Tobiraman, limited pressing 🎉 has been opened. It's Obon, but I don't have Obon vacations, so my life is the same as usual: ☺️ But I decided to drink something a little better for Obon, so I decided to drink my favorite sake, Hiran, on Sunday: ❣️ And it's pretty special 💖. It's a direct pumping of Saimichi from Hiran 🤩. The Saidou is usually only distributed in the hi-ire version ☝️, so this Saidou is a rare find 😍and it's also orikagarami🙌! I can only hope for the best 😙. I'll take it right away 🥂. First, the aroma! Slightly gorgeous aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the beautiful wateriness and sweetness. In the second half, you can feel the acidity of the sake and a little bit of astringency. When mixing with "ori", the acidity of the sake stands out and becomes milky acidity of lactic acid type. Oh my god, it's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Sweet and sour milky, love it 😘. No bitterness or pungency at all, well balanced and easy to drink 🍶. It also has a freshness that can only come from direct pumping, so it has a very special feel to it 🥰. I knew it! This is also a dangerous one that you can drink in gulps 😆 ⚠️ As expected, we finished it in no time 😆.

AKABU, Junmai Daiginjo was opened 🎉. It wasn't a good thing 😅. The other day, I went to the liquor store I usually go to to buy SEA. That liquor store has a condition that when you buy AKABU seasonal products, you have to buy another bottle of different AKABU 😥. So I bought SEA and Junmai Daiginjo... 💧. I wonder if many of your favorite liquor stores also have this kind of purchase requirement? I only want to buy what I genuinely want. There's also the fridge space problem 💦. That's why I'm opening a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo🥂. I'm sure it's delicious, but it's too extravagant for everyday drinking 🤩. First, the aroma. The aroma is gorgeous! When you put it in your mouth, the elegant, clear wateriness and sweetness spreads quickly, there is no gassiness, the astringency comes lightly in the second half, and it quickly finishes when you feel a hint of spiciness. Well done to 😮‍💨 ✨! Delicious 😋😋😋. Junmai Daiginjo is still amazing😍! It's perfectly balanced and perfect with no miscellaneous flavors at all! I can't complain ☝️ That's what AKABU is all about👍 A little expensive, but if it makes you this happy, it's good 🆗. Sure enough, I finished it in no time ❣️ Happy times are fleeting🤣.

We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku, Hoshikai 🎉. This is the third of the Kangiku summer sake! The last big one is Hoshikai: ⭐️ I wasn't sure when to drink it 😅. I really didn't want to open it yet, but the Discovery series was pushing me away 💦. but I've been wanting to drink it all along 💕Hoshikai Discovery pushed me back (in a good way) Now it's time to open the bottle 🙌 A toast of respect 🥂. First, the aroma! Fruity and sweet aroma, typical of Kangiku. The mouthfeel is exactly like tropical fruits 🥭. The juicy sweetness fills the mouth. The gasiness starts to appear in the mid-palate, and astringency and bitterness appear in the latter half, The astringency and bitterness appear in the second half, and they disappear along with the sweetness. Ohhhh, it's so delicious! This is another level up! This sweetness has just the right amount of astringency and bitterness that is not at all unpleasant: ☝️ No pungency, no weird alcohol taste. It has a nice sharpness and is sweet but easy to drink clean 😘. This is really good 😋😋😋. Obviously I feel like it's getting better than last year 🤔. It's getting better and better and I can feel the evolution of Kangiku every time I drink it these days 🤩. That's why I finished Hoshikai in no time ❣️ I still love Kangiku 💖. I will continue to share my love for Kangiku ❤️😆

TACHIYO, AI-IPPON was opened 🎉. My favorite Takachiyo, today it's alphabet 💕This one was recently released and the label is purple💜. I'm sure it's AI-IPPON because they use two types of sake rice, Aiyama and Uonuma Ipponshime 😄. It's an alphabet I trust, so I'll take it with high hopes 🥂. First, the aroma Fruity sweet aroma! In the mouth, it has a sweetness like grape🍇 and berry🍓, and the berry sweetness fills the mouth! The gasiness spreads from the middle and leaves a sweet aftertaste without any astringency, pungency, or other unpleasant tastes. Oh my God, 😮‍💨 is so sweet! Stunning taste 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. The quality and drinkability is so clean you'd think it was 🍇juice 😍. The sweetness is always exquisite at Alphabet, not too sweet or subdued, but classy and elegant✨. The gassiness is just right, no weird alcohol taste, and a beautiful aftertaste 🤩. He's a dangerous guy ⚠️ with a high alcohol content of 16% but you can gobble it down! So I finished it in no time 😆. It's so good and pitched so fast that there's more than half of the nibbles left 🤣. I love hiragana too, but the alphabet is always perfect 😘.

