Takachiyo and Sakazukin-chan are now open 🎉. Takachiyo Halloween 🎃2nd bottle: ✌️ We drank the Oragami version the other day and decided to compare them while the memory is still fresh 😆. I know it's a bit of a long shot, but.... I felt like I'll never be able to open it again if I don't drink the 🎃 version that will be sold out this time 😅... I'm ready to be brave and drink the last 🎃 😭 Here's to the last 🎃 🥂. First of all, the aroma Sweet and fruity aroma The fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth. The gasiness starts to appear in the mid-palate, and it finishes with a sweet aftertaste. No pungency, bitterness, or astringency. Wow...still delicious 😋😋😋😋. What is this fruit 🤔? I've seen a lot of posts on sakénowa saying it's pear, but I wonder if it's pear? I couldn't identify it 😅. But anyway fruity! 🥭 It has the same feel as the Origara fruit. Origami has an astringent taste, and this one doesn't have that, it's straight up sweet and juicy 🤤. Which one tastes better? In my opinion, both are perfect💯☺️ I still love it ❤️ I'm going to seriously ask Mr. Takachiyo for a 🎃re-release: ✉️ If I hear back from her, I'll let you know in a post 🥰.

Takachiyo, Halloween🎃opened 🎉! Finally I drank Takachiyo 🎃 too ✌️ I couldn't decide which one to drink, but I'll start with the orikara one 😉. I can't believe 🎃 will be sold out this year 😫. I must taste and drink it properly! I'll take it with all my heart and soul 💪. Happy Halloween🥂! First, the aroma! Fruity and sweet aroma! When you take a sip, the sweetness fills up your mouth with a pleasant sweetness, and the gasiness starts to appear in the middle of the sip. Even when mixed with corkage, the taste does not change much. No pungency or bitterness whatsoever. This is ✨delicious😋😋😋😋. It's still amazing 💖. The fruity taste this time can't be compared to a fruit 😅 but it's full of fruity taste 🤩 properly and strangely enough. The gassy and astringent taste does a good job and doesn't bore you with its sweetness, just the right spoonful ☝️ If you think it will be milky when mixed with cage, it won't be! I guess that's how sweet the fruity taste is 🤔. But that's what makes it so takachiyo😍. This makes me excited for Orinashi too 🤗. But are they really selling out this year? Maybe I should go talk to them directly so they can make it again next year🤣.

Shinsei and Sanzo were opened 🎉. Today was my husband's kendo match! Last year he won the individual championship🥇 at this tournament, so we went to cheer him on again this year with high hopes: ☺️ The result was 3rd place🥉. I am a little disappointed, but I would like to commend him for giving it his all. I am sure he is the most disappointed and depressed, so I would like to at least congratulate him with a smile 🥰. In such a case, there is only one thing to do: ‼️ Congratulations on your 3rd place🎊 This is the first time I drink Shinmasa's Sansho: ✌️ Cheers to my husband for his hard work 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste of the sake slowly spreads. It has a nice sharpness and disappears quickly. What is this? Every time I think about it, I can't describe how good Niimasa tastes. It's just wonderful✨! It doesn't have the acidity of Cosmos or Viridian, it's sweet and sour but mature. It has a complex flavor and makes you want to savor and drink it slowly. Shinsei, it's still amazing. 😮‍💨 I'm already at a loss for words. My husband was happy with it and I'm glad 💕. Shinsei made my husband smile too😘. And good luck in next year's games 💪. And thank you for the Shinsei and my husband💖.

I decided to drink this for Halloween💕 I drank Monster for the first time last year and was successfully hooked by that exciting shock: ✌️ It's one of AKABU's most popular products and sells out as soon as it goes on sale, but I was able to get it again this year 🤗. I'm going to try it now 🥂. First of all, the aroma! The fragrance is already bursting with freshness. When you put it in your mouth, it comes in smoothly and pleasantly, and the fruity and gorgeous sweetness spreads, then the sourness explodes in the middle and turns into a cupped sweet and sour taste. It leaves a sweet and sour aftertaste as it is. No gassiness. No pungency, bitterness, or astringency. Well, it still tastes as bold as ever😍. It's so sweet and sour you can't help but smile 😆. But I love this one 😋😋😋. It has 16% alcohol content, but it's dangerously tasty that you can guzzle it ⚠️ Sure enough, my family finished it in no time😅 I was bracing myself for last year's shock, so I wasn't that surprised this year, but it was still awesome 🤩. Every Halloween this is our go-to ❣️

