The first Hana-Hanayo, opened the bottle 🎉. I've always wanted to drink Hana-yoso, and this year I made it my goal to drink it, and now I finally got my wish 🙌! Actually, I had gotten it at the end of last year, but it was too precious for me to drink 💦. But something good happened to my husband today and I opened a bottle to celebrate 😆. Quite a bottle, with high expectations ❗️ Cheers 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Sweet and fruity on the way back! On the palate... it's pineapple 😍! The sweetness and juiciness of the pineapple spreads In the second half, sourness and astringency come out and leave with the delicious taste of rice No gasiness, no sharpness. But very well balanced and splendid perfection ‼️ Very delicious 😋😋😋😋. No wonder this is so popular ☝️ My first KahayoYu was Miyamanishiki, but I'd like to try the rest of the lineup 🥰. It gradually became spicier as it approached room temperature. Then the sweet sake became dry at once! I didn't know that such a temperature difference could change the taste 💦. I'm not a fan of spicy sake, but I drank it all in one gulp😅. It was really good until the astringent taste ‼️ I think Huayouyu is best drunk cold 🩷I also recommend room temperature for those who like dry sake: ☺️ HahayoYoku, it's registered as a favorite 💕

The first Oyama, Maruka Oyamama was opened 🎉. This Oyama is the sake recommended by the liquor store we always go to 🍶. The pop-up in the store is also highly recommended, and I asked the staff about it and they told me that the Maruka Oyamama was excellent this time 👍😄. Interesting 🤔 if the liquor store is that heavily promoted? I bought some unscheduled 🤣. Now I'll have some 🥂. The aroma is sweet! It has a smooth texture in the mouth and goes in without resistance. The middle part of the bottle is filled with the flavor and sweetness of rice, which is soon combined with a deep berry-like sweetness, and the complex flavors come together to create a very rich taste. There is no pungency, no bitterness, and no gassiness. The alcohol content is also low at 13%, so you don't even feel the alcohol! It is certainly complete and delicious 😋. My impression is that it's similar to Nabeshima's no gas feeling. That's just my feeling 😅. As I drank more and more, it got thicker and heavier💦. Hmmm...hard to say 😓I don't think I'll repeat. I would much prefer the gassy, crisp Nabeshima for this. ❣️ I would recommend it to anyone who likes rich, robust, thick sake 🥰.

59takachiyo, Hachitan-Nishiki Ichi-go was opened 🎉. Last time we posted that we opened a bottle of Shinsei to celebrate our wedding anniversary and thank you for all the congratulatory comments 😊. I was very happy 🥹. We celebrated the day after our anniversary 🥂, but I came home from work on the day of our anniversary and decided it would be sad to do nothing on the day 😆 so I opened a bottle of my favorite Takachiyo 😆. This time it's Alphabet Takachiyo, Gold Label 🤩. It's a sparkly label ✨. Cheers 🥂! The aroma is fruity and sweet In the mouth, the sweetness of pineapple🍍mango🥭tropical fruits spreads juicy! Yes, this is it 🤤this is what I was looking for😍. The second half has a mild gassy taste with a hint of astringency. Sweet and juicy, but with a sharp and clean finish! It's just too good, Mr. Takachiyo! It was so perfectly delicious that I was guzzling it down and finished it in no time... 🤣. The hiragana is delicious too, and the katakana is still amazing 💕. I'm sure my love for Takachiyo is only going to get higher and higher 🥰. I finished it too quickly, but I had Shinmasa to celebrate the next day, so I held off for today 😘.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary 💒 at Shinsei 🎉. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary💍. I didn't have time to celebrate yesterday because of work 🥰 so we celebrated today 🥰. For the celebration sake, it was a Niimasa Ecru, and it was straight pumped 🙌! The first Niimasa I ever drank was Ecru. I chose it because I remember how I felt when I got married, and I wanted to go back to the beginning by overlapping the Niimasa I drank for the first time ✨And to make it a little more special, it's straight pumped 🤗. Cheers 🥂! I don't need to tell you how it tastes 💕 The elegant sweetness, the acidity of the sake, and the complexity of the wooden vat brewing. Indescribable aftertaste 🤤. Everything was done to perfection and there is no way to describe it 🙏. The ecru and direct pumping were also totally different, and I felt the direct pumping had more of the unique complexity of the wooden vat brewing. Anyway, really delicious 😋😋😋. We are so happy to celebrate with such a wonderful sake. I am grateful that we were able to celebrate our anniversary like this again this year, and I am reminded once again that I will do my best to live my life so that we can celebrate our wedding anniversary at Shinmasa like this again next year. I wish for the happiness of my children and the health of my husband, and toast with lots of thoughts 🥂.

