@Home Drinking
I saw your post on nigori and I felt like drinking it, so I opened this one without a second thought: ‼️🤣
Careful, careful... Oh, the lid blew off 😮 lol
I'm as energetic as ever ✊‼️
Drink this melon cream soda with lactobacillus ☝️
And delicious👍✨
I was looking forward to this one today 🎶🍶🍶The lid was not screwed on so I pulled it out with some concern and it blew off with a loud "shpon" sound, I was in a hurry but it didn't blow 😅 safe 😅
Now let's start with the top clear 🎶😆 since it's a nigori.
The aroma is gorgeous but it also smells like alcohol 😉✨️
It has a slight schwar🫧 feeling in the mouth and a sweetness like cider🥤 but it finishes dry and delicious 🎶🤤🎶.
The aroma doesn't change much when the lees❄ are involved 😉.
The lactic acid taste is added in the mouth and the dry finish is more rounded 🤤🤤I definitely prefer it with lees 🎶💕.
Daimine: 3 grains, Winter's coming
One of the three inductees into the Awio Hall of Fame, Omine 😆.
Unquestionably sweet and delicious nigori sake!
It was soooo good 🥰!
I'll be reviewing this one later 😭
We have received a copy of "Daimine's Winter's Tidings".
It is a little late, but now winter has arrived at our house.
This nigori sake is juicy and full of flavor, like squeezed grated apples. It is slightly carbonated with fine bubbles popping and has a crisp and refreshing mineral taste.
Although it has 14% alcohol content, you don't feel any alcohol, and it is a slightly dangerous sake that can be drunk without hesitation.
I remember that I enjoyed it last year, but this year I think it tastes even better.
I have only had the Summer Otosore and Winter Otosore recently, so I will have to try the other Oomine sakes.
(supernatant) Sour flavor with a hint of carbonation in the mouth. Slight green apple flavor develops. (Nigori) Stronger acidity develops, flavor has a subtle banana taste. Lovely.
