Mimuro Sugi, Summer Jun was opened 🎉. Last weekend, my husband had a game and we went to ✈️ for the trip! The result was... 🥺. But for my husband who worked as hard as he could, today we had a party to thank him for his hard work at his favorite Mimuro Sugi ☺️ It's Mimuro Sugi's summer sake, Natsujun 🎐. Refreshing light blue label🩵. Tear-colored label of the result of the match ⁉️ Now, let's have a toast in praise of your hard work 🥂🥂. The aroma is unique to Mimuro cedar. When you take a sip, the gentle sweetness soaks into your mouth. In the latter half, the mild gasiness is combined with the acidity of the sake yeast, and the finish is crisp and clear. It's Mimuro cedar after all 😍. This unique flavor can only be produced by Mimuro Sugi. It's a summer sake, so it's not too sweet. It's not sweet and sour like spring cu🩷, but slightly sweet, with a mild sourness and gassy taste that makes it easy to drink again🍶. It is low-alcoholic, so you can drink it smoothly🥰. I'm glad my husband enjoyed it too😘. The result of the match wasn't great though, I was purified by the kindness of Miwasan subterranean water, the power of the gods of Ookami shrine ⛩️, and drinking Mimuro cedar 🙏. We will start practicing again today and start for next year's competition ❣️ Good luck 📣 I'm looking forward to celebrating after the games and cheering hard 🤣.

Mutsu Hachisen Summer Ginjo was opened 🎉. It's been a while since we've had Mutsu Hachisen. ☺️ Mutsu Hassen's summer sake has a refreshing blue bottle that catches the eye 🎐. In this gloomy season, not only the freshness of the flavor, but also the sensation from the sight may be important ☝️ Whatever it is, I drink it because I want to 🤣. Well, I'll have some right away 🥂. First, the aroma Slightly smells like ramune. When you put it in your mouth, you can still taste the rumminess. There is no gaseous taste, and in the second half, you can still taste the acidity and a slight alcohol taste like that of ramune. The finish is crisp and clean. Ho 🤔. In a word, it's a sweet and mildly sweet rumminess. The alcohol in the second half makes it crisp, but on the other hand, the sharpness is a little too much for me 💦. If it were a little sweeter, it would be easier to drink, but I guess it's a summer drink so they keep the sweetness down 😅. I think it was just the right amount of sweetness for my husband, but I wanted a little more sweetness for me 😭 The water is clear and has no cloying taste, and I think it's a beautiful sake. But I still felt the unique alcohol feeling of the alsobe alcohol 🥺. Adult rumne🌻 with a low sweetness. I think it's just right for those who like it dry 👌. I think it is recommended to drink it cold 🤗

Hiran and Heaven are now on tap 🎉. Hiran is fast becoming a favorite of mine 🤩I wanted to try a variety of Hiran this year, and I came across Heaven🤗! The label in the center of the transparent bottle is inspired by the stained glass windows of a church in Hirado (⛪️) 💖. If you look closely, you can see the beautiful pattern 👏. In addition! Slightly effervescent gas is heavenly bubbles🫧🫢. Enjoy the heavenly feeling of openness ✨ It explains. Oh that sounds awesome just reading it 🤔. Well, I'll take it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. It smells citrusy. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness of citrus 🍋 spreads, and from the middle, strong bubbles and lemon sweet and sour explode in the mouth 💥 more and more vividly 😆. The gassy, sweet and sour taste is beyond imagination💭 and it makes you smile naturally 😍. What is this ‼️ this is stunningly delicious 😋😋😋😋. Too good 🙌! The lemon🍋 is bright in the mouth, not sweet and sharp like a commercial lemon squash, not spicy or bitter. There is no cloying taste at all and it soaks into you beautifully 🤤. This is a summer drink I would recommend to everyone: ☝️ It was just like a stained glass window, a great flying luan 💖.

