Hot spring trip among friends: ♨️② The "Tobiroki" was so good that it was easily consumed, so let's open the other bottle we brought as a spare 🥰. Shishi-no-Sato Junmai-Ginjo Sake Mirai. Full aroma, a soft mouthfeel, beautiful umami, mild sharpness, and a mild aftertaste. The "Oorigarami" I drank before had a beautiful sweetness, but this one fits the dry image of "Shishi no sato" that I had originally felt, but with a clear taste 😋. I brought a sake with a rather solid difference, so I received comments from my friends [that they could tell the difference in taste]. ✨️ The lively party closed after the after-party in our room🔚. The next day, after leaving the inn, we went to the Ojinja Shrine. We also got some sake at "Imanishi Sake Brewery Miwa Densetsu Kura" on the approach to the shrine, and headed home via Kyoto 🚙. I hope to travel with this group again next year. ✨️

Onsen trip with friends ♨️ We entered the inn, soaked in the bath slowly, rehydrated with beer because we were sweating, and then it was time for dinner 🍴. We asked the waitress if we could bring our own alcohol beforehand, and she said yes, so let's open one 🆗🥰. Tobiroki Junmai Ginjo Namaizume I had used one of the pre-sake tickets from Hayashi Sake Shop that was about to expire a while ago and got it: ✨️ Fruity, melon-like aroma, juicy sweetness on the palate with a mildly sharp, refreshing yet firm bitter finish. Wow, this is indeed delicious! My friends are raving about how good it tastes! I was wondering if this was the first bottle of "Tobiroki" that I bought and if it would make me drunk, but it was the right decision when I saw everyone's happy faces🙆.

I'm going on my annual trip to the hot springs with my friends on Sunday and Monday 🚙. This time, we stayed at Eigenji Onsen in Shiga and went around Lake Biwa from Fukui. First of all, we had "eel" for lunch at "Yamashige" in "Seta". I have been coming here to eat "Unagi" whenever I pass by since I had this "Unagi" before. ✨️ I'll drive first and let someone else take over from noon, so let's enjoy lunchtime sake 🥰. Kusatsu Oiwake. I picked this sake from the list of restaurants but im not sure if it's a private brand or not 🤔. Mild aroma, clean mouthfeel with rich umami and soft alky sweetness, and a clean finish. Whoa! Quite tasty, I'd like to try heating this up 🍶. After this, we drove towards the inn and strolled around Eigenji Temple, then went to the Eigenji Onsen Happu Annex and enjoyed the hot spring.

Well, let's celebrate my recovery with [moon-viewing sake tonight🌛🍶]. ✨️ Masumi Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course Is it just me or does this logo look like the moon? 🤣 I looked it up and found that the image of the leaves of the Miyasaka Brewery's family crest [ivy] floating on the surface of the water is expressed in the shape of a circle, which is the harmony of the brewer's motto, "Wa (harmony) brewing good sake". ［Glass] The aroma is like a soft rummy, and the mouthfeel is soft and floral with a sweet umami flavor that finishes gently with a refreshing sweet aftertaste like a rummy. ［Mokkiri] A clear pear-like aroma, a refreshing fruity sweetness and umami that flows easily into the mouth, and a fruity sweet aftertaste that finishes quickly. Wow, this is delicious! The soft and gentle sweetness and umami that is best to drink at the beginning of a sickness is unbearable! ［I think this is my favorite so far in the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025. Non Ankoru Sake Flavor Sparkling ［I've been interested in this Sake-flavored carbonated drink from Cheerio, but for some reason I've never seen it in my hometown, and I saw it in Kyoto before, so I got it this time. It has a sake-like aroma that escapes through the nose, a cider-like sweetness, a sake lees aroma that escapes through the nose, and a sweet aftertaste that reminds me of Yamada Nishiki. Oh! It has more of a sake feel than I expected 🥰. But it's hard to say if it has any use other than as a story. I'm not sure what the developer was thinking when he commercialized this and the manufacturer gave the go-ahead 🤔. Iyari" is a pure rice sake with a calm aroma and a smooth taste. The aroma is calm, the mouthfeel is smooth and delicious, and the taste is immediately followed by a sourness that is typical of the yeast yeast yeast, then it finishes softly and lingers with a sourness. I have drunk a lot of Shinshu sake, but I had never heard of "Iyari". ✨️ The dish was the restaurant's recommended sashimi of tuna (tamatebako).

