We opened a bottle of my husband's favorite Daisetsugi 🎉. D, which was released this month and we immediately went to the liquor store to buy some 😄. I visited the brewery last year, so I feel more familiar with Daisetsukei: ⛰️ I have high expectations for this D as well! Now let's have it 🥂. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. The sweetness came much more quickly in the mouth. There is no gassy feeling. A bit of spicy bitterness appears in the second half. There is no sharpness, and the sweetness and complex aftertaste remain on the tongue. Hmmm...⁇ Eh~......😥 Great snowy valley...I didn't know it was like this: ⁉️ Something is different. It certainly tastes good. But the Daisetsukei in my mind is the taste and clarity of the water from Azumino, with a sharp, clean and refreshing aftertaste with an outstanding cutting taste! That's my impression. But this D has none of that😫. The water is heavy and the sweetness seems to cling to the aftertaste for a long time. Again... It's definitely delicious! But it wasn't like the Great Snow Creek in my mind💦. It's a selfish disappointment 😭 I feel a little sorry for Daisetsugakei as it is 🙏. I will definitely revisit again in a different Daisetsugakei ❣️ Because Daisetsugakei is definitely a great drink ✨✨✨.

First time! Aizu Sake Brewery, Yamanoi was opened 🎉. The specifications of this sake are undisclosed due to the toji's wishes: ☝️ You can feel the confidence and love that the toji-san has put into this sake: ☺️ We can't wait to see what it tastes like 😆. Let's have some 🥂🥂! Let's start with the supernatant. There is not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness spreads slowly. The second half of the bottle has a gentle gaseous feeling, and it is not sharp, but leaves a slow and gentle umami taste. Mixing with ori The sweetness is combined with freshness, and the gasiness is slightly stronger. From the entrance to the aftertaste, it is just gentle 💐. The gentleness will make your whole body relax and melt away 🤤. Hats off to this one: 🙇‍♀️ This is stunningly delicious😋😋😋. No impact, but somehow delicious 🧐. I've found another awesome brewery: ‼️ I could feel firsthand the richness of the land of Fukushima Prefecture and the clarity of the super soft melted snow water from this sake✨. Brewed from super soft water, Yamanoi tastes amazing 🥰. Another sake brewery to chase after: ❣️ I just... don't have enough bodies to chase 💦. That's my biggest problem right now😅.

The first bottle of Takeyuki has been opened 🎉! The gap between the very strong name "Takeyuki" and the cute name "I love you" is very interesting 🤣. I asked the liquor store what kind of sake it is. I asked the liquor store what kind of sake it was and they told me that it is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking and you will want to keep drinking it. ☺️ I decided to try it more and more and bought a bottle. ✌️ Well, I'm going to have it now... Since it's a bit dry, we'll start with the supernatant first. There is not much aroma. Gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth. Gasiness appears in the mid-palate and bitterness appears in the latter half. It has a nice sharpness and leaves a lingering umami aftertaste. Mixing with Ori Mild and more umami 😆. This one is very easy to drink and tastes great 🙂! Very easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's not too pungent, the bitterness is just right, and it's not too sweet. This really makes me want to drink it all the time😍. Sweet and tasty, with just a hint of bitterness. Versatile either as a mealtime drink or on its own ‼️ Takeyuki, it's good 🥰. It was so easy to drink, I finished it in no time😅. Takeyuu-san's CWS seems to come out a few times a year, so I'll try to buy it this year if I come across it: ☝️ It's very tasty and I highly recommend it: ❣️

