こすけAt my favorite restaurant, the master told me to drink it by all means and I ordered it.
When I asked why, he showed me the bottle. Oh! It was a 1/330th of a bottle, a festive gem. I guess it's good luck. Now, the question is how it tastes!
Well, it doesn't have the flashiness that is so popular these days, but it has a fresh aroma and the robustness that has been a characteristic of Iwate sake, but it is well balanced and watery. I also like the way it doesn't interfere with food👍.

Azumamine Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
I had never seen this label before, and I had never drunk this brand. When I asked the staff, they said, "We don't recommend it, but if you want to know why we don't recommend it, please go ahead".
As soon as I drank it, I understood why they didn't recommend it.
I only felt a slight sweetness, but no umami or other flavors.
They recommend other Azumamine, but not Miyamanishiki. アラジンHi Nemuchi 😃

I don't recommend it. I like the way you say it like a neighborhood liquor store, that kind of thing 🤣 Here's the only one I've had at Azumamine, but when I read it back, it said it was disappointing 😅. ねむちHello bouken, ☀I appreciate that you don't recommend it so clearly 😁I guess it wasn't good enough 🤣The other Azumamine seems to be ok, so I'd like to try it if I get a chance 😊. myIt is spicier than Takachiyo. It has a long aftertaste.
