I felt the echoes of [yama]'s extended voice echoing across the plateau as I listened to her live for the first time, and the tension soared to [Telling Spring] [a.m. 3:21] and [Night of Light] [The World Should Be Beautiful], a song provided by festival ambassador [Nobuo Ohki]. ⤴️️
Ryota Fujimaki, who is well-known from his Remioromen days, jumped up and down during the chorus of "Minamikaze" and the entire audience sang along to "March 9th" 🎶.
The acoustic stage with the vocalists of the bands participating in the festival and the string quartet [ROCKIN′ QUARTET] was mesmerizing, and the audience sang along to the song [March 9] to the delight of the audience.
The headliner "acidman" sang "ALMA" while looking at the star-filled sky with the "Great Triangle of Summer" shining overhead with all the lights turned down, and after he talked about his love for the stars in the lyrics of "Nobuo Ohki", I felt a burning sensation in my eyes.

It's been a while since I've had a "Kamo Nishiki Shafuda-shu", and I see that [ma-ki-] also opened another spec.

The aroma is fresh and slightly sweet, and the mouthfeel is gassy, with a clear, refreshing umami and bitterness that finishes with a clean aftertaste and a fresh sweetness that lingers on the tip of the tongue.

A fresh, subtly sweet aroma, a clear, refreshing umami that flows into the mouth with a clean, crisp taste, and a lingering, refreshing aftertaste.
The label reads "fresh and light", and since we have had a succession of "mellow" sakes recently, the clean and refreshing flavor of "light" sake goes well with the hot weather.
The entrée was "Tataki" bonito from Shizuoka and "Sashimi" sea bream from Okayama, the same place where the rice for the sake is grown.
[The sea bream has a rich flavor that goes well with Kamo Nishiki.

Ice Breaker Tamagawa Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake.
This is the perfect sake for this season to be served on the rocks, but it has been sitting in a liquor store for 5 years. ✨️
Shima-san says it tastes great without ice, so we had it at room temperature 😋.
Raspberry? It has a matured aroma like berries, smooth taste, slight sweetness and bitterness in the back of the throat, and a full-bodied matured aroma that passes through the nose and finishes with a full-bodied aftertaste similar to whisky.
The taste that remains in the mouth slightly softens and softens with water, so if you drink it like a whiskey [one drop], the image may change again 🤔.

Soft and sweet alky aroma, smooth mouthfeel typical of nama-shu, and a mild and sweet aftertaste.
This one looks interesting when heated up.
The fourth one is playing pool during the day 🚿.
I used a water pistol that I only test-drove in the bath with great vigor and the water didn't come out 🤔.
If you look closely, you can see a hole in some of the tubes 😵.
Luckily the hole was small and there was harness tape so I was able to fix it 🆗.

The fifth drink at Pojiya on the last day of the 15th 🍶.
Oki Junmai Ginjyo Namaishu.
I thought I had never seen this bottle before, but later I found out that it was from the "Shuten Doji" brewery: ✨️
The aroma is gentle and calm, the mouthfeel is slightly sweet, and it finishes with a juicy, sweet aftertaste.
The name is harsh, but the taste is so gentle that even the demons are enraptured by the taste.
This one seems to be brewed with "Gohyakumangoku" grown in terraced rice paddies in the town of Oe, where the legend of the "Ogre of Oe Mountain" remains 🤔.
To end the day, we ordered ramen at Pojiya, this time the seasonal "cold tantanmen" (cold ramen noodles) 🍜.
The sweetness of the sesame sauce and the moderate spiciness of the soup with a hint of pepper are well mixed with the noodles, making it a perfect dish 🥰.
I'll have to visit Poziya a few more times before they close 🤣.

Poshiya has a lineup of sake that is rare in Fukui, so you can't help but drink it 🥰.

Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsujikomi.
Full-bodied with a slightly less sweet aroma than Mita, it has a clean, fruity sweetness on the palate and finishes with a mild sweet aftertaste.
Delicious as a summer cat with a gentle taste 😋.

I was a little short on drinks because I was late, so after the party, we went to a nearby restaurant called "Pojiya" 🚶.
I heard from someone that the restaurant was closing in October this year, so I wanted to come while it was still open 🍜.
Well, we ordered the "Sake Comparison 5 Kinds" again this time.
Houou Mita: "Tsurugi Junmai Bottle Heated and Fired".
The aroma is sweet like melon, the mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, and the finish is juicy and fruity with a sweet aftertaste.
The sharpness is like a sword, and while it is a dry junmai, it is balanced with the sweetness that is typical of Houou Mita.
Serve with chilled tofu (🍴)
The sweet aftertaste overflows with the Tochigi Ai.
