The bottle is opened with a bang even though it is not fully drunk!
This is the lightest and most fruity of the ones we have!
I had assumed that it would be less compatible with Osechi, but there was no problem at all!
I can drink it easily!
Is it good to drink a bottle well?
Or you can change your mood in various ways!
Higashi Kaimori is said to be gradually getting better and better every year in Chiba Prefecture.
Sake level is -6. It feels quite sweet.
As soon as you drink it, it has a slight fizzy feeling and a guttural sweetness.
From the middle to the end of the bottle, there is a moderate acidity and a melon-like aroma, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
As a lover of sweet sake, I rather liked the taste.
I was looking at Inui Sake Shop's Instagram and saw it on their Stories page! So I went to buy it as soon as I saw it!
This was the first time I drank Tokaimori at home.
It's very fruity and slightly effervescent.
It has a sweet and floral, pineapple-like flavor, with a trace of bitterness at the end.
It has a clear taste, not a strong taste.
I wish it could be more popular.
I got this the day before the Kobe year-end party, so I was really torn between Niyodogawa and Higashi Kaimori 🤔.
I regret a little 😿.
I think everyone likes the taste.
Good evening, bouken-sensei!
I'm a resident of Chiba Prefecture, but I haven't tasted Toukaizakari yet😅I'm quite curious about it, so I'd like to find it and drink it - I'll do my homework for next year 😌.
Thank you for everything you did for me this year, and have a happy new year!
Good evening, Mr. Freelancer.
If you like sweet and savory, I recommend it 😊.
I am glad you are drinking Icoma brand in Kanto area and I am sure the store owner is happy too 😁.
Have a happy new year 🤗
It became the leading force in the East and flourished.
It is clear, slightly effervescent, and has a fresh impression, but I manached a 4-goupe bottle, thinking that the flavor would probably open up more the next day... 😅.
One last drink!
The master told me to try some Tokaimori, which I did. I replied to the master, "I'm from Chiba, but I'm a classic except for Kangiku and Koshi," but I drink everything he recommends!
Ah, so there are more ama-zumi (sweet and delicious) in Chiba!
It's sweet and tasty, but it doesn't have a sticky aftertaste. The master says it gets better every year. I see...I'll look for it when I go back to my parents' house!
Today, preparing for tomorrow's snowfall?
It's Higashi Kaizakari in Kamisouguni, (second one, I think).
The aroma is fruity, citrusy, maybe lime?
When you drink it, you can feel a little bit of a squashy feeling.
It has a gentle and smooth taste.
It is a middle palate, I would say.
It would go well with today's grilled fish or boiled and soaked Chinese cabbage.
I think it is a food wine that goes well with today's grilled fish and boiled and soaked Chinese cabbage.

Junmai 🍶
5th glass of tasting at Living Water Kururi Sake Museum.
Lactic acid. It's like milmil😅 Lightly acidic. Brand name seems to be "To Kai" but I can only choose "To Kai Mori".

Tokaimori Susuki Junmai Ginjo Okayama Omachi
Easy to drink Omachi with no bitterness in the aftertaste.
More umami than sweetness. But not too sweet and easy to drink.
Special Junmai Omachi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yumachi, 60% polished rice ratio
ALC 15 degrees
Third set of sake comparison 😅
It is a refreshing dry sake with a fruity aroma and pleasant acidity in the mouth.

Since my alcohol capacity was close to the limit, I asked the master to choose my favorite drink for the last one. ☺️
And this was the most delicious and shocking drink I had that day 👀.
The top nose and hint of aroma was a beautiful melon-like ginjo aroma 🍈.
It fulfills the requirements for a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, with a noticeable sweetness, but not too much, it's like a beautiful sweetness that you can't stop drinking 😊.
It has a little bit of gassiness and a chili feeling, but because it is fire-aged, it has a juicy impact, although it is not quite a "sizzle"!
The aftertaste is clean and I didn't notice any bitterness or other unpleasant tastes ✨.
If you like sweet and tasty, this is a cup you should definitely try!
The level of Chiba Prefecture's sake is also very high, like Kangiku's!
I have another sake brewery to recommend!
Good evening, Chiesta 😃.
I've passed by Koizumi Shuzo's brewery in Higashi Kaimori and it's a modern sake 😳 There are a few breweries in Kururi, but I have to rethink my way of thinking about this 😅 thanks for the reminder!
Good evening ichiro18 🌝.
I understand why the regulars at my favorite bar were giving Koizumi Sake Brewery a big thumbs up that they will break out in the near future 👀.
No, no, no... 🙇♂️ You must try it 😋!
Tokaimori Junmai Ginjo Susuki
Rating 4.4-4.5
Alcohol: 16%, Rice: Omachi, Polishing ratio: 60
After hi-ire, the flavor is brought out by slow aging at low temperature. The mild aroma derived from the rice is combined with a mild and gentle umami and acidity in the mouth, and the slight feeling of gas is pleasant. It has a fruity taste. Pear-like. Light.
Today I found this at Senmaru-san (Ras 1 notation).
It is Higashi Kaimori from Koizumi Sake Brewery in Tomitsu, Kamisou Province.
It has a dry, sultry aroma, I guess it's dry. ⁉️
It tastes like citrus fruits (mandarin oranges?) and is refreshing.
It tastes like citrus fruits (mandarin oranges?) and has a refreshing sweetness.
It has a sweet and sour taste, but it has a nice sharp taste.
This is a winner!
Senmaru's web site also says that they are a new brewery!
Rippi, it looks like it will be a definite.
(But I'm a little scared of the roads in winter)