First time to open a bottle of Chiebijin 🎉. I've always wanted to drink Chiebijin. Am I the only one who feels like I can become an intelligent woman if I drink it 😅... This 💁‍♀️ Chiebijin is a sake with a wish to make everyone smile on the day of Hareru (a special occasion). So I opened it on my coming of age day to make it appropriate for the coming of age ceremony 😆. So here's to all the adults 🥂. The aroma is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, the fruity and juicy sweetness spreads, and in the second half, there is a sense of gas and a little bitterness. It has a nice sharpness and the aftertaste was clean and crisp! Yeah👍this is delicious😋😋😋. I'll summarize: ☝️ It was very vigorous, cheerful, energetic, and gave me the impression that it was going to attack more and more: ‼️ It's exactly the kind of sake that is suitable for a special occasion and gives you a push 🧐. If you drink it when your body is weak, you might be crushed... 💦. I was in good spirits and didn't lose it and finished it in no time. ✌️ Let's enjoy drinking again this year💪! I was a shrimp who gave me such a shout out 🥰. Chiebijin is such a vibrant brewery, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. ❣️

New Year vacations are over and we are back to our hectic daily life 😅Although I was drinking alcohol everyday, I haven't been able to post much, so this is my first update in a while: ☺️ We have just opened a bottle of Ko no Tsukasa, Fuyuakari 🎉. It's my first time to visit this brewery. I've seen a lot of posts about Fuyuakari on Sake no Wa, so I was curious about it and bought it 😆. So my expectations are high! Well, I'll have some 🥂. First, the supernatant The aroma is fruity sweet. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads sizzlingly and gently permeates the body. There is no bitterness pungency, the gasiness is a little strong, and the aftertaste is sharp and disappears quickly. Mixing the cage In the mouth, it becomes silky, mildly sweet, and thick, like calpis. The gassiness does an excellent job and leaves with a crisp finish. This is a great buy: ‼️ Really delicious 😋😋😋. It's so good I can drink more and more 🤣. Perhaps because Takashi no Tsukasa uses super soft water, it enters the body without resistance. It is pleasant, naturally penetrating, and the sweetness is just right again. Well... it is splendidly delicious 🥰. I finished it in an instant. I highly recommend this😍. I also want to try the standard Takashi's Tsukasa: ❣️

Two hare zodiac labels opened today 🎉. Tonight will be the last time I drink with my daughter 😭 We are going back to the distant land again. I wonder if it will be a year before I see her again... Well, one last toast 🥂. Not much of an aroma. Fresh and fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth, with a gentle gasiness in the second half. A little bitterness also comes out, but it finishes nicely. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. This is also delicious 😋😋😋. Fresh, clean, and refreshing! It is also sweet and easy to drink 😆 my daughter rated it highly: ❣️ It seemed easier to drink than yesterday's Takachiyo. Maybe it was the fresh sweetness 😍. I've never had much Ni-Rabbit before either, but I'll have to chase it down as well ‼️ I've found another great sake 💦. I'm going to be busy chasing sake this year 🥰. And I'll be back next year to give my daughter a new delicious sake to drink ✨.

There is no gassy feeling and no bitterness or spiciness at all. It has a sharp and refreshing finish. The sweetness is cleaner and easier to drink than the Xmas label ❗️ not too sweet, just right👍 Stunning finish 💐. Xmas label was quite sweet, so New year is better to pair with a meal☝️ Both are delicious, but my daughter and I both gave the New year label the edge 👏. But Takachiyo is really good 😋. This sake is specially made to close out the year at Kangiku 🍶. This year, the label is designed with orange as the image color of orange to express the warm feelings of many people towards the victims of the Noto Peninsula disaster: ☝️ By the way, the color of the bottle changes every year. 39 with such a thoughtful message from Mr. Kangiku, and we are very happy to accept it💐. We will take it with gratitude 🥂. The aroma is fruity, just like Kangiku. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads just right. The sweetness is very elegant, and in the second half, you can feel the gasiness and it finishes off nicely. It leaves a happy aftertaste 🥰. This 39 is very delicate and the quality is much higher than the usual Kangiku ‼️ I felt it was a brilliant finish. I've had a lot of Kangiku and this was a great sake to end the year with ✨. The year is almost over: ☺️ Let's drink as much as we can before the end of the year! We've been opening bottles every day: ✌️ And today we have Mutsu Hachisen Silver Label I drank several bottles of Mutsu Hachisen this year 🍶. All of them were delicious, so we opened a bottle of Silver Label with high expectations 🎉. First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma 🍏. The sweetness is quite strong in the mouth. The sweetness spreads juicily from the mid-palate, and in the second half, there is a bit of bitterness with a hint of alcohol. The sharpness is not bad, so the aftertaste is refreshing. ☝️ There is no cloying taste, and it soaks into the body with a beautiful watery sensation 🤤. This is another well balanced finish😍. This was the sweetest of the Mutsu Hachisen I drank this year. Every label had its own character and was delicious, but my number one Mutsu Hachisen this year is... The green 🟢 label 🥇. They are all delicious, but the green label was the most balanced in my opinion👍! I will definitely get the green label again next year😄! And this evening will be the last one for this year ❣️ That's the only way to end the year 🤫.

