My husband's favorite Mimuro cedar, Hana kun💕Opened 🎉. It's finally time to drink it 🩷. I had to drink it before the cherry blossoms fall 😅. The label is pretty in pink 😍. I'm sure it tastes great 👍 Oh, but if I drink it, it will be gone and it would be a waste 😭 I was fighting against such a conflict in my mind when I finally opened the bottle! When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised to find more gas than you expected 😳. Sweetness and sourness spread together from the mid-palate. Finish with that lingering sweet and sour taste Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. In the mouth, the gasiness gives way to a slightly milder mouthfeel, and the sweet and sour tastes are the same. The aftertaste remains the same I knew it was going to be good, but it was still delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Sweet and sour is exactly what it means! It makes my heart swoon💓 Especially this sourness ❗️ I feel that the unique sourness of the sake yeast yeast is the core of the flavor of this Hana Kyun ☝️ The rest must be filled with the softness of the Miwasan subterranean water and the sacred power of the sake god from the Ookami shrine ⛩️ 🧐. I was purified both mentally and physically by Hana Kyun again 🥰.

First time! We opened the back 🎉. Again, this is my first brewery. CWS in the back, MOON ORIGAMI 😆. Speaking of the brewer of Oku, he has been getting a lot of attention as a young master brewer who dropped out of college at the age of 23 to take over the brewery and trained at Tenryo Haihei 👏. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle sweetness. A strong gaseous sensation comes in, and it quickly dies down without leaving a lingering aftertaste. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. Creamy in the mouth The sweetness remains the same, but the mild gasiness makes it easier to drink. The second half is also crisp and clean with no aftertaste I see what you mean 🧐. No spiciness, bitterness, or astringency whatsoever No sweetness and no sourness In a word, it is a cream soda without sweetness. Anyway, it is creamy and easy to drink 🍶. But I don't really feel the flavor and sweetness of rice🌾🤨. It's a strange sensation. It's so easy to drink that it's hard to believe it's sake. It has a mysterious taste in the back. ❣️

First time! We opened a bottle of Amami 🎉. There is no local distributor of Tenbi, and I finally found one: ‼️ Moreover! Momoten🍑 which was also talked about on Sakewa. Every post raved about it and I've always wanted to drink it 😆. Miraculously, I was able to get my hands on a bottle of Momoten 🙌! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the spring pink🩷 label is attractive again😍. Bon appétit 🥂. First of all, don't mix the cage. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet! In the mouth, a beautiful sweetness spreads and a firm gassy feeling rushes in, followed by a slight astringent taste, which leaves gently. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. In the mouth, a creamy texture is felt, and when combined with the sense of gas, the sweetness expands The astringency and sharpness are about the same Wow this is delicious 😋😋😋😋. No spiciness, no bitterness, no cloying taste! The fruity sweetness, gassy intensity and astringency are perfect 💯. I love this ❣️ and I certified it as my favorite after one sip💕. Amami is awesome! This is really easy to drink and finished in no time 🍶. Perfect for cherry blossom viewing sake under the cherry trees 🤗. Momoten🍑 will be a definite repeat next year👍. I recommend this 🥰. First time! We opened a bottle of Purple Space 🎉. There are a lot of fans of Sake-no-Wa, Shiuyu☺️ I've been curious about it for a long time and happened to go to a liquor store yesterday where they had a lot of Purple Space on display 🤩. I stared at them and decided to go for the pineapple label🍍 that had just arrived 🥰. There was also a Strawberry🍓label and a Cherry🍒label, but I chose the 🍍 this time 👌 I opened the bottle on the same day as the waiting players 🎉. Let's enjoy 🥂! First, the aroma! Wow 😍 it smells like pineapple! In the mouth, you can feel the clear texture and juicy sweetness in the mouth at the same time, the rice flavor is revealed in the middle, and the astringent taste comes out in the latter half! There is no gaseous feeling, and the astringent taste makes the taste sharp and clean. I expected it to be light and refreshing, but it is quite robust and thick. However, it is easy to drink because it has sweetness and is well balanced with the astringent taste at the end. There is no spiciness or harshness, and I honestly felt it was a beautiful sake 💐. The toji is also a woman, which makes me want to support her a little 💕. Purple Space, it's quite delicious 😋. I might try the other strawberry🍓 and cherry🍒 labels I was interested in: ❣️

