We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku Shiroginkai 🎉.
It's only been on sale for a short time, but it's been reviewed quite a bit on Sake-no-wa.
I knew I couldn't wait to drink it, so I opened it 😆.
First, the aroma
Hmmm...? The sweet aroma that is typical of Kangiku is not so strong.
When I put it in my mouth, I was like...? 🧐.
No sweet juiciness as usual...💦.
The second half also has a pungent and bitter taste 😨.
What's wrong with this one...
Compared to the previous Kangiku, it is less sweet and dry.
Of course it's not a dry sake, but it's different from the sweeter Kangiku. Delicious but... 😣.
Clear and dry Kangiku 💧.
My husband raved that it was the best Kangiku he had ever tasted 🍶.
I have mixed feelings of envy for my husband who drinks it as delicious and frustration for myself who can't think it tastes good.
Sorry... 🙏.
But I love Kangiku and I'm looking forward to the next Kangiku ❣️

Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
You are getting the stones. ⤴️
I'm so jealous ✨
It's a wonderful sake activity to enjoy tastes that change with the seasons 🎵.
I too would love to enjoy one brewery all year round😊.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
Chrysanthemum... looks like it's not what you expected 😅.
Your husband raved about it and that's exactly how complicated it is😱.
But thanks to your review, I have more to look forward to: ‼️
I'm curious about the clean dry chrysanthemum 🤔.