Eikofuji, Crimson Glory was opened 🎉. I will never forget the shock of drinking Crimson Glory for the first time last year! One that I was determined to repeat for sure: ☝️ We succeeded in getting it again this year 👌 The label is gorgeous ✨, as is typical of Glory Fuji. And the specs are awesome 🤩. Sake level is -64 Alcohol content is as low as 10%! And yet it's an unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo! I think this is a great thing 🧐. Anyway, I'll have some 🥂. It's still as pink as ever 🩷. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet! Sweet in the mouth 🤤. The sweet Delaware fruit is juicy and sweet 🍇. No gassiness No pungency, astringency or bitterness Sake? You'll never know unless you are told 💧. This is definitely a rosé wine 🍷. Eikoufuji, what kind of magic🪄 makes this kind of sake taste so good that you want to ask. But anyway, it is sweet! I think it's sweeter than last year💓. It's low al so you can drink it like a juice and it looks so cute with its pink color😍. Eiko-Fuji all have impactful labels and the flavors come out well with their characteristics, I'm always impressed 🥰. This was another stunning rosé wine 🩷.

Koshi and Miyamanishiki were opened 🎉. Kouji, the second most popular sake brewery in Chiba Prefecture after Kangiku: ☺️ In my opinion, I feel something similar to Kangiku. Maybe it's because they have the same water quality 🤔. That's why I love Kouji too😍. And this time Miyamanishiki is a 100% Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo ✨ that has been aged by storing the raw sake in ice temperature for more than 6 months. I guess you could say it's a hiyaoroshi of the raw sake ☝️ Just looking at these specs it looks delicious and I bought it 😆. I'll have it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. The aroma is super fruity and gorgeous! The fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the gasiness starts in the mid-palate, followed by a good astringency at the end. It is sharp and goes down smoothly. There is no bitterness or spiciness at all. Wow, it tastes great 😋😋😋😋😋. It is very fruity and sweet 🥭, even though it has been aged for a long time, it is still gassy. It is sweet and juicy without much acidity. Perhaps it is a characteristic of Miyamanishiki, but the flavor of the rice is light. So even though it is matured, it is not rich and almost crisp. Hiyaoroshi has a heavy image, but this is light, sweet, and easy to drink. The new Koshi sake will be available soon 🤩. I was really impressed when I drank it last year, so I pre-ordered it again this year💕. I'm looking forward to seeing the difference between this one and the freshly stored one again ❣️

Hiran and Saido are now available 🎉. Hiran is rapidly gaining popularity in our house: ❣️ This time we have a fire-aged version of Saido: ☺️ I wonder if it will be Hiyadoshi in Hiran? We drank a direct draft of Saido around summer, so this will be a comparison of the draft and the hi-ire version 😆. I'll have it right away 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much aroma. In the mouth, the water first comes in nicely without resistance and the sweetness spreads moderately. The acidity of the sake's yeast yeast spread from the middle of the bottle, and it finishes gently. No bitterness, astringency, or pungency. No gassiness. Very delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. Maybe the acidity of the raw yeast of Hiran suits me, the sweet and sour acidity is just right and it is really easy to drink 🤤. As it says in the concept, the expression of the transition from the orange of the sunset to the dark blue of the night...that's exactly what I was thinking as I drank it! From the gorgeous sweetness, the big orange sun just before the sunset is the peak of the acidity, and from there it slowly changes to the color of the night with a gentle sharpness. I can't say it well enough, but I can feel the concept of Hiran properly 🥰. It's not shwashy🫧 fresh like a summer sake, but you want to drink it slowly 🍶. I was so excited to drink it! I finished it in no time😅. It was also brilliantly delicious 💖.

Yamazan, Hitogokochi was opened 🎉. Last time we drank a 2 year old Hitogokochi 🌾. It was rich and sweet, and I could feel the solid aging: ☺️ Let's compare it again with the fresh Hitogokichi! With this in mind, I went to the liquor store and brought a bottle of Hitogokochi light cloudy 🚗. Fresh -> Aged -> Fresh Well, I wonder what impression I will get 🤗. I'll have it right away 🥂! First of all, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the gorgeous sweetness. You can also taste the gentle umami of the rice 🌾. In the second half, sourness and gasiness come out, and it finishes smoothly with a slight astringent taste. No pungency, bitterness, or unpleasant alcohol taste. When mixed with corkage, the gorgeous sweetness stands out and the taste is mild. Yeah, this one ☝️ It's sweet and sour and creamy, just the way I like it 🥰. Yamazan is still delicious 😋😋😋😋. After comparing the two, I found that the fresh one is more sweet and sour, has just the right amount of gas, and I don't get tired of drinking it 😆. I realized I like this one better 😘. The sweet and sourness is less than Sanke Nishiki, so I still prefer Sanke Nishiki😍. On the contrary, Hitogokochi is the most balanced so it's suitable for everyone 😍❣️ Yamazan is delicious and affordable✨. I recommend it to everyone💕

