We have just opened a bottle of our special Hirotogawa Nigori 🎉! My husband loves Hirotogawa ❤️ It's cold and we have to enjoy drinking at home. ❗️ That's why we opened a bottle of our very special Hirotogawa 😆. This one is a no-brainer: ⁉️ Let's have it 🥂🥂. The aroma is fruity and sweet! When I opened the bottle, I stirred it, so I'm going to drink it nigorigo from the beginning! It's so sweet and creamy in the mouth 🤤. There is also a gassy feeling, this is like drinking a cream soda. It's like drinking a cream soda with a bit of bitterness added to the schwash and a mature taste 😆. This is too good to be true 😋😋😋😋. No wonder everyone raves about it👍 It's too perfect as a nigori sake. I think this is the nigori that everyone can agree on. I am very impressed to drink such a delicious sake 🥹. I am filled with gratitude and support for the sake brewers who work in such cold weather while the people in Tohoku are having a hard time with snow ☃️ right now 🙏. Hirotogawa nigori is one I would recommend to everyone 🍶. I was able to take in the brewery's thoughts and let myself drink it with all my heart 🥰. Thank you for the treat 🙇‍♀️ I am happy to drink such a great sake💕! I will definitely drink next year's nigori too✨

First time! We opened a bottle of Hiran 🎉. This is another one I've been wanting to try 😆. The other day Nabeshima was from Saga prefecture, and Hiran from the neighboring Nagasaki prefecture, so we've had a lot of Kyushu breweries recently: ✌️ Speaking of Tobiran, the standard is Nikomaru. The concept of Kagura seems to have been brewed with the desire to create a new type of Hiran, one with a different character from Nikomaru. ☝️ I haven't tasted Nikomaru, so I can't compare the two, but I'll have the Kagura first 🥂. First, the aroma. Sweet aroma like mango! The sweetness spreads in the mouth 🤤. In the second half, a strong gassy sensation comes in, followed by a weak bitterness and sourness. The acidity combines with the sweetness to create a sweet, sour and juicy taste 😍. It makes me feel tropical and tropical 🏝️ This is a sweet and sour juicy type of sweet and sour for sweet and sour lovers 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Not spicy at all❗️ And it's low-alcoholic so you can drink it in gulps 🥰. It's sweet but not too sweet and sour so it doesn't interfere with the meal. The strength of the gasiness is also just right 🆗. Of course you can also enjoy it by itself 🍶. I've never had a "Hiran" before, but it's on a very high level: ‼️ I'd like to try the standard Nikkomaru and follow the seasonal products as well 😆. I have another favorite 🤩. Oh I love Hiran. ❣️

The first time I have longed for! Nabeshima was opened 🎉. I've always wanted to try Nabeshima. What a surprise! I found a special distributor in my neighborhood 🙌 So off I go 🚗! Well 😍they had a great lineup 😆. I wasn't sure what to buy, but I bought the purple label Yamadanishiki that ma-ki-san had posted, and opened the bottle the same day, leaving the other players waiting in our fridge 🎉. I'll have it right away 🥂. The aroma is slightly fruity. On the palate...here ☝️ a few tens of seconds of nothingness passed between my husband and I 🤫. And then from each other's mouths "Delicious!" So this is Nabeshima. ‼️ No wonder it's so popular. 🙇‍♀️ This is great 👍 It has a gentle sweetness on the palate that goes in quickly, then a slight gasiness and weak bitterness in the second half, and then all at once the sweetness bursts out 😆. Eh! 😳The sweetness spreads at the end of the second half: ⁉️ This is the first time I've had this. Normally, the sweetness spreads as soon as you put it in your mouth, but with Nabeshima-sama, the sweetness slowly recedes at the end 🤤. That's why it took me several tens of seconds to finish drinking it. ☝️ If this is brewed with calculation, it's amazing! And it's just delicious 😋🤤😋. It's easy to drink and everyone should like it 🥰😋😋😋. Nabeshima, good one. ❣️

