By the way, I have already decided on the "Hakugakusen" to drink for the 800CI and 1000CI. ✨️ By the way, the new Hakugaku Sen sake went on sale on the 6th of this month, and I happened to be at a liquor store on another matter, so I got it! I was at a liquor store on another occasion, so I decided to take the opportunity to get drunk and review the new sake "Arasugi", which I had only reviewed in the store. Hakugakusen Junmai Ginjo Aragusuki When I put my fingernail on the lid, I could hear the sound of fresh drunkenness 🎵. ［The glass was a little too small.] The aroma is reminiscent of fresh pears, the mouthfeel is fresh and gassy, the flavor is fresh and smooth, and the sweetness is subtle, followed by the sharp acidity characteristic of "Hakugakusen", a gentle and soft lingering taste, and finally a bitter taste in the back of the throat. ［Mokkiri] A fresh and clear aroma, a clear and clear flavor from the gassy mouthfeel, the sharpness of the acidity of "Hakugakusen", and a minerality with a refreshing and pleasant aftertaste and a sourness that lingers at the end. Tsuneyama Hatsumeba Hatsumaki Zuichi 2025 Oh, Tsuneyama has released a new sake, I had high expectations for this one! Aroma: Mellow and fruity peachy aroma, fruity sweetness on the palate with a mild finish and a gentle aftertaste. In the past, "Tsuneyama" had an image of being dry, but recently it has developed a sweetness that seems to blend in with its natural umami flavor. We drank a lot this time too 😙. When the anniversary celebration starts in earnest, they are going to open a lot of very drunken drinks, so if you are interested, please come and visit us. ✨️ After leaving the restaurant, I got off at the nearest station to catch the last train, and found that Yolo Ramen Bar, which has been in front of the station since the end of summer, was still open, so I had some Chinese noodles and headed home 🍜. Echizenmisaki Fully Ripe Autumn Sake, Unfiltered, Unrefined, in a bottle, 2024BY. I was curious about this one since Mr. Menshuoh drank it before. The aroma is mellow and melon-like, the flavor is clear and clear on the palate, and it flows smoothly into the mouth, leaving a soft and gentle aftertaste. Wow! The aroma is like a pear, and the soft umami and fruity aroma that flows smoothly through the mouth and nose, followed by a lingering fresh bitterness. ［Mokkiri] A clean aroma, a smooth taste, and a unique aroma that flows smoothly through the nose, followed by a lingering fresh bitterness. What is this? The balance that I have never experienced before, the smooth and fruity flavor, the fruity aroma and the lingering bitterness, the changes are quite drastic, but it's a wonder that it's all in one sake. ［Returning home to my hometown (3) ［The third drink at Sake 47 Todofuken was also from Ehime Prefecture, which stood in the way of the second round of my national tour. Iyo Kagiya Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Matsuyama Mitsui Black Label. A clean and sweet aroma, soft sweetness and umami, and a gentle aftertaste. Oh, this is my favorite type of sake 🙂! This is my favorite type.