We opened a bottle of our favorite Kangiku, monochrome 🎉. My refrigerator is overflowing with chrysanthemums😍. I'd love to keep looking at this happy scene, but I also have to pick up a few more dandelions, and to save space, I decided to open a bottle of monochrome❣️, which just came out recently. I'll have to do a review of the seasonal chrysanthemum once in a while 😉. Like last year, the label is a black and white photo with a summer landscape design 📸. The concept of this bottle is to brew a bottle that you hope will be close to your memories 💕. Let's make sure we get a taste of their thoughts and feelings 🥂. First, the fragrance. The sweet aroma is typical of Kangiku. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fruity sweetness spreading and in the latter half, you can feel a slight gasiness and astringent taste. The taste is sharp and quickly fades away. It leaves a sweet aftertaste. No pungency or bitterness. Ha~ 😮‍💨 how wonderful... 🥹 Stunningly delicious 😋😋😋. The sweetness and umami of the Yamashu No. 4 rice 🌾 is rich, with a solid rice flavor, and the slight gassy and astringent taste seemed to express well the memory of the passing summer: ☺️ I got Kangiku's wish from this year's monochrome as well 🥰. I still love Kanjiku. ❤️

First time! Koro, Planet No. 9 was opened 🎉. I picked up Planet 9 🪐 at a liquor store because of the label. It's a CWS sake from Kororo in Kumamoto Prefecture ☺️ As I'm into Kyushu recently, I wanted to try it, so I bought it: ✌️ It seems that TYPE-A was released first, but I bought TYPE-B, so it won't be a review to compare the drinks, but I'll just review B this time 😉. I'll take it right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma I guess it's slightly fruity. I wondered if the sweetness would spread in the mouth, but it didn't. The sweetness was moderate. The acidity seems to spread from the latter half of the bottle, but it does not. Toward the end of the bottle, I thought I could feel the gasiness, but it faded away. Hmm...🤔. In a word, everything is understated. To put it harshly, I think everything is half-hearted 😥. There's no spiciness, no bitterness, no astringency, no cloying taste, but the sweetness is super understated and the acidity seems to be there but thin. The gasiness is only vaguely perceptible and uncharacteristic 💦. It's easy to drink because it's low-alcohol and sloshes in, and the lack of impact doesn't interfere with food at all, so it might be a versatile food sake: ☝️ Very understated Shang Loh, good experience 🥰.

Urasato was opened 🎉. I've been a fan of Urasato since the day I had a glass of Winter Nigori outside ✨. Since then I haven't been able to find it... 🥺. Then I saw this bottle at a liquor store a little far from here: ‼️ I was so surprised that I had to look twice 😳 I definitely picked it up fast 👌. First time drinking at home! I'll have a Urasato 🥂. First, the aroma. The aroma of fruity sweetness is just a hint. It comes in softly and smoothly on the palate, and as the fruity sweetness begins to spread, the acidity soon follows, becoming sweet and sour and juicy in the early stages, with a gentle gasp and sourness juuuuust in the latter half, leaving a lingering sweet and sour taste! No pungency, astringency, or bitterness whatsoever! This is truly a sweet and sour juicy sake 🍶. This! This! This is it 🙌! The perfect 💯sake for sweet and sour lovers that I was looking for 🍶. Urasato is still delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Nigori is still the best, but this one is as sweet and sour as it gets: ❣️ The sweetness is so strong that it can be enjoyed on its own: ☝️ Because the sake itself is so delicious, the hot shiitake mushrooms and potatoes were the best match for snacks: 👩‍🍳 I highly recommend drinking it for sweet and sour lovers 🥰. Urasato, highly recommended💕