Sairai and Asaryomi were opened 🎉. Today we have a bottle of Sairai's summer sake, Asaryomi 🎐. The pink label is nice 💓 following the spring sake. Spring Hanasumi was Oriagarami, but summer is different! The spring ogara-mi🩷 was better than the standard Sairai🩵, so I have high hopes for this summer sake, Asaromi🥰. Let's have it right away 🥂! First, the aroma. Slightly fruity and sweet aroma. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness of berry 🫐 spreads, followed by a delicate gasiness and gentle acidity in the second half, with a subtle astringent taste. It has no sharpness and leaves a lingering taste of rice flavor on the tongue. Wow, it's beautiful! Very elegant 💕 The fruity sweetness is just right, the gassiness is gentle and seems to help enhance the acidity. It has a slight accent of astringency on top and finishes with a lingering rice flavor. The finish is quite well-balanced 😍. The rice flavor is very rich and it's not like a summer sake 😆. The alcohol content is 16%, so it's very drinkable, but it's so delicious that I finished it in no time 😘. Personally, I think I prefer the spring orikarami 🤔. But this morning cooler 🩷 tastes better than the standard 🩵 😋. I still like Sairai. ❣️

Red Wu and Jade are now open 🎉. Yesterday was hot: ☀️ It was early summer weather, so let's drink summer sake today and get over this summer heat! With a prayer for a good summer 😆. So we chose Jade from Akabu as our first summer sake 🙌! The bottle itself is a reminder of summer 🍉. Let's have it now 🥂🥂. First, the aroma. Gentle and fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle sweetness, and sweet and sour sourness spreads from the middle. Astringency and bitterness appear in the second half. No gassiness The sharpness is mild, and the astringent and bitter aftertaste lingers on the tongue. As expected of Akabu 👍. I get the impression that it was very well calculated and balanced 😋. It is less sweet than I expected, and the sweet and sour acidity in the second half creates a refreshing summer sake. The astringent bitterness at the end does not end in monotony! I could feel Akabu's will to make this sake. In a word, a thin Pocari Sweat. It's low alu, so it's slurpable😅. It's the kind of Pocari Sweat for adults who aren't exercising, that would rehydrate you 🤣. It's not spicy at all, but I felt the astringent bitterness was stronger at room temperature, so if you want a more refreshing drink, you might want to cool it down 👌 Okay, I'm ready to get through the summer 🙂! Takeyoshi, I love you♪ Aizan is now open 🎉! What a surprise for the Takeyuki CWS this time! It's Aizan ❤️. Moreover, this is the first I Love You brewed by Takeyuki using Aizan 😆. What's more! It's a straight-up raw sake 🙌. I've had a few I Love You's so far and they were all delicious, so my expectations are high for this one too 😉. So let's get to it 🥂. First, the aroma. There is not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle sweetness. In the second half, astringency and bitterness develop, and although there is no gasiness, this astringency spreads in a way that makes you think it is gas. The sharpness is normal. The astringency and bitterness remain in the aftertaste. Hmm...🤔 Aizan... you know... This may be my assumption, Aizan = sweet I thought it was sweet. But none of the Aizan sake I drank this year was sweet. In other words, Aizan = not sweet. That's what it turned out to be in my mind😅. Not not sweet at all, but just slightly sweet. I was told not to expect sweetness... 🥺. So I guess my expectations were too high for this I Love You 😭. The astringency and bitterness in the second half is also strong and a complete loss for me 🙇‍♀️ But I Love You is definitely a delicious drink 🥰. I will continue to check out the next CWS 🤗.

Yamazan, Yamadanishiki was opened 🎉. The last Yamae Nishiki light nigori🩷 we received was delicious, so when we found this Yamada Nishiki🧡 we immediately bought it💸. I was looking forward to opening a bottle of Yamada Nishiki as well, because you can't go wrong with Yamada Nishiki with these specs, and I've realized just how high the level of Yamasan is just by drinking it last time 😆. So let's have it right away 🥂. The aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the beautiful Yamada Nishiki rice, no gasiness, and the acidity swells up in the second half! There is no sharpness, and when the acidity passes in the back of the mouth, it leaves a lingering aftertaste that is a combination of sweetness and astringency. Wow...what elegance 🤤! Totally different from the previous light nigori🩷! It's less sweet, less fruity, more like it's playing with the delicate taste of Yamadanishiki rice. There is nothing sharp at all about the beautiful rice flavor, and it is very elegant 🥰. The acidity in the second half has an impact, but the balance is superb 🧡. This is a great bottle for a food sake that complements a meal. ☝️ Personally, I would have liked a little more sweetness 😅I think the sourness in the second half is orange 🧡 from the label, but the astringency at the end makes me think it's bitter orange 🍊... 💧. Yamadanishiki🧡 was good, but I like light nigori🩷 🏅.

