We are happy to welcome you again this year: ❗️ Jyushidai Daijyokujo Sake Mirai 😃 Personally, it's the best sake I've ever had. It's the best sake I've ever had personally ‼️ Compared to other sake made with sake future, the aroma and taste is different and super pineapple 🍍. The moment you drink it, it's juicy with a strong sweetness and a hint of gasiness. The aftertaste is like drinking water and there is no aftertaste at all. ❗️ It's a great wine! The third picture is the sake we have prepared at the end of the year. I'm looking forward to opening the bottle as they are definitely delicious 😊.

New Year's Eve while watching Kohaku for the first time in years: ❗️ I forgot to take a picture but I had reserved some sashimi to drink 🍶. I'll be serving it with Isojiman which of course goes great with it 😃. I could feel the aroma of melon🍈 and It also has a melon-like aroma, but it also has a sharpness that removes the fishy smell: ‼️ It goes great together👍. I think I'll open a special sake for New Year's Day 🤔.

Maybe this is my first time drinking Hidakami, at home? I drank it at an izakaya last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought it this year 😊. The aroma is unobtrusive, and when you drink it with the lees, you can taste the sweetness. It has a sweet taste with a clean aftertaste. It is very tasty. ‼️ It is a versatile food sake that goes well with fish and many other types of food. It's a versatile food sake 👍😃😃.

First nigori of the season is from Urasato: ❗️ We had this sake last year and enjoyed it very much 😊. It smells and tastes like melon soda! The gasiness is very pleasant and you can drink as much as you want. ❗️ I heard that the 2nd one will be released in the new year. I'd love to try it 😊.

I haven't had it for a while, my favorite turtle sea ❗️ I got the Hosoyuki of course. First of all, yellow label for the first time in a long time 😊. Pinappo from the aroma 🍍. I can't get enough of the freshness of the unfiltered raw sake😃. A little sweet but nice👍. It's delicious 🍍❗️ I still like Kame no Umi. ‼️

This is my first time drinking this Yamahai Junmai ❗️ It has a solid umami flavor 😊. It has a strong sweetness and acidity that is typical of Yamahai. It's quite sweet and sour 😊❗️ It tastes like plum wine 🤔. I guess there are different tastes. Personally, I think it's a delicious sake👍 I like Honkin, so I'd like to drink more of it 😃.

This is my first time drinking this sake from Nabeshima: ❗️ I bought it about 2 months ago for New Year's. But with the rush of new sake, there were too many sake I wanted to open to empty my cellar 😅. I opened it to empty my cellar because there are too many sake I want 😅 I think this is my first Aiyama from Nabeshima 🤔. Gorgeous aroma like Daiginjo ❗️ Strawberry-like flavor typical of Aizan Sweetness and sourness It tastes pretty robust. It's got a refreshing aftertaste thanks to the slight bitterness and alkaloids 👍. It has a refreshing aftertaste👍 Nabeshima is delicious after all 😃.

I went to Yamanashi Meisho again this year: ❗️ I wanted to get the dedication sake that came out on 11/25. So I went the next day! The weather was nice and the autumn leaves were a bit late, but it was a nice drive. I bought the sake I was looking for, but but I had to try this ichiban shiboshu as well 😊. It has a green apple-like aroma and I guess it's because it's made with Hakushu's famous water Smooth and soft taste ❗️ It's very tasty with just the right amount of sweetness😃. It's also cosy and last but not least 👍. I'm also looking forward to the dedication sake 😊.

Purchased because I wanted to drink a dry sake that would go well with sashimi❗️ Urahyakumon made with Omachi, a rice outside of the standard range: ❗️ It has a yellowish color when poured into a glass. I don't think it has much aroma. The taste is quite classic. It has a strong sweetness and umami, with a strong acidity. ❗️ It has a richness that is typical of Omachi, but it has a little habit 🤔. It's dry but a little hard to drink. I tried heating it up and managed to drink it. ❗️ It's getting colder, so sometimes it's good to drink heated sake. It's good to drink heated sake once in a while.

