We had it again this year without incident 🙏. Purchased from Takatsu Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Slightly yellow, nice aroma, chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili Sourness and umami, still hard. But it is delicious! Sweetness came out after some time! On the second day, acidity and sweetness It is well balanced and tasty. ❣️ Classic taste with acidity On the third or fourth day, the sweetness gradually subsides and the flavor becomes more and more delicious. It is still easy to drink because of its acidity. I went to pick it up on the 10th, finished it on the 15th, and posted it today 😅. Sorry to the brewer and the liquor store for making it in time for the first day of spring 💦.

Risshun morning squeeze from my hometown in Kyoto, purchased at Asano's in Kyoto â Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Almost no aroma, just a little bit of a chilli. Not much taste? Can't tell? Lightly acidic Fresh anyway The next day, it is fragrant and delicious with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. ❣️ Easy to drink, classic taste. The third day, the sweetness is reduced, but the taste is still delicious and tasty. I haven't had any Tsuki no Katsura except nigori for a long time. I would like to try the others because they are so good.

I couldn't find this one at the liquor store where I usually buy Wakamusume, so I thought it was a bad idea. Do you have pink wakamusume? I asked them if they had any pink wakamusume, and they looked for it in the back and brought it to me! I'm glad I said so 😊. Saito no Shizuku 100% Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Gorgeous aroma, piquant, sweet and fruity Slightly bitter After the next day, it becomes juicy with sweet flavor. It is very tasty both when opened and afterwards. ❣️ It is a sake that makes you feel happy and reminds you of spring 🌸. If I wanted to, I would have liked to drink light nigori 🤭.

Purchased at Isetan Kyoto Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 17 Very nice aroma, not too much chilli, but fresh. Not much sweetness, but a refreshing umami and acidity. Slowly spiciness... As the temperature rises, sweetness comes in. The next day, the sweetness comes out and it is well balanced and very tasty. ❣️ Somewhat banana-like flavor. The 3rd day, it is delicious with a calm and delicious flavor. 4th day, easy to drink, classic flavor. I bought this sake at the tasting and sale by the brewer! He talked a lot of interesting things and made us feel like we were in a bar halfway through the tasting 😆. I had a hard time deciding between this one, Junmai-Niho and Hyakumangoku White out of the 5 or so sakes I had, but since it was this time of year, I went for the Shiboritate! I want to drink the other two again 😊.

Purchased at Takimoto's. ♪ 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 14%. Magnum bottle was kept in the vegetable compartment at an angle💦. Almost no aroma, hard taste and bitterness. On the third day, there was a faint aroma of white wine and a faint taste of white wine. Taste and acidity are apparent, with a touch of bitterness Still hard. On the fifth day, the aroma is more pronounced. The taste is clearer and easier to drink than on the 3rd day, but it is not open yet. On the 6th day, the sweetness has come out and it seems to have opened up. A white wine that tends toward sake has become a sake that tends toward white wine. On the 7th day, the acidity has increased and the balance of sweetness and acidity is good. The bitterness has softened. This may be a sign that the wine has opened up! On the 10th day, the aroma is like sake, the acidity is sharp, and the flavor is delicious! It's gone now, but I'm curious to see how it will change in the future. I liked it on day 6-7. ❣️

Buy at the supermarket ♪ Rice polishing ratio 70% Alcohol 14.5 Sandesi. Pure white and tender. It has a classic flavor with a bit of a zing. Delicious with soup stock to remove the curd. The next day, it tastes almost the same, just less zingy! When I drank it before, it tasted sweeter 🤔. I can't rely on that because it was so long ago 😂. I was hungry after skiing 20 years before that, and I drank this one with a nice mouthfeel 😅. Since then, I had to keep the nigori (nigori is a kind of a word that means "cloudy" in Japanese) until 3 years ago. I started drinking it again when I saw that you were drinking it so deliciously. at Naoki's (in Kyoto) I told them I wanted something fruity, and they said they didn't have much of that, but they recommended this one to me 😊. It has a nice aroma, acidity, sweetness and umami, and is easy to drink. And the unique flavor of Asakayasou, or quirkiness 🤔. It went well with the shirako ponzu vinegar. ❣️ This is my first time to try this sake, but I always forget about it because it was released early in September 😅. I was happy to be able to drink the brand I wanted to drink! I want to visit Hirai Shoten again! As for the rest, We had a freshly opened bottle of "Wataya Tokusyu Miyamanishiki"! It has almost no aroma, a little bit of umami and acidity, and is very refreshing! It went well with light sashimi as well as darker flavors such as amberjack. Sanrensei Jungin Nakadori Unfiltered Nama Sake, also freshly opened! Nice aroma, soft sweetness and umami! It was delicious and drained off the oil from the chicken cutlet!

This is Xmas 😂 I was curious about it so I brought it home with me along with the kudoki-niu! Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 14 degrees Sandesi. When loosened, the lees rises and rises like snow ❄ A light white rice aroma, a little bit of a shwashwa. It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste, with a strong acidity. Slightly dry with a bitter taste. Is this really a kijoshu? It's so refreshing 😳 I left a little and drank it on the third day, but it was still very refreshing. The sweetness has gone up a bit, but the acidity is strong and there is bitterness. I think I should have drunk it all freshly opened 🤔. Still, I enjoyed it with a smoked salmon sandwich 😋.

Sweet enough, spicy on the back end! Delicious... ❣️ From the 2nd day to the 4th day, the sweetness lessens with each passing day, and it becomes more and more refreshing. The spiciness at the end is the same, so I thought it was really spicy! And the more days went by, the better it matched my meal. I usually don't like spicy food, but I enjoyed it 😊.