Sairai, Hana Sumi🌸 is now open🎉. The cherry blossoms in a nearby park have bloomed 😆. Today we opened a bottle of Hanasumi with a light pink 🌸label to coincide with the blooming. It's still too cold to go outside and watch the cherry blossoms, so we'll drink it at home 🥰. Hanasumi is a limited edition spring sake from Sairai and it is orikarumi! I'll have a glass of Hanasumi now 🥂. First of all, without mixing the orikiri. The aroma is a little sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads beautifully and smoothly, and a delicate gasiness, acidity and astringency join in the middle, and it finishes off nicely. Mixing the cage The aroma remains unchanged. In the mouth, the ginjo aroma fills the mouth at once. Feels like cherry blossoms are instantly in full bloom in the mouth🤩. The same gasiness, acidity, and astringency from the middle This is by far the best drink mixed with ori 😋😋😋😋. The spread on the palate is stunning 🙌 The gasiness, acidity and astringency afterwards are all perfectly balanced and balanced, making it very easy to drink ‼️ The sweetness is elegant and just right without being too sweet👍. It's great on its own or as an all-around food sake 👌. I personally prefer this to the standard sake 🩵 or the special pure 🩷😍. Abe, Takane Nishiki was opened 🎉. This is my second bottle of Abe 😆. The first Abé I drank was a bit too much for me... 😅I never got around to it since then💦. But looking at the Abbe posts, everyone is raving about it and I thought I'd try it again: ❣️ After carefully selecting my favorites from the reviews, I decided on the pink🩷 labeled Takananishiki as my revenge sake 🙌 I'll take it with half hope and half trepidation 🥂. First, the aroma Slightly sweet aroma! When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle fruity sweetness. In the middle, you can feel a delicate gasiness, and in the second half, there is a sourness and a surprising astringency 😳. What is surprising is ‼️ What a juicy astringent taste! This is the first time I feel this, the astringent taste is juicy 😆 ☝️ And it's not an unpleasant astringent taste, but a deep and savory astringent taste. After that, it has a beautiful sharpness. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. So this is Abe's 🥰. It's so exquisite and delicately balanced 🧐. Revenge is a great success 🎯. It doesn't have any great impact, but it's strangely roaring delicious 😋. Why is it delicious... Atago no matsu, Harukoi🩷 opened 🎉. Yesterday I went out for a drink with my husband for the first time in a while 😆. As a regular study ⁉️ again, we enjoyed so many sake that we lost count 🤣. As my rule, I will review the No.1 sake I drank! So this time the No.1 is Harukoi🩷. I've seen a lot of posts on Sake-no-wa and I really wanted to try Harukoi🩷! It's in the sake lineup 🙌! How lucky ✌️ is! I got it in anticipation 🥂. Drooling by the looks of it. It's a pink🩷 doburoku. In the mouth, I thought this would be surprisingly ‼️ sloppy and thick, but it's the exact opposite 😳. It goes in smooth, and it's also shwashy🫧 and surly and sharp⭕️ What the heck! The exact opposite of what I was expecting...💦 in my mouth. It's not what I imagined in a good way and I feel like I've been betrayed😅. I know it's not Japanese, but it was a pleasant betrayal 🥹. Anyway, it was surprisingly delicious 😋😋😋. I want to get a bottle of this next year👍 It was that good😍. There were other great drinks, but this one was number one 🥇 by a landslide 🤗. Learning to drink outside is fun ❣️ But the next time we drink out will be a bit later 😭