Flatten Kyoto de [Sakurabar] ［After enjoying the hot sake at Sakura Bar, I wanted some cold sake next, so I ordered some 🥰. Kinshi Masamune Winter Yurikamome Nama Sake. This is the only place in Kyoto that sells this sake! It has a fresh mouthfeel, a moist flavor, a gentle finish, a gentle aftertaste, and a strong aftertaste. Mackerel kizushi (sushi rice with mackerel) as an entrée It goes well with "Kizushi" which has a sour taste with the fatty flavor of mackerel. It's just the best! But if you start at 4:00 p.m., it's not a jive if you're not thinking of going to the second restaurant! So we'll stop by one more 🍶.

［From Nanzenji Temple, I walked to Shijo Kawaramachi. I stopped by [Kyoto Takashimaya] where I could get a limited edition Pikmin Bloom character, which I usually activate while walking, and walked along the Takasegawa River, which I had never walked before, seeing traditional Japanese restaurants, which was a fresh feeling since I had not walked around this area much ✨. We had a reservation at an izakaya that opens at 4pm, so let's take our time and have a drink 🍶. ［Sakura Bar near Kiyomizu Gojo Station 🥰. It's called a bar, but it's really an izakaya (Japanese style bar) 😋. If you want to have a drink here, start with this! Kinshi Masamune Ginkaku (hot sake) The aroma is mellow and heated, the taste is rich and rich with a little spiciness, and the sweetness of the sake is mild and lingering. ［The Sakura Bar features a bottle of heated sake, which is served by dipping the single-bottle bottle directly into hot water and heating it up. The entrée is always ordered when you come here [deep-fried sweet potato with starchy sauce]. The taste is unparalleled when you combine the broth with the hot sake 😆.

I came to Kyoto on a whim 🍁. ［Due to the "Allegedly", there were fewer foreign tourists than usual, so I was able to take my time and enjoy the autumn foliage ✨. First of all, we went to Soba & Sushi Nananoya, which just opened last week on the 21st 🚶. We had to wait in line for about 30 minutes because it had just opened! I was curious about this place because a popular soba restaurant in Fukui, Kyoya, was following us on Insta ✨. ［I had the Hot Kamo Negi-Tsuke Soba with Nigiri-Sushi Set 🍴! Let's match with Sake too 🍶. Honke Matsuura Tsuchigumo Aroma of calm rice, a soft and delicious taste at the first sip, then it finishes gently, with a calm aftertaste and a bitter taste on the tongue and throat. It goes well with the strong flavors of tsuke-soba. From here, we walked to Nanzenji Temple, where ma-ki-san had been the other day. The last time I was here was about 10 years ago 🍁. Now that I've got my Kyoto limited edition Pikmin, I'm off to go drink at the restaurant I reserved ✨.

Abe Star Series ARCTURUS I got my long-sought "ARCTURUS" 🥰I thought I could complete the Star Series with this one, but the new one "DENEB" was released, so I couldn't complete it 😅. ［Glass.] Rosé color that you wouldn't expect from a sake 😲Strawberry-like aroma that reminds you of sweet and sourness, from the gasiness of the mouthfeel to the clean and dry flavor and sharpness, to the quite distinctive yet indescribable aftertaste and lingering view through the nose. It is good with fried food, and seems to go well with full-bodied dishes, maybe even spiced curry 🤔. ［Thin sipped boar's mouth.] If there were strawberry juice, would this be the aroma? It has a sweet aroma with a refreshing sourness, a sweetness with a fruity taste, and a dry finish with a sweet and sour aftertaste and a mysterious aroma that escapes from the nose. Served with chicken tempura and grilled mackerel (frozen) from Hayashi Sake Shop. The star language of Arcturus means "star of joy" or "bright star", and recently the Andromeda class 9207 Arcturus appeared in the remake of Space Battleship Yamato, Yamato 3199 ✨.