Amefall and Shunyo were opened 🎉. It's been a while since we've had a rainfall: ☺️ Shunyo, which was released this summer, is brewed from a sake rice called Shunyo, which is said to be quite habitual and difficult to handle 😓. It is said that this sake rice is quite peculiar and difficult to handle 😓 It has been talked about as being made into a delicious sake, so I bought this bottle thinking I would like to try it 🥰. I was curious to try this one 🥰 I opened the bottle to see what kind of habitual thing it was 🥂. First of all, the aroma! 😳I'm sure! It has a strong habit! It smells like grass 🌱 (not fresh herbs, but smelly leaves💦) When you put it in your mouth, again, strong habit! I've never had it before, but I wonder if it tastes like seedlings...? There is a gassy feeling from the second half, no pungency, etc. I think this habit is the taste of Shunyang's sake rice, but the taste of rice with this habit lingers in the aftertaste! I've never had a sake with such a habit 😅. Interesting 🤣 I realized that brewing with Shunyo is quite a challenge. This one is going to be a love it or hate it ☝️ The gassiness keeps it in perfect balance, but if it wasn't for the gassiness, I'd probably be lame🤷‍♀️... To use a culinary analogy, if you like ethnic food or habit-forming dishes like pak choi🌿, you might like it: ❣️ I also like quirky food, but Chun Yang is a strong man 💪 above the rest. Prototype from Northwest Brewery was opened 🎉. A new series has been released from the Sairai Brewery of the guess: ❗️ It's this Prototype 🙌! As a Ayarai = Hina Hana mama, I had to tell you all how delicious it is as soon as possible: ☝️ As soon as it was released, I went to the liquor store to buy some 🚗, pushed aside the players waiting for their turn, and off we went🤗. The label on the back says that the concept is a new take on sake, with apple sweetness and acidity with a sharp aftertaste.... Well, you never know until you drink it anyway! I'll take it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. Fruity and gorgeous aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you first feel the sweetness. There is no gaseous sensation, and when the sourness comes, it is soon mixed with spiciness and the rich umami of rice (rice🌾) comes close. There is no sharpness, and a lingering feeling of alcohol lingers. I see... 🧐. The change in flavor is interesting. The rice flavor is strong, and the taste is more robust and thick than crisp. At 16% alcohol by volume, it feels quite alcoholic. It's not a gulpable sake, but a sake to be savored slowly 🍶. This is... To take it to the extreme, it's just like Sairai's standard sake 🩵 label 😆. I couldn't figure out the new twist 🙏. But I bet it's delicious 😋.

Maruhi, Natsunama was opened 🎉. Yesterday I left at 4am to train in Gunma Prefecture 🚗. Since I went all the way to Gunma, I wanted to stop by a sake brewery, but when I thought about it carefully... 🤔 it won't fit in my fridge! Because this weekend I have to go buy that thing: ☝️ What thing? That thing, of course 🤩. So after training, I'm going straight home and immediately pouring alcohol into my body 😆. Maruhi's Natsunama is this season's 4th stage: 🏝️ Last year's Natsunama was delicious, so this year's is another highly anticipated summer sake 🍉. Let's have it 🥂🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it goes right in, with less sweetness than you expected. Then the acidity bursts through. No gassiness. No sharpness, no pungency, bitterness, or astringency. Delicious with sweet and sour 💕! Anyway, the impact of the acidity is amazing! It has the unique flavor of Yamahai, but anyway the acidity is so impressive that it seems to recover your tired body 😆. Somehow I think it's less sweet than last year, but the sourness is the same as last year, perfect for summer ❣️ The acidity of Maruhi really surprises me anytime I drink it🤣. This year's Natsunama is also outstanding 🥰. I'm sure I'll be back next year 🤗.

