Purchased at Osawa Sake Brewery along Nakasendo Road The brewery staff (daughter of the president?) The brewery staff (daughter of the president?) was very polite and taught us everything we needed to know. They didn't have any Meikyojosui, but they had a variety of dry sake that tasted great warmed up! We went to Sandesi's because we were walking... It's more refreshing than the previous two and has a nice umami taste! It's called "dry" but it's not that strong. It mellows out as the temperature rises. So the next day, I warmed it up to lukewarm. It has a slight sweetness, and the spiciness gets stronger at the end, but it's still delicious. ❣️ I preferred it warmed up. The current president's great uncle is a painter, and you can see many of his paintings at the museum in the renovated warehouse. There is also a museum where you can see many paintings and other artifacts from the rice offered at the Niiname Festival.

Nakasendo Walk (2) On the second day, we walked about 20 km from Kasatori Pass to Iwamuradajuku in Saku. We enjoyed the beautiful weather while viewing sake breweries, rows of pine trees, and the Asama mountain range. The sake brewery in the photo is Takeju Honke Sake Brewery. Unfortunately, it was a closed day, so we were only able to see the tools on display. I bought this 1-goupe bottle at the supermarket. This cute turtle sea is ❣️ 100% Hitogochiki Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%. This is also classic and refreshing. The aftertaste is quite spicy. When the temperature rises, it tastes delicious. It was mellow and dry as the label says. Next to it is Karuizawa Kogen Beer! Compared to Neko, it had a more robust taste and was delicious.

Nakasendo Walk (1) Nakasendo (mountain trail) walk after a year and a half On the first day, we will walk about 10 km from Wada-juku to Kasatori Pass, beyond Suwa. You can enjoy the townscape with many places that still remain, such as the main lodge. Wisteria, azalea, and cherry blossoms were also in bloom. I bought this at a convenience store. A 1 gou PET bottle with a cap that turns into a cup. It's classic, tasty, refreshing, and slightly spicy. It goes down quickly and easily 😆. Next to it is a craft beer from Karuizawa! Fruity, refreshing and delicious 🍺.

 I drank it three years in a row. 100% Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. Sake degree -17.0 Acidity 3.5 Multi-acidic yeast No.77 is used. Nice aroma, chirpy. Strong acidity, soft sweetness, umami to bitterness Slightly sour sweet and sour taste After 2 or 3 days, the sourness settles down and the sweetness becomes apparent, just the right amount of sweet, sour and juicy! Very tasty ❣️ It was delicious this year too!

A study brewed using the same method as the sake entered in the National New Sake Competition I was so excited to try it that I made a reservation and bought it. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Classic aroma Surprisingly strong acidity! Soft sweetness and umami Finally, it is crisp and spicy. Well-integrated classic base flavor I enjoyed it more with a meal than on its own because of the sourness and spiciness... And I enjoyed it for 4 days without much change I think I'm done with sakekasu... Hanagaki is sake lees of ginjo-shu, and it tastes sour when you eat it as it is, but it tastes just right when you drink it with amazake or sake lees soup! Kaiun is delicious without any peculiarity in Japanese food, amazake, sake lees soup, or anything else!

Snow dome state for 10 minutes❄️ Aroma of rice, shwashwa🫧. Soft sweetness, quite bitter Dry taste like lactic acid Delicious with fatty mackerel! Sweetness increases with temperature↑↑. On the second day, fruity taste and sweetness↑bitterness The flavor has a clear outline and is delicious! On the 3rd day, the balance of sweetness and acidity is good and there is almost no bitterness. ❣️ On the 4th day, the foaming has subsided. Of course it's delicious on the first two days, but it's also delicious on the third day, when it's sweet and fruity. It's good to be able to drink it at the time of your choice. It is sweet 😳‼️ As the temperature rises, the classic feeling is softened and the sweetness is even more 😆. I had the same feeling the next day! The 8th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix Part 1 I participated in the Sake-1 Grand Prix! When I got off at the station, it was pouring rain. ☔️ We put on our coats and went to the venue. Many people were already lined up and the doors opened early! Because of the rain, there were many people in the tasting tents 💦. We went around from the breweries we thought we could drink. One of the most memorable was Hagi no Tsuru Sakura Neko - fresh and easy to drink Eikun, first time drinking it in a long time and was surprised at how good it tasted! Tsuchida Hatsushiborichi - just like a banana! Kudokibe Jr. Sweet and to my liking Please forgive me for the brief review 💦. The only thing I liked about the rain. Usually my hands get sticky as I drink it, but the rain washed it off and it felt great🤣.