Sairai, special junmai was opened 🎉. Today we opened a bottle of my favorite Sairai 😆. It's a hard to find Sairai, so I always have high expectations for it 😍. I'm excited to drink it again 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will first be hit with a berry sweetness. The rice flavor follows it, and then the acidity follows it. The three combine to complete the deliciousness. ‼️ The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing without leaving much of a lingering aftertaste. It's delicious 👍Yes😋😋😋😋😋. Coherent and easy to drink🍶. It's quite well-rounded and beautifully easy to drink 🥰. Not too sweet, just right for a mid-meal drink. Well made and well balanced. A little more fruity and sour in my opinion 🧐. But maybe this is more to everyone's taste 💕. I preferred this special junmai label🩷 to the standard sake light blue label🩵 we had last time: ❣️ Once again, I realize how different the taste can be depending on the rice and the production method. Maybe comparing the same brands is one of the ways to enjoy them 😆. The next Sairai Spring Sake is waiting in the wings at my house 🤗. I have high hopes for Sairai again 🙌

Kaze no Mori, ALPHA5 was opened 🎉. The first Kaze no Mori I ever drank was this ALPHA5 last year 😆. I couldn't forget the shockingly good taste at that time, so I bought a repeat ✌️ After all, the preparation of this ALPHA5 is amazing ❗️ 1) Bodhi yeast (2) 10 years old sake is used as brewing water. (3) Last year's ALPHA5 is also used as brewing water. You don't see this kind of sake design very often. Moreover, the temperature is set at 35 degrees Celsius so that the sake can be tasty even when heated. I can feel the great attention to detail 🧐. I'll have some now 🥂. Not much aroma. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and gradually the sourness and complexity of the Bodai yeast and a pleasant gassy feeling comes in. The finish leaves a lingering complex taste. It is still delicious! Sweet and sour, astringent and astringent. The sweetness is well balanced by the unique sourness of the Bodai yeast, and the complexity does a good job again 🥰😋😋. This time I drank it cold and in the room temperature range, but I finished it before heating it up 🤣I even tried heating it up properly last time 📚. Mimuro cedar and Bodhi yeast dewy leaf wind 🎉. My husband loves Mimuro Sugi💕. I bought it as soon as it went on sale. It always sells out quickly, so I had to keep my antenna up 😅. The label also reminds me of spring 🌸. I'll have some right away 🥂. As soon as I opened the bottle, it started stirring and there was some ooze mixed in! Not much aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong fizzy feeling and your mouth is suddenly filled with bubbles and foam! The unique lactic acidity of Bodai yeast is also present, and when this fizz and lactic acidity are combined, it's like a Calpis soda 👍! What the heck is this ‼️ I don't feel any alcohol at all💦. It really is like a juice and you can drink it in gulps 😋. No spiciness or bitterness at all, just the right amount of sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste 😆. This is a problem... Sure enough, I finished it at an unprecedented speed 🤣. Even though there are still a lot of snacks left 💧. But it was that good and it all happened so fast 😍. Mimuro cedar, too perfect 👌 They don't miss it every time, and even though they are all different, they are all perfect and complete ☝️ I am amazed at the effort and skill of the brewery. The Miwasan subterranean water and the sake gods have purified my body and soul ✨. Thank you for the treat 🥰.

Chiebijin, Nouveau was opened 🎉. This is a special sake that is only released once a year and is a freshly squeezed new sake 😆. It's been a little while since we got it last year, but finally our turn has come around 🥰. This will be the second bottle of Chiebijin after Hare no Hi ✌️ I'll have some right away 🥂. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet 💐. In the mouth, it has a fresh sweetness with a clear and transparent watery feel. In the second half of the mouth, you will feel a gentle gasiness with a slight pungency and astringency, and then a strong acidity will come in to cover it, and it will finish crisp and clean. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. Wow, it's beautiful😍! Stunningly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's just sweet and sour and fresh 💕. It's well balanced and this one goes down smoothly 🤤. That's why I found myself drinking it all 🤣. It's more like a white wine🤍 than a Japanese sake, which lives up to its name of Nouveau 🤍☺️ The freshness of the new sake is pleasant and easy to drink🫧🫧. It's delicious on its own, but it's also versatile as a food wine❗️It's a perfect match for Western food👌 Chiebijin, I've only had the seasonal stuff yet, but it's definitely a high level sake brewery☝️ I can't take my eyes off Chiebijin again. ❤️