Bunraku and Raindrop are now on tap 🎉. New Bunraku sake at the liquor store we always go to 🤩. The pop-up says Raindrop, which is very popular every year, is in stock again this year! It says 😆. If it's that popular, you have to buy it ☝️ The last Bunraku had a strong astringent taste that I didn't like, so I'm not sure if I'll like it this time 😅. Well, I'll have some 🥂. Not much aroma. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness, but you can also feel the rich umami of the rice 🌾 with a bang. No gassy sensation. The second half is complex and a little spicy. The sharpness is mild. The lingering taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste. I see 🤔 Special Junmai, it certainly has a rich taste of rice 🌾. It has a firm and robust taste. This is exactly like Sairai's standard light blue 🩵 label ❗️ I love Sairai, but the light blue label is not my favorite... 💦. That's why this Bunraku Raindrop💧. That's why 😓. But to my surprise, my husband raved about it 😆. I was so happy that he was so pleased and I was conversely happy to thank him 🤣. It was a great learning experience for me to realize that different people have such different tastes 📚. Bunraku is excellent for those who enjoy it, please try it: ❣️

Here's another one of our favorite breweries, Takachiyo❣️ You can't go wrong with Hiragana and alphabet Takachiyo ☝️ I had high expectations for this Aizan, so I couldn't open it, but I had to drink it before the summer sake starts! I had to drink it before the summer sake starts 😅. Well, I'll have it right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Sweet fruity aroma! When you put it in your mouth, the berry sweetness spreads in a fluffy manner. There is a good amount of gas and the gentle sweetness and umami of Aizan is also present. Toward the end, you can feel the alcohol taste for a moment, and then it is gone. It is also delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. Aizan's sake is often less sweet than you might think, and this Takachiyoh was also rather tame. But it was still very fruity💕. No astringency, bitterness or pungency, so it is easy to drink. If I had to say, it would have been better if it had a little more acidity 🤔. There isn't much variation in flavor, so it's monotonous and you might get bored of drinking it all the time. ㊗️200 check-in opened 🎉 Today is the 200 check-in post: ☺️ The sake we chose to celebrate is Kangiku's Denshogiku❤️ I've had a lot of different sakes, but I love Kangiku so much that I can say ☝️ that Kangiku is my favorite sake brewery 🥰. Of all the Kangiku sake, the one I love the most is Denshogiku❤️ and I kept it for this day 😆. It's actually an autumn sake 😅. So I'll have this one I've been looking forward to 🥂. First, the aroma. Gorgeous fruity aroma! When you put it in your mouth, the unique sweetness of Kangiku fills your mouth 🤤. The second half of the drink is filled with just the right amount of gas, astringency, and bitterness, and it goes away cleanly, leaving only a delicious memory in the aftertaste. Next, when you mix the cress and drink it, a milky sourness is added to it, and the perfect sweet and sour juicy creamy taste is completed 🤩. Well, it's brilliantly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Kaze no Mori, Omachi 807 was opened 🎉. I know it's delicious Kaze no Mori, I've been wanting to try a variety of them but haven't been able to get around to it 😅. Finally got around to my 3rd bottle of Kaze no Mori in my life: ❣️ This time I see the Omachi on the Kaze no Mori chart 👀. It's the sweetest 😆. I thought I couldn't miss it first for a sweet lover so I bought some Yumachi 🤗. So I'll have some right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma! It smells sweet! In the mouth, it is sweet like honey, with a deep, rich sweetness. From the second half, the gasiness is combined with acidity and complexity, and although it is sharp, it is mildly sharp and the complexity leaves a lingering taste on the tongue. The back label says it has a banana🍌 flavor, and indeed ❗️ that sticky banana is there🫢. There is so much banana🍌 that if you are aware of it, you will think it is based on the sweet and sour of banana🤩. This is also interesting🤣 Maybe the banana sweet and sour with the rich sweetness and umami of the Omachi rice🌾 completes the perfect complexity 🧐. I haven't had many banana flavored drinks, so this is a novel sensation for me 🤩. Even I find it quite sweet sweet 💕. Might be hard to pair it with food. I guess I'm a bit tired of drinking it if I'm lazy😅. But it was delicious 🥰. Let's see which one is next 🤔

