I was on a business trip and wanted to have a little something tasty to drink at the hotel when I discovered Seijo Ishii! I chose this Masumi because it seems to be a Seijo Ishii original! I'll have some 🍶. It has a thick and rounded flavor. There is no aroma or gasiness, but it has a rounded sweetness, no bitterness, and a beautiful taste 🥰. Oh, it's good! And it's 14 degrees, so it's comfortable~! It's been a while since I've had Masumi, it was delicious!

This is my second time in Yamazan🤗. Caught word that it was in stock and rushed out to buy it 😁. And this one was in the 1600 yen range, so it's a great cosmetic 👍. Now to open the bottle🎉! Pouring it into 🍸️, it is a bit cloudy and has a stronger shuwashu🥤 than the previous Yamae Nishiki. When you put it in your mouth, oops, it's exquisite! The sweetness, aroma, and light nigori are exquisite and beautiful without bitterness, delicious 🤤! Personally, I preferred Hitogokochi with a light nigori taste 👏. No, it's delicious, Yamazan, you😍!

This is my second wakamusume in about 5 years. I don't remember what it tasted like the first time 😅. It was often recommended to me at my favorite liquor store, but I didn't go through with it 😉. However, this time I bought it because it had won an honor award at the Omachi Summit three years in a row 👆 and they kept pushing me to buy it 🍶. Now, let's open the bottle. Pour it into a glass (🍸️). It has a nice aroma with a hint of soot. When you put it in your mouth, it's fresh, tangy, sweet, and tasty, and there is no bitterness. This is delicious! A big hit after a long time, or rather a home run ⚾. I recommend it to people who like Eikofuji and Kangiku 🎉. I'm already determined to repeat 🔂 and I hope you will actively check out Wakamusume ✅️ next season~!

They were shipping black, which is not made every year, and when I checked, it was the first time in 10 years 😲. I was convinced it was black because low milled rice is called black rice in the sake brewing industry 😉. According to the label on the back of the last bottle, it was brewed with brewer's alcohol and aluzome, but this time it is pure rice! I was excited 🥰. The toji said it didn't go the way he wanted it to. I wrote this a week later to stop reviewing just the day the bottle was opened based on the reviews of those who drank it before me 😁. The impression is that the wine flows from a strong alcohol taste and moderate sweetness to dryness when the bottle is chilled. This is certainly different from the usual sweet sake. When the temperature rises a little, it has a strong aroma and a strong alcohol taste. It is a little heavyweight 🤔. So I decided to drink it a week later next. 1 week later Oh isn't it very tasty😍! It's rounded and mildly sweet without bitterness, and it's now The Injection Beauty. It's delicious 💕 But it's 17 degrees alcohol so it's intoxicating 🍶😆. It was a great decision to let it sit for a week 👆👆.

This is the first brand I've ever had ✨ I bought this sake 🍶 because my friend who loves hana-yori raved about how delicious it was. First, chill it well in the fridge. I have a feeling this one will pop the cork if not chilled 😄. Now it's time to open the bottle 👆 "Psshhhh" ah good sound 🎵. Pour it into a glass 🍷 and mmmm, it smells so good 🍷☺️ Nice gasiness in the mouth, a bit strong 👍. It tastes fruity but it disappears nicely like water 🥰. This is delicious - it's certainly a hana-hana class 💕. Turtle Sea will be a repeat purchase, I'd buy it again if I see it in stores 📝.

I've been looking forward to it, it's fully opened 🤗. The fruity aroma that spreads from the moment you open the bottle makes you excited. In my opinion, this wine won the number one prize in 2024 for being delicious right after opening the bottle 😁. I enjoyed dinner. I can drink as many glasses as I want 😍. I started to see Tsuneyama at my favorite liquor store and when I asked about it, they recommended that it was good this year, so I gave it a try. ☺️ When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant gaseous feeling, but it is sharp. It is dry. I did some preliminary research and found that it has a reputation for being dry, so I was right. It was completely chilled, but I thought it didn't have much flavor. However, I thought it would taste better if I raised the temperature a little. So I decided to serve it at a higher temperature. I took it in my mouth after a little time and found it to be 👍・・・・"👍 The sweetness is softer and the taste is so nice and clean 🤩. It's good. Just because it's a draft sake doesn't mean it should be chilled 📝. This was the first day. (The next day) It is definitely delicious 👏. Even when chilled, a slight sweetness spreads softly in the mouth, and the aftertaste is sharp and not clingy. It is a very nice and refreshing aftertaste, and does not feel clingy. I felt happy all at once 🥰. Sake is so deep 🍶.

I received this sakekasu (sake lees) from a friend yesterday. The aroma of sakekasu is very nice. Since I don't usually make amazake, I made it with 60 grams of sakekasu, 200 ml of water, and just the right amount of sugar. It is delicious. ☺️ I think it could use a little more sakekasu 😁. This season, I also tasted Yamae Nishiki from Yamasan in Ueda City, the same city as Shinshu Kamerei, and the second day was so good that I am looking forward to tasting the second day tomorrow 🤤. The chairman of my favorite liquor store recommended it to me. I had never heard of this brand, and there was almost no information on it when I googled it. But I thought it must be delicious since it is from Yamagata. I didn't have such high expectations, but it was unbelievably delicious!
