Back in December, on the way back from taking my mother to Hase Temple in Sakurai, we stopped by Miwa Sake Brewery for the first time 👀. They had just released their first shibori, so I bought a bottle 😙. It's been a while since I've had Kanji Mimuro, but it's still good too 😋. I think it tastes more like the hiragana version. It is fresh, creamy, sweet and tasty, just as I expected 👍. I hope to enjoy a variety of delicious Nara sake this year 😊.

My wife bought me a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Asian Beauty in Kyoto💁🏻 I was surprised at the price of 1,300 yen for a junmai daiginjo, but the taste is elegant, fruity sweet and very easy to drink, just like a jundai level of deliciousness 😳❗️ I didn't know it was such a great sake 🫢. If I could find it for sale near me, I would keep it in my house 🕺.

Happy New Year 🍾. But I've only posted for November💦. This is a winter limited edition sake from Sanzen in Okayama. Even though it's a winter sake, it has a tropical aroma 😆 and a fruity taste 😆. Despite the seemingly rugged label, it has a gorgeous taste and was a lot of fun to drink 💦. I heard there is also an Omachi version of this sake, so I would love to try it if I have the chance 😋.

I don't often drink wine nouveau because of the image that it is too acidic, but I jumped on this nouveau right away 🤩. It was refreshing and crisp, with a well-balanced mouthfeel that is typical of Snow Kayasha 😋. It was a refreshing drink that made me feel good 😇.

I was able to get a bottle of Snoqualmie again this year 😆. The first Koeikiku I ever had was also this one, and it's really good 😋. This year too, the greefiness is still there and the fresh juiciness is unbearable 🥹. I'm so happy to be able to drink this kind of sake every year .

This is the first time I've seen Masayo's Tama Hibiki 🙄. The naming is so stylish! The taste is just as I expected. Elegant sweetness, good acidity, and a bubbly taste 😋. The level of quality is as high as ever! The bottle went smoothly, and this time the four-pack went empty in just two days.

This is the first time for me to try Iwaki Kotobuki's light nigori. I had an image of it being sharp and dry, but it is slightly sweet and the umami of the rice expands in the mouth, giving it a rich taste 😋. The price is also very reasonable and I am very thankful for that 👛. The quality is so high that it's hard to believe it's a honjozo spec, and it's delicious 🙏.

I've been drinking a lot of Takachiyo's makiko sake, so it's been a while since I've had hiragana takachiyo, but it's also delicious 😋. It's fresh and refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. Maybe I don't usually choose it because it's too easy to drink and runs out quickly 😁. It's just a good sake without any hassle 😆.

Long time no see! Osaka lover osakazuki😊. I love macho💪, but osakazuki is also delicious 😋. I had this special junmai at room temperature and it tastes rich and banana-like 🍌. I wonder if it's close to Macho? The label said it was slightly dry, but I thought it was rather sweet, or is there something wrong with my tongue? Anyway, it was delicious 🙏.

The second bottle of Edo Kaijo I bought on a business trip to Tokyo: ✌️ It's a Junmai Ginjo from Love Mountain: 💁‍♂️ This one is also easy to drink with a refined, clear and umami taste, as is typical of Edo Kaijo 😋. I think it's a little weak in what I consider to be the Love Mountain style, but maybe that's a good thing 🤔. This one was also delicious 🙏. I don't see Edo Kaijo in Kansai, but it is one of my favorite brands and I will continue to support it 📣.

It's been a long time since I've had a flower combination 😁. I'll start with Tomoe 🙏. This time I tried a light nigori, which is less acidic than the regular Hanaboe, but still has a unique flavor👍. The fruitiness and soft sweetness spread in your mouth 😋. The light nigorigo was also nice and got me pleasantly intoxicated😇.

This is a Yamahai Autumn Sake from Shinomine's other brand, Whale-san🐳. As expected, it has a strong umami flavor, and although it is a Yamahai sake, it is easy to drink and enjoyable 😋. Good work 🙆.

Nito's fall limited edition sake, Erwu. I've always wanted to try it 🤤. Every year the contents change, and this year the specs are undisclosed 🤨. Mimuro Sugi has become so popular that it's hard to find even in my hometown Nara 🥺. Especially this hiya oroshi, which is sold out 💦 if you're a little late to the store. We managed to get some this year too 🥹. The elegant fruity sweetness and rich umami taste are great 😋. It has all the charm of Mimuro cedar! It was thick but it was gone in no time at all 😆. It's a bottle that I definitely want to keep for next year 👍

These days it was still hot and I was enjoying autumn sake every day 😅. This is my first Kozaemon Hiyoroshi! I couldn't decide which one to choose in the Autumn Sake corner, but this time I chose this one because of the label 😉. I knew Kozaemon was good, but the hiyaoroshi was just as good as I expected 👍! Aromatic, fruity, refreshing and goes well with food 😆.

I've got a lot to post again💦. Just a month ago, on my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I visited the brewery of Tokyo Port Brewery. Lately when I go to Tokyo, I tend to buy Edokaijo, but this time I chose Omachi and Aizan, both of which were new to me, while also having the opportunity to taste them. ☝️ I started with Omachi. It is delicious, with a refreshing and crisp mouthfeel that is typical of Edo Kaijo, with the delicious flavor of Omachi 😊. We were also told about the technology used to use tap water for sake, which I think is amazing because it really does have a clear taste comparable to natural water 😳. I'm looking forward to the Aizan version 🤤.

Glad to drink this again this year 🥹. Opened the bottle after letting it sit for a little more than 6 months 🍾. Fruity and refreshing acidity✨ It tastes like something between wine and sake. It can be paired with a wide range of food 👼. It's amazing that they can make such a delicious sake in between making wine 😳. Obuse-san's main business, wine 🍷, is also excellent, but I've only had red wine, so I'd like to compare white wine and this one 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Hissan. I found out after I bought it last year that this place used to make sake. I drank it thinking that the DNA of sake brewing was still alive. I believe that the taste of sake includes the persistence and history of the brewery. I think it's the taste of sake.
