring water" (one of the 100 best waters in the Heisei era) Fruity aroma, fruity taste, soft sweetness, like white wine. The overall taste is light. Better with sashimi than with sweet and spicy side dishes. Melon flavor on the second day 😳 Sweetness is up↑, very tasty ❣️ 3rd to 4th day, it lost its fruity taste and became a little sour and sweet. It has a strong flavor, so it was delicious with spaghetti with meat sauce! If it tastes like wine, drink it by the second day. If it tastes like sake, drink it after that. As the obi says, knot = the connection between "now and the future" and "farmers and customers" of Kakizaki. We tasted the sake made with this concept in mind 😊.

Aladdin-san was drinking, I found "Ninja but not a ninja" which Aladdin drank at the same store! And also "Urazake" (a back liquor)! I was ready to try the sake that is too hidden in the darkness! 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol 15%. Sandesi. The aroma is typical of sake, and when you drink it, it has a slightly fruity, soft sweetness, and umami and spiciness. The next day, the sweetness increases and it is even easier to drink. I drank it with mirin (dried sweet sake), but it was not so good. It is better with sashimi than with sweet and spicy food. The cap of Jungin is also mysterious even though it is Jun Dai. I was reminded of the phrase "a ninja, but not a ninja" when I drank it.

Is it sweet like honey? I was excited to buy it! Classical aroma, fruity and classically sweet liquor, with a pungent taste afterwards. Banana flavor as the temperature rises 🍌. On the second day, orange 🍊? Citrusy and fruity! Day 3-4, the fruity taste is almost gone, it's a calm, sweet, classical taste. As the name "Karoyaka Kijoshu" suggests, the sweetness was softer than expected!