Ko no Tsukasa opened a bottle of its standard sake 🎉. Last time I drank a nigori of Takashi no Tsukasa, it was so delicious that I decided to try the standard sake as well! I'll have to try the regular sake too! Let's see how it tastes ⁉️ I'll have it right away 🥂. There is not much aroma. In the mouth, the super soft divine water softens and the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice permeates the taste buds. The second half of the bottle is slightly spicy and astringent, and it finishes gently, leaving a lingering rice umami taste. There is no sense of gas at all. The sharpness is not so good. The composition of the sake is well-balanced and the sweetness is moderate. Suitable as a food sake 🍶. In my opinion, it was a bit different from what I expected 😅. The nigori was a sweet milky misty gas type of sake, so I thought the standard sake would be the modern type that is popular nowadays, but it was a rather classic type 💦. It was a classic sake that was not so impactful, not a gorgeous fruity sake, but a standard sake that gently tasted the umami of rice 🌾. Normally, I would finish the bottle smoothly, but for some reason, it slowed down and didn't go anywhere 💧 I got tired of drinking 😭. I'm not sure if it's low alcohol though. I think my expectations were too high because the nigori was so good 🤣. Next time I'll try the seasonal Takashi no Tsukasa: ❣️

Eikofuji and Morinokuma-san were opened 🎉. We have to quickly recover from last week's Eiko-Fuji! This is the Orikarami of Morinokuma-san, which we are definitely hoping for ☝️ 😍. This sake is a prayer sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle, and part of the proceeds will be donated. So let's get to it 🥂! Start with the aroma without adding the nigori. The aroma is weak. Delicious sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the second half has just the right amount of gasiness and astringency to finish it off nicely 🤤. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. Mild, creamy and mellow taste in the mouth. The sweetness is a little stronger, and when the gassy and bitter taste is added, the balance is perfect 💕. No pungency or miscellaneous taste whatsoever This is so delicious 😋😋😋😋. As expected from Glory Fuji 🥰. Great recovery success ‼️ Well 😳Morinokuma-san level is high🤩. Everyone should drink it ❣️ Definitely have to add it to my list to buy every year 🩷. I learned something from drinking it this time! Believing in this saying, we opened our cherished Black Label 🥰. I haven't had Takachiyo since the New Year's zodiac label. I have nothing but high expectations for this one: ❣️ Bon appétit 🥂! First, the aroma. Sweet and fruity aroma Pineapple 🍍🍍🍍🍍 on the palate The sweetness and juiciness spread out, and in the second half, you can gently feel the gasiness, and then the astringency and bitterness, which is exactly the same as when eating pineapple again, comes out, and it finishes cleanly and smoothly. No miscellaneous flavors or pungency at all! Wow how delicious 🤤. This is pineapple juice 🍹. No, this is a proper alcoholic drink with 16% alcohol content😅. Eikofuji and Ryugin Toraoho were opened 🎉. This label is very powerful 😆. The rice used is Hashu Homare from Yamagata Prefecture, which is one of the rice produced by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of Jyushiyo, and is characterized by its large grain size and sharpness 🧐. I'm already excited about the rice. ⁉️ I'll try it right away 🥂. There is not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami and sweetness of the rice. The flavor and strength of the rice increases rapidly in the second half of the bottle. No gassiness at all! The sweetness becomes stronger towards the end, and it is a double attack of umami and sweetness. The sake is quite thick, voluminous, and rich. Well...I don't know 💧... I've been drinking a lot of sweet and sour fruity🍎juicy🥭 sake lately, so I felt a gap in this thick, rich, and very Japanese mellow sake 💦. I guess this sake was still too much for my level 🙏. I was almost drowned by the force of the rice flavor and the punch of sweetness at the end 😭. But I'm sure it's a great sake for others to drink 🤩. We have just opened a bottle of our special Hirotogawa Nigori 🎉! My husband loves Hirotogawa ❤️ It's cold and we have to enjoy drinking at home. ❗️ That's why we opened a bottle of our very special Hirotogawa 😆. This one is a no-brainer: ⁉️ Let's have it 🥂🥂. The