First of all, the aroma. Slightly gorgeous aroma! When you put it in your mouth... there are no words to describe it... 🤤. From the juicy sweetness, gasiness and acidity, there is no bitterness, astringency or pungency at all! Ahhhh, too perfect 🤩. It's a bit too brilliantly delicious for words😅. Anyway, AKABU's SEA is my number one summer sake 🥇! And SEA is my favorite 💖 among AKABU's. No doubt about that👍 My husband is also a big fan of this one🤗. I mean it's definitely delicious for sweet and sour juicy lovers and even for those who don't 🥰. This is a recommended summer sake that everyone should drink: 🏝️ I can't stop grinning already 😏. This time JAM SESSION🎷. 🌾 is a sake made with Fukunoka 🍶. The label is modern Japanese taste. ☺️ I also tried it the other day at Sake-no-Wa, since Chesta-san reviewed how good it was 😆. Will I sink further into the swamp? ⁉️ Well, I'll have some 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Slightly sweet aroma of rice! In the mouth, the sweetness of Fukunoka's rice flavor spreads. In the second half, you will feel a weak gasiness with a bitter astringent taste. The alcohol taste is quite strong, and the sharpness is weak, with a pungent aftertaste. I see what you mean 🧐. This is a little hard for a beginner 🔰 who likes sweet and sour juicy! A delicious sake for slightly more mature people who enjoy the delicious taste of rice and the complexity of astringent bitterness: ☝️ Not dry, but rather sweet. But it is not slurpable. As I kept drinking it, the spiciness got stronger and spicier💦. I gave up halfway through: 🙅‍♀️ It seemed to suit my husband's palate very well and he drank it with pleasure 🥰. The moment you put it in your mouth, it's exactly like pineapple🍍! The sweetness and juiciness of the pineapple fills your mouth! No gassiness. In the second half, the sourness and bitterness peculiar to pineapple comes out. No sharpness The pineapple lingers on the palate. This is pineapple juice, right? It doesn't feel like alcohol at all💦. No alcohol taste, no spiciness. Sweet pineapple juice 🍹. I can't believe it anymore 🤤. How can they represent pineapple so faithfully 🤔 Nice job on your skill in expressing the fruit of Takachiyo in a drink 🙌. It's like magic🪄✨. But the alcohol content is a solid 16%! I have worked hard all day today to drink such a Kangiku. I hope to be healed by Kangiku soon 🥂. First, the aroma. The sweet aroma is typical of Kangiku. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness and umami of rice in the fruity sweetness. In the second half, the gasiness comes out and the acidity spreads, and there is an astringent taste in the acidity. The finish is gentle with a sweet and sour aftertaste. Ahhhh, it's delicious 😋😋😋😋. Kaze no Mori, Nana Dew 657 was opened 🎉. This is the newest addition to the Kaze no Mori lineup: ☺️ Nanarose is the first sake rice developed in Nara Prefecture, and the Mimuro Sugi we drank the other day was also Nanarose, so we can compare the same sake rice from the same Nara Prefecture 🥰. So let's have it right away 🥂. First, the aroma! The aroma is gorgeous! When you put it in your mouth, it is more gorgeous than expected and the fruity sweetness spreads in a flash! The second half is filled with gas and juicy sensation. There is no bitterness, pungency, or astringency. The sharpness is gentle and the fruity sweetness lingers on the palate. Wow... again this is delicious 🤤🤤🤤. This super soft water penetrates the body irresistibly and is very gorgeous 💐. I've found a complexity in the second half of every Wind Forest I've ever tasted, but the Nanadoro doesn't have it! It's a really beautiful sake😍. It has a great fruitiness, the back label says strawberry🍓 but it's more like pineapple🍍, cherry🍒... Anyway, the sweet and sour fruit flavor is just brilliant 🤩. Maybe my favorite of all the Kaze no Mori's I've had 🤔. It was so delicious that I finished it in no time again 😆. I recommend Nana Dew for sweet and sour juicy lovers 🤗.