A stable bottle that you always want to keep on hand. Special Junmai ❗️ Of course the hi-ire sake is delicious, but this time of year, you'll also want the nama-shu 😊. Aroma and sweetness are moderate in Nabeshima. It goes well with meals 👍. I also bought a bottle of New moon, my favorite of the new sake. I also bought New moon with it 😃. I am looking forward to it 😃.

Sake purchased on a trip to Nasu: ❗️ The last one is Senkou ❗️ I haven't had it in a while but it's still delicious 😊. The unique sourness is a nice touch👍 I want to drink more but there are so many kinds 😅😅 I can't keep up with them all. I want to drink many kinds of sake, but I can't catch up 😅. It's been a long time since St. ❗️ This test brewed sake is called "Nama Hashiroshi". It's really good 😃. Pineapple aroma. It has sweetness but also has a sourness like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast and super juicy ‼️ Almost like juice 😍. It's fire-aged but also has a strong gassy taste❗️ It has a strong flavor that is hard to believe it's a daiginjo❗️ Even if you are new to sake or don't like sake You can definitely drink it👍 I might buy another bottle 🤔

I bought a bottle on a trip to Nasu: ❗️ The last time I drank the standard Nozomu, it was very good, so I have high expectations for this one too😊. The aroma is not as much as I expected 🤔. It has a fruity taste with a moderate sweetness ❗️ It's a splash, so I was expecting a strong gassy taste. I was expecting to feel a little bit of gas but I only felt it slightly. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste that is refreshing👍. It's a CWS, so it's a little different from what you'd expect from a classic. It may be a little bit different from the standard It's still delicious 😃. I'd love to try other Nozomu as well 😃‼️

I've had Morishima before. I've never had Fuji Taikan before. ❗️ As it says on the label Melon🍈 type fruity aroma and moderate sweetness❗️ It's fresh like a new sake. Fresh, gassy and crisp. It's good 👍 Not so much dry. It's not so dry, but it's very refreshing and easy to drink 😊. It's the type of sake that goes well with food. It's delicious. ‼️

It's been a while since I've had a Seimasamune ❗️ This is my first yellow one 😊. It seems to be an autumn sake but the taste is quite crisp ❗️ Maybe because of the yeast and lactic acid used. It has a strong acidity and a moderate sweetness. It is more like a summer sake than an autumn sake 🤔. It is very refreshing and easy to drink with various meals. It is a sake that can be easily matched with various meals 👍.

My first Aizu Shikon: ❗️ It's another brand of Nagurayama. Nagurayama is fruity and modern. It tastes fruity and modern. but this sake has quite a robust taste. It tastes quite robust. ❗️ It is sweet and has a unique aroma 🤔. I guess it's not to everyone's liking. I don't dislike it 😊. It has a good umami and not too much aftertaste. It's a good choice for a meal. The interesting thing about sake is that it tastes very different depending on the brand even if it's from the same brewery 😊.

It's been a very long time since I've had a Tenmei ❗️ This moon white is my first time drinking it😊. It has a fresh citrusy aroma. The taste seems to be made with white malted rice Strong acidity and good sweetness ❗️ Fresh & juicy😃. I can drink it easily 👍. All Tenmei is delicious ‼️ I also bought another bottle of CWS Tenmei. I'm looking forward to it😊.

I went looking for a good liquor store on my trip to Nasu last month and found a liquor store in Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture, about 30 minutes by car: ❗️ They had a lot of sake from Fukushima. But they also had a lot of other kinds of sake, and all of them were the type of sake I like😃. I couldn't choose the best one so I bought 6 bottles while talking to the owner 😅. The owner was very personable and explained everything to me so I was able to enjoy choosing 😃❗️ This Aizu Otokoyama was one of the recommended bottles! The aroma is moderate and I felt a strong sweetness when I opened it, but it calmed down after 2 days and became easy to drink 😊. It became easy to drink 😊. Japanese sweetness and gentle taste. It is the type that goes well with meals👍 I thought of a sake shop in Fukushima ⁉️ on my trip to Nasu, but it's a lot of fun to go to a sake shop for the first time 😃.
