The second bottle of Edo Kaijo I bought on a business trip to Tokyo: ✌️ It's a Junmai Ginjo from Love Mountain: 💁‍♂️ This one is also easy to drink with a refined, clear and umami taste, as is typical of Edo Kaijo 😋. I think it's a little weak in what I consider to be the Love Mountain style, but maybe that's a good thing 🤔. This one was also delicious 🙏. I don't see Edo Kaijo in Kansai, but it is one of my favorite brands and I will continue to support it 📣.

It's been a long time since I've had a flower combination 😁. I'll start with Tomoe 🙏. This time I tried a light nigori, which is less acidic than the regular Hanaboe, but still has a unique flavor👍. The fruitiness and soft sweetness spread in your mouth 😋. The light nigorigo was also nice and got me pleasantly intoxicated😇.

This is a Yamahai Autumn Sake from Shinomine's other brand, Whale-san🐳. As expected, it has a strong umami flavor, and although it is a Yamahai sake, it is easy to drink and enjoyable 😋. Good work 🙆.

Nito's fall limited edition sake, Erwu. I've always wanted to try it 🤤. Every year the contents change, and this year the specs are undisclosed 🤨. Even if you drink it without any information, you can feel the high specs and the well-balanced taste 🎶. I enjoyed the exquisite sweet and spicy and voluptuous taste 🙏.

It's been a while since I've had Hakurakusei 🌟. We had the Hiyadoroshi 😋! It has a fruity and refreshing taste with a mildness that is typical of autumn sake 😙. It goes well with a wide variety of dishes👍

Mimuro Sugi has become so popular that it's hard to find even in my hometown Nara 🥺. Especially this hiya oroshi, which is sold out 💦 if you're a little late to the store. We managed to get some this year too 🥹. The elegant fruity sweetness and rich umami taste are great 😋. It has all the charm of Mimuro cedar! It was thick but it was gone in no time at all 😆. It's a bottle that I definitely want to keep for next year 👍

These days it was still hot and I was enjoying autumn sake every day 😅. This is my first Kozaemon Hiyoroshi! I couldn't decide which one to choose in the Autumn Sake corner, but this time I chose this one because of the label 😉. I knew Kozaemon was good, but the hiyaoroshi was just as good as I expected 👍! Aromatic, fruity, refreshing and goes well with food 😆.

I've got a lot to post again💦. Just a month ago, on my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I visited the brewery of Tokyo Port Brewery. Lately when I go to Tokyo, I tend to buy Edokaijo, but this time I chose Omachi and Aizan, both of which were new to me, while also having the opportunity to taste them. ☝️ I started with Omachi. It is delicious, with a refreshing and crisp mouthfeel that is typical of Edo Kaijo, with the delicious flavor of Omachi 😊. We were also told about the technology used to use tap water for sake, which I think is amazing because it really does have a clear taste comparable to natural water 😳. I'm looking forward to the Aizan version 🤤.

Glad to drink this again this year 🥹. Opened the bottle after letting it sit for a little more than 6 months 🍾. Fruity and refreshing acidity✨ It tastes like something between wine and sake. It can be paired with a wide range of food 👼. It's amazing that they can make such a delicious sake in between making wine 😳. Obuse-san's main business, wine 🍷, is also excellent, but I've only had red wine, so I'd like to compare white wine and this one 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Hissan. I found out after I bought it last year that this place used to make sake. I drank it thinking that the DNA of sake brewing was still alive. I believe that the taste of sake includes the persistence and history of the brewery. I think it's the taste of sake.

I drank it for the first time this year and loved it. Hiyayogoshi is also delicious ❣️ The taste is round and melts in your mouth! I love the rich flavor that only a low-polished, matured autumn sake can have 😋. After Nabeshima and Koeikiku, my favorite Saga sake has increased 🤭.

One of the first one I've had outside for a long time ④. Ganki itself is easy to drink and delicious, but this one, as the name "light" suggests, is light with a low alcohol content of 13 degrees and spreads a beautiful sweetness, making it a good choice for beginners🙆. Well, we've had a lot of drinks outside, so let's open the stock at home from now on 🍾.

One of the best outside drinks I've had in a long time ③. My first sansho 😆Caahhh! The label is so stylish! The aroma is unobtrusive but nice... The rich umami flavor comes through in the whispery taste, and it's surprisingly delicious. Because of the time and effort that went into making this sake, it is not only moderately priced, but also hard to find 😓. It's nice to be able to find this kind of sake when drinking out, sometimes 😌.

A beautiful sake with a smooth texture and elegant sweetness and flavor that lives up to its name, Moonlight Beauty (月下美人), a fantastic flower ✨. It's been a long time since I had a drink outside (1) The event was held in the form of participating members bringing their own drinks, start here: 💁‍♀️ Mr. White 🤍 from Imi. All of the Sagami are delicious, but this one, which is made partly from white malted rice, is also wonderful 😆. It has a refreshing taste, but the sweetness and acidity are well balanced, and it is just what you'd expect from Imi 🤭. Thanks to the brewery for maintaining this quality with a small staff 🙇.

I've seen this brand at Sake-no-Wa from time to time and was curious about it 🙄. I popped it in to bring to an outside drinking party: ☝️ The name and the label design are both innovative✨ I'm excited to try it! The taste is so fresh, clean and fruity that it's hard to believe it's fire-roasted 😚. It's a modern sake with a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity 👍. I wish they had it near me 😙.

I got this on a summer trip to Toyama, the longed-for Hayashi Sensai 🤩. I had a hard time bringing it home 💦 because they only have one bottle. It's crisp, fruity, and refreshing ✨, not what you'd expect from the bold label. The combination of coolness and umami makes it a great match for fish and many other dishes 😋. I could easily empty a whole bottle 🙌! I want to repeat this one 😆.

I bought this one as a set with Towashi summer sake: 💁🏻 It has a soft throat with a subtle fruity aroma 🍏 and tastes better than the summer sake 😋. Sake brewed with Kyoto water, Kyoto rice, and Kyoto yeast.
