The chairman of my favorite liquor store recommended it to me. I had never heard of this brand, and there was almost no information on it when I googled it. But I thought it must be delicious since it is from Yamagata. I didn't have such high expectations, but it was unbelievably delicious! It smells great, it's fresh and juicy, and it disappears as nicely as water. And although there is no gasiness on the glass, when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gasiness on your tongue. And it's the first arabesque I've had in a long time. It is beautiful and delicious, really. We are really happy to be able to enjoy such a delicious sake. Thank you very much. I think most people want to be familiar with this sake because there are only a few special distributors, but it is really delicious.

I was able to purchase my favorite Imi, Special Junmai again this year 👏. I'm looking forward to having this this weekend 😄. I opened the bottle and took a sip and found it to be "sweet and delicious" 🥰. First of all, it has a gorgeous fruity aroma. The fresh taste of the rice spreads in the mouth, with no bitterness and a clean aftertaste. After all, this is the one and only 💯. The back label, which I look forward to every time, was a surprise this time. Thank you for making delicious sake for parents and children. I will continue to support you 🎉.

I had a long time wish (exaggeration 😄) to have a draft since I had enjoyed the hi-iri before! I'm very excited to hear the sound of it coming alive when I open the bottle 🥰I pour it into a glass 🍸️ and it's fresh, juicy, clean and beautiful with a moderate aroma and gasiness, and I can drink it in gulps. ☺️ It's delicious ✨The price is reasonable and this quality is great 👏I have high expectations for the future ✨I like the serious impression it gives me. The rice used for the sake was rice developed by the brewery that produces Jyushiyo, so expectations were high 😀 The taste was as good as expected. It has sweetness and a nice gaseous taste, and it disappears without bitterness. I knew Kangiku was good 😋.

I couldn't resist buying it based on the sakewa reviews 😆. Finally, I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass 🍷 without stirring. Wow, it's so sweet and deliciously fresh! This is a winner 🎯. Next, mix the oriel and pour into a glass 🍷. It's a Calpis soda 🤤. It's freshly corked, so there's a bit of bitterness. Tomorrow, the bitterness will have settled down and you will be able to enjoy the taste! A wonderful bottle with a mellow aroma and rice flavor that fills the mouth! I will repeat it next year! (Postscript) I drank it with curry on the third day. It has a lot of ori so it goes perfectly with curry.

I heard it was an Akita-only brew, so I was a little excited. After opening the bottle, I enjoyed it cold on the first day. It had a nice fluffy, elegant flavor without being cloying. It was a great sake as a food sake without being overbearing. I think the flavor of the rice can be felt even if it is warmed up. Thank you for the sake. ☺️

I've just opened the Fudo Yumachi I've been looking forward to ✨ Just like its reputation, it is delicious from entrance to exit in the mouth 🤤. The sales were so good that I bought it without a second thought. The first day it was dry and bitter, but the second day it was delicious! It is fire-brewed once but very fresh and has an elegant aroma. It is juicy, sweet and beautiful on the palate 😀. Yesterday I paired it with pasta, but tonight I'm having it with a hot pot 😋. I buy this every year. I can't miss it every year because it's so cosy 😉.

I am in Shizuoka. I wanted to drink something from Shizuoka, so I bought a bottle from Seven and drank it at my accommodation (laugh). It has a sweet taste on the palate, followed by a dry and cutting taste. I was happy to find an unexpected brand, thank you Seven!

This is the last year's autumn bottle. We missed the timing to drink it, so we let it sit for a year before opening the bottle this fall 😄. It has a nice aroma from the glass, sweet and tasty on the palate, fresh and mild, and disappears in the mouth. We had a good bottle.

Junmai-shu has aged well and has a nice white wine-like color. It has a nice aroma, and in the mouth it has a freshness and light sweetness, but with a nice sharpness. Cosy and delicious. 10/5 Postscript The last sake was served lukewarm. It had been two weeks since the bottle was opened. It was delicious with the flavor spreading!