We had Tsushimaya for the first time. And it's a combination of rice and other ingredients: ‼️ I'll have it right away 🥂. First, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, a tropical sweetness spreads. Sweeter than sugar 😅😅My husband said it was sweeter than sugar! my husband said😅. Complex taste comes in the latter half, and a little bitterness appears, but the aftertaste is sharp and refreshing. The balance from sweetness to complexity is great. It is sweet, but does not make you tired of drinking and does not interfere with meals. It also has a delicious taste of rice and a strong, thick, robust flavor. First toast with my daughter 🥂. And my daughter's sip... Sweet and tasty 😋. Good thing 🤩 she liked it. Is this sake? She seemed to be surprised by the sake that was totally different from her image. I am happy if I could convey the taste of sake to my daughter as much as possible 💐. In the meantime, here is a review of the Takachiyo! Fruity on the way back. Fruity juicy sweetness spreads in the mouth. In the second half, a strawberry-like sourness comes in, and it finishes with a sweet and sour aftertaste. It is still a delicious Takachiyo 😋😋😋😋😋. There is no bitterness or spiciness at all, and you can drink it just as easily as strawberry juice. My husband and I finished it in no time. ‼️ The happiness of drinking sake with my daughter for the first time and the taste of Takachiyo made it a great time 😊. My favorite Chrysanthemum, TrueWhite, is now on tap 🎉! I bought it a long time ago and never got around to getting it out 😍. This is 100% Omachi from Okayama. It has a good reputation at Sake-no-wa, so I had high expectations 😆. Well, I'll have some 🥂. The aroma is fruity, typical of Kangiku. Fruity juicy in the mouth 🍏. In the second half, you can feel the gas and a complex bitterness comes a little, but it finishes nicely along with the gasiness. That bitterness is also pleasant🤤. The aftertaste was already refreshing. It is one of the sweetest of the Kangiku, but it has a nice sharpness and does not interfere with food. ☺️ Very easy to drink and quite delicious 😋. It ranks high in my list of Kangiku ❣️ I think it is definitely better than the most recent Shiraginkai I drank 🥰. I will definitely have to buy this again next year ‼️ It's one of the best Kangiku's I've ever had 😆. I still have more Kangiku to drink before the end of the year, but I wonder if I'll get around to it 🧐.

Our first Saint, now open 🎉! We celebrated Christmas🎄 with Shinsei on Sunday, so today I somehow chose this one based on the name of Saint 🍶. I was interested in Saint, I heard it's a popular sake in Gunma, so I was looking forward to it 😆. The label is cool too 👌. Now, I'll have some! The aroma is fruity. Fresh and sweet all at once on the palate. Fruity and juicy😍. There is a gassy feeling in the second half and a slight bitterness comes, but it was sharp and refreshing on the palate. Very easy to drink 😆. It is sweet but has a nice sharpness so it doesn't interfere with your meal. And because it is only freshly ☝️ squeezed, you can also taste the freshness. It was truly a fruity, juicy, easy-drinking sake 🥰. I think this is easy to drink even for beginners. Moreover, it is very cost-effective. I wonder if it is the effort of the brewery that you can buy this level of sake for about 1600 yen 🧐. I would like to try other kinds of sakes as well. I'm enjoying thinking about what I'm going to drink toward the end of the year today. ❣️

