I personally preferred the Monochrome to the low-alcoholic Haikara because the Monochrome was lighter and easier to drink than the low-alcohol Haikara 😋.

Hakodate is a sake from Goryonokura, now a separate company from Kamikawa Taisetsu 🧐 Special Junmai made with white malted rice 🍶 mild citrus aroma, citric acidity from sweet and tasty.
It has a soft mouthfeel with not so much alcohol, and although it still has a strong sweetness, the aftertaste is light and not too long 😊It seems to go better with grilled dishes than raw dishes such as sashimi 🍗It was a refined and delicious sake 😋.