My favorite Kangiku, Aizan Red Diamond is now on tap 🎉. It's been a long time since I've had a Kangiku 🥰. I was looking forward to drinking the Occasional Series Aizan ❤️ The label on the back of the bottle is also inspired by the elegant sweetness and jewelry of Aizan, which is brewed delicately and carefully. ❣️ Well, I'm looking forward to it, I'll take it 🥂. First, the aroma. It has a fruity sweetness that is typical of Kangiku. In the mouth, juicy sweetness with the sweetness of Aizan rice. In the middle, you can feel the gasiness and a moderate astringency. Then, it is quickly quenched. What a delicious taste! This exquisite sweetness and gasiness. And what impressed me the most was the sharpness: ‼️ I've had a lot of Kangiku, but I don't think I've ever had one with such a sharpness 🧐. Because of its sharpness, it usually leaves a sweet aftertaste, which is unique to Kangiku, on the palate, but this one doesn't have that sweetness 😳. This is good 💕 My husband liked it too 😆. Kuroemon, yeast additive free 🎉 was opened. This is the second bottle of Kuroemon ☺️ The first Kuroemon was amazingly delicious, so I was curious about another sake and bought it: ✌️ This time it's an aged sake, with no yeast added, and it's also been stored at low temperature for two years. It is shipped when it is matured and at its best taste🧐. I've never had much aged sake, so I'm looking forward to it 🥰. I'll have some 🥂. First, the aroma. Just a hint of sweetness. When you put it in your mouth, it is clear and goes in without any resistance. I realized once again that Nagano's water is very clean! Gradually, the rich umami of the rice comes in, followed by the unique acidity of the sake yeast, the matured deep sweetness, and a touch of astringency. It leaves a slightly spicy aftertaste. This is matured sake 😳. It has a really deep and rich taste. ❗️ You can't drink it smoothly: 🙅‍♀️ Even if you drink it a little at a time, it has a profound and unique flavor. I think it's like whiskey🥃 or brandy ⁇ I've never had it 🤣. Even I, an amateur, could feel the sense of maturity. Sweetness, sourness, astringency, everything is deep😅. The first Hana-Hanayo, opened the bottle 🎉. I've always wanted to drink Hana-yoso, and this year I made it my goal to drink it, and now I finally got my wish 🙌! Actually, I had gotten it at the end of last year, but it was too precious for me to drink 💦. But something good happened to my husband today and I opened a bottle to celebrate 😆. Quite a bottle, with high expectations ❗️ Cheers 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Sweet and fruity on the way back! On the palate... it's pineapple 😍! The sweetness and juiciness of the pineapple spreads In the second half, sourness and astringency come out and leave with the delicious taste of rice No gasiness, no sharpness. But very well balanced and splendid perfection ‼️ Very delicious 😋😋😋😋. No wonder this is so popular ☝️ My first KahayoYu was Miyamanishiki, but I'd like to try the rest of the lineup 🥰. It gradually became spicier as it approached room temperature. Then the sweet sake became dry at once! I didn't know that such a temperature difference could change the taste 💦. I'm not a fan of spicy sake, but I drank it all in one gulp😅. The first Oyama, Maruka Oyamama was opened 🎉. This Oyama is the sake recommended by the liquor store we always go to 🍶. The pop-up in the store is also highly recommended, and I asked the staff about it and they told me that the Maruka Oyamama was excellent this time 👍😄. Interesting 🤔 if the liquor store is that heavily promoted? I bought some unscheduled 🤣. Now I'll have some 🥂. The aroma is sweet! It has a smooth texture in the mouth and goes in without resistance. The middle part of the bottle is filled with the flavor and sweetness of rice, which is soon combined with a deep berry-like sweetness, and the complex flavors come together to create a very rich taste. There is no pungency, no bitterness, and no gassiness. The alcohol content is also low at 13%, so you don't even feel the alcohol! It is certainly complete and delicious 😋. My impression is that it's similar to Nabeshima's no gas feeling. That's just my feeling 😅. As I drank more and more, it got thicker and heavier💦. Hmmm...hard to say 😓I don't think I'll repeat. I would much prefer the gassy, crisp Nabeshima for this. ❣️ I would recommend it to anyone who likes rich, robust, thick sake 🥰.