A little early for a Christmas party 🥳. So we opened a special bottle of Niimasa Viridian 🎉! This is my first time drinking Viridian in the colors series 🍶I've been looking forward to it and my expectations are high 😆. Cheers 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much. When you put it in your mouth, a clear sweetness permeates your body 🤤. In the second half, the acidity rushes in all at once and leaves with a gentle gassy feeling. In the aftertaste, it's nothing, as if nothing happened! Hmmm... you can't tell 💦. And ☝️ above all else, this acidity is amazing. ‼️ I've had several bottles of Niimasa, but this is the most acidic of them all, and the acidity is something I've never tasted before, it's an unknown acidity beyond imagination 🤩. This sourness is surprisingly delicious 😋😋😋. It was shocking because it was the first time I had ever thought sourness tasted good. I had been impressed by sweet and tasty sake, but I was really impressed that it tasted sour 🥹. I didn't know there was such a sake as this one - ☺️ I was reminded once again that Shinmasa is still exceptional 😅. I'm so happy to be able to drink such delicious sake ✨. The last Shinmasa of the year was impressive and delicious. Viridian, highly recommended 🥰.

Eiko Fuji, White Yello🤍opened 🎉! This orikara-mi was one I was looking forward to! It was posted a lot on Sake no Wa and had a good reputation, so I wanted to drink it a lot 😆 I'll take it with high hopes 😆. First, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma is fruity 🍏. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads all at once. It is also quite juicy. There is no spiciness or bitterness at all until the aftertaste. No unpleasant alcohol taste. There is also a gentle gassy feeling and a nice sharpness! When you swallow it, your mouth is already clean. Well - brilliantly delicious 😋😋😋😋. I like this one a lot😍. I felt it was delicious from the moment I sipped it 🤤. Mixed with the cage. Creamy and mild on the tongue. The rice flavor is enhanced and also delicious 😋. I prefer it with ori mixed in😍. The alcohol content is 16%, but the drink goes on and on and is finished in no time😅. This is a high level ☝️ All Eiko-Fuji's are delicious, but this one ranks high on the list 😄. I definitely recommend it to nigori lovers! It's easy to drink, quite sweet but has a nice sharpness so the aftertaste is clean. Eikofuji, really delicious ❣️ I'll definitely get next year's White Yello🤍 too👍.

Mimuro Cedar and Dio Avita are now available 🎉. Dio Avita means "God's dwelling" in Italian. The name means so much that I can't imagine what it tastes like😅. I'll take it right away 🍶. The aroma is fruity. The fruity sweetness of the fruit spreads in the mouth and continues until the latter half of the bottle, leaving a beautiful aftertaste that finishes clean. No spiciness or bitterness. Quite easy to drink 😆. Quite tasty 😋😋😋. It's a low-alcohol 13% and I can drink more and more of it without any unpleasant resistance. I finish it in no time. I don't think any other Mimuro cedar is this fruity 🧐. The soft, subterranean water flowing from Mt. Miwa enters your body and permeates you with a zing. You will feel as if you are being purified by God's water. ☺️ Maybe it is truly a sake where God resides. ❗️ Mimuro cedar, too awesome‼️ I may have been brainwashed by the label 💦. But it's very well finished and the balance is great 🥰. It's easy to drink for beginners and has absolutely no miscellaneous flavors, so I think it's a sake that everyone can enjoy. I highly recommend this sake, God's sake. ❣️