Mimuro cedar and Nanadewo were opened 🎉. My husband loves Mimurosugi 🍶. This Nanaroh is the first sake rice developed by Nara prefecture for sake brewing 🌾. It is a sake rice produced by improving dewy leaf style 😄. I'm curious to see what this new sake rice, Nanaro, tastes like 🤔. I'll have it right away 🥂. Let's start with the aroma. It doesn't have much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it will soak into your body. The softness of the Miwasan subsoil water and the gentle sweetness of the rice 🌾. The texture is totally irresistible and unique to Mimuro cedar. No matter how many times I drink it, I can't help but grin after the first sip of Mimuro Sugi🤤. This is it! For some reason I find myself nodding my head while drinking it alone and saying "this is the Mimuro cedar" 😅. Strangely easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋😋. The gentle sweetness of Nanadew's rice and the complexity of the second half is also a good accent ⭕️ You can also feel the beautiful subsoil water and this sensation that permeates your whole body is a skill that only Mimuro Cedar can offer ☝️ Another magnificent level of Mimuro cedar 🙌 I will do my best this week with power from the gods of Ookami shrine ⛩️ ❣️

Oyama, foaming Jusui was opened 🎉. In my review of Oyama, which I drank for the first time the other day, Kozo told me that Oyama has a delicious nigori-jusui, so I was looking for it and... I came across a sparkling Jusui 😆. Apparently, they made a sparkling sake based on the nigori Jusui, so I thought I'd give it a try 🤗 and took him out for a drink! I brought him along🤗. So I'll have some right away 🥂. Since it is a sparkling sake, I opened the bottle carefully. I poured it gently. It's clear. I thought it was cloudy. 🤔. Well, it doesn't matter. Let's drink it anyway 🍶. Not much aroma. Slightly fruity sweetness in the mouth, and a shrieking carbonation. No bitterness, astringency or sourness. The second half of the bottle is quite pungent, but the strong carbonation keeps the spiciness from being felt. The carbonation gives it a refreshing aftertaste. Where did the nigori go? Shake the bottle slowly and pour it again... Wow, a pure white nigori came out. ‼️ When I drank it, I think it became milky and a little thicker. The mild foaminess gives it a pungent taste, but it seems to be counteracted by the milky feeling. In a word, slightly milky sparkling water. I think it could be a little sweeter 😅. It's not assertive, so it doesn't interfere with the meal, but it's one more step 🤣.

Bunraku and Sun Citron are now on tap 🎉. Bunraku is from the same brewery as Sairai 🍶. It's been a while since I drank it 😆. This is my first time to try Sun Citron. According to the store's information, it is a citrusy, refreshingly sweet and refreshing sake, low in alcohol and easy to drink. ☝️ I'll try it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. The sweetness of the orange 🍊 type gently spreads on the palate. No gassiness, and a strong bitterness in the second half. The aftertaste is crisp. This is another difficult one 🤨. It's definitely citrusy sweetness of orange 🍊, but the bitterness in the second half is similar to the bitterness of the peel of a green mandarin orange that's not quite ready to eat yet💦. Overall, not too sweet. I drank it for the juicy citrus sweetness, so it's not quite sweet enough for me. It's low al but I didn't like the taste so I didn't gobble it up😅. Not bad by any means: ☝️ I think it's good if you like this much sweetness and bitterness 😋. If you like sweet and sour juicy like me 😍 it might be a little bit bad 💧. That's another experience 🥰. I'm excited and looking forward to see what the next Bunraku will taste like: ❣️ I will follow Sairai, but I will drink Bunraku in parallel 🤗

