profile iconTo the members of the secret sake association in Fukushima I'm going to give it to my bride 😭 I'm uploading this because I miss you.

profile iconSweet aroma like cotton candy or candy. In the mouth, it has a sweetness like sugar candy and a pleasant acidity, with a nuance as if it were biting the honey part of an apple. The end is well-balanced with a hint of bitterness.

profile iconShinshu Kamerei drank last week: ‼️ We got it again this year👍Tanada rice in Inakura This is a bottle so we enjoyed it over 4 days 😋. I can drink it every year, but Kame-chan is still delicious 😋. I wonder if I can drink it next year too! By the way, I forgot to take a picture and threw away the bottle, so I'm using last year's picture as is 🤣.

profile iconLight, refreshing mouthfeel, clean aroma

profile iconNot much aroma. In the mouth, it smells a little like peaches. For a moment, the fruity aroma fools you into thinking it is sweet, but it is dry with a clean finish and a slight astringency. It is crisp and refreshing. The sugar content was 10.0%. When warmed up, the sourness comes out and the umami is also felt, which is also good.

profile iconI found an unusual lineup of squid meatballs in the "sashimi" section of a local supermarket, so I bought them together! It was a good match, and the sake was not enough.

profile iconWell, I'm starting to worry about the time, so I'm staring at the fridge, thinking about the last brand... What? Could that be? No way! You can drink this in Morioka? Aren't we so lucky? Excuse me, is the brand next to the topmost one, that Soga? I asked the shopkeeper, and he replied, "Yes, that's right. Oh, Sogapale! I'm so happy to finally meet you! I was so happy~~~ that I ordered it right away. Well, I took a sip. Oh, a wine without sweetness? Interesting attack, a bit stiff. But it is even more interesting that it blends very well in the mouth. Oh no, it's delicious! According to the manager, it comes in from time to time. No, I'll have to stop by often when I'm on a business trip and check the fridge for this one (lol). No, it was very delicious! & I was happy that my wish came true~!

profile iconRiasake Naturale Domaine Takou in Sogape. I want to know what's on the way, so order 🍷. The top nose has a white wine-like acidity and a slight astringent flavor. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and sweetness. The palate is then quenched by a slight astringent taste. At the moment, it seems to be a bit light. I was thinking of opening one bottle at a time after the (mysterious) quality assurance period on the back label, but since I can drink a little bit at the master's store, I think I'll age the one I bought myself for a long time 🤔. It will leave my fridge space blocked though 😅

profile iconI don't know if No. 6 is good, but it has a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, etc.

profile iconReunion drinking with old friends at an izakaya in Ueda The store owner's choice was Turtle Sea Semishigure! If you look closely, you can see a cicada shell on the edge of the label. Refreshing and juicy! A little dine The image of a blue melon Light and smooth Talking over horse sashimi and yakitori (grilled chicken) Well, we're both going through a lot, but we're thankful to be drinking together again!

profile iconGorgeous fragrance The aroma alone raises expectations. The sweetness spreads! It is delicious. The gentle sweetness is overlapped with bitterness. It also has a slight carbonation stimulation. It's the type of beer that I drink too much of! Above all, the label is gorgeous: ❤️ Kame no Umi Haruura Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama

profile iconIt has a refreshing acidity, just like a white wine. It was easy to drink and was quickly consumed.

profile iconFresh aroma like peach 🍑. Smooth, sweet and umami spreading 🎵. Bitter and pungent taste comes at the end and finishes clean and crisp ✨. Overall fruity taste 😄

profile iconPurchased at a souvenir shop at Matsumoto station. I bought it with high expectations because it was labeled as a sweet sake with a sake degree of -20 degrees. When I actually tried it, it was quite dry. It has a strong acidity and a strong peculiarity. Among muddy sake, the drinkability may be suitable for professionals. It was a sake that still had a high hurdle for me.

profile iconSoft to drink Gentle sweetness Almost banana-like The taste is round and delicious!

profile iconMemorandum 4.3 My first Beau Michelle! I couldn't find it even when I went to Nagano, so I found it on a recent trip to Fukushima, bought it, and kept it in the refrigerator. The alcohol level is low but it's delicious. It's like a white wine! I have to drink it soon because my wife is going to drink it all if she finds out lol.

profile iconBeau Michelle cotton candy The aroma is unique to the origami. The taste is very sweet and sour! It's a combination of apple-like fresh sweetness and honey-like sweetness, too delicious 😍😍😍😍. The slight effervescence makes it like drinking carbonated juice 🍹. Too easy to drink...must buy more! I'll have to buy more 😁😁😁😁

profile icon🪽 I am staying at a hotel with a hot spring, so after returning home after a long day in the doldrums, I first unwind in the hot spring. Then, we have dinner at the hotel with this sake and snacks we bought 🥳. We drink in a state where we can fall asleep 😆. You can hear the pleasant sound of the bottle opening. The slight carbonation and sweetness of the schwisshwah make it sink into your body and give you energy. It is delicious. It's a gorgeous sake that you wouldn't expect from the label and you want to encourage people to "well, try it" 😊. I had prepared water, apple juice from the hotel service, and other fluids, so I didn't get drunk and went to bed with a perfect manachi. ✌️

profile iconSake Tour with the Sake God (4) The last stop is Kinoshita Meishakuten, aka Kinoshita the Treasure Hunt. The system allows you to purchase rare sake with points, but sometimes rare sake can be purchased without points, which is a wonderful store that tickles a drinker's fancy 🤣. As a newcomer, I quietly went for the regular sake 🤣. I was very satisfied with this sake, which is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake of Mikotsuru, which is not available in my area of activity! Sake from Shinshu is of a very high level 😳. After the juicy deep sweetness, it is crisp with sourness. Almost no bitterness. It's so good 😋. All of the restaurants Rafa told me about are great places that I want to go to. The Hokusetsu area is famous for its good living environment, but it is also a great environment for drinkers🤣. Thank you Rafa 🙇.