I was very happy 🥹. We celebrated the day after our anniversary 🥂, but I came home from work on the day of our anniversary and decided it would be sad to do nothing on the day 😆 so I opened a bottle of my favorite Takachiyo 😆. This time it's Alphabet Takachiyo, Gold Label 🤩. It's a sparkly label ✨. Cheers 🥂! The aroma is fruity and sweet In the mouth, the sweetness of pineapple🍍mango🥭tropical fruits spreads juicy! Yes, this is it 🤤this is what I was looking for😍. The second half has a mild gassy taste with a hint of astringency. Sweet and juicy, but with a sharp and clean finish! It's just too good, Mr. Takachiyo! It was so perfectly delicious that I was guzzling it down and finished it in no time... 🤣. The hiragana is delicious too, and the katakana is still amazing 💕. I'm sure my love for Takachiyo is only going to get higher and higher 🥰. I finished it too quickly, but I had Shinmasa to celebrate the next day, so I held off for today 😘.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary 💒 at Shinsei 🎉. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary💍. I didn't have time to celebrate yesterday because of work 🥰 so we celebrated today 🥰. For the celebration sake, it was a Niimasa Ecru, and it was straight pumped 🙌! The first Niimasa I ever drank was Ecru. I chose it because I remember how I felt when I got married, and I wanted to go back to the beginning by overlapping the Niimasa I drank for the first time ✨And to make it a little more special, it's straight pumped 🤗. Cheers 🥂! I don't need to tell you how it tastes 💕 The elegant sweetness, the acidity of the sake, and the complexity of the wooden vat brewing. Indescribable aftertaste 🤤. Everything was done to perfection and there is no way to describe it 🙏. The ecru and direct pumping were also totally different, and I felt the direct pumping had more of the unique complexity of the wooden vat brewing. Anyway, really delicious 😋😋😋. We are so happy to celebrate with such a wonderful sake. I am grateful that we were able to celebrate our anniversary like this again this year, and I am reminded once again that I will do my best to live my life so that we can celebrate our wedding anniversary at Shinmasa like this again next year. I wish for the happiness of my children and the health of my husband, and toast with lots of thoughts 🥂.

Sairai, special junmai was opened 🎉. Today we opened a bottle of my favorite Sairai 😆. It's a hard to find Sairai, so I always have high expectations for it 😍. I'm excited to drink it again 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will first be hit with a berry sweetness. The rice flavor follows it, and then the acidity follows it. The three combine to complete the deliciousness. ‼️ The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing without leaving much of a lingering aftertaste. It's delicious 👍Yes😋😋😋😋😋. Coherent and easy to drink🍶. It's quite well-rounded and beautifully easy to drink 🥰. Not too sweet, just right for a mid-meal drink. Well made and well balanced. A little more fruity and sour in my opinion 🧐. But maybe this is more to everyone's taste 💕. I preferred this special junmai label🩷 to the standard sake light blue label🩵 we had last time: ❣️ Once again, I realize how different the taste can be depending on the rice and the production method. Maybe comparing the same brands is one of the ways to enjoy them 😆. The next Sairai Spring Sake is waiting in the wings at my house 🤗. I have high hopes for Sairai again 🙌

Kaze no Mori, ALPHA5 was opened 🎉. The first Kaze no Mori I ever drank was this ALPHA5 last year 😆. I couldn't forget the shockingly good taste at that time, so I bought a repeat ✌️ After all, the preparation of this ALPHA5 is amazing ❗️ 1) Bodhi yeast (2) 10 years old sake is used as brewing water. (3) Last year's ALPHA5 is also used as brewing water. You don't see this kind of sake design very often. Moreover, the temperature is set at 35 degrees Celsius so that the sake can be tasty even when heated. I can feel the great attention to detail 🧐. I'll have some now 🥂. Not much aroma. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and gradually the sourness and complexity of the Bodai yeast and a pleasant gassy feeling comes in. The finish leaves a lingering complex taste. It is still delicious! Sweet and sour, astringent and astringent. The sweetness is well balanced by the unique sourness of the Bodai yeast, and the complexity does a good job again 🥰😋😋. This time I drank it cold and in the room temperature range, but I finished it before heating it up 🤣I even tried heating it up properly last time 📚. Mimuro cedar and Bodhi yeast dewy leaf wind 🎉. My husband loves Mimuro Sugi💕. I bought it as soon as it went on sale. It always sells out quickly, so I had to keep my antenna up 😅. The label also reminds me of spring 🌸. I'll have some right away 🥂. As soon as I opened the bottle, it started stirring and there was some ooze mixed in! Not much aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong fizzy feeling and your mouth is suddenly filled with bubbles and foam! The unique lactic acidity of Bodai yeast is also present, and when this fizz and lactic acidity are combined, it's like a Calpis soda 👍! What the heck is this ‼️ I don't feel any alcohol at all💦. It really is like a juice and you can drink it in gulps 😋. No spiciness or bitterness at all, just the right amount of sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste 😆. This is a problem... Sure enough, I finished it at an unprecedented speed 🤣. Even though there are still a lot of snacks left 💧. But it was that good and it all happened so fast 😍. Mimuro cedar, too perfect 👌 They don't miss it every time, and even though they are all different, they are all perfect and complete ☝️ I am amazed at the effort and skill of the brewery. The Miwasan subterranean water and the sake gods have purified my body and soul ✨. Thank you for the treat 🥰.