Not my opinion on alcohol 😅... I made the second Zubora-meshi (zubora-meshi), which is a one-pot dish for every night! It's a reproduction of what the owner of Iwatsuki in Osaka made on TV show "Yasutomo no Itte Serious Desu"! In the TV show, all the ingredients were prepared at Lawson, but I prepared it at a supermarket or 7-Eleven. Charcoal-grilled chicken Shellfish for snacks Crab sticks silken tofu Put the above into an earthenware pot and pour one cup Put it on the fire and skim off the alcohol and it's ready to serve. On TV, it was put in a bowl and cooked without wrapping. Unlike commercial cooking sake, it has a mild sweetness and umami, and is delicious when combined with the flavor of the ingredients. It is not a one-cup drink, but I could easily eat it while drinking 😊.

30 years after the Great Hanshin Earthquake We had sake from a brewery in Nada for lunch! Rice polishing ratio 78 Alcohol 8 degrees Celsius Made from wine and sake yeast, it has a fruity aroma and flavor, with a hint of grape or apple! It tastes like sweet, smooth white wine and is very easy to drink! It was gone in no time because of the sandesi... The third one is a zuborahan that I made because I thought it would go well with this drink, and it was based on a dish I saw on TV, but the result was too messy 🤣. I combined a cup of kitsune udon with a hamburger steak from a convenience store and melted slices to make a bolognese style dish. The hamburger was delicious, so it would have been good no matter what I did to it, but the noodles were 😅. Oh, it went well with sake! I hope no disasters happen 🙏.

Fresh and juicy taste with good balance. On the second day, when the sweetness increases, it is even juicier but not clingy. On the third day, the sweetness subsides and the umami becomes more obvious. The first day it was lightly sweet and tasty, but as the days went by, it became more and more delicious. ❣️ From your review, I thought it might have a citrus aroma or flavor, but I couldn't tell 😅. I broke my tooth at the end of the year and had it extracted at the beginning of the year. I managed to bite down on one side... I'm thankful for healthy teeth 💦.

No sake in the fridge! 😱 My husband tasted and bought some at Isetan 🙏. 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 16%. It has a subtle sake-like aroma and a classic taste, but the soft sweetness and acidity make it sweet and sour and easy to drink. When the temperature rises to room temperature, the sweetness comes out and the acidity subsides a little, and there is a little bit of spiciness. The balance of sweetness and sourness has improved! On the second day, it seems to open up a little and become cohesive. On day 4-5, the classic wine has a white wine taste 😳. It's well-balanced and very tasty ❣️ and it still tastes better at room temperature! I liked it better on day 1-2 when it was a little hard but refreshing, and on day 4-5 when it was calm and round 😊. Did you drink enough alcohol during this year's New Year's holiday? I think it's because it was longer than usual 💦. I'll be sure to check the number of bottles next year 😂.

I wanted to drink Harushika's toso sake on New Year's Day, but they were out of it, so I bought a bottle of the original toso sake. I forgot about it and didn't prepare the sake for the toso 💦. That's right! I have just one gou of that sake I got. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16° C to 17° C I made it with 30ml of mirin (sweet sake) for 1 gou of this sake, and it was easy to drink without the usual sweetness. It was very smooth and tasty after a few hours! And as usual, it was hard to get the gold leaves out 🤣. But I think sweet is the way to go for a toso 😁. Next time I make it, I'll choose mirin (sweet sake)!

Sorry for the delay💦. Happy New Year 🎍! And thanks to all of you, I was able to move up to the 5th grade at Sake-no-wa. 💮💮💮💮💮 Thank you all for your continued support this year 🙇. I was curious about this sake because Matsuchiyo-san and Hirupeko-san drank it! I was curious about this sake because it is a fast brewed freshly squeezed sake. I'm curious to know what it tastes like 😊. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Classic aroma, slightly yellow The taste is also classic, but with a sourness that makes it easy to drink. On the second day, it became sweeter and more square. It's a solid sake, so we decided to try heating it up. The sweetness of the rice is up when it is warmed up to human skin, and the acidity makes it easier to drink than cold sake. When warmed up to lukewarm, it has more rice flavor, more umami than sweetness, and less acidity. It is also delicious. ❣️ If you turn up the temperature a little more, it has a more ricey taste. I preferred it lukewarm 😊. It's great with osebushi, nabe, garlic cheese, etc. It was lighter than Yamahai, while still retaining the robust flavor that is typical of Furozumi. I should drink local sake every once in a while to update it 😅.

Shiboritate for the third year in a row! 100% Yamada-Nishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16° C to 17° C It has a very nice aroma as soon as it is opened! Chilli, slightly tangy, sweet and fruity like peach or melon. It has a slight bitterness at the end which makes it refreshing to drink. Delicious right out of the bottle: ❣️ On the third day, the chili flavor is gone, and it's a nice sweet fruity wine that has calmed down. Great with a meal! I preferred it on the 1st and 2nd day. ✨🎅MerryXmas🎄✨ Xmas on Sunday because I'm not sure about weekdays 😁. Opened a bottle of this one with a red label that looks a little like it! 100% Akita rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. Slightly sour aroma, slight tongue stimulation Sour! 😳 There is sweetness, but I've never tasted such a sour Yonotori! After a little while, the sweetness rises to a moderate level. Tastes like white wine with sweetness and a little bitterness On the second day, the aroma becomes wine-like, and it tastes sweet and sour. Still, it is the most sour wine I've ever tasted. However, it is a delicious sourness. The acidity is thick, strong, and tasty. There is enough bitterness to be felt, which is also different from usual. On the third day, the stimulation is gone, the sweetness is gone, and the sweet and sourness is just right! The bitterness is gone and it tastes great. ❣️ I don't like sour so I was relieved that the sweetness went up 😂. Have a wonderful Christmas 🎄🎄✨