Haneya Junmai Ginjo Tominokou (Nama Sake) The aroma was full and thin like a melon, the taste was clear and sweet, and the finish was pleasantly sweet. The most trippy feeling of the day, Haneya is the best! This is the second consecutive year that Haneya has won the highest award at Kura Master, a sake event held in France where French people select and rank sake wines. I was thinking that this excellent lingering taste must be appealing to French people who prefer wine 🤔. ［As we were leaving Maruko, I had a chance to chat with the waiter and asked him about the sake lineup, "The liquor store you deal with is 00 Sake Shop, right? I was told that the knowledge of a sake lover is amazing and that I should come back again 🤣. I caught an earlier train than the last train, so I walked about 3 kilometers from the nearest station to my house. Looking up at the sky in the darkness between the streets, I could clearly see the Winter Triangle including Orion 💫 Yeah, I was very satisfied 😆.

When I first started drinking sake from all over the country, I thought "what's this name? When I started drinking sake from all over the country, I thought, "What is this name? I heard it was a special combo of the brewer who used to be a martial arts fighter 🤔. The aroma of light lactic acid bacteria drink, the gas feeling on the tip of the tongue, the clean sweetness, the punchy umami, the sharpness, and the firm bitterness that remains in the end.... It has a beautiful umami taste that betrays the "fake" name, and its refreshing bitterness seems to go well with any meal.

Echizenmisaki Ume Yeast Junmai Genshu PRUNE The aroma is calm with a hint of plum flavor, the mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a beautiful umami flavor, and the finish is refreshing with a lingering sweet plum flavor and aftertaste. The sweetness and umami of "Echizen-misaki" matches the aroma and taste of ume, and is quite delicious. When I asked the waiter if I could take a picture of the cellar to confirm the details of the sake, he told me that I could take a picture and if there was anything I wanted to drink, he would be happy to bring it to me from the cellar.

After enjoying crab 🦀 for lunch, I headed home from my parents-in-law's house and returned to Fukui Station 🚃. I took the Echizen Railway and took a bath at a bathing facility. After cleaning myself up, I went to the Shinsakae area in front of Fukui Station, which has recently undergone remarkable redevelopment 🚶. There, I took a peek at Maruko, a bar that has quickly become a popular restaurant since it opened this year, and saw that there was one seat available at the counter, so I entered the bar. I checked the menu and found that they had a brand of sake from Hiroshima, which is only one store in the prefecture that carries it, so I decided to start with that first 🍶. Karasuwa SORA-iro no Kage Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo A new brand by the 7th generation who took over the Asahiho Shuzo brewery, which brews "Asahiho" in Hiroshima. The word "Urin" is said to refer to the sun, and it is said to express the wish that people will drink this sake in the sun. ［The name "Sake-no-wa" has not been registered yet, so please register as a new user. It has a fruity aroma like plums, a clean and refreshing flavor, and a gentle and soft aftertaste. Easy to drink with low alcohol content, but with a robust flavor. It goes well with Tempura of swordfish.

［Crab Party with my in-laws at Kani-no-Bo This is the third drink of the three local sake tasting contest! Tsuneyama Junmai Dry Chokaguchi A full aroma, a beautiful umami that flows smoothly through the mouth, and a clean crisp taste with a lingering finish. I thought this was the best fit with the first one [seikogani] and all three types of sake, so I ordered a Sandesi bottle and sipped it with my father-in-law and brother-in-law 🥰. My brother-in-law, who is not a big sake drinker, especially raved about how good it was ✨. My father-in-law also enjoyed the sake in his shell! I was very satisfied 🍶. After this, my wife decided to go shopping with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, so we took the kids and my nephew back to my parents-in-law's house on the regional train, played with the kids for a while, and then headed home because I had to work the next day 🚃. Well, I had to change trains in Fukui, so I wasn't going straight home 🤣.

Bon Tokishirazu Slightly smoky aroma, slightly smoky sweetness on the palate with a lingering smoky finish. There is something strange about it, maybe it's twisted?