Today we opened a bottle of Mimuro Cedar, my husband's favorite 🎉. This is the Mimuro Cedar Oorigarami that I was also looking forward to ❗️ I've been waiting for this release for a long time and managed to get it ✨. I'll have it right away 🍶. It doesn't have much of an aroma. When I put it in my mouth, the gassiness was stronger than I expected 😅. After regaining my composure, I slowly take another sip. From this gaseous sensation, the sweetness gradually spreads, and combined with the mild acidity unique to the sake's raw yeast yeast, it turns into a creamy sake. No spiciness or bitterness at all, just a beautiful sake 🍶. Well, how delicious 😋😋😋😋. This is quite surprisingly delicious ‼️ As expected from Mimuro Sugi🤩. It's too delicious... 😮‍💨 The alcohol content is a low 13%, so it goes in like water and is finished in an instant💦. It was so good that I don't have any more 💢. This has become one of my favorite🥰 bottles of Mimuro Cedar. I want everyone to taste this deliciousness 😍! That's how much I recommend Mimuro Cedar. I will definitely have to get this again next year. ❣️

Takachiyo, Halloween label 🎃 is now on tap 🎉! It's quite a bit out of season, but it's finally time to go 😅. On Halloween 🎃, I drank it without the origami, and this time it's with the origami ❗️ I've been saving it for fun 😆. I'll have it right away... I'll start with the top clear 🍶. First, the aroma. It has a sweet fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the taste of pear. ‼️ The juicy sweetness of the pear spreads at once. It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. It is pear all the way through to the aftertaste, with a gentle gassy feeling coming out from the middle. No bitterness or spiciness, it's a pear juice drink. The sharpness is not bad, so the sweetness does not linger on the palate. Mixed with ori. It became mellow and mild in the mouth and more pear-like. This tastes better mixed😋. Other than that, it was the same. This was easy to drink and gone very quickly 💦. It really is like a juice. Even a beginner can drink it without any resistance 😆. But why is hiragana takachiyo so juicy 🧐? It's so strangely full of fruitiness and too delicious ☝️ For those who love sweetness, Takachiyo is not to be missed 🥰. I'll definitely have to GET them next year too❣️ It was really delicious😍.

Opened a bottle of Senkori Organic Naturals Kijoshu 🎉. The other day we drank a Haginotsuru kijoshu that was too sweet and spicy, so we wanted to compare it with other kijoshu, so we chose Sentori, which is a hot topic right now 😆. By the way, this is my first time drinking Sentori Organic Naturals 🍶. I'll have it now: ☺️ It doesn't have much of an aroma. It has a sweetness in the mouth. However, this sweetness is a deep sweetness 🤤. The sweetness spreads slowly, and in the second half, acidity joins the sweet and sour taste. The sharpness is not bad, so the mouth is clean on the aftertaste. It is brilliant that a noble sake has a clean and sharp aftertaste 👏. This is delicious😋😋😋. But what surprised me the most was the sweetness. It is a deep sweetness that can only come from the natural, additive-free yeast in a sake. Not superficial sweetness, but like dark chocolate if I compare it to chocolate 😅. Not bitter, but deep 💧. But that sweetness is just pleasant, and the sourness added to it to make it sweet and sour is brilliant: ❣️ I knew it, Senkou, you are on a high level 🧐. I think there are not many kijoshu that are not so sweet and refreshing. I haven't had that many kijoshu, but I would recommend you to try Senkyoku for kijoshu! I recommend it 🥰.

My husband and I went out drinking for the first time in a long time 😆. We had a lot of sake and I will review one of the most delicious bottles: ✌️ Today's favorite was Urasato's light nigori 🎉! This was my first time drinking Urasato 🍶. The aroma is slightly fruity. In the mouth, the sweetness spreads to a creamy and smooth texture, and the second half finishes with a sense of gas, slight bitterness, and acidity. It leaves a lingering sweet and umami taste on the back palate. It is very easy to drink, with no unpleasant alcohol taste or spiciness. It is not too sweet and has a gentle taste, but you can feel the rice well. The balance is great. ❗️ It can be served either as a mealtime drink or on its own! Quite delicious 😋😋😋😋. My favorite 👌 Even my husband, who is not a fan of sweet, raved about how good this was 😆. Urasato, you are on the level 😋 ‼️ The creamy and mild texture is irresistible😍. I found another new delicious sake 🥰. Drinking outside is a great way to meet new people and expand your knowledge and world. It's been a long time since I had a good and stimulating and enjoyable outing drinking ❣️