Yesterday I went out drinking with my husband for the first time in a long time 🎉. Basically, I like to drink at home, but sometimes when I go to a restaurant specializing in sake, I meet new people and make new discoveries, so I learn a lot 📚. So, yesterday, I drank a lot of sake with the first priority of learning 😆. A review of the best of the many drinks I had: ❗️ Yesterday's number one was "Amego no Tsuki Oragami Nama Sake" 🎉. This is the first time I've had Ame-go-Tsuki. The aroma is rather gorgeous. It is quite dark and cloudy, and in the mouth it has a mild sweetness, but the water is clear and refreshing. The gasiness in the latter half is strong, but once the gasiness is gone, the mouth is instantly refreshed and leaves no aftertaste at all. This is a brilliant sharpness ✨. It may not come across well, but it's silky and sweet, but it's clean and crisp. ☝️ I've had a lot of nigori this season, but I've never had a nigori with such a sharpness 😋 something surprisingly delicious 🥰 the gap from what I expected left a deep impression and this one took first place 🙌 The sweetness is just right and the sharpness is excellent, so I think it goes well with strong dishes and fried food 🍖. I drank more yesterday than I can count 😅But I remember the moon after the rain was delicious, so it must be excellent ❣️

Takeyoshi's I Love You ❤️ is now open 🎉. Today is Valentine's Day💘☺️ But my husband doesn't like sweets😅 He won't be happy if I give him chocolates 💧. Then! How about this☝️ I gave him I love you 🎁 from Valor: ✌️ Then he said...I don't know how to give you back 💦. Why don't you just accept my love honestly? I'm not really expecting a 14yo or anything. Hey 😏. Sakewa men, would you not like it if your wife or girlfriend gave you the I love you of Budou? I guess I'd be like... if my aunt gave me an I love you 🤣. Now for the taste😅. It doesn't have much of an aroma. It has just the right amount of sweetness in the mouth, with a gentle astringency in the second half. There is no gassiness. The astringency slowly fades away, leaving a lingering umami taste on the tongue. It is easy to drink. It is well balanced and beautiful. I wonder if Gohyakumangoku is a smooth and refreshing rice 🌾. It's not a thick sake rice sweetness, but a smooth, gentle, clean sweetness ✨. It's also delicious 😋😋😋. It's a sake you'll want to drink all the time. It's low-alcoholic, so I don't get tired of drinking it and it goes down smoothly. My love was finished in no time 💕. I love you recommended ❣️

Gozenshu's Togai Omachi was opened 🎉. By the way, what is Togai Omachi🧐, don't you think? The Omachi used for this sake was brewed with Omachi rice that was rejected when it was made to be the highest grade of Tokujo. That means that it was originally a Tokkagami Omachi ☝️, so no matter what the shape is, the taste is sure to be good ‼️ and I bought it with high hopes 😆. I'll have some now 🥂. The aroma is a little sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and strong flavor of rice spreads out. In the second half, the sourness comes out a little, but it is soon covered by bitterness and goes away nicely. I was a little surprised 😳‼️ This is Omachi 🫢. To be honest, I did not understand the taste of Omachi rice 🌾🙏 sorry. After drinking this, I finally understood the powerful sweetness of Oumachi rice🥹. This is awesome ‼️ I can properly feel the sweetness and taste of rice. I'm sorry for my taste buds until now🙇‍♀️ If you are like me and can't taste the rice flavor of Omachi, you will definitely understand after drinking this! Koshi's Risshun morning pressing was opened 🎉. The second bottle of Risshun Asashibori that I reserved at the liquor store is Koshi 😆 I'll never forget how delicious it was last year when I drank a freshly pressed bottle of Koshi. I've never forgotten how delicious Koshi was when I had a freshly pressed bottle last year: ☝️ So I reserved the Risshun Asashibori without any hesitation ✌️ Let's have it 🥂🥂. The aroma is fruity 🍏. The sweetness spreads gently in the mouth. In the second half, a solid sense of gas and bitterness come out together, and the bitterness goes away with the sharpness of the gasiness. The bitterness lingers on the tongue, but it is not an unpleasant aftertaste, but rather a bitterness that tastes delicious. It's well-balanced from sweetness to bitterness. ☺️ Yup! Delicious 😋😋😋. The impact is weak, but it's not too sweet or pungent, so it's easy to drink and can be used as a food sake or on its own👍. It's a pity that I didn't feel the freshness that impressed me with freshly pressed new sake this time, but it's also delicious 🥰. A lucky charm, the Risshun morning pressing. This year we received two bottles, Senkou and Kouko, both of which were delicious💕. I am so grateful to the sake brewers who went to each brewery early in the morning to pick up the sake, even if it was for their customers, in the midst of snow and other difficult traffic conditions. Senkori, Risshun morning pressing was opened 🎉. The morning pressing has been posted one after another in Sake-no-wa since Risshun 🎉! I was in a hurry to get it 😅. We finally went to pick it up on the morning of the 6th and opened the bottle that night 😆. This year we reserved two breweries at the liquor store and one of them is Sentori 😍. I hadn't been able to drink Sentori since the renewal yet, so this will be my first Sentori in a long time 😍✌️ So let's get to it 🥂. No aroma. The attack on the palate is weak and the sweetness is quite moderate. It is not sour, but a mild lactic acidity that goes down smoothly. No bitterness or pungency. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is very easy to drink. The acidity is very impressive. As expected of SENKYO 👍Tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋! It's also good as a food wine! It goes well with all kinds of food. It's really easy to drink and beautiful without any cloying taste 🥰. My husband tried it heated up a little 🍶. What a surprise! Sourness disappeared and spiciness appeared! This is not good... 💦. So I don't recommend heating it up too much. 🙇‍♀️ I can finally shout ❣️ Tochigi love ❤️ Delivered to my adoring J&N ✨

