First "Chiebijin" in 4 years. It was like a fresh, light-bodied white wine that lived up to the concept of matching it with cheese in a wine glass as stated on the back label 🥂.

Right after opening the bottle, it has the freshness of a new sake, but it is hard 🤔After 3 or 4 days, the corners will be removed and it will be good 😋.

I had a preconceived notion that nigori from Tamagawa would be mellow 🤔But this is super refreshing and dry! It is also very fine and smooth 👌It seems to be good for dishes with soup stock.

It's silky and tasty with a good amount of gas 😋 It's sweeter than Hakuten no Nama, I think it's better to drink it with a light snack rather than with a meal.