Naosan again ♪ Nagurayama Mukuninoshu It's gassy, juicy and very tasty. ❣️ I'm glad I got to drink this sake because I wanted to buy it! No, I should have bought it 😂. It was delicious with sashimi etc... Shinkai Shugyo Kikuhashi Sake degree -20, acidity 3.6, unique sake 😁. But dark sweet and sour, like a lactobacillus drink, delicious! It went well with stir-fried Omi beef with motsuki muchi Chouju Kinkame Spring Sake Pink label on the kinkame 😳. Two types of yeast are used: Shiga Prefecture yeast and a yeast jointly developed by Nagahama Institute of Bio-Science and Technology. Easy to drink with a classic base and a sour taste! Pair it with honmoroko (honmoroko with pickled vegetables) and other dishes. Matsu no Tsukasa Tokusyu This sake is sold only at the member stores of the Shiga/Kyoto small brewers' association. Refreshing, tasty and delicious. ❣️ We had a small sip with fig cheese at the end 😊.

Finishes with soft sweetness and bitterness I'm looking forward to the next day! 2nd day, sweetness up↑, bitterness mellowed, very tasty ❣️ 3rd day, ripe white peaches, but not too sweet, so I could drink it smoothly and it was gone before I knew it. ❣️ It went well with oil-based dishes such as peperoncino with baby sardines and green perilla, and eringi mushroom ajillo. I think it's more umami than Haneya... I couldn't tell the difference between the two 😅 Haneya is the surname of the brewery's master brewer? I guess it's from the surname of the brewery's head brewer 😳.

Found them at a local supermarket 👀. They were so cute and spring-like in a row, and they were only 208 yen, so I put them both in my basket 😁. 3% alcohol 5% fruit juice 200ml Strawberry🍓 Containing strawberry juice produced in Tochigi prefecture. It's like a strawberry-flavored, low-sweetness juice. It's sweet for a sake and you can't tell it's sake. It's not carbonated and it tastes different from chu-hi, so I guess that's what sake is 🤔. It might be good for those who drink chu-hi but not sake.... Momo🍑 A little yellow This one has a stronger flavor. I prefer this one. I drank both with pasta but it wasn't good 💦. I drank it with something sweet and a country mam, but it didn't go well with it 🤣. It was good with camembert cheese ❣️ I think it goes well with fruit... Maybe it's for stand-alone

I drank it at home because I enjoyed it so much after drinking it at an offline meeting. 100% Yamadanishiki from District A Alcohol 14%. It has a very smooth texture on the tongue. Sweetness, umami, and bitterness. It's very tasty and not too heavy, so you can drink it easily. ❣️ It is so easy to drink that it reminds me of the nigori that I had sealed up 😂. The next day, it tastes even better with sweetness↑bitterness↓❣️ I searched and found that the rice is 70% polished, but I think it's a good price for 1100 yen including tax with this rice and this taste 👍 Yes, I was told that nigori and curry go well together, so I tried it with curry flavored spaghetti! I also paired it with camembert cheese and it was fantastic 😊. I was also told that nigori tastes great warmed up, so I warmed it up to lukewarm and.... Oh! The sweetness is up and the spiciness comes at the end! This is also good... Thanks to Sake-no-wa, I enjoy it in many ways 😊🙏🙏🙏.
