The label color is very fresh and promising.
The taste is light, sweet and refreshing.
It's good even while eating 😚.
It will be gone in no time 😚.
I want to enjoy many other kinds of Yamasan from now on 🙌🙌
Colorful beetles successfully captured this year: ❗️
When these come out, I know summer is just beginning 🌻.
Refreshing, delicious, sweet and sour 😋.
This flavor is one and only 😋!
Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.
I would like to drink stag one day too 🤤.
Good evening, Mr. Hissan 🌆I'm in a hurry because before I drink much summer sake, I realized that hiyaoroshi has started selling 😂‼️Time flies by too fast 😨.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie 😀
The sake I've been buying lately has been mixed with sake that has the word "autumn" in it!
It's still so hot 🥵, but can you really serve autumn sake already? I know 😅.
Well, it's delicious, but wow!
Good evening! I'm so envious, the bar owner in China said that this sake is very easy to blow up the bottle on the airplane. That's why it's hard to drink it in China. I'll have a chance to come to Japan to drink it!
It's been a while since I've had a gacky 🎷♪
This time I came across a test brew type of sake 😆.
It's made with a new rice variety called Fukunoka from Fukushima prefecture, and it's a fresh, fruity sake ✨.
I think they should make it a regular product. It was one of those 👏.
Cheers to the brewery's insatiable spirit of exploration 😙.
The first moon 🌙 after rain was served with summer sake 🙏.
It is a popular sake from Hiroshima, so we opened the bottle with high expectations 🍾.
The fresh ginjo aroma came up and the flavor was both refreshing and delicious👍.
It's great to drink easily even in summer 😊.
This is a sake that I can't drink too much of 😆.
My new favorite Nara sake, Okura's summer sake 🌻.
I'll have some Urara-chan this year too 🙏.
It has the richness and umami of rice that is typical of Okura, but also has a refreshing acidity that is typical of summer sake 😆.
It goes well with meals and will become a summer staple along with Harushika's Blue Onigiri 😋.
Thank you for the food!
Recently, we started to carry Shichida😋 in our local area.
I'm happy because it's one of the brands I've been wanting to drink: ❤️
The first one was a Junmai of Yamada Nishiki.
From the slight shuwashuwa, Yamada-san's specialty, sweet-umami❗️
It has a gentle bitter taste that makes you smile 🤭.
I'm looking forward to trying more!
This is a limited edition sake from Imi that has been sitting for almost 2 years 🍶.
I wondered if it was safe to leave it so long even though it was a draft sake.
I wondered if it was safe to leave it so long 🍾 and opened the bottle this year on its 133rd anniversary.
It's a little sweet because it's been left too long, but it's still delicious 😋.
The label is also playful and nice.
It is a gift, but a rare one from a rare brand, thank you very much 🙏.
I know it's hard to make sake in a small brewery, but please do your best for the 141st anniversary: ‼️
It's time to start drinking Koei Kiku 🤤.
This is the first time I've seen Noon Crescent 🌙 made with Hokkaido's sake rice, Ginpu.
It's a light cloudy color with a unique fruitiness that is typical of Koei Kiku, but it seems drier than the others.
It fits the image on the label and has a nice refreshing taste 😋.
I also enjoyed the new product 🌙.
Hi Hissan 😃
Hi 😃Oh, we also had the new Kochira Koei Chrysanthemum this week! We also had the new Kochira Koei Chrysanthemum this week ‼️ and you're right, it was a meh delicious blink-and-you'll-miss-it type 🤗.
Hi Master J&N 😀
Thank you so much for all your help...
Koei Kiku is a popular sake in Sakegawa, but I'm glad to know that it's easy to buy it here at our local store, as we don't often run out 😁.
This is a limited edition sake of Shinomine, my favorite Nara sake.
It has a fresh sweet and sour taste that is different from the regular Shinomine 🤭.
It is my favorite brand that is delicious and easy to drink both in the back and front 🫶.
Long time no. 4 bottle of Hana Yuu 😆 discovered.
Elegant, gorgeously sweet and juicy 🤤.
Love the label too 👍.
I wish they sell more of their other lineup in #4 bottles 😗.
Hi Hitto🐦.
I see you've been drinking this one 😊Hana eup, it really tastes good no matter which one you drink 😆.
I'd love to have a four-pack 🥹I ask for one every time I meet the brewery staff at an event 🤭.
Hi Pon 😃
All of your hana eups are delicious 🌸
If I can get my hands on bottle #4 again, I'd love to do a floral collaboration with Nara's "Hanabomoe" 😁.
This is Nabe-sama's Special Junmai🙂 which I drink a bottle of every year.
It is dry, but has a good amount of sweetness and acidity, and the fact that it is so smooth and crisp makes it a stable attraction: ☺️
It has an excellent balance and is an ace from Kyushu's sake kingdom, Saga 👏.
Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.
Yamazan has become one of our favorite brands since it started being sold at local stores. ❤️
This time it is brewed with a rice from Nagano called Kinmon-Nishiki, which we are not familiar with. 💁♂️
Is this really made from rice? The taste is a well-balanced combination of sweetness, acidity, and a touch of sizzle.
Oh my, it's so good!
I'm looking forward to another Yamazan 😊.
Hi, Hissan, good evening!
Yamasan is delicious 😋.
I also became a big fan after my first Aizan 🎵
I also got another label of Kinmon-nishiki a while ago, so I'm looking forward to it 😊.
I want to try all kinds of Yamasan 🤗
Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😀.
Yamazan is nice... ☺️
I like a lot of Shinshu sake, but I was surprised to find such a good one 🙌!
I'm so happy that it's now available locally 🤭.
Let's enjoy it together 🙆♂️
It will be a gift🙏.
This is a special junmai from Morinori brewed by Okada Honke in Kakogawa, Hyogo Prefecture.
It was recommended to me by someone who knows a lot about Japanese sake. It is fresh and has a refreshing taste with a richness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku and can be enjoyed while savoring the sake. ☺️
Sakurahime" is Ehime's original flower variety, and this product is brewed with rice, water, and people from Ehime, using the flower yeast isolated from this flower.
This all-Ehime sake has a sweet aroma, a slight sourness, and a mildly pleasant taste.
Seiryu Brewery also makes chic sake👍
It seems like a long time ago that the cherry blossom season was in full swing in these days of heat 😑.
This year, I was able to get some 🐈🌸sake just in time for the cherry blossom season, so I savored it while thinking about the passing season 😌.
The third picture is hard to recognize, but it's a cat looking at the cherry blossoms 🐈.
Blue label Tedorigawa 👀 that I chose because I felt a strong self-assertion on the store shelf.
I imagined it to be gory and dry, but it was fruity, juicy and easy to drink â
It was a delicious sake with a modern taste 😋.
We finally made it to April💦.
Here we are again this year, drinking during the cherry blossom season🌸
They are still making great sake😊.
I also think your commitment to the sake yeast is great👍
Takasago sake is made at several breweries across Japan, most notably at Kiyamasa's in Jikkoman, but this Shizuoka version, Takasago, is made with water from Mt.
I would like to drink it again 😋.
For the record
A rare Ehime sake 👀 that I found at a local store that I only visit once in a while.
The taste... sorry 💦 don't really remember, but I think it was a delicious sake for eating 🥲.
A local store started carrying Yamasan, so I picked up a bottle of the light nigori from the lineup and had it 😙.
It's a popular brand at Sake-no-wa, so it's juicy and delicious 😆.
It's going to be one of my favorites!
I will try other Yamasan again!
