It's the day of the start of November after one of the most difficult days of the vacation season, and before you know it, there are only two months left of the year 😅. It was more of a hassle than a challenge, but I finished it professionally, so let's have a drink 🍶. Shinjo Junmai Shu Neo-Classic Nao Kumi Nama Shu I got it when I went for a drive in Gifu the other day! I had been curious about this sake from Ibaraki, which Manachie and Aladdin had been drinking for a while. [A glass.] It has a slightly matured pear-like aroma. The aroma is like a pear, and the soft umami and fruity aroma that flows smoothly through the mouth and nose, followed by a lingering fresh bitterness. [Mokkiri] A clean aroma, a smooth taste, and a unique aroma that flows smoothly through the nose, followed by a lingering fresh bitterness. What is this? The balance that I have never experienced before, the smooth and fruity flavor, the fruity aroma and the lingering bitterness, the changes are quite drastic, but it's a wonder that it's all in one sake. I served it with kimchi motsu nabe and bonito tataki. The umami part goes well with it, but it leaves a bitter taste, so it would be interesting if you try it with other dishes 🤔.

After the vacation is over, I have a lot of work to do while I was on vacation, and I'm working at full capacity every day 😵. I honestly don't understand why there is so much work to be done before and after vacations every year, but I'm wondering if it's unreasonable to take vacations during the busy season, but the only time I'm relatively free is in early spring 🤔. I'm not sure if it's too much to ask for a vacation during the busy season, but I'm wondering if it's too much to ask for a vacation during the busy season. Oku Sparkling. I drank "Oku Sparkling Light" before, but this one is not light. The moment I carefully removed the outer packaging and put my fingernail into the lid, the lid flew open with a powerful pop, and I felt a pain in my left hand that I had been holding down for a while 🍾. Ahh this was probably best opened in celebration 🤔 [Glass.] Aroma of calm and slightly lactobacillus drink, pleasant gasiness, then mild sweetness and umami, followed by a pleasant slightly milky and mild aftertaste, and finally a bit of bitterness at the back of the throat. [Mokkiri] A cool, slightly sweet aroma, a pleasant gaseous sensation like that of a soda-like beverage, followed by a refreshing umami, followed by a pleasantly milky, mild aftertaste and a lingering minerality that lingers on the tongue. The bitter essence goes well with fatty foods such as kiritanpo hot pot that my wife cooked and yellowtail toro sashimi.

[It took me a while to post [Sake 47 Todofuken], but last Sunday, the last day of the holiday weekend 🔚. I got a call from my mother that she was going to have a [Halloween Pizza Party] at my parents' house with my sister and her husband and my nieces and nephews, so I took my family to my parents' house. 🏚️ I brought this with me, which I found at Osaka station the day before, just in time to open it while the kids were dressed up in their Halloween costumes 😙. Takachiyo Flattened Polished Rice Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Shu Orikagarami. First time drinking "Takachiyo" at home🎵You can't go wrong with hiragana "Takachiyo" 🥰. Fruity and sweet aroma, a strong gassy mouthfeel, mellow sweetness and umami, and a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. My mother also praised it as delicious 💃. My father was out with his friends and couldn't drink with us, so I thought it wasn't the type of sake he likes. [I was going to ask him to help me drink on Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day, but he's always out and about, so it's not the best timing for me 😅. The third photo was taken at Tangyong-dong, a memorable place where my wife and I had our wedding reception when I visited there on business before the vacation. 📷️ The last time I saw the garden was in early spring, but it's also intoxicating this time of year in the warm sunlight 🍃.

[Returning home to the hometown of my heart (10) [On the 10th round of drinks at Sake 47 Todofuken, the waitress told us that last order was due, so we made our last call with a dish from the lineup that had stuck in our memory and caught our attention 🍶. Ai no Sato Junmai. I had been curious about this sake ever since I first saw it on the menu, and after ordering it, I was convinced that it was from the same brewery as "Hana-yosu" 😲. The aroma is full of umami, the mouthfeel is juicy and sweet with a hint of pineapple, and the taste has a calm sharpness, a mild aftertaste, and a lingering bitterness on the tongue. A "food sake" made by the Nanyo Shuzo brewery, which also produces "Hana-yosu", it has a fruity flavor, but its sharpness and bitterness would certainly go well with a meal 🥰. For dessert, I ordered the "Tsukimi Beef Stewed Rice" 😋. After that, we walked to Osaka Station to sober up and headed home. This completes the "return to the hometown of my heart" section ✨. I'm drunk! I guess I'll just have to hang on until next year's vacation 🤣.

