Good mouthfeel, gorgeous and slightly sweet.
The pull after this is a wonderfully dry feeling.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Alcohol content: 16
Rice type: Omachi
Rice Polishing Ratio: 60
When I opened it, the cork made a nice sound.
But there is no schwarziness.
The bitterness comes running from the sweet and sour part, but it doesn't come in front of your eyes.
It was a delicious bottle, though it felt a little unsatisfying.

I bought this on a visit to a brewery😁.
It has a light pink 🍑 color as it seems to have a peach colored yeast.
It is an apricot type sweet and sour with a viscous sweetness and heavy acidity.
The water throat feels sharp, and the balance between the viscous sweet and acid and the spicy throat is the best 🥰.
Refreshing yet satisfying. ⤴️
I killed it in the blink of an eye, partly because it's low al 😅.
I'm a bit of a grain-sucker.
Grain Sukesuke, which became an extra frame due to the lack of photo frames.
This one also had a refreshing apple taste and was easy to drink 😘.

I see that there is a kind of yeast called peach yeast instead of red! But it's an example of pink low-alcoholic sake, the sweet and sour kind that kills you in a blink of an eye 😆.

I had a bottle of Tokaimori at a seasonal restaurant near Ichikawa Station.
The Koizumi brewery that brews it is located in Futtsu.
I feel close to them because they are local.
It was refreshing and easy to drink, but also very tasty with a gusto and strength.

After taking a train 🚃 and a bus 🚌 from Kururi Station, we came to our next destination, Koizumi Sake Brewery 😄.
It's a magnificent building 😳.
The parking lot 🅿️ is large, as the traffic is not so convenient. But there seems to be a lot of people who come here by car and can't drink 😅.
I'll take the bus 🚌 so I'll have a drink 😁.
There is a tasting corner on the left when you enter.
You can drink almost 20 different brands "for free" and "on your own" 😍.

This sake has won a gold medal and a certificate of excellence ✨.
The sweetness and umami are perfect, with a great aroma and a subtle bitterness at the end, a model sake for awards 🍶.
Shikon
Sweet and umami as well, with a distinct bitterness at the end ☺️
Like Kangiku, the bitterness at the end is a characteristic of Chiba sake 🤔.

Beautiful label ✨.
Clear sweetness and smooth throat, clean and unctuous, very easy to drink 😚.