Our first brewery, Kuroemon XVI has just opened 🎉. What an old-fashioned name with a modern design that makes it very familiar: ☺️ I bought this tasteful and delicious ✌️ The brewery is in Kiso, Nagano prefecture and the rice is 100% Nagano Hitogochi🌾. Now let's have it right away 🥂! The aroma is of fresh apples 🍎! In the mouth, the fresh apple-like sweetness spreads again, and in the latter half, the refreshing acidity spreads as well. There is no unpleasant pungency or bitterness. The slight gasiness and acidity combine to give it a sharp finish. The sweetness and acidity of the apples are well balanced throughout. You can also taste the rice flavor in it 🌾. Very easy to drink and delicious 😋. The balance is perfect😍. This is awesome ‼️ My husband says it's so shockingly delicious that it tastes just like Jyushidai ⁉️ I've only had one cup of Jyushidai in the past...💦 my mind said😅. But... it's true... it might be as impressive as when I drank Jyushiro 🧐. So, with that said, In our house, we have certified this 💁‍♀️ Kuroemon as a sake as good as Jyushiyo 🙌 Please give it a try 🥰.

We opened a bottle of our favorite Sairai 🩵🎉. After reading shinsaku3 & Pekho's post, we felt like drinking Sairai from their local sake brewery, Imanishi Shuzo 😍! I had a bottle of 💁‍♀️ waiting in the fridge for a while, but I had to change my plans for today and rush out 🤣. When I drank it for the first time last year, it immediately became my favorite sake brewery because it was so delicious and so popular 💕. This is my second bottle of Sairai 😆. So let's get started 🥂🥂! There is not much of an aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness is moderate, but the umami of the rice is also very strong. In the second half, bitterness is added, and the richness of the rice also stands out. There is no sharpness, but the sweet bitterness and the rich umami of the rice mix together in a well-balanced manner at the end and slowly fade away, leaving a beautifully finished wine. This is another well calculated taste😋. Good as a food sake 🍶. The last Sairai I had impressed me with its sweet, sour, and refreshing image, but this time it is sweet, bitter, and rich. ☝️ It's a completely different image, but again, delicious 😋. I'm looking forward to the next Sairai 🩷. I'll definitely get it and review the next Sairai too: ❣️