Tenbi and Hotaru Ten were opened 🎉. This is the first time this season that Tenbi has released Hotaru Ten, and I had no information on what it tasted like, but I bought it hoping it wasn't too dry 😆. That's why we drank Koshi, Hoshiai last night: ⭐️ This is a summer lucky sake that the liquor store brings back to the store after going directly to the brewery to have it purified at the shrine as a summer visit sake☺️ despite the long distance that takes hours to travel, we are very grateful to the liquor store 🥰. This year, I gratefully pre-ordered a bottle and went to pick it up as soon as I got the call that it was in stock 🚗. The label on the back says that it was brewed with the wish that the weaver princess and the Hikoboshi star would meet. If that's the case, you have to drink it on Tanabata🎋. ☝️ Our family had it a day early, but we had it with our wishes 🥂. The aroma is gentle and fruity. The sweetness spreads in the mouth and thickens a little, and in the second half of the bottle, the gasiness becomes stronger and the acidity spreads. No astringency, pungency or bitterness. It leaves a sweet and sour aftertaste. Well... it's beautiful 🤩🤩😋😋😋😋 my favorite sweet and sour juicy taste 😋😋. No clutter, clean, easy to drink, just the right amount of sweet and sour 👌. I want to drink this all the time 🤤 but I found myself finishing it in no time😅. I'm glad I got to drink another summer lucky drink this year💕. I'll have to settle for the cherichiyo🍒 that caught my eye 🙌 Then I'll take it right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Sweet aroma! When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness fills your mouth, and the acidity spreads with a gassy feeling. It keeps spreading and spreading and spreading... Hiran and Nikomaru were opened 🎉. Hiran is rapidly gaining popularity in our house 😘. While we want to try various kinds of sake, Kozo-san told us that he recommends Nikkomaru for Hiran, so we got it 👌. Nikomaru is an edible rice produced in Nagasaki 🌾It is characterized by large grains and was named Nikomaru because they wanted people to smile after eating the rice 😆. I'll have some right away 🥂. Not much aroma. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice. No gassiness and little acidity. A little astringency comes in the second half, and you can also feel the alcohol. Kirei (sharpness) is not so bad. It was a little different from what I imagined 🤔. The taste is rather robust and heavy. But the quality of the sake feels clean and watery, and it goes in smoothly. The taste of Nikomaru🌾 is very assertive and the low alcohol content makes it very drinkable. It's not spicy, so it's easy to drink🍶. This is perfect for a food sake. ❗️ For me, it would have been better if it had a little more acidity and gassiness😅. But it's easy to drink because it doesn't have any unpleasant spiciness or bitterness. Nikomaru🌾 is excellent not only as edible rice but also as sake rice, making everyone smile brilliantly 🥰. I managed to get the third limited edition bespoke 🙌 Looking back on the past, last year I was drinking MARUHI from the limited edition bespoke 😅. I guess I have a connection to the Limited Bespoke ❣️ The back label 👀 still has the same outstanding specs 😆. With a sake degree of 16 degrees and an acidity of 3.3, it's sure to be sweet and sour: ☝️ It must be my favorite 😍. I'll have some right away 🥂. Not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness are well balanced and easy to drink. Not too sweet, not too sour, but not too sour, and the image with the specs is overturned, this is one such bottle. Sweet and sour juicy, the balance is beautifully done 🤩. First time in a long time for MARUHI, still delicious 😋. In summer, this sweet and sour taste makes a meal go smoothly, and since Malhi is also low-alcohol, you can drink it in gulps 👍This is another dangerous one! Yamazan, Sanke Nishiki💚 was opened 🎉. Yamazan is rapidly gaining popularity at Sakegawa! We got our third bottle in total 😆! The first Yamazan was a light nigori (light nigori) Sanke Nishiki, and this one was also made with Sanke Nishiki and brewed for the first time with Association #7 yeast. ☝️ Last time I drank Yamadanishiki🧡, but I enjoyed the Sanke Nishiki light nigori🩷 more, so I have high expectations for this Sanke Nishiki💚 label: ❗️ Well, I'll have some right away 🥂. The aroma is refreshingly sweet. In the mouth, a clean and refreshing sweetness spreads! In the second half, the mild gassiness and firm acidity spread quickly, leaving a lingering sweet and sour taste as it finishes. This is also beautifully delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Really great, Yamasan🤩. The taste is similar to the usunigori🩷! I think the 💚label is a cleaner version of the light nigori that has lost the creaminess of the light nigori 🤔. The sweet and sour taste is exquisite, and it has just the right amount of gas and lingering aftertaste👍. It's so good that you want to drink it all the time, but it's so good that you can't find any more ⁉️ and finish it in no time 💦. I wonder if the Sanke Nishiki is great 🥰. I definitely prefer the Sanke Nishiki💚 to the previous Yamada Nishiki🧡 😘. The 🩷💚 is tied for first place 🏅.

This is my first bottle of Gakki Masamune and it's forte-piano💕! The label is a little bit western and stylish 👌 Now let's get into the world of Gakki Masamune! Bon appétit 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of a distinctive aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle sweetness, and then the ginjo aroma will gradually spread. Then, as if to stop it, a delicate gasiness and astringency cover the aroma, and then it quickly recedes. Wow, the changes in the mouth are interesting. ❗️ The astringent taste that covers the ginjo aroma is unexpected and surprising, and it is sharp and easy to drink. It has sweetness and no spiciness or bitterness. ☝️ It is a dangerous one that can be drunk smoothly with low alcohol content 😏. So this is the instrumental Masamune 😍. It's a beautifully balanced brew 😋. No wonder it's so popular 🥰. I wonder 🤔 Gentle 💖.