Chiebijin, Nouveau was opened 🎉. This is a special sake that is only released once a year and is a freshly squeezed new sake 😆. It's been a little while since we got it last year, but finally our turn has come around 🥰. This will be the second bottle of Chiebijin after Hare no Hi ✌️ I'll have some right away 🥂. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet 💐. In the mouth, it has a fresh sweetness with a clear and transparent watery feel. In the second half of the mouth, you will feel a gentle gasiness with a slight pungency and astringency, and then a strong acidity will come in to cover it, and it will finish crisp and clean. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. Wow, it's beautiful😍! Stunningly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's just sweet and sour and fresh 💕. It's well balanced and this one goes down smoothly 🤤. That's why I found myself drinking it all 🤣. It's more like a white wine🤍 than a Japanese sake, which lives up to its name of Nouveau 🤍☺️ The freshness of the new sake is pleasant and easy to drink🫧🫧. It's delicious on its own, but it's also versatile as a food wine❗️It's a perfect match for Western food👌 Chiebijin, I've only had the seasonal stuff yet, but it's definitely a high level sake brewery☝️ I can't take my eyes off Chiebijin again. ❤️

Ko no Tsukasa opened a bottle of its standard sake 🎉. Last time I drank a nigori of Takashi no Tsukasa, it was so delicious that I decided to try the standard sake as well! I'll have to try the regular sake too! Let's see how it tastes ⁉️ I'll have it right away 🥂. There is not much aroma. In the mouth, the super soft divine water softens and the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice permeates the taste buds. The second half of the bottle is slightly spicy and astringent, and it finishes gently, leaving a lingering rice umami taste. There is no sense of gas at all. The sharpness is not so good. The composition of the sake is well-balanced and the sweetness is moderate. Suitable as a food sake 🍶. In my opinion, it was a bit different from what I expected 😅. The nigori was a sweet milky misty gas type of sake, so I thought the standard sake would be the modern type that is popular nowadays, but it was a rather classic type 💦. It was a classic sake that was not so impactful, not a gorgeous fruity sake, but a standard sake that gently tasted the umami of rice 🌾. Normally, I would finish the bottle smoothly, but for some reason, it slowed down and didn't go anywhere 💧 I got tired of drinking 😭. I'm not sure if it's low alcohol though. I think my expectations were too high because the nigori was so good 🤣. Next time I'll try the seasonal Takashi no Tsukasa: ❣️

Eikofuji and Morinokuma-san were opened 🎉. We have to quickly recover from last week's Eiko-Fuji! This is the Orikarami of Morinokuma-san, which we are definitely hoping for ☝️ 😍. This sake is a prayer sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle, and part of the proceeds will be donated. So let's get to it 🥂! Start with the aroma without adding the nigori. The aroma is weak. Delicious sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the second half has just the right amount of gasiness and astringency to finish it off nicely 🤤. Mixing the cage The aroma remains the same. Mild, creamy and mellow taste in the mouth. The sweetness is a little stronger, and when the gassy and bitter taste is added, the balance is perfect 💕. No pungency or miscellaneous taste whatsoever This is so delicious 😋😋😋😋. As expected from Glory Fuji 🥰. Great recovery success ‼️ Well 😳Morinokuma-san level is high🤩. Takachiyo, Black Label was opened 🎉. After what happened last time, we want to make sure we have a good sake today 😆. Then "Hiragana Takachiyo never misses a beat". Believing in this saying, we opened our cherished Black Label 🥰. I haven't had Takachiyo since the New Year's zodiac label. I have nothing but high expectations for this one: ❣️ Bon appétit 🥂! First, the aroma. Sweet and fruity aroma Pineapple 🍍🍍🍍🍍 on the palate The sweetness and juiciness spread out, and in the second half, you can gently feel the gasiness, and then the astringency and bitterness, which is exactly the same as when eating pineapple again, comes out, and it finishes cleanly and smoothly. No miscellaneous flavors or pungency at all! Wow how delicious 🤤. This is pineapple juice 🍹. No, this is a proper alcoholic drink with 16% alcohol content😅. But this is so delicious ❗️ But I can't help wondering how they can make such a juicy sweet pineapple liquor 🧐. Every time Takachiyo comes out with a fruity sake inspired by a fruit, I always look forward to it 🍑🍓🍊🍍🍇.