Hazen Hakubai Yamahai Junmai Genshu. It has a slight aroma of maturity, a gentle plum-like flavor, and a gentle finish with a sweetness similar to plum. [Returning home to my hometown of the heart The day after drinking a lot, I left Onomichi for Fukuyama, got off at Matsunaga to pick up some Matsunaga Monaka as a souvenir, and then took the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka. I met up with a friend who had come to see a Shinki play in the morning, and we strolled around Osaka 🚶. Before leaving, I had a drink at a restaurant I had been curious about [Sake 47 Todofuken] 🍶. This store is the second of the "Ojisan to Nihonshu" (Sake with my uncle) where we had an off-line meeting before, and has at least one type of sake from every prefecture except Okinawa, where the brewery is currently closed 🥰. You can choose your order from 60.90.120.180ml, so if you like it, you can easily taste it and if you like it, you can order it in 1 gou 🤔. Well, here is what I ordered to drink the sake of the prefecture that stood in the way of my second round of conquering the whole country! Kawatsuru Sanuki Kuraudai It has a faint aroma of lactobacillus beverage, a gentle umami and soft acidity, then a strong acidity with a sharp taste and a mild aftertaste. [Returning to the "Home of the Heart" (6) Shortly before I left for Onomichi, I received a call from the owner of Kikki. He said, "Jive, I'm thinking of serving Kuroryu at my place from now on, which specs do you prefer?" Ja "I'm thinking of either a slightly more expensive Ichikyorai Jungin or a more cost-effective Ichikyorai Ginjo. O "I want everyone in Onomichi to drink something good, so I'll go with Jungin. Ja "If that's the case, I'll bring a bottle of Fukui limited edition Kuroryu next time I go there". So we decided to open the Kuroryu we brought as a souvenir and have a tasting. Kuroryu Adoso Junmai Daiginjo Named after the production area of the sake rice used for Kuroryu [Adoso Jitoho], this is a model distributed only in Fukui. It has a serene, slightly sweet aroma, a refreshingly clean taste and sweetness, and a fresh, crisp finish with a fresh, sweet aftertaste. I left Shin-Osaka station just in time to take a picture of the "Hello Kitei Shinkansen", but I couldn't take a picture because of a delay in the connection. I was so hungry that I dared to have a lunchtime drink in Fukuyama City for the first time this time. We started the day with Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with squid tempura and beer at Ajisai, which is open even during late lunch hours 🔔. When we tried to quickly shift to sake, we found the following items on the lineup. Hakkaisan Tenpoichi Tenpouichi There were three in a row! I ordered a glass of sake in the local style, and the waiter told me it was "Tenpoichi", so I went with "Tenpoichi Honjozo" 🤣. Tenpoichi (cup sake at room temperature) The aroma has a slightly refreshing impression of alky sake, the mouthfeel is soft and fluffy, the flavor is sweet, and it finishes gently with a long, lingering aftertaste. Gyve, you are an early sake terrorist 😆👍👍. I've never had okonomiyaki and sake together so I'd like to try it 😁 I'm wowed to see Tenpoichi in a cup of sake 😁❣️ I'm looking forward to more after this 😊.

Good morning, Mr. Jive! The sake terrorism in the hometown of my heart has begun 🎵. Onomichi, I have fond memories of visiting there with my friends ✨. I had Hiroshima-yaki at Temari-san that time 😋. Traveling alone is good too 🚅.

Hi Pon-chan! I have never had okonomiyaki O sake myself, but I think (maybe) room temperature honjozo sake goes well with hot food 🥰. It was a very typical sake from the home of Tenpoichi in Fukuyama 🍶.

Hi Wakata! I'm sorry to say that my wife is a bit of a traveler, but I try to enjoy traveling alone at least once a year 🚶. But in return, I buy lots of souvenirs for my wife and kids 🥰. The okonomiyaki in Osaka is different from the one in Japan: 👍️

Hi Jive! I had checked out Maeda Sake Shop when I went to Fukuyama in May but it was closed so I couldn't stop by 😂I loved the Tenpoichi "Fukuyama Junmai Sake" that I drank in Fukuyama.

Hi, Maa🌛. I went on this trip as a once-a-year detox 🥰. [I felt a certain sadness when I went there because they were selling less sake from the Chugoku region, just like Maeda Sake before it became Yamada 😅.

I'm spending my once-a-year vacation here, spending weekdays supporting my wife who just started a new job at her new place of work, training more than usual, and taking a short drive along the new route from Ikeda, Fukui to Ibi, Gifu ✨. Well, I thought I'd try to be a [Masamune Hunter] like [Hiro-san] once in a while, so I opened this one this time 🍶. Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjyo Yamae Nishiki Goju. This is an optional item for the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, and was awarded the Platinum Prize in the Junmai Daiginjo (Polishing ratio 36-50%) category at the Kura Master, a Japanese sake competition held in France for Japanese sake selected by French people! [Glass] The aroma is sweet like apples, the flavor flows smoothly into the mouth, and after the fruity sweetness, it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste and a slight bitterness that remains at the end. [Mokkiri] A fruity sweet aroma, a light umami taste, and a refreshing finish with a sweet fruity aftertaste and a slight bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end. Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has an interesting aroma reminiscent of junmai daiginjo and a refreshing sharpness that is typical of junmai ginjos. Served with Akiyoshi's Yakitori (grilled chicken) and Ajisashi (horse mackerel sashimi from Ishikawa).

The fourth picture is of Sugihara Sake Brewery, which brews "Imi", and Emi Restaurant's "Chashu Eggs", which I wanted to eat for lunch while visiting Ibi, Gifu. I'm going back to my "spiritual hometown" for a bit from today, so please be careful of alcohol terrorism 🥰.
