It's a hot topic these days: ‼️ This time I bought the red one😊. There is no aroma❗️ The taste is more refreshing than I expected❗️ It has a strong wooden vat feel. It has a good amount of umami (flavor) and a good amount of gas. It's a sake that you can drink easily with a good amount of gas 😅.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen this flower euph. The aroma is more subdued than I expected ❗️ The taste is quite sweet😅 No sourness or bitterness, so there is no aftertaste. I think the sharpness is not so good 🤔. If it's this sweet, it would be easier to drink if the aroma was stronger. I feel like it would be easier to drink if it had a stronger aroma 🤔❗️ I was a little disappointed because I had high expectations 🥲.

Mutsu Hachisen Red Label is hard to compare with Mutsu Hachisen Red Label. I love Ura Mutsu Hachisen ‼️ The aroma is absolutely gorgeous😊. The taste is also juicy apple 🍎. The sweetness is subdued compared to the red label and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit stronger. The bitterness of the aftertaste is a little stronger... There's also a hint of gas and it's pretty refreshing ❗️ I think I'll have this one with a meal 🤔. Very tasty 👍 I definitely want to drink it again next year 😃.

AKABU ❗️ Even when fire-roasted, it still has a freshness and a gorgeous aroma. The aroma is gorgeous and the balance of flavors is great👍. I haven't had any seasonal AKABU recently. I'll drink it once in a while 😅.

The sake that inspired me to drink sake: ❗️ Hyakurakumon❗️ Clear, dry and easy to drink. It is a sake that changed the image I had of Japanese sake as being difficult to drink😊. From this time on, it is a fresh sake with a moderate aroma❗️ You can feel the umami of Omachi, but with a strong acidity and a tingling sensation in the throat. The spiciness that comes down your throat is nice 😃. It seems to go well with sashimi👍 I want this spiciness sometimes 😊.

First time drinking Shinanonishiki: ❗️ From the simple label with 71% polished rice ratio I imagined it to taste like a classic 🤔. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was fruity ‼️ The taste is smooth, sweet and juicy 😃. It also has a nice aftertaste with a hint of bitterness👍. It seems to go well with a variety of meals 😊. I haven't had this dark flavor in a long time. I love it ❤‼️ The costuming is great too 😃. I might buy a bottle 🤔

I'm not a fan of winecell sparkling. I wonder if this is my first time drinking it 🤔. I was a little careless when I opened the bottle and it blew 😅. It tastes like a well-flavored champagne 🍾. It's crisp and easy to drink but But the carbonation is too strong and makes my stomach growl 🥲. It's totally a drink for western food 🍽️ Personally, I'd prefer it if it wasn't sparkling. I think I prefer it when it's not sparkling: ❗️

This is my first time drinking Yamazan's Aizan: ❗️ The aroma is understated Sweetness and richness typical of Aizan 😊. Fresh and tangy, as is typical of nama sake. A faint aroma of wooden vats. I've always been curious about youth: ❗️ I love Isoboast, but I like Honjozo. but sometimes I like Junmai type 😊. What goes well with this sake is definitely the fish type 🐟‼️ Sashimi is good, but dried fish is good too👍 So I went to Ito to buy some ❗️ We went to a dried fish shop where we could drink sake, which we were curious about! I didn't get to drink it this time because I drove there. But I asked him to recommend some dried fish that would go well with sake and bought some. ❗️ We also stopped by another popular dried fish shop and bought some more ❗️ We immediately had a dried fish festival at home at night 😊. Of course the dried fish is delicious, but so is Isobojimono! Delicious ‼️ The aroma is like a blue melon🍈. The sweetness is just right and the flavor is strong. The aftertaste is quite dry and refreshing ‼️ This pairing goes great👍 The fishy smell disappears easily. ❗️ Sashimi is good, but drinking with dried fish is also great😃. Iso boast is definitely the best for fish 👍

My favorite big snowy valley: ❗️ I heard that the fire-brewed version of this sake is available at mass merchandisers. But this time, they don't have much of the raw sake. ❗️ The aroma is subdued. The taste is just the right amount of sweetness: ❗️ There is no bitterness or habit and no alcohol taste like a sake with alcohol. It is a very easy to drink sake without any bitterness or habit 😊. It's also cosy, about 1200 yen for a bottle of No.4 ❗️ It seems to go well with a variety of meals. I think I could have had a bottle 🤔. It is easy to drink and very tasty 👍

Tosa Shiragiku's shuwashu type 😊. Sake that I enjoyed drinking outside before ❗️ I haven't come across it in a while, so I bought it❗️ Melon soda with a moderate sweetness 🍈. It's lightly cloudy with a hint of umami. It's my favorite taste ‼️ The sweetness doesn't linger, so I think it goes well with food. I think it goes well with food 🤔. I don't think this flavor would go well with sashimi. but it would be good with western food🍽️👍 It's a very good sake ‼️