The first bottle of Hyakushun has been opened 🎉. It's DOLCE nouveau, an unfiltered, unfiltered, direct-drafted sake 😆. The name sounds sweet and delicious 💕 I'll have it right away 🥂. First of all, the aroma! Sweet aroma like strawberry 🍓! When I put it in my mouth... Huh? Hmmm...? What...? What is this? There is no taste 😱 It tastes like a soda water that has been drained. The alcohol content is also 13%, so there's no alcohol feeling, what's going on... 🧐. Something must be wrong! Then I might take a cue from J&N and warm it up here: ❗️ Hurry up and change to heated 💨 I'll have it again 🙏. The aroma is the same 🍓. When you put it in your mouth... wow, you'll be surprised‼️ The sweetness and umami burst in my mouth at once, and the gasiness and bitterness also exploded, my body and brain couldn't catch up with the change 😅I couldn't help but choke 😅. My favorite Kangiku, 99 series Nagi Light Nigori was opened 🎉. Nagi was just released last week and I immediately went to buy it 😆. I drank it right away to let everyone in Sake-no-wa know how delicious it is 🥰. Now let's have it 🥂. First, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma is sweet, just like a chrysanthemum! The sweetness of Kangiku spreads in the mouth, but I think the sweetness is a little subdued. In the second half, a sense of gas spreads and a slight bitterness is felt, but the sharpness is not bad and the aftertaste is refreshing. Mixed with cage. The mouthfeel becomes milder and silky, but we do not feel any particular change in taste. Conclusion! Quite delicious 😋😋😋. Definitely tastier than the Ginhai I had at the end of last year: ‼️ It is sweeter and less bitter than Silver Sea. I was disappointed 😮‍💨 after drinking Ginhai, so I drank Nagi this time and it redeemed me as expected from the Kangiku 99 series👍😍. Nagi is sweet but not too sweet, has just the right amount of bitterness, and has just the right sharpness without leaving a sweet aftertaste. It's sweet but can be a food drink 👌. I think this is one of the top perfection in the 99 series in my opinion ☝️ The label was also pink🩷, light nigori🤍 spring sake-like, great kangiku: ❣️

We opened a bottle of Kaze no Mori today 🎉. I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time last year and really enjoyed it. I was looking for a different series of Kaze no Mori and finally found it 😆. The sake rice we received this time is called Rohafu, which is a rare sake rice that is only grown in Nara. It is said to have a gentle sweetness. ☝️ And it is grown under contract with a sake brewery 🌾. Let's have some 🥂! The aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gentle sweetness, and from the mid-palate, you can feel the gasiness. Complex flavor emerges in the second half and finishes with a gaseous sensation. Yes👍Delicious😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's not too sweet, but it's decently drinkable and gentle, and the complexity does a pretty good job! Without this complexity, it would be too monotonous and boring, and too strong and hard to drink 🧐. It is truly an exquisite composition 😋. As expected from the popular Wind Forest 😍. What's more, this sake is brewed with very hard water ☝️ We have been using soft water in our house recently, so I could clearly feel the difference. When the water is hard, you can feel the outline of the sake more clearly☺️ and it doesn't feel like it permeates slowly 📚. Wind Forest, quite well made 🍶. I'll try the different series again 🥰.

We opened a bottle of my husband's favorite Daisetsugi 🎉. D, which was released this month and we immediately went to the liquor store to buy some 😄. I visited the brewery last year, so I feel more familiar with Daisetsukei: ⛰️ I have high expectations for this D as well! Now let's have it 🥂. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. The sweetness came much more quickly in the mouth. There is no gassy feeling. A bit of spicy bitterness appears in the second half. There is no sharpness, and the sweetness and complex aftertaste remain on the tongue. Hmmm...⁇ Eh~......😥 Great snowy valley...I didn't know it was like this: ⁉️ Something is different. It certainly tastes good. But the Daisetsukei in my mind is the taste and clarity of the water from Azumino, with a sharp, clean and refreshing aftertaste with an outstanding cutting taste! That's my impression. But this D has none of that😫. The water is heavy and the sweetness seems to cling to the aftertaste for a long time. Again... It's definitely delicious! But it wasn't like the Great Snow Creek in my mind💦. It's a selfish disappointment 😭 I feel a little sorry for Daisetsugakei as it is 🙏. I will definitely revisit again in a different Daisetsugakei ❣️ Because Daisetsugakei is definitely a great drink ✨✨✨.