We are so thankful to my husband for always working so hard💕. We celebrated the party with a full plate of delicious food including sashimi platter, steak, hamburger steak, omelette rice, and more 😆. The new Masa was as delicious as all those dishes 😍! The sweet and sourness of the cosmos in your mouth will make your cheeks fall 🥰. I can only say that the beautiful pull from the sweet and sour taste is brilliant 🥰🙇‍♀️ No pungency, bitterness or astringency at all 😋😋😋😋. I'm really happy to be able to drink this kind of sake 😊. Nito and Bizen Omachi 48 were opened 🎉. This is a fire-brewed version of Nitoshi's 10th anniversary label of Yumachi ☺️ Last time we had Aizan ❤️'s Nama-nazake Lightly Nigori, and this time it's a fire-brewed Oucho. I think there is quite a difference in taste! I think ☝️ I will have it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and the umami of the rice and the sweetness of Omachi rice. The second half has a slight spiciness, not quite classic sake, but with a thick sake-like flavor. The finish is not too sharp, and the umami flavor remains without any unpleasant aftertaste. As expected from Nisato! The level is still very high: ❣️ The overall balance is good and easy to drink with no flaws 🍶. It's not a modern sweet and sour fruity sake, nor is it a classic sake 🧐. I feel like it's right in the middle of that 👌. I think this will be liked by all 🥰. Compared to Aizan ❤️, I was impressed with the flavor of Omachi rice🌾 and the stable and calm taste of fire-aged sake, unlike the fresh drinkability of raw ☺️ Both are suitable for easy-drinking food sake. Perfect with both meat🍖fish🐟👍 I will continue to pursue different two hares 🤗.

The first star, Vesper, was glowing on the label: ⭐️ The specs are undisclosed and it seems to be a more complete sake than usual. This is highly anticipated😍. Now let's get to it 🥂. The aroma is slightly sweet. Fruity sweetness spreads pleasantly in the mouth. The acidity is added in the latter half of the bottle, and the juicy sweetness and acidity quickly fades away. 💕How delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! I can't stop smiling 😋. It's a classy, elegant sake with exquisite sweetness and acidity 🥰. Premium, I agree ☝️ I knew I was getting a solid taste of a grade higher than the regular Sairai. It is really easy to drink with no spiciness, bitterness or unpleasant alcohol taste at all. It makes you want to drink it all the time. ☺️ The sweetness is just right, so it won't get in the way of your meal, and I think it goes perfectly with western food 🥩. First time I opened a bottle of ‼️ Koei Kiku 🎉. Found it at the first liquor store I happened to walk into 🙌 I've been wanting to try Koeikiku for a while 😍. The fresh light blue 🩵 label of this Seikai was beautiful and attracted me so I bought it ❣️ I'll have a glass right away 🥂. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gorgeous sweetness. It is not gassy and the second half is very sharp. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. The water is clean and clear, with no harsh taste. Oh~... 😳This is also delicious ❑! 😳this is also delicious😋😋😋. It's kind of like a roller coaster🎢! Just when you think your mouth is full of sweet and deliciousness, it goes off at breakneck speed, as if it's going to plummet all at once. ‼️ And the aftertaste is clean and crisp. There is no unpleasant spiciness or bitterness, no strange alcohol taste, and it is easy to drink with low alcohol content. ✌️ I finished it in no time at all😆. My husband was very excited and said he wanted to drink more! It's not too sweet and the sharpness is perfect for oily food👌. It's an excellent food wine that goes well with both fish and meat 🍶. Wow, Koei Chrysanthemum has a very high level 🥰. My husband seems to like it a lot. I have one more favorite 🤩. I recommend Koeikiku💕

Takachiyo, Strawberry 🍓 label opened 🎉. I was pretty excited about my favorite Takachiyo ❤️'s Strawberry 🍓 even before it was released 😆. I got it for sure, but I was too greedy to open it 😅. But I decided to open it just in time for GW! It should be absolutely delicious ☝️ I'll have some now 🥂. First of all, the aroma! It has a sweet aroma! When you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness of berries spreads in your mouth. There is no gaseous sensation, and astringency and bitterness appear in the second half of the mouth. There is a strong alcohol taste in the aftertaste. I wonder if it is ............ Something different from what I was expecting 😓. The entrance is sweet and tasty! but the astringent and bitter taste in the second half is not so well balanced 🧐. I also didn't like the strong alcohol taste that lingered in my mouth afterwards and I felt it had a bad aftertaste 🥺. I think it would have been easier to drink if it had a little more acidity and gasiness. I guess my expectations were too high for this one🤣. I'm sure it's delicious😋, but honestly I'm a little disappointed that there's a gap between the taste and my imagination💭💧. But it's delicious 🍓. You can't go wrong with Hiragana no Takachiyo: ❣️ That's for sure‼️ I'll continue to follow the hiragana 🤗