Houou Mida, assemblage was opened 🎉. Yesterday, I went to a liquor store a little far away by car 🚗 ☺️ As soon as I arrived at the liquor store, I looked around carefully from one end to the other and was somewhat attracted to Mita's assemblage🤩. I asked the liquor store what they recommended today. I asked the liquor store owner what he would recommend today, and to my surprise 🫢.... He recommended this Mida's assemblage 😆. I was convinced that I was destined to buy this one today 🥰. Assemblage is a sake brewed by mixing various kinds of sake rice. Minus and minus become plus. It seems to be brewed with this idea in mind to create a great sake, and the production quantity is very small, so it is a bottle that can only be tasted at that time, so in a way it is a challenging sake 👌. The liquor store hasn't had it yet and asked me to tell you what I thought of the taste. ❣️ That's a big responsibility! I have to open the bottle immediately: ☝️ First, the aroma! Very gorgeous aroma! Soft and sweet taste spreads in the mouth, and the spiciness bursts out in the second half and disappears in a flash! No astringency or bitterness. Slightly acidic. Hiran and INFINITY were opened 🎉. This INFINITY is one of the bottles I got during my summer training expedition to Kyushu, where I visited the Hirado Island sake brewery to get it ✨. I told the owner of the brewery what I liked and she picked it for me 🍶. Of course I like sweet and sour and juicy 🥰. She recommended INFINITY to me 🤩. Today I will have a bottle filled with such memories 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. On the palate, it's grape 🍇! The acidity has a strong impact in the second half. After the sweet and sourness spreads to the max, it quickly recedes. Wow, what a surprise 🫢! Where did the sweet and sourness go now? It pulls away that fast! There is no gassiness, no sake-like quality at all, and this is definitely a white wine 🤍. You definitely can't tell it's sake unless you are told it's sake. Hey, Mr. Biran, what kind of magic 🪄 did you use to make this? I'd like to ask, it's a delicious grape wine😋😋😋😋. It's easy to drink with a low 12% alcohol content and I've never had a sake like this 😍. Thank you so much, proprietress, for recommending it to us: 🙇‍♀️ I think only Jiran can make such a great sake 🤔.

It's my favorite Hiragana Takachiyo, 💚 label: ☺️ I finally had a reason to drink the colored series before opening Halloween 🎃 and finally came to the decision to open the bottle 💚 label! If you look at the S mark on the label, you know what fruit this is 😆. So let's get to it 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Sweet and fruity aroma! The first thing you notice is the sweet fruity aroma of the melon. The fruity sweetness of the melon spreads quickly. There is a strong sense of gas and a slight bitterness at the end, and it finishes quickly. I thought it would turn into a cream soda when mixed with the corkage, but surprisingly it didn't. It turned out to be a slightly mellow melon soda! But it tastes better with the Ori mixed in. No pungency or astringency Very easy to drink 🍶. Hiragana is still delicious 😋🤤😋😋. And ☝️Princess Michiko✨ The ultimate one👍 that I sought out on my recent training expedition to Kyushu. It was a bit expensive, but I was excited to buy it, and it's appropriate to drink it today. ⁉️ I was allowed to splurge while asking myself the same question: ☺️ Well, here's to me being born on Sake Day 🥂. Cheers to you too chika💕. First, the aroma Modest sweet aroma. In the mouth, the sweet taste spreads from the moist and watery texture and expands in a gorgeous and elegant way. There is no gassiness, and the taste gently fades away. No bitterness, astringency, or pungency. Wow! It's soooo good 😋! Kangiku and Blue Sapphire were opened 🎉. We couldn't drink on Sake Day, so we're a day late for Sake Day 🍶. For such an important milestone, we can only guess Kangiku 🤩. Finally, the second bottle of the Discovery Series! Blue Sapphire is here 🙌! This one is brewed with Gohyakumangoku from Chiba Prefecture. I have an image of Gohyakumangoku from Niigata, but it is also grown in Chiba 🧐. Cheers to Sake Day 🥂! First of all, the cork blew out to open the bottle😳 Very energetic😅 Let's open the bottle carefully ☝️ First of all, the aroma Huh? It doesn't have the usual fruity sweet aroma of Kangiku. When I put it in my mouth, it is not as sweet as I expected... But I can feel the fruity sweetness that is typical of Kangiku. The gasiness is a fine mist that fills the mouth There is no bitterness, astringency, or pungency. The aftertaste is crisp. This is not like a chrysanthemum! It is less sweet and crisp than you might imagine. But it's delicious because it's sweet 😍. Not sweet and fruity, but refreshing and slightly fruity👌. I realized that Gohyakumangoku is still very light and refreshing! I think I like 💚 better than 🩵 so far 😘.