aroma is fruity and sweet! When I opened the bottle, I stirred it, so I'm going to drink it nigorigo from the beginning! It's so sweet and creamy in the mouth 🤤. There is also a gassy feeling, this is like drinking a cream soda. It's like drinking a cream soda with a bit of bitterness added to the schwash and a mature taste 😆. This is too good to be true 😋😋😋😋. No wonder everyone raves about it👍 It's too perfect as a nigori sake. I think this is the nigori that everyone can agree on. I am very impressed to drink such a delicious sake 🥹. I am filled with gratitude and support for the sake brewers who work in such cold weather while the people in Tohoku are having a hard time with snow ☃️ right now 🙏. First time! We opened a bottle of Hiran 🎉. This is another one I've been wanting to try 😆. The other day Nabeshima was from Saga prefecture, and Hiran from the neighboring Nagasaki prefecture, so we've had a lot of Kyushu breweries recently: ✌️ Speaking of Tobiran, the standard is Nikomaru. The concept of Kagura seems to have been brewed with the desire to create a new type of Hiran, one with a different character from Nikomaru. ☝️ I haven't tasted Nikomaru, so I can't compare the two, but I'll have the Kagura first 🥂. First, the aroma. Sweet aroma like mango! The sweetness spreads in the mouth 🤤. In the second half, a strong gassy sensation comes in, followed by a weak bitterness and sourness. The acidity combines with the sweetness to create a sweet, sour and juicy taste 😍. It makes me feel tropical and tropical 🏝️ This is a sweet and sour juicy type of sweet and sour for sweet and sour lovers 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Not spicy at all❗️ And it's low-alcoholic so you can drink it in gulps 🥰. It's sweet but not too sweet and sour so it doesn't interfere with the meal. The first time I have longed for! Nabeshima was opened 🎉. I've always wanted to try Nabeshima. What a surprise! I found a special distributor in my neighborhood 🙌 So off I go 🚗! Well 😍they had a great lineup 😆. I wasn't sure what to buy, but I bought the purple label Yamadanishiki that ma-ki-san had posted, and opened the bottle the same day, leaving the other players waiting in our fridge 🎉. I'll have it right away 🥂. The aroma is slightly fruity. On the palate...here ☝️ a few tens of seconds of nothingness passed between my husband and I 🤫. And then from each other's mouths "Delicious!" So this is Nabeshima. ‼️ No wonder it's so popular. 🙇‍♀️ This is great 👍 It has a gentle sweetness on the palate that goes in quickly, then a slight gasiness and weak bitterness in the second half, and then all at once the sweetness bursts out 😆. Eh! 😳The sweetness spreads at the end of the second half: ⁉️ This is the first time I've had this. Normally, the sweetness spreads as soon as you put it in your mouth, but with Nabeshima-sama, the sweetness slowly recedes at the end 🤤. That's why it took me several tens of seconds to finish drinking it. ☝️ If this is brewed with calculation, it's amazing! And it's just delicious 😋🤤😋. It's easy to drink and everyone should like it 🥰😋😋😋. Nabeshima, good one. ❣️

Yesterday I went out drinking with my husband for the first time in a long time 🎉. Basically, I like to drink at home, but sometimes when I go to a restaurant specializing in sake, I meet new people and make new discoveries, so I learn a lot 📚. So, yesterday, I drank a lot of sake with the first priority of learning 😆. A review of the best of the many drinks I had: ❗️ Yesterday's number one was "Amego no Tsuki Oragami Nama Sake" 🎉. This is the first time I've had Ame-go-Tsuki. The aroma is rather gorgeous. It is quite dark and cloudy, and in the mouth it has a mild sweetness, but the water is clear and refreshing. The gasiness in the latter half is strong, but once the gasiness is gone, the mouth is instantly refreshed and leaves no aftertaste at all. This is a brilliant sharpness ✨. It may not come across well, but it's silky and sweet, but it's clean and crisp. ☝️ I've had a lot of nigori this season, but I've never had a nigori with such a sharpness 😋 something surprisingly delicious 🥰 the gap from what I expected left a deep impression and this one took first place 🙌 The sweetness is just right and the sharpness is excellent, so I think it goes well with strong dishes and fried food 🍖. I drank more yesterday than I can count 😅But I remember the moon after the rain was delicious, so it must be excellent ❣️