The first bottle of Takeyuki has been opened 🎉! The gap between the very strong name "Takeyuki" and the cute name "I love you" is very interesting 🤣. I asked the liquor store what kind of sake it is. I asked the liquor store what kind of sake it was and they told me that it is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking and you will want to keep drinking it. ☺️ I decided to try it more and more and bought a bottle. ✌️ Well, I'm going to have it now... Since it's a bit dry, we'll start with the supernatant first. There is not much aroma. Gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth. Gasiness appears in the mid-palate and bitterness appears in the latter half. It has a nice sharpness and leaves a lingering umami aftertaste. Mixing with Ori Mild and more umami 😆. This one is very easy to drink and tastes great 🙂! Very easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's not too pungent, the bitterness is just right, and it's not too sweet. This really makes me want to drink it all the time😍. Sweet and tasty, with just a hint of bitterness. Versatile either as a mealtime drink or on its own ‼️ Takeyuki, it's good 🥰. It was so easy to drink, I finished it in no time😅. Takeyuu-san's CWS seems to come out a few times a year, so I'll try to buy it this year if I come across it: ☝️ It's very tasty and I highly recommend it: ❣️

First time to open a bottle of Chiebijin 🎉. I've always wanted to drink Chiebijin. Am I the only one who feels like I can become an intelligent woman if I drink it 😅... This 💁‍♀️ Chiebijin is a sake with a wish to make everyone smile on the day of Hareru (a special occasion). So I opened it on my coming of age day to make it appropriate for the coming of age ceremony 😆. So here's to all the adults 🥂. The aroma is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, the fruity and juicy sweetness spreads, and in the second half, there is a sense of gas and a little bitterness. It has a nice sharpness and the aftertaste was clean and crisp! Yeah👍this is delicious😋😋😋. I'll summarize: ☝️ It was very vigorous, cheerful, energetic, and gave me the impression that it was going to attack more and more: ‼️ It's exactly the kind of sake that is suitable for a special occasion and gives you a push 🧐. If you drink it when your body is weak, you might be crushed... 💦. I was in good spirits and didn't lose it and finished it in no time. ✌️ Let's enjoy drinking again this year💪! I was a shrimp who gave me such a shout out 🥰. Chiebijin is such a vibrant brewery, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. ❣️

New Year vacations are over and we are back to our hectic daily life 😅Although I was drinking alcohol everyday, I haven't been able to post much, so this is my first update in a while: ☺️ We have just opened a bottle of Ko no Tsukasa, Fuyuakari 🎉. It's my first time to visit this brewery. I've seen a lot of posts about Fuyuakari on Sake no Wa, so I was curious about it and bought it 😆. So my expectations are high! Well, I'll have some 🥂. First, the supernatant The aroma is fruity sweet. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads sizzlingly and gently permeates the body. There is no bitterness pungency, the gasiness is a little strong, and the aftertaste is sharp and disappears quickly. Mixing the cage In the mouth, it becomes silky, mildly sweet, and thick, like calpis. The gassiness does an excellent job and leaves with a crisp finish. This is a great buy: ‼️ Really delicious 😋😋😋. It's so good I can drink more and more 🤣. Perhaps because Takashi no Tsukasa uses super soft water, it enters the body without resistance. It is pleasant, naturally penetrating, and the sweetness is just right again. Well... it is splendidly delicious 🥰. I finished it in an instant. I highly recommend this😍. I also want to try the standard Takashi's Tsukasa: ❣️

Two hare zodiac labels opened today 🎉. Tonight will be the last time I drink with my daughter 😭 We are going back to the distant land again. I wonder if it will be a year before I see her again... Well, one last toast 🥂. Not much of an aroma. Fresh and fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth, with a gentle gasiness in the second half. A little bitterness also comes out, but it finishes nicely. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. This is also delicious 😋😋😋. Fresh, clean, and refreshing! It is also sweet and easy to drink 😆 my daughter rated it highly: ❣️ It seemed easier to drink than yesterday's Takachiyo. Maybe it was the fresh sweetness 😍. I've never had much Ni-Rabbit before either, but I'll have to chase it down as well ‼️ I've found another great sake 💦. I'm going to be busy chasing sake this year 🥰. There is no gassy feeling and no bitterness or spiciness at all. It has a sharp and refreshing finish. The sweetness is cleaner and easier to drink than the Xmas label ❗️ not too sweet, just right👍 Stunning finish 💐. Xmas label was quite sweet, so New year is better to pair with a meal☝️ Both are delicious, but my daughter and I both gave the New year label the edge 👏. But Takachiyo is really good 😋.