I thought it was time to drink hiyayoroshi, and I couldn't wait to enjoy my husband's favorite hiyayoroshi from Mimuro Cedar 😆. I couldn't wait to drink my husband's favorite Mimuro Cedar hiyayashi-oroshi! I've been holding out for a while now, but I can't wait any longer😅! I'll have it as soon as possible 🥂. The aroma is the unique scent of Mimuro cedar. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness is more gorgeous than you can imagine! From the mid-palate, the acidity of the Mimuro cedar's unique sake yeast is stronger than expected. The strong flavor of Omachi comes in the last half of the bottle. The end of the bottle is clean and smooth. There is no gasiness and no spiciness. Ahhhh, it's delicious. 😮‍💨 I think it's more gorgeous and acidic than last year. This year's tastes better, don't you think? 😋😋😋😋. What can I say, first of all, the gentle entrance of soft water: ☝️ The soft, gorgeous sweetness permeates pleasantly, with a cue acidity... 🤤. The sweetness and flavor of the Omachi rice is also present. There's no unpleasant alcohol taste, and it's low alcohol, so I can drink it smoothly. ☺️ I would like to savor it slowly and carefully because it's an autumn sake, but I finished it in no time 🤣. Omine, Akirei Kasumi Nama Shu Omachi was opened 🎉. The first time I drank Omine, I was not so impressed with it and I hadn't had it since then😅. I found this Omine at a liquor store I went to the other day and was curious 🤔. If it's a raw Omachi... Maybe I'll have a little revenge: ⁉️ I'll have to drink it soon or it'll be stuck in my head for a long time 😆. So let's have a toast 🥂! The aroma isn't too strong. Gorgeous fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth! In the second half, the acidity comes out slowly with a weak gassiness, and the rich flavor of Omachi rice stands out in the last half. The powerful flavor of Omachi lingers in the aftertaste. Wow! Totally different from my first Omine! I didn't know it was so gorgeous and fruity😍. The freshness and gasiness of the sake is also very nice🍀. No bitterness, astringency, or pungency. The sweetness is so strong that it can be enjoyed on its own 👌. As I thought last time, Omine has a rich rice flavor towards the end 🌾. So even if it has a gorgeous fruity taste at the beginning, it has a heavy and thick image at the end. It's low in alcohol, but the end is heavy for me...💦. But this change in flavor is amazing and if you like it, you'll love it! 🤗

Kangiku and Adapt were opened 🎉. My guess, Kangiku-sama: ❤️ HinaHanaMama = Kangiku, so I made sure to have 4 bottles of this Discovery series 👍. But this series is so popular that it was hard to get them all 😅. I went to many liquor stores and managed to get 4 bottles 💦. With all the sake I wanted to drink, I completely lost track of when to drink them and finally opened the bottle 🙌 First up is Adapt💚. A toast of respect 🥂. First, the aroma! The sweet aroma unique to Kangiku. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the gentle Fusakogane rice spreads out in a flash! A delicate mist-like gas feeling spreads from the middle of the aroma, and sweet and sour acidity also comes in combination with it. The wine finishes with a gaseous sensation. No bitterness, pungency, or astringency. When mixed with the cork, it becomes milky and mildly sweet and sour. Wow 😮‍💨, how delicious 😋😋😋! There's nothing disgusting about it at all! Fusakogane is edible rice from Chiba prefecture ☝️ This is also beautifully sweet with no cloying taste 🤩. The sweet and sour acidity is also great👍. Easy to drink 🍶. Well done, Kangiku-sama ❤️ I still love it😍. I wonder which one I'll have for my second 🤔. Enjoy 🤗

First time! Yokoyama Goju and Aizan were opened 🎉. Pekho and chika asked me to try Yokoyama☺️ It's the Yokoyama I've always wanted to try 🤩. I looked all over for it on my recent Kyushu training expedition and finally found it at the Hankyu Department Store in Hakata Station 🙌! They only had this Yokoyama Goju, so I had no choice, and I'm glad I found Yokoyama anyway 😮‍💨 It was such an emotional encounter💕. Now it's time to open the bottle of Yokoyama 🥂. First of all, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth The sweetness of Aizan is quickly followed by a sourness in the middle of the bottle. This sourness is amazing! It spreads juicy and succulent. There is no gassy feeling, but this juicy sourness is so acidic that it gives the illusion of gassy feeling 🤩. No bitterness, astringency, or pungency Wow awesome✨this is Yokoyama 🤤. So delicious 😋😋😋😋. Sweet and sour and juicy👍. Aiyama's sweetness is moderate, so it's not sweet, but elegant sweet and sour juicy 🥰. It has a nice sharpness and I can gobble it down though it's not worth it 😆. My husband liked it too and we finished it in no time ❣️ I really want to try Hiragana Yokoyama too😍! I love sweet and sour and juicy 🤗