Hey 😏. Sakewa men, would you not like it if your wife or girlfriend gave you the I love you of Budou? I guess I'd be like... if my aunt gave me an I love you 🤣. Now for the taste😅. It doesn't have much of an aroma. It has just the right amount of sweetness in the mouth, with a gentle astringency in the second half. There is no gassiness. The astringency slowly fades away, leaving a lingering umami taste on the tongue. It is easy to drink. It is well balanced and beautiful. I wonder if Gohyakumangoku is a smooth and refreshing rice 🌾. It's not a thick sake rice sweetness, but a smooth, gentle, clean sweetness ✨. It's also delicious 😋😋😋. It's a sake you'll want to drink all the time. It's low-alcoholic, so I don't get tired of drinking it and it goes down smoothly. My love was finished in no time 💕. I love you recommended ❣️

Gozenshu's Togai Omachi was opened 🎉. By the way, what is Togai Omachi🧐, don't you think? The Omachi used for this sake was brewed with Omachi rice that was rejected when it was made to be the highest grade of Tokujo. That means that it was originally a Tokkagami Omachi ☝️, so no matter what the shape is, the taste is sure to be good ‼️ and I bought it with high hopes 😆. I'll have some now 🥂. The aroma is a little sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and strong flavor of rice spreads out. In the second half, the sourness comes out a little, but it is soon covered by bitterness and goes away nicely. I was a little surprised 😳‼️ This is Omachi 🫢. To be honest, I did not understand the taste of Omachi rice 🌾🙏 sorry. After drinking this, I finally understood the powerful sweetness of Oumachi rice🥹. This is awesome ‼️ I can properly feel the sweetness and taste of rice. I'm sorry for my taste buds until now🙇‍♀️ If you are like me and can't taste the rice flavor of Omachi, you will definitely understand after drinking this! Koshi's Risshun morning pressing was opened 🎉. The second bottle of Risshun Asashibori that I reserved at the liquor store is Koshi 😆 I'll never forget how delicious it was last year when I drank a freshly pressed bottle of Koshi. I've never forgotten how delicious Koshi was when I had a freshly pressed bottle last year: ☝️ So I reserved the Risshun Asashibori without any hesitation ✌️ Let's have it 🥂🥂. The aroma is fruity 🍏. The sweetness spreads gently in the mouth. In the second half, a solid sense of gas and bitterness come out together, and the bitterness goes away with the sharpness of the gasiness. The bitterness lingers on the tongue, but it is not an unpleasant aftertaste, but rather a bitterness that tastes delicious. It's well-balanced from sweetness to bitterness. ☺️ Yup! Delicious 😋😋😋. The impact is weak, but it's not too sweet or pungent, so it's easy to drink and can be used as a food sake or on its own👍. It's a pity that I didn't feel the freshness that impressed me with freshly pressed new sake this time, but it's also delicious 🥰. A lucky charm, the Risshun morning pressing. This year we received two bottles, Senkou and Kouko, both of which were delicious💕. I am so grateful to the sake brewers who went to each brewery early in the morning to pick up the sake, even if it was for their customers, in the midst of snow and other difficult traffic conditions. Thank you so much 🙇‍♀️ Thanks for the food 💖.

Senkori, Risshun morning pressing was opened 🎉. The morning pressing has been posted one after another in Sake-no-wa since Risshun 🎉! I was in a hurry to get it 😅. We finally went to pick it up on the morning of the 6th and opened the bottle that night 😆. This year we reserved two breweries at the liquor store and one of them is Sentori 😍. I hadn't been able to drink Sentori since the renewal yet, so this will be my first Sentori in a long time 😍✌️ So let's get to it 🥂. No aroma. The attack on the palate is weak and the sweetness is quite moderate. It is not sour, but a mild lactic acidity that goes down smoothly. No bitterness or pungency. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is very easy to drink. The acidity is very impressive. As expected of SENKYO 👍Tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋! It's also good as a food wine! It goes well with all kinds of food. It's really easy to drink and beautiful without any cloying taste 🥰. My husband tried it heated up a little 🍶. What a surprise! Sourness disappeared and spiciness appeared! This is not good... 💦. So I don't recommend heating it up too much. 🙇‍♀️ I can finally shout ❣️ Tochigi love ❤️ Delivered to my adoring J&N ✨